We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-forward product marketer to grow our Observability products by boldly positioning them and running campaigns to attract, convert and retain customers. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning for a broad product area. Then you’ll work closely with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.
Product Marketing lives within the Product org rather than the Marketing org at Grafana Labs, and we think differently about the job. Rather than purely executing launches or campaigns, we want PMMs to teach product managers and engineers in our org how to think about growth and demand, and to codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes that anyone in the organization can use. For example, we all contribute product information to a shared knowledge base, which we use to generate enablement materials and decks.
Grafana Labs is a fast-paced and growing organization. As such, this role requires strategic skills, an interest in teaching, and hands-on tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts, etc). Our team is full of people who crave impact and independence - if you are seeking a role with narrow scope where you run a defined playbook, this is not the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Actively partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information and more.
Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate messaging and workflows
Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact
Compensation & Rewards:
In Germany, the base compensation range for this role is EUR 97,034 - EUR 116,441. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.
Why You’ll Thrive at Grafana Labs:

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Software Engineer on Sierra’s Cloud Infrastructure team, you’ll own the foundation that every Sierra customer runs on. That includes our multi-tenant environments, where most of our customers and data live, and our isolated single-tenant environments for highly regulated enterprises. Sierra is expanding quickly across AWS and GCP, in regions across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. We expect to roughly double our number of deployments over the next year.
The work is very visible. Our deployments support the relationship with major customers, so you’ll see directly how your infrastructure affects customers and the business. Our challenges keep evolving, from scaling, reliability, and new compliance and regulations.
ON THIS TEAM, YOU WILL:
- Design, build, and operate Sierra’s cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP (and soon Azure) using Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Simplify and standardize our deployments so that adding a new region or environment is repeatable and predictable. We want to treat deployments like cattle, not pets.
- Stand up and operate new multi-tenant regions and single-tenant environments for customers with strict regulatory or isolation needs.
- Help build and run compliant environments, including our FedRAMP deployment.
- Own and improve deploys and releases across our fleet, investing in tooling and developer experience so engineers can ship quickly and safely.
- Build security guardrails that give enterprise customers confidence in our shared multi-tenant environment.
- Work with our BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) team to make Sierra easy to deploy into customers’ own cloud environments.
- Drive reliability across the platform through observability, incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
- Write production code, mostly in Go, to automate infrastructure and replace manual work with durable systems.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years of hands-on software or infrastructure engineering experience, including building and operating production systems at scale.
- Broad infrastructure experience on at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Breadth and fundamentals matter more than expertise in one specific cloud.
- Deep expertise in at least one layer of the stack, such as compute, orchestration, networking, or deploys, plus a real interest in owning the layers next to it.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong coding skills and a bias toward automation and tooling. Go experience is a plus.
- A pragmatic, scrappy approach. You can start with a rough prototype and evolve it into production ready.
- Curiosity and flexibility. You adapt to new clouds, tools, and customer requirements instead of forcing every problem into one familiar pattern.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER
- Experience running infrastructure across multiple clouds and many regions or environments.
- Experience with compliance-driven environments (FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA, or financial services).
- Experience building deploy systems, CI/CD, or internal developer platforms.
- Experience deploying software into customer-managed cloud environments.
- An SRE background, or experience leading reliability and incident management programs.
- Experience with distributed databases such as DynamoDB or Spanner.
- Experience at a fast-paced startup or on a small infrastructure team with broad scope.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

About the team
The Control Plane Platform team is building the shared foundation that every product in ClickHouse Cloud is built and shipped on. We give ClickHouse engineering teams one place to own and deploy their product, remove the overhead of rebuilding common plumbing, and keep the customer experience consistent as the number of integrating teams grows. The team owns API gateways and API standards, shared platform services, deployment and infrastructure patterns, testing and CI, local developer experience and Control Plane observability.
About the role
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Platform team. This is a high-impact, high-trust role at the center of our Cloud product, combining people leadership, technical direction, product thinking, and operational ownership while maintaining the reliability customers expect.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product, Infrastructure, Security, Support, and engineering teams across ClickHouse.
This role goes beyond engineering leadership. Together with your team, you’ll help shape how new products and teams will integrate and deploy their applications in ClickHouse Cloud.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team - recruit to a high bar, set crisp expectations, give direct feedback and career development, and manage performance — while fostering a healthy, inclusive environment built on empathy, psychological safety, trust, and a high technical bar.
- Own outcomes across the platform surface: API gateways and API standards, shared platform services (event bus, notifications, feature flags, websockets, audit records), deployment and infrastructure patterns, CI and testing, local developer experience, disaster recovery, and Control Plane observability.
- Treat the integrating teams as your customers and measure success by their delivery velocity and adoption of the platform, not only by what your team ships.
- Guide architecture and help senior engineers make explicit, sound tradeoffs. land cross-cutting migrations, deprecations, and contract changes across teams without stalling product delivery.
- Jump into designs and code for complex areas - gateway routing and auth/RBAC enforcement, spec-driven code generation, event delivery semantics and idempotency, multi-region rollout safety.
- Build the culture of operational excellence: Own SLOs, reliability, on-call quality, and cost-efficiency for k8s-hosted, multi-tenant services across cloud regions.
- Systematize support, reduce toil, and build self-serve/auto-healing capabilities - golden-path templates and generators, auto-healing, and documentation that gets a new team integrated in days rather than weeks.
- Shape the platform vision, turn it into a roadmap, sequence bets for business impact, and ship fast with tight feedback loops — including writing the RFCs that build cross-org consensus before big changes land
What you bring
- 8+ years in software engineering and 3+ years managing software engineers with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong talent.
- Experience leading a platform or infrastructure team whose customers are other engineering teams — you've driven adoption and cross-org migrations through influence and good tooling rather than mandate.
- Experience leading distributed global teams, fostering an inclusive and autonomous culture, and creating clarity across time zones.
- Experience building scalable, highly available, and secure cloud-based infrastructure in AWS (EKS, SQS, DocumentDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, Lambdas) with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm) and progressive delivery (Argo Rollouts or similar).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), including patterns for hosting many independently deployed applications in a shared cluster.
- Familiarity with API platform work: OpenAPI-driven contracts, API gateways, and the shared concerns they centralize — authentication, RBAC, rate limiting, versioning, and deprecation.
- A track record of decomposing a monolith into independently deployable services without stalling product delivery.
- Technical credibility to engage deeply in architecture and incidents without owning daily implementation.
- Hands-on: you still enjoy diving into code/designs for complex or critical areas, reviewing code, and guiding via feedback.
- Strong execution judgment across ambiguity, parallel workstreams, risk, and long-term system health.
Nice to have
- Experience with large TypeScript/Node monorepos and the developer-experience problems that come with them: CI scale and flakiness, build and test times, local development environments, and code generation from specs.
- Designed and implemented strategies for load balancing, auto-scaling, disaster recovery, and failover for cloud environments.
- Experience building CI/CD at scale
- Experience with internal developer platforms: service catalogs, golden-path templates, and self-service app scaffolding.
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks (React).
- Experience making APIs consumable by AI agents — MCP servers, CLIs, or skills generated from API specs.
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Previous experience in developing analytics or data-intensive applications.
Why This Role
- Shape how all feature teams in ClickHouse Cloud develop and integrate with each other
- Operate with ownership, autonomy, and speed while keeping the company lean.
- Lead a technical team where correctness, performance, reliability, and developer experience all matter.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.

Coder is hiring its first Sales Enablement Manager for EMEA, who will sit within our Content & Learning pillar and report directly to the Head of Sales Enablement. You will be the enablement presence for the region, creating and adapting content, building programs, and supporting the EMEA sales team across a diverse set of markets.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment, knows how enterprise sales work across EMEA, and can move between content creation, regional training, and cross-functional collaboration without losing momentum. You'll work closely with the global enablement team, Marketing, and Product Marketing while independently owning the regional agenda.
If you're someone who knows that a playbook that works in North America doesn't automatically work in EMEA, loves building things that sales teams actually use, and wants to be the first enablement hire in a region with real room to shape how it's done, this role is for you.
This position follows a hybrid work model. Candidates should be local and able to work from our London office on a regular weekly basis, with scheduling flexibility.
What you’ll do here
- Create and adapt sales enablement content for EMEA markets playbooks, battlecards, competitive positioning, and training materials that reflect regional buyer dynamics, language nuance, and sales culture
- Build and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for EMEA sales reps, ensuring they ramp quickly and stay current on product and messaging updates
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Marketing to translate global messaging and positioning into field-ready content that actually resonates with EMEA buyers. Pushing back constructively when global content needs regional adaptation
- Work with EMEA sales leadership and SDR leadership to understand what reps need in the field and turn that signal into content and programs that are practical and immediately useful
- Collaborate with the global Content & Learning team to ensure regional content is consistent with global standards while remaining locally relevant
- Identify gaps in the EMEA enablement program and proactively build resources to close them
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or a revenue-facing role with an EMEA focus
- Proven ability to create high-quality enablement content independently. You can go from a brief to a finished playbook without hand-holding
- Strong understanding of EMEA enterprise sales dynamics
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously as the sole enablement person in a region. You can set your own priorities and manage up effectively
- Strong internal collaborator. You know how to consume global messaging, identify where it needs to flex for the region, and work cross-functionally to get it right
- Excellent communicator in English; additional European language proficiency a plus
- High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to own your domain as a P3 individual contributor.
Bonus tacos if you have
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Background in B2B SaaS, enabling enterprise sales teams
- Experience enabling sellers in a developer tools, infrastructure, or platform engineering context
- Familiarity with various sales platforms (Highspot, Nooks, LetterAI)
- Experience supporting partner or channel sales motions
- Prior experience as a first or early enablement hire in a region

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.

You'll thrive with us if you:
- Are passionate about AI, technology and ElevenLabs products.
- Have built enablement or training programs at scale for partners, sellers or technical teams.
- Learn technical products quickly and can explain them to both technical and commercial audiences.
- Can run a program end to end: learning platforms, timelines, stakeholders and reporting.
- Can lead a session or workshop in front of sellers and engineers.
- Have strong instructional design skills: you can turn expert content into clear courses, labs and assessments.
- Enjoy turning repeat work into automations, tools and agents.
- Have excellent communication skills and can adapt your message to different audiences.
Bonus:
- Experience as a forward deployed engineer, solutions engineer or in professional services for a frontier AI product.
- Hands-on experience building LLM applications or voice and chat agents, and reviewing whether they are ready for production.
- Familiarity with Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks and common integration patterns.
- Telephony experience, such as SIP, Twilio or contact center platforms.
- Experience at a systems integrator, hyperscaler or technology partner.
- Experience with learning platforms such as WorkRamp.
- Proficient in Spanish or Portuguese.

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is looking for ambitious generalists who want to turn difficult customer and business problems into better products and better ways of working.
In Product Operations, you will own a problem space from investigation through execution and measurement. You might uncover why customers abandon a workflow, build an AI tool that removes hours of manual work, or help a product team bring a new capability to customers. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and customer-facing teams, combining analytical rigor with the willingness to do the work yourself.
This role is designed for people who want substantial responsibility. You will build customer understanding, product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to lead across teams. Strong performance can create opportunities for broader ownership in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, or AI Operations, depending on your strengths and Ramp’s needs. Growth comes from sustained impact, demonstrated readiness, and available opportunities.
*Please note that this Product Operations role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week*
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Ramp moves incredibly fast, and our specific Product Operations needs change regularly. Each Product Operations team member is assigned to a specific product, such as Bill Pay, Procurement, or Travel. Ramp moves incredibly fast, and our specific Product Operations needs change regularly. During the hiring process, we will discuss which product areas are hiring priorities and where you could make the greatest impact.
- Own customer and operational outcomes. Take responsibility for a defined problem, establish a baseline, and follow through until the experience improves.
- Find the underlying problem. Combine customer conversations, operational observations, and data to distinguish recurring causes from isolated symptoms.
- Make clear recommendations. Use your product sense and business acumen to size opportunities, compare tradeoffs, and help product partners decide where a process change, automation, or product investment will have the greatest effect.
- Build and improve workflows. Create practical tools and automations, including AI-assisted solutions, that reduce repetitive work and improve reliability. Validate outputs and measure whether people actually benefit.
- Bring changes into use with empathy. Own operational readiness, internal enablement, feedback collection, and follow-through after a launch or workflow change.
- Lead across teams. Define metrics, establish owners, resolve dependencies, communicate decisions, and keep important work moving when the path is unclear.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2-6 years experience in banking, private equity, consulting, or in product management or business operations roles at a demanding startup. Level and compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
- A record of taking personal ownership and delivering outcomes beyond the initial analysis or recommendation.
- Strong quantitative reasoning: you can work with messy data, check assumptions, and translate findings into a decision.
- Customer curiosity and practical judgment about which problems matter most and how to solve them. Willingness and instincts to go talk to a customer when something is unclear. Ability to prioritize well and work on the most important problems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to earn trust for your arguments across technical and business teams.
- Resourcefulness, receptiveness to feedback, and evidence that you learn unfamiliar subjects quickly.
- Experience using AI tools to build something or improve a workflow, with a thoughtful approach to checking quality.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building internal tools, using APIs or low-code platforms,
- Working with financial products, shipping software with AI assistance,
- Owning a launch can help you get started.
- We value the difficulty of the problems you have solved and the results you can explain.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Product Manager for Switchboard, you'll shape how customers manage their GitLab Dedicated infrastructure and how our engineering teams operate a growing fleet of customer instances. Switchboard is the control plane for Dedicated: it helps internal teams scale upgrades and maintenance, while giving customers a place to configure their infrastructure, understand the health of their environment, and receive critical updates.
You'll own the product vision and roadmap, balancing technical and operational needs with a clear, useful customer experience. Dedicated is GitLab's fastest-growing deployment option, and your work will help the business support more customers efficiently. You'll have the autonomy to identify the most important problems and decide where Switchboard should go next, with support from your manager and engineering partners.
What you’ll do
Set the vision and roadmap for Switchboard, connecting customer needs and internal operational challenges to priorities for the engineering team.
Work with engineering and site reliability engineering teams to improve the tools used to operate Dedicated instances, including upgrades and maintenance.
Improve the customer-facing console so customers can manage infrastructure settings, configure private networking and authentication, and understand their instance's health.
Talk directly with customers to understand their needs, explain product decisions, and use their feedback to shape the roadmap.
Bring a strong user experience perspective to product decisions. Work hands-on with engineering to develop and refine workflows, including when a dedicated design partner isn't available.
Explore opportunities to improve the tooling and experience for customers migrating from self-managed GitLab to Dedicated, how we help manage incidents, and to extend Switchboard to support GitLab.com as its architecture evolves.
What you’ll bring
Experience owning a product vision and roadmap and working with engineering to deliver improvements for users.
Technical understanding that helps you discuss infrastructure and operational tradeoffs with engineers and translate them into clear product decisions.
A strong focus on user experience, with experience making complex technical workflows easier to understand and use.
Clear communication and the ability and interest to work directly with customers. Experience with internal tools is relevant, provided you're comfortable taking on customer-facing product work.
The ability to work independently, make sense of an evolving problem space, and prioritize across customer experience, operational efficiency, and business needs.
You may also bring experience with control planes, cloud management consoles, infrastructure products, internal operational tools, customer migrations, or incident management, but these aren't required.
About the team
We work across product management, engineering, and site reliability engineering to solve technical, operational, and user experience problems.
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world.

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Compute is one of the most capital-intensive and strategically important functions at Baseten. Every inference request we serve runs on capacity we have sourced, contracted, and financed, and the deals behind that capacity are growing in size and complexity.
As a member of the Strategic Compute Investments team, you will work on some of the largest and most complex compute investments. Working directly with our Head of Supply, Finance, and company leadership, you will structure, model, diligence, and help negotiate the large compute, data center, and infrastructure transactions that determine how fast and how profitably Baseten can grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the analytical and structuring work behind major supply transactions, including multi-year capacity commitments, data center and powered land opportunities, and strategic partnerships
- Build the financial models that underwrite each deal, from unit economics and TCO through return, risk, and scenario analysis, and turn them into clear recommendations for leadership
- Design deal structures that balance cost, flexibility, and risk, including commitment terms, payment timing, prepayments, and financing options
- Lead diligence on counterparties and opportunities, coordinating across Finance, Legal, Engineering, and external advisors
- Track market pricing, capital flows, and financing trends across the compute and infrastructure landscape to inform strategy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure or real estate investing, venture or growth investing, management consulting, or a comparable corporate finance or corporate development role
- Hands-on experience structuring, modeling, and executing complex transactions from first look through close
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with the judgment to turn analysis into a clear recommendation
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership and external counterparties
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity: you want to build the process, not inherit one
- Genuine interest in AI infrastructure and the economics of compute
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience investing in or financing digital infrastructure, data centers, power, or energy
- Exposure to compute, cloud, or GPU markets, including capacity contracts or infrastructure financing
- Prior experience moving from a finance or investing seat into an operating role at a high-growth company
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Quality engineering team at Circle owns the foundation for measuring, diagnosing, and improving the quality of Circle's AI-powered features. This team focuses on building the infrastructure to measure, diagnose, and improve production AI systems, rather than ML research or model training.
We're looking for a Lead Engineer to help us build out the evaluation frameworks, observability tooling, and diagnostic infrastructure that tell us whether our AI Agents are working well, where to improve them, and how to make them faster and more cost-efficient.
This is a hands-on player-coach role. You’ll also lead and manage the AI Quality engineering team, with an ambitious and growing roadmap.
If you're excited about making AI systems work reliably, efficiently, and at scale, this is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Build and own our evaluation infrastructure. Design the CI/CD pipelines, scorers, and datasets that tell us whether Circle's AI agents (planners, tool-callers, and sub-agents) are actually working, from a single tool call to a full multi-turn conversation.
- Diagnose exactly where quality breaks down. Trace failures across the agent pipeline including plan creation vs. execution, tool selection, tool trajectory in complex areas like workflows, site builder, and analytics. Turn what you find into prototypes that solve the issue or identify priorities for AI core engineering can help.
- Grow the datasets that make evaluation possible. Stand up annotation workflows and build out AI-generated and simulated conversations so we can cover more of the product faster than manual labeling alone.
- Run structured experiments across prompts, models, and the agent harness. Evaluate new and open-source models against our production baseline, build the framework we use to decide when to shift models, and chase cost and latency wins through model swaps, caching, and routing by plan complexity.
- Lead and grow the AI Quality engineering team. Set technical direction and manage day-to-day priorities, all while staying hands-on in the code yourself.
- Partner closely with AI Core engineering. Work with the engineers building Circle's AI products so they have real confidence that their changes are actually improving quality, not just shipping.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software, ideally including LLM-powered agents that take real actions in a product. You've worked on complex, tool-using systems (multiple tools, planning or orchestration, sub-agents) not just simple, single-turn assistants, and you can walk us through something you shipped and how you knew it was actually working.
- Comfortable in Ruby on Rails / Python or ready to pick them up quickly. Ruby on Rails is our production system and the foundation that Circle’s AI Agents are built on and proficiency in Python is a strong plus, especially for the data and evaluation side of the work.
- Experience building evaluation or observability infrastructure for ML/AI systems. You've built eval pipelines, scorers, dashboards, or CI/CD for evals before and have experience with evaluation frameworks like Braintrust, LangSmith, or similar.
- Experience designing datasets, annotation workflows, or labeling pipelines for ML/AI evaluation. You know how to turn raw examples into a dataset you can trust through human annotation, AI-generated data, or simulation.
- Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. You’ll need to be comfortable running a lot of experiments and letting the results settle the argument, including the ones that don't work (which will be many of them in the beginning).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. You’ll need to learn and pick up new technologies when projects require it.
- Strong alignment with our company values https://circle.so/careers.
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 https://magoosh.com/english-speaking/english-proficiency-levels-a-guide-to-determining-your-level/ / ILR Level 5 https://www.govtilr.org/.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Circle offers U.S.-benchmarked compensation globally, equity in the company with ongoing refresh grants, and 35 days of paid time off each year.
We’re a remote-only team that comes together twice a year for company retreats in incredible destinations around the world. Alongside incredible flexibility and autonomy, we offer a benefits package that supports health, wellbeing, and professional growth. Role Overview
Higgsfield AI is looking for a hands-on Member of Technical Staff, Enterprise Security to own security across our corporate systems, employee devices, identities, and SaaS applications.
As we scale globally, you'll secure the systems our workforce relies on, from endpoint management and identity governance to threat detection and response.
Working closely with IT, Infrastructure Security, and Engineering, you'll implement technical controls, automate security operations, and strengthen access governance. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring someone who personally builds, configures, and operates security systems.
We're looking for someone with broad corporate security expertise, strong technical judgment, and the ability to prioritize meaningful risks in a fast-moving environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
ENDPOINT & DEVICE SECURITY
- Own endpoint security across corporate devices using Microsoft Intune/MDM, including enrollment, compliance, and device lifecycle management.
- Implement and operate EDR/XDR capabilities, including threat detection, investigation, and remediation.
- Establish endpoint hardening standards and security baselines in partnership with IT and Engineering.
IDENTITY & ACCESS SECURITY
- Own corporate identity infrastructure across Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO/SAML, SCIM, MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC.
- Manage joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) workflows, ensuring secure provisioning and timely offboarding across SaaS applications.
- Administer password management, privileged access, and credential security controls.
- Conduct access reviews and implement least-privilege and Zero Trust principles.
SAAS & CORPORATE APPLICATION SECURITY
- Evaluate new SaaS applications, maintain approved application standards, and identify shadow IT.
- Secure corporate collaboration tools, including email, Slack, and file-sharing platforms.
- Review application configurations, permissions, and authentication controls.
- Lead security awareness initiatives, including phishing simulations and employee training.
DETECTION, RESPONSE & AUTOMATION
- Monitor and investigate security alerts across identity, endpoints, and corporate applications.
- Build detection capabilities for compromised accounts, suspicious activity, and endpoint threats.
- Automate provisioning, access reviews, compliance checks, and security workflows using scripts and APIs.
- Partner with Infrastructure Security to integrate endpoint and identity signals into centralized monitoring.
- Lead incident investigation, containment, and remediation.
TECHNICAL OWNERSHIP & LEADERSHIP
- Identify and prioritize enterprise security risks based on business impact.
- Lead security initiatives from technical design through implementation and ongoing operations.
- Establish scalable security standards and practical engineering controls.
- Partner cross-functionally to strengthen security without slowing business operations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise security, corporate IT security, or security engineering, ideally in a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven experience personally implementing, configuring, and operating corporate security systems.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO/SAML, SCIM, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune/MDM, endpoint compliance, and EDR/XDR.
- Experience securing SaaS applications, corporate collaboration tools, and privileged access.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience with security monitoring, incident investigation, and remediation.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust, least-privilege access, and corporate security practices.
- Sound technical judgment, independent problem-solving skills, and broad expertise across corporate security domains.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
