HOW WE USE AI IN OUR HIRING PROCESS
We use AI tools to support certain parts of our hiring process, and we believe in being transparent about how they’re used.
During your application, AI may assist in reviewing CVs, qualifications, and assignments by providing additional insights, but it does not make decisions, every application is evaluated at each step by a member of our hiring team.
We also use AI to transcribe interviews so our team can stay focused on the conversation rather than note-taking. Any voice recordings are automatically deleted within 15 days.
In addition, AI helps us keep candidates informed about their application status and helps us understand how our process is working so we can improve it over time.
In all cases, AI is used to support efficiency and consistency, not to replace human judgment. If you have any questions about how we use these tools or your data, or if you would prefer to opt out of any of these features, please include them in the dedicated section of the application form, and we’ll follow up accordingly.

About the Opportunity
As an Infra Product Manager focused on Algorithm and Search, you will be responsible for the deep, high-quality delivery of core Web3 Infra components — primarily the algorithm platform, search system, and related AI capabilities that serve Wallet, DEX, and other businesses. The ideal candidate has experience working at a PLG-first company, a usage-based SaaS business, or a credit-based GenAI platform where revenue growth came from expanding existing customer relationships, increasing usage, and turning power users into enterprise accounts.
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong customer instincts, operational rigor, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PRODUCT-LED REVENUE GROWTH
- Own commercial growth across strategic accounts, with a focus on increasing usage, expanding contracts, and growing long-term account value.
- Partner with customers already engaging with the platform to drive activation, retention, and expansion.
- Identify opportunities for increased product adoption across teams, workflows, and use cases.
- Structure pilots, proofs of concept, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Translate customer usage signals into actionable revenue opportunities.
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & SOLUTIONS
- Lead customer discovery conversations to understand workflows, pain points, and business goals.
- Demo and iterate with customers directly in the product.
- Translate AI/GenAI capabilities into clear business value and ROI-driven outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers across creative, marketing, growth, and operational teams.
GTM STRATEGY & SCALE
- Help refine Higgsfield’s enterprise GTM motion as the company scales.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Surface customer insights, product feedback, and market trends to improve adoption and expansion.
- Bring operational structure to account management, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in GTM, account management, growth, customer success, enterprise sales, or solutions engineering roles.
- Strong track record of growing customer contracts within SaaS, PLG, usage-based, or AI-native companies.
- Experience at a PLG-first, API-first, or credit-based GenAI company strongly preferred.
- Experience managing expansion motions tied to product usage, credits, seats, or workflow adoption.
- Strong customer discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to communicate complex AI products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly operational and comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage usage data and customer insights to drive growth.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $125,000 - $220,000 depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.

Do you care about how things work under the hood and don't shy away from complex, interconnected systems? Do you know how to independently investigate problems, build reliable test coverage, and guide others in maintaining a high bar for quality?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
The Core team handles the foundational pieces of the IntelliJ Platform, including the editor, indexing, settings, and plugins. These systems are highly complex and used across all JetBrains IDEs, meaning your work directly impacts the daily workflows of millions of developers. You’ll take full ownership of the QA domain for this team, ensuring the stability of both established components and temporary cross-team projects. You’ll work closely with developers to investigate technical problems, coordinate testing efforts, and ensure we ship reliable, high-quality features.
Day to day, you will:
Develop and maintain UI, end-to-end, functional, and integration tests across Linux, Windows, and macOS.
Analyze test failures and track test coverage.
Test new functionality, focusing on complex scenarios, edge cases, and potential coverage gaps.
Improve test diagnostics, frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines to reduce flakiness and increase reliability.
Mentor a junior QA engineer by helping plan tasks, reviewing work, and answering technical questions.
Communicate risks, roadblocks, and investigation results clearly to the development team.
Own your QA domain end to end, proactively identifying priorities, planning your work, and driving quality initiatives.
What you’ll bring
A strong sense of ownership over the quality and stability of complex systems.
The ability to navigate incomplete requirements and find the information needed to move forward.
A practical approach to problem-solving, with a focus on resolving issues independently.
A collaborative mindset for working closely with developers and other cross-functional teams.
An eye for spotting risks, missing scenarios, and areas for process improvement.
A willingness to guide and support less-experienced engineers.
What you’ll need
An extensive background in software quality assurance and test automation.
Strong programming skills to develop, maintain, and debug UI tests.
Proficiency with testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.
The proven ability to investigate and troubleshoot failures across products, infrastructure, and environments.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
What success looks like
You’ve established a reliable, stable testing infrastructure for the Core team, significantly reducing test flakiness and improving diagnostic capabilities. You proactively identify quality risks before releases, keep developers unblocked, and ensure the junior engineers you mentor are confidently taking on more complex tasks.

About The Opportunity
The Compliance team's primary objective is to ensure that OKX operates in accordance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest ethical and moral standards. The team owns the full compliance engineering stack: KYC onboarding and refresh, sanctions / PEP / adverse-media screening, transaction monitoring (TM) and travel-rule enforcement, case management, and regulatory reporting. We achieve this by developing compliance service solutions, integrating with KYC & AML vendors, and enabling robust business growth, which ultimately strengthens user trust in our platform. Our ultimate goal is to create a culture of compliance excellence, where innovation and responsible business practices are seamlessly integrated. In compliance, a system that is mostly right is wrong — so every control we build must be deterministic in its enforcement, complete in its coverage, and explainable in its outcome.
What You’ll Be Doing
Formulate, select, and develop technical schemes for platform projects across the compliance domain — KYC onboarding flows, identity verification and refresh, sanctions / PEP / adverse-media screening, transaction monitoring, travel-rule, case management, and regulatory reporting — including AI/ML-powered features such as intelligent screening disambiguation, document verification, anomaly detection, automated risk scoring, and analyst-assist agents.
Organize and coordinate resources, leading project research and development, troubleshoot problems, and ensure quality and timely completion — including delivery of AI model integration work within KYC, screening, and monitoring workflows.
Facilitate cross-team communication and promote teamwork efficiency through code quality control and collaboration, including partnering with Data Science, Risk, and Legal to productionize models and ensure reliable, auditable inference infrastructure.
Define where probabilistic AI is appropriate versus where deterministic logic is mandatory — and design the boundary cleanly so models assist without compromising auditability or enforcement integrity.
Undertake team tasks and cultivate technical talents in the industry, with a focus on building AI engineering best practices across the compliance engineering team — patterns for agentic coding, prompt libraries, eval suites, and human-in-the-loop review of AI-generated work in a regulated environment.
What We Look For In You
A compliance-first systems mindset — you instinctively reach for state machines, idempotency keys, exactly-once semantics, reconciliation jobs and immutable audit logs. You understand that in compliance, false negatives cost millions and false positives cost trust, and you design accordingly. Prior experience in KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud, or payments is a strong plus; experience surviving a regulatory audit is an even stronger plus.
Daily, fluent use of modern AI coding tools — Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex CLI, or equivalents. You can describe the specific workflows you run, the failure modes you have hit, and the guardrails you have built around AI-generated code. AI fluency is required, not nice-to-have.
Production experience integrating AI/ML model inference into Java services — REST/gRPC-based model serving, feature engineering pipelines, latency-sensitive inference optimization, graceful degradation, and drift / rollback playbooks.
Hands-on experience with LLM application patterns — at least one of: RAG pipelines (vector store + retrieval + grounding) for policy / KYC / case lookup, agentic workflows (tool use, multi-step reasoning, validation loops) for analyst assistance, or LLM-based classification / extraction shipped to production.
Discipline around AI output — you do not ship LLM features without evals, hallucination tests, prompt regression suites, and human-in-the-loop review for high-stakes decisions. You have an opinion on when to reach for a frontier model vs. a fine-tuned small model vs. a deterministic rule, and can defend that trade-off to a regulator.
Exposure to LLM integration or AI agent frameworks is a strong plus — e.g. prompt engineering at the system level, RAG pipelines, or orchestrating AI workflows within a regulated environment.
Good understanding of software engineering basics, distributed system principles, including CAP, consistency, idempotency, and exactly-once vs at-least-once semantics.
Clear logic, quick thinking, and good communication skills — including the ability to write clearly for non-engineers (compliance officers, auditors, regulators).
AI Proficiency Expectations & Interview Process
AI fluency is a required engineering competency for this role, on the same level as ‘can write good Java’. We will assess it explicitly during the interview, and a strong showing here is a meaningful plus:
AI-augmented workflow demo — walk us through how you use AI tools day-to-day. The prompts, the tasks you delegate to an agent vs. write yourself, how you review AI-generated diffs, and how you measure the impact (commit velocity, defect rate, test coverage). Concrete examples beat slogans.
Live agentic exercise — a working session using the AI coding agent of your choice on a realistic compliance-flavoured problem. We look at how you scope, prompt, validate, and integrate AI output, not whether the agent gets it right first try.
Design discussion with a probabilistic twist — expect at least one system-design question where the right answer involves deciding when not to use an LLM, and how to design the deterministic fallback. We hire engineers who can defend that boundary.
Evaluation & guardrails — be ready to discuss an eval suite or guardrail you have built for an AI feature in production (e.g. an LLM-assisted SAR narrative drafting tool, an AI-assisted KYC document review step, or screening-hit disambiguation). If you have not shipped one, tell us how you would design it.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development — including budget for AI tools, courses, and conferences
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Matt Wensing, VP of Product & Design at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Principal Product Designer. Principal Product Designer is the highest individual contributor design role at
Customer.io
. This person shapes the design vision for the company and influences how design is practiced here — through their own craft, through the standards their work sets, and through the partnerships they build with product and engineering leadership.
Customer.io
is in a transformational moment: executing against a strong current product while redesigning what the product is and how it's experienced by a new generation of builders. This role has to straddle both — delivering quality and coherence in what exists today while driving the vision for where things go.
This is not a management role, but it's a leadership role in the fullest sense. Their influence is felt company-wide — in the product, in the culture, and in who we hire.
About you
You have a fully formed point of view on how AI changes what software means — for the people who use it, the people who build it, and the agents that increasingly operate it. You have the conviction to put that view to work across a product and an organization. You lead through clarity and example, give candid feedback that improves the work, and operate with humility and curiosity even outside your own expertise.
What we value
Leads through clarity and example, not control.
You shape culture through your own practice — not top-down direction.
Candid craft feedback.
You give feedback that improves the work, even when it's uncomfortable.
Humility and curiosity.
You operate with openness, especially in areas outside your expertise.
Amplifying others.
You raise the impact of people across the whole company — not just the design team.
Bias for craft.
You stay close to the work by choice, and that proximity is how you lead.
Some things you'll do
Shape and communicate a design vision for
Customer.io
's product as a whole
— the coherent, long-range picture of what excellent looks like for our customers, brought into rooms where product direction gets set
Drive the strategic direction of Pluma
, our design system — architecture, evolution, deprecation decisions, and the principles that govern how it scales
Close the gap between design intent and shipped product
— stay close enough to implementation to catch divergence, and fix it directly when code is the right tool
Design for builder and developer audiences
— CLI-native flows, API-first onboarding, and interfaces built for people who type before they click
Lead the design of agentic and human-AI surfaces
across the product — develop the philosophy and advocate for the standards
Partner with product and engineering leadership on product strategy
— bring design into the conversation before direction is set, not after
Develop and advocate for
Customer.io
's AI product design philosophy
as a framework the whole team builds from
Lead design review for major initiatives
and bring accountability for quality and coherence across what ships
Develop Staff designers
through direct mentorship, critique, and the clarity of your own example
Contribute to hiring and calibration
— assess candidates with conviction and help the team develop a shared language for what excellent looks like
What we're looking for
10+ years of product design experience
with a portfolio demonstrating design vision and organizational impact, not just individual craft
Track record of
shaping design direction at the company level
— influenced what gets built and why, not just how it looks
Designed for developer and builder audiences
— CLI, API-first onboarding, or infrastructure-native products
Developed point of view on AI and agentic product design
— has shipped AI-native interfaces and can articulate a philosophy on interaction models for agentic and delegated use
Contributed to a design system at the strategic level
— shaped what it should be and shouldn't be, and advocated for those decisions over time
Operates with influence without authority
— track record of aligning product, engineering, and exec leadership around a design direction without a management title
Has raised the craft bar at an organizational level
— through critique culture, standards, and the example others internalize
Executive-level communication
— connects design decisions to customer impact, product differentiation, and business outcomes
B2B SaaS depth
— understands complex, data-heavy products and has opinions about where the interaction model breaks
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. The starting salary for this role is
$245k-$276k USD

ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
TEAM
Voodoo Ad-Network is an autonomous product of around 30 people that carries the ambitious mission of providing ad network services. One goal is to leverage Voodoo’s first-party data to improve Voodoo’s monetisation. Moreover, the product is growing through new ventures like opening up to external inventory, reaching the external-advertisers market and social-network monetisation through BeReal’s recent acquisition. Thanks to promising results, our ambition is now to scale up the team to support growth.
The Ad Experience team owns the end-to-end quality of the ads delivered by our network, from ad rendering to data collection. It has a strong focus on viewability, tracker integrity and the diagnostic signals that feed our Machine Learning models. It’s composed of mostly senior Software Engineers, Mobile Developers, QA Engineers and Full Stack Engineers who iterate together to detect issues quickly, improve the user-side ad experience and protect the quality of the data flowing back into the product.
ROLE
We’re looking for an Experienced Data Analyst to join our Engineering & Data team. In this role, you will:
- Work on end-to-end data projects with the Ad Experience squad to improve ad delivery quality, reduce ad-load and rendering failures, and maintain a high data quality.
- Monitor SDK diagnostic events and build alerting, anomaly detection and root-cause analyses on top of the Ad Experience datasets.
- Build data collection and transformation pipelines, and actionable dashboards.
- Analyze large, complex data sets with billions of events representing the behaviour of mobile game players and of our ad network to investigate ad-quality regressions, attribution discrepancies and SDK rollouts.
- Design solutions from scratch, iterate quickly, create POCs, and deploy to production rapidly.
- Occasionally leverage Python skills and Statistics skills to support A/B tests on ad-experience changes
PROFILE
- You possess substantial experience in analytical roles, ideally within a web or mobile company or the tech or ad tech industry.
- You are highly skilled in SQL and have a proven track record of building production-ready pipelines that handle large and complex data sets.
- You have solid experience in ETL development.
- You have solid experience with DBT.
- You have practical experience with Tableau or another standard dashboard platform, and can create dashboards that are shared company-wide, facilitating data-driven decision-making across departments.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical tools and models will be considered a significant advantage.
- Development skills, particularly in Python, will be considered a significant advantage
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are able to balance the tradeoff between time-consuming development and rapid results.
- You have a solid problem solving mindset as well as a great track record demonstrating ownership and ability to come up with innovative ideas.
- A BA/B.Sc degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economy, or other quantitative fields is mandatory for this role.
OUR STACK
- DBT; Tableau; SQL; Athena; Spark; Python
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive delivery and cross-team coordination for the Shop Builder DevX and AI team. You are the bridge between architecture and execution: you take the technical direction set by the Principal Engineer and turn it into a running, shipping team.
You lead a squad of three engineers building the developer surface that Shop Builder is missing — MCP server, CLI, SDK, documentation pipeline, local dev environment, deploy and versioning path. You set the delivery cadence, remove blockers, coordinate inbound dependencies from payments, auth, live ops, and catalog, and own the quality of what ships.
This is a hands-on role. You write production code, lead code reviews, and drive technical decisions within your domain. You also have the seniority and judgment to coordinate across teams and represent the team's work to engineering leadership.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global payments and commerce platform for the games industry, used by thousands of publishers to monetize, distribute, and operate their titles worldwide. Shop Builder is Xsolla's storefront platform — used by publishers and game developers to launch and operate game shops, from straightforward catalog and webshops to fully custom storefronts built headless on our backend. For more information, visit xsolla.com.
The DevX and AI team owns the public APIs, documentation, and AI features that give developers — and AI agents — the full surface they need to customize and extend Shop Builder. This is a net-new team of seven, standing up to fill a real gap: no dedicated team has owned the developer surface end to end. That changes now.
Responsibilities
Drive the delivery of the Shop Builder developer surface: MCP server, CLI and local dev environment, public SDK, documentation pipeline, sandbox and preview environments, deploy and versioning path.
Lead and mentor a team of three engineers — setting technical direction within the squad, running code reviews, and ensuring consistent engineering quality.
Own cross-team coordination: identify and pull inbound API capabilities from payments, auth, live ops, and catalog teams; unblock dependencies; manage integration timelines.
Actively contribute to implementation — you ship production code alongside the team, particularly on the most critical and complex components.
Partner with the Principal Engineer to translate architecture decisions into sprint-level execution plans and realistic timelines.
Collaborate with the PO on roadmap sequencing, scope decisions, and trade-offs between speed and correctness.
Own the team's delivery rhythm: sprint planning, technical grooming, retrospectives, and status visibility to engineering and business leadership.
Define and maintain the team's engineering standards: testing strategy, observability, deployment practices, and documentation quality.
Act as the primary technical contact for integrations with headless partners and the MIT professional services team during early partner onboarding.
Contribute to hiring by conducting technical interviews and defining what great looks like for the engineers joining this team.
Qualifications & Skills
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a tech lead, staff, or senior lead role driving delivery across a team.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, with experience shipping production APIs, CLIs, or SDKs to external developers.
Hands-on experience building CLI tools and developer-facing workflows: command design, config file formats, local dev loops, deploy commands, and error messages that actually help.
Solid understanding of REST API design principles, SDK ergonomics, and what makes a developer experience work — you have strong opinions and can back them up.
Practical familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agentic tool-use patterns: you understand how AI agents consume tool interfaces and what makes a tool reliable for an LLM.
Experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams to ship features that depend on inbound capabilities you don't own.
Proven ability to lead engineers: clear technical direction, raising the quality bar through reviews, developing other engineers' skills.
Cloud-native experience: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and deployment automation on AWS or GCP.
Strong communication skills — you translate technical complexity into clear status for leadership, and technical requirements into actionable work for your team.
Nice to Have
Experience in game tech, digital commerce, storefront platforms, or headless architecture.
Background building React component libraries, design systems, or frontend platforms consumed by external developers.
Experience building sandboxed execution environments for third-party code (custom blocks, extensions, plugins).
Familiarity with LLM-generated code evaluation: assessing whether an AI-produced block, component, or layout is correct and safe to ship.
Prior experience standing up a greenfield team from scratch and knowing what that demands.
Exposure to documentation-as-code workflows and toolchains that publish to multiple surfaces from a single source of truth.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
This team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Sales Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI alongside customers. This is not demos or research, but helping teams build systems they rely on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and your work directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
- This role requires 40% travel to customer sites to support deployment, onboarding, and ongoing technical engagement
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE’S:
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $185,000–$315,000 USD
Compensation Philosophy:

We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.
