Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About The Opportunity
OKX is building local exchange businesses from the ground up across multiple emerging and high-growth markets. We are looking for a product leader who has driven a complete 0-to-1 cycle in a priority overseas market — someone who will own the product strategy and local growth playbook for a specific region or country, and be directly accountable for product competitiveness and business growth outcomes in that market.
This role sits at the intersection of the Local business team and Global product and engineering. You'll go deep into the local market — translating user profiles, regulatory landscapes, and competitive dynamics into product and growth strategies — while driving Global product and engineering resources to deliver locally, ensuring the product experience and competitiveness actually take off on the ground.
We are not prescriptive about which specific region you've built in previously — LatAm, Southeast Asia, Turkey, MENA, or others are all relevant. What matters is that you have personally built a business in an emerging market, closed the growth loop, and can transfer that methodology to OKX's priority regions.
This is a product leadership role, not a country general manager role — but you need to operate with near business-owner accountability: responsible for the region's core growth metrics and product competitiveness, not just shipping features.
What You’ll Be Doing
Regional Product Strategy & Local Growth Planning
Own product strategy and local growth planning for a specific region or country, working across the Local business team and Global product and engineering to be directly accountable for local product competitiveness and business growth outcomes.
Develop a deep understanding of local user profiles, legal and regulatory frameworks, competitive landscapes, and cultural nuances, and translate these into a comprehensive product competition strategy and channel growth strategy with clear prioritization.
Continuously track the local crypto and fintech ecosystem — with a focus on global players and regional leaders across exchanges and fintech — as well as macro factors such as inflation, currency depreciation, and cross-border remittance demand that shape user trading behavior.
Local Product Experience & Competitiveness
Own the end-to-end local product experience and competitiveness, covering onboarding, fiat deposit, market analysis, trading, and earn — the core stages of the user journey.
Build a comprehensive local product feedback loop — from user behavior data and funnel analysis, to local user feedback collection — to identify key bottlenecks and high-leverage opportunities in conversion, retention, and engagement, and drive iterative improvement.
Adapt to local market characteristics (inflation-driven demand, competitor switching costs, payment method preferences, etc.) to reduce drop-off from registration to first trade and shorten time-to-first-trade.
Channel Growth & Cross-team Collaboration
Work with local teams to identify effective user acquisition channels; lead the discovery, introduction, integration, and scaling of high-impact channels.
Leverage your local network — KOLs, fintech partners, payment providers, regulatory contacts — to accelerate market entry and growth.
Collaborate closely with regional BD, Marketing, Operations, and Global product and engineering to ensure product initiatives align with local growth objectives.
What We Look For In You
0-to-1 business building and growth experience in an emerging market
(e.g., LatAm, Southeast Asia, Turkey, MENA, or similar) — you can clearly articulate the regional metrics you owned and the business outcomes you delivered. You held a product, strategy, or growth role during the early stage of an international expansion at a tech company or at a high-growth local champion in the region.
Comprehensive business growth and user growth methodology
— you have fully owned a user funnel (acquisition → activation → retention) and can speak to results with data: CAC, activation rates, D7/D30 retention, LTV, reactivation. Your work was growth experimentation and product intervention, not just media buying.
Strong product management capability
— you can define product strategy and success metrics, prioritize a roadmap, drive A/B testing, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver. This is a product leadership role, not a GM or pure growth marketing role.
Proven cross-functional collaboration
— able to drive alignment across teams (design, engineering, data, commercial), manage external partnerships, and navigate regulatory conversations. Effective at aligning resources between Local and Global organizations.
Deep local market knowledge and an established local network
— you understand local user behaviors, payment ecosystems (e.g., PIX, SPEI, Mercado Pago, UPI, GCash, DANA, M-Pesa, depending on region), regulatory environments, and competitive dynamics. You have partners, KOLs, and industry relationships in the region that you can activate.
Consumer product management experience
in fintech, crypto, or trading preferred. Candidates with experience managing or mentoring product teams will be considered for the Senior Product Director level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus for effective collaboration with HQ teams.
Nice-To-Haves
Proficiency in a local language relevant to the target region (Spanish, Portuguese, Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic, Turkish, etc.).
Crypto exchange product experience — spot/derivatives trading, order types, fee structures, token listings, and fiat on/off-ramp flows.
Familiarity with local payment rails and fiat-to-crypto conversion flows in emerging markets.
Hands-on trading experience in FX, equities, or crypto.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

- 🧠 Product-minded engineering: You talk about users, workflows, and outcomes rather than only implementation details, and you enjoy turning complex customer problems into simple product experiences.

- 🏢 Enterprise SaaS mindset: You understand the expectations of large organizations around security, reliability, scalability, auditability, and administrative control.

- 🤝 Collaborative builder mindset: You share knowledge through code reviews, docs, and mentorship, and you thrive in a team that builds together.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🔐 Identity, access, or security experience: You’ve worked on SSO, SAML, OIDC, LDAP, MFA, SCIM, RBAC, permissions, secrets management, or credential infrastructure.
- 🚢 SDLC and deployment workflows: You’ve built features around environments, Git-based workflows, versioning, testing, CI/CD, release controls, or approval gates.
- 🔌 Integrations and APIs: You’ve built integrations, APIs, SDKs, automation platforms, or developer tooling that helps others extend a product.
- 📊 Observability and governance: You’ve worked with audit logs, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, SIEM integrations, admin controls, usage insights, or runtime policies.
- 🤝 OEM or partner platform experience: You’ve contributed to embeddable products, partner platforms, multi-instance management, air-gapped deployments, or enterprise developer portals.
- 🛠️ OSS and community involvement: You contribute to open-source, build side projects, or participate in developer communities.
Why join us?
At n8n, your work won’t disappear into a backlog. You’ll build the enterprise-grade foundations that make n8n safe, observable, programmable, and reliable for large organizations running business-critical workflows. You’ll have direct impact across product areas like identity, governance, APIs, SDLC, integrations, and observability, while helping shape how n8n scales for its next generation of enterprise customers.
You’ll join a fast-growing, remote-first team where autonomy is real, collaboration is valued, and your impact is visible across the product.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable
Senior Strategy PMO / Project Manager
to join our CEO Office /
Intelligence & Performance (IP) team
.
This role goes beyond traditional project management — you will operate at the intersection of
strategy, execution, and organizational scaling
, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives spanning
growth, platform risk, and trading product experience
.
This is a high-exposure, high-intensity role suited for candidates who are genuinely hungry to build something meaningful — comfortable navigating ambiguity, complexity, and executive-level expectations, and willing to fight for outcomes rather than just manage process.
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end planning and execution of company-level strategic initiatives, spanning
growth, platform risk, trading product experience
, and organizational transformation.
Own the health and evolution of core trading/platform experience — identifying friction points across the user trading journey and driving cross-functional fixes at the root-cause level, not surface patches.
Partner with senior leadership to translate high-level strategy into executable roadmaps and delivery mechanisms.
Establish and continuously refine project governance frameworks to improve execution efficiency, visibility, and accountability across teams.
Identify cross-team bottlenecks and systemic risk/inefficiency, and drive structural solutions rather than one-off fixes.
Lead high-complexity, cross-functional programs (e.g., growth platforms, platform risk controls, trading systems, or platform-level transformations).
Support and accelerate company-wide AI transformation initiatives, including:
Driving AI adoption across product and operational workflows
Coordinating cross-functional AI pilots and scaling best practices
Building execution frameworks for AI-enabled delivery models
Provide clear executive-level updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs, enabling fast and informed decision-making.
Act as a force multiplier for leadership by driving alignment, execution clarity, and organizational velocity.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in strategy PMO, program management, or high-impact project/product delivery roles.
Genuinely aggressive and entrepreneurial
— someone who wants to build something real, is willing to grind through ambiguity, and treats this as a mission rather than a job.
Strong independent thinking and critical reasoning
— able to question assumptions, challenge existing frameworks constructively, and form your own point of view rather than just execute.
Strong data analysis capability
— comfortable working with SQL/data queries and dashboards independently, able to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and defend conclusions with data, not just process narrative.
Strong experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments such as:
Top-tier management consulting firms
Top-tier internet companies (ToC product management background welcome)
Global investment banks
Fintech, trading, or platform-heavy organizations
Proven track record of delivering technically or operationally complex programs (e.g., growth platforms, trading systems, platform risk controls, user safety/experience, infra-heavy initiatives).
Strong systems thinking — able to identify root causes and design scalable solutions.
Excellent execution skills with a strong bias toward action and outcomes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives.
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in technically or commercially intensive domains such as:
Growth / user acquisition platforms
Platform risk control systems
Trading infrastructure or trading product experience
Prior experience as a ToC product manager at a leading internet company, or as a strategy/management consultant at a top-tier firm, or in investment banking (M&A, coverage, or strategy roles).
Experience in crypto, fintech, or global-scale consumer platforms.
Experience driving AI adoption in product, engineering, QA, or operational workflows.
Bilingual (English + Mandarin) to collaborate effectively across global teams.

About the team:
Our client is a global eSIM provider structured with functional teams that drives growth across all countries. The International Growth team sets and drives the strategy behind our client's expansion into new and current geographies, ensuring cross-functional alignment and local market success.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for leading the entire product development lifecycle for the Chinese market. This includes overseeing the technical readiness and comprehensive localization across our core platforms: Web, iOS, and Android.
A primary responsibility will be the successful integration with key super-apps and the development of associated Mini Programs. Crucially, you will ensure that all product development meets the necessary technical compliance and regulatory standards for operation in China.
You will develop a deep understanding of Chinese users and business needs. You will translate those insights into real product localization decisions, guiding Engineering, Global Product, and local vendors toward the right priorities and execution.
This is a product strategy and hands-on role. You will work directly with Engineering, Global Product, and local vendors to implement China-specific infrastructure and tooling (analytics/tracking, integrations, performance constraints), coordinate local payment methods, and drive Mini Programs implementations and super-app distribution. You are not just defining strategy, you are driving implementation and ensuring delivery.
China is a priority growth market, and this role offers a unique opportunity to build the China product from the ground up, high visibility, real leadership, and a steep learning curve that will accelerate your professional growth, while shaping a category-leading experience and helping establish our client as a market leader in one of the world’s most competitive digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Local Tech Stack Readiness (China)
Define and guide implementation of China-specific tech stack requirements (e.g., hosting approach, analytics/tracking, attribution, integrations, performance constraints).
Partner with Engineering and local vendors to coordinate technical readiness plans, timelines, and delivery.
Ensure data flows, measurement, and monitoring are reliable within China constraints (including troubleshooting and iteration post-launch).
Identify delivery risks early, unblock execution, and escalate trade-offs impacting launch quality or timeline.
Product Localization (Web + iOS + Android)
Lead China product localization end-to-end across Web, iOS, and Android, translating deep user understanding into requirements that improve trust, usability, and conversion.
Drive UX/UI and journey adaptations (language nuance, onboarding, checkout, post-purchase, support flows, trust signals) aligned with Chinese user behaviors and ecosystem expectations.
Partner with Global Product and Design to prioritize China-specific requirements and ensure high-quality delivery with Engineering.
Run lightweight discovery and iteration cycles using data, user insights, and experimentation to continuously optimize the localized experience.
Define and track product performance KPIs for China (e.g., conversion, activation, retention, payment success), ensuring measurable business impact.
Experiment.
Local Payments Integration
Lead integration and optimization of local payment methods (WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay where relevant).
Ensure a seamless, high-conversion checkout experience and strong payment success rates.
Coordinate with Finance and Ops on payment operations (reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks/disputes where applicable) and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
Mini Program & Super-App Integrations
Own product requirements and delivery coordination for WeChat Mini Program development, ensuring parity with core journeys and conversion-quality UX.
Enable integrations with super-apps and travel platforms, translating partner requirements into internal specs and delivery plans.
Ensure integrations are measurable (tracking/attribution), scalable, and maintained with clear ownership and release processes.
Ecosystem & Support Readiness

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
At Baseten, we are building the global operating system for distributed, heterogeneous AI hardware. We believe that as LLM and multi-modal workloads scale, the network is the computer. We are looking for foundational engineers to lead our GPU Networking efforts, making RDMA a first-class building block in our infrastructure and unlocking the next generation of distributed inference optimizations.
Networking and compute are no longer separate disciplines; they are converging. The massive throughput of H100, B200, and NVL72 architectures enables and demands a new approach where communication is co-optimized alongside computation. We are entering an era where the network is an active accelerator, leveraging smart hardware offloads and direct interconnects to ensure that data movement operates at wire-speed.
In this role, you will go beyond network configuration to architect the software fabric that unifies thousands of GPUs into a cohesive operating system. While you will leverage the best of the open-source ecosystem, you won't be limited by it. Where off-the-shelf solutions stop, you will build from scratch, engineering the primitives required to co-optimize communication and compute for Disaggregated Serving, Wide Expert Parallelism (WideEP), and lightening cold starts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make RDMA First-Class: You will work on integrating RDMA/RoCE/InfiniBand capabilities directly into our inference stack, helping us move beyond TCP/IP to unlock order-of-magnitude improvements in bandwidth and latency.
- Optimize Distributed Inference: You will implement and tune the networking layers necessary for efficient Disaggregated KV Cache Offload and WideEP, ensuring seamless communication across NVLink and InfiniBand for our MoE models.
- Enable Serverless-Grade Startup Speeds for LLMs: You will work deeply with checkpointing and storage mechanisms to enable sub-10-second startup for trillion-parameter models.
- Deep-Dive into Hardware: You will characterize and validate networking performance on bleeding-edge clusters (H100/H200, B200/B300, GB200/300 NVL72), writing the acceptance tests that ensure our hardware delivers peak achievable throughput and minimal latency.
- Build Observability: You will design the tools that let us visualize packet flow, congestion, and effective bandwidth across the GPU interconnects, helping us diagnose complex distributed system behaviors.
- Optimize Kernels: You will work with communication libraries (NCCL, NVSHMEM) and potentially write custom communication kernels to overlap compute and data transfer.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have deep experience with high-performance networking protocols (InfiniBand, RoCE v2) and understand the physics of data movement.
- You are fluent in C++ or Python, with the ability to bridge the gap between high-level logic and hardware. You have a deep understanding of the memory hierarchy in modern NVIDIA architectures (H100/Blackwell) and know how to optimize for it.
- You like going deep. You aren't afraid to dive into TensorRT-LLM source code, write custom C++ / Python bindings, or debug NVLink topology issues.
- You know when to use an off-the-shelf solution and when we need to build a custom solution because the upstream tools (like standard Kubernetes networking) are too slow for our needs.
NICE TO HAVE
- Deep knowledge of NCCL, NVSHMEM, and UCX.
- Experience with Rust for systems-level or performance-critical networking code is a strong plus
- Experience with GPUDirect Storage (GDS) or high-performance filesystems like Weka or 3FS.
- Familiarity with TensorRT-LLM, vLLM, or SGLang.
- Experience running low-level benchmarks to "qualify" new hardware clusters.
THE TEAM
- Bleeding Edge Hardware: We are preparing to bring Blackwell (B200/B300) and then Rubin architectures online. You will be one of the first engineers in the industry optimizing networking for NVL72/GB300 racks.
- We go deep: We operate at every depth. Whether it’s tuning hardware interconnects, writing custom communication kernels, or designing distributed inference strategies, we work across the entire stack to deliver performance that goes far and beyond.
- High Impact: The networking optimizations you build will directly enable features that no one else in the industry has fully mastered yet, like seamless multi-node WideEP and instant model hydration.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp's Mid-Market Customer Activation Managers don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll own a book of ~45 mid-market customers, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion
What You'll do
1. Lead mid-market customers through the full transformation journey — from implementation through agentic workflow adoption — with clear accountability for time-to-value and measurable business outcomes
2. Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line
3. Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about — close cycle improvement, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI — not just product usage metric
4. Run stakeholder management across multiple layers of a customer org, including finance leadership relationships you own independently
5. Use AI tools daily to prepare for customer calls, build materials, synthesize data, identify account risk, and operate at a pace traditional methods can't match
6. Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities — positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates
7. Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations and expand Ramp's footprint within accounts
8. Bring customer insight back to Product — surfacing patterns, gaps, and opportunities from your accounts to shape how Ramp evolves
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, consulting, or implementations with a proven, consistent track record of driving customer outcomes and exceeding goals
- Demonstrated ability to drive workflow adoption inside organizations, navigate real resistance from real stakeholders, and produce measurable results; finance or fintech context is a plus but not required
- AI fluency as a daily habit — you already use AI tools habitually to prep for calls, synthesize information, build customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks; this is how you work, not something you're exploring
- Ability to communicate Ramp's impact in financial terms — walking a controller through the business case for a workflow change, connecting implementation milestones to P&L outcomes, and running executive updates that land with finance leaders
- Technical acumen to hold your own in conversations with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture; credibility in technical conversations earns you a seat at the table with the full customer stakeholder group
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or FinTech companies
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across Sales, Product, Operations, and other GTM teams
Nice to Haves
1. Experience helping customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows at scale; understanding of what friction looks like in practice and what makes transformation stick
2. Exposure to FP&A, accounting software ecosystems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero), expense management, or CFO-adjacent workflows
3. Demonstrated commercial impact — expansion, retention, or time-to-value outcomes with specific metrics attached
4. Background at an AI-first or AI transformation company where rethinking workflows around AI was part of the product or culture
5. Management consulting background with structured problem-solving, client management, and the ability to turn ambiguity into a plan
6. High-growth or startup experience with comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change
For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $128,000 - $176,000. For candidates located in all other locations, the pay range for this role is $115,000- $158,300.
