Synthesia Roleplay Sessions is a training tool that lets people practice real conversations with AI avatars. Instead of just watching training videos, learners do interactive roleplay exercises, like practicing a sales pitch or handling a customer complaint with an AI coach. The AI gives instant feedback so people know what they did well and what to improve. Managers can use a dashboard to track which employees have completed their training, see how well they performed, and measure if the training actually improved their skills. The whole platform is built around learning by doing rather than just passive video watching.
For your ML engineer role, you'd be building the AI engine that makes the coaching work. That means creating the models that listen to what learners say during roleplay, score their performance, generate helpful feedback in real time, and decide how the AI avatar should respond next based on what the learner does. This is an applied ML position, not a research one. We expect you to have a good understanding of ML but on the other side to be a good product-focused software developer as you will be expected to work on different products.
Please bring with you:
— Ability to apply your machine learning knowledge to solve real product problems.
— At least seven (7) years of experience as a software engineer, with at least 2 years at senior level.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're seeking an experienced Social Escalations Manager to be a founding member of a new pillar of our Operations organization: Community & Executive Escalations. This role is the front line of how Anthropic protects its reputation when high-stakes user issues surface on public social platforms. You'll help stand up the function from scratch and operate it day-to-day. You'll actively monitor brand and product conversations, triage emerging issues, and own social escalations end-to-end. During live escalations, you'll build real-time social reports that turn data into actionable recommendations to resolve issues quickly and reduce reputational risk. The ideal candidate pairs deep fluency in the social analytics landscape with calm judgment under pressure, sharp written communication, and a bias toward action.
Key responsibilities
Build the team's playbooks, escalation criteria, tooling solutions, and SOPs to successfully manage social escalations
Actively monitor public social channels for brand mentions, surfacing potential escalations and triaging them against defined criteria
Own social escalations end-to-end during your coverage hours
Communicate crisply with internal stakeholders: brief executives on live situations, give Comms partners the facts they need, and keep incident channels useful and current
Build social reports in real-time, using the data to drive actionable recommendations that quickly and effectively resolve live incidents and reduce reputational risk
Write clear post-escalation reports that capture what happened, what we did, and what should change—so the next escalation is easier than the last
Help iterate on the team's playbooks, response templates, escalation criteria, and SOPs based on what you learn running real cases
Minimum qualifications
6+ years of experience in social analytics, escalations management, customer support, or a related front-line operations role—ideally at a consumer or developer platform
Deep knowledge of the social landscape and hands-on experience using social listening tools (query writing, alert design, API pipelines, report building)
Excellent judgment under pressure and have a strong instinct for how issues spread across public social platforms
Sharp written communication—you can brief a senior leader in three sentences and document an incident so the next responder can pick it up cold
Comfort coordinating across functions in real time and influencing partners without positional authority
A pattern-detection mindset—you spot the second-order issue beneath the first-order complaint and surface it to the right people
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; this team is brand new and you'll be helping define what good looks like as you operate
Excitement about protecting Anthropic's reputation and relationships at a moment when public attention on AI has never been higher
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ever wondered what it's actually like to intern at a company millions of developers rely on?
Software Engineering Interns at Sentry write real code on real projects that ship to production. No fetch-the-coffee. Just you, a team that actually trusts you, and a codebase used by millions of developers every day, including the ones building the AI tools everyone's talking about.
You'll land on either an SDK https://docs.sentry.io/?original_referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fsentry.io%2Fcareers%2F%3Fteam%3DEngineering%2B team or Ingest — and either way, you're in the critical path, not on the sidelines. SDKs are where past interns have shipped async support for our Python SDK https://blog.sentry.io/meet-sentrys-2025-summer-interns/#simon-1-16 and a faster AWS Lambda extension https://blog.sentry.io/meet-sentrys-2025-summer-interns/#martin-1-17 — real code running inside frameworks developers use every day. Ingest is the backbone: you'll get hands-on with the pipelines (including our open-source Relay https://github.com/getsentry/relay and Symbolicator https://github.com/getsentry/symbolicator) that process millions of events every minute.
This is a 12+ week hybrid technical internship https://sentry.io/careers/internships-and-early-careers/ that treats you like a full-time Sentry engineer — not just "an intern." You'll be paired with a manager and a dedicated team mentor, get access to social events, and wrap up the program with a final presentation to the Sentry team.
Don't just take our word for it — hear it from the people who lived it. Our intern blog https://blog.sentry.io/life-at-sentry/ is full of stories from past Sentaurs about the features they shipped and the teams they joined, and more than a few of them liked it enough to come back as full-time new grads.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Be matched with one of our SDKs https://sentry.io/platforms/, Product or Ingest teams, based on your interests and experience
- Design, develop, and ship a programming solution that drives real values to customers
- Receive meaningful feedback, coaching, and mentorship from your manager and teammates
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Want to be treated like an engineer, not "an intern"
- Care about how software actually works
- Are excited about where AI is taking software development and want to build in the middle of it
- Want mentorship that's real, not scheduled
- Like shipping things and seeing them used
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science or a related field
- At least one previous internship or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience collaborating on an engineering project with a team (class, open source, work, it counts)
- Solid grasp of algorithms and data structures fundamentals
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or a similar dynamic language, picked up through internships, personal projects, or coursework
- Can pick up a new language or framework quickly and run with it
- Comfortable using GitHub: branching, pull requests, code review, the works
- Available to start summer 2027 and able to relocate to Vienna (Austria) for the duration of the internship (we'll help get you there and cover housing)
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 43.456,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV). The base salary (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is EUR €3,285.00 per month. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit and perks programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including medical, dental and vision insurance coverage as well as temporary relocation support). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.
Hours & location
🌎 While we hire
almost anywhere
in the world, we have a preference for someone to reside in the following locations for this role. However, if you feel qualified, we welcome you to apply regardless of location. No matter what, working hours must overlap with EST for at least 20 hours/week.
Preferred locations:
USA
Why this job is exciting
Sourcegraph is at the forefront of building AI tools to solve the biggest problems in the software industry, problems that only get bigger as codebases grow and as more of the work is done by agents. The
Code Understanding
team owns the surfaces where that intelligence meets the developer:
Deep Search
, our agentic, multi-step answer engine across an enterprise's entire lineup of codebases,
Query Assist
, turning natural language queries into Sourcegraph query syntax,
Smart Hovers
, concisely summarizing symbols right where devs need it, guided diff review, and the APIs that both humans and AI agents rely on every day.
Most of what makes those surfaces tick is
agent engineering
: a blend of software engineering, machine learning, and statistics. Agent engineering tells us which model to use and when, how to retrieve and pack context, how to measure answer quality, where to fine-tune or distill a smaller model to cut costs and latency, and how to expand a single LLM call into a reliable multi-step agent. As the
staff ML and agent engineer on Code Understanding
, you'll be the technical owner of it: setting the tam’s direction for models, evaluations, and agentic systems, making our products measurably better, faster, and cheaper, and raising the team's fluency in building with models.
This is a
staff-level role
: we're hiring a technical leader, not just a strong individual contributor. The primary need is a production ML and evaluation authority who also builds production agent systems. You'll own the hardest, most ambiguous problems in this space, set standards others follow, and influence direction beyond your immediate team. You'll get the exhilarating chance to drive the vision on how we can provide the best code understanding experience on the market by combining our deterministic, large-scale systems and AI into experiences never seen before.
Concretely, you'll own work like:
Agentic systems.
You'll design and harden the multi-step, tool-using agent loops behind current and new agentic experiences, turning research and experiments into reliable, observable, and affordable products at enterprise scale.
Pragmatic use of evaluations.
Crafting agentic products means needing to tell when a change actually helped, which is hard when agents keep changing and the product keeps shifting. You'll bring judgment about where evaluations earn their keep, when to use targeted smoke tests and metrics, and how to avoid noise dressed up as rigor, so we can move fast with confidence.
Models: selection, upgrading, and training.
You'll decide which models we run where, drive upgrades, and fine-tune our own when that's the right call.
Retrieval and context engineering.
You'll push on how we ground models in a customer's code - retrieval, ranking, context windows, citations - to make answers more accurate and verifiable.
Cost and latency.
Every surface has a per-user economic budget. You'll treat cost and latency as product features, and profile, distill, cache, and right-size models so we can ship ambitious features sustainably.
You'll do this on a small, senior-leaning team that ships quickly, owns a lot of product surface, and has streamlined product management: engineers here talk to customers, frame the problem, and own it end-to-end. You'll have real agency over technical direction and a direct line to the impact of your work.
📅 Within one month, you will…
Get the Code Understanding products and their model/agent pipelines running end-to-end locally, and land your first improvements to a model, prompt, retrieval path, or eval.
Build a clear picture of where the AI engineering pain is, and the product surfaces most constrained by them.
Get to know the team and our customers, and start forming your own opinions about where our agentic products should go next.
Join the team's on-call support rotation.
📅 Within three months, you will…
Own a meaningful agentic slice of the product end-to-end, driving it from problem-framing through rollout and measurement.
Establish how the team ships model and prompt changes responsibly: the evals, dashboards, and guardrails that make quality and cost regressions visible before customers feel them.
Begin up-leveling teammates in building with models by pairing with them, reviewing their code, and modeling good agent engineering instincts.
📅 Within six months, you will…
Be the recognized technical authority for agent engineering and agentic systems on Code Understanding. You will be the person teammates, and increasingly the wider department, defer to on model, eval, and agent-design decisions.
Have measurably moved the products: better answer quality, lower cost/latency, or new agentic capabilities that weren't feasible before.
Be setting the direction of the team's roadmap where it intersects agents, bringing conviction, backed by evidence, about which bets are worth making, and pulling other engineers up to execute on them.
About you
You are a
staff engineer and technical leader with hard-won skills across production machine learning, evaluation, and agent systems
. This high-leverage role relies on your ability to make sound model and evaluation decisions for a fast-moving product, build the production systems around them, steer technical direction, and be a force multiplier for a talented, product-minded team. You're equally comfortable reasoning about an eval harness, a fine-tuning run, a retrieval pipeline, and the multi-step agent loop that ties them together, and you make everyone around you better at all of it.
You operate at staff scope: you own the most ambiguous, highest-risk problems in your domain, go into whatever codebase a problem requires, set standards and patterns others adopt, and translate fluidly between engineering goals and business objectives. You influence direction beyond your immediate team. You lead through technical excellence and mentorship.
You have personally owned a production model lifecycle.
You have trained or fine-tuned at least one model and taken it from dataset construction through evaluation, production rollout, and monitoring. You can explain how you chose between training or fine-tuning and prompting or retrieval, how you chose baselines and metrics, what error analysis revealed, and how production evidence affected the next version.
You build agents, fluently and opinionatedly.
You've designed multi-step agentic systems and made them reliable, observable, and cost-bounded. You have a point of view on where agents shine and where deterministic code or human judgment is required.
You have strong evaluation judgment.
You build representative datasets, meaningful baselines, useful error taxonomies, and release criteria that connect offline measurements to production behavior. You know where rigorous evaluations earn their keep, where lightweight smoke tests or qualitative review are enough, and where a precise-looking metric is misleading.
You treat cost and latency as product constraints.
You make measured quality, latency, and cost tradeoffs and use the appropriate combination of model selection, prompting, retrieval, caching, distillation, and fine-tuning rather than reaching reflexively for a more complex model.
You operate autonomously on ambiguous problems.
Given a rough product idea, a few customer quotes, and a Slack thread, you come back with a plan, a prototype, milestones, and a point of view on tradeoffs, without it being pre-scoped. You own high-technical-risk projects end-to-end.
You contribute beyond your domain.
As a senior IC, you go into whatever part of the codebase a problem requires, recognize issues beyond your immediate area, and translate between engineering goals and business objectives.
You up-level the people around you.
You mentor by pairing on hard problems, providing substantive design and code reviews, and spreading agent engineering literacy across the team. You see investing in your teammates' growth as part of the job.
You're customer and product-driven.
You're comfortable on customer calls and in feedback threads, you turn raw signals into requirements, scopes, and milestones, and you push back when feedback would lead the product astray.
You're pragmatic, not a perfectionist.
You ship the smallest correct thing, prefer robust solutions over complicated ones, and keep a high-quality bar with simplicity.
On the engineering fundamentals:
You're a strong software engineer who can ship production services.
You're comfortable across our stack - Go on the backend, TypeScript on the frontend, GraphQL, Postgres, Docker - or you're clearly able and eager to get there.
You're fluent with agentic coding tools, and you understand and own every line it submits.
You're comfortable in an async-first, multi-service, fast-paced remote environment.
Nice-to-haves:
You've shipped an LLM-powered or agentic developer-facing product you can speak about opinionatedly: what worked, what didn't, what you'd do differently.
You've fine-tuned, distilled, or trained models to meet cost, latency, or quality targets in production.
Experience with retrieval, ranking, embeddings, or search relevance.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating their needs into a product.
Experience mentoring or up-leveling engineers, especially raising a team's agent engineering fluency.

Within this department, the Licensing & Billing team sits right at the center of our commercial model, turning what a customer buys into what they are actually allowed to use, and accounting for that consumption accurately enough to bill on.
The complexity of our entitlement, quota, and metering systems continues to grow. In this role, you will own the correctness and evolution of these backend services, take full ownership of end-to-end data flows, tackle distributed consistency across unreliable upstream systems, and ensure revenue-affecting data migrations happen cleanly without taking services offline.
Day to day, you will:
Design, build, and operate backend services that decide what a customer is entitled to and what their usage costs.
Own flows end to end, from ingesting licensing and purchase data from upstream systems to enforcing quotas and recording consumption.
Evolve our domain model to handle new commercial structures, combining seat-based plans and usage-based models.
Design integrations with external systems, ensuring correctness through idempotency, ordering, reconciliation, and eventual consistency.
Plan and execute live data migrations using feature flags, dual writes, backfills, and verification at every stage.
Build observability into our systems by defining invariants, metrics, and alerts to catch silent divergence before customers do.
Design internal APIs with explicit focus on versioning, backward compatibility, and developer experience for other JetBrains teams.
Improve system performance and reliability under continuous production load while decommissioning legacy subsystems.
Write integration tests against real dependencies and maintain reliable test infrastructure.
Investigate production incidents, find root causes, and follow through on lasting fixes.
What you’ll bring
An engineer’s dedication to accuracy, especially in domains where system errors have direct financial impact.
Pragmatic judgment when designing distributed systems where correctness under unreliable delivery is the main constraint.
A habit of trusting metrics, traces, and logs to understand production behavior rather than relying on assumptions.
Comfort navigating and simplifying large existing codebases containing legacy decisions.
Clear, direct communication skills to agree on API contracts across teams with different priorities.
A focus on testing as an essential design tool rather than an afterthought.
What you’ll need
A proven track record of building and operating backend services on the JVM platform using Kotlin or Java.
A solid working knowledge of relational databases, including transactions, isolation levels, locking, indexing, and live schema migrations (PostgreSQL preferred).
A deep understanding of distributed systems patterns, such as idempotency, retry strategies, eventual consistency, and data reconciliation.
Practical experience making live data migrations or system changes without downtime using feature flags and staged rollouts.
Experience designing versioned, backward-compatible APIs for other engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka.
The ability to diagnose, debug, and resolve production incidents in complex environments.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
What success looks like
Success in this role means building a bulletproof entitlement and metering foundation that product teams can trust without hesitation. You will have successfully migrated live commercial systems to support new billing models without downtime or data divergence. Silent errors will be caught automatically by system invariants before affecting users, and internal teams will integrate seamlessly with your clean, versioned APIs.

About the Role
We are looking for a Sportsbook Product Owner to join the UXMatrix Product Team and take ownership of the development and continuous improvement of our sportsbook frontend experience. You will define what should be built and why, translating customer, market, and business needs into clear product outcomes and actionable requirements for the development team. You will work closely with design, engineering, QA, delivery, sportsbook platform teams, commercial stakeholders, and operators throughout the complete product lifecycle—from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, measurement, and optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with an understanding of sportsbook user journeys, frontend technology, data, and agile delivery. You should be comfortable making decisions, challenging assumptions, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a clear product direction in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll get to do:
Product Vision and Strategy
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmap for the sportsbook frontend.
Translate company strategy, operator requirements, market trends, and end-user needs into clear product priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve sportsbook acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and overall user experience.
Balance reusable product capabilities with operator-specific and market-specific requirements.
Contribute to the long-term evolution of the sportsbook product, including personalization, modularity, scalability, and multi-tenant capabilities.
Clearly articulate the business and customer value behind proposed initiatives.
Product Discovery and Requirements
Work with operators, commercial teams, internal stakeholders, and end users to identify problems, needs, and product opportunities.
Analyze sportsbook journeys such as event discovery, navigation, search, market selection, bet placement, betslip usage, live betting, promotions, and bet management.
Convert business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Break down complex initiatives into manageable and independently deliverable increments.
Validate requirements with design, engineering, QA, platform teams, and relevant stakeholders before development begins.
Ensure regulatory, responsible-gambling, accessibility, localization, and market-specific requirements are considered during product definition.
Maintain complete, accurate, and accessible product documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Roadmap and Prioritization
Own and continuously maintain the product backlog.
Prioritize initiatives and backlog items based on customer value, user impact, commercial potential, strategic alignment, risk, effort, and technical dependencies.
Define minimum viable product scope and phased-delivery approaches for larger initiatives.
Manage scope throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure material changes are assessed, documented, and agreed with the appropriate stakeholders.
Balance new product development, operator requirements, technical improvements, defects, and technical-debt reduction.
Make clear prioritization decisions when capacity or timelines are constrained.
Agile Delivery
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA throughout planning, refinement, development, testing, and release.
Ensure the development team understands the product objectives, user needs, requirements, and expected outcomes.
Lead or actively contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and relevant product workshops.
Provide timely clarification and make product decisions during development.
Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and collaborate with the appropriate owners to resolve them.
Accept completed work based on agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support release planning and ensure features are ready from a product, operational, documentation, and stakeholder perspective.
Maintain delivery transparency and communicate progress, risks, scope changes, and decisions clearly.
Stakeholder and Client Management
Act as the primary product contact for assigned sportsbook initiatives.
Build strong working relationships with operators, sportsbook platform teams, commercial stakeholders, engineering, UX, QA, delivery, and senior management.
Facilitate product workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, demonstrations, and roadmap discussions.
Set clear expectations regarding product scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery assumptions.
Evaluate stakeholder requests objectively and challenge solutions that do not support the product strategy or provide sufficient customer value.
Present recommendations using evidence, product data, competitive analysis, and clearly structured business arguments.
Support client presentations, product demonstrations, sales opportunities, and RFP responses when required.
Product Performance and Continuous Improvement
Define success criteria and measurable KPIs for new features and product initiatives.
Monitor sportsbook metrics such as event-to-bet conversion, betslip completion, bet placement success, click-through rates, engagement, bet frequency, retention, and feature adoption.
Use quantitative data, qualitative feedback, user research, and operational insights to evaluate product performance.
Review delivered features after launch and identify opportunities for optimization.
Work with UX and analytics teams to identify friction, abandonment points, usability issues, and unmet customer needs.
Maintain awareness of sportsbook market developments, competitor products, user-experience patterns, and emerging technologies.
Conduct competitor and feature-comparison analysis to identify meaningful product differentiators.
Propose improvements that strengthen the UXMatrix sportsbook proposition and create measurable value for EveryMatrix clients.
What we’re looking for:
At least three years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a comparable digital-product role.
Experience in iGaming.
Experience working with cross-functional software-development teams in an agile environment.
Strong ability to translate business and user needs into clear, structured, and testable product requirements.
Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, priorities, scope, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make evidence-based product decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence presenting product recommendations and reasoning with technical, commercial, and senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
Ability to understand technical concepts, frontend architecture, APIs, integrations, and platform dependencies at a product level.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or equivalent product and delivery-management tools.
Professional proficiency in English.

ABOUT ENEBA
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Eneba is hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of mobile game publishers on our rewarded network. This is a commercial role with a heavy performance-marketing core: you will be the strategic point of contact for your clients, and you will personally build, launch and optimize the event reward funnels that drive their results.
The best person for this job is someone who is equally comfortable on a QBR call with a client’s Head of UA and in the dashboard at 9pm rebalancing reward tiers on an underperforming event. You will own the end-to-end performance of your accounts — the relationship, the funnel setup, the optimization, and the revenue behind it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own client relationships. Serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of mobile game publishers, building trusted relationships with UA managers, directors and CMOs, as well as monetization and growth stakeholders.
- Grow your book of business. Expand accounts through cross-sells (bringing additional titles from a client’s portfolio onto the network) and upsells (growing budget and spend on titles already live, and expanding into more geos).
- Set up and evaluate event reward funnels. Design reward structures using industry best practices, understanding event mechanics and payout tiers from scratch; QA them pre-launch and assess whether the funnel economics work for both the client and the network.
- Review performance and optimize events. Monitor live events against KPIs, diagnose drop-off points in the funnel, and make data-led adjustments to reward tiers, targeting, creative and pacing to hit performance targets.
- Act as a strategic advisor. Bring clients benchmarks, category insight and a clear point of view on what to run next — not just a status update on what ran last week.
- Own the invoicing and billing process. Manage the commercial back end of your accounts end-to-end, coordinating with finance to ensure accurate, on-time billing and clean resolution of any discrepancies.
- Plan and run QBRs. Schedule, prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews — virtual or in person — that translate performance data into a forward-looking growth plan.
- Drive client retention. Spot early signals of churn risk, and propose and implement retention strategies that keep accounts growing rather than lapsing.
- Own end-to-end campaign performance. Take full accountability for how your clients’ campaigns perform — from onboarding and setup through to results, reporting and renewal.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in mobile ad tech in an account management, partner management, customer success or performance/UA role.
- Direct, hands-on experience setting up and optimizing reward funnels. This is the highest priority requirement for this role. You should be able to walk us through a funnel you built, what the reward structure looked like, what underperformed, and exactly what you changed to fix it.
- Strong performance analytics instincts. Comfortable working in dashboards and spreadsheets, and confident with the metrics that matter in this space — conversion rate, completion rate, CPI/CPA, ARPU, ROAS, retention and LTV.
- Commercial ownership. A track record of growing existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell, and comfort holding a revenue or growth number.
PREFERRED
- Rewarded network experience — offerwall, rewarded playtime, or rewarded engagement/events. This is a strong plus and will move a candidate to the top of the pile.
- Experience working directly with mobile game publishers and an understanding of how their UA teams operate.
- Familiarity with MMPs and attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and with BI/reporting tooling.
- Exposure to the commercial mechanics of a network — margin, payout models, budget pacing and invoicing.

- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.

Do you care about building a user base from scratch, testing unproven acquisition channels, and implementing wild ideas beyond paid search? Are you enthusiastic about shipping now, preferring to go live with rough ideas today over polishing presentations for next month? If so, this is the role for you.
In this role, you’ll join the team building
Qure
, an AI copilot for web testing automation. This desktop app turns manual testing flows into production-ready automated scripts, saving hours of manual coding. We’re a seven-person team funded directly by JetBrains.
About JetBrains Innovation Hub
JetBrains builds software development tools used by more than 15 million people, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100. Innovation Hub is its internal startup incubator, where small autonomous teams build new products, funded and employed by JetBrains.
Qure
runs inside the Innovation Hub with its own roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and customers.
For you, that means a founding role without the runway risk. You build acquisition from zero, with the funding, benefits, and stability of an established company behind you.
What you’ll do
Qure is a fresh product, so the acquisition channel map is practically blank. Paid search, video, newsletters, marketplaces, paid communities, and content are all unproven for Qure. We need someone to determine how best to find its audience. With a high degree of freedom, a lean team, and no marketing bureaucracy, decisions you make on Monday go live by Wednesday.
Day to day, you will:
Run parallel channel experiments across paid search, video, communities, and organic traffic to discover what actually converts.
Shut down underperforming channels early using your own data to ground the decision.
Produce your own marketing assets, including ad copy, screen recordings, and landing pages.
Work directly with the product team to ship acquisition-focused product requirements, such as custom onboarding flows or free tools.
Build and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking, from a user’s initial click to aha moment to LTV.
What you’ll bring
Comfort operating without a playbook and deciding what to test when acquisition channels are entirely unproven.
Honesty about performance, with the discipline to cut underperforming channels based on data before anyone asks you to.
A bias for action that favors shipping functional campaigns quickly over prolonged polishing.
What you’ll need
Demonstrated success growing self-serve products with direct responsibility for user activation.
Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spending based on user acquisition economics.
The capability to create your own creative assets – including copy, landing pages, and product demos – without relying on external agencies or designers.
Daily experience using LLMs in your own work for research, creative drafting, and data analysis, with the judgment to know when they help or hinder work.
Experience working inside a startup or a small, fast-moving product team.
Experience doing marketing for developer tools, QA products, or AI tools is a plus.
What success looks like
In your first three months, success means establishing a fully measurable acquisition funnel from a user’s first click to the aha moment. You will have run parallel channel experiments, determined the true cost per active user or B2B lead, shut down non-viable channels, and identified one or two channels worthy of significant investment.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.

As a Blockchain Engineer at Ondo, you will help design our smart contract systems - not just the contracts themselves, but how they're deployed, secured, monitored, and managed across their entire lifetime, and how they connect to the people and products that depend on them.
You'll design secure, efficient, and scalable smart contract solutions across many blockchain ecosystems powering Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization. But the harder and more important part of this role is everything around the contract: keeping it secure from deploy through every day it's live, building tooling that lets non-technical teammates safely view and manage on-chain state, and creating automated systems that take manual, error-prone work off the table.
You'll think about how a smart contract design decision ripples outward, to the web app, to the teams operating the system day to day, and ultimately to our end users. You'll collaborate with product, legal, compliance, web, and ops to make sure contracts are technically sound, regulatorily aligned, and genuinely operable by the teams who rely on them day to day. Throughout, you'll favor simple, elegant designs that let us move quickly and safely.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of finance by building the systems that bring real-world assets on-chain, and by making those systems something a whole organization can build on with confidence.
Responsibilities
Smart Contract System Design
: Contribute to the architecture of smart contract systems for Ondo's evolving product suite — covering new chain deployments, novel DeFi interoperability and bridging solutions, and DeFi protocols — with security, operability, and long-term maintainability designed in from the start.
Lifecycle Security & Operations:
Help ensure contract security not just at deploy but across the full lifetime of the system — including upgrade safety, administrative controls, and the operational guardrails that keep things safe as they evolve.
Tooling & Automation:
Build tooling and automated systems that let non-technical teammates safely view, monitor, and manage contracts without writing scripts or touching raw chain operations directly.
Cross-Functional Integration:
Connect smart contract design to the rest of the product — helping the web team integrate cleanly, helping operational teams monitor and manage without direct scripting, and ensuring design decisions flow sensibly through to end users.
Collaborative Execution:
Work closely with senior engineers and leadership on high-impact blockchain projects, contributing sound technical decisions aligned with long-term goals.
Requirements
Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, verbal and written.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
3+ years of software engineering experience.
1+ years in blockchain engineering, ideally from another DeFi protocol live on multiple chains.
Strong competency with Solidity; exposure to non-EVM smart contract languages a plus — particularly Solana.
Demonstrated ability to design
systems
, not just contracts — including tooling, automation, security across the contract lifecycle, and the integration points between contracts, applications, and operational teams.
Proven results building and scaling a DeFi protocol.

We're seeking an experienced Executive Escalations Manager to be a founding member of a new pillar of our Operations organization: Community & Executive Escalations. This role is the front line of how Anthropic protects its reputation when high-stakes user issues surface through executive channels. You'll help stand up the function from scratch and operate it day-to-day. You'll be the person building the playbooks and escalation criteria, triaging incoming escalations, and running them to resolution alongside cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate combines calm-under-fire judgment with sharp written communication and a bias toward action.
Responsibilities:
Build the team's playbooks, escalation criteria, tooling solutions, and SOPs to successfully manage escalations coming from Anthropic’s executive team
Own executive escalations end-to-end during your coverage hours
Communicate crisply with internal stakeholders: brief executives on live situations, give Comms partners the facts they need, and keep incident channels useful and current
Write clear post-escalation reports that capture what happened, what we did, and what should change—so the next escalation is easier than the last
Lead a recurring escalations insights forum: identify patterns across escalations and drive the resulting product and policy changes with partner teams
You may be a good fit if you have:
6+ years of experience in escalation management, trust & safety operations, customer support, or a related front-line operations role—ideally at a consumer or developer platform.
Direct, hands-on experience running incidents or escalations: you've been the person investigating the issue, coordinating R&R with XFN partners, and writing executive comms.
Sharp written communication—you can brief a senior leader in three sentences and document an incident so the next responder can pick it up cold
Excellent judgment under pressure
Annual Salary:
$210,000
—
$260,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
