Who You Are:
The Project Management Office (PMO) Project Manager (Data Center Construction) is the PMO's embedded project management partner to the Pre-Construction and Construction functions. This is not a traditional construction PM role responsible for replacing the technical ownership of the Pre-Construction or Construction teams. Department leaders and subject matter experts retain ownership and accountability for their work. Instead, the PM provides the cross-functional coordination, structure, visibility, and accountability required to move complex initiatives forward across departmental boundaries. Pre-construction and construction activities inherently depend on multiple teams - including Site Development, Operations, Technology, EHS, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and external partners. The PM ensures those dependencies are identified early, responsibilities are clear, decisions occur at the appropriate time, and work across departments remains aligned to broader project and business priorities. The role gives department leadership a partner who can take complex initiatives and create the structure required to execute them effectively while allowing technical leaders to remain focused on their areas of expertise.
What You’ll Do:
Partner closely with Pre-Construction and Construction leadership to understand priorities, upcoming work, constraints, and cross-functional needs.
Translate complex initiatives into clearly defined workstreams, tasks, milestones, owners, dependencies, and decision points.
Establish and maintain visibility into current and upcoming work through the PMO project management systems and reporting processes.
Identify dependencies between Pre-Construction / Construction and Site Development, Operations, Technology, EHS, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other functions.
Facilitate the cross-functional meetings required to move work forward, with clear objectives, ownership, decisions, action items, and follow-through.
Connect department heads and functional stakeholders when work has broader organizational impacts or requires decisions across teams.
Identify risks, stalled work, unclear ownership, resource constraints, or competing priorities and drive the appropriate conversations toward resolution.
Escalate material risks and decisions to department leadership, the Head of PMO, or business leadership when appropriate.
Partner with department leadership on prioritization and sequencing when multiple initiatives compete for resources or have interdependent timelines.
Support capacity and resourcing discussions by providing visibility into upcoming work, workload, dependencies, and potential constraints.
Ensure required Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other support-function processes are incorporated into project plans and initiated at the appropriate time.
Improve communication between Pre-Construction / Construction and other departments by ensuring relevant information reaches the appropriate stakeholders and other embedded PMO PMs.
Provide objective facilitation when priorities, ownership, timelines, or expectations conflict across departments.
Track execution against agreed business priorities and provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and blockers.
Partner with the Head of PMO and other embedded PMO PMs to consistently apply PMO standards, tools, processes, and reporting practices.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in project management, program management, construction, infrastructure, engineering, development, or a related environment.
Experience coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple departments, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Working knowledge of pre-construction and construction processes sufficient to understand dependencies, sequencing, terminology, and business impacts.
Strong ability to take ambiguous or complex initiatives and create structured execution plans.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and create accountability without direct authority.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, functional leaders, and executives.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify organizational gaps, dependencies, and risks before they affect execution.
Experience with project/work management platforms such as Jira and related collaboration and documentation tools.
Strong written and verbal communication and executive reporting skills.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
What We Offer (US):
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Flexible Time Off (i.e. unlimited paid vacation days)
Company paid Holidays (11)
Company paid sick leave
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
3% 401(k) company contribution

About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the Role
We're looking for a FinOps Engineer to help drive cost optimization and cloud financial governance across our AWS infrastructure and GCP footprint. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Product to find and ship savings, build the tooling necessary to maximize efficiency of every dollar spent in the cloud, and cultivate a culture of cost awareness across engineering teams.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not an analyst seat. You'll do the schlep work other teams don't have time for, digging into a bucket's access pattern, writing the Terraform or Lambda that ships the fix, working on a product feature chasing a number until it reconciles, and influencing product decisions when cost to reliability tradeoffs hit. Strong communication matters as much as technical depth, you'll regularly explain a savings case to an engineering team, a finance stakeholder, and a leadership audience in the same week.
What You'll Be Responsible For
In this role, you'll:
- Find and ship savings across AWS and GCP: Analyze billing, usage, and cost trends to identify opportunities, rightsizing, storage lifecycle policies, data transfer, and spot/auto-scaling. Take ideas from identification through to a realized dollar figure, not just a recommendation.
- Build and maintain cost attribution: Tagging policies, cost allocation, and chargeback/showback so engineering teams can see and own their own spend. This is foundational work other savings work depends on.
- Automate cost governance: Build automated cost reporting, anomaly detection, and alerting. Write the scripts and infrastructure-as-code (Python, Terraform, Lambda) that enforce cost policy rather than relying on manual review.
- Partner with engineering on architecture decisions: Bring cost into the room early, cost-efficiencies are cheaper to get right at design than to retrofit.
- Work with Finance on forecasting and reporting: Support budget tracking and financial KPIs; build dashboards engineering and finance can both read.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
- Have strong AWS expertise and working GCP knowledge, including pricing models, billing structures, and cost optimization mechanics.
- Have automation and scripting skills: Python, Terraform/ pulumi, Lambda, or Bash
- Are comfortable with cost/billing tooling: AWS Cost Explorer, Cost & Usage Reports, GCP Billing Reports, and BI/dashboarding (we use Hex).
- Have experience with, or are comfortable picking up, Linear and Notion as the system of record for tracking and documenting FinOps work.
- Experience with a dedicated cloud cost management platform (e.g. CloudZero, Vantage, or similar) is a plus, not required.
- Can analyze cost data and present it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have prior experience in a FinOps, cloud cost management, or cloud governance role.
- Are energized by doing the unglamorous, high-leverage work (the schlep) that unblocks other teams, and by working cross-functionally without positional authority.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Vice President, Partnerships
Level:
Director (we are open to hiring at Senior Director level for more experienced candidates)
Role overview
GiveDirectly intends to transfer $10B by 2035 while building a resilient, durable cash-first movement in the aid sector.
To reach this milestone, we have brought all fundraising efforts under one leadership, to enable better coordination and optimisation of fundraising streams and operations over time. This unified approach is building a high-performance fundraising team that identifies and secures high-quality leads, while standardizing revenue operations and knowledge-sharing across all verticals, enabling a better donor experience and securing long-term funding to achieve our goals of eliminating extreme poverty and responding better in crisis.
The Director/Senior Director, Revenue Operations will own the operating backbone of the Fundraising function: the data, systems, and processes that let Partnerships, Philanthropy, Individual Giving, and Special Projects run at scale. As we grow our Emergency Cash and US work alongside our work on ending extreme poverty, the candidate will also help ensure fundraising strategies are complementary rather than competing. This is a BizOps-first role. You will build the pipeline infrastructure, KPI architecture, and operating rhythms that make Fundraising's growth predictable and measurable, and you will represent Fundraising to Finance, Compliance, Grants Management, and the People team.
Alongside this, the role carries a chief-of-staff dimension: partnering with the Vice President of Partnership on strategic priorities, high-stakes internal and external communications, and organizational change management, so the VP's time is focused on the highest-impact work.
Depending on the skills and interests of the person we hire, this role may grow to manage a team of 3-5, covering some combination of: fundraising tech and data (e.g. Salesforce), donor experience, and knowledge management. Reflecting our "Team Next" value and commitment to organizational excellence, this person will drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure fundraising operations scale seamlessly alongside our global growth.
Key responsibilities
Own Fundraising's revenue operations: data, systems, and process (primary focus)
Build and own the strategic data and systems architecture for Fundraising: pipeline tracking, annual and in-year forecasting, and reporting infrastructure (e.g. Salesforce) that gives every vertical a single, trustworthy source of truth.
Define, standardize, and own tracking of fit-for-purpose Fundraising KPIs, aligned to Board reporting needs and the team's long-term strategic direction.
Partner with counterparts on Fundraising Data and Tech to prioritize, execute, and approve projects that serve both functions.
Design and institutionalize the operating rhythms of the Fundraising function: pipeline reviews, QBRs, reporting cadences, and the processes that turn strategy into consistent execution.
Develop revenue systems and processes alongside the Finance, Fundraising and Donor Experience teams that support scalable growth, protect donor journeys, and ensure capital moves securely and efficiently through the organization.
Own revenue reconciliation and recognition, pledge and receivable tracking, restricted-fund coding, monthly/annual close handoff, or audit support.
Own workforce and capacity planning for Fundraising in partnership with the VP: role scoping, hiring prioritization, and structural improvements as the team scales.
Build and lead a team as the function matures
As the role grows, manage a team of 3-5 covering fundraising tech and data (e.g. Salesforce), donor experience, and knowledge management, setting priorities, coaching, and ensuring quality across each area.
Set clear ownership and operating cadences across the team so each workstream (tech and data, donor experience, knowledge management) has a defined remit and reduces duplicated effort across Fundraising verticals.
Act as the go-to liaison between Fundraising and other functions
Maintain a comprehensive view of Fundraising needs across all verticals and sub-teams, and act as the single point of contact for Grants Management, Finance, and Compliance on run-rate donor management processes.
Represent Fundraising's operational needs to the People team, Legal, and other functions as cross-functional systems and initiatives are designed and launched.
Partner with the VP on strategy and organizational effectiveness (chief-of-staff functions)
Collaborate with the Vice President to refine the unit's strategy, manage organizational change, and lead internal communications.
Streamline decision-making, manage priorities, and provide strategic counsel to maximize the VP's focus and effectiveness on high-impact work.
Prepare briefing materials and executive-level communications for senior leadership and Board audiences as needed.
Lead on cross-fundraising initiatives and priorities
Address broader organizational priorities as needed, including high-level donor stewardship coordination, cross-functional system launches, flexible workforce planning, or market expansion initiatives.
This role would suit somebody who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, who is energized by building systems and structure out of ambiguity, and who enjoys pulling together disparate workstreams into a cohesive, impactful strategy. It's a strong fit for someone with a business operations, revenue operations, or chief-of-staff background who wants a role weighted toward building and owning systems (and, over time, building a team) rather than one focused primarily on executive support.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or a chief-of-staff role, ideally within a fundraising, sales, or partnerships organization.
Demonstrated experience building or owning CRM/pipeline systems (e.g. Salesforce), KPI frameworks, and reporting infrastructure that multiple teams rely on.
Strong analytical operator: comfortable structuring ambiguity, setting priorities, and using data to drive decisions. An advanced degree (e.g. MBA) is a plus, not a requirement.
Proven track record managing cross-functional relationships and influencing senior stakeholders outside a direct reporting line.
Experience managing people or workstreams, with the ability to scope roles and structure as a function grows; direct people management experience is a plus given this role may build and lead a team of 3-5.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for high-stakes internal and Board-facing materials.
Deep alignment with GiveDirectly's values, especially recipient choice, transparency, and evidence.
Bonus
Experience working with institutional donors or fundraising teams in Africa.
Experience standing up a BizOps or RevOps function from scratch, including building out a team across tech and data, donor experience, and knowledge management.
Compensation
At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. We use an accredited third party salary aggregator to calculate what we believe to be competitive pay based on role, location, and cost of living. We also have a no negotiation policy to ensure we are paying staff equitably across roles. Read more about our compensation philosophy

We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You'll work across the full lifecycle: from scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who think like product owners: you understand the business problem, define what success looks like in numbers, ship to real users, and own the result after launch.
Our stack: Python and TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS. We run multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock and others) behind a shared LLM gateway, with MCP for tool access. We work AI-native: agentic coding tools are part of how engineering gets done here, and we provide official Anthropic Claude certification for our engineers.
As part of our team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval (RAG), multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed.
Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers that give agents governed access to company data and systems.
Own quality and cost: evals and golden sets, per-agent telemetry (tokens, cost, latency, accuracy), prompt and model versioning, provider failover and model routing.
Ship through CI/CD like any other production service: tests and evals in the pipeline, containerized deploys, monitoring, rollbacks.
Contribute to shared platform pieces: the agent template, the LLM gateway, observability.
Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize and validate use cases. Push back when something doesn't need an agent.
Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code is our default; deep experience with a comparable agentic tool also works. You drive the tool, verify its output and catch its mistakes.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems you've designed, shipped and supported.
Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production with real users.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph or similar. You can also explain what you'd build without one.
Hands-on experience with MCP and RAG: you've built MCP servers or equivalent tool layers, and retrieval pipelines over real, messy data.
Experience with multiple LLM providers and with AWS Bedrock: model selection, routing, fallbacks, cost and rate-limit management.
Strong Python and SQL. Comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js.
Solid production engineering on AWS: Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability.
Product thinking and business focus: you start from the problem and its cost, define success in measurable terms, and own outcomes.
Daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar), with the judgment to verify what they produce.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in English.
Nice to have:
LLM observability or gateway tooling (Langfuse, LiteLLM, OpenTelemetry for LLM traces or similar).
B2B contact and company data: enrichment, deduplication, matching.
Cloud operations or FinOps: monitoring, incident handling, cost management.
Event-driven or workflow-engine experience (Kafka, Temporal or similar).
Experience replacing no-code or workflow-tool automations with production code.
What we offer:
Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;
Paid time off and sick leave;
Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer;
Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday;
Schedule: 14 PM - 23 PM EEST (Kyiv time).
Location: Boston, MA; San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY; Seattle, WA; Washington, DC

Drive team accountability to core CS metrics: expansion (consumption growth, cross-sell/upsell opportunity identification), customer health scores, retention (NRR), and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Join strategic customer engagements and escalations, demonstrating executive presence with C-level stakeholders at leading cybersecurity companies
Build and refine scalable CS processes including success planning frameworks, QBR templates, and expansion playbooks

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About inKind
inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We are entering our next stage of growth, and our ambition is significant: to establish inKind as the market-leading brand in dining and become one of the most recognized and relevant consumer brands in hospitality.
We're looking for a VP of Marketing who has experienced hyper-scale before - someone who understands what it takes to take a rapidly growing company and turn it into a category-defining, nationally recognized brand.
Role Summary
The VP of Marketing will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of inKind's marketing function across growth, brand, lifecycle, acquisition, retention, content, partnerships, and product marketing.
This is a critical leadership role for the next stage of inKind's growth. We want someone who has seen and helped lead hyper-scale firsthand and understands how the marketing strategy, organization, channels, brand, technology, and operating model need to evolve as a company moves from high growth to true market leadership.
Your mandate is bigger than generating leads or running campaigns. You will help turn inKind into a market-leading consumer brand, creating the awareness, affinity, customer growth, and engagement required to make inKind synonymous with discovering and experiencing great restaurants.
This is not a role for someone who wants to operate purely at the strategy level. You will set the vision while remaining deeply involved in execution - understanding how channels perform, how consumers behave, where the funnel can improve, what the brand stands for, and where we should place our next bet.
You will combine brand building with commercial performance, ensuring every marketing investment contributes to sustainable growth and long-term brand equity.
What You'll Own
Hyper-Scale Growth
Build the marketing strategy required to drive inKind through its next paradigm of rapid growth.
Bring firsthand experience of what changes when a business moves from growth into hyper-growth - from channels and organizational structure to processes, technology, measurement, and brand investment.
Identify the growth engines capable of taking inKind from today's scale to the next order of magnitude.
Build repeatable, scalable acquisition and engagement models rather than relying on isolated campaigns.
Anticipate the capabilities, talent, systems, and infrastructure Marketing will need before growth creates the requirement.
Balance aggressive growth with disciplined economics and sustainable customer value.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
Own the overall strategy for consumer growth, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Build and continuously optimize a diversified acquisition strategy across paid, organic, referral, partnership, local, and emerging channels.
Establish clear performance expectations across the marketing funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.
Own key growth metrics including CAC, conversion, activation, retention, repeat behavior, frequency, and LTV.
Develop scalable growth loops that leverage inKind's restaurant network, consumers, partners, and product.
Test aggressively, learn quickly, and scale what works.
Build a Market-Leading Brand
Own the ambition of transforming inKind from a rapidly growing company into a nationally recognized, market-leading consumer brand.
Define and evolve the inKind brand strategy, positioning, voice, and creative direction.
Establish a clear point of view on what inKind should stand for in the minds of consumers.
Build awareness, consideration, preference, and affinity at scale.
Develop breakthrough campaigns and brand moments capable of expanding inKind beyond its existing audience.
Build a brand that consumers actively recognize, trust, talk about, and want to engage with.
Ensure brand investment and growth marketing work together rather than operating as separate disciplines.
Identify opportunities for inKind to define and lead its category.
Establish consistent and distinctive brand experiences across product, digital, social, restaurant, partnership, experiential, and corporate touchpoints.
Lifecycle, CRM & Retention
Own lifecycle marketing across the complete customer journey.
Develop sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data.
Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, frequency, reactivation, and retention.
Drive continuous experimentation across messaging, offers, timing, channels, and customer segments.
Partner with Product and Data to identify behavioral signals and turn them into actionable marketing programs.
Ensure lifecycle marketing becomes a meaningful driver of customer LTV and sustainable growth.
Optimization & Analytics
Build a marketing organization where data drives decisions.
Establish clear dashboards and KPIs across channels, campaigns, customer segments, brand health, and the overall marketing funnel.
Regularly analyze performance and identify where resources should be increased, reduced, or redirected.
Develop a rigorous testing framework across creative, audience, channel, offer, landing page, and customer experience.
Understand not simply what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next.
Translate marketing performance and consumer behavior into clear recommendations for Executive Leadership.
Create the measurement frameworks necessary to understand both short-term performance marketing and long-term brand impact.
Product & Partner Marketing
Partner closely with Product to ensure customer insights influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Develop positioning and go-to-market plans for new products, capabilities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
Create programs that simultaneously drive value for
consumers, restaurant partners, and inKind
.
Ensure major launches have clear audiences, messaging, distribution strategies, and measurable success criteria.
Identify opportunities where product capabilities themselves can become powerful acquisition, engagement, and brand-building mechanisms.
Marketing Leadership & Execution
Set the overall marketing strategy while remaining close to the work.
Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing organization capable of operating in a hyper-growth environment.
Determine what the marketing organization needs to look like at 2x, 5x, and 10x today's scale.
Establish clear ownership, priorities, goals, and accountability across the team.
Evaluate the existing marketing organization, capabilities, agencies, technology, processes, and investment strategy and determine what needs to evolve.
Manage marketing investment with a strong focus on incremental impact, scalability, and ROI.
Move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed campaign, creative, channel, or performance discussions.
Create a culture of experimentation, urgency, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You've seen hyper-scale:
You have operated inside a company during a period of exceptional growth and understand what needs to change as the organization scales.
You've built brands, not just campaigns:
You understand how a growing company becomes a recognizable, differentiated, market-leading brand.
Strategic and hands-on:
You can build a multi-year marketing strategy and dive into campaign performance the same day.
Commercially minded:
You think about marketing through the lens of revenue, growth, customer behavior, market share, and enterprise value.
Brand + Growth:
You believe exceptional brand building and measurable performance should reinforce each other.
Data-driven:
You're comfortable interrogating dashboards, funnels, cohorts, CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and channel performance.
Customer obsessed:
You have a deep curiosity about why consumers behave the way they do and what creates genuine brand affinity.
Highly experimental:
You naturally think in hypotheses, tests, results, and iteration.
Builder mentality:
You're energized by building the organization and capabilities required for the next stage rather than simply managing what already exists.
High agency:
When you identify an opportunity or problem, you take ownership and move quickly.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
Firsthand experience operating through hyper-growth or hyper-scale, ideally within a business that achieved significant national consumer adoption.
Demonstrated experience helping transform a growing company into a market-leading or category-defining brand.
Experience within a high-growth consumer, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, e-commerce, or technology business.
Demonstrated success scaling consumer acquisition and retention.
Strong experience across growth marketing, brand, lifecycle/CRM, customer segmentation, and performance optimization.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing marketing organizations.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience using customer and performance data to drive decisions.
Experience managing significant marketing investments and evaluating channel-level ROI.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have:
Established a clear strategy for taking inKind from high growth toward true market leadership.
Significantly increased awareness and consideration of the inKind brand.
Created a clear and differentiated position for inKind within the market.
Built scalable acquisition engines capable of supporting the company's next stage of growth.
Improved customer acquisition efficiency and funnel conversion.
Increased customer activation, engagement, frequency, retention, and LTV.
Strengthened lifecycle, personalization, and customer segmentation capabilities.
Established clear marketing and brand dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and performance accountability.
Built the team, systems, processes, and capabilities required to support hyper-scale.
Created stronger integration between Marketing, Product, Data, and commercial teams.
Put inKind firmly on the path to becoming the market-leading consumer brand in its category.
Why inKind
This is an opportunity to join inKind at an inflection point.
The foundations have been built. The business is scaling rapidly. The opportunity now is to take that momentum and build a brand with national awareness, significant consumer relevance, and category leadership.
We're looking for someone who has experienced that journey before and wants to help do it again—this time with the opportunity to shape the strategy, organization, brand, and growth engine behind it.
You'll have the opportunity to build a marketing organization and brand capable of defining the next stage of inKind's growth - and ultimately help make inKind synonymous with how people discover and experience restaurants.
Who we are:
inKind connects passionate diners with exceptional restaurants across the country. inKind partners with thousands of restaurants and has millions of users who want to discover great places, dine confidently, and earn meaningful rewards.

⭐ The role, concretely
Are you excited about building, structuring and scaling HR operations in a company that's just getting started? You will join Prévenir at a very early stage and help build the foundations of our People and administrative operations as the company scales. This role is particularly suited to someone who has already experienced a fast-growth environment, whether in a start-up, scale-up or during a 0-to-100 journey.
We're in the early chapters: this isn't about running existing processes — it's about creating them from scratch so they hold up at much larger scale. The role brings a product mindset to People operations, where every key moment of the employee experience is carefully designed, with a constant focus on simplicity and automation. You'll work closely with Lucie, who makes the final calls depending on topic complexity and supports you as you grow into autonomy.
Your time is split between:
- Employee journey: onboarding, probation-period tracking, setting up and running performance reviews, feedback processes, and monitoring team engagement.
- Documentation & operational efficiency: writing clear, user-centric documentation, spotting friction, simplifying or automating recurring processes. You leverage AI to multiply the impact of your work.
- People admin: leave and absence management, payroll back-and-forth, contracting and employee administrative follow-up, onboarding formalities and affiliations (health/provident insurance, occupational health), GDPR compliance.
- Operational finance: expense reports, preparing and sending accounting documents to Impulsa, preparing routine filings (including VAT).
Over time, this person will take ownership of payroll management in coordination with our accounting partner, with training and support.
👤 The profile we're looking for
Essential:
- At least 5-6 years of experience in People Ops, very hands-on, and comfortable with admin topics (e.g., managing the relationship with an accounting firm)
- Previous experience in a fast-scaling company, start-up or scale-up, ideally having helped build or scale People processes during a period of significant growth.
- Business curiosity: genuinely interested in what's happening on the business side, and able to connect your work to where the company is heading
- Versatility across People and Corporate/Admin topics, with a strong People focus
- Rigour and rock-solid attention to detail
- Autonomy: you don't wait to be told there's a problem — you spot it, bring a solution, and know when to loop someone in on the tricky ones
- Demonstrated interest in automating and improving recurring processes, and genuine enthusiasm for AI
- Comfort interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior profiles when needed
- Fluent English (written and spoken) to interact with the Alan team
- Based in Paris or the Île-de-France region, with the ability to work onsite regularly, ideally three days per week or more.
Ideally:
- Experience in MedTech or in a start-up / scale-up
- Sensitivity to the medical world (professional or personal)
- Note: a 100% Occupational Health background may not be the right cultural fit, but worth testing
🙏 What we offer
- Location: 117 Quai de Valmy, Paris 10th, in a brand-new centre designed to support high-quality practice
- Base salary: between €53,000 and €61,000 gross per year, depending on experience and level
- Profit-sharing scheme: 10%, in line with Prévenir’s framework
- Benefits: daily transport costs covered, company restaurant, RTT days and regular team events
