An ideal candidate will have a background with strong testing experience, be comfortable collaborating when priorities move quickly and the path forward is often ambiguous, while demonstrating leadership, technical competence, and a passion for quality.
This is a full time hybrid role based out of our Singapore hub.
What you’ll do at Figma Weave:

Interact with Figma Weave customers daily via email and the forum, taking ownership over complex problems
Troubleshoot complex customer inquiries to identify root causes, effectively communicate, and report bugs to our Engineering teams
Serve as the designated point of contact for critical technical issues raised by customers and internal teams, proactively engaging partners like Engineering and Product, and owning customer communication through to resolution
Make recommendations for tooling and process improvements that help the team better manage and diagnose bugs within Figma Weave
Work with the Product Support Learning and Performance team as a subject matter expert to develop documentation and training materials for future Technical Quality Specialists
Act as the voice of the customer by identifying trends and communicating insights to partners across Product and Engineering to advocate for bug fixes, process improvements, and feature enhancements to Figma Weave
Keep the broader Product Support team up to date on current high-priority bugs and fixes that have been implemented in Figma Weave
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
2+ years of experience working in a QA or Support environment for a technical SaaS product
Troubleshooting and debugging experience across multiple platforms
Consultative communication skills with the ability to tailor a message for your audience - translating complex technical concepts into concise explanations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Resilience and adaptability—you’re motivated by experimenting, building, and working across teams, and are confident navigating times of change and ambiguity
Japanese a plus, but not essential

ABOUT THE ROLE
Supabase Storage https://supabase.com/docs/guides/storage is a scalable and high performance object storage service and is one of our fastest growing services. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As Product Counsel, you will be a hands-on legal partner to the teams building Claude for consumers and businesses. You'll work across Claude's apps, subscriptions, growth programs and enterprise offerings, moving to wherever the need is greatest. You'll learn from experienced product lawyers, get close to the product quickly, and take on more ownership as you go. This is a generalist role for someone who wants range, likes a fast pace, and is ready to do the routine work and the novel work with the same care.
Key responsibilities
Partner with Product, Engineering, Design and other cross-functional teams to give clear, practical legal guidance from early ideas through launch
Review product launches across Claude's consumer and enterprise offerings, spotting issues early and helping teams find a path forward
Advise on subscriptions, pricing, promotions, billing and other growth programs, including consumer protection and marketing rules
Support enterprise and regulated-industry products on topics such as admin controls, customer commitments and enterprise readiness
Draft and review user-facing terms, disclosures, in-product copy and marketing claims
Pull in privacy, commercial, IP, safety and other specialists, then return one integrated answer to your product partners
Build guides, templates and AI-powered workflows so routine questions get answered quickly and the team can focus on novel ones
Pick up new areas as priorities shift, and help with incidents and escalations when they come up
Minimum qualifications
Hold a law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) and meet the local licensing requirements to work as in-house counsel where you'll be based
At least 4 years of relevant legal experience, with exposure to technology, consumer or regulated products
Experience advising business or product teams directly, not only other lawyers
Working knowledge of at least two of: consumer protection, privacy, advertising and marketing law, technology transactions, IP, or regulated industries
Curiosity about how AI products work, and the ability to pick up technical concepts quickly
A habit of making a clear recommendation, even with incomplete information
Comfort moving between assignments as priorities change, with no job too big or too small
Clear, concise writing that non-lawyers can act on
Openness to feedback and a track record of improving quickly
Experience using AI tools in your legal work, or a strong interest in learning to do so
Empathy and a service orientation, with a real commitment to Anthropic's mission
Preferred qualifications
In-house product counsel experience, or a secondment with a product team
Experience with subscription businesses, promotions, or consumer billing
Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or regulated customers such as healthcare or financial services
Experience building playbooks, self-serve guidance or legal automation

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced engineering leader to own one of the most critical areas within Platform: the runtime and stateful systems Sentry runs on. You'll lead multiple engineering teams and Staff engineers responsible for OLTP and OLAP databases, real-time compute and stream processing, blob storage, and distributed caching.
These systems power Sentry's products, including Seer, and are mission-critical to the business. When they perform well, every product team moves faster. When they don't, the whole company feels the impact.
You'll set the technical vision across these systems, lead significant architectural changes, and develop the engineering leaders and teams responsible for building and operating them. This role requires someone who brings deep technical judgment, thinks strategically, and has a track record of driving complex engineering initiatives from concept through execution.
You'll have the opportunity to shape both the technical direction and organizational growth of a critical part of Sentry's platform as our products and infrastructure continue to evolve.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with an expectation of working from our San Francisco office three days per week.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Lead multiple engineering teams and Staff engineers responsible for the runtime and stateful systems supporting Sentry, Seer, and the products built on top of them.
- Set the technical vision and strategy across multiple systems, identifying opportunities to evolve our architecture as the business scales.
- Drive significant architectural changes and technical initiatives, making informed tradeoffs around scalability, reliability, performance, cost, and complexity.
- Provide technical leadership across teams, working closely with senior engineers to evaluate architectural decisions, challenge assumptions, and establish technical direction.
- Own the execution and operational excellence of mission-critical systems, ensuring teams deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing platform components.
- Build and develop a strong engineering organization, including hiring, mentoring, and growing engineering managers and senior technical leaders.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, technical accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner across Platform, Infrastructure, and Product to align priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Anticipate evolving product and infrastructure needs, identifying opportunities to build new platform capabilities and improve existing systems.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Enjoy solving complex distributed systems problems and have strong opinions about architecture, backed by experience and sound technical judgment.
- Thrive in roles where you're equally responsible for technical direction, execution, and developing engineering leaders.
- Like taking ownership of ambiguous technical challenges, establishing a clear strategy, and bringing teams together to execute.
- Are passionate about building large-scale systems where reliability, performance, and efficiency directly impact the business.
- Enjoy partnering with senior engineers, challenging technical assumptions, and helping teams make thoughtful architectural decisions.
- Take pride in building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and raising the engineering bar.
- Want to shape the runtime foundation supporting Sentry's products and AI capabilities for years to come.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 12+ years of experience in backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering, with significant experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Director-level engineering management experience, or equivalent senior engineering leadership experience overseeing multiple teams at comparable scale and complexity.
- Deep technical expertise in at least one of the following domains:
- OLTP databases
- OLAP databases
- Real-time compute and stream processing
- Blob/object storage
- Distributed caching
- Demonstrated experience driving significant architectural changes, including evaluating technical tradeoffs, establishing direction, and leading implementation.
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to engage deeply in architectural discussions across multiple distributed systems domains.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives from strategy through execution, with measurable technical or business impact.
- Experience hiring, developing, and leading engineering managers and senior technical talent.
- Strong communication and organizational leadership skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts, influence senior stakeholders, and align teams around a shared strategy.
- Experience operating mission-critical infrastructure with a strong understanding of reliability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $300,000 to $450,000 USD, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 20% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Experience with enterprise quote-to-cash processes and configure, price, quote tools or other commercial systems in a channel or partner context.
Experience with Salesforce and partner-management systems or portals.
Strong analytical skills, including advanced spreadsheets, dashboard building in Salesforce or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, and turning data into clear recommendations.
Hands-on experience using generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve operational productivity, quality, or scale, including writing effective prompts, judging when outputs need human review, and sharing useful approaches with others.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize requests, investigate issues, identify exceptions, and escalate decisions to the appropriate owner, along with experience contributing to process improvement and automation.
Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining operational requirements to technical and non-technical audiences, documenting processes, creating enablement materials, and collaborating across Sales, Ecosystem, Programs, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Billing, and Systems.
Preferred experience includes Impartner or similar tools, SQL, or Snowflake.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Software Engineer on Sierra’s Cloud Infrastructure team, you’ll own the foundation that every Sierra customer runs on. That includes our multi-tenant environments, where most of our customers and data live, and our isolated single-tenant environments for highly regulated enterprises. Sierra is expanding quickly across AWS and GCP, in regions across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. We expect to roughly double our number of deployments over the next year.
The work is very visible. Our deployments support the relationship with major customers, so you’ll see directly how your infrastructure affects customers and the business. Our challenges keep evolving, from scaling, reliability, and new compliance and regulations.
ON THIS TEAM, YOU WILL:
- Design, build, and operate Sierra’s cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP (and soon Azure) using Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Simplify and standardize our deployments so that adding a new region or environment is repeatable and predictable. We want to treat deployments like cattle, not pets.
- Stand up and operate new multi-tenant regions and single-tenant environments for customers with strict regulatory or isolation needs.
- Help build and run compliant environments, including our FedRAMP deployment.
- Own and improve deploys and releases across our fleet, investing in tooling and developer experience so engineers can ship quickly and safely.
- Build security guardrails that give enterprise customers confidence in our shared multi-tenant environment.
- Work with our BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) team to make Sierra easy to deploy into customers’ own cloud environments.
- Drive reliability across the platform through observability, incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
- Write production code, mostly in Go, to automate infrastructure and replace manual work with durable systems.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years of hands-on software or infrastructure engineering experience, including building and operating production systems at scale.
- Broad infrastructure experience on at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Breadth and fundamentals matter more than expertise in one specific cloud.
- Deep expertise in at least one layer of the stack, such as compute, orchestration, networking, or deploys, plus a real interest in owning the layers next to it.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong coding skills and a bias toward automation and tooling. Go experience is a plus.
- A pragmatic, scrappy approach. You can start with a rough prototype and evolve it into production ready.
- Curiosity and flexibility. You adapt to new clouds, tools, and customer requirements instead of forcing every problem into one familiar pattern.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER
- Experience running infrastructure across multiple clouds and many regions or environments.
- Experience with compliance-driven environments (FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA, or financial services).
- Experience building deploy systems, CI/CD, or internal developer platforms.
- Experience deploying software into customer-managed cloud environments.
- An SRE background, or experience leading reliability and incident management programs.
- Experience with distributed databases such as DynamoDB or Spanner.
- Experience at a fast-paced startup or on a small infrastructure team with broad scope.
OUR VALUES

We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers.
