WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Break new features before they ship: agentic systems, MCP servers, code-generating agents, user-deployed apps, generative models for image, video, and voice, and enterprise features (SSO, org and team management, roles). It's new ground, and you'll help define how we secure it. You go first.
What you'll do:
- Pentest new features and products pre-release: web, APIs, admin surfaces.
- Work out the attack surface of each new feature yourself.
- Hunt authorization flaws across our multi-tenant APIs and retest fixes.
- Join design and code reviews early, so flaws die before they're built.
- Turn recurring findings into guardrails — paved-road standards and automated checks — so a bug class dies once instead of resurfacing every release.
- Bring a working repro to the team that owns the code and see the fix through.
Requirements
- A track record of finding real vulnerabilities in real systems — appsec work, bug bounty, or research.
- The ability to read modern codebases, trace a bug to root cause, and discuss the fix with the engineers who wrote it.
- A threat-modeling instinct for spotting the weak spots in a design or architecture before a line is written.
- Enough cloud and container fundamentals to follow a bug into the infrastructure it runs on.
- High agency.
- Working English.
Nice to have
- LLM/agent security research, public research or CVEs, OSWE/CWEE or equivalent hands-on certificates.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive base salary in USD
- Equity: participation in the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in the company’s long-term growth.
- On-site role in our Almaty office (we will relocate you from anywhere).

WHAT YOUTUBE SCRIPTWRITING MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
At Higgsfield, growth is about distribution and revenue, not fluff or just good ideas.
A YouTube Scriptwriter is a high-agency storyteller https://www.highagency.com who:
- Crafts scripts that hook viewers and drive engagement.
- Turns trends, research, and insights into full-length, actionable video scripts.
- Works closely with Growth and Scriptwriting teams to ensure content resonates and converts.
This is a hands-on role: you write, optimize, and iterate scripts that the team can directly produce and publish.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
SCRIPTWRITING & STORYTELLING
- Write engaging, audience-focused scripts for YouTube videos.
- Craft hooks, narrative flow, explanations, and calls-to-action that keep viewers watching.
- Translate research, trends, and insights into clear, structured content.
TREND & EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
- Cover trending topics, AI tools, tutorials, model comparisons, and other educational content.
- Ensure content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with what performs on the platform.
- Adapt tone and style for different formats: short-form hooks, long-form explainers, or comparison videos.
COLLABORATION & ITERATION
- Work with Growth Researchers to understand which trends and ideas are high-priority.
- Collaborate with Video Editors and Creative Directors to ensure scripts match production needs.
- Take feedback from data and audience performance to continuously improve content.
OPTIMIZATION & PERFORMANCE
- Suggest formats, hooks, or structures that are likely to maximize watch time, CTR, and engagement.
- Keep up with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior to improve scripts.
- Help build a library of reusable templates, formulas, and structures for consistent output.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want creative, high-agency writers, not just people with a portfolio.
You should have:
- Strong writing skills with a knack for hooks, storytelling, and clear explanations.
- Ability to work from research and turn insights into engaging scripts.
- Comfort iterating based on feedback and data.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- Bias toward action: scripts are only valuable if they get produced and perform.
BACKGROUNDS THAT OFTEN DO WELL:
- Journalists or content writers with social media experience
- SMM or digital marketers who write for engagement
- Researchers or analysts who can turn insights into compelling narratives
- Founders, operators, or early startup writers who have worn multiple hats
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Prefer theory over execution or writing for ideas that never get produced
- Avoid feedback or rewriting scripts
- Struggle to meet deadlines or work at a fast pace
- Don’t enjoy staying on top of trends, AI tools, or social media
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in Almaty office.
- Full-time position.

You know database development inside out, and you love talking about the tools that make it better. You spend your time where data professionals gather, sharing insights and helping others solve real problems. If you want to step away from daily query writing and start shaping the community around a product you believe in, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 organizations, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
DataGrip is a core part of our ecosystem and revenue, but we currently lack a dedicated face to represent it to the outside world. We are looking for a Developer Advocate to take ownership of our public presence within developer communities and connect with our global users.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our users and our product team. You will bring DataGrip to the center of the conversation by diving into online discussions, crafting advocacy content that provides value for years to come, and gathering the real-world feedback we need to build better tools. When we build and launch new database products, you will be involved in the product discussions from inception, leading the way.
Day to day, you will
Monitor and join active conversations across platforms like X, Reddit, and Discord to support database professionals.
Create high-quality, long-lasting content, including videos and blog posts, that helps users master our tools.
Represent DataGrip at conferences by giving technical talks and mingling with the community.
Gather real-world user insights and pain points from the field and bring them directly to our internal product teams.
Build and sustain visibility across a massive, diverse landscape of database communities.
What you’ll bring
A genuine enjoyment for talking to people and actively engaging with online developer communities all day.
A natural curiosity for industry trends and evolving database technologies.
An independent mindset comfortable with taking full ownership of public outreach and strategy.
Strong communication skills that translate complex technical details into clear, engaging insights.
A collaborative approach to working with both highly technical product teams and marketing colleagues.
What you’ll need
A solid technical background in database development.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.
A deep understanding of what makes a fantastic database tool.
The demonstrated ability to create clear, technical written or video content for developers.
The ability to speak publicly and present technical topics confidently at industry events.
Fluency in English with a knack for clear, precise communication.
The proven ability to navigate and actively participate in online spaces like Reddit, X, and Quora.
What success looks like
You’ll help make DataGrip consistently present and recognized in relevant database discussions worldwide. You’ll build a reliable bridge between our users and the product team, transforming community feedback into actionable tool improvements. Your content will serve as long-lived marketing that continues to educate and attract users, ensuring our voice remains sharp and influential across the entire database ecosystem.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.

n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.

- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build n8n's Deal Desk function from scratch, AI- and automation-first: intake, approval workflow, and pricing guardrails.
- Advise Sales on deal structure and pricing to protect margin without slowing down the sales cycle.
- Maintain a simple set of discount and pricing rules that Sales can apply on their own, without escalating every deal.
- Run a monthly and quarterly deal war room to keep deal velocity high, especially around month-end and quarter-end close.
- Handle contract redlines and non-standard terms directly, keeping most negotiations out of Legal's hands.
- Build a redline clause library of accepted and rejected language, so AI can suggest fallback terms on routine deals.
- Automate approvals and quoting in CPQ, and use AI to triage incoming requests and flag which deal changes actually need re-approval.
- Own Salesforce data quality and executed-contract hygiene for every deal.
- Support Customer Success on non-standard renewal and expansion structuring.
- Coordinate security and compliance requests (DPA, SOC 2, security addenda) between Sales, Security, and Legal.
- Report monthly on deal desk performance: cycle time, discounting, and exceptions.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 📈 Deal desk knowledge: You have in-depth experience developing and operating a deal desk function, not just executing a process someone else fully designed.
- 📐 SaaS commercial fluency: You have a strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, revenue recognition and ARR reporting principles, and enterprise contract structures.
- ⚖️ Contract negotiation and redlining: You can negotiate and redline order-form-level terms directly with a customer and know when to involve Legal.
- 🛠️ CPQ/ Salesforce hands-on: You've configured and operated both a CPQ and Salesforce yourself, not just used what someone else set up.
- 🤖 AI-native working style: You default to AI and automation in your own work, with concrete examples of deal or approval workflows you've automated.
- 🤝 Stakeholder management: You have outstanding communication skills and can influence and manage complex stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, RevOps, and Finance.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🏗️ 0-to-1 builder: You've spun up a deal desk or similar function from the ground up, defining the underlying processes and policies yourself.
- 🔧 Modern CPQ/billing exposure: You've worked with Salesforce CPQ or modern platforms like Hyperline or Solvimon.
- 🧩 Product curiosity: You're curious about n8n and ideally have already successfully built a workflow.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires at least 3-4 hours of overlap with Central European Time (CET/CEST) business hours to support collaboration with the team.

- 4+ years of experience practicing employment law, preferably with a combination of law firm and in-house practice.
- Deep expertise in employment law, including hands-on experience with standard employment processes: drafting and reviewing contracts, managing templates and policies, advising across a wide range of employment matters and interpreting local labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Understanding of the EOR model and ability to anticipate and navigate its unique legal challenges; prior experience working with or within an EOR is preferred.
- Experience managing multi-jurisdictional and/or cross-border employment matters, with the ability to work across diverse legal systems and regulatory environments.

It runs on an embedded SQLite-based engine with a Postgres-compatible SQL layer, and ships a PostgREST and Auth compatible API, so applications written against @supabase/supabase-js work as-is. It exists because AI builders and platform partners need a database they can give to every prototype without the cost or the wait: sub-second provisioning, a footprint small enough to run inside a sandbox, and an upgrade path to full Supabase when an app graduates to production.
This is a role with a lot of agency. Small team, working product, patterns still to be set. You'll own large areas end to end and make real decisions from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In this role, you'll:
- Grow API compatibility with the Supabase client, keeping behavior faithful to hosted Supabase and backed by conformance tests
- Bring more of the Supabase stack to Turso/SQLite
- Find and work around gaps in the underlying database engine, with minimal repros and tests
- Build and harden the path for upgrading a project from Spark to full Supabase
- Own the developer experience end to end: the CLI, local tooling, and docs
- Build and harden the hosted offering while keeping the low cost structure in mind, kept loosely coupled so the implementation can be swapped without a rewrite
- Work directly with design partners and turn real-world migration and integration friction into a sharper product
- Engage with the open-source community and contribute back to the broader Supabase stack
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have substantial backend or full-stack experience with strong fluency in Rust, have shipped production Rust, and have built or contributed to a backend system, framework, or developer platform before
- Are a strong generalist, comfortable moving across the stack from API design to storage internals to infrastructure, and picking up whatever the problem needs
- Read unfamiliar code without friction. A lot of the work means studying reference implementations in other languages, such as GoTrue in Go, PostgREST in Haskell, and matching their behavior in Rust
- Have a solid grounding in SQL and relational databases, experience working close to a database engine (transactions, MVCC, type systems), and the curiosity to dig into where Postgres and SQLite differ
- Know Postgres well enough to use it as the reference for correct behavior
- Have run services under tight resource limits (multi-tenant, serverless, or embedded)
- Have a bias toward compatibility and correctness, and reach for tests and specs to prove behavior
- Think around corners. When everyone reaches for the standard playbook, you look for the simpler path that fits a smaller box. You break a complex system down to the 20% that covers 80% of the need, then make it run somewhere far smaller than it was designed for
- Care about developer experience: clean APIs, fast feedback loops, and tooling that makes the right thing the easy thing
- Are comfortable owning ambiguous, early-stage work and making sound calls that inform and define the spec. This is a founding role on a brand-new team
- Are comfortable working in public repositories on a remote, async team
- Communicate clearly in writing
- Bonus: experience with the Supabase stack, building developer CLIs, a track record of open-source maintenance, or contributions to Rust database or web projects
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.

We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.

Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM

- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
