About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is a technology company that makes it incredibly easy to discover and get the best restaurants, grocery stores and other local shops delivered to home or to the office. Our local commerce platform makes it easy for customers to order whatever they need on one app, for merchants to make additional sales, and for couriers to make meaningful earnings flexibly. To enable this, Wolt develops a wide range of technologies from local commerce platforms to retail software and financial solutions, as well as operates its own grocery stores under the brand Wolt Market. Wolt was founded in 2014 and joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. DoorDash operates in 27 countries today, 23 of which are with the Wolt product and brand.
So, why work at Wolt?
At Wolt, we’re about getting things done.
You’ll probably enjoy it here if you like taking ownership, developing yourself and being around friendly, humble and ambitious people.
We work hard to make cities into better places, and it’s pretty cool seeing us grow every week. If you’re passionate about building things that just… work, Wolt might be for you.

Think You Can Make AI Notice Us? Prove It.
At LBC Mortgage, we’re looking for a curious, ambitious, and unconventional thinker who is ready to experiment, challenge assumptions, test new ideas, and help make our brand visible across the rapidly evolving world of AI platforms.
The way people discover businesses is changing. More and more people are turning to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to ask questions, compare services, and decide which companies deserve their attention. We want LBC Mortgage to be part of those conversations. Not just on Google. Not just on social media. We want our brand to be discoverable, recognizable, and accurately represented wherever people search for answers, recommendations, and solutions.
Your mission is simple: help make LBC Mortgage impossible to overlook.
We’re not looking for someone who needs ten years of experience, a complicated strategy document, or permission to try every new idea. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely interested in how AI works, enjoys exploring new tools, and isn't afraid to test an approach that nobody on the team has tried before. You don't need to know everything on day one. You need to be willing to learn, think independently, take initiative, and turn ideas into action.
This is not about taking reckless risks or doing things without a plan. It’s about having the confidence to experiment intelligently, measure results, and improve continuously instead of assuming that yesterday’s methods will always work tomorrow.
You will help establish and maintain our presence across relevant business directories, search engines, review websites, social platforms, online communities, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. You’ll work on making sure our business information is accurate and consistent, our profiles are complete, and our content clearly communicates who we are and what we do.
You’ll also explore how brands are mentioned in AI-generated answers, identify opportunities to strengthen our online presence, and investigate what helps AI systems discover and understand reliable information about businesses. From improving business listings to researching customer questions, contributing appropriately to relevant communities, and testing new content strategies, your work will help us understand how to become more visible in a world increasingly shaped by AI.
You should be comfortable following a strategy while also recognizing opportunities to improve it. If you notice something that could work better, speak up. If you discover a promising platform, explore it. If you have an idea worth testing, explain your reasoning and help us evaluate the results. We value people who combine initiative with accountability and creativity with attention to detail.
Most importantly, we want someone who sees this role as an opportunity rather than a checklist. Someone who wants to help shape how a brand competes in a changing digital landscape. Someone who understands that there may not always be a ready-made answer and is willing to find one.
We’re not promising that every experiment will succeed. We’re offering the opportunity to explore, test, learn, and contribute to something that is evolving in real time. You’ll have a clear objective, the freedom to investigate different approaches, and the responsibility to turn what you learn into meaningful progress.
Don’t just tell us you’re different. Show us how you think, what you’re curious about, and what you would try first.
Ready to make AI notice us? Apply.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Travel:
Approximately 3-4 trips per year, including at least one to a country of operation and one to a key in-person leadership moment.
About this role
We are currently planning for a significant increase in scale, and we are building the People function that can carry it.
This is our first senior talent management role. Today we have pieces of talent management programs and processes in place, but not yet a function. You will build one: an intentional approach to how we onboard, develop, and retain our people. That covers performance management and its link to pay, manager and leadership development, learning, onboarding, talent planning and succession, employee listening and engagement, and culture and values.
The first year is weighted toward four priorities: joining the redesign of our performance system early, alongside the Head of People, and owning it as it moves into execution, as we move to pay for performance, revamping onboarding ahead of our next wave of hiring, planning our values retreat for senior leaders, and getting a read on employee listening and engagement. As those take shape, the balance shifts toward the longer-term build: the vision and roadmap for the function, a foundational manager program, talent planning and succession, and the team around you.
The reason for this weight: the performance system and onboarding are our most acute gaps today, but they should not be construed as a ceiling of the job. We are hiring a senior talent management leader who can shape the whole function over several years, not the owner of one or two programs. If your instinct on reading this is that the performance redesign is the whole job, this role probably isn’t the right fit, and the reverse is also true: if you want to set strategy but not build the first versions yourself, year one will frustrate you.
What you’ll do
Build the talent management function
Within your first 90 days, assess what exists today across these areas, recommend the sequencing for the first year, and agree to it with the Head of People.
Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for talent management across the areas it covers, and sequence the work against the People roadmap.
Propose the team around it, and decide what we build in-house and what we buy or borrow.
Connect talent management to workforce planning, compensation, and recruitment, in partnership with the Head of People, Finance, and function leaders.
Build an approach to talent and succession planning, starting with critical roles: work with leaders to identify succession gaps, assess potential successors, and put development plans in place to prepare people for future opportunities.
Own the performance system
Join the performance system redesign early, alongside the Head of People, and own it as it moves into execution: a system that produces reliable, calibrated outputs to inform merit increases, connected to our new salary bands.
Make the system worth using, not a check-the-box exercise: one that helps managers hold better performance and development conversations and gives employees clarity on expectations, feedback, and growth.
Build calibration and the data around it so ratings and merit decisions stay consistent and fair across countries, currencies, and manager quality.
Set a clear global standard for handling low performance that doesn’t default to a misconduct process, and equip managers to use it.
Ensure the performance system helps managers identify and support sustained high performance, connecting it to recognition, development, and career growth opportunities.
Iterate the system through multiple cycles, using calibration, outcome data, and feedback from managers and employees to improve it.
Build how people join, learn, and are led
Revamp onboarding ahead of our next wave of hiring: own the content and experience for new hires and their managers, working with People Ops on process and systems.
Build a foundational manager program and the tools behind it: feedback, coaching, difficult conversations, and performance management.
Extend into leadership development and broader learning as the function matures.
Shape culture and listen to employees
Plan the values retreat with an external facilitator and our executive sponsor, and own what carries into daily work afterward.
Get a read on listening and engagement today, covering what we hear, where it goes, and what should change, and use it to build our employee listening strategy.
What this role is not
Not a recruiting role. Hiring sits with our Talent Acquisition team. You partner with them on the handoff into onboarding and on how we assess and develop talent once people are here.
Not the owner of compensation design. Pay structures and bands are set through our compensation work. You own how performance is assessed and how ratings connect to pay decisions.
Not an employee relations or casework role. Cases in country belong to managers and HR Managers, supported by the People team. You own the performance system and the manager capability that helps them handle concerns well.
Not the owner of HR systems or process administration. Onboarding workflows and our HRIS sit with People Ops. You own the content and the experience.
Who we’re looking for
Required
7+ years in talent management, performance, or organizational design roles, including time leading a function or a major part of one.
You have designed a performance system, not only administered one. You can show how ratings connected to pay and what you changed after the first cycle.
You have kept a rating and pay system fair across contexts with different currencies, labor markets, and manager quality.
You are a hands-on builder. You have built talent management programs and systems from scratch, or close to it, in a start-up or scale-up: performance, onboarding, manager development, or a whole function, where what you needed did not exist and you built it while the volume was already arriving. We are not looking for steady-state operating experience, or for leaders who have overseen this work without building it themselves.
You think in systems. You can show how a change in one part of a talent system, such as ratings, calibration, pay, promotion, or onboarding, shows up in the others, and you reason from the underlying problem rather than copying another organization’s template.
You design with change management in mind from the start. You plan for how managers and employees in different countries and cultures will adopt a new program or system as part of the design, not as a rollout step afterward, and can show how you knew it stuck rather than being worked around.
You have deep experience in at least two of onboarding, manager development, and employee engagement or listening, and working experience in the third. You have built programs and content people actually used, and can show how you knew they worked.
A track record of joining a major project already in motion, taking it over, and working through disagreement with a senior partner, and of influencing without formal authority in a matrixed organization.
Judgment and prioritization. You decide what slips and say so plainly.
Preferred
Experience in a mission-driven or international organization, ideally alongside high-growth commercial or tech experience.
Experience working across multiple countries, including sub-Saharan Africa.
Experience working with external facilitators, consultants, or vendors, and knowing what to hand off and what to hold.
Comfort using data (survey, performance, calibration) to make decisions, and knowing when the numbers mislead.
Exposure to compensation design or close work with a total rewards team.
Professional French or Portuguese.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
You'll be the product manager for our Canvas and Agentic AI teams - the teams building Honeycomb's AI-powered investigation experience. Canvas lets engineers use natural language to query, visualize, and understand their production systems. We're pushing well past chat: we're building Skills (pre-configured workflows that encode domain expertise into repeatable, executable actions), Auto-Investigations (agent-driven investigations that kick off before a human gets paged), and a rearchitected Canvas that's both interactive and collaborative.
You'll work in a tight triad with engineering and design leads, owning the roadmap for how AI shows up in Honeycomb, from the product UI to our MCP server. You'll partner with our Director of AI Strategy, Research & Development teams, and our customer-facing teams to stay grounded in what customers actually need while pushing toward something meaningfully different from what exists today.
This is a role for someone who can hold both execution and ambiguity: shipping production features while navigating a product space where the right answers are still emerging.
What you’ll do in the role:
Define AI product strategy in service of Honeycomb's vision
Synthesize AI trends, customer needs, and technical capabilities into clear strategic recommendations
Help the product organization understand where and how AI creates genuine customer value vs. where it's hype
Identify emerging observability challenges created by AI adoption (e.g., LLM drift, prompt regression, low-context generated code)
Make informed bets about which AI technologies and approaches warrant investment
Conduct research that bridges technology and customer reality
Build deep understanding of how customers are adopting AI in their engineering workflows
Identify patterns across customer conversations that signal future market needs
Stay current with AI/ML developments (RAG, fine-tuning, agentic systems, etc.) and translate implications for observability
Engage with technical communities, researchers, and early adopters to spot trends before they go mainstream
Enable AI innovation across the product portfolio
Partner with product teams to identify high-value opportunities to leverage AI capabilities
Provide guidance on AI approaches, trade-offs, and best practices without centralizing all decisions
Help teams understand how their work fits into our broader AI strategy and how to leverage shared capabilities
Synthesize cross-portfolio learnings and socialize what's working (and what isn't)
Evangelize the AI-observability connection
Articulate Honeycomb's point of view on AI observability both internally and externally
Help customers understand how observability needs evolve as they adopt AI
Contribute to thought leadership through writing, speaking, and community engagement
Build credibility with technical audiences who care deeply about how we use AI, not just that we use it
What you’ll bring to the role:
Proven AI product experience
5+ years in product management with at least 1+ year shipping AI/ML-powered products
Track record of taking AI features from concept to customer impact, including things that didn't work
Deep understanding of how engineering teams actually build, deploy, and operate AI systems (not just theoretical knowledge)
Familiarity with current AI/ML techniques and the judgment to know when they're applicable vs. overhyped
Strategic thinking with customer empathy
Ability to synthesize disparate signals (research, customer feedback, technical trends) into coherent strategy
Comfort operating with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information
Pattern recognition across conversations—spotting what customers aren't yet saying clearly
Strong judgment about when to say "no" or "not yet" despite exciting technology
Technical credibility without needing to be the expert
Enough technical depth to have earned respect from engineers and architects
Genuine curiosity about how things work, paired with humility about what you don't know
Ability to evaluate trade-offs between different AI approaches (RAG vs. fine-tuning, model selection, etc.)
Understanding of observability principles and why they matter in production systems
Communication and collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication—can explain complex ideas clearly to varied audiences
Ability to influence without authority across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
Comfort presenting to customers, executives, and technical audiences
Collaborative mindset that elevates others' work rather than centralizing control
Curiosity and learning orientation
Demonstrated ability to stay current in fast-moving domains (AI is evolving weekly, not yearly)
Intellectual humility—you're more interested in learning than being right
Excitement about the intersection of AI technology and real customer problems
Energized rather than exhausted by the pace of change in AI
Base Salary based on level of experience
$272,739
—
$320,829 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents

Annual development allowance
And much more...

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Industries – Manufacturing to lead Anthropic’s go-to-market in Taiwan from our Singapore hub. You will bring Claude to Taiwan’s leading high-tech manufacturers in semiconductors, electronics, and the AI hardware supply chain, helping them apply AI across engineering, operations, supply chain, and corporate functions. You will own the full sales cycle with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders, working with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, and Partnerships to shape solutions that fit the market. As one of Anthropic’s first commercial presences covering Taiwan, you will also help define our regional strategy and build the foundation for long-term growth, in a way that reflects Anthropic’s mission to ensure the world safely makes the transition through transformative AI.
Key responsibilities
Meet and exceed revenue targets by winning new enterprise accounts and expanding existing ones, while landing flagship references across Taiwan’s semiconductor, electronics, and broader manufacturing sectors
Build and execute a territory plan that reflects Taiwan’s manufacturing landscape, including its buying behavior, regulatory environment, and data residency expectations
Lead consultative sales with C-suite and senior technical leaders, positioning AI as a driver of business transformation
Translate Claude’s technical capabilities into clear business value for manufacturing use cases
Run technical discovery with engineering leaders and speak credibly about security, IP protection, and deployment options with customers whose designs and process data are their most sensitive assets
Partner with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, and Partnerships to design tailored solutions and support complex deals
Build co-sell motions with hyperscaler and system integrator partners, including joint customer engagements and marketplace procurement, to extend reach across the territory
Identify new use cases and feed customer and market insights back into the product roadmap
Represent Anthropic with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders in Taiwan, including conversations about the safe and responsible use of AI
Minimum qualifications
10+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or account management, including selling to semiconductor, electronics, or other manufacturing customers in Taiwan

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications
Experience selling AI/ML, cloud, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS into manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or industrial sectors
Experience co-selling with hyperscaler, channel, or SI partners
Familiarity with regional data residency, AI governance, IP protection, and enterprise procurement requirements
Interest in or experience with advanced AI systems and their safe development
Understanding of Taiwan’s competitive and sovereign AI market, including hyperscaler presence, government-backed local models, and manufacturers building their own models
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for a Communications Lead to own external communications for the Claude Platform, our API. The Claude Platform is how many of our customers put Claude to work, and this role shapes how that work is understood beyond Anthropic: from flagship product launches to the steady cadence of capability releases and developer-facing news.
You'll sit on the Product Communications team and work day to day with the Platform product and engineering teams, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations.
You should understand how developers and enterprises actually build with APIs and be comfortable engaging with developer tools and hold a clear point of view on what makes a product land.
Key responsibilities
Own communications for the Claude Platform end to end: capability releases, product updates, and the steady cadence of developer-facing news
Build and maintain strong relationships with the journalists, newsletter writers, and creators covering AI platforms, enterprise software, and the API economy
Prepare Platform leaders to be effective spokespeople for press, podcasts, panels, and the smaller moments in between
Partner with Product and Engineering to align external narratives with how these products are sold and supported, and surface customer feedback back to the teams who can act on it
Work across press, social, owned, and community channels, with the judgment to know which one carries a given moment and when to coordinate more than one at once
Minimum qualifications
Experience in communications, PR, or product marketing, including meaningful time on platform, API, developer, or enterprise products
An understanding of both developer culture and enterprise buying, and the judgment to read timing and tone when the conversation around AI gets noisy
Strong instincts for which product moments deserve the spotlight and which don't, and genuine curiosity about what makes a launch land
A demonstrated ability to operate with high agency and low ego, with a bias to action
Preferred qualifications
8-10 years of experience in communications, PR, or product marketing
Communications experience at a developer platform, API-first, or enterprise software company
Existing relationships with reporters and analysts covering AI platforms, enterprise tech, or the developer ecosystem
Experience managing communications for AI or ML products
Are very online: you follow the right channels, know what's moving through Hacker News and developer social chatter, and catch things early
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$265,000
—
$295,000 USD

We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. About the Job:
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, EMEA to be the go-to operator for our EMEA GTM team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who wants to shape how a growing region runs, from the first marketing touch to the closed deal and beyond.
You'll join our GTM Operations team as the face of operations in EMEA, partnering day-to day with Marketing, SDR, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success leaders across the lifecycle. You'll turn strategy into the processes, cadences, and insights that move the number. And you won't build alone: a global RevOps team stands behind you with builders and enablement teams to give you the foundation to develop what you design, and enablement to help teach your stakeholders how to be successful.
As we build in-region Field Operations coverage, you'll set the playbook for how LaunchDarkly runs in EMEA, and you'll see your impact within your first 90 days, not your first year. If you're a business partner at heart who loves turning ambiguity into rhythm and results, this role is for you.
Why This Role Matters:
High Impact:
You'll own the rituals that make EMEA pipeline and forecasting trustworthy, with a direct line to revenue in one of our key regions. Support EMEA in bringing forecast accuracy within +/- 5% accurate.
Strategic Influence:
Be the voice of EMEA inside GTM Operations and a trusted partner to regional GTM leadership
Break New Ground:
Help build in-region operations coverage and set the operating playbook for the region
Career Growth:
Gain exposure across the full GTM lifecycle, from Marketing and Sales to Customer Success, at a high-growth B2B company
Regional Playbooks:
Adapt global plays for land, expand, and renewals. Track how playbooks drive conversion and optimize over time.
Responsibilities:
Business Partnership
: Serve as the named operations partner for EMEA's Marketing, Sales & Customer Success leaders. Join their operating meetings, know their number, pipeline, and top risks, and bring insight before you're asked.
First Line of Defense
: Own intake for EMEA field requests. Answer, route to the right operations team, or escalate, so the field never needs to navigate our org chart.
Operating Cadence
: Run the EMEA forecast, pipeline, and business review cadence. Inspect pipe hygiene with leaders so each forecast is based on clean data, and each meeting ends in strong data-driven decisions, not updates.
Strategy -> Process:
Apply our global processes, handoffs, and rules of engagement in EMEA. Own the regional variants and keep them documented.
Actionable Insights
: Use standard data to find what drives the pipeline, understand what becomes a win, help leaders understand their teams. Recommend the change and see it through.
Planning Inputs
: Bring what the field knows (territory health, ramp, pipe coverage, and in-market demand generation) to Planning and FP&A so EMEA plans reflect realistic expectations.
Adoption & Accountability
: Partner with Enablement on new motions and launches, then inspect adoption through the cadence and close the gaps.
Voice of the Field
: Bring EMEA priorities into operational planning and partner with Systems teams to define clear business requirements.
About You:
You are a business partner first who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations.
You're fluent in the language of pipeline and forecasting, but just as comfortable sitting with a rep as with a VP.
You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, and you hold yourself to a high bar.
You move fast with an 80/20 mindset, and you can look at a process you built and say "this isn't working" without defensiveness.
You know how to influence without authority, and you build relationships before you push for change.
You stay curious, embrace feedback, and keep looking for ways to level up yourself and those around you.
You’re energized by working across multiple EMEA markets, and you keep a global team aligned from a different time zone.
Qualifications:
Typically requires 8 years of experience, or equivalent depth of expertise, in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related GTM operations role
Experience supporting EMEA GTM teams, ideally in a regional-focused capacity
Proven experience running forecast, pipeline, and business review cadences with senior GTM leaders
Strong working knowledge of the full GTM lifecycle, including lead management, pipeline generation, sales stages, and customer handoffs
Hands-on Salesforce experience, with the ability to write clear business requirements for systems product owners and developers
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
Experience at a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, Gong, Looker, Outreach, Cognism
