ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Ramp, people are the single biggest lever on our trajectory, and the bar for who joins this team gets higher every quarter, not lower. We are hiring our first dedicated Recruiter for GTM Expansion, based in London: someone who can map a market, identify the operators who will outperform their peers and run a full-cycle process that wins them.
The UK is the immediate mandate. You will partner with local and US-based leaders to turn an ambitious growth plan into a real commercial team, from first conversation through offer close. You will also help us build the recruiting approach, market knowledge and candidate networks that support Ramp's expansion into new GTM markets over time.
The recruiters who do this best combine craft on the front end, research, identification and calibration, with execution on the back end, closing, candidate experience and pipeline discipline. We are looking for both.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own full-cycle recruiting for priority GTM Expansion hiring, starting with UK roles across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships and Customer Success.
• Build a sharp point of view on the UK market and future expansion markets: the companies producing strong talent, the people who outperform their peers and the communities that matter.
• Use research, data and AI as part of your everyday craft to identify and qualify exceptional candidates. We expect a written market point of view, not just a slate of profiles.
• Run thoughtful, personalised outreach grounded in the candidate's actual background, commercial motion or recent work. We care more about quality, replies and conversion than send volume.
• Partner with GTM leaders to turn ambitious hiring plans into a clear profile, credible process and realistic compensation strategy. Surface hard market truth early and push back constructively when needed.
• Own the candidate experience from first conversation through offer close: fast follow-up, clear communication, strong process discipline and a tailored closing plan for the candidates we most want.
• Build real presence for Ramp in London through the right relationships, referrals and targeted community activity. The point is pipeline and credibility, not events for their own sake.
• Work tightly with the wider GTM Recruiting team on calibration, sourcing support, insight and operating rhythm, while bringing strong local judgment.
• Help improve how Ramp recruits for expansion by capturing what works in the UK and applying it thoughtfully as we enter new markets.
WHAT YOU NEED
• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology company where quality and pace both mattered.
• Strong knowledge of the UK technology talent market and a credible local network, or clear evidence that you can build one quickly.
• A track record of finding and closing exceptional people, not simply running inherited processes. You can point to candidates you identified who became strong hires.
• Excellent sourcing and research instincts. You can explain why someone is genuinely differentiated, not only that they have the right title at the right company.
• Experience hiring across several GTM functions, such as AEs, Sales Leadership, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, Customer Success or RevOps.
• Strong candidate-closing judgment. You listen closely, understand what each candidate is weighing and can build conviction against serious alternatives.
• The confidence to influence senior leaders, challenge a mis-scoped search and make a hiring process better without creating unnecessary friction.
• Comfort using data to understand funnel health, diagnose problems and hold an honest conversation about what needs to change.
• High ownership. You book the next step while you have the candidate, chase what is stuck and do not wait for a detailed brief to get useful work moving.
• Specific, sharp written communication. Your outreach and candidate updates should never feel template-driven.
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience recruiting for a fintech, SaaS, infrastructure or similarly complex B2B product.
• Experience joining a company as the first recruiter in a new geography, or helping to scale an international business.
• Experience building an AI-augmented recruiting research workflow.
WHY THIS ROLE
You will have unusual ownership over one of Ramp's most important growth priorities, with the support of an established Talent team rather than the isolation of a one-person recruiting function. The work is practical and high impact: build the UK commercial team, help leaders make better hiring decisions and raise the bar for how Ramp recruits as it enters new markets.

OpenAI
,

,
Redpoint Ventures
,
Spark Capital
).
Descript is the special company that's in possession of both product market fit and the raw materials (passionate user community, great product, large market) for growth, but is still early enough that each new employee has a measurable influence on the direction of the company.
Benefits include a generous healthcare package, 401k matching program, catered lunches, and flexible vacation time.
Our headquarters
are located in the Mission District of San Francisco, CA. We're hiring for a mix of remote roles and hybrid roles. For those who are remote, we have a handful of opportunities throughout the year for in person collaboration. For our hybrid roles, we're flexible, and you're an adult—we don't expect or mandate that you're in the office every day. We do believe there are valuable and serendipitous moments of discovery and collaboration that come from working together in person.
Descript is an equal opportunity workplace—we are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. Provectus is a Premier AWS Partner and an Anthropic partner, featured in Forrester's AI Technical Services Landscape. We are roughly 420 engineers building production AI for enterprise clients in Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Retail, and Entertainment. We build custom systems on live client data, not off the shelf products and not demos.
We are opening a Solution Owner seat on our Delivery team in Colombia and Costa Rica. This is an early career seat, but it is not a training seat. You will sit between the client and the engineering team on a real engagement, own a slice of scope, and be expected to figure out the next step yourself.
The profile we are looking for is specific: you started technical, as a software, data, or ML engineer, and you have already moved toward the business side of building products, or you are ready to make that move now. You are the person on the team who automates their own work with AI tools before anyone asks.
What You Will Do:
Own a defined slice of a client engagement, from use case framing through backlog, release, and result
Run discovery sessions and workshops with client stakeholders, and turn what you hear into written scope engineers can build against
Translate technical constraints into business language, and business goals into technical requirements
Maintain a groomed backlog with sized, technically specific stories, and drive sprint planning and release cadence
Prototype rapidly on live client data using our delivery stack, including Claude, Claude Code, MCP servers, and Skills
Work alongside GenAI and agentic AI builds, including RAG, agent workflows, and LLM integrations, closely enough to judge quality and explain trade offs
Define success metrics for your slice of scope and report progress honestly, including when something is not working
Build reusable artifacts, demos, and documentation so the next engagement starts faster than yours did
Partner with Principal Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and account teams across US and LATAM time zones
What You Will Bring:
2 to 4 years of total professional experience, including hands on engineering time as a software, data, or ML engineer
At least 1 year in a product, delivery, or client facing role such as Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Lead, or equivalent
Daily use of GenAI tools in your own workflow, Claude and Claude Code preferred, with concrete examples of workflows you redesigned
Ability to read code and technical documentation well enough to hold a real conversation with senior engineers
Practical Agile and Scrum experience: backlog, sprints, planning, retrospectives
Written and spoken English at B2 or above, comfortable leading a client call without a manager in the room
Self direction as a default. You are given a goal and ambiguity, not a task list, and you move anyway
Based in Colombia or Costa Rica
Nice to Have:
Exposure to Financial Services and Insurance or Healthcare and Life Sciences clients
Working understanding of GenAI concepts: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agentic patterns
Familiarity with AWS, especially Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, or S3
Experience shipping an LLM or RAG feature that reached real users
Experience building your own automations, scripts, MCP integrations, or internal tools
Consulting or professional services background
Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or AWS Cloud Practitioner
What We Offer:
Real client delivery on frontier AI from month one, not shadowing
Direct access to Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers as your working peers
Anthropic and AWS partnership work, with early access to tooling and premium AI subscriptions
Internal training programs and full support for AWS and Claude certifications
A clear growth path toward Senior Solution Owner or Solutions Architecture
Remote work with flexible hours across US and LATAM overlap
Long term B2B collaboration
Equipment budget and all the tooling you need

It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.

We partner with 35K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M users , and have reached 770M+ in ARR.

We’re looking for a Platform Engineer to improve the infrastructure, developer tooling, and delivery workflows used by more than 100 engineers.
The role combines infrastructure and software development, with an approximate 65/35 split. You’ll work on cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, observability, CI/CD, and internal tooling. The goal is to make development and releases more reliable, efficient, and straightforward.
What you’ll do
- Improve developer experience and engineering productivity by building tools and workflows that make it easier for engineers to develop, test, and ship software.
- Maintain infrastructure automation with Ansible, Terraform, and Terragrunt.
- Improve the reliability and performance of our CI/CD workflows.
- Find the causes of slow builds, failed pipelines, and flaky tests.
- Develop internal tools, improve test infrastructure, and occasionally work on product features.
- Improve observability across our infrastructure and delivery workflows using OpenTelemetry, ELK.
- Leverage AI to improve engineering workflows by building cloud-based agent tools and helping teams adopt effective practices.
Our tech stack
AWS, Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, ELK, ClickHouse, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Ruby-on-Rails.
What we’re looking for
- Experience developing and maintaining complex CI/CD workflows.
- Software development experience, such as building internal tools, APIs, backend services, or automation.
- Experience with AWS or another cloud provider.
- Telemetry and monitoring experience (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Kibana).
- Strong Computer Science and System Design fundamentals.
- Willingness to learn and use Ruby and/or Go.
What we’d be particularly excited about
- Experience optimizing CI build times, especially with Jenkins.
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with Ruby, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with build systems such as Webpack or Gradle.
You don’t need to know every technology in our stack. We value strong technical fundamentals, curiosity, and the ability to work on different types of engineering problems.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
THE LEGAL TEAM AT ALAN
You will join Alan's Corporate team, working on complex regulatory and business challenges as Alan scales. You will benefit from close mentorship and structured support - you won't be left on your own. You will collaborate closely with Alan's Business, Product, and Care teams on day-to-day matters. At Alan, roles evolve: you will have real opportunities to take on new challenges and expand your scope as you grow.
YOUR MISSIONS

- Contribute to responses to inspections and audits, and to compliance reporting to internal bodies and regulators.
- Support efforts to influence regulatory evolutions, in collaboration with public affairs teammates.
Business support
- Contribute to RFP responses, contractual negotiations with clients and partners, and direct engagement with prospects.
- Support Alan's positioning in business conversations with a sound understanding of the regulatory landscape.
- Contribute to compliance projects across Alan's markets (primarily France, with growing international scope).
Product excellence and member protection
- Help identify the best ways to meet regulatory requirements within our products while improving the member experience (pricing, options design, UX, complaints management).
- Contribute to protecting Alan's competitive positioning on key regulatory topics.
Internal legal autonomy
- Help build internal legal frameworks, templates, and decision-making guidelines.
- Identify which matters can be handled in-house versus with external counsel.
- Actively use AI tools to improve efficiency and scale legal operations within your scope.
Key outcomes after six months
- Contributed meaningfully to an RFP response or contractual negotiation, demonstrating practical autonomy and sound regulatory judgment.
- Taken end-to-end ownership of defined legal workstreams (compliance analysis, product review, regulatory reporting, complaints management) with reliable quality.
- Earned the trust of internal partners (Sales, Care, Product) as a pragmatic legal partner.
- Contributed to internal tools or frameworks that increase Alan's legal autonomy.
PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- At least 2 years fo experience in insurance law and/or social protection law, gained at a top insurance law firm or insurance company.
- French (fluent) and English (professional level).
- Exposure to commercial health and/or disability insurance matters (advising, litigation, or in-house).
- Familiarity with French insurance regulatory frameworks (ACPR, distribution rules, applicable insurance law).
- Bonus: experience on international markets and drafting in English; experience at a regulatory authority.
Qualities we look for to join our team
- Autonomy and ownership: You take initiative, structure your work independently, flag risks proactively, and own your outputs.

Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. Collaborative work management is a $14B category growing at 15% a year, and the enterprise competitive set is consolidating fast. Wrike is hiring a Director of Go-To-Market Operations to lead our global GTM Operations team across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
You will own Wrike’s revenue planning and operational architecture end-to-end driving annual planning, quota setting, territory management, and cross-functional alignment across our global revenue engine.
Reporting directly to GTM leadership, you will serve as a strategic co-pilot to executive leaders while leading a hands-on global team of 6–15 operations partners and analysts.
This is an action-oriented leadership role for an operational "athlete'' - someone equally comfortable steering C-level strategic decisions, designing enterprise sales workflows, coaching an international team across time zones, and diving deep into the details of compensation plans or GTM forecasting.
Your Impact:
Global Team Leadership: Build, scale, and mentor a global GTM Operations team (15 team members, including embedded business partners and visualization analysts across diverse time zones), fostering a high-performance, team-first culture.
Annual Planning & Execution: Lead annual planning, quota allocation, capacity modeling, and territory design across Sales, CS, and Marketing teams.
Retention & Growth PMO: Partner with executive leadership to program manage company-wide objectives focused on gross/net retention, bookings, and customer lifecycle optimization.
Executive Facilitation: Lead recurring operational cadences with executive stakeholders (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to eliminate friction and accelerate deal velocity.
Commercial Support & Governance: Oversee non-customer-facing commercial execution, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk to streamline order processing and contracting workflows.
Your Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations within B2B SaaS.
Proven People Leadership: Direct experience managing and developing global operational teams (6+ direct/indirect reports) across international time zones.
Core GTM Mechanics: Expertise in SaaS unit economics, quota setting, territory planning, retention/bookings metrics, and annual planning processes.
Execution Track Record: High proficiency operating as an executive-level partner to Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership without needing a massive administrative layer.
Location Preference: East Coast U.S. preferred (ability to align with global time zones and executive leadership).
Standout Qualities:
Core Traits: High curiosity (constantly seeking better ways to execute), unyielding commitment to follow-through, and rigorous attention to detail.
Sales Methodology: Familiarity with enterprise value selling frameworks (e.g., Force Management's Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, or Challenger).
Target Background: Experience operating in high-growth, execution-oriented B2B SaaS environments
Team Dynamics: You will partner closely with executive leadership and lead a global team of GTM business partners and data visualization specialists. Your team acts as the central nerve center connecting field execution with executive strategy.
Our Work Style: We run Wrike on Wrike. You will use our collaborative work management platform daily to run annual planning, manage operational portfolios, and track team execution. We value intellectual curiosity, data-backed decision-making, and swift cross-functional execution.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is expanding its reseller program in Japan and Korea. As our Reseller Operations Manager for Japan and Korea, you'll own how resellers in both countries get onboarded, transact, get paid, and get supported, across both of our resale motions: hyperscaler resale, where partners resell Claude through the cloud marketplaces (AWS Bedrock today, Google Cloud Vertex AI and Microsoft Foundry to follow), and direct resale, where partners resell on Anthropic paper through our own quote-to-order and billing systems. The global team builds the program; you make it work for Japanese and Korean partners and feed back what has to change.
This is an operator role, not a partner manager role. In the first months you'll be validating deal registrations and answering partner tickets yourself; by the end of the first year the volume should be running on documented process, service levels, and vendor or system coverage that you set up.
Key responsibilities
Own reseller onboarding for Japan and Korea end to end: application intake, screening coordination, agreement execution, marketplace authorization, entitlement setup, and activation, and keep the partner record in Salesforce decision-grade for both regions.
Run hyperscaler (3P) reseller operations: deal-registration intake and validation within SLA, marketplace authorizations and private-offer processing with the cloud alliance teams, and end-customer reporting on every reseller transaction so partner-sourced revenue can be attributed.
Run direct (1P) reseller operations: partner quotes and order forms, order booking and provisioning, and commit tracking and true-ups with Deal Desk, RevOps, and Accounting, and work with Finance and Tax on local invoicing, currency, and consumption-tax handling for each transaction route.
Run the regional side of reseller incentives: eligibility, validation of quarterly payouts, and partner disputes, in partnership with the global incentive operations team and Finance.
Stand up first-line operational support for resellers in Japanese and Korean during local business hours, inside the global partner support queue rather than alongside it, and localize the onboarding, deal-registration, and ordering content partners depend on.
Manage any outsourced or contracted operations capacity used in region (scope, quality, service levels) and coordinate with Enablement on the logistics of local-language certification and training.
Own reseller reporting for Japan and Korea: registration volume and cycle time, activation, attach, and attributed revenue by partner and by motion, and use it to tell the regional teams and the global program what to fix next.
Adopt the global Partner Operations playbooks where they fit, write the in-region variants where they don't, and represent Japan and Korea requirements in partner systems and automation work so manual volume doesn't grow with partner count.
Minimum qualifications
Several years in channel, reseller, distribution, or partner operations at a technology company, ideally touching both a cloud-marketplace motion and a direct or contract-based resale motion.
Working proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and English. You'll run operational relationships with partners in both countries and work daily with a US-based team; proficiency doesn't need to be identical across all three, but you need to be able to work with partners in both regions.
Practical knowledge of how at least one major cloud marketplace's reseller program works (authorizations, private offers, deal registration), or deep experience in one motion and a track record of picking up the other quickly.
Hands-on experience with quote-to-order, order management, or partner billing, and the Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal coordination that comes with it.
A track record of taking a manual process and turning it into documented workflow, service levels, and reporting, including managing vendors or contractors who execute part of it.
Hands-on Salesforce experience (reporting, data maintenance), and comfort being the only operations person in the region while working with a team many time zones away.
Preferred qualifications
Experience inside the Japanese or Korean enterprise reseller and systems-integrator ecosystem, including local invoicing, credit, and consumption-tax conventions.
Experience with partner incentive or rebate operations, or with a partner program during its launch phase.
Experience with PRM or deal-registration tooling, or building automations with Claude or similar tools to run operational workflows at volume.
How this role works with the team
You'll report into Partner Experience and work day to day with two groups. The global Partner Operations team in San Francisco owns the reseller program's systems, and playbooks; our reseller operations owner there is your direct counterpart, and you'll split work along a simple line: they own the global process, you own its execution and adaptation in Japan and Korea. The Japan and Korea go-to-market teams own the partner relationships and the commercial conversations; you're the operational layer underneath them, and the person they come to when something about a partner's onboarding, order, or payout needs to move. You'll also be the regional voice into Finance, Deal Desk, RevOps, and the cloud alliance teams on anything that has to work differently in these markets.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Supabase is scaling its AWS partnership across multiple go-to-market motions, and gaming is one of the fastest-moving. This role owns the AWS gaming segment end to end, driving adoption of Supabase within game studios building on AWS, and managing the technical and commercial relationship with AWS's gaming ecosystem (GameLift, gaming ISVs, and gaming-focused SI/SA teams).
You'll work closely with our SI partner ecosystem (including gaming-focused system integrators) on feature enhancements, run co-sell motions with AWS gaming account teams, and build the pipeline that proves out gaming as a durable growth motion for the AWS relationship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the AWS gaming segment strategy and roadmap
- Manage relationships with AWS's gaming team (GameLift, gaming ISV/partner org) and gaming-focused AWS SAs
- Drive the SI partnership motion with gaming systems integrators -- including scoping technical gap analyses (SDK coverage across Unity, Unreal, Godot), negotiating MNDAs/agreements, and managing joint GTM plans
- Build and run co-sell pipeline with AWS gaming account teams through ACE
- Identify and close gaps in Supabase's gaming-specific product story (SDK support, real-time/multiplayer patterns, missing feature parity vs. incumbents)
- Represent the gaming motion in AWS SCA/funding conversations, providing data and narrative to support investment asks
- Partner with product marketing on gaming-specific content, case studies, and launch narratives
WHO YOU ARE
- 3-5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally with AWS or another hyperscaler
- Experience working with or in the gaming industry (studios, publishers, or gaming-focused ISVs/SIs) a strong plus
- Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships (SI partners, hyperscaler field teams, internal product/eng)
- Comfortable operating with technical ambiguity -- you don't need to write code, but you need to understand SDK gaps, integration patterns, and technical GTM stories well enough to be credible with SAs and engineers
- Strong program management instincts -- this role is equal parts relationship-building and disciplined execution (gap analyses, joint plans, quarterly business reviews, and pipeline tracking)
- Proven ability to execute co-marketing and co-sell initiatives that impact the bottom line, paired with a deep understanding of partner attribution and reporting
- High degree of autonomy and external credibility—you lead your own workstreams, close loops, and represent Supabase in high-stakes partner discussions independently
- Experience with AWS Partner Central, ACE, and Marketplace mechanics is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

About the Company
We’re working with a growing international business looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage qualified B2B opportunities from the meeting stage through proposal, negotiation, and close.
The ideal candidate is confident managing high-value B2B conversations with international clients and can build on momentum created earlier in the sales process without unnecessarily restarting the conversation.
Job Summary
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll own the later stages of the B2B sales cycle — turning qualified meetings into signed clients.
You’ll work with warm, qualified opportunities, understand client needs, lead discovery and commercial conversations, present proposals, handle objections, protect pricing, and ultimately close the deal before ensuring a smooth handoff to the operations team.
This role is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional who is commercially sharp, highly accountable, and comfortable operating independently.
You won’t need to be managed into action. You’ll be expected to own your opportunities, follow through on commitments, and consistently move deals forward.
Key Responsibilities
Own qualified B2B opportunities from initial sales meeting through to close.
Continue conversations from existing sales handoffs rather than unnecessarily re-pitching the client.
Conduct discovery and understand the commercial needs, challenges, and objectives of prospective clients.
Lead sales meetings and communicate value clearly to decision-makers.
Develop and present compelling proposals within agreed timelines.
Handle pricing objections and negotiations while protecting commercial value.
Maintain momentum and follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle.
Use CRM systems accurately and maintain strong sales-process discipline.
Forecast opportunities and communicate deal progress clearly.
Close new business and ensure accurate documentation of agreed terms.
Provide a smooth handoff to the operations or delivery team after the sale.
Take ownership of sales results and continuously improve your approach.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales and closing experience, preferably selling to international clients.
Proven track record of closing meaningful B2B deals.
Experience managing opportunities through proposal, negotiation, and final close.
Strong written and spoken English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and business owners.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to hold pricing under pressure.
Excellent CRM discipline and attention to detail.
Ability to move quickly and consistently follow up on opportunities.
Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Strong commercial judgment; you know when to push, when to listen, and when to close.
A track record you can demonstrate through specific examples of successful deals.
Benefits

🌎 Fully remote role with flexible work environment
🚀 Work with high-growth global companies and innovative products
📈 Clear progression path into senior sales or leadership roles
🎯 Performance-based incentives and bonuses
🤝 Collaborative, high-performance sales culture

About the Company
We’re hiring on behalf of a growing international business working with clients across multiple markets.
The company is looking for an experienced Account Executive who can take qualified B2B opportunities through the final stages of the sales process, build strong relationships with decision-makers, negotiate confidently, and consistently convert opportunities into new business.
Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you’ll own qualified sales opportunities from the initial handoff through discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing, and transition to the delivery team.
This is a closing-focused role for someone who knows how to build on an existing sales conversation rather than starting from scratch. You’ll be expected to quickly understand the prospect’s needs, communicate the value of the solution, handle objections, protect pricing, and move opportunities toward a clear decision.
You’ll work with international B2B clients and have significant ownership over your pipeline and results.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced B2B Account Executive, Sales Executive, or B2B Sales Closer who is comfortable managing high-value opportunities and working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
Understand client needs and align the company's solution with their business objectives.
Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals within 48 hours of a qualified opportunity.
Handle objections around pricing, competition, timing, value, and internal approval processes.
Confidently communicate and defend commercial terms without unnecessarily discounting.
Identify opportunities to move deals forward and proactively manage next steps.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, activity, and deal forecasts.
Keep prospects engaged throughout the buying process.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition after a successful close.
Take ownership of your sales targets, pipeline, activity, and overall commercial performance.
Contribute feedback that can improve sales processes, messaging, and conversion rates.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales and closing experience, ideally working with international clients.
Proven experience closing meaningful, high-value B2B deals.
A track record of taking qualified opportunities from meeting through to signed agreement.
Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and consultative selling.
Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Commercial confidence and the ability to protect value during price negotiations.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent CRM discipline and pipeline management.
Ability to produce professional sales proposals quickly, ideally within 48 hours.
Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for sales outcomes.
Comfortable operating without relying heavily on scripts or constant supervision.
Experience selling services, SaaS, technology, consulting, or other complex B2B solutions is an advantage.
Able to provide professional references that demonstrate your sales track record.
