From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.

Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. - Our products are loved by their users.
HERE ARE THE PROJECTS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON:
- Administering our core IT stack (Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Chrome Enterprise).
- Creating new workflows and integrations both within our IT stack and with other systems and platforms across Teleport.
- Hardening our macOS endpoints and securing our SaaS services.
- Building upon our IT workflow automation tooling written in Go and using Temporal running on Kubernetes.

- Providing IT support to internal users as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of modern IT platforms such as Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Google Chrome Enterprise, Zoom, and Slack.
- Hands-on experience administering and hardening macOS endpoints.

- Scripting experience with shell and object-oriented programming experience.
- Experience with Go is a plus.
- Experience with Linux systems administration and engineering.
- Willingness and ability to roll up your sleeves and work on traditional IT tasks when needed, such as managing our internal facing helpdesk.
WHAT TO EXPECT ONCE YOU APPLY:
- You will join a 30-minute intro call where we will walk you through the compensation, interview process, and requirements.
- We’ll invite you to a Slack channel and you’ll work on a coding challenge using Terraform and shell scripts (or Go) on GitHub.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is in a critical phase of growth. We grew immensely last year and are building out a talented business systems team to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. You’ll work directly with our Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Product teams to execute mission-critical business systems projects across the organization. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Ramp’s growth efforts through systems development.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own top of funnel GTM systems: the roadmap, the architecture decisions inside them, and their operational health
- Run HubSpot as a system rather than a tool: workflows, lists, forms, properties, lifecycle stages, campaign structure, and the permissions and naming conventions that keep it from sprawling
- Keep HubSpot and Salesforce in agreement and the lists built off them clean: field mappings, inclusion lists, sync error triage and dedupe rules, then the ICP segmentation, suppression logic, enrichment, and email validation that stand between a Growth list and a send
- Build and deploy the Salesforce automation behind it: record-triggered and screen flows, validation rules, custom objects and fields, permission sets, and approvals
- Own the path from form fill to booked meeting: capture, enrichment, dedupe, routing, sequence enrollment, and speed to lead, and hold the operational health of every hop in that chain
- Prioritize incoming requests against ROI. Make the call on what gets built, what gets deferred, and what gets declined, and show the numbers behind it
- Drive cross-functional alignment on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs and carry it through to closure without a manager in the room
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years in business systems, marketing operations, or revenue operations at a fast-paced company
- Deep hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows built and debugged, list, form, and property architecture you designed rather than inherited, and a clear view of how an instance degrades when nobody governs it
- Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent hands-on experience, including non-trivial flows built and debugged when they broke, and a clear view of why declarative automation goes wrong at scale
- Funnel definitions owned in practice: lead source, campaign membership, UTM capture, and the MQL to SQL handoff, with attribution reporting the business actually trusts
- A habit of framing problems rather than waiting for a spec: ambiguous requests taken on, decided, and shipped
- You get in the weeds and build: elegant and scalable solutions, with AI leaned on to automate the work wherever it holds up
- You dissect a problem, drive it to completion with little supervision, and can explain the tradeoffs to any audience
NICE TO HAVE
- Marketing systems depth beyond the CRM: paid media and ad platform integrations, lifecycle email programs, landing page and form tooling, plus deliverability and list hygiene at sending volume
- Cross-functional program management across engineering, sales and finance stakeholders
- A product mindset toward internal tooling: treating stakeholders as users, shipping in phases and measuring adoption after launch
- Snowflake, Looker or similar BI and warehouse tooling
- Working knowledge of Apex or Lightning Web Components, enough to recognize when declarative is the wrong answer
- Linear or similar project management software

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion has a very successful "land and expand" business model; our customers start using Notion for free, upgrade over time as they expand their teams, and embrace increasingly sophisticated use cases. Often, these users and champions are different than the person who has enterprise purchasing authority.
The Demand Generation team serves as a dot-connecter across sales, marketing, and operation teams to identify, engage, and convert decision makers at our target mid market and enterprise companies.
In this role, you will partner with demand generation teammates and sales stakeholders to ideate and execute in-person events, designed to help open, accelerate, and close business.
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will own and execute field events that are Notion-hosted, third party, co-partnered, and ancillary to third party events. This strategic position focuses on driving pipeline that meaningfully contribute to Notion's bottom line.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Delight Notion customers and prospects, with a guest-first approach to creating field events and experiences that bring the Notion brand and product to life.
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of field programs to support our AMER Sales team - encompassing executive experiences, large-format educational events, trade shows, and co-sponsored activations with partners.
- Manage all event logistics, production, venue sourcing, budget tracking, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, content development, and audience acquisition.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to make recommendations on how we invest in field events to drive incremental business impact.
- Partner closely with Sales and broader Marketing team to align events and audiences to objectives for top accounts and craft tailored programs that nurture those accounts
- Partner with our Operation and BizTech teams to manage and better utilize our go-to-market systems
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 4-5+ years of related marketing experience.
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- You're a creative problem-solver who doesn't wait for a perfect playbook. You've built field events from scratch, and you're energized by figuring out what works in new territory.
- You have a bias for action and experimentation. You'd rather test and learn than wait for consensus, and you know how to balance scrappiness with strategic thinking.
- You're a strong cross-functional collaborator. You know how to work with sales, ops, and creative teams — and you can align people around a shared goal without needing authority to do it.
- You're pipeline-obsessed. You understand how your programs connect to revenue and can speak credibly about pipeline contribution, not just top-of-funnel metrics.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience in a fast-paced, B2B tech environment
- You're a Notion user and understand our value to businesses
- Salesforce, Marketo experience
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
