From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

Identify emerging risks, constraints, stalled activities, resource conflicts, or unclear ownership and facilitate resolution.
Escalate issues to Growth, Development, and Power leadership, the Head of PMO, or broader business leadership when appropriate.

Provide leadership with clear reporting on progress, upcoming milestones, dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and decisions required.
Act as an impartial facilitator when cross-department priorities or expectations are misaligned.
Partner with the Head of PMO and other embedded PMO PMs to consistently apply PMO standards, tools, processes, and reporting practices.

3+ years of experience in project or program management in the data center, power infrastructure, industrial development, or related industries.
Working knowledge of site development processes sufficient to understand key milestones, dependencies, terminology, and downstream impacts.
Basic knowledge of real estate contracts, with a general understanding of common gating items in the closing process.
Proficient in leveraging AI tools to manage, streamline, and enhance project workstreams.
Demonstrated experience coordinating initiatives across multiple technical and business functions.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is in a critical phase of growth, and paid social is one of the fastest ways we reach new businesses. This role owns the day-to-day of Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok ads: building campaigns, getting them live, and tuning them once they’re running. You’ll help set where budget flows, drive what we test next, and decide what gets killed. You’ll work alongside an experienced marketing team with the creative, analytical, and technical resources to deliver on ambitious growth goals. This is a key role in which you’ll be uniquely positioned to contribute to Ramp’s growth by helping operate some of our fastest-growing demand generation channels.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help operate our paid Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok programs, including hands-on campaign setup, targeting, budgets, tracking, QA, reporting, and daily optimization.
- Translate performance data into clear recommendations for creative, targeting, and testing.
- Own smaller campaigns and product launches end to end, from stakeholder alignment and briefing through build, deployment post-launch analysis, and reporting.
- Partner with creative strategists, designers, copywriters, product marketers, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to market.
- Develop structured testing plans across audiences, creative, messaging, formats, and placements
- Maintain strong operational standards across naming conventions, documentation, measurement, and campaign governance.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through templates, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
- Grow into channel planning and broader paid acquisition strategy.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years of experience managing paid social or performance marketing campaigns
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- A strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, budgeting, tracking, attribution, and optimization
- Experience working across both creative testing and media execution
- Experience building repeatable campaign templates, operating systems, and AI-assisted workflows
- Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into clear, actionable decisions
- Strong project management skills and confidence owning initiatives from brief through launch
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when building, trafficking, and QAing campaigns

You’ll help ensure system changes are tested, validated, and operationally ready before they go live. You’ll provide Pricing and Order Operations subject-matter expertise and execute assigned business validation across signature packets, bookings, marketplace offers, and booking-to-order management handoffs. This role partners closely with Order Operations & Monetization, IT’s business systems team, Pricing Operations, Sales, and Deal Desk.
Reporting & Prioritization
Reports to the Order Operations & Monetization lead, Jamie Calkins.
The Senior Pricing Operations Manager may help prioritize pricing-related test cases and QTC issues tied specifically to pricing and quoting.
The Order Operations & Monetization lead owns final prioritization of the analyst’s workload across order operations, assigned non-pricing UAT participation, and pricing-related support work.
This is a hybrid role, 1-2 days in the office.
Technologies You’ll Use
Salesforce CPQ
Jira
Suger and marketplace user interfaces, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake

What You’ll Do
Pricing Operations & QTC Support
Support pricing operations changes through business requirement review, data validation, configuration checks, and documentation, helping ensure pricing logic is accurately reflected in QTC workflows.
Validate pricing-related QTC changes across quoting, approvals, discounting logic, product configuration, and downstream order execution.
Help confirm that pricing changes are operationally ready before launch, including impacts to Sales, Deal Desk, Order Operations, Billing, Revenue, and marketplace workflows.
Partner with the Senior Pricing Operations Manager to prioritize pricing-related test cases, identify gaps in business requirements, and document expected system behavior.
Help maintain documentation for pricing- and order-related system configurations, known dependencies, and release-readiness criteria.
UAT & Testing
Participate as a Pricing and Order Operations subject-matter expert in UAT project-managed by Technical Program Management (TPM) and executed under RevOps coordination, ensuring relevant business scenarios and expected outcomes are represented.
Execute assigned Pricing and Order Operations test cases and collaborate with the GTM subject-matter experts identified by RevOps.
Partner with RevOps and relevant subject-matter experts to develop and maintain Pricing and Order Operations test cases, including scenarios for quoting, approvals, signature packets, bookings, marketplace offers, billing, and order management.
Document test results and defects with clear traceability from business requirement to test outcome, and provide domain-specific readiness input through the established UAT sign-off process.
Maintain the Pricing and Order Operations portion of the regression test suite for recurring QTC changes.
Order Operations
Operate under defined business requirements for order operations rules within the QTC flow, validating execution across signature packet generation and e-signature routing, booking rules, marketplace offer configuration—including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake—and the booking-to-order management handoff.
Partner with IT’s business systems team and the Proposal-to-Order Lead to keep order operations rules aligned with upstream pricing and quoting logic and downstream billing and revenue systems.
Ensure signature packets and marketplace offers accurately reflect the underlying order and pricing terms before execution.
Identify and troubleshoot order operations issues across bookings, signature packets, and marketplace offers, escalating systemic problems to the appropriate system owner.
Skills We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in pricing operations, order operations, business systems analysis, or quality assurance within an agile environment, ideally involving quote-to-cash processes.
Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and order management or billing systems, with the ability to read and understand configuration logic without necessarily building it directly.
Strong attention to detail and comfort performing structured, repeatable testing work.
Comfort using conversational AI tools—such as Claude, ChatGPT, or internal chatbots—to support daily and project work, combined with sound judgment about when human review or decision-making is necessary.
Clear written communication skills, with the ability to document test cases, defects, and sign-off criteria for technical and business audiences.
A proactive, organized approach, with the ability to work across IT, Pricing and Order Operations, and Sales and Deal Desk with minimal oversight.
Bonus Skills

What the Role Is
As the CS Enablement Program Manager, you’ll be the business owner of the systems that make both our human agents and AI agents effective, starting with the quality and integrity of the knowledge they rely on. As a highly autonomous, high-judgment IC, you’ll build and continuously improve the knowledge base, SOPs, training, and AI-powered workflows that underpin Customer Support across Babylist and Babylist Health. You’ll bring deep operational rigor and a strong understanding of how AI is changing customer support—using the technology in your own work while designing systems that make it more effective across the organization. This is a greenfield opportunity to build the CS Enablement function at a tech-first consumer company: identifying where knowledge, policies, and workflows break down, and partnering across CS, BizOps Tech, Product, and Analytics to build a support system that gets smarter and more reliable as we scale.
Who You Are
Deep expertise in Support Operations, Enablement, or Knowledge Management
: you've owned documentation, workflows, and operational strategy in high-volume environments.
Can build and manage a knowledge base from scratch
(Zendesk, Gladly, Help Scout, Notion, Guru, or similar), organizing content and maintaining accuracy at scale so both humans and AI systems can use it effectively.
Can design for a hybrid AI-agent and human-agent support organization
: structuring content for AI consumption, writing effective prompts, evaluating output quality, and calling the line between what's automated and what stays human-owned.
Can write clear, usable SOPs
for complex, multi-step, or edge-case scenarios, and know when to automate them instead.
Can build and deliver training that actually changes how people work
: onboarding, process rollouts, tool adoption, AI workflow enablement.
Strong analytical instincts
: you can read support data (ticket trends, contact drivers, resolution times) and turn it into decisions about what to fix, automate, or rebuild.
Comfortable being the first person to do this job.
This space doesn't have an established playbook in customer support yet, you'll be creating it.
Effective cross-functional partner
who can work with BizOps, Product, Analytics, and engineering-adjacent teams to drive real change, not just executing within your own lane.
Demonstrated track record of using AI to do your own work better
. At Babylist every team uses AI daily. You're already using it daily to move faster and improve your output, and have real opinions about when it works and when it doesn't.
How You Will Make An Impact
Build the CS Enablement program from the ground up: create the systems that keep agents (human and AI) current on knowledge base, training, and copilot content as product changes accelerate.
Move support operations from AI-assisted to AI-native: rebuild workflows, documentation, and training so AI is the default operating model.
Build and maintain the knowledge base that serves as the source of truth for both AI systems and human agents, structured for AI consumption and kept accurate as products and policies evolve.
Close existing content gaps and continuously identify how to reduce unnecessary escalations and drive meaningful improvement in chatbot coverage and resolution rate.
Lead the implementation of an AI copilot and bring usage to 90%+ of agent interactions by making the copilot genuinely useful (better source material, better prompt design).
Build agent confidence through scalable training that teaches people when to trust AI, when to override it, and how to give feedback that improves it.
Create SOPs for complex scenarios so cases get handled consistently, audit and streamline fragmented workflows, and design new processes with AI built in from the start.
Partner with the CS Analyst to identify top contact drivers and documentation gaps, then act on them.
Establish feedback loops with frontline agents so the system keeps improving instead of just when someone notices a problem.
Why This Role
You'd be defining a role that doesn't have a template yet.
"AI-native CS enablement" isn't an established discipline in customer support. You won't be applying someone else's playbook, you'll be writing it.
The foundation is still forming, and that's the opportunity.
Most of the knowledge base, SOPs, and AI workflows don't exist yet, so the systems you build become how the org operates for years.
You'll have real influence on the roadmap, not just execution against it.
You're setting the agenda with BizOps Tech, Product, and Analytics on what gets fixed, automated, and rebuilt next.
Your success is directly visible in the numbers that matter to the business
: chatbot deflection, copilot adoption, CSAT. This isn't a support role in the background, it's core to how CS scales.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$140,000 to $170,000
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

We're committed to career progression and performance-based advancement

Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Partner with product to define, communicate, and track team goals/OKRs aligned with product and company strategy.
Make thoughtful prioritization and trade‑off decisions between scope, quality, and speed.

Your Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant industry experience (engineering, technical leadership, and/or management).
3+ years of management experience, including leading cross‑functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering measurable results (e.g., business impact, customer satisfaction, technical metrics (improved performance, reliability, quality, etc.), delivery metrics (team throughput, etc.).
Experience giving direct, timely feedback and handling difficult conversations with clarity and empathy.
Solid engineering background with the ability to “speak the language” of engineers, review designs, ask the right technical questions and challenge decisions and estimations.
Experience with planning, prioritization, and execution of complex customer-facing projects.

Experience in setting team goals and using metrics to manage and improve team performance.
Strong track record in coaching, career development, and performance management.
Proficiency with agile development practices and iterative delivery.

Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and retaining high‑performing engineers.
Examples of effective communication: presentations, roadmap updates, etc. – targeting the entire team or stakeholders.
Established practice of using data and analytics to make informed decisions and measure outcomes.
Proven ability to introduce process improvements, challenge the status quo, and drive innovation within constraints.
Hands‑on use of AI/automation tools to streamline workflows and increase team productivity.
Ability to influence without authority and build trust across engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders.

You will lead a cross-functional team of software engineers and work in close partnership with a dedicated Product Manager and Designer as an integrated “triad.” You’ll collaborate regularly with other product teams, platform/service owners, and cross‑functional stakeholders across the organization.
