The Role
We’re looking for a product and content marketer to sharpen how Intellect competes, communicate the value of our solutions and turn that understanding into content that helps buyers choose us and clients get more from our offering.
Product marketing is at the centre of this role. You’ll build buyer and competitive insight, own positioning and messaging, and lead marketing planning for priority solution launches. Your remit spans Intellect’s digital products, care services and enterprise solutions.
You’ll also personally create the content that brings our positioning to life - from sales materials and customer stories to white papers, thought leadership and client communications. Working with our Clinical team, you’ll draw on research, evidence and subject-matter expertise to build credible, differentiated narratives. You’ll help strengthen Intellect’s brand, organic visibility and customer engagement through a focused, coordinated marketing plan.
Working directly with B2B marketing, sales, client success, product and clinical teams, you’ll have meaningful ownership of both the thinking and the execution.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. We’re open to hiring at Specialist or Manager level, depending on your experience and demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver this work.
Your Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market
Build buyer and competitive insight through customer conversations, sales feedback and reviews of won and lost opportunities, identifying buying priorities, objections and reasons to choose Intellect.
Own positioning, differentiation and value propositions across Intellect’s solutions, tailoring messaging to priority buyer segments and markets.
Lead marketing planning for priority solution launches and updates, defining target audiences, messaging, supporting evidence and sales readiness, with B2B marketing owning acquisition campaign execution.
Bring customer and market insights into discussions with product, clinical and commercial teams to inform how solutions are developed, packaged and communicated.
Commercial Content & Sales Enablement
Personally research, write and edit compelling sales decks, solution materials, customer stories, case studies and campaign content.
Identify barriers to purchase with sales and develop messaging, objection-handling resources and competitive positioning materials that help address them.
Partner with the Clinical team to translate research findings, clinical expertise and customer outcomes into clear, credible evidence that helps buyers evaluate Intellect and supports renewal and expansion conversations.
Keep core materials current and easy to use, assessing their usefulness through adoption, sales feedback and buyer responses.
Website, SEO & AI Search Visibility
Own core website content and routine CMS updates, ensuring our solutions, differentiation and customer evidence are clearly presented.
Improve organic discovery through search-informed content and practical on-page SEO, prioritising relevant audiences and commercial intent.
Test approaches to improve visibility in AI-powered search and answer platforms, building on useful, authoritative content and sound SEO foundations.
Use search and content performance to prioritise improvements, working with B2B marketing on conversion and specialists on technical changes.
Brand Communications, Thought Leadership & PR
Maintain a consistent voice and narrative across Intellect’s public and client-facing communications.
Collaborate with the Clinical team on research-led content and white papers, bringing buyer-relevant questions into topic planning and turning findings and subject-matter expertise into accessible narratives, with clinical review for accuracy.
Develop thought leadership, articles and executive content that connect Intellect’s expertise and perspectives to the issues facing employers and their people.
Own a focused editorial calendar for organic social and ongoing brand communications, coordinating creative support through to publication.
Develop company announcements, press materials and story angles; coordinate leadership approvals, routine media enquiries and outreach with specialist PR support where needed.
Customer Marketing & Lifecycle Communications
Plan and execute repeatable client programmes, including onboarding communications, newsletters, solution education and engagement journeys.
Personally manage client audience segments, email distribution and straightforward CRM workflows, coordinating targeting and timing with client success.
Develop communications that demonstrate ongoing value and introduce relevant additional services, supporting engagement, renewal and expansion.
Equip client success with reusable templates and materials for account-specific deployment.
Planning & Effectiveness
Translate business priorities into a focused plan, protecting time for positioning, launches and commercial content alongside recurring communications.
Assess effectiveness through sales adoption, buyer feedback, relevant search visibility, customer engagement and contribution to commercial programmes.
Build reusable assets and workflows, using AI and other tools to improve execution while maintaining accuracy, originality and editorial quality.
Requirements
Strong in product-marketing judgement. You can demonstrate how you have shaped positioning, messaging or a go-to-market approach using buyer insight, and explain the decisions behind your work.
An excellent hands-on writer and editor. You can turn complex products and services into clear, persuasive content, with work samples that show both your thinking and your personal contribution.
Commercially minded. You understand how enterprise buyers evaluate solutions and can connect your work to buying decisions, sales effectiveness and customer value.
An independent owner. You can identify gaps, propose priorities, gather inputs and deliver work without needing every step prescribed. You make sensible trade-offs and know when to seek input.
Comfortable with website publishing and SEO. You can manage content through a CMS, apply on-page SEO fundamentals and use data to improve performance. You’re curious and practical about emerging AI search opportunities.
Able to execute customer marketing. You can use CRM and email tools to segment audiences, run communications and build straightforward lifecycle workflows.
Confident working with experts and evidence. You can draw useful insights from specialists and research, communicate findings accurately and distinguish supported claims from overstatement. You do not need a clinical background, but should be comfortable learning complex subject matter.
Organised and collaborative. You work effectively with commercial teams, product and clinical experts, leadership and creative partners, managing competing priorities with sound judgement.
Motivated by the mission. You’re excited to make mental healthcare easier to understand and access, and connect strong product marketing and storytelling with meaningful business growth.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Procurement Operations is the front door for buying at Anthropic. We sit inside Finance Operations and own the path from “I need to buy something” to a signed agreement, an accurate purchase order, and clean spend data at month-end.
We are hiring a Procurement Operations Business Partner to own that path for our research organizations and the special programs that spawn out of it. This portfolio behaves differently from the rest of the company in that it purchases goods and services from highly-specialized vendors and new programs regularly appear with real purchasing needs before any process exists for them. You will be the person who makes all of that feel simple to the researchers and program leads who depend on it, and reliable to the Finance stakeholders behind it. This is a high-volume role with an accounting core. You ensure every purchase in the portfolio is coded, dated, received, and accrued correctly, so research spend is right in the books every month. Expect a steady queue of requests, work orders, and change orders, and expect to be the person Accounting trusts on all of it.
We use Claude as part of our daily workflow and are looking for someone who wants to help define what an AI-native procurement operations function looks like, including how AI changes intake, document review, vendor coordination, and requester support.
Responsibilities
Own the purchasing path for R&D
Manage a high volume of purchase requests, work orders, and change orders each month across research teams and programs, keeping speed and accuracy high at the same time.
Serve as the primary procurement partner for Anthropic's research teams and special programs, guiding requesters from initial request to signed agreement and issued purchase order.
Review every purchase request in your portfolio for the things that matter downstream: the right vendor record and contracting entity, complete commercial documents, correct spend categorization and service dates, and the approvals the purchase actually needs.
Determine what each request requires before it can move, whether that is a statement of work, an order form, an amendment, a security or privacy review, or a third party risk assessment, and route it to the right reviewers the first time.
Launch and track contract review with Legal, keep it moving, and confirm the executed agreement supports the purchase order before it is issued.
Structure purchase orders so they match how the vendor bills (fixed fee, milestone, per-unit, or usage in arrears) and how Accounting needs to see the spend, with the right GL account, cost center, and service period on every line. Manage change orders, renewals, and closures over the life of each agreement.
Act as the dedicated operations partner for our research services vendor portfolio, where engagements are structured as master agreements with frequent work orders and scope changes, and where speed and documentation discipline both matter.
Handle the mechanics that come with hardware, equipment, and lab purchasing, including multi line quotes, lead times, shipping and receiving, and asset handoffs.
Financial completeness & accuracy
Code every purchase order correctly at creation, including GL account, spend category, cost center, and service period, and understand how each choice lands in the financials (expense vs. prepaid, capitalized equipment vs. operating spend).
Work the hard cases with Accounting: services that span periods, partially delivered milestones, per-unit work billed in arrears, credits and true-ups, and work orders amended mid-month.
Own the open purchase order book: receipts recorded against actual delivery, periodic reviews, stale line cleanup, coding corrections, and timely closures, so PO, receipt, and invoice agree.
Serve as the first line reviewer for month end accruals on your portfolio, gathering estimates from vendors and budget owners for variable spend and confirming or correcting proposed amounts so Accounting can close on time.
Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice holds, PO mismatches, and receiving questions so vendors are paid on time and spend lands where it belongs.
Support audit and reporting requests that touch your portfolio, including commitment schedules and control evidence, with data you can stand behind.
Stand up new programs
Be the first procurement call when a new research program or initiative spins up. Scope what they will buy and how often, agree a right sized path with Legal, Security, and Finance, and have it working before volume arrives.
Run a regular pipeline check in with your highest velocity teams so upcoming purchases are visible early and nothing urgent arrives as a surprise.
Translate procurement, legal, security, and finance requirements into plain language for researchers and engineers, and carry their operating reality back to those teams so controls fit the work.
Be the front door
Be visible and responsive in your teams' Slack channels and office hours; answer routine purchasing questions quickly and escalate real blockers with context.
Apply purchasing policy consistently and explain the why, including approval thresholds, signature authority, and when an exception is and is not available.
Continuous improvement
Maintain the playbooks, intake guidance, and standard operating procedures for your portfolio so the path is repeatable and does not live in one person's head.
Identify manual steps, repeat questions, and failure points and fix them, including where Claude and workflow automation with AI can take work off requesters and the team.
Minimum qualifications
Proven track record of owning a high-volume purchasing portfolio end-to-end in procure-to-pay and intake platform.
Solid working knowledge of accrual accounting as it applies to purchasing: accruals and reversals, service period and cutoff, prepaid vs. expense, and GL and cost center coding. You can explain how a purchase order becomes an entry in the general ledger.
Experience supporting outsourced or managed service vendors at scale, where scope and volume move month to month and the contracts, purchase orders, and invoices have to keep up with each other.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

GiveWell’s mission is to help people in need as much as we can by researching the most cost‑effective ways to save and improve lives, sharing our work openly, and directing donations to the programs we believe will do the most good. Our work, which focuses on global health and well-being, is funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We’ve grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to directing more than $400 million in 2025. We anticipate our total grantmaking is likely to approach or even exceed $1 billion this year, and we are working toward a future that could be several times that scale. Through years of deliberate groundwork, we’ve been growing our research capacity and scope in order to direct substantially more funding to the most impactful opportunities we can find.
We’re hiring a Senior Communications Officer, Media & Public Affairs to lead how GiveWell’s work is represented in the media and in public conversations. You will set our strategy, build trusted relationships with journalists and other influential voices, pursue opportunities that increase understanding of GiveWell’s work, and lead our external response in fast-moving situations.
This role will lead a small and growing team. This is one of three new communications leadership roles, alongside a
Senior Communications Officer, Strategic Communications
and a
Senior Communications Officer, Editorial & Production
.
About the role
Both
our research and impact are expanding
. Last year, we directed more than $400 million to highly cost-effective programs that save and improve lives. This year, we expect our grantmaking to approach, and possibly exceed, $1 billion.
To build toward the communications capacity this next stage requires, we are rapidly expanding our team. The three Senior Communications Officers will work together on many projects to support GiveWell’s communications needs, while working closely with other leaders across our organization. Each leader will own their function, but much of the work that matters most—like team strategies, major initiatives, partnership campaigns, and how we present the organization as a whole—will involve all three. We will expect this group to set shared priorities and work closely together to achieve the team’s goals.
In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll own how and where GiveWell engages in media and public conversations, with end-to-end responsibility for this emerging function. You’ll set its strategy, hire and develop its people, build its systems, and personally own its hardest and most consequential work. This is an opportunity to build, not just inherit, an important function at a critical point in GiveWell’s development. You’ll start with a small team and grow it over time.
While this role is set at the Senior Communications Officer level, we may consider hiring an exceptional candidate as a Communications Director—with greater expectations, responsibilities, and compensation.
What You'll Do
As Senior Communications Officer, Media & Public Affairs, you will combine long-term strategy and relationship-building with the ability to respond quickly and exercise sound judgment in sensitive or fast-moving situations.
Specific duties will include:
Set GiveWell’s strategy across media, thought-leader engagement, online communities, public forums and events, and other earned communications opportunities—including deciding where and when GiveWell should participate and overseeing those engagements.
Build and maintain high-trust relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, event organizers, thought leaders, subject-matter experts, and other influential external stakeholders.
Identify, develop, and pitch substantive stories, event opportunities, and thought-leadership ideas that extend understanding of GiveWell’s work.
Own inbound media engagement, including situations that require rapid responses, close coordination with subject-matter experts, and careful judgment about what GiveWell can responsibly say—and about which responses need escalation.
Build and maintain GiveWell’s readiness for sensitive or fast-moving situations, monitor emerging issues in media and public conversations, and lead our external response when needed in partnership with others.
Advise GiveWell’s leadership on external opportunities and relationships, and prepare senior leaders and subject-matter experts for interviews, speaking engagements, and other public appearances.
Exercise sound judgment about when and how GiveWell should enter public conversations, including evaluating likely value, reputational considerations, and communications risks.
Evaluate and help shape public-facing communications partnerships, advising on which opportunities GiveWell should pursue and how we should participate.
Serve as a spokesperson for GiveWell in select media interviews, events, and other public forums, communicating our perspective clearly, accurately, and with sound judgment.
Work with grantees and other partners on press releases and other media-facing communications involving GiveWell or our shared work.
Manage and develop one or two team members initially, and build the relationships, systems, and additional capacity the function will need over time.
About You
You are skilled at using communications to help people understand complex ideas, build trust, and take action. You are comfortable being accountable for outcomes, making consequential decisions with limited oversight, and knowing which decisions genuinely require escalation.
You are energized by intellectually demanding work, and the challenges of creating engaging communications within a careful and precise style. You can engage deeply with GiveWell’s research, and you are comfortable understanding and communicating about data in detail. You have a long track record of getting up to speed quickly on complex subject matter and carefully communicating to a very high standard. You can build a compelling narrative that is entirely factual, representing what is known and unknown without overstating or hedging into vagueness—and you find the idea of working with GiveWell’s exacting communications standards exciting rather than limiting.
Your background includes significant experience leading communications in complex, high-stakes environments. This should include 10+ years of experience in media relations, thought leadership, and public engagement. You have deep experience owning that work end to end, not just contributing to it. You’ve remained a hands-on leader who enjoys the work itself, as well as the strategy and systems behind it.
You know how journalists, influential voices, events, and other public forums shape how organizations and ideas are understood. You have a demonstrated ability to build meaningful external relationships, identify opportunities worth pursuing, personally represent an organization’s perspective, and navigate public-facing situations in which context is limited, timelines are short, and judgment matters. Much of this should be work you executed yourself, in addition to work you directed. Experience in settings where precision and credibility were at least as important as reach is a strong signal of fit.
In addition to demonstrated expertise in the duties listed above, you should have:
Exceptional communications judgment, including the ability to understand audience, context, risk, timing, and the underlying substance of a message.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly make complex ideas clear and compelling without sacrificing rigor or nuance.
A track record of building and leading: you have created or substantially rebuilt a team or function—not only run ones you inherited—and you have hired, developed, and managed people.
Recent, hands-on excellence at your craft: you can point to work from the past few years that you personally produced or substantially shaped.
Experience producing communications that are direct and factual while being engaging and effective with their target audiences—work that succeeds through substance and clarity rather than embellishment.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to engage deeply with GiveWell’s research and ideas, even without prior experience in our giving areas.
Experience advising executives or other senior decision-makers directly.
Strong alignment with GiveWell’s mission and values, including truth-seeking, transparency, and a commitment to communicating accurately and thoughtfully.
We also think these qualities will help you do well in the role and at GiveWell:
People who can develop a strong point of view and hold it with confidence, but remain genuinely open to challenge, new information, and better ideas.
Self-starters who take ownership, are comfortable creating structure in an evolving environment, and can make thoughtful decisions without always having complete information.
People who are proactive and anticipatory, who identify opportunities, risks, bottlenecks, and communications needs before they become obvious.
Collaborative leaders who raise the quality of the work around them and build strong relationships across teams.
People who coordinate well with peers, resolve dependencies and disagreements, and make shared work clearer rather than more complicated.
Key Questions & Information
What are some of the reasons I might not like this role?
You want to step into a mature function with established systems, rather than build one while you run it.
You do best with clear direction and established priorities. We’ll expect you to set most of your own, make most decisions yourself, and reach substantial autonomy within your first six months.
You prefer advising on communications to producing and being accountable for them.
You want sole ownership of an organization’s overarching communications strategy and brand. At GiveWell, the CEO and executive team owns that direction; you would help shape it and lead your function within it.
You want to lead a large team from day one. This team is small today, and much of the most difficult work will be yours to do directly.
You find standards of precision and understatement limiting and frustrating. We work extremely hard to only communicate accurately what we know and what we don’t.
Can I apply to more than one of the Senior Communications Officer roles?
You can, but most people shouldn’t. We’re looking for deep expertise in these areas, and we expect most candidates with required expertise will be a clear fit for a single role. If you’re one of the few with real depth in more than one area, apply to both and tell us why. Otherwise, apply for the role you are most qualified for, and we’ll let you know if we think another role might suit you better.
What does this interview process entail?
We’ll use a combination of interviews, written exercises, and work trials to assess the qualities described above. We’ll share more specific details if we invite you to move forward to any of the following stages, but our current plan will likely include the following:
Application
Interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
Compensated work trial with a set maximum number of hours
Interview with GiveWell's Chief of Staff to the CEO
Values interview
CEO interview and References
Note that you don’t need to submit a cover letter. We rely heavily on your resume and answers to the application questions below when we’re making early decisions. We encourage you to spend time responding to the application questions thoroughly and carefully.

What You'll Do
As Senior Communications Officer, Editorial & Production, you will be responsible not only for the quality of individual pieces but also for creating a content operation that can prioritize effectively, manage dependencies, use its resources well, and deliver reliably. This will require both senior editorial judgment and strong operational leadership.
Specific duties will include:
Own the editorial quality and production of GiveWell’s communications, ensuring that our work is clear, accurate, useful, carefully reasoned, and delivered on time. You will serve as GiveWell’s senior editor for our communications content, with responsibility for returning or correcting work that does not meet our editorial bar.

Lead planning, prioritization, and resource allocation for GiveWell’s owned-content portfolio, managing dependencies and moving complex projects from concept through publication.
Uphold GiveWell’s voice and editorial standards across everything we publish, and help colleagues across the organization write within them.
Own the development of GiveWell’s recurring communications and reporting products, turning established priorities and messaging into clear, accurate content.
Personally create, edit, or substantially shape our most complex, sensitive, or high-priority content.
Oversee GiveWell’s website content operations, including the people and processes responsible for routine updates and publishing, so that the site remains accurate, current, and consistent with our editorial standards.
Serve as a senior editorial and production partner to teams across GiveWell, helping shape high-priority projects early, determine the right format and production approach, and establish clear roles, review paths, and timelines.
Oversee the production of design, visual, and multimedia assets across GiveWell’s channels, and the internal team and external contractors who create them.
Manage and develop one or two team members initially, and determine how the function’s team and capabilities should grow over time.

You are a precise editor of complex or technical content: you read text literally and carefully, and you notice when a claim isn’t supported by the evidence behind it. You should be able to combine high standards for individual work with the operational judgment needed to prioritize, allocate resources, manage complex production, and increase capacity over time. You should understand how content is developed through writing, editing, design, audio, graphics, websites, and other formats—even if you are not personally an expert in every medium.
In addition to demonstrated expertise in the duties listed above, you should have:

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Integrity & Compliance (I&C) function is building the systems that let us scale responsibly as our products reach more people, more enterprises, and more regulated industries. Our global compliance program is bespoke, reflecting our unique mission and position as one of the leading AI labs operating on the frontier.
Our Regulatory Programs pillar is a key pillar of our overall Integrity & Compliance function and covers a range of compliance domain areas including economic sanctions, US export controls, and regulatory compliance programs stemming from global content and AI regulation.
As Sanctions Compliance Lead, you will take day-to-day leadership of Anthropic's sanctions compliance program and support oversight of our export controls program, supporting the Regulatory Programs lead as a senior leader within the function. This is a leadership seat in a domain where the rules governing AI models and compute are still being written, and where sanctions exposure runs through globally accessible APIs, downstream and embedded-partner channels, and rapid geographic expansion.
You will own the sanctions program end to end: setting strategy and risk appetite with leadership, continuously assessing risk and driving remediation and program enhancements, governing our screening and enforcement controls, directing regulator-facing matters, and reporting on program health to I&C leadership and the Audit Committee. You will partner closely with our in-house Trade Compliance Counsel on interpretation of applicable law, represent the function with senior stakeholders, and lead and develop trade compliance professionals as the team grows. This is a builder's role at a company that takes integrity seriously and moves fast. You will exercise independent judgment on issues without clear precedent and build durable programs that let Anthropic move quickly while honoring its obligations to regulators, customers, and the public.
Key responsibilities
Lead Anthropic's sanctions compliance program, including strategy, risk appetite, policy frameworks, and the program roadmap, and keep them current as regulations and the business evolve
Represent the sanctions and export controls function with senior leadership and cross-functional partners, and step in for the Regulatory Programs lead across the function as needed
Continuously assess sanctions risk across products, channels, and markets, and own the remediation of identified issues and the delivery of program enhancements, in partnership with Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, and first-line teams
Direct regulator-facing matters, including voluntary self-disclosures, blocking and reject reports, licensing questions, and responses to regulator or third-party inquiries, in partnership with Trade Compliance Counsel and National Security Legal
Govern Anthropic's restricted-party screening and enforcement controls, including list configuration, thresholds, escalation criteria, vendor management, and exception review, in partnership with Regulatory Operations and Safeguards
Serve as the senior escalation point for complex sanctions matters surfaced by Safeguards, Threat Intelligence, Go-to-Market, and Finance, and set the standards by which first-line teams disposition and escalate cases
Advise business and product teams on sanctions and trade controls implications of commercial and geographic expansion, new products and channels, partnerships, and acquisitions, and translate findings into clear control requirements
Support oversight of the export controls program, partnering with the Sanctions & Export Controls Compliance Officer and Trade Compliance Counsel on program priorities, controls, and reporting
Prepare and deliver program reporting on health, key risks, and emerging issues for I&C and Legal leadership, the Audit Committee, and other governance forums
Monitor sanctions regulatory developments and enforcement actions, assess impact on Anthropic, and drive required program changes
Lead, mentor, and develop compliance team members, and help shape the structure of the function as it grows
Of course, this is just a sample of the kinds of work this role will require! You should assume that your role will encompass other tasks, too, and that your job duties and responsibilities may change from time to time at Anthropic's discretion, or otherwise applicable with local law
Minimum qualifications
Substantive, hands-on experience leading an economic sanctions compliance program (OFAC, EU, UK, and other applicable regimes) in a commercial environment, including program design, policy ownership, and risk governance
Experience managing voluntary self-disclosures, blocking or reject reports, and other regulator filings end to end, including coordinating counsel, internal stakeholders, and remediation
Experience assessing sanctions risk on an ongoing basis and owning the remediation of identified issues and delivery of program enhancements through to closure
Experience governing a restricted-party screening program, including list scope, match thresholds, escalation criteria, and screening vendor management
A track record of reporting on program health and risk to senior leadership, an audit committee, or a board, and of driving decisions on risk appetite with executives
Working knowledge of US export controls (EAR and BIS rules) sufficient to oversee an export controls program and partner effectively with technical subject-matter experts
Experience partnering with in-house and outside counsel to interpret trade controls requirements and translating them into practical guidance for product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting policy and preparing materials for senior leadership
Preferred qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience in economic sanctions compliance, including several years leading a program or team
Experience managing and developing compliance professionals
Experience conducting sanctions diligence for acquisitions, vendors, and third parties, including state-ownership and 50 percent rule analysis
Experience partnering with trust and safety, enforcement, or threat intelligence teams on account actions and sanctions escalations
Exposure to sanctions compliance in software, cloud, fintech, or AI contexts, including globally accessible platforms and downstream access risk
Prior experience in a Big 4 or other compliance consulting or advisory professional services firm, or at OFAC or another trade regulator
Experience in a hyper-scaling tech company or other fast-paced environment
Sound judgment and the ability to make risk-based decisions and move work forward with imperfect information
A leadership style characterized by integrity, humility, strategic thinking, and solution-orientation

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer, Federal/Public Sector to join our Solutions Engineering team. You will partner with Account Executives to qualify, progress, and close revenue opportunities with civilian, defense, and intelligence community agencies, guiding them through demos, architecture discussions, and proofs-of-concept that prove Coder’s value for both human developers and the AI coding agents working alongside them, often inside classified or air-gapped networks.
This is not a scripted-demo-only role. You are equally comfortable running a deep technical proof-of-concept inside a disconnected or classified environment and stepping back to translate a technical win into a business case a federal decision-maker will act on. You are energized by ambiguity, motivated by winning deals the right way, and capable of bringing the voice of the agency back into how Coder builds and sells.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the technical relationship with agency prospects through pre-sales, and efficiently manage towards a technical win
- Lead or support post-sales relationships and renewals when needed
- Demo the Coder platform from the developer, administrator, and AI agent workflow perspectives, including in classified and air-gapped settings
- Install Coder on cloud (including GovCloud) and on-prem Kubernetes or VM infrastructure, up to and including air-gapped and disconnected networks
- Run proofs-of-concept that prove Coder’s value, including for agentic and LLM-powered development workflows, and accelerate deals
- Evolve into a subject-matter expert on Cloud Development Environments, agentic AI development, and their impact on mission delivery
- Serve as the agency’s voice, routing insights to Engineering and Product
- Log feature requests and issues in our public/private Git repositories
- Troubleshoot Coder deployments, networking, and Kubernetes components during evaluation, including within classified networks
- Contribute pull requests to Coder’s documentation
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required at time of hire; U.S. citizenship required
- Physically based in the DC / Maryland / Virginia (DMV) area, with ability to travel to customer sites as required
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer selling infrastructure or developer tooling, ideally into federal, defense, or intelligence community customers
- Experience with AI tooling at both the user level and infrastructure level, including coding agents and assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as well as LLM infrastructure such as model proxies and LLM routing layers (e.g. LiteLLM), and the ability to speak credibly to how agencies evaluate and adopt them, including in classified environments
- Strong customer-facing skills that win trust with technical stakeholders and program offices
- Ability to translate technical hurdles into mission value in real time
- Understand agentic AI software development use cases and advocate passionately where appropriate
- Comfortable leading architecture demos and deep-dive troubleshooting sessions in secure, restricted-access environments
- Deep Linux fundamentals and comfort at the command line
- 3+ years hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or on-prem/air-gapped Kubernetes deployments
- 3+ years with Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Solid grasp of networking: ingress controllers, proxies, load balancers, and operating within DoD/IC network boundaries
- Startup-speed execution, ownership mindset, and a player-coach attitude
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- You can walk into an ambiguous agency conversation, diagnose the real technical, security, and mission blockers, and design a proof-of-concept that proves value fast, even inside a classified network.
- You translate deep technical fluency, including on agentic and LLM-based development workflows, into a business case that resonates with program managers, security officers, and mission owners alike.
- Agencies leave your demos and PoCs with a clear, credible picture of how Coder fits their environment, their developers, and their AI agents, without compromising their security posture.
- You are as invested in winning the account the right way as you are in closing the current deal; you spot risks early, whether technical, security, or procedural, and loop in the right people.
- Your field experience feeds back into product and marketing, sharpening how Coder demos and sells into the public sector.
BONUS TACOS
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Success at both high-growth startups and larger software vendors
- Direct experience deploying or supporting AI coding agents in customer environments (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, or similar autonomous/semi-autonomous dev tools)
- Prior military, intelligence community, or federal civilian service background
- Experience with FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, or ATO processes
- Background in CI/CD, DevOps, or developer-platform products
- Experience in platform engineering or developer platform teams
- Kubernetes, AWS, or related certifications

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.

The world's engineers want to get the most out of Claude. At Anthropic, technical instruction already happens everywhere: our Applied AI and Forward Deployed Engineering teams teach customers and partners, and engineers across the company help others learn to build with Claude. Today that instruction is a shared responsibility, delivered alongside people's primary roles. As demand grows, we need to turn that distributed expertise into a dedicated technical instruction function.
You will build that function.
You will be the first person at Anthropic whose full-time job is technical instruction. You'll spend your first year primarily in the classroom teaching engineers, architects, and other technical practitioners. You'll also build the people, standards, and systems that let Anthropic's technical instruction scale far beyond the people we directly employ.
This is a player-coach role. From day one you manage a small bench of instructors. You set the bar for what "ready to teach" means, decide who is cleared to teach a given module in Anthropic's technical programs, and assess facilitators from our training partners against that bar.
You're an engineer who teaches and a teacher who has led other teachers. You can build an agent live in front of a skeptical engineer, diagnose what isn't working in a technical lab, and make the material better. You can also watch an experienced instructor teach, tell them their session isn't ready yet, and coach them to get there.
You will report to the Head of Technical Enablement. The role is based in San Francisco with some travel expected.
Key responsibilities
Lead from the front.
Teach hands-on sessions to new Applied AI engineers, our field teams, and partner cohorts, in rooms from 12-person labs to 100-person training days.
Build the instructor bench.
Hire and develop instructors and curriculum developers. Decide contract renewals, and recommend conversions to full-time, against criteria you define.
Set the quality bar.
Own the observation rubric, dry-run protocol, and cleared-to-teach process for every instructor-led technical session.
Scale through train-the-trainer.
Set the bar the Lead Technical Instructor's train-the-trainer program teaches to, for internal experts, contract instructors, and partner facilitators.
Turn expertise into instruction.
Turn internal experts' content into sessions and labs that work in a live room.
Enable programs without owning them.
Staff other teams' programs with cleared instructors, and own the quality of instruction inside them.
Measure and improve.
Report learner pass rates per instructor each month, and act on them.
Minimum qualifications
8+ years of relevant professional experience
across software engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, technical education, or related technical roles.
4+ years of hands-on technical instruction.
You have taught engineers live and hands-on, across audience sizes.
Production engineering.
You have written and shipped production software and engage credibly with experienced engineers on architecture and debugging.
Recent hands-on AI development.
In your last three years of work, you have built or debugged applications with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, tool use, MCP, or similar.
People leadership.
You have managed instructors, trainers, developer advocates, or solutions engineers, including hiring and performance management, and kept teaching.
Instructor development.
You have designed or run a train-the-trainer program, instructor certification, or observation framework.
San Francisco location.
You are based in San Francisco or willing to relocate with our relocation support, can be in the office every day a program runs, 3 days in a normal week, and can travel 25 to 30 percent.
Preferred qualifications
A portfolio of sessions you taught and a rubric or certification you designed, shared only if you have the right.
Experience building an instruction or developer-education function from scratch.
Experience managing a contractor instructor bench, or clearing instructors across regions from recordings or trained observers.
Daily use of Claude Code or a comparable agentic coding tool, or building on Claude through Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Microsoft Foundry.
Deep enthusiasm for AI and real care about building it responsibly.

Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
At Fin, we believe every business needs an AI Agent for their customers and an AI Agent for their team. For customer experience teams, AI Agents are moving far beyond customer communication, to doing the vast majority of complex customer operations work and moving beyond taking direction from the human team, to giving direction, coordinating and undertaking work under human supervision.
We built and launched Operator this year - an internal Agent for customer operations. Operator deeply understands everything happening in a business's customer experience, finds the insights and areas for improvement, delivers recommendations, and makes the changes itself with permission. It’s a new category of Agent and is a hit with our customers.
This highly strategic role owns the end to end PMM work for Operator, working across product, marketing, GTM and leadership. You'll build the narrative, the positioning, and the go-to-market that makes Operator the next wildly successful product from Fin.
What will I be doing?
Build the external narrative for Operator and bring it to market in a way that creates and shapes the category for the industry
Shape and refine the ICP and audience for the Operator- who we're talking to, what their pains are, and what makes them choose us
Own core messaging and drive cross-functional alignment on what we're saying, why, and how it shows up everywhere - from the website to the sales deck to the customer email
Be deeply customer-obsessed - spend time with customers, study how they evaluate and adopt, and turn signal into clear insight that shapes what we say
Lead launches and go-to-market moments, working cross-functionally to deliver crisp messaging that fits sales, campaigns, and content needs, delivering mindshare for Fin and pipeline for
Build crisp, high-impact narratives and enablement that sales actually uses - including the discovery questions, objection handling, and competitive positioning and work closely with GTM teams to ensure messaging lands with the customers who need to hear it most
Create high-quality core PMM assets yourself: web pages, first call decks, narratives, scripts, demos, and launch materials - and maintain the core 'brain' of PMM context that feeds our AI-first approach
What we're looking for
This role is for someone who is a hybrid: part strategist, part storyteller, part technologist. You move between customer insight, product detail, competitive analysis, and creative expression without friction. Above all, you can take something the market has no name for and make it obvious.
You've done this before
5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B, with a track record of shaping how complex products are understood in market
You've marketed something genuinely new - a product or capability with no clear comparison set - and built the narrative that gave buyers a way to think about it
You've owned a product area end-to-end - from ICP and positioning through to launches and field enablement
You're comfortable with technical depth: automation, workflows, analytics, agent behaviour, and the mechanics of how a product actually does the work
Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing, or with selling operational change rather than a feature set, is a strong plus
You've worked in fast-moving environments where the product ships faster than the messaging can keep up - and found a way to move at that pace without losing quality
You think and write with precision
Excellent written communication - you write crisp briefs, sharp narratives, and synthesis memos that drive alignment
Strong editorial judgment - you know the difference between a sharp positioning statement and marketing language that means nothing
You push back on vague claims and force specificity - in your own work and in others'
You're product-obsessed and technically engaged
You read the docs, use the product, and dig into the tech before you craft a single message
You're genuinely curious about AI - not just as a talking point, but as something you think about, experiment with, and engage with constantly
You use AI tools fluently in your own work and are always looking for new ways to move faster and think sharper
You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution
You don't hand off strategy and wait - you take it all the way to the asset, the launch, the field
Strong judgment and the ability to work independently on large, high-stakes initiatives
A systems thinker who builds messaging architectures and frameworks others can use, not just one-off assets
You work well across functions, build trust quickly, and make the people around you more effective
Attributes we're looking for
Ambitious and competitive
- you set a high bar, think big, and want to win. You'll go the extra mile and you're motivated by building something that leads the market.
Confident and decisive
- you back yourself, optimise for progress over consensus, and value momentum. You ask for forgiveness, not permission.
Curious and intellectually engaged
- you're always learning, experimenting, and asking why. You keep up with AI's pace and use it to improve how you work.
Tasteful and creative
- you understand what connects emotionally with people and draw on design, culture, and craft to create ideas that resonate.
Impatient and change-oriented
- you hate slow and work to fix the root cause. You thrive in ambiguity and love building something new.

Applied AI Research Engineer
Applied AI Research Team, Applied AI
About the role:
As an Applied AI Research Engineer, you will discover what Anthropic's models and products can do, prove it with real customers, and equip the rest of Applied AI to sell and deliver it. You'll embed with product teams to build deep expertise on new capabilities as they develop, and serve as a critical feedback loop carrying field reality back to Product and Research so that what we build next reflects what customers actually need.
In collaboration with Sales, Product, and Research teams, you'll sit at the intersection of what we build and how customers adopt it. You'll own the technical<> GTM handshake for model and product launches: testing new models to understand their strengths and limitations, building demos and evals, and helping field teams get ready. When strategic customers hit novel challenges, you'll go hands-on to solve them. And throughout, you'll synthesize what you're learning across customers and products into insights that shape our roadmap, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to stay calibrated on what's working, what's not, and what matters most.
This role is equal parts researcher, field expert, and connective tissue between our customers and the teams that build our products. You'll need the technical depth to push the boundaries of what our models can do, strong communication skills to make complex capabilities clear to diverse audiences, and the instinct to turn what you learn in the field into signal that makes our products better.
Responsibilities:
Embed with product teams to build deep technical expertise on new products and capabilities as they develop, becoming the field's go-to expert in your domain
Own the technical<> GTM handshake for model and product launches-- early testing, field readiness assessments, and ongoing capability education throughout the model lifecycle
Build demos, evals, and prototypes that showcase customer-relevant model and product capabilities, and define what good performance looks like in important domains
Develop enablement materials like playbooks, training sessions, and reference architectures in partnership with Technical Enablement, so Applied AI teams can effectively position and deliver new capabilities from day one
Engage hands-on with strategic customers facing novel technical challenges in your domain, discover solutions, then package learnings into scalable approaches for the broader field
Synthesize insights from across customer engagements and work with Product and Research to land them. Identify adoption patterns, common blockers, and capability gaps that should inform our research and product roadmaps
Partner with Sales and Applied AI teams to support high-value accounts that need specialized domain knowledge
Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, implementation support, and research collaboration
You may be a good fit if you have:
6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Product Manager, Forward Deployed Engineer, AI startup founder, or similar technical role -- ideally with some exposure to customers or end users
A track record of going deep on technical problems and then translating what you learned into materials, training, or tools that helped others succeed
Strong technical aptitude with strong proficiency in at least one programming language
Meaningful experience building with large language models -- whether shipping LLM-powered products, developing agents or workflows, or integrating models into production systems
Experience designing evals, building prototypes, or developing technical enablement for complex products
The ability to quickly build domain expertise in new product areas and become a credible technical voice on new topics
Curiosity about what AI models can actually do -- you enjoy probing the edges of new capabilities and figuring out what use cases just unlocked
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey complicated topics in easily understandable terms to a diverse set of external and internal stakeholders, including exec-level
The ability to navigate and execute amidst ambiguity, and to flex into different domains based on the business problem at hand, finding simple, easy-to-understand solutions
A collaborative, service-oriented mindset – go-to-market at Anthropic is a team sport
Passion for thinking creatively about how to use technology in a way that is safe and beneficial, and ultimately furthers the goal of advancing safe AI systems

We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive.
So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops.
THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
As a Senior Product Designer, Content Design & Language Systems, you’ll lead ambiguous product problems where workflow, interaction, information architecture, and language need to work together. You’ll help make Docebo’s complex enterprise experiences clearer, more consistent, and easier to use for admins, creators, managers, and learners.
This is not a traditional UX writing role or a localization-operations role. You’ll be a hands-on Product Designer who shapes product behaviour as well as product language. You’ll design complete workflows, build reusable terminology and content patterns, improve AI review and confidence experiences, and embed language guidance into our design system and delivery practices.
You’ll shape problems before solutions are fixed, choose appropriate discovery and validation methods, and connect customer evidence, product data, business context, technical constraints, accessibility, and localization risk to clear product decisions. You’ll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Elemental / Design System, Accessibility, Technical Writing / Localization, AI teams, and other Product Designers—building a shared quality capability without becoming a bottleneck or approval queue.
THE DAY-TO-DAY 💻
- Frame Ambiguous Workflow and Language Problems: Turn incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear problem statements, hypotheses, decision questions, and an actionable path to learning.
- Lead Discovery and Define Outcomes: Select appropriate research and validation methods; combine customer evidence, product analytics, business context, technical constraints, and localization insight to establish measurable success signals and visible trade-offs.
- Design Complete Product Workflows: Lead interaction, information-architecture, and content decisions across roles, permissions, states, edge cases, accessibility, responsive behaviour, errors, confirmations, approvals, and recovery.
- Build Docebo’s Product Language System: Establish terminology, product voice and tone, reusable microcopy patterns, audience guidance, and language principles that improve clarity across product areas.
- Design Trustworthy AI Moments: Create patterns that help people understand what AI did, what informed it, what needs attention, and how to review, edit, regenerate, approve, reverse, or recover.
- Embed Guidance into Product Systems: Partner with Elemental / Design System to create component-level guidance, default strings, usage examples, do-and-don’t guidance, and reusable quality checks.
- Design for Localization Readiness: Own product-side standards for translation-ready writing, terminology reuse, variables and placeholders, language previews, and localization constraints while partnering with Technical Writing / Localization on operational workflows.
- Prototype and Audit with AI-Assisted Methods: Use appropriate-fidelity prototypes and AI-assisted workflows to explore product behaviour, evaluate alternatives, audit language, and assess usability and technical feasibility before significant implementation investment.
- Partner Through Shipped Quality: Work closely with Engineering on implementation strategy, design QA, product polish, and post-release iteration using customer feedback and product evidence.
- Create Reusable Leverage: Turn repeated workflow and language needs into patterns, assets, documentation, terminology, prompts, or practices that improve more than one feature.
- Mentor and Facilitate: Help designers and cross-functional partners build stronger product-language judgment through critique, decision reviews, workshops, concise documentation, and practical guidance.
