ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive high-impact security and infrastructure initiatives end-to-end. Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning cloud infrastructure, platform security, identity and access management, detection and response, vulnerability management, and secure software delivery from problem definition through execution and sustained outcomes.
- Own execution, planning, and program health. Be accountable for sequencing work, managing dependencies, tracking risk, and ensuring delivery of Sierra’s most critical security programs, with clear milestones and outcomes.
- Help shape Sierra’s security strategy. Partner with security and engineering leadership to define priorities, investment areas, and execution plans that align risk reduction with platform growth, customer trust, and long-term scalability.
- Build and strengthen security foundations. Drive programs that establish durable security primitives such as identity boundaries, access controls, logging and detection baselines, incident readiness, and secure defaults that future teams and features can confidently build on.
- Translate ambiguity into clear execution. Decompose loosely defined security, risk, and compliance challenges particularly in emerging AI domains into structured programs, prioritized workstreams, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead communication and alignment. Provide clear updates to leadership on program health, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs; surface issues early and drive cross-functional alignment.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
- Engineering: Infrastructure, Data Platform and Agent SDK engineers to shape technical requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver resilient systems.
- Security & GRC: Security engineering, risk, compliance, and privacy partners to align on threat models, control strategy, audits, and risk management in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Product and GTM: Product, Agent Development, and Sales to operationalize security commitments and respond to sophisticated customer and regulator expectations.
- Legal: On security terms, third-party risk, and contractual obligations.
- Executive Leadership: Senior leaders who rely on you for clarity, prioritization, and confidence in Sierra’s security strategy and execution.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience running security-focused technical programs in fast-growing SaaS or platform environments.
- Strong technical fluency across cloud infrastructure, IAM, infrastructure as code, observability, secure CI/CD, and incident response.
- Ability to execute through ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and keep teams moving.
- Comfort operating in environments where things aren’t fully built yet and helping decide what needs to be built first.
- Clear, concise communication with senior technical and business leaders.
- A collaborative, pragmatic style with high ownership and high agency.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience scaling security programs globally in AI-first or data-intensive SaaS environments.
- Exposure to emerging AI risk, data governance, or agent and model-related security considerations.
- Experience supporting security initiatives in public-sector, regulated and/or multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Relevant security, cloud, AI or technical program management certifications.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, HIPAA)
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

As GTM Lead — GoBTC Pay, you own go-to-market for a product at the start of its life, on both sides of a two-sided market.
Two words we use precisely here. Supply means merchants — the places where Bitcoin can be spent. They are also our paying customer, which makes them unusual: we acquire them like a client and count them like inventory. Demand means payers — the people who choose to spend Bitcoin rather than hold it. They are not our customer, and they are the harder of the two problems: the whole category has struggled for a decade with the question of why anyone would spend an appreciating asset.
You own both sides, they behave nothing alike, and part of your first quarter is establishing how much real demand exists rather than assuming it. You will build the launch playbook once and then run it market by market alongside regional BD Managers, Product and Ops. This is a senior expert role without direct reports, with unusually direct commercial line of sight.
Responsibilities
Own the category narrative for Bitcoin payments: why a merchant should accept BTC, why a customer would choose to pay with it, and why with us.
Feed market intelligence, objections and competitive insight back into Product.
Build the merchant proposition and messaging by segment and own sales enablement end to end.
Build the merchant pipeline with acquisition and activation.
Run co-marketing with live merchants and turn early adopters into reference cases and proof.
Own the payer proposition and build the payer-facing side of every market launch.
Partner with institutional partners (banks, wallets) on joint marketing in coordination with the BD team.
Define the metrics and reporting for campaigns together with analytics; run launch post-mortems and feed learnings into the next cycle.
Brief and quality-control creative and content produced by Brand & Content and Design.
Operate as the most senior GTM authority in the room: you influence decisions at executive level without formal authority, set the standard other marketers follow, and mentor without line-managing.
Requirements
5+ years in B2B or B2B2C product marketing / GTM in payments, acquiring, fintech infrastructure or SaaS.
You have launched a product into new markets and built the enablement that a field sales team actually used.
Strong sales-enablement craft: you can write a deck that closes and a case study that persuades a CFO.
Comfortable being the entire marketing function for a pre-revenue product for the first year — no benchmarks, no historical data, no team to delegate to, and you personally build the first version of everything.
Experience in a category-creation launch where the buyer did not yet know the product existed.
Understanding of merchant economics: settlement, chargebacks, checkout conversion, cost of acceptance.
Experience working shoulder to shoulder with BD or field sales in multiple geographies.
Intellectually honest about demand: you would rather tell us a segment does not convert than build a campaign on a hopeful assumption.
Fluent English and excellent business writing.
Nice to Have
Two-sided market or marketplace GTM experience, where supply and demand had to be sequenced rather than launched together.
Crypto payments, stablecoin settlement or digital asset experience.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
Location: Pakistan; Philippines; Mexico; Colombia; South Africa; India

- Demonstrated success supporting Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or comparable GTM functions in a SaaS or other fast-moving technology environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data trends to customer, commercial, and operational outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex analysis and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work with speed and reliability.

Hi, I'm Paul, VP of Engineering at
Customer.io
. We're always looking for thoughtful, driven Engineering Managers to add to our org. Some of our teams are building customer-facing product and workflows; others keep our distributed systems reliable, observable, and ready to scale. Whichever kind of problem energizes you, if you lead people well, hold a high technical bar, and drive work to completion without waiting to be handed a plan, we want to hear from you.
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies—from scrappy startups to global brands—use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data—what people do or don't do inside a web or mobile app. Under the hood: Go, React, and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What we value
Ownership.
You set direction and see initiatives through. You create clarity when things are murky and set the path forward rather than waiting for one to be defined, and you're motivated by impact—not just intention. You hold yourself and your team accountable to shipping, not just staying busy.
Leaders who can do both.
You operate at the strategic level and stay close to the technical work. You can align stakeholders on a plan and earn your engineers' respect in the same day—you don't choose between vision and execution, you hold both.
A drive to execute through resistance.
Competing priorities, skeptical stakeholders, tired teams—you've moved work forward anyway. You name the resistance, make the call, and own the milestones and the misses.
An AI-first mindset.
AI is central to how you build and how you lead your team to build. You have a real, concrete point of view on AI-native development, you use agentic tooling yourself, and you bring it into how your squad operates.
A healthy skepticism for "the way things are done."
You bring rigor and pragmatism. Best practices matter—but never more than forward motion. You know when to build, when to buy, and when to wait—and you're comfortable making the call with incomplete information, then adjusting as you learn.
What you'll do
Care deeply about our customers and their outcomes
Lead your squad to deliver real customer value by owning projects end to end—from planning through delivery, quality, and follow-through
Drive execution: set milestones, keep work moving through ambiguity and competing priorities, and
ship in small, observable increments rather than waiting for a release window
Make confident decisions when the path isn't obvious, and lead your team through them
Set the operating rhythm that helps your team move fastest, rather than defaulting to ceremony for its own sake
Ensure your squad's solutions are scalable, architecturally sound, flexible, and secure, with strong peer-review, QA, documentation, deployment, logging, and monitoring practices
Stay close to the work—jump into design reviews, architecture calls, and incidents rather than watching from a distance
Provide direct, timely, and specific coaching, and create meaningful development opportunities for your direct reports
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the reliability of the systems you build
Hire, onboard, and manage performance so the right people are in place to hit your squad's goals
Bring an AI-native perspective—use AI tools to accelerate the team's velocity and help everyone prototype faster and ship smarter
Partner across engineering and other departments to align efforts with customer success, and reach higher when our customers are having a bad day
What we're looking for
3+ years managing engineers at a SaaS company (B2B or B2C), ideally early-to-mid-stage
A track record of driving execution—concrete delivery outcomes with milestones, dates, and "I drove" ownership, especially in complex or fast-moving environments
A strong technical background—you can hold your own in architecture conversations and design reviews, represent your squad's technical choices across the company, and you've shipped real work recently enough to stay credible
Comfort operating with high autonomy and little prescribed structure—you create your own clarity and make difficult tradeoffs between competing priorities
Demonstrated AI-native leadership—not just personal fluency, but bringing AI-first practices into how your team builds
Experience building high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative teams
Clear, concise, and direct communication, both verbal and written

About the role:
We're looking for an experienced, driven Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs' growth across Poland's largest enterprises, with a specific focus on Financial Services. Our ideal candidate has a well-established network and a proven track record of selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at major Polish financial institutions — and is passionate about the transformative possibilities of AI voice technology.
In this role you'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enabling clients to leverage our industry-leading models and ElevenAgents — our end-to-end platform for building and deploying AI voice agents — to reimagine their customer experience, internal workflows, and monetization strategies.
In this role you will:
1. Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Poland, with a primary focus on Financial Services & Insurance, to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
2. Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities, including ElevenAgents, can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency for financial services institutions.
3. Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers.
4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends, particularly as they apply to regulated Polish financial services organizations.
5. Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
6. Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within the Polish financial services sector, navigating complex procurement and organizational structures.
7. Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts.
8. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
1. 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
2. Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
3. Well-connected in the Polish financial services landscape, with an existing network of senior individuals and strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
4. Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value.
5. Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Poland, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity within complex organizational structures.
6. Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment, including building new playbooks and iterating quickly.
7. Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers.
8. A hybrid of customer and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scale.
9. Native or full professional proficiency in Polish; strong English for internal collaboration.

adjoe https://adjoe.io/ is redefining the future of mobile ads. Powered by advanced AI, first-party data and world-class engineers, we’ve perfected the offerwall experience for monetizing and scaling app publishers with solutions like Playtime and Arcade – now the fastest growing rewarded advertising channel globally – driving incremental engagement, retention, and revenue.
At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to support the product and technical dimension of adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. Acting as the "Technical Lead" for our top-tier partners, you will merge complex partner roadmaps with our modern stack – powered by Golang and Native SDKs – to drive technical excellence for over 100 million daily users.
Your mandate is to bridge the gap between our technology team in Germany and the partner’s vision. You will collaborate with senior product and engineering counterparts, acting as a point of contact for all technical discourse. This is a role of deep technical empowerment: You have direct access to our entire cloud infrastructure – from real-time monitoring and logging to our extensive data lakes – to maintain a comprehensive, full-picture view of the system state. From investigating complex architectural issues to supporting the rollout of new, high-impact features, you ensure our stacks evolve in perfect sync.
Working as a key collaborator with our internal Product and Tech departments, you will act as the technical gatekeeper and advocate for our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Technical Strategy & Execution: Act as the primary consultant for enterprise partners, architecting the technical path to success. You will play a key role in guiding the co-creation of new products in partnership with our Germany based tech team, validating and optimizing technical solutions directly with our top partners to ensure they are battle-tested before reaching full-scale production.
- Orchestrate the Joint Technical Roadmap: Support the technical lifecycle of the partnership, leading complex feature rollouts and managing integration timelines.
- Root-Cause Architecture & Proactive Mitigation: Put on your "detective hat" to lead high-stakes troubleshooting by going beyond the surface of mobile app code to conduct deep-dive root-cause analysis, proactively identifying and solving integration blockers before they impact the partner’s revenue.
- Data-Driven Consultancy: Leverage SQL and Python (or others) to aggregate and visualize complex datasets, translating raw data into technical narratives that help partners reach their KPIs.
- Voice of the Customer: Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams to unlock global scalability.
- Enterprise Account Ownership: Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, owning relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership. You will support executive-level technical discussions, manage escalations, and proactively drive account health.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical-client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture), with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem.
- Must have: Professional fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Proven enterprise account experience: You have directly managed key enterprise accounts, navigating complex stakeholder environments and acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior client contacts.
- The Tech-Architect: Expert at translating high-level requirements into specifications. You are equally comfortable discussing SDK initialization and REST endpoint latency with a Senior Product Owner as you are debugging HTML/JavaScript.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Proficient in SQL and data visualization. You have extensive experience using analytics dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana to find the "why" behind the numbers and drive strategic technical decisions.
- Mobile & App Native: (Huge Plus) Familiarity with Java or experience building/supporting mobile apps with a "sixth sense" for debugging SDK integration issues.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: A natural collaborator who can navigate internal Engineering & Product teams to find solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Nice to have: Experience with Software Development.
Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions:
- Health & Dental Insurance: Comprehensive healthcare coverage provided through Care Plus (SOHO30 and ODONT20 plans).
- Life Insurance: Company-provided life and disability insurance coverage to support you and your family.
- Meal / Food Allowance: Monthly flexible allowance that can be used at restaurants, supermarkets, delivery services, and more.
- Transportation Allowance: Monthly support to help cover commuting costs.
- Wellhub (Gympass): Access to the Wellhub platform with exclusive corporate discounts on gyms and wellness services.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): SupportLinc is available at no cost to you and your family, offering confidential support and resources to promote well-being and work-life balance.
