Social Discovery Group
(SDG) is a group of social discovery companies. SDG solves the problems of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection - transforming virtual intimacy into the new normal. SDG’s products redefine the way people interact and connect with one another.
Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a
two-time “Great Place to Work”
winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a
Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs
(FlexJobs, 2025).
Your main tasks will be:
Contribute to the architecture of high-load services and grow the existing C# / .NET Core codebase.
Build new product features and integrations, including the AI layer (voice, real-time, and — on the horizon — video and emotion recognition).
Design and operate async pipelines on RabbitMQ: delivery guarantees, idempotency, error handling, backpressure.
Work with MS SQL schema and queries under load: indexes, execution plans, hot-path optimization.
Hold the bar on code quality across the team: code review, testing, observability, engineering standards; influence technical decisions beyond your immediate area.
We expect from you:
5+ years of commercial C# / .NET development, including 2+ years on .NET Core in production.
Real distributed-systems and high-load experience: you can reason about throughput, latency, and fault tolerance through specific incidents from your own past, not from a textbook.
Hands-on experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ preferred; Kafka / Azure Service Bus / NATS acceptable with a high-load track record) and MS SQL Server under load.
Fluent Russian, ready to work in CET (±2) hours.
What do we offer:
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
to work full-time;
Vacation
28 calendar days per year;
7 wellness days per year
(time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;
Bonuses up to $5000
for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;
50%
payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;
Corporate discount for
English lessons;
Health benefits.
According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
Workplace organization.
The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
Internal gamified gratitude system:
receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
Sounds good? Join us now!
The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment.
What you’ll do: Own backend architecture across two large-scale microservice platforms (30+ and 25+ services) — from system design and API contracts to data flow and inter-service communication. Drive performance and scalability — identify bottlenecks, design caching strategies, optimize database queries, and ensure the platform handles growing load.

Location: Remote
Tech stack
Frontend: React 18/19, TypeScript, Vite, TanStack Query / Router / Table, Zustand, MUI, Tailwind + shadcn/ui, Next.js, i18next, Sentry
Testing: Playwright, Vitest, Testing Library, MSW
Backend: Java 17 + Spring Boot 3, Kotlin + Spring Boot 4 (new services), Node.js/TypeScript services, PostgreSQL, Redis, NATS, Temporal
Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), FluxCD, GitHub Actions, Cloudflare
Web3: viem, ethers
AI: Claude Code, MCP, custom skills and plugins, AI code review in CI
The role
We are looking for a senior engineer who builds product features end-to-end — mostly on the frontend, with the confidence to change the backend when the feature needs it — and who already works agent-first. Our team plans, writes, tests, and reviews code with AI agents. You will own the frontend of our payment products and help turn good AI habits into shared team workflows.
The split is roughly 70% frontend / 30% backend.
What you will work on
Crypto on/off-ramp widget — an embeddable buy/sell flow with KYC, card payments with 3-D Secure, alternative payment methods, and a customer account area—one codebase, built for multiple white-label brands.
Merchant checkout — hosted payment pages, from a simple one-step checkout to a full multi-step flow with KYC and compliance screens.
Back-office admin apps — internal tools that operations, compliance, and support use every day. A legacy admin is being replaced by a new one built on a modern stack.
Backend changes — API endpoints and business logic in our Java/Spring Boot services, so a feature doesn't stop at the API boundary.
Responsibilities
Own features from ticket to production: UI, API contract, backend change, tests, release, and monitoring.
Make frontend architecture decisions and drive ongoing migrations (legacy admin → new admin, older UI libraries → modern stack, stricter type checks).
Build and improve AI-driven development workflows: project context files, shared skills and commands, automated PR review in CI, agent-driven end-to-end and visual checks.
Review code — both teammates' and agents' — and keep the quality bar high.
Work with product, design (Figma), QA, and backend engineers in a weekly release cycle.
Must have
5+ years of commercial frontend development, 3+ years with React + TypeScript in production.
Solid modern React: server-state management
(TanStack Query or similar), client state (Zustand/Redux), forms, routing, performance. Comfortable with large legacy codebases, not just greenfield projects.
Production backend experience in at least one language.
Java or Kotlin with Spring is a plus; Node.js/TypeScript, Go, or others are fine. You can design a REST API, work with PostgreSQL (schema, indexes, migrations), and ship changes in our Java services.
Agentic development is your daily way of working — with Claude Code, Codex, or a similar agent, not just autocomplete. Specifically:
you keep project context files (
CLAUDE.md
/
AGENTS.md
) and write your own skills, commands, or subagents;
you connect agents to real tools through MCP (issue tracker, GitHub, Figma, databases, browser);
you work in a plan → implement → verify loop, where the agent proves its work with tests, type checks, and browser automation;
you run agents in parallel and headless (for example, an AI review bot in CI);
you review agent output critically and know the failure modes: invented APIs, silent scope creep, "fixing" a test instead of the code, leaked secrets, prompt injection;
you keep up with how agentic tools change (new features, models, practices) and bring what works into your workflow
.
Testing: Playwright for end-to-end, Vitest/Jest for unit and integration tests.
Security-minded: real money, personal data, auth tokens, iframes, and cross-origin messaging.
Fluent Russian (the team's working language). English good enough to read and write technical texts: tasks, pull requests, and docs are in English.
Nice to have
Payments/fintech: card flows and 3-D Secure, alternative payment methods, KYC SDKs (e.g., SumSub), fraud prevention, open banking.
Web3 on the frontend: viem / ethers, wallet connection, EIP-712 signing.
Multi-brand (white-label) products, theming and design tokens.
OpenAPI-generated clients (Orval), TanStack Router / Table.
Kotlin, Spring Boot, NATS, Temporal.
Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, GitOps (FluxCD), Cloudflare Workers.
How we work with AI
Every main repository has AI context files and repo-specific skills.
An internal plugin marketplace ships team-wide skills (code review, release flow, back-office operations).
AI code review runs on pull requests in CI. It advises, and humans decide.
Custom MCP servers provide agents with secure access to internal systems.
The company pays for AI tooling.
What we offer
Fully remote work in an international team.
A team where AI-first engineering is the norm, not an experiment.
Real influence on architecture and on how the team works.
A product at real scale: millions of users and thousands of partner platforms.
Competitive salary based on individual performance review.
Transparent feedback culture that values ownership and visible impact.
Recruitment process
Apply with your CV.
Application review.
HR interview with a short technical screen.
Technical interview: a live task solved with your own AI agent while sharing your screen, plus a design discussion.
Final interview with the CTO.
Offer.

This role is responsible for tracking industry movements, competitive dynamics, regulatory shifts, and market-level signals that inform Digitain's strategic direction across Sales and Product functions.
The Market Intelligence Expert occupies a critical position at the intersection of research and strategy. You will be responsible for monitoring and synthesizing information across competitors, emerging markets, regulatory bodies, and industry events — transforming raw intelligence into actionable insights that power Digitain's commercial and product teams.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze emerging trends in the iGaming industry — including regulatory changes, technological advancements, market shifts, and upcoming innovations
Track major players in the iGaming ecosystem by reviewing quarterly and annual reports, financial performance, revenue growth, and strategic announcements
Evaluate sales and market growth by region, assessing key growth indicators, player acquisition trends, and penetration in both regulated and emerging markets
Research product developments across the iGaming industry, including new tools, features, and integrations, and their potential market impact
Assess operational network expansion — tracking growth in B2C operator networks and B2B partnerships, including platform adoption rates
Monitor industry activity across public sources, including websites, conferences, press releases, and social media
Identify early signals of market expansion across the industry
Conduct competitive analyses of key iGaming players, including performance benchmarking and threat/opportunity identification
Prepare and deliver high-quality research outputs: detailed reports, trend summaries, competitive landscapes, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Source and validate data from industry reports, financial filings, news platforms, conferences, and proprietary tools
Collaborate with team members to translate research findings into strategic recommendations and contribute to BRD/PRD preparation
Proactively anticipate industry shifts (e.g., new regulations in Latin America, Asia, Africa) and alert relevant teams to emerging risks or opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, business analysis, or strategic research, with a strong preference for candidates from iGaming, fintech and e-commerce
Proven track record of owning market intelligence or competitive analysis functions and reporting insights as market conditions change
Deep, demonstrable knowledge of the global iGaming ecosystem: sportsbook and casino platforms, B2B/B2C business models, payment solutions, and regulatory frameworks across key regions is preferable
Experience analyzing financial/annual reports, investor disclosures, industry publications and market data to assess and validate competitor performance and strategic direction. Strong strategic and critical thinking skills — able to identify and connect non obvious signals (regulatory shifts, hiring trends, product launches, social/media activity) into them into early-warning insights
Ability to turn complex research into clear, decision-ready reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
Experience with competitive intelligence platforms (e.g., Similarweb, H2gc, LinkedIn Talent Insights) is a strong plus
Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of the market intelligence function, setting priorities with minimal oversight
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to balance competing requests from Sales and Product teams and prioritize based on strategic impact
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent research streams under tight timelines in a fast-moving, competitive industry

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Lauren, Senior Manager of Customer Success at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Mid-Market, APAC or EMEA team.
You'll own the success of a dedicated portfolio of roughly 40-60 Mid-Market customers — acting as their strategic advisor from onboarding through long-term adoption, and driving commercial outcomes across your book of business. You'll partner closely with Account Management, Technical Support, Product, Solutions, and Engineering to help customers realize real value throughout their lifecycle.
We don't need you to be a marketing expert or a deeply technical one. We need someone who's an expert at asking the right questions — someone who digs until they find the real problem, not just the reported one, and who can influence a customer to make progress and move through blockers. You'll be curious and eager to understand our app well enough to take a customer's use case and turn our features into outcomes that matter to them.
What we value
Curiosity about the business behind the customer:
You're genuinely interested in how companies operate and enjoy learning your customers' industries and goals. You ask about the
why
behind a request before recommending a solution.
Trusted advisor, not ticket-taker:
You build relationships that turn you into a strategic partner rather than someone who simply answers questions. You have well-formed opinions about customer experience and aren't shy about sharing them.
Ownership of commercial outcomes:
You see CS as a value and growth engine. You take ownership of outcomes across your book and naturally look for opportunities to create more value, partnering with AM on retention and expansion.
Comfort in ambiguity:
You thrive on complex, open-ended customer challenges — bringing together business context, technical understanding, and creativity to solve them. You're calm under pressure, highly organized, and able to juggle competing priorities across a full portfolio.
AI-forward thinking:
You're comfortable using AI tools to improve your own productivity and your customers' outcomes, and you bring a growth mindset toward experimenting with new AI-powered ways of working.
What you'll do
Manage a dedicated portfolio of ~40-60 Mid-Market customers as their strategic partner across the full customer lifecycle
Lead onboarding — running kickoffs and milestone check-ins, and guiding customers to their first measurable outcomes
Build a deep understanding of each customer's goals and translate them into measurable, mutual success plans
Provide proactive, consultative guidance through regular strategic touchpoints and value-driven conversations
Monitor customer health, spot adoption trends, and address risks before they impact success
Partner with Account Management to support retention and expansion, and coordinate with Technical Support, Product, Solutions, and Engineering when deeper expertise is needed
Own escalations end to end — from identification through resolution — keeping customers informed and confident throughout
Advocate for your customers internally by sharing product feedback and influencing improvements to the customer experience
Drive AI adoption across your portfolio — coaching customers on AI-powered solutions and modeling what AI-native Customer Success looks like
Contribute to the broader CS organization by sharing best practices, improving playbooks, and participating in webinars and enablement initiatives
What we're looking for
2+ years as a Customer Success Manager for technical products, in a SaaS environment
Experience communicating with software developers in a technical capacity
Opinionated about customer experience — you should have well-formed views in order to give customers strategic advice
Fluency in French, Russian, and/or Spanish (we are prioritizing multilingual candidates for this role)
Located in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom or Ireland
Bonus: experience designing lifecycle messages
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. The salary for this role is
$80,000 USD
(or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.

100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family

GTM CONTENT/COPYWRITER
WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annualized revenue, 32M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Copywriter to own the written voice of Higgsfield across B2B and brand channels.
You'll write everything from sales decks and landing pages to LinkedIn posts, launch campaigns, and ad creative, turning product capabilities into sharp, persuasive messaging for enterprise buyers, agencies, and creators. This is a hands-on role for someone who writes exceptionally well, moves fast, and can take a rough brief to publish-ready copy in hours, not weeks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
FUEL LIVE DEALS
- Write copy for sales decks, one-pagers, and vertical pitch materials that enterprise and partnerships teams use in live deals.
- Prepare copy for events, partner presentations, and program materials (such as certification and partner programs).
OWN WEB AND LAUNCH COPY
- Own landing page, case study, and website copy, from headlines and value props to CTAs, working with designers and web to ship.
- Build messaging for product launches (features, API, enterprise plans) and adapt it across web, social, email, and paid.
WRITE THE PUBLIC VOICE
- Ghostwrite and edit LinkedIn content for the company and leadership: thought leadership, launch posts, and recaps in each author's voice.
- Write ad and social creative copy, plus clear briefs for designers and video creators.
BUILD THE MESSAGING SYSTEM
- Develop and maintain positioning, messaging frameworks, and a brand voice guide, including audience variants for enterprise, agencies, and creators.
- Test messaging, read performance data, and iterate on what converts.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, ideally B2B SaaS, tech, or a creative or marketing agency.
- Exceptional written English: concise, confident, and persuasive, with a strong command of business communication.
- A portfolio that shows range: sales or enterprise materials, web copy, and social or thought leadership content.
- Ability to understand a technical product (AI video and image generation) and explain it in terms of business outcomes.
- Comfort switching voices: enterprise buyer, creative professional, founder or executive.
- Fast execution: you take feedback well, iterate quickly, and don't wait for perfect.
- Strong self-editing and attention to detail. Nothing goes out with a typo or a vague claim.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in AI, generative media, or creative tools.
- Russian language skills.
- Experience with localization or writing for international markets (e.g., Japan, MENA, Central Asia).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Figma, or Notion.
- Understanding of performance marketing and conversion copywriting.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in our Almaty office.
- Relocation to Almaty from anywhere: we sponsor and process your work permit, cover your flights, and provide temporary housing while you settle in.
- Full-time position.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're looking for a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to own how our Almaty recruiting team runs day to day.
Our Almaty recruiting team hires across Engineering, ML & Research, Product, Growth, Creative, GTM, Finance, and Operations, at a pace few companies have ever had to match. This role makes sure that pace doesn't turn into chaos.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Process & Standarts
- Define and roll out one consistent way of working across the team: intake, pipeline stages, scorecards, interview loops, offer approvals, and handoff to onboarding.
- Make sure every open role has a clear recruiter owner, a named final decision-maker, and an agreed interview panel.
- Keep the Hiring Matrix, recruiting playbooks, and Ashby guides current so recruiters and hiring managers can self-serve.
- Catch overlapping roles and duplicated outreach before the same candidate is contacted twice.
Ashby & Recruiting Data
- Own Ashby as the single source of truth. That means no side spreadsheets and no pipelines living in messengers.
- Run weekly pipeline hygiene checks for stale candidates, missing scorecards, untracked sources, and applications that were never closed.
- Make sure every source is tagged and measurable, including referrals, events, university partnerships, paid channels, and agencies.
- Partner with recruiting automation owners on stage automations, integrations, and dashboards.
Reporting & Insights
- Own recruiting reporting to leadership: pipeline by role, where candidates are stuck, offers out, and which decisions are needed.
- Replace manual status reports with live dashboards built on Ashby data.
- Track funnel conversion, time-to-hire, channel performance, and recruiter load, and turn them into clear recommendations.
- Run the weekly recruiting sync and make sure decisions and action items are captured and followed through.
- Onboard new recruiters and coordinators into tools, process, and team standards.
- Manage recruiting tools and licenses (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools) so every seat is actually used.
- Escalate blockers early, such as salary band approvals, onboarding capacity, and stalled final rounds.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- 5+ years in recruiting, recruiting operations, or talent program management, including at least 2 years owning process or operations for a team of recruiters.
- Hands-on Ashby experience, or deep expertise in a comparable ATS plus the ability to become an Ashby power user quickly.
- Experience building recruiting reports and dashboards that leadership actually used to make decisions.
- Experience in a high-growth company hiring at volume across multiple functions.
- Ability to hold recruiters and hiring managers accountable without direct authority over all of them.
- Highly structured, exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Russian.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in Almaty office.
- Full-time position.
