ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be a front-line manager to a group of 6-8 CSMs, who each manage ~60 Activations at a given time in Ramp’s Mid Market portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and standardizing implementation best practices, 1:1 coaching and mentoring, building a repeatable and scalable customer activation motion that enables growth without proportional increases in team size, and working closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Product to drive positive outcomes for this segment. As a key member of the Mid Market CSM leadership team, you will have the opportunity to help build and refine Ramp’s customer success and onboarding motion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set and maintain a high-performing culture and morale by managing a group of exceptional CSMs to drive thorough and efficient onboarding and product activation for Ramp’s medium/large customers
- Oversee the daily activities and quota performance management of individual CSMs to ensure team exceeds product onboarding and spend activation goals, while maintaining strong CSAT
- Refine best practice playbooks for the CSM team, and improve team output and efficiency over time by optimizing systems and processes
- Develop and execute career development and leadership plans for direct reports; inclusive of but not limited to daily 1:1 mentoring, coaching on sales skills, enhancing product knowledge, providing call feedback, and running enablement sessions
- Act as a voice of the customer and key contributor retaining and expanding Ramp’s Mid Market segment
- Build and leverage internal AI tools and Salesforce dashboards to monitor the success of our customers and the performance of the team
- Report on team performance and forecast to senior leadership
- Represent the CSM team cross-functionally with leaders of other departments
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of implementation, CSM or AM experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record exceeding goals
- 3+ years of experience building and leading implementation or CSM teams with a proven track record of exceeding goals
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies
- Ability to identify trends, translate company strategy into team-level priorities, and drive initiatives that improve team metrics and organizational outcomes
- Proven ability to coach teams on selling the full platform, not just individual products; experience driving multi-product adoption, cross-sell, and upsell across a book of business
- Track record of pushing pace on input metrics, building repeatable playbooks, and optimizing systems and processes to improve team output
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across Sales, Product, Operations, and other GTM teams; demonstrated ability to represent Customer Success at a leadership level
- Comfort with and curiosity about AI tools and their application to CS workflows; ability to lead a team through AI-driven process transformation and evaluate how AI can augment CSM productivity and customer outcomes
- Strong understanding of customer financial workflows, including AP/AR, spend controls, and month-end close processes; ability to coach CSMs on ROI-grounded conversations with controllers and finance leaders
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, and Excel) with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions, create systems, and identify process improvements.
NICE TO HAVES
- CPA or equivalent accounting certification, or deep working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
- Experience with financial services sales or selling into finance and accounting personas
- Experience at a high-growth startup in an enterprise or mid-market customer success environment
- Familiarity with contribution profit models or usage-based revenue metrics
- Experience leading teams through AI adoption or workflow automation initiatives

Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
At Kraken, compliance is not a checkbox. It's a core expression of who we are and how we operate. Our Global Sanctions Compliance function sits at the intersection of regulatory accountability and technology, building processes that don't just meet the standard but set it. We're looking for people who bring both sharp regulatory judgment and a builder's mindset to the table.
We're looking for a Sr. Compliance Associate Lead, Sanctions Operations to join us fully remote. This role reports directly to Kraken's Chief Sanctions Officer and sits at the heart of how we review, escalate and resolve sanctions risk across Kraken's global footprint. You'll work the escalations generated by our sanctions controls and by our first line of defence, focusing on the complex sanctions risks that matter most, and you'll help us make the operation faster and more scalable as volumes grow.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Perform sanctions reviews in response to escalations generated across Kraken, from blockchain monitoring, name screening and transaction screening to anti-circumvention controls and account sign-up and maintenance rules
- Review name screening alerts and transaction screening alerts escalated to the Sanctions team, applying sound judgment to resolve them accurately and on time
- Review blockchain monitoring alerts for direct and indirect sanctions exposure.
- Analyse Kraken accounts for potential sanctions circumvention risk
- Review account opening documentation escalated by Kraken's first line of defence (1LOD).
- Review large data sets to support proactive and ad-hoc risk analyses
- Communicate with Regional Compliance Officers and other Compliance teams, ensuring regional perspectives are reflected while maintaining sanctions programme integrity
- Coordinate with teammates to establish streamlined processes, using automation and AI-assisted tools where they make the work faster and better, with appropriate human oversight
- Prepare regulatory reports in response to investigations as needed
- Prepare and deliver presentations as needed
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, sanctions or financial crime compliance, including hands-on sanctions investigations, ideally gained within financial services such as banking, crypto or fintech
- Working knowledge of the major sanctions regimes: US OFAC, EU, UK and UN programmes.
- Experience writing sanctions reviews or investigation narratives
- Strong analytical and writing skills, sound judgment, and a detail-oriented, problem-solving approach
- Knowledge of crypto, banking or payment processes, procedures and systems
- Experience working with case management systems such as Hummingbird, Zendesk or equivalent
- Hands-on experience using automation and AI tools, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to make the team faster and the work better
- Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex issues and manage stakeholders across global and regional compliance partners
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions
- Ownership of your work product, and a record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of integrity, discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
NICE TO HAVES
- ACAMS (CAMS) or ACSS sanctions certification
- Prior regulatory experience or blockchain analytics vendor experience, such as attributing sanctions risk
- Experience supporting regulatory exams, audits or enforcement-related inquiries
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking an Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. You will be a hands-on member of the close: owning a defined set of accounts and entities from transaction through reconciliation, and making sure what lands in the financial statements is accurate, supported, and explainable.
This is a role for someone who likes getting into the detail and also asks why the process works the way it does. You will work closely with partners across Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Legal, Tax, and Finance Systems, and you will help us build a close that scales with the company, with a lot of room to improve how the work gets done as we grow.
Key responsibilities
Own month-end and quarter-end close activities for an assigned set of accounts and entities, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules, delivered on the close calendar
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and flux analyses, investigate variances to root cause, and write clear explanations for reviewers and business partners
Maintain US GAAP supporting schedules and documentation for your areas of ownership, such as prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, and intercompany balances
Draft accounting memos and process documentation for routine and recurring transactions, and escalate non-routine items to Technical Accounting with a clear summary and a proposed treatment
Execute internal controls for your areas and prepare audit support, including schedules, evidence, and responses to auditor requests
Partner with business owners and finance colleagues to understand new transactions, resolve issues at the source, and reduce adjustments after close
Review work from contractors and team members, and give feedback that helps the team raise its quality bar
Identify and implement process improvements and automation, including using Claude and other AI tools, and check the output carefully before anyone relies on it
Support system and process changes in the accounting function, including testing, data validation, and documentation
Minimum qualifications
Working knowledge of US GAAP, applied hands-on to the monthly close: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement support
Experience preparing account reconciliations and flux analyses in an ERP or general ledger system (for example, Workday, NetSuite, or equivalent)
Strong spreadsheet skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and reconciling large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience supporting external audits and operating internal controls
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain accounting results to colleagues who are not accountants
Sound judgment on when to resolve an issue independently and when to escalate it
Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, in public accounting, in industry, or a combination of both
CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification, or progress toward one
Experience in a fast-moving environment where processes were still being defined, with a track record of improving them
Familiarity with technical areas such as ASC 842, ASC 718, ASC 606, fixed assets, or multi-entity and intercompany accounting
Experience with close management or reconciliation tooling, or with SQL or Python for data analysis
Experience with an ERP migration, SOX readiness, or public company reporting
A track record of using AI tools to speed up accounting or finance work, with checks that hold up to review
Genuine interest in AI and Anthropic's mission to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$160,000
—
$190,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Ecosystem Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll own the technology, processes, and operational infrastructure behind our channel, distribution, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), global systems integrator (GSI), and managed service provider (MSP) partnerships. You'll shape how our partners go to market, serving as the primary process owner for deal registration, partner programs, partner quote-to-cash, and partner attribution. You'll combine operational strategy with hands-on execution, using artificial intelligence (AI) to automate workflows and help ecosystem operations scale.
What you'll do
Design and govern end-to-end partner processes, including deal and referral registration, service attach, two-tier distribution, rules of engagement, and quote-to-cash. Partner with Deal Desk and Billing on resale, distribution, OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction workflows, and resolve complex registration, quoting, and billing escalations.
Own operational execution of partner tiering, onboarding, certification compliance, not-for-resale (NFR) licenses, rebates, and incentives, including eligibility tracking, approval routing, and payments.
Own and administer the partner technology ecosystem, including Impartner partner relationship management (PRM), Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) partner objects, deal registration, and partner portals. Maintain system health and data integrity, and co-manage vendor roadmaps, renewals, and service-level accountability.
Partner with Revenue Technologies and Systems to maintain integrations across partner platforms, Salesforce, enterprise resource planning (ERP), quoting, billing, and financial systems, including partner attribution and compensation data flows. Lead prioritization and user acceptance testing (UAT) for implementations, migrations, and platform enhancements with IT and Enterprise Applications.
Own the ecosystem data model and work toward one standard partner attribution record across the customer lifecycle. Serve as a resource for Ecosystem Sales, partners, and internal teams on attribution, territory, and compensation-impacting data, and maintain reporting and dashboards as a single source of truth for partner pipeline, registration activity, and program performance.
Lead ecosystem month-end close with Deal Desk, Compensation, Accounts Receivable, and Finance, covering opportunity corrections, partner splits, territory review, and reconciliation.
Identify, build, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows such as deal registration routing, NFR provisioning, partner data quality checks, and reporting. Evaluate processes for opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and shorten cycle times.
Maintain the authoritative ecosystem process map, runbooks, and training materials. Support tool configuration, testing, and end-user training. Own channel price files and partner quoting for product launches and stock keeping unit (SKU) changes. Coordinate improvements with operational peers, IT, Finance, Product, and Legal through GitLab Work Items.
What you'll bring
Experience in business-to-business software-as-a-service channel or partner operations, with direct ownership of ecosystem workflows and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Hands-on experience with Impartner or an equivalent PRM platform, including deal registration and partner portal administration.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including partner objects, opportunity management, Flow, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Deep familiarity with resale, two-tier distribution, deal registration, rules of engagement, partner discounting, and partner quote-to-cash, plus an understanding of OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction structures and operational requirements.
Direct experience operating partner programs, including tiering, certification compliance, rebates, and incentives, with responsibility for execution and compliance.
Experience designing and documenting complex operational processes for distributed teams, translating business needs into detailed system requirements and configuration, and leading user acceptance testing through release.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents to automate operational workflows, from evaluating opportunities to delivering working solutions.
Experience resolving ambiguous operational escalations across systems, teams, and partner relationships, and aligning Deal Desk, IT, Finance, Compensation, Legal, and Sales around operational changes.
About the team
Our Ecosystem Operations team works closely with Systems, Revenue Technologies, Deal Desk, Ecosystem Programs, Enablement, Finance, Compensation, and Legal. We enable consistent execution across Ecosystem Operations Specialists and cross-functional partners. You'll also partner with the Senior Hyperscaler Operations Manager, who owns Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud operations, on shared systems, the ecosystem data model, and month-end close.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
As a Staff Engineer (Payment Processing) at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, you will set the technical direction for our Gateway, Routing and Payout platforms. Every payment and payout we process passes through these systems, from the merchant's API request to the routing decision that sends it to the right acquirer, payment method or payout rail. Correctness matters on every transaction, and small changes in availability, latency or routing quality show up directly in our merchants' approval rates and revenue.
This is a role for engineers who are energised by scale and by the hard trade-offs that come with it: latency budgets on the authorisation path, failure domains and blast radius, consistency and idempotency across regions, and the operational reality of running critical infrastructure around the clock.
You will operate as a force multiplier across multiple teams - shaping architecture, raising the engineering bar, and turning ambiguous, business-critical problems into designs that can be delivered incrementally. We're looking for individuals with deep technical judgement, strong ownership, and a pragmatic approach to breaking big problems into smaller iterations that deliver value continuously.
How you'll make an impact
- Own the architecture of high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems, defining the service boundaries, data models and integration patterns that let them scale by an order of magnitude
- Design for resilience from first principles - redundancy, graceful degradation, backpressure, idempotency and recovery - so that partial failures never become customer-facing outages
- Set and defend the non-functional requirements that matter: availability targets, latency percentiles, throughput ceilings, data durability and recovery objectives
- Lead the hardest technical decisions end to end, from problem framing and design review through to production rollout, migration and decommissioning of what came before
- Drive operational excellence by improving observability, alerting, capacity planning, load and chaos testing, and incident response, and by closing the loop on the root causes you find
- Raise the engineering bar across teams through design reviews, code review, pairing and mentorship, growing the senior engineers around you
- Partner with product, platform and other engineering teams to sequence delivery, remove blockers and keep multi-team programmes aligned on a single technical direction
- Make pragmatic build-versus-buy and refactor-versus-rewrite calls, and communicate the reasoning and trade-offs clearly to both engineers and senior leadership
Experience and qualifications
- Significant experience building and operating distributed backend systems in production, with a track record of technical leadership across multiple teams
- Demonstrable experience designing for high throughput and low latency, and a strong intuition for where systems break under load
- Deep understanding of resilience patterns in distributed systems: idempotency, retries and backoff, circuit breaking, queueing and backpressure, consistency and failure modes
- Strong proficiency in either .NET or Java, and the ability to write clear, production-ready code that others can maintain
- Experience with event-driven and streaming architectures, and with relational and non-relational data stores at scale
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based application development (we use AWS & Azure), containers, orchestration and infrastructure as code
- Experience owning production systems on call, with a strong sense of ownership for observability, monitoring and incident response
- Experience leading complex migrations or re-architectures of live, business-critical systems with no loss of availability or data integrity
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence without authority, write clear design documents, and express technical trade-offs to engineering and non-technical audiences alike
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in payments, financial services or another domain with strict correctness, auditability or regulatory requirements
- Experience with multi-region or active-active architectures, including data replication and failover strategies
- A history of mentoring engineers into senior and staff-level roles

- Build BDR expertise across payments, Checkout.com http://Checkout.com products, discovery and qualification, account research, stakeholder mapping, outreach strategies, and commercial tools (including approved AI tools).
- Partner with managers to connect training to live BDR workflows, reinforce positive behaviors, and identify capability gaps early.

3. MAINTAIN STANDARDS, CERTIFICATION & PROGRESSION
- Define competency standards, rubric-based assessments, and clear certification requirements for the BDR pathway.
- Lead evidence-based milestone reviews with managers and leaders at key stages (onboarding, probation, and progression gates).
- Track completion rates, assessment results, and revenue impact; provide transparent data to help managers make informed progression decisions.
- Prepare BDRs for future commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Account Management) while managing clear performance-based expectations.
4. MEASURE IMPACT & COLLABORATE GLOBALLY
- Track and maintain an Academy Scorecard covering metrics such as onboarding speed, certification rates, pipeline contribution quality, and learner/manager feedback.
- Analyze cohort performance by region and stage to resolve bottlenecks and optimize delivery.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure local market relevance without compromising global standards.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Clear Pathways: BDRs follow a structured, tailored learning journey appropriate for their target market motion (Mid-Tier or Enterprise).
- Actionable Learning: Coaching and training directly translate into improved live prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Transparent Growth: Progression decisions are timely, objective, and grounded in clear competency evidence.
- Measurable Value: Executive leadership receives clear, data-backed insights on cohort health, capability growth, and revenue contribution.
