COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Principal Account Executive, Pharma you close deals by understanding the customer, understanding the product and making magic happen. Who knew?
You’ll be responsible for owning some of Tennr’s largest and most strategic pharmaceutical accounts. You’ll bring your experience selling into Pharma to the table, helping us understand how these organizations buy, how to navigate them, and what it takes to win.
The Tennr product is great, but people are stubborn and tend to not talk to strangers.
To help, we’ve got a team of SDRs working to help you generate opportunities. Also some pretty crafty marketing initiatives (the Tennr Taco Truck really means something to pharma companies in Texas).
If you’re good, you’ll get paid an egregious sum, so in exchange, you have to own the whole sales cycle from discovery to close, and keep a tight process along the way. You’ll negotiate pricing. You will never sell what you wouldn’t buy. You must deeply care about your customers and the craft of sales. And since the product is loved, you’ll love selling it.
You’ll have to hit quotas of course. Wouldn’t be much fun otherwise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Planning: As an enterprise rep it is your responsibility to understand your patch of accounts better than anyone at the company. You, along with your manager & the drugs team, will be responsible for mapping out the accounts that fit our ICP, the key contacts associated with them, and your hypothesis around the value we can provide. It’s your job to test and iterate your perspective throughout an evaluation process.
- Pipeline Management: Use Tennr’s sales process to manage your pipeline. It’s not just putting deals into our CRM, but understanding the reality and risks of the deal based on the exit criteria associated with deal stages in our sales process. When you’re stuck, you proactively ask for help.
- Collaboration: Deal team culture is central here. You will work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Tennr Leadership and channel partners to build, advance and close opportunities. Lone-wolves need not apply.
- Client Relationships: You are responsible for forming a relationship with the customer, renewing that customer, and cross-selling into that customer.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of software sales closing experience preferred, with experience selling complex solutions into pharmaceutical organizations
- No less than 1 year of enterprise sales experience
- Experience in healthcare technology solutions is a plus
- Experience owning and closing large, strategic pharmaceutical accounts
- Existing knowledge of the pharmaceutical ecosystem and how large manufacturers evaluate and purchase new technology
- Demonstrated intellectual capacity: this candidate must be able to understand the underlying technology and be able to collaborate with clients on how it fits into their business needs
- Demonstrated motivation and hustle: a high-energy and fast-paced approach to problem-solving and taking initiative; past examples of demonstrating grit and entrepreneurial spirit a plus
- Experience working in an early-stage environment is preferred; the candidate should understand how to operate effectively with limited resources selling new products
- Demonstrated EQ and relationship-building: an approach to building relationships that gets to trust quickly.
- Must be comfortable up to 10-20% domestic travel
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals
BENEFITS
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to turn n8n’s most strategic enterprise deployments into production-ready success stories by embedding on-site, solving real customer problems, and building reusable automation patterns that shape our product.
To do so, you’ll work directly with customers, Deployment Strategists, and Product to make every engagement high-impact, scalable, and repeatable:
Drive high-impact enterprise deployments
Embed on-site with enterprise customers for focused 5-day deployment engagements, arriving with a hypothesis and leaving with production workflows in place.
Partner closely with Deployment Strategists to align technical execution with customer priorities, stakeholder needs, and adoption goals.
Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders by turning complex customer environments into clear, actionable solutions.
Build production-grade automation solutions
Design and build workflows, integrations, and custom nodes tailored to each customer’s environment and scalable beyond the initial use case.
Extend existing n8n nodes or add missing functionality where needed to unlock high-value enterprise use cases.
Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete automation designs that prioritize real customer value over technical complexity.
Work across industries and tech stacks, getting productive quickly in new environments.
Bridge customer needs with Product and Engineering
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a reusable node improvement, product feature, or platform capability.
Create a clear feedback loop with Product and Engineering by documenting technical gaps, customer context, implementation learnings, and prioritization signals.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, custom nodes, and integration patterns to an internal playbook library.
Turn customer learnings into product and playbooks
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a core product feature and document it clearly for Product.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, and patterns to an internal playbook library.
Help ensure every engagement makes the next one faster, stronger, and more productized.
Keep engagements focused and scalable
Deliver time-boxed customer engagements with clear outcomes, rather than open-ended professional services work.
Build solutions that customers can own and operate themselves.
Know when to build, when to simplify, and when to push back to avoid unnecessary complexity.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
🧑💻 Strong engineering background: You have solid full-stack or backend engineering experience and have built integrations, APIs, or automation pipelines in production environments.
🧩 Integration-building expertise: You can create custom nodes, extend existing integrations, and work confidently with APIs, authentication patterns, data models, and event-driven systems.
🔧 Product-minded technical execution: You can distinguish between a one-off customer workaround, a reusable node improvement, and a product feature worth escalating.
🤝 Customer-facing confidence: You’re comfortable working directly in customer environments and can build trust with engineers, operators, and non-technical stakeholders.
🗺️ Solution design skills: You can take a messy operational problem and turn it into a clean, practical technical design.
⚖️ Strong technical judgment: You know when to build, when to push back, and how to avoid gold-plating solutions that should stay simple.
✈️ Willingness to travel: You’re open to travelling roughly 30-50% of the time for on-site engagements.
⚡ Speed to productive: You can quickly understand new industries, tech stacks, and customer environments without needing everything to be neatly defined.
Nice-to-haves
🔁 Workflow automation experience: You have familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
🏢 Enterprise deployment experience: You’ve worked with strategic enterprise accounts in complex technical environments.
🧱 Node or connector development: You’ve built custom nodes, connectors, plugins, SDKs, or reusable integration frameworks.
🚀 Forward deployed experience: You’ve worked in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, or similar role at a product-led technical organization.
📣 Product feedback experience: You’ve helped turn customer learnings into clear product feedback, roadmap input, or engineering specifications.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll be the founding Forward Deployed Engineer, helping define how we turn our largest enterprise deployments into long-term, referenceable success stories. Your work won’t sit in a demo environment — you’ll build production workflows with real users, influence our product roadmap, and create the playbooks that shape how this function scales.
You’ll join one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups at a moment of huge momentum, working with a remote-first team that values autonomy, speed, experimentation, and direct customer impact.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000 across Sweden, Denmark and Norway in telecommunications, financial services, industrial manufacturing, energy and utilities, and healthcare and life sciences. Sovereignty and control over where data and models reside are growing priorities across these sectors, and Cohere is well positioned to meet that need with private, on-premise and in-country deployment built for enterprise scale. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will:
- Drive net-new customer acquisition across Sweden, Denmark and Norway via targeted outbound activity, executive introductions, and relationship building with key stakeholders
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach, technical and business validation, through deal close
- Support coverage of adjacent Nordic accounts as territory priorities require
- Generate and own your own pipeline through disciplined outbound, research and executive prospecting
- Be a trusted advisor to customer prospects, deeply understand their challenges & goals, and tailor solutions to drive impact for their businesses
- Leverage senior-level relationships with executives to drive strategic partnerships and sales opportunities
- Align closely with our partners and systems integrators to drive shared revenue and extend reach into target accounts
- Work cross-functionally across the business, drawing in the right technical and specialist colleagues as each engagement requires
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to supplement your own top of funnel activity
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Fluent in at least one Nordic language – Swedish, Norwegian or Danish – in addition to English; additional Nordic languages are a strong advantage
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprise customers along with experience negotiating & closing transformational 7-figure deals
- Depth in at least two of our priority sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences
- A hunter mentality - you take pride in generating your own pipeline and are at your best when building a territory rather than managing an inherited one
- A proven track record of high performance and exceeding quotas
- Experience building and maintaining senior-level relationships with executives
- Experience working alongside channel partners and systems integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- Excellent communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others & building strong relationships, experienced presenting to a C-suite audience, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical customer prospects
Additional Requirements:
- Experience selling complex enterprise level solutions, technical products, and private or on-premise deployments (AI/NLP solutions preferred)
- Familiarity with European data residency, sovereignty and regulatory requirements as live buying criteria
- High tolerance for ambiguity - this is an early-stage territory without an established local playbook, and you'll need to be both a doer and a strategist
- Creativity - deal structures can widely vary, strong technical acumen and the ability to creatively structure mutually beneficial partnerships are necessary
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.

HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE USER RESEARCHER ROLE ⭐️
At Alan, research is not a checkpoint. It's a compass. Our User Research team sits at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, making sure every decision is grounded in what our members actually need, feel, and experience.
As a User Researcher at Alan, you will gather and prioritize the most important questions from across the company, and design the right research to answer them. That means running interviews, diary studies, surveys, and usability sessions throughout the full product cycle, not just at the end. You'll then turn those findings into insights that are clear, compelling, and genuinely useful to the teams who need them.
You'll work hand in hand with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers, and collaborate closely with our analytics and data science teams to tell a complete story about our product. You'll also help grow research culture across Alan, sharing your craft and mentoring teammates along the way.
At Alan, great research drives great product. If you love figuring out what people truly need and translating that into decisions that matter, this role is for you.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- 4+ years of experience as a product/user researcher in a tech environment, with strong hands-on expertise in qualitative methods: interviews, diary studies, think-aloud usability testing, and direct observation
- Solid quantitative research skills: you're comfortable with survey design, sampling, crosstabs, and core statistical concepts
- Sharp critical thinking: you quickly identify what research is worth doing, scope it efficiently, and deliver insights that are focused and actionable
- A strategic mindset: you know how to partner with product stakeholders, communicate the value of research, and tie your findings to concrete business impact
- Compelling communication skills: you turn complex findings into clear narratives that resonate with any audience
- Experience mentoring junior researchers or non-researchers, with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback that helps others grow

Provide technical leadership across multiple product and commercial domains, influencing measurement strategy, analytical standards and long-term technical direction through expertise and collaboration.
Mentor and develop analysts and data scientists, helping raise technical capability and analytical excellence across the team.
Champion a culture of evidence-based decision-making by educating stakeholders, sharing best practices, and communicating advances in experimentation, causal inference and applied data science.
Stay current with emerging developments in statistics, machine learning and AI, identifying opportunities to improve measurement capabilities and analytical workflows.
Represent the team across PlayStation, building strong partnerships, engaging senior stakeholders, and promoting technical excellence in data science and experimentation.
What We're Looking For:
Required:
Master's degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or another quantitative discipline. PhD preferred.
Strong industry experience (5+ years) applying experimentation, causal inference, statistical modelling and measurement science to solve complex business problems.

Experience applying advanced data science, machine learning and statistical modelling techniques to solve complex business problems.
Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL for large-scale analytical workflows.
Experience developing reusable analytical methodologies, frameworks or libraries that improve measurement quality and consistency across teams.
Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction, promote best practices and drive adoption through collaboration, technical leadership and senior stakeholder engagement.
Strong stakeholder management, executive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear business recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Curiosity, creativity and a pragmatic approach to solving ambiguous, high-impact business problems.
Preferred:

Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a CMS & DAM Engineer to join a greenfield digital news platform build for a major international news brand. There is no legacy system, no migration burden — this is a new platform built from scratch, video-first and breaking-news-first, designed to sustain extreme traffic during major events and support complete newsroom workflows from draft to publish.
You'll own the CMS configuration and digital asset management layer end-to-end — from content models and editorial workflows through DAM taxonomy, rights management, and integrations with video, search, and distribution services. This is a full-lifecycle engagement: discovery, build, launch, and multi-year support.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
CMS Configuration & Development
- Configure and develop the selected CMS platform — AEM or Amplience.
- Implement content models, templates, components, and editorial configurations.
- Configure authoring, approval, scheduling, and publishing workflows to support full newsroom operations.
- Support breaking-news and major-event editorial capabilities, including homepage mode-switching under high traffic.
- Implement taxonomy and structured-content models.
- Configure permissions and newsroom roles.
- Implement preview and publishing capabilities.
- Develop CMS extensions where native functionality does not meet requirements.
- Integrate CMS with DAM, search, video, and downstream distribution services.
- Support testing, editorial training, and production stabilization.
Digital Asset Management
- Own the design and configuration of digital asset management workflows end-to-end.
- Define image and video metadata structures, taxonomy, credits, captions, source, and rights metadata.
- Design embargo, licence, and expiration management workflows.
- Establish image rendition, crop, and focal-point workflows.
- Define duplicate and near-duplicate asset handling approaches.
- Design asset usage and reference tracking.
- Establish replacement, restriction, and takedown workflows.
- Integrate DAM with CMS, video pipeline, and distribution services.
- Support asset migration, editorial training, and operational governance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience configuring and developing on AEM or Amplience in a production environment.
- Experience implementing content models, editorial workflows, and publishing pipelines for a content-heavy platform.
- Strong understanding of DAM concepts — metadata, taxonomy, rights management, renditions, and asset lifecycle.
- Experience integrating CMS and DAM systems with third-party services — video platforms, search, CDN, or distribution APIs.
- Ability to configure permissions and role-based access for multi-user editorial teams.
- Experience working on structured, phased delivery programmes with clear milestones and launch targets.
- Strong communication skills — able to work with editorial, product, and engineering stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering CMS/DAM solutions for news, media, or publishing organizations.
- Familiarity with breaking-news editorial workflows and high-traffic event scenarios.
- Experience with video asset management and broadcast clip ingestion pipelines.
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance requirements as they apply to content and media platforms.
- Experience with accessibility standards for content-heavy web platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling.
- Experience supporting editorial training and operational handover programmes.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

We are looking for a Video & Streaming Engineer to join a greenfield digital news platform build for a major international news brand. Video is not a feature here — it is the product. The platform is built around an always-on livestream, automated broadcast clip ingestion, and a player architecture that needs to perform reliably under the extreme traffic conditions of breaking-news events.
You'll own the video and streaming layer end-to-end: platform integration, adaptive playback, livestream workflows, newsroom clipping tools, advertising, analytics, and resilience testing ahead of launch.

- Familiarity with video processing concepts — clipping, transcoding, thumbnail generation, caption and subtitle integration.
- Experience integrating video advertising — VAST, VPAID, or similar — and video analytics.

- Familiarity with rights management, availability windows, and geoblocking implementation.
- Experience with CDN configuration for video delivery at scale.

- Familiarity with DRM implementation — Widevine, FairPlay, PlayReady.
- Experience with poster frame, chapter marker, and structured metadata workflows for editorial video.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Keeping Platform Stability Front and Center for 770M+ Users
On the frontier of adjoe's most critical publisher relationships, the Product Operations team moves fast, cuts through complexity, and keeps our entire platform running. Operating across the full adjoe stack—backend services, SDKs, catalog, and integrations—we unblock strategic launches, build custom integrations, and resolve critical issues in production.
We act as the safety net for our product teams and the first line of defense for enterprise publishers like Venmo and PayPal. Beyond immediate troubleshooting, we build and scale high-impact diagnostic tooling to automate root-cause resolution across client-side and microservice architectures. Combining cross-stack technical depth with rapid execution, Product Operations ensures seamless performance wherever enterprise growth meets global scale.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years in Go, built for scale. You have 3+ years building production Go services and know how to profile and optimize applications under real traffic, not just identify bottlenecks, but eliminate them. You've worked on large Go applications with considerable daily request volume.
- Distributed systems are your default context. You design and operate microservice architectures using Kafka and SQS/SNS for reliable asynchronous communication, and are responsible for collecting and aggregating billions of daily API events into Kafka streams queryable from the data lake in seconds.
- Data performance matters at every layer. You work with Druid, MySQL, Redis, and DynamoDB, optimizing queries and data access patterns to deliver few-millisecond response times. You know the tradeoffs between different storage solutions and when each one is the right tool.
- Bridge product and Data Science. You collaborate directly with Data Scientists to integrate ML algorithms that optimize ad delivery: translating complex mathematical solutions into production-ready backend services.
- Partner-facing data ownership. You support partners through well-documented open APIs, providing raw or aggregated data transparently based on their business needs.
- Infrastructure fluency is part of the job. You have hands-on experience with Terraform, Docker, and serverless infrastructure, owning services end-to-end from development to production.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

👋 A LITTLE ABOUT US
We’re building the best platform for authoring, publishing, and maintaining world-class docs. Close to 40,000 sign-ups per month, over 100k Monthly Active Users, used by 2M+ people and thousands of teams like Zoom, FedEx, Nvidia, Snyk, and Google. We’re profitable, backed by P9 Capital, Notion Capital, and Fly VC, and our amazing team is spread across 15 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Our enterprise motion is growing, and the way we reach those buyers is changing. Docs are bought by engineering leaders, platform teams, and developer experience owners, people who don't answer cold emails but do show up at conferences, dinners, hackathons, and community meetups. Field marketing is how we get in front of them.
Today our event activity is opportunistic: a booth here, a sponsored dinner there, a webinar when someone has time. There's no tiering model, no consistent follow-up motion, and no reliable way to say which events created the (right) pipeline. This role owns all of it.
This is a new function at GitBook. You'd be the first person to own it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the global event calendar: Decide which industry tradeshows and conferences we show up at, at what level, and why and then run them end to end: sponsorship negotiation, booth, staffing, messaging, budget, and on-site execution.
- Build activation around the big moments: The booth is rarely where the deals happen. You'll design the side-events that surround a conference such as curated dinners, executive roundtables, breakfast briefings, happy hours, and build the guest lists around accounts we actually want in the room.
- Create GitBook's own events: Design and run owned formats that people want to attend because of what they are, not because we sponsored them. Roadshows, customer summits, docs-focused meetups, launch moments. You'll define the format, the content arc, and the experience.
- Experiment with community activation: Work with our DevRel colleagues on hackathons, docs sprints, and community events. Some will work and some won't; you'll run them as experiments with a clear read on what happened.
- Own online events: Webinars, virtual roundtables, and livestreams, you’ll be either running them yourself or coordinating the team members who do.
- Build the tiering model: Define what a Tier 1, 2, and 3 event looks like at GitBook: spend bands, staffing, pre- and post-event motion, and the bar an event has to clear to earn each tier.
- Report on pipeline, not attendance: Build the measurement model for events: cost per opportunity, event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, target-account attendance, and conversion through to closed won.
- Make the sales follow-up motion work: Build a lightweight SLA for pre-event target lists with AEs, brief the team on what to do at the event, and build the follow-up structure that turns a badge scan into a conversation.
- Act as ABM sparring partner: Our enterprise motion runs on account-based plays. You'll be the person Sales and Marketing think out loud with on account selection, buying-committee mapping, and how field programs plug into 1:1 and 1:few plays
HOW WE'LL MEASURE SUCCESS
In your first 90 days: a tiered event calendar for the next four quarters, a working measurement model in our CRM, and a follow-up motion Sales has actually agreed to.
After that: event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, cost per opportunity by tier, target-account penetration at Tier 1 events, and speed of follow-up.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7–10 years in B2B SaaS marketing: you need to have a meaningful stretch of that in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated demand generation. You've run international programs, including and especially in the USA.
- A ROI mindset: You talk in opportunities and cost per opportunity, not impressions and badge scans. You've defended an event budget with numbers and you've killed events that didn't earn their place.
- Real operational range: You can negotiate a sponsorship contract, argue about booth carpet, write a good invite email, and build a Hubspot dashboard or report (or know who to ask to build it for you).
- Sales credibility: AEs will trust you or route around you. You can walk into a pipeline review, take a hard question about last quarter's spend, and answer it without getting defensive.
- Taste: Most B2B events are forgettable. We'd rather run fewer things that people remember. You should have opinions about what makes an event worth attending.
- Comfort with a technical audience: Our buyers are engineers and the people who lead them. You don't need to write code, but you need to know why developer-audience marketing fails when it's too polished.
- Ownership mindset: There's no playbook here. You'll write it: defining process, flagging problems early, and not waiting to be told what to build next.
Also, you might be coming from a field marketing role at a SaaS company that got heavier on events, an event marketing role where you started owning the pipeline number, a demand gen role with a large in-person component, or a community or DevRel role that grew a commercial edge. We care less about the label than about what you can actually do. Some travel is expected, roughly a week or two a quarter, with a potential for a week a month in the conference season peak.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This isn't a role where you'll manage a team from day one, and it isn't purely strategic. You'll be on the floor at the show and in the spreadsheet the week after.
It's also not brand marketing or product marketing. You'll draw on both, and you'll partner closely with them, but you're accountable for the pipeline.
If you do this well, the function grows in scope, budget, and eventually headcount. But we're hiring for someone who wants to build it from scratch, not for the version of this role that exists in two years.
👥 Join GitBook at a pivotal time as we evolve our product and team. This is a chance to shape our product, craft, and culture https://www.gitbook.com/about#open-roles.

And beyond.
🤖 WHO WE ARE
Alan Clinic. A health companion and a digital clinic for everyone.
We're a small team within Alan, on a mission to redefine the future of care by democratizing access to medical expertise. The Clinic is two crews building one experience:
- Mo. An intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI assistant able to prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care. We kicked off in 2023 and launched Mo to all our French members (1M) in Q1 2026, making it the first safe AI health companion live at scale in Europe.
- Clinic Platform. The medical services behind the conversation: chat with health practitioners, teleconsultation, and care programs across primary care, mental health, and physiotherapy.
Imagine giving every person in the world instant, 24/7 access to personalised medical expertise (through chat, voice, or video) with AI agents working in tandem with real doctors and the health system. That's what we are building 🤖🏥.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
We're building a medical experience that works reliably, safely, and at scale. An AI agent, and the clinic behind it. You'll lead the engineering team and you'll keep building alongside them.
The crews work at the intersection of product engineering, ML engineering, and medical expertise. As their engineering leader, you own:
- 💬 The team behind the most memorable chatting experience. Hiring, onboarding, honest feedback, and the mix of skills Mo needs as it grows. Talent density is yours to own.
- ➕ The architecture for Mo's next chapters. More context, new skills, new countries. You guide the calls on our architecture and agentic framework, and you stay close enough to the code to make them well.
- 🏥 The platform that turns conversations into care. Chat with health practitioners, teleconsultation at national scale, and the tooling doctors and therapists use every day. You drive alignment with the crews and medical teams on the other side, so members get from words to actions.
- 🛡️ Operational excellence. Mo and teleconsultation are real-time services that have to be live 24/7. Latency, error rates, incident response, and an on-call rotation that doesn't burn people out.
If you're excited by the idea of building the future of healthcare, this is the team for you. We're at the start of the journey. If you're curious, here https://arxiv.org/abs/2411.12808 is a paper we published recently.
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Dual impact: Shape both technical excellence and team growth - your engineers become better while building better products
- Leadership growth: Influence engineering culture, mentor future leaders, and drive technical strategy that shapes the future of healthcare delivery
- Startup speed, Alan's platform. Mo operates with the focus of a startup, on top of Alan's infrastructure, distribution, and health expertise. Small team, huge reach.
- Stakes that make the work matter. In medical AI, reliability and safety are the product. Every call you make on quality, architecture, and evaluation is a call about our members' health.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an engineering leader who gets excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years leading engineering teams, with a track record of building high performers.
- You partner with other product functions as a true equal: you shape the roadmap, name trade-offs honestly, and help the team commit to what it can actually deliver.
TECHNICAL FOUNDATIONS
- Experience establishing engineering excellence standards, with the ability to guide architectural decisions.
- First-hand experience shipping AI or LLM products to production is a big plus.
- You're excited and eager to keep writing code. You still review it, and you still ship some yourself.
- Comfortable with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
- You develop people as much as you develop products.
- Ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team.
MISSION ALIGNMENT
- Healthcare technology and innovation excite you
- You understand that great engineering teams are built on psychological safety and continuous learning
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply!
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!
