What's the job to be done?
You will design and build the control plane that provisions, scales, and heals Postgres clusters with minimal customer-visible downtime.
You will build and maintain high availability, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions that keep customer databases safe through infrastructure failures.
You will tune Postgres to operate at scale for some of the largest and most demanding workloads in the world.

You will work directly with customers to understand their workloads and translate real-world needs into platform improvements.
These attributes best describe you…
You have strong experience building, operating, or maintaining large-scale Postgres deployments in production.
You have an excellent understanding of low-level operating systems concepts including multi-threading, memory management, networking, storage, and performance.
You have strong fundamental computer science skills and can reason about distributed, fault-tolerant systems.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy mentoring other engineers, and communicate complex technical tradeoffs clearly.
You are self-motivated and can work independently with minimal guidance while making sound technical decisions.
What you will need
5+ years of software engineering experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale systems in production.
Strong proficiency in Go, with experience in other languages like Ruby, Python, Zig or Rust.
Experience building and maintaining distributed, fault-tolerant services.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized applications.
Experience building and operating distributed systems at scale.
What else will help you be successful
Experience building or operating a database-as-a-service or managed database platform.
Experience with connection pooling and proxy layers for Postgres.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code.
Contributions to open-source projects, especially in the Postgres or database infrastructure space.
Experience working with remote, geographically distributed teams.
Previous experience at a high-growth technology company.

About the role
More and more PlanetScale databases are created, connected and queried by AI agents. Cursor, Claude Code, Codex and a growing list of other tools now sit between developers and their infrastructure.
You will own that experience end to end. You'll make sure PlanetScale shows up everywhere developers build with AI, that our MCP server and CLI work flawlessly in every agent, and that we can measure how well it all works. Then you'll show the world how to do it well through demos, docs, blog posts, videos, and conferences.
This is a hands-on role combining engineering, content creation, and a strong public voice. You'll work closely with the teams that build our MCP server, CLI, API and docs.
The landscape of how developers work with AI changes fast. You'll have the opportunity to move quickly, experiment, and take the lead on the future of AI use with databases and infrastructure.
Make PlanetScale great with AI tools
Build and maintain the plugins for PlanetScale in every AI marketplace and directory: agent plugins, skill registries, MCP directories, IDE extension stores and AI app builders
Own our integrations with AI coding tools, agent frameworks and platforms
Stay current with AI tools as they launch and ensure our customers have a great experience from day one
Test the PlanetScale MCP server and CLI across Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, VS Code and other clients, and catch regressions before users do
Find friction in creating a database, connecting, running migrations and debugging queries from inside an agent, then fix it or drive the fix with the owning team
Improve the context agents rely on: tool descriptions, skills, llms.txt, docs written for agents, and error messages agents can act on
Attention to AEO (answer engine optimization): make sure agents find and recommend PlanetScale
Build and maintain skills for working with Postgres, MySQL, Vitess, Neki, and PlanetScale
Measure how well we're doing
Build evals that run real agent tasks against PlanetScale databases
Benchmark how agents perform with PlanetScale and work towards continuous improvement
Track how often AI assistants and agents recommend PlanetScale for database questions, and whether what they say about us is accurate
Instrument and report on agent usage: databases created by agents, time to first connection, MCP versus CLI usage, and where sessions fail
Show people how to do it well
Build demos and sample apps that show PlanetScale and AI tooling at their best
Write docs, guides and blog posts on using databases effectively with AI, including safe access, branching and performance assessment
Make videos and attend conferences to communicate with our audience how to build effectively with AI
These attributes best describe you
Daily use of AI coding agents, with strong opinions about what makes a tool work well with them
Experience building an MCP server, plugin, CLI or SDK that real developers use
Software engineering background in languages like TypeScript and Go, and comfort with APIs, OAuth and the command line
Experience with writing docs, blogs, and / or video content creation
Good at communicating with a broad audience and customers alike on socials
Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQLite), schema design, migrations, connection handling, and Postgres or MySQL in production
Data fluency: designing evals, writing the queries behind a dashboard, and telling a real trend from noise
Clear communication of technical ideas in writing, on video and on stage
Independence and speed: spotting a gap, shipping a fix, and telling people about it
Genuine curiosity about the AI tooling landscape and a habit of keeping up with it
Bonus points
Contributions to the MCP spec, SDKs or popular open-source MCP servers
Experience writing agent skills, plugins or rules files for Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Experience with LLM eval tools and building benchmarks for agents
Experience with AEO or GEO, or with tracking how LLMs surface and recommend a product
A blog, YouTube channel or GitHub that developers already follow
Experience with Vitess, database sharding, or running databases at scale

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Роль для сильного лидера-универсала, который хочет глубоко работать с продуктом, а не только с каналами: – команда из 6 человек: 2 продуктовых маркетолога, дизайнер, копирайтер, 2 продакшн-маркетолога.
Location: Ireland; London, England, United Kingdom
About the Job:
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, EMEA to be the go-to operator for our EMEA GTM team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who wants to shape how a growing region runs, from the first marketing touch to the closed deal and beyond.
You'll join our GTM Operations team as the face of operations in EMEA, partnering day-to day with Marketing, SDR, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success leaders across the lifecycle. You'll turn strategy into the processes, cadences, and insights that move the number. And you won't build alone: a global RevOps team stands behind you with builders and enablement teams to give you the foundation to develop what you design, and enablement to help teach your stakeholders how to be successful.
As we build in-region Field Operations coverage, you'll set the playbook for how LaunchDarkly runs in EMEA, and you'll see your impact within your first 90 days, not your first year. If you're a business partner at heart who loves turning ambiguity into rhythm and results, this role is for you.
Why This Role Matters:
High Impact:
You'll own the rituals that make EMEA pipeline and forecasting trustworthy, with a direct line to revenue in one of our key regions. Support EMEA in bringing forecast accuracy within +/- 5% accurate.
Strategic Influence:
Be the voice of EMEA inside GTM Operations and a trusted partner to regional GTM leadership
Break New Ground:
Help build in-region operations coverage and set the operating playbook for the region
Career Growth:
Gain exposure across the full GTM lifecycle, from Marketing and Sales to Customer Success, at a high-growth B2B company
Regional Playbooks:
Adapt global plays for land, expand, and renewals. Track how playbooks drive conversion and optimize over time.
Responsibilities:
Business Partnership
: Serve as the named operations partner for EMEA's Marketing, Sales & Customer Success leaders. Join their operating meetings, know their number, pipeline, and top risks, and bring insight before you're asked.
First Line of Defense
: Own intake for EMEA field requests. Answer, route to the right operations team, or escalate, so the field never needs to navigate our org chart.
Operating Cadence
: Run the EMEA forecast, pipeline, and business review cadence. Inspect pipe hygiene with leaders so each forecast is based on clean data, and each meeting ends in strong data-driven decisions, not updates.
Strategy -> Process:
Apply our global processes, handoffs, and rules of engagement in EMEA. Own the regional variants and keep them documented.
Actionable Insights
: Use standard data to find what drives the pipeline, understand what becomes a win, help leaders understand their teams. Recommend the change and see it through.
Planning Inputs
: Bring what the field knows (territory health, ramp, pipe coverage, and in-market demand generation) to Planning and FP&A so EMEA plans reflect realistic expectations.
Adoption & Accountability
: Partner with Enablement on new motions and launches, then inspect adoption through the cadence and close the gaps.
Voice of the Field
: Bring EMEA priorities into operational planning and partner with Systems teams to define clear business requirements.
About You:
You are a business partner first who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations.
You're fluent in the language of pipeline and forecasting, but just as comfortable sitting with a rep as with a VP.
You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, and you hold yourself to a high bar.
You move fast with an 80/20 mindset, and you can look at a process you built and say "this isn't working" without defensiveness.
You know how to influence without authority, and you build relationships before you push for change.
You stay curious, embrace feedback, and keep looking for ways to level up yourself and those around you.
You’re energized by working across multiple EMEA markets, and you keep a global team aligned from a different time zone.
Qualifications:
Typically requires 8 years of experience, or equivalent depth of expertise, in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related GTM operations role
Experience supporting EMEA GTM teams, ideally in a regional-focused capacity
Proven experience running forecast, pipeline, and business review cadences with senior GTM leaders
Strong working knowledge of the full GTM lifecycle, including lead management, pipeline generation, sales stages, and customer handoffs
Hands-on Salesforce experience, with the ability to write clear business requirements for systems product owners and developers
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
Experience at a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, Gong, Looker, Outreach, Cognism

Coder's Revenue Enablement team is building out onboarding and ramp for every customer-facing function — SDR, AE, SE, CSM, and FDE. We're looking for a Sales Onboarding Program Manager who can own that curriculum end to end: designing, running, and continuously improving how new hires ramp from day one to full productivity.
This isn't a single-audience onboarding role. You'll build ramp programs that flex across distinct functions with different skill requirements — commercial, technical, and delivery — while keeping a consistent bar for what "ready" looks like across all of them. You'll work closely with our technical enablement and sales performance functions to make sure ramp content stays current with product, methodology, and process as the company scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and own the onboarding curriculum and certification framework for new hires across AE, SE, CSM, and FDE roles
- Build structured ramp timelines (30/60/90-day plans) with clear milestones, checkpoints, and certification gates for each function
- Partner with technical enablement, sales performance, and functional leaders to keep ramp content aligned with current product, methodology (e.g., MEDDPIC, deal qualification frameworks), and sales/delivery process
- Track and report on ramp metrics — time-to-productivity, certification completion, early performance indicators — and use that data to iterate on the program
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for cohort-based onboarding (live sessions, shadowing, certification exercises)
- Build and maintain a scalable content/documentation system so onboarding materials stay current as the team grows and product evolves
- Gather feedback from new hires and their managers to continuously refine the program
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their ramp period
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in program management, enablement, or L&D, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technical sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to build structured, repeatable programs from scratch — not just run existing ones
- Strong project management instincts: you default to milestones, checklists, and metrics rather than ad hoc coordination
- Comfort designing curriculum for both commercial and technical audiences, or a fast learner's willingness to get conversant in technical sales motions
- Excellent written communication — you'll be creating a lot of the source material new hires learn from
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.

Coder is hiring its first Sales Enablement Manager for EMEA, who will sit within our Content & Learning pillar and report directly to the Head of Sales Enablement. You will be the enablement presence for the region, creating and adapting content, building programs, and supporting the EMEA sales team across a diverse set of markets.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment, knows how enterprise sales work across EMEA, and can move between content creation, regional training, and cross-functional collaboration without losing momentum. You'll work closely with the global enablement team, Marketing, and Product Marketing while independently owning the regional agenda.
If you're someone who knows that a playbook that works in North America doesn't automatically work in EMEA, loves building things that sales teams actually use, and wants to be the first enablement hire in a region with real room to shape how it's done, this role is for you.
This position follows a hybrid work model. Candidates should be local and able to work from our London office on a regular weekly basis, with scheduling flexibility.
What you’ll do here
- Create and adapt sales enablement content for EMEA markets playbooks, battlecards, competitive positioning, and training materials that reflect regional buyer dynamics, language nuance, and sales culture
- Build and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for EMEA sales reps, ensuring they ramp quickly and stay current on product and messaging updates
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Marketing to translate global messaging and positioning into field-ready content that actually resonates with EMEA buyers. Pushing back constructively when global content needs regional adaptation
- Work with EMEA sales leadership and SDR leadership to understand what reps need in the field and turn that signal into content and programs that are practical and immediately useful
- Collaborate with the global Content & Learning team to ensure regional content is consistent with global standards while remaining locally relevant
- Identify gaps in the EMEA enablement program and proactively build resources to close them
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or a revenue-facing role with an EMEA focus
- Proven ability to create high-quality enablement content independently. You can go from a brief to a finished playbook without hand-holding
- Strong understanding of EMEA enterprise sales dynamics
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously as the sole enablement person in a region. You can set your own priorities and manage up effectively
- Strong internal collaborator. You know how to consume global messaging, identify where it needs to flex for the region, and work cross-functionally to get it right
- Excellent communicator in English; additional European language proficiency a plus
- High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to own your domain as a P3 individual contributor.
Bonus tacos if you have
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Background in B2B SaaS, enabling enterprise sales teams
- Experience enabling sellers in a developer tools, infrastructure, or platform engineering context
- Familiarity with various sales platforms (Highspot, Nooks, LetterAI)
- Experience supporting partner or channel sales motions

- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.

Perplexity is looking for a senior commercial attorney to join our Legal team. We are looking for an independent, business-practical yet diligent-minded professional who can carry live deals, extend the infrastructure we have already built, and hold the line on the terms that matter as deal volume, complexity, and regulatory surface all grow.
You will negotiate directly with large enterprise customers across a large variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, government, and other regulated industries, partner daily with Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, Deal Desk, Security, Privacy, Product, and Finance, and advise on the legal questions that come with agentic, retrieval, and API products deployed inside enterprise environments. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who is genuinely a self starter.
This role is for you if you get energy from ambiguous, first‑of‑their‑kind problems and enjoy designing repeatable approaches that scale. You default to enabling the business, frame risk in practical terms, and focus on durable structures rather than one‑off fixes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently lead end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of Enterprise customer agreements across our suite of offerings: Enterprise Pro, Enterprise Max, Computer, and API product lines, including MSAs, order forms, SaaS and API terms, DPAs, BAAs, security exhibits, customer-paper redlines, product-specific addenda, and public-sector vehicles such as GSA MAS orders and federal RFP responses.
- Serve as a trusted legal partner to Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, Deal Desk, and Customer Success, providing fast, practical, business-aligned counsel that accelerates deal velocity, protects the terms that matter, and scales as the Sales organization grows.
- Extend and maintain the existing Enterprise negotiation playbook, DPA and Privacy Notice architecture, product-specific term libraries, and fallback positions as our product surface, customer mix, and regulatory environment evolve, so that positions compound into reusable precedent rather than being re-litigated deal by deal.
- Advise on AI-specific contract terms for enterprise deployments, including bespoke data postures; negotiate output ownership and liability, agentic-feature risk allocation and translate product operations into enterprise contract commitments.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Privacy, Finance, and Compliance to surface and address legal risk early, particularly on customer-data flows, enterprise integrations, model routing, and customer-specific compliance requirements.
- Monitor the evolving regulatory landscape for enterprise AI, data protection, and public-sector procurement (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, DORA, EU AI Act, sector-specific frameworks) and translate emerging requirements into practical contractual positions and updated playbook guidance.
- Represent Perplexity Legal externally on customer negotiation calls with counterparty counsel at sophisticated enterprises.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Exceptional communicator who owns deadlines, proactively manages internal and external expectations, and escalates early and clearly to protect deal timelines and momentum.
- A proactive problem‑solver who defaults to “yes, and” when engaging with internal stakeholders: you look for ways to make deals work, frame risk clearly, and design long‑term, scalable solutions.
- A disciplined drafter who favors surgical, minimal‑footprint edits over wholesale rewrites, grounds positions in documented rationale, and preserves material legal meaning and risk allocation under time pressure.
- Someone who can articulate complex legal risk and concepts in the form of simple, actionable terms for non‑legal stakeholders, leads with practical “how to make this work” advice, and designs creative, long‑term solutions to novel, cutting‑edge challenges.
- Someone genuinely excited by novel, cutting‑edge challenges in AI products and the commercial and regulatory questions they surface, and who enjoys turning ambiguity into clear, reusable approaches.
QUALIFICATIONS
- JD and in good standing with an active U.S. state bar membership.
- At least 7+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience, with a substantial in-house component, and a demonstrated track record of independently owning complex enterprise SaaS or API deals from the vendor side, including work with regulated-industry customers (financial services, healthcare, or government).
- Experience advising on commercial terms and pricing structures for high‑growth SaaS/API businesses, including usage‑based and tiered pricing, pilots, and expansion frameworks.
- Familiarity with data protection and security frameworks (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DORA, EU AI Act) and hands-on experience negotiating DPAs.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Deal Desk, Product, Security, and executive stakeholders on live deals under time pressure.
- Proven ability to triage and progress multiple concurrent deals under tight timelines while maintaining rigorous diligence, clear risk assessment, and high‑quality documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and extend durable legal infrastructure — playbooks, templates, precedent repositories, or self-serve tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business and technical audiences and to translate legal concepts into usable guidance for non-lawyers, including Sales and Deal Desk.
- Hands-on, can-do approach to tackle projects large and small, low-ego approach to working closely with the Director and across the organization, and judgment about when to escalate and when to close.
- Positive collaborative attitude, comfort with ambiguity and a fast pace, high level of integrity, and intellectual curiosity about AI technology.
NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience with public-sector contracting or with on-prem deployment structures.
- Experience with AI-native contracting questions related to agentic products
- Experience with contracting with regulated entities (financial institutions or health care), especially in the EU/UK.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to be a key analytical partner to our Customer Success organization and our product-led, digital customer journey. You’ll shape how the business understands what drives adoption, retention, and expansion, analyzing how customers move from sign-up to activation, engagement, conversion, expansion, and renewal, and turning that into clear, actionable insight on the growth levers leadership can act on. Sitting within our centralized analytics function, you’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product, Growth, RevOps, and Data Engineering, bringing strategic thinking, deep PLG expertise, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations that move the business forward. How we’re using AI today
On the Analytics team, we're thoughtfully embedding AI into how we work with data. That looks like using AI to accelerate SQL development, pressure-test interpretations, turn complex datasets into clear executive narratives, and increasingly, building Generative BI applications that let stakeholders explore and interrogate data on their own. We approach AI the same way we approach data quality: with clear standards, human accountability at every consequential decision, and a commitment to getting it right before it influences the business. Beyond our own workflows, our role is evolving to ensure 1Password has the data foundations, governance, and structure its broader AI transformation depends on.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in analytics within complex B2B SaaS environments, ideally in a product-led or self-serve motion. B2C or hybrid B2B/B2C experience is a plus
- Strong PLG and customer lifecycle expertise, including activation, PQLs, cohort analysis, retention, churn, expansion, and growth modeling
- Experience partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Growth stakeholders and translating open-ended business questions into analytical frameworks
- Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations and communicate them to senior leaders, influencing decisions and priorities
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), statistical modeling, or predictive techniques (e.g., churn or propensity modeling) in a business context
- Advanced SQL and strong experience with large-scale analytical datasets, including product usage and event data
- Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools (Hex, Omni, Claude, Dust, or similar)
- Comfort in modern cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Databricks, dbt
- Experience working with GTM and customer platforms such as Salesforce and a CS platform (Gainsight, or similar). Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Segment, or similar) is a plus
What you can expect:
- The opportunity to do meaningful analytics work across adoption, retention, expansion, and digital success in a fast-moving, product-led SaaS environment
- Close partnership with Customer Success stakeholders and a direct line to leadership on the growth levers that matter most, contributing to how the organization measures performance and makes day-to-day decisions
- Involvement in building the data foundations and analytical standards that Customer Success and 1Password’s broader AI capabilities will depend on
- Exposure to how AI gets applied in customer analytics, including Generative BI and AI-assisted workflows across forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation
- Cross-functional collaboration across Customer Success, Product, Growth, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and Data teams
- An environment where there’s a lot to build and your contributions will have real impact, ideal for someone who is eager to grow, take ownership, and make their mark

You'll focus on enterprise accounts, with particular emphasis on foundation model labs, AI infrastructure providers, and applied AI companies scaling rapidly in the region, guiding customers through complex digital and DevSecOps transformations and driving pipeline generation that translates into measurable Net ARR and long-term expansion. In this role, you'll act as a key connector between customer stakeholders and GitLab's field organization so GitLab is seen as a trusted, long-term partner across the full sales cycle. In your first year, you'll be expected to build a strong enterprise portfolio across your territory, including a meaningful share of AI-native accounts, create repeatable sales motions, and consistently forecast and report on deal progress and account health.
What you'll do
Drive strategic growth by leading GitLab's enterprise accounts across San Francisco, with a dedicated focus on AI-native companies, serving as a trusted technology advisor to industry leaders in your territory.
Orchestrate winning sales strategies by bringing together Solutions Architects, Customer Success experts, Sales Development, Channel & Alliances, and other technical specialists to deliver transformative, AI-powered DevSecOps solutions tailored to the unique velocity and scale demands of AI-native engineering organizations.
Shape the future of software development by crafting innovative solutions that align GitLab's platform with customers' long-term vision, compliance needs, and business objectives, including the specific infrastructure, security, and governance challenges AI companies face as they scale model development and deployment.
Build deep, strategic partnerships by mastering your customers' industry landscape, success metrics, and growth trajectories, including a strong point of view on the AI/ML ecosystem, so you can position GitLab as their indispensable technology ally.
Design and execute strategic account plans, including opportunity mapping, stakeholder alignment, and multi-threaded engagement, to expand GitLab usage within new and existing strategic accounts, with particular attention to fast-growing AI companies and their evolving technical buying committees.
Lead end-to-end customer journeys from initial discovery through evaluation, negotiation, and successful implementation, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience at every stage of the sales cycle.
Champion continuous improvement by contributing to forecasting and pipeline reviews, conducting sophisticated win/loss analyses, and sharing strategic insights, including emerging trends in AI company buying behavior, that refine our go-to-market approach.
Prepare and deliver compelling customer-facing and internal presentations, proposals, and recommendations that clearly communicate value, business outcomes, and the path to long-term partnership with GitLab.
What you'll bring
Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with enterprise customers, ideally in DevSecOps, software development tools, or adjacent SaaS solutions.
Background selling into large, enterprise accounts in San Francisco, United States, with the ability to build trusted C-level and senior stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
Familiarity with the AI/ML company landscape, including model providers, AI infrastructure vendors, and applied AI startups, and the ability to speak credibly to engineering and technical leadership about how DevSecOps practices apply to AI-driven development.
Knowledge of San Francisco's enterprise and AI market, including key industries, buying centers, and decision-making dynamics, with the ability to build and nurture a relevant professional network.
Ability to drive new business acquisition and expansion within enterprise accounts through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales motions that lead to sustainable, long-term customer partnerships.
Experience collaborating with channel and strategic partners to generate pipeline, co-sell, and support successful customer adoption.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead account strategy, influence internal and external stakeholders, and remain calm under pressure.
Ability to work in line with GitLab's values, use GitLab and Salesforce in your daily work, and travel as needed while following company travel policies.
