BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Our Global Sourcing team is looking for an exceptional Sourcer to help build the future of global finance at Payward. This is a high-bar role requiring extreme ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex hiring challenges in a fully remote, high-agency, async-first environment where speed and quality are the standard.
Main differentiators between this role and any other Sourcer role on the market:
- Managing uncertainty: Payward is at the forefront of the innovation spectrum. As such, you can expect to tackle roles that you have never heard about, with no prior experience, data or track record
- Subject matter expertise: We are building one interoperable stack connecting crypto, tokenized assets, and traditional markets. We are looking for experts in the fintech field, or deep thinkers able to bridge that gap quickly
- Pace: You will be expected to flex your sourcing skills across Tech, Non-tech and anything in between with a very quick turnaround, across different payzones and businesses under the Payward umbrella, including Kraken, Ninjatrader and Reap.
- Builder mentality: We are not looking for a plain executioner but someone that will contribute to building something new, awesome and cutting edge
- Team work: Our sourcing team’s track record is unprecedented - we provide velocity and quality to our pipelines through hard work, but always working as a team. We have no room for solo players or internal competition
In return, we offer the chance to leave a mark in one of the most innovative companies in the space as well as the opportunity to join a world-class and high-performance team. If you believe you have what it takes, continue reading below.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to design and execute effective hiring strategies
- Gather, organise and communicate competitive market intelligence, identifying where target talent exists and sharing industry trends
- Collaborate with the broader sourcing team in leveraging best practices across research techniques, boolean searches, tools, networking and other sourcing methods
- Independently develop and maintain candidate flow across a variety of disciplines, leveraging data to drive decision making and process improvement
- Source candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, etc.)
- Be an ambassador to Kraken/Payward, sharing our values and drive brand awareness in the market
- Participate in research projects and other initiatives which improve the infrastructure of hiring
WHAT YOU BRING
- Exceptional track record sourcing talent for reputable, fast-growing, high bar technology/product businesses against ruthless competition. Bonus points if you’ve hacked it in crypto, fintech or any product-driven org
- High craft - Ability to translate hiring needs into accurate sourcing strategies; strong expertise in boolean/X-ray sourcing
- High motor
- Scrappiness - you do not see problems but opportunities
- Strong product sense
- Sound appreciation for the fundamentals of talent acquisition, but creative and inquisitive when considering modern tactics
- High agency, strong bias for action, and the confidence to push boundaries, influence stakeholders, and close exceptional talent without compromise.
- Comfort in the chaos, thriving in ambiguity, owning your outcomes, and moving with urgency in a fully async, remote-native setting
- Ability to produce compelling market intelligence based on business and industry knowledge - Fintech/crypto understanding required.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter -you’ll feel at home with us.
THE ROLE
This is a full-stack role where you help bring ideas to life from concept to real sales and where you're just as excited to shoot content as you are to help plan around it. You'll be working across three of our own brands - Mrs. Quilty, Hooks & Needles, and This Month's Craft Box.
You'll work closely with marketing, design, and development - helping turn customer insights into landing pages, funnels, and campaigns that people actually want to click, read, and buy from. And on the social side, you're the one actually making the content: filming, shooting, editing, posting, and chasing the next trend before it's over.
If you love:
- creating content as much as helping plan it
- mixing strategy with execution
- testing ideas
- improving funnels
- making pretty things convert
…and you've played with AI tools to move faster, build smarter, or test better ideas, you might be our person 👀
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
📱 Social Media & Content Creation
- Actively produce content for posts - photos, video, edits, captions, all of it.
- Order and unbox brand product boxes (company-covered) and turn them into content: filming, photographing, styling.
- Bring new content ideas to help grow our following and hit engagement targets.
- Keep an eye on current trends and find fun, on-brand ways to jump on them fast.
- Help manage and grow our social channels, including our Facebook community.
- Keep track of what's performing and flag what's working (and what's not).
- Checking Loox reviews (if needed)
- Managing influencer ad comments
🧠 Marketing Support
- Help put marketing plans into action.
- Assist with customer research and keeping tabs on market trends.
- Pull together performance data and share it with the team.
- Bring fresh ideas to help improve our funnels and campaigns.
- Help keep marketing projects on track from idea to launch.
✍️ Creative & Content Magic
- Write copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels that sounds human and sells.
- Review design work and give feedback so it looks on-brand and converts.
- Work with the design team on ad creative production.
🌐 Landing Pages & Website Optimization
- QA landing pages like a detective: checking UX, flow, and functionality.
- Help run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with developers on website updates and improvements.
🤝 Team Glue
- Help connect marketing, design, and development.
- Put together clear briefs so everyone knows what to build and why.
- Keep track of project progress and update the team.
🔍 Customer Research & Insights
- Collect and organize customer feedback and data.
- Help spot pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Use insights to support acquisition and sales efforts.
🤖 AI Tools & Smarter Execution
- Use AI tools (like GPT, image/video generators, automation platforms) to speed up tasks, test ideas faster, and get more done with less grind.
- Spot areas where AI can help the team move quicker or build smarter.
🦊 WHY FOXELLI?
We’re not into boring corporate marketing.
We like:
- smart ideas
- quirky personality
- strong execution
- and people who take ownership
You’ll have space to think, test, build, and grow with us - and actually see the impact of your work.
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
Ribbon AI Interview - Ribbon is a short, guided video step that helps us understand your thinking style in a calm, private space.
Interview -A conversation with your manager to feel the work chemistry, get to know each other, and explore what we could build together.
FIXED SERVICE FEE
up to € 1,400 euros after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.
❕Please note that this role is based on a contract/freelance agreement.
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Apploye ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.
- A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously.
- Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.
- A budget for your home office setup so you’re comfortable working how you like and where you like.
- Strong company culture and a network of unique individuals that celebrate you.
ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.
- Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
- For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours - it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy.

Controls, systems and process improvement
• Design, document and maintain a scalable internal control framework, including delegations of authority.
• Act as finance system owner for NetSuite and connected tools, driving automation and ERP enhancements.
• Integrate acquired businesses into VALD's finance processes, systems and reporting.
• Continuously improve close efficiency, data quality and reporting turnaround.
Team leadership and business partnering

• Act as the day to day finance contact for the business, resolving queries without escalation.
• Provide actuals, data and analysis to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic projects led by the Head of Finance.

Think You Can Make AI Notice Us? Prove It.
At LBC Mortgage, we’re looking for a curious, ambitious, and unconventional thinker who is ready to experiment, challenge assumptions, test new ideas, and help make our brand visible across the rapidly evolving world of AI platforms.
The way people discover businesses is changing. More and more people are turning to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to ask questions, compare services, and decide which companies deserve their attention. We want LBC Mortgage to be part of those conversations. Not just on Google. Not just on social media. We want our brand to be discoverable, recognizable, and accurately represented wherever people search for answers, recommendations, and solutions.
Your mission is simple: help make LBC Mortgage impossible to overlook.
We’re not looking for someone who needs ten years of experience, a complicated strategy document, or permission to try every new idea. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely interested in how AI works, enjoys exploring new tools, and isn't afraid to test an approach that nobody on the team has tried before. You don't need to know everything on day one. You need to be willing to learn, think independently, take initiative, and turn ideas into action.
This is not about taking reckless risks or doing things without a plan. It’s about having the confidence to experiment intelligently, measure results, and improve continuously instead of assuming that yesterday’s methods will always work tomorrow.
You will help establish and maintain our presence across relevant business directories, search engines, review websites, social platforms, online communities, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. You’ll work on making sure our business information is accurate and consistent, our profiles are complete, and our content clearly communicates who we are and what we do.
You’ll also explore how brands are mentioned in AI-generated answers, identify opportunities to strengthen our online presence, and investigate what helps AI systems discover and understand reliable information about businesses. From improving business listings to researching customer questions, contributing appropriately to relevant communities, and testing new content strategies, your work will help us understand how to become more visible in a world increasingly shaped by AI.
You should be comfortable following a strategy while also recognizing opportunities to improve it. If you notice something that could work better, speak up. If you discover a promising platform, explore it. If you have an idea worth testing, explain your reasoning and help us evaluate the results. We value people who combine initiative with accountability and creativity with attention to detail.
Most importantly, we want someone who sees this role as an opportunity rather than a checklist. Someone who wants to help shape how a brand competes in a changing digital landscape. Someone who understands that there may not always be a ready-made answer and is willing to find one.
We’re not promising that every experiment will succeed. We’re offering the opportunity to explore, test, learn, and contribute to something that is evolving in real time. You’ll have a clear objective, the freedom to investigate different approaches, and the responsibility to turn what you learn into meaningful progress.
Don’t just tell us you’re different. Show us how you think, what you’re curious about, and what you would try first.
Ready to make AI notice us? Apply.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
We are looking for an experienced Economy & Balancing Game Designer who can design, model, and tune the economies, progression, and reward systems of casual HTML5 games played by millions of people worldwide.
As part of one of our multidisciplinary game development teams, you will design, model, balance, test, and iterate game economies from early concept through live operations. You understand that a great casual game economy is not just “generous” or “tight”: it paces progression, makes every reward feel earned, gives every purchase a clear purpose, and stays healthy for years.
About CoolGames
At CoolGames, we’re proud to be a leading international HTML5 game studio, working with some of the world’s biggest ‘Big Tech’ game platforms, such as Netflix, Discord, Facebook and Microsoft Play. We also work with famous games IP such as Battleship, Angry Birds and Monopoly.
CoolGames is part of Keesing, the world’s largest Braintainment company. Keesing is a financially strong publisher of engaging sudokus, crosswords and many other puzzles & games with a presence in over 20 countries headquartered in The Netherlands.
With the CoolGames HQ in Amsterdam, supported by our global remote teams, we offer market-competitive salaries, the chance to contribute to successful casual games that are played by millions and work directly with some of the biggest brands in the world. We believe in creativity, collaboration and delivering world-class gaming experiences, while giving you the choice to either join our Amsterdam studio or become part of our remote teams.
If you want to grow your career in a profitable, internationally recognized company, work closely with world-famous partners and be part of a highly professional international team, CoolGames is the right place for you.
About the role
As an Economy & Balancing Game Designer at CoolGames, you take ownership of the economies inside our casual games: the sources, sinks, progression, and reward systems that decide how players earn, spend, and advance. You will design systems that are fun, fair, understandable, and commercially effective. And you own the outcome: not just the analysis behind the numbers, but the retention and revenue they produce.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary agile team. Together, you will work on new titles, improve existing live games, and help shape the models, tools, and processes that make good economy design scalable across our portfolio. Because our games run on a range of platforms with different monetization models, you know how to make an economy work whether it is driven by in-app purchases, ads, or a subscription platform.
On new games you are involved from the very first design sessions, so that the economy, its sinks, and its progression are designed in from the start rather than balanced after the game has been built. On live games you take the economy apart per title, in enough depth to say what a change will do before it ships, and you model and simulate that change rather than shipping it and reading the result afterwards.
You are comfortable working both creatively and analytically. You can feel when a progression curve or a reward loop is right, but you also know how to validate that instinct through models, simulations, A/B tests, and player data.
About You
You are proactive and thrive on taking ownership and responsibility. You care deeply about how players feel when they play, and you know that a healthy economy and a great player experience are the same goal, not a trade-off. You know how to design systems that motivate without manipulating, monetize without frustrating, and reward without devaluing progress.
If you are:
An experienced Economy, Systems or Balancing Game Designer
Ready to work on long-lasting casual titles, and to move between them when needed
A strong believer in teamwork
Are not afraid of innovation and learning new tools on the go
Then you are on the right track to be a great match with Coolgames.
Responsibilities
Design and balance the economy, progression, and reward systems of our casual games, from the first design sessions of a new title through live operations
Own the revenue outcome of the economies you design
Build and maintain the economy models, balancing sheets, and simulations for each title, in enough depth to say what a change will do before it ships.
Use player data and A/B tests to find friction points, progression bottlenecks, and monetization opportunities, and to show, with data, where balancing proposals from game and level designers will take retention and revenue.
Design motivation loops and a cohesive ecosystem of LiveOps events that work together rather than compete for player attention
Communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to the team and the studio, and take ownership of a title’s economy when moving between projects.
Research how comparable games in our genres structure, pace, and price their economies, and keep that as the reference we balance and price against.
Requirements
Requirements
5+ years designing, balancing, and operating the economies of successful, released free-to-play games on mobile and/or HTML5, including casual or puzzle titles.
Comfortable being accountable for a title’s KPIs: you make and defend decisions
Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills: balancing, simulation, and forecasting models, and fluent use of AI tools to build and analyze them faster.
Strong analytical mindset: you design and evaluate data, translating it into concrete design changes.
Deep understanding of player motivation, retention mechanics, LiveOps, and monetization design, and the empathy to feel what our casual audience will and won’t accept.
Independent and proactive, quick to get up to speed on a new game and its audience, with excellent English and experience working in remote, multidisciplinary teams.
A habit of benchmarking: you know the economies of the leading games in our genres well enough to say where ours sits against them.
Benefits
What we can offer you
An international team of 80+ professionals from almost 20 different countries;
Work closely with some of the biggest upcoming game platforms in the world on high-quality casual games that are played by millions of players;
Competitive remuneration;
A flexible remote working environment;
A very open, informal, and international company culture where everyone can make a difference.
Apply
Do you love building game economies that players find fair, motivating, and worth investing in, and that stay healthy for years?
Then we would love to hear from you. Please include your CV and, where possible, a portfolio, economy models or balancing sheets, shipped games, design documents, or examples that show how you think about progression, monetization, and player experience.

Lead the modernization of Finance processes, forecasting methodologies, and planning frameworks through systems, workflow automation, structured data, and AI to improve accuracy, scalability, and the quality of forward-looking insights as the business evolves.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with business and functional leaders, serving as a trusted partner on financial performance, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Corporate FP&A team, and support strategic initiatives such as M&A diligence and integration as needed.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
10+ years of experience across FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or related disciplines, including meaningful experience at a leading technology company and ideally complementary experience in investment banking or buy-side investing. Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or the broader technology sector is strongly preferred.
Corporate FP&A leadership experience, ideally in a public-company, newly public, or public-company-readiness environment, with exposure to quarterly close, executive reporting, Board reporting, and other rigorous financial operating cadences.
Meaningful experience owning a consolidated P&L, company-wide forecast, and Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasting processes.
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build models from scratch, pressure-test assumptions, identify root causes, and translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience preparing and presenting decision-ready materials to senior leadership and the Board, and influencing significant company decisions.
Proven ability to serve as a trusted business partner across functions and geographies, with strong business judgment and a track record of building effective cross-functional relationships.
Demonstrated success as a change agent, improving forecasting, planning, reporting, and operating processes as organizations scale.
Strong systems and technical fluency, including experience with Pigment and AI tools, and a track record of automating financial processes and applying AI to Finance workflows.
