We are looking for a
Senior Manager, Business Operations & Client Success
to join us as part of our team.
About the role
As a Senior Manager, Business Operations & Client Success, you will maintain an integrated view of Business Unit (BU) health and ensure operational, client, people, financial, and delivery signals are translated into clear priorities and actionable plans. Acting as the coordination and insight layer across the Business Unit, you will connect Delivery and Engineering leadership, Client stakeholders, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People Operations. This role reports directly to the Business Unit Managing Director / VP Delivery and focuses on high-value business insight, independent client sensing, and cross-functional execution.
As a qualified expert You will
Own and continuously develop the Business Unit performance management framework, consolidating financial, delivery, people, hiring, quality, client, and operational indicators into an integrated view of BU health.
Investigate underlying causes, trends, and business implications beyond reporting metrics, translating observations into recommendations, corrective actions, and tracked resolutions.
Own the BU-level Client Success and client health framework, developing mechanisms to measure sentiment (including NPS and qualitative/quantitative signals) through direct stakeholder conversations and interviews.
Triangulate client feedback with Delivery, Engineering, People, and operational data to identify recurring themes, gaps, risks, and actionable improvements.
Drive selected cross-functional strategic initiatives that lack a single owner (such as operating-model changes, AI adoption, capability transitions, and risk mitigation), taking them from ambiguous problems to measurable closure.
Maintain operational governance across Financial Operations (budgeting, forecasting, compensation/rate exceptions), Hiring Operations (priorities and bottlenecks), People Operations, and Reporting Data accuracy.
Provide BU leadership with an independent perspective on client and business health, complementing Delivery and Engineering leadership without replacing their ownership of client relationships.
Ensure material business risks, key decisions, and operational roadblocks reach leadership early enough for effective action.
We're looking for you if you have
5+ years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Client Success, Strategic Program Management, Delivery Operations, or a similar cross-functional role within IT or professional services.
Experience working across multiple business functions, such as Delivery, Engineering, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People Operations.
Experience with client health and success practices, including NPS/CSAT, client sentiment, or structured client health reviews.
Hands-on experience with operational and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and invoicing oversight.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to consolidate financial, delivery, people, client, and operational data into a clear view of Business Unit health.
Ability to take ambiguous business problems, structure them into actionable initiatives, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
Strong risk identification and problem-solving skills, with the ability to spot early warning signals and translate them into concrete actions.
Experience providing operational governance through functional teams without becoming a bottleneck or taking over execution.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
Strong business judgment and the ability to form an objective, data-informed perspective, ask the right questions, and challenge assumptions when needed.
Strong communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to turn complex quantitative and qualitative information into concise insights and clear recommendations for leadership.
A proactive and curious mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
Practical experience using AI tools, automation, or similar technologies to improve productivity, operational efficiency, or analytics.
Higher education degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fluent / Advanced English & Ukrainian communication skills.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

Ramp's customers operate on financial deadlines that don't pause.

ABOUT MATTER LABS
Matter Labs builds private cryptographic infrastructure that lets regulated institutions settle directly with each other without exposing data, ceding control, or waiting days. Global finance moves $4 quadrillion a year on systems designed for paper and telex. The institutions that built them - from clearing houses to exchanges to the world's largest banks, institutions are now actively replacing them. We're building what comes next.
Our core product, Prividium, gives each institution its own private environment (a Prividium Zone) with independent governance and built-in interoperability across counterparties, asset classes, and jurisdictions. Interoperability happens through zero-knowledge proofs: one party proves a transaction is valid without revealing any underlying data to the counterparty. The only private settlement infrastructure built on zero-knowledge cryptography.
Founded in 2018. Backed by a16z and Union Square Ventures. A fully remote team of around 70 with eight years of production zero-knowledge infrastructure behind us, now pointed at the biggest problem in institutional finance.
THE ROLE
You will be a product engineer embedded with our institutional customers, taking Prividium from a signed deal to a live chain inside their environment. Our customers include banks, custodians, and clearing houses whose existing systems carry years of regulatory, audit, and operational requirements.
Your job is to uncover those requirements, design an end-to-end solution, and work with the customer's engineers to bring it into production. You will make recommendations, challenge requests that do not solve the underlying problem, and identify what should become part of the platform.
We are hiring two product engineers to design and deliver complete customer solutions. Both need the judgment and technical depth to own customer work independently, from initial discovery through production
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work with customers to clarify their needs and design the whole solution across authorization, data layers, integrations, and deployment.
- Make product decisions: investigate the underlying problem, quantify the need, and recommend what to build and what to defer.
- Own delivery from the first conversation through production, including integration code, permissioning, upgrade paths, and the customer's runbook. Work can span DevOps, frontend, and integrations, and you will learn what is needed to finish it.
- Build working reference applications that prove use cases such as collateral movement, tokenized deposit transfer, and settlement flows, and can be adapted for subsequent customers.
- Triage customer issues, including problems in self-hosted environments. Diagnose what you can resolve, distinguish configuration issues from platform problems, and bring engineering or on-call support in when needed.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation covering Prividium and our hosted services.
- Work with Product, Sales, and core engineering on which accounts to go deep on and which solutions should become reusable platform capabilities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A record of designing and shipping complete systems used by real customers. You can explain the architecture, the decisions you made, and what you personally owned.
- Product judgment and systems thinking. You can turn an ambiguous customer problem into a solution, explain the trade-offs, and choose an appropriate scope.
- The ability to write, debug, and maintain production software, with fluency in a language such as TypeScript, Rust, Go, Java, C#, or Python. You can pick up our stack and adapt to unfamiliar technologies.
- Experience owning and operating production software, including responding to incidents. You take responsibility for how the solution works after it ships.
- Customer communication and independent judgment. We should be able to trust you to work with a customer for a week, make progress, and recognize when to ask for help.
- Curiosity about the problem and the product. You investigate difficult or unfamiliar parts of the work, seek out what you need to learn, and can explain why you made a particular design choice.
- An understanding of how large organizations work, including documentation, identity and entitlements, enterprise authentication and networks, controls, and operational expectations.
Your experience could come from product engineering, forward deployed engineering, solutions architecture, enterprise transformation, infrastructure engineering, or founding a company. We value evidence of ownership, adaptability, and working products across those backgrounds. Startup experience is a plus, but it is not required.
WORK MODEL & PAY
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based variable compensation and a long-term token incentive are additional. Both are paid in ZK tokens. New-hire token grants vest over four years with a one-year cliff.
- Fully remote, with roughly 10 to 25 percent travel to customer sites depending on which accounts you carry.
- Shared on-call rotation covering Prividium and our hosted services. Everyone in this role is on it.
- Our customers are in North America and Europe, so we need working-hours overlap with those time zones.

Ramp is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition on YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare, and Reddit, and to find new incremental channels. You'll take early experiments and turn them into measurable programs and build the operating model that makes successful channels part of Ramp's evergreen performance marketing mix.
This is a high-autonomy role. You will evaluate channel opportunities, design tests, launch campaigns, and analyze full-funnel performance. You'll work with Growth, Creative, Data, Finance, and other cross-functional partners to move quickly while maintaining a high bar for measurement & efficiency.
You’ll use AI as a practical part of the job: building systems that speed up research, campaign creation, performance analysis, and day-to-day channel operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own performance on YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare, and Reddit. Understand how conversion events, value signals, and lookalike audiences work at a technical level and use that to make channels more efficient over time.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new performance marketing channels and acquisition opportunities.
- Build the path from experiment to evergreen program: prove incremental SQLs and pipeline impact, hit LTV-to-CAC efficiency targets, and document a repeatable operating playbook.
- Own channels as they mature. Decide when a program stays with you and when it transitions to a dedicated owner so you can keep finding new ones.
- Analyze performance across the full funnel. Turn incomplete or noisy data into a clear call on what to scale, improve, pause, or stop.
- Partner with data and engineering to improve tracking, attribution, and reporting, and with Creative on messaging, format, and ad concepts across surfaces, audiences, and channels.
- Build AI agents, workflows, and tools that help the team test more ideas and operationalize channels faster.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years in a performance / quantitative marketing, growth, or comparable decision-science role, where you’ve owned numbers and shaped meaningful outcomes.
- Strong analytical judgment. You can define success metrics, diagnose and isolate performance issues, and make decisions with imperfect information.
- You enjoy designing experiments and translating results into a clear call on what to fund, scale, or kill.
- You've built AI workflows, automations, or agents to improve marketing execution and you have good judgment about where AI accelerates the work and where human review is necessary.
- You move projects from ambiguity to a clear outcome with limited direction and you're detail-oriented in campaign setup, tracking, and measurement.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- B2B experience.
- Experience bringing an experimental channel into a scaled program.
- Familiarity with attribution, incrementality testing, randomized controlled tests (RCTs), MMM, and marketing measurement.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We're looking for teammates who bring:

OFFICE MANAGEMENT
- Keep the office running end to end: cleaning, supplies, water, repairs, furniture, plants, lighting, temperature — all of it.
- Be the main point of contact for landlords, cleaning services, delivery couriers, repair crews, and other vendors. Escalate fast, follow up until things are actually resolved.
- Set up and improve workspaces: desks, meeting rooms, quiet areas, lounge zones. Make the space something people choose to be in.
- Run the logistics of team events, all-hands, and guest visits — space, food, setup, teardown.
SYSTEMS & IMPROVEMENT
- Build simple systems that make all of this repeatable: inventory trackers, vendor lists, order schedules, onboarding checklists.
- Spot recurring annoyances and eliminate them permanently instead of solving them one by one.
- Keep documents, invoices, and receipts from vendors organized and handed off to finance on time.
YOUR MUST-HAVES
- 1+ years as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator (flexible for high-potential candidates).
- Strong organizational skills and real attention to detail — you notice the empty water cooler before anyone mentions it.
- Ability to juggle many small tasks at once and react quickly when something breaks.
- Initiative to improve and systematize processes rather than firefight forever.
- Excellent communication skills for working with vendors, couriers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Google Calendar, and Slack.
- Fluent English.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments.
- Hands-on experience with laptop setup, IT inventory, or basic hardware troubleshooting.
- An existing network of reliable vendors — catering, cleaning, repairs, equipment.
- Interest in growing into Project Management, Workplace Operations, or IT Operations.
The deal
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership.

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
We are building a world-class team of lawyers and legal professionals who serve as strategic partners to the business. We are looking for an experienced corporate attorney to join Mysten Labs and take ownership of a broad range of corporate legal matters.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will work closely with leaders across the company on corporate governance, strategic transactions and investments, corporate structuring, finance, tax, employment and compensation matters, and other strategic initiatives. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving novel problems, operating with significant autonomy, and taking ownership of matters from initial strategy through execution.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical corporate training with practical business judgment and the versatility to tackle matters that do not fit neatly within a single legal discipline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support strategic transactions, including joint ventures, strategic investments, acquisitions, dispositions, spinouts, restructurings and other complex corporate transactions.
- Advise the General Counsel, executive team and other business leaders on corporate legal matters and strategic initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with finance, tax, accounting, people and other teams to structure and execute strategic corporate initiatives.
- Advise on corporate finance and treasury matters, including equity and debt financings and other capital-related transactions.
- Partner with the People team on employment, executive compensation, equity and token compensation, and other employee-related matters, coordinating with specialist counsel as appropriate.
- Support the company’s international operations and corporate structure, including formation and governance of subsidiaries and other entities.
- Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents, corporate agreements, Board and stockholder materials, policies and other legal documentation.
- Identify legal and business risks, develop practical solutions, and communicate clear recommendations to senior stakeholders, often in situations involving novel issues or incomplete information.
- Manage outside counsel and other external advisors efficiently, including determining when specialist expertise is necessary and driving matters toward resolution.
- Develop and improve corporate legal processes, policies, templates and systems as the company continues to evolve.
- Stay informed regarding legal and industry developments relevant to Mysten Labs and the broader web3 ecosystem.
- Take on other legal and strategic projects as needed. We are a lean team, and everyone is expected to be willing to tackle important problems that fall outside their traditional lane.
- Do whatever needs to be done, and do the right thing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience, including significant experience at a leading law firm and/or in the legal department of a high-growth technology company.
- Strong foundation in corporate law, with meaningful experience in corporate governance and complex corporate transactions.
- Experience with some combination of M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, corporate restructurings, financings, subsidiary governance or other strategic corporate matters.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex matters, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive projects from initial issue identification through execution.
- Ability and willingness to operate as a corporate generalist and quickly develop expertise in unfamiliar areas.
- Excellent business judgment and the ability to assess and appropriately weigh legal and business risk, including when operating with imperfect information.
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to distill complex issues into clear, actionable and practical advice.
- Highly collaborative, solutions-oriented and comfortable working with stakeholders across finance, tax, accounting, people, operations and other functions.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency who thrives in a fast-moving environment with a lean legal team.
- Unquestioned integrity and sound judgment.
- Interest in blockchain technology and willingness to develop a strong understanding of Mysten Labs’ business, technology and ecosystem. Prior web3 or crypto experience is helpful but not required.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in at least one U.S. state bar, with eligibility to practice as in-house counsel in California.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You become the person the General Counsel and business teams turn to when a complicated corporate issue needs an owner. You are equally comfortable advising executives on a hot button issue, structuring a joint venture, helping evaluate a potential spinout, working through an employment or compensation issue with the People team, or taking an ambiguous strategic assignment and figuring out how to get it done.
You know when to dive deeply into an issue yourself, when to bring in specialists, and how to translate legal analysis into practical recommendations. Above all, you take ownership, exercise sound judgment, and make it easier for the company to move quickly and responsibly.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. We're open to candidates based anywhere in the AMER or EMEA regions.
Role Summary
We are hiring a content marketing lead to set the company-wide direction for Oyster’s editorial narrative: the category story we tell about the future of work, the arguments our executives make in public, and the original research that HR, Finance, and Legal leaders cite when making decisions.
You will operate as an AI-first functional lead rather than a traditional editorial manager. There are no direct reports, deliberately. Your leverage will come from the AI systems and governance you design—research agents, brand-voice models, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, and evaluation—plus the senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and subject-matter experts you mobilize.
We are looking for the person who wants to find out how much editorial ambition one exceptional operator with a well-built AI stack can carry, and who will set the standard for what an AI-native content function looks like. The scope is unusual for a single role: a live audience across our library, newsletter, and podcast; a leadership team that publishes and speaks; proprietary employment data from 180+ countries; and the mandate to build this function the way it should be built, not the way it has always been done.
Key Responsibilities
Own the narrative
- Define Oyster’s long-term editorial and category strategy across Marketing, executive leadership, Product, People, Legal, and customer-facing teams.
- Resolve high-stakes narrative trade-offs and establish the positions, evidence standards, and language Oyster uses consistently across business areas.
- Own a multi-year editorial roadmap and a focused portfolio of flagship research and thought-leadership bets linked to company strategy.
- Act as the final quality bar for voice, accuracy, evidence, and taste across human- and AI-produced content.
Build company-wide AI content mechanisms
- Architect and govern reusable systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and reporting.
- Define risk-based rules for where AI leads, where humans lead, and where specialist or executive approval is mandatory.
- Establish mechanisms and standards adopted across Marketing and relevant partner teams, not only within the content workflow.
- Measure leverage through throughput, cycle time, cost, adoption, quality, and business impact; evolve the system each quarter.
Lead thought leadership and executive voice
- Set the operating model for executive publishing and advise leaders on the arguments Oyster should make publicly.
- Turn proprietary employment, salary, and hiring data into a durable original-research programme that shapes external conversation.
- Mobilize newsletter, podcast, events, PR, analyst relations, Product Marketing, partner/customer storytelling, and social around shared narratives.
Own business impact
- Connect editorial and narrative decisions to company growth, customer trust, target-account engagement, earned influence, and pipeline.
- Build reporting that enables executives and teams to make better portfolio and investment decisions.
- Identify emerging market shifts early and recommend company responses before they become obvious.
Mobilize the extended organization
- Set direction for senior stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, specialists, and subject-matter experts without relying on formal authority.
- Create decision rights, operating rhythms, and shared standards that enable multiple teams to execute consistently.
- Define the long-term roadmap and future organizational shape of the capability, including what remains expert-led, becomes a system, or requires hiring.
Core Requirements
- 8+ years in content, editorial, or brand journalism, including senior ownership of a brand narrative or thought leadership programme at a B2B technology company.
- Evidence of setting a company or category narrative that changed decisions, earned external authority, and was adopted across teams.
- A portfolio of work that earned attention on merit through citations, quotations, debate, or organic sharing.
- A demonstrated AI-first practice beyond drafting, including agents, custom workflows, evaluation, QA, governance, and adoption by others.
- Exceptional English-language editorial judgment, writing, editing, sourcing, and voice control.
- Ability to turn proprietary data and complex research into clear, defensible arguments with business relevance.
- Experience making high-leverage trade-offs and setting direction across executives and multiple functions without formal authority.
- Proven ability to build scalable mechanisms, operating standards, and roadmaps that enable others to deliver consistently.
- Genuine motivation to operate as a high-autonomy IC with no direct reports and company-critical scope.
Bonus
- Domain background in HR tech, global employment, future of work, fintech, or another compliance-heavy category.
- Experience with AI search visibility — optimising for how assistants retrieve, summarise, and cite sources.
- Multimedia range: video, podcast, or design fluency.
- Experience standing up an in-house newsroom or an original research programme.
- You have worked or lived across multiple markets, or speak more than one language.
This might not be right for you if...
- You want a people-management role now rather than a high-autonomy IC remit.
- Your AI experience is primarily prompting for drafts rather than building and evaluating systems.
- You prefer high-volume production to a small portfolio of high-conviction work.
- You are uncomfortable challenging vague, unsourced, or off-voice work—including work from senior stakeholders.
- You need a tightly defined execution plan rather than shaping a function under ambiguity.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English

An overview of this role
As Director, Product Management: Agentic Software Delivery, you'll own one of GitLab's most strategic sections, spanning Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability. You'll lead senior and principal product managers and be accountable for adoption, retention, and revenue across build, package, deploy, and monitor. Today, these are separate stages with a human making the call at each handoff. As agents take on more coding, pipeline, and deployment work, you'll set the three-year vision for how much of that judgment the system can make safely and how quickly a production signal can turn into a fix without waiting for a human to notice it first. You'll define how customers move from today's manual checkpoints toward agent-driven software delivery at a pace that fits their risk tolerance. In your first year, you'll bring four connected roadmaps into one coherent strategy, establish how investment is allocated and reallocated, deepen partnerships with Engineering and go-to-market leaders, and give customers a credible path for managing software delivery at scale.
What you’ll do
Own the strategy, three-year vision, and business outcomes for GitLab's Agentic Software Delivery section, with a clear point of view on how artificial intelligence is changing software delivery.
Lead and develop senior and principal product managers across Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability, helping them grow as independent decision-makers.
Establish the frameworks, standards, and operating rhythm that support consistent, high-quality product decisions without unnecessary escalation.
Own section-level key performance indicators and adoption funnels, using the results to reallocate investment or stop work that isn't paying off.
Evaluate major strategic bets, partnerships, and build, buy, or partner decisions, and develop the business cases that support them.
Partner with Engineering leadership on platform investment, architectural direction, and trade-offs across the section, while connecting build, package, deploy, and monitor into one coherent customer experience.
Drive pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategy, migration, and adoption with Product Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering across free, commercial, and enterprise offerings.
Represent the section with GitLab's senior leadership, key enterprise customers, partners, and industry audiences, while modeling AI-native product management across discovery, synthesis, prototyping, roadmap exploration, and concept development.
What you’ll bring
Experience leading product managers, including developing senior and principal talent, hiring, and addressing performance directly.
A track record of owning a portfolio across multiple product areas and being accountable for adoption, retention, and revenue, not only roadmap delivery.
Product management depth in one or more relevant areas, such as continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, artifact or package management, release management, or observability.
Sound judgment about where to invest and where to stop, including experience making and defending build, buy, or partner decisions with a business case.
Technical fluency to work with engineers and architects on pipeline design, artifact workflows, deployment strategies, and observability signals such as logs, metrics, and traces.
Experience shaping pricing and packaging for technical products across free, commercial, and enterprise offerings.
Experience working with technical customers in developer tools, DevOps, or software delivery environments where engineers and engineering leaders are primary users.
Executive-level communication and influence.
Practical use of AI tools in product management workflows, along with a thoughtful view of how AI and agentic workflows are changing software delivery. We welcome candidates whose experience may come from different but transferable product and leadership paths.
About the team
The team brings together senior product leaders across GitLab's software delivery platform and works closely with Engineering, Design, and go-to-market partners so customers experience these capabilities as one connected system. The team helps customers manage today's delivery complexity while shaping how AI-powered and AI-native workflows influence the next generation of software delivery. As part of GitLab's all-remote organization, the team collaborates asynchronously across regions with a focus on transparency, written communication, and clear decision-making.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to partner with Mistral's code and vibe research team - the researchers shaping how our models write, reason about, and play with code. You'll be their operational counterpart - the person who absorbs what the team is working on and makes it legible to the team, to leadership, and to adjacent teams.
This isn't a coordination role. It's a research partnership role - embedded with the team, fluent in what they're building, and operationally responsible for everything that isn't the science itself.
The ideal candidate is someone who is genuinely excited about code models. You play with them. You have opinions about what makes them feel good to use. You read the papers because you want to, not because you have to. A research background is a plus but not required - what matters is that you care about this domain and can hold your own in a room full of researchers working on it.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Research Visibility: Partner with the team to maintain a shared, accessible view of their ongoing work - what's in flight, where it's heading, what's ready to hand off. Make the research legible to adjacent teams and leadership without pulling researchers into status work.
- Operational Partnership: Be the team's operational partner. Handle the coordination, resourcing, and cross-team conversations that would otherwise sit on researchers' plates - so the team can stay focused on the science.
- Research-to-release: Own the operational path from research work to release candidate for code and vibe workstreams. Partner with the release function to ensure the team's work flows cleanly into Mistral's release machinery.
- Visibility & Communication Cadence: Code and vibe research connects to many other efforts across the organization. Keep these interfaces clean and high-signal, so the team's work integrates naturally with the wider science org.
- Strategic Communication: Translate the team's work into clear, well-timed updates for leadership and adjacent teams - what's being built, what matters, what's coming next.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Genuine enthusiasm for code models and coding assistants - you play with them, push them, have opinions about them
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, or research coordination
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping it into structure
- Ability to engage substantively with research work and build real credibility with technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical detail into clarity for different audiences
Nice to have criteria/ would be ideal if you have/are:
