ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- GTM technical expert: Design and demo Sierra’s incredible Agent product, offering technical solutions to solve for our customer’s needs, and answering technical questions about our solutions.
- Cross-functional work: You will work directly with our Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to both drive our GTM function, as well as continuously improve our Agents through our customer-driven product development philosophy.
- Lead & support our customers: As a GTM and technical leader in the earliest conversations with our future customers, you will both understand and anticipate their needs to continue our industry-leading AI solution.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Past experience in demo building, and presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function.
- Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders.
- Experience in leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
- Ability to connect a prospect’s specific business problems and Sierra’s solutions and explain them to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- AI-related experience (or experience in a similarly modern and highly technical industry).
- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Sales to join our Finance team. You will be a key partner to Sales and RevOps leadership, helping shape metrics-driven decision making across Sales budget and headcount, commissions, SLG bookings, quota planning, capacity, and productivity. This role will have high cross-functional visibility and will be central to building the financial discipline, operating cadence, and scalable reporting needed to support Vercel’s next stage of growth.
What you'll do
Serve as the trusted Finance partner for the CRO by delivering actionable insights through forecasting, scenario analysis, business reviews, and resource allocation recommendations
Own Sales budget and headcount planning, including bottoms-up workforce models that connect hiring plans, ramp timing, productivity assumptions, commissions, and compensation costs to bookings and revenue goals
Support SLG bookings and quota planning by partnering with Sales and RevOps on quota capacity, ramp, attainment, coverage, territory design inputs, and productivity assumptions
Support commissions planning, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with Accounting, RevOps, and Sales leadership, including commission expense, accruals, plan changes, and performance insights
Lead Sales BvA reviews and operating cadences, translating financial results into clear variance narratives, risks, opportunities, and recommendations
Improve Sales Finance reporting and tooling by building scalable dashboards, templates, and processes that reduce manual work, improve forecast accuracy, and surface key risks earlier
What you need
Commercially sharp and analytically rigorous
– You understand how Sales and RevOps teams operate and can connect SLG bookings, quota planning, pipeline, capacity, attainment, productivity, commissions, headcount, and spend to the company’s financial plan.
Anti-bureaucracy, pro-speed
– You streamline workflows, remove drag, and make decisions with clarity. You believe a 3-bullet Slack post with a clear recommendation is better than a 20-slide deck.
Tech-forward operator
– You go beyond Excel. You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate, clean, and generate insights. You treat Finance like a product—always shipping improvements.
Detail-obsessed
– You know that a single error in quota capacity, ramp timing, commission logic, or start dates can swing the forecast by millions. You sweat the details so the CFO and Sales leaders don’t have to.
Strong cross-functional partner
– You can build trust with Sales leadership while maintaining financial discipline, communicating tradeoffs clearly, and driving decisions with data.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
Modal considers high-quality documentation to be essential for developer experience, and we see docs becoming even more important as agents increasingly deploy and operate Modal Apps. We are looking for a content-minded engineer who will partner with our product teams to curate Modal’s technical documentation and maintain a high quality bar across multiple dimensions.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:
- Think holistically about content architecture and how the docs should evolve as Modal introduces new products and features
- Innovate on novel documentation formats and delivery channels to optimize agent productivity, in collaboration with our Agent DX research team
- Develop content standards, style guides, and automated enforcement mechanisms to ensure consistent style and high quality
- Build and maintain automated pipelines that enforce the correctness of code examples and prose descriptions
- Collaborate with engineers across the company to author documentation that is clear, consistent, and correct
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 3+ years of experience in an engineering, product, or developer relations role, ideally in the devtools or infrastructure space
- You’ve authored or edited high-quality technical content for developers
- You’re knowledgeable about agentic engineering workflows and best practices
- You’re comfortable with modern software development practices (version control, CI/CD, testing)

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to build and close pipeline in our larger accounts. Bigger deals, more people in the room, and a real commercial case to make. You'll own it end to end, from the first cold conversation to signature.
You'll build your own pipeline into named accounts, work with the SDR team on coverage, and run the full cycle from there: multi-threading across the account and building the commercial narrative that gets AI search visibility onto a team's budget. We are defining the category, so part of the job is teaching the market what good looks like, not waiting for a buyer who already knows they need this.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and run the full sales cycle from first meeting to close across mid-market accounts
- Multi-thread across marketing, SEO, growth, and procurement stakeholders, and build the business case that gets a deal signed
- Generate your own pipeline into named accounts, and partner with SDRs and Marketing on targeted outbound and ABM across the patch
- Keep the CRM and pipeline organised, with a strong handle on forecasting and deal progression
- Share customer feedback and work with product and engineering to shape what we build
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in a quota-carrying software sales role, closing mid-market deals end to end
- A consistent track record of overachievement against quota
- Experience running multi-stakeholder deals, including building business cases and navigating procurement
- A builder of your own pipeline: you can point to closed deals that started with your own prospecting, not a lead that landed in your inbox
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability for storytelling
- Comfortable selling in a category that is still being defined, where you shape the buyer's thinking rather than respond to an existing budget line
BONUS POINTS
- Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
- A track record of selling to marketing, SEO, or growth buyers
- Repeatedly achieving president's club
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Paid Meal and Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a Growth Lead to build and run growth at Moonshot from the ground up: strategy, content, paid channels, and the team underneath it all. This is a hands-on, builder role, not a manage-an-agency-and-review-decks job. You'll be in the weeds on campaigns and content while building out the function as we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own growth strategy end-to-end: set the roadmap for user acquisition and engagement, and own the numbers behind it
- Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads, and other platforms as they become relevant
- Drive organic and creator-led growth through UGC and clipping strategies, sourcing, briefing, and scaling content that performs
- Generate and test ideas constantly; you're not waiting for a brief, you're bringing the brief
- Build and lead the team as we scale: hire, onboard, and manage the growth marketers and specialists you need
- Report on and iterate against performance: kill what doesn't work, scale what does, fast
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
- A few years of experience scaling a consumer product, as a growth hacker/marketer inside a consumer app (social, fintech, gaming), or at an agency running growth for products like these
- Hands-on channel experience with UGC, clipping/content strategies, and paid social/search
- A scrappy, high-energy operator mindset; you're hungry, hands-on, and thrive building the playbook as you go, not running someone else's
- Comfort with ambiguity and pace; you don't need a fully mapped org or process to start moving
NICE TO HAVES
- Crypto experience, as a retail trader or through work at a crypto company
- Understanding of trader psychology, incentives, and habit loops
COMPENSATION & PACKAGE
- Competitive salary
- Early Equity opportunities
- 5% 401(k) Match
- Health benefits (75% premium coverage) + $150,000 in life insurance coverage
- $1,000 one time office set up stipend
- Flexible PTO
