About the role
🤓
We're looking for a
Senior Platform Engineer
to join our Platform team and help us build the platform that lets every engineer at seQura ship safely, quickly, and on their own.
seQura is expanding into new international markets, and the platform has to grow with it without growing its cost at the same pace. At the same time, AI is changing how infrastructure is built and run. We already put AI agents to work on our everyday platform work, from reviewing infrastructure changes and explaining plans to helping engineers resolve incidents on their own. Our goal is to go much further: independent agents working across the whole scope of the platform, with engineers who decide what matters and own the outcome.
You'll work in a cloud-native AWS environment, in a regulated fintech, where security, compliance, and reliability are part of the product we offer to the rest of engineering.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
About the Platform team
🧩
Team Mission
To empower engineers with secure, efficient, and compliant infrastructure, while continuously improving through automation and collaboration.
What we own
Our multi-account
AWS
foundation and the
Kubernetes (EKS)
clusters where seQura's products run
Infrastructure as Code
with Terragrunt, delivered through pull requests and Atlantis
Deployment and GitOps tooling: Helm charts, shared deploy configuration, and CI/CD pipelines
The
observability
stack used across engineering: metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
Security and compliance foundations: secrets management, access control, PCI DSS, and the controls required to operate regulated entities across multiple countries under regulations such as DORA, NIS2 and those still to come.
Internal developer tooling, including the AI agents and Claude Code plugins that engineers use to work with our platform on their own
How we work
We're enablers: internal teams are our customers, and we measure success by how much they can do without us
We're autonomous end-to-end: we code, deploy, observe, improve, and document what we build
Everything as code, everything through a pull request, everything reviewed, and every important decision written down in an ADR
Strong opinions, held weakly; collaborators over rock stars; blameless by default
We plan by quarter and choose initiatives by their impact on users and on the business
We work closely with every product engineering team, with Security, with the Data Platform team, and with Compliance.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
International expansion
: help seQura launch in multiple new markets, with the isolation, compliance, and reliability each one requires
AI-native platform
: move from AI that assists us to independent agents that operate across the whole scope of the platform, from infrastructure changes to support and incident response
Keeping up with open source in the AI era
: define new strategies to adopt, upgrade, and secure the open source software we depend on, now that it moves faster than ever
Scale without raising our baseline cost
: design the strategies that let the business keep growing while our base infrastructure cost stays flat
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1:
Learn the terrain 🧭
You'll join initiatives the team already has in motion, pairing with your teammates and shipping your first changes to production. You'll learn how we work, why we made the decisions we made, and what the rest of engineering expects from us.
By the end of the month: you've shipped to production and you know who to ask for what.
Month 2:
Own your first mission 🎯
We'll hand you an opportunity the team has already identified, and it's yours: from the technical design to running it in production. You'll keep discovering seQura along the way, and we'll be there whenever you need context.
By the end of the month: you've delivered an initiative end-to-end and you have your own opinion on where the platform should go next.
Month 3:
Shape what comes next 🚀
With more context, you'll be the one finding the opportunity. You'll talk with other teams to understand their friction, lead a cross-team initiative, and bring your own proposals to the planning of next quarter.
By the end of the month: part of next quarter's roadmap has your name on it.
What we are looking for🤝
Must have:
You've
designed and operated highly available distributed systems in production, and you've lived through what happens when they fail
: incidents, post-mortems, and the changes that made sure it didn't happen again
Proven experience
scaling infrastructure at a global scale
Strong hands-on experience with
AWS
,
Kubernetes
, and
Terraform
in production
A
product mindset
: you put users and the business at the center of your decisions, and you can explain why one initiative matters more than another
Hands-on experience working with AI agents in your daily engineering work
Agency: you don't wait for a ticket. You spot the problem, decide it's worth solving, bring people along, and own it until it runs in production
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, payments, or other regulated environments (PCI DSS, DORA, or similar)
Experience with Terragrunt, Atlantis, or GitOps workflows
Scripting or programming in Python, Go, or similar
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, the Elastic stack, or Tempo
Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
Experience building your own AI agents, skills, or automations for engineering teams
Experience being part of an on-call rotation
Spanish
Tech stack
🛠️

Are you a builder who thrives in ambiguity, gets energy from talking to real users, and wants to turn emerging agentic AI capabilities into a product people actually rely on?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
NoPressure is an early-stage startup within JetBrains' Innovation Hub. We started by using AI-powered simulations to help people practice high-stakes workplace conversations. Now, we're exploring how agentic AI and real-world context can provide personalized, moment-of-need practice and support at work.
We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence / Product Lead to partner with our technical founder. This is a 0→1 role where you’ll define our vision and venture strategy. You’ll figure out who our ideal customer is, identify high-value use cases, and validate key hypotheses through rapid experimentation. Working alongside a small, fast-moving engineering team, you will shape both the product and how it gets to market, turning early signals into something organizations want to adopt.
Day to day, you will:
Define the product and venture strategy, identifying key uncertainties and deciding what to test and build first.
Conduct continuous customer discovery to understand real workplace workflows, pain points, and behaviors.
Pinpoint the most compelling ideal customer profile (ICP) and initial use cases for growth.
Design and run lightweight experiments, prototypes, and agentic experiences to test hypotheses before committing full engineering resources.
Establish clear metrics and evaluate commercial and behavioral evidence to decide whether to iterate, double down, or pivot.
Shape positioning, messaging, and early acquisition or sales motions to bring the product to initial customers.
Monitor market shifts, emerging agent architectures, and competitor developments to uncover new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the technical founder and engineering team to move quickly from ideas to shipped prototypes.
What you’ll bring
A builder mindset that favors quick prototypes and direct learning over waiting for perfect requirements.
Deep curiosity about how people build new skills and navigate challenging interactions at work.
Comfort operating with high autonomy, speed, and decision-making under uncertainty.
Strong discovery skills that separate genuine demand and observed behavior from polite validation.
Clear, direct communication skills for pitching to and working with senior decision-makers.
Strong collaboration habits when partnering closely with engineering teams on AI-native products.
What you’ll need
A Track record of taking products or ventures from initial ambiguity to launch and early market adoption.
Hands-on experience building, launching, or experimenting with AI/agentic products or emerging technologies.
Demonstrated experience in early customer acquisition, founder-led sales, positioning, or commercialization.
Experience in L&D, coaching, sales enablement, HR tech, or behavior-change products.
The technical fluency required to evaluate agentic workflows and work directly alongside software engineers.
End-to-end ownership experience across strategy, discovery, product development, and go-to-market strategy.
What success looks like
In this role, success means rapidly turning market ambiguity into actionable direction. You will establish a validated ideal customer profile and high-value use cases through real user evidence rather than assumptions. You’ll build an experimental cadence that uncovers genuine demand early, helping the team ship an agentic AI experience that users regularly rely on and organizations actively invest in.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary – We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule – Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.

OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the Visual System Team, the team responsible for how OKX looks and feels across every product surface, including mobile and web. You’ll work at the intersection of brand expression and product design, crafting the visual layer that makes OKX products feel distinctive, coherent, and trusted.
This isn’t a role where you receive a finalized wireframe and simply apply a visual layer. You’ll be involved early, shaping how features are visually conceived, how brand moments are integrated into product flows, and how visual systems scale across an ecosystem of products used by millions.
You’ll work within OKX’s Visual Systems infrastructure alongside the Design System and Content System teams, contributing to scalable visual frameworks including illustration guidelines, motion principles, iconography standards, and brand-in-product patterns that raise quality across the entire product.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design product visual experiences.
Create high-quality visual and UI designs for OKX products across trading, wallet, payments, and social features. Own the visual execution of key product surfaces, from concept through to pixel-perfect delivery. Balance beauty with clarity in a domain where trust and usability are non-negotiable.
Contribute to visual systems.
Work within and contribute to OKX’s visual systems, including shared illustration styles, motion tokens, color systems, iconography, layout patterns, UI components, and design tokens. Your work should strengthen the system, not create one-off exceptions. Think in terms of reusable, scalable assets and patterns, not just individual
Bridge brand and product.
Translate brand direction into in-product visual experiences. Work with the Brand Design team to ensure that visual identity is consistent from marketing to core product, while adapting it thoughtfully to product goals, user needs, and performance metrics. You’ll help create room for the product’s own visual expression without going off-brand.
Design product campaigns and key moments.
Create engaging visual experiences for in-product campaigns, launches, and feature moments. These should feel distinctive and expressive while remaining native to the product experience and aligned with the broader brand.
Use AI tools in your design workflow.
Actively integrate AI into your daily practice using generative tools for ideation, exploration, variation, prototyping, and asset production. You’re expected to experiment with AI-assisted workflows and bring what works back to the team. This is a core part of how we work, not an optional extra.
Collaborate cross-functionally.
Partner with product designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure visual design decisions are grounded in user needs and technically feasible. Participate in design reviews, give and receive critique constructively, and communicate your rationale clearly.
Pitch and present.
Propose creative concepts to team leads and stakeholders. Articulate the reasoning behind visual choices, not just what you designed, but why it is the right solution for the user and the brand.
What We Look For In You
4–6 years of experience in visual design, UI design, a digital-focused role within a brand team, or a related discipline, with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft, modern taste, and attention to detail.
Experience taking product experiences from wireframes to polished, production-ready UI. You understand how visual design supports usability, hierarchy, trust, product goals, and measurable outcomes, not just aesthetics.
Strong UI and digital design fundamentals across product, responsive web, and mobile experiences. Mobile-first experience is essential.
Exceptional visual craft across typography, color, composition, layout, interaction, and detail. You have a clear point of view, make thoughtful design decisions, and care about the polish that separates good from great.
Experience creating or contributing to scalable design systems. You understand tokens, components, patterns, and how to create a coherent visual language across a product.
Comfortable working at the intersection of brand and product. You can translate brand direction into product experiences that meet user and business needs while leaving room for distinctive product expression.
AI-forward in your practice. You actively use generative tools for ideation, exploration, prototyping, and production, and are excited to experiment with new workflows. You use AI with strong creative judgment, refining outputs rather than relying on unedited generated assets, and look for ways to make visual work more scalable.
A clear, collaborative communicator who can articulate design rationale and work effectively with product designers, engineers, product managers, and Brand Design.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with the ability to communicate interaction and motion intent through high-fidelity prototypes.
Experience creating light animation is a strong plus. Experience with 3D software or a genuine willingness to learn is also highly valued.
What Sets You Apart
Experience designing for fintech, crypto, or trading platforms — you understand the visual language of trust, precision, and data density.
Strong visual. illustration and interaction idea skills — you can create original visual assets, not just compose them.
An exceptional eye for layout, composition, and hierarchy. You can turn ideas into clear, high-quality visual solutions quickly and decisively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed with a high bar for craft and attention to detail.
Experience working with globally distributed teams across offices and time zones.
Familiarity with how visual design integrates with front-end implementation. You understand CSS, design tokens, and component architecture well enough to collaborate effectively with engineers.
Perks & Benefits

L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events

THE ROLE
This is a full-stack role where you help bring ideas to life from concept to real sales and where you're just as excited to shoot content as you are to help plan around it. You'll be working across three of our own brands - Mrs. Quilty, Hooks & Needles, and This Month's Craft Box.
You'll work closely with marketing, design, and development - helping turn customer insights into landing pages, funnels, and campaigns that people actually want to click, read, and buy from. If you love:
- creating content as much as helping plan it
- mixing strategy with execution
- testing ideas
- improving funnels
- making pretty things convert
…and you've played with AI tools to move faster, build smarter, or test better ideas, you might be our person 👀
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Order and unbox brand product boxes (company-covered) and turn them into content: filming, photographing, styling.
- Bring new content ideas to help grow our following and hit engagement targets.
- Keep an eye on current trends and find fun, on-brand ways to jump on them fast.
- Help manage and grow our social channels, including our Facebook community.
- Keep track of what's performing and flag what's working (and what's not).
- Checking Loox reviews (if needed)
- Managing influencer ad comments
🧠 Marketing Support
- Help put marketing plans into action.
- Assist with customer research and keeping tabs on market trends.
- Pull together performance data and share it with the team.
- Bring fresh ideas to help improve our funnels and campaigns.
- Help keep marketing projects on track from idea to launch.
✍️ Creative & Content Magic
- Write copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels that sounds human and sells.
- Review design work and give feedback so it looks on-brand and converts.
- Work with the design team on ad creative production.
🌐 Landing Pages & Website Optimization
- QA landing pages like a detective: checking UX, flow, and functionality.
- Help run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with developers on website updates and improvements.
🤝 Team Glue
- Help connect marketing, design, and development.
- Put together clear briefs so everyone knows what to build and why.
- Keep track of project progress and update the team.
🔍 Customer Research & Insights
- Collect and organize customer feedback and data.
- Help spot pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Use insights to support acquisition and sales efforts.
🤖 AI Tools & Smarter Execution
- Use AI tools (like GPT, image/video generators, automation platforms) to speed up tasks, test ideas faster, and get more done with less grind.
- Spot areas where AI can help the team move quicker or build smarter.
🦊 WHY FOXELLI?
We’re not into boring corporate marketing.
We like:
- smart ideas
- quirky personality
- strong execution
- and people who take ownership
You’ll have space to think, test, build, and grow with us - and actually see the impact of your work.
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
Ribbon AI Interview - Ribbon is a short, guided video step that helps us understand your thinking style in a calm, private space.
Interview -A conversation with your manager to feel the work chemistry, get to know each other, and explore what we could build together.
FIXED SERVICE FEE
up to € 1,400 euros after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.
❕Please note that this role is based on a contract/freelance agreement.
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Apploye ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.
- A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously.
- Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.
- A budget for your home office setup so you’re comfortable working how you like and where you like.

We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the Role
We're looking for a Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our monitoring and investigations program across both fiat and on-chain activity. You'll own transaction monitoring, secondary market and trade surveillance, investigations, and regulatory reporting, and you'll be a key partner to Legal, Product, Engineering, and Operations as we scale.
This role suits a hands-on investigator who's equally comfortable tracing funds through a blockchain explorer, analyzing trading patterns for manipulation, and writing a SAR narrative that holds up to regulatory scrutiny.
Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day transaction monitoring program for fiat and digital asset flows, including alert review, escalation, and disposition.
Design, tune, and document monitoring rules and scenarios based on the firm's risk assessment, typologies, and emerging threats.
Use blockchain analytics tools to assess wallet exposure, counterparty risk, and illicit-finance indicators such as sanctions, mixers, darknet markets, scams, and ransomware.
Track alert volumes, false-positive rates, and SLAs, and drive improvements in efficiency and coverage.
Build and run surveillance for trading activity on primary and secondary markets, including on-chain transfers, DEX/CEX activity, and OTC flows.
Detect and investigate potential market abuse, including wash trading, spoofing, layering, front-running, pump-and-dump schemes, and insider trading.
Work with Engineering and Data teams on surveillance tooling, data pipelines, and alert logic.
Maintain reporting procedures, quality control checks, and audit-ready documentation.
Support regulatory exams, independent audits, and responses to regulator inquiries.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, with significant hands-on work in investigations, AML/BSA, and transaction monitoring.
Demonstrated experience with blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis (Reactor, KYT), TRM Labs, or Elliptic, and the ability to trace funds independently on-chain.
Strong working knowledge of the BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, FinCEN guidance, and OFAC sanctions requirements.
A track record of writing high-quality SAR narratives and investigation reports.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and spot anomalous patterns.
Excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Nice to Have
Experience with trade surveillance or market abuse detection at a broker-dealer, exchange, ATS, or digital asset trading venue.
Familiarity with securities regulations (SEC, FINRA) and how they apply to tokenized assets or digital securities.
Experience building or scaling a monitoring program at a high-growth fintech or crypto company.
Experience managing or mentoring analysts.
Certifications such as CAMS, CCAS, CFE, or CCI.
What we offer
Competitive compensation including but not limited to salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — We are well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO).
Remote-first team across many countries — You will be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices.
A+ colleagues — Our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap.
Best-in-class investors — We are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead Codeless, our internal Server-Driven UI (SDUI) platform team. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team bridging mobile/web frontend engineering and core platform backend systems.
While this role is deeply rooted in modern UI architecture, its mission goes beyond standard UI development: Codeless empowers product teams across the organization to ship dynamic, native UI experiences dynamically from the backend—eliminating app store release bottlenecks, dramatically accelerating feature iteration, and establishing a unified UI schema across iOS, Android, and Web.
What you’ll be doing
This is a role with broad impact, from hands-on technical guidance to championing web and mobile accessibility across the company. We're looking for a leader who excels at fostering collaboration and can confidently guide a concept from initial idea to robust implementation.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Team Leadership & Strategy:
Build, mentor, and scale an engineering team responsible for our core Server-Driven UI platform ("Codeless"). Foster an inclusive, high-ownership engineering culture.
Platform Architecture & Evolution:
Oversee the design and evolution of dynamic layout engines, declarative UI schemas, and client rendering frameworks across iOS, Android, and Web.
Developer Velocity & Platform Adoption:
Partner with product feature teams to drive internal adoption of Codeless. Ensure the platform provides exceptional Developer Experience, clear tooling, robust design system integration, and seamless debugging workflows.
Technical Execution & Quality:
Set high technical standards for platform performance, payload optimization, caching strategies, backward compatibility, and graceful offline/fallback behavior across client devices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product Managers, Design System leaders, and Core Infrastructure engineers to align the Codeless roadmap with broader company initiatives and global design paradigms.
What you’ll need to thrive
Engineering Management:
3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, with a track record of coaching engineers, delivering complex platform initiatives, and driving technical strategy.
UI & Platform Domain Expertise:
Strong foundational background in mobile (iOS/Android) or modern web architecture (React, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, or declarative UI paradigms).
Product & Platform Mindset:
Ability to treat internal product engineering teams as customers, evaluating platform success through developer velocity, adoption metrics, and rendering performance.

In this role, you’ll bring user interfaces to life through flawless technical setup, UI motion design, and polished micro-interactions.

Proven hands-on experience building, structuring, and optimizing UI Canvas setups in Unity.
Strong Animation & Motion Sense:
Deep understanding of timing, curve dynamics, and movement principles tailored specifically to menu transitions, UI states, and player feedback.

Think You Can Make AI Notice Us? Prove It.
At LBC Mortgage, we’re looking for a curious, ambitious, and unconventional thinker who is ready to experiment, challenge assumptions, test new ideas, and help make our brand visible across the rapidly evolving world of AI platforms.
The way people discover businesses is changing. More and more people are turning to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to ask questions, compare services, and decide which companies deserve their attention. We want LBC Mortgage to be part of those conversations. Not just on Google. Not just on social media. We want our brand to be discoverable, recognizable, and accurately represented wherever people search for answers, recommendations, and solutions.
Your mission is simple: help make LBC Mortgage impossible to overlook.
We’re not looking for someone who needs ten years of experience, a complicated strategy document, or permission to try every new idea. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely interested in how AI works, enjoys exploring new tools, and isn't afraid to test an approach that nobody on the team has tried before. You don't need to know everything on day one. You need to be willing to learn, think independently, take initiative, and turn ideas into action.
This is not about taking reckless risks or doing things without a plan. It’s about having the confidence to experiment intelligently, measure results, and improve continuously instead of assuming that yesterday’s methods will always work tomorrow.
You will help establish and maintain our presence across relevant business directories, search engines, review websites, social platforms, online communities, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. You’ll work on making sure our business information is accurate and consistent, our profiles are complete, and our content clearly communicates who we are and what we do.
You’ll also explore how brands are mentioned in AI-generated answers, identify opportunities to strengthen our online presence, and investigate what helps AI systems discover and understand reliable information about businesses. From improving business listings to researching customer questions, contributing appropriately to relevant communities, and testing new content strategies, your work will help us understand how to become more visible in a world increasingly shaped by AI.
You should be comfortable following a strategy while also recognizing opportunities to improve it. If you notice something that could work better, speak up. If you discover a promising platform, explore it. If you have an idea worth testing, explain your reasoning and help us evaluate the results. We value people who combine initiative with accountability and creativity with attention to detail.
Most importantly, we want someone who sees this role as an opportunity rather than a checklist. Someone who wants to help shape how a brand competes in a changing digital landscape. Someone who understands that there may not always be a ready-made answer and is willing to find one.
We’re not promising that every experiment will succeed. We’re offering the opportunity to explore, test, learn, and contribute to something that is evolving in real time. You’ll have a clear objective, the freedom to investigate different approaches, and the responsibility to turn what you learn into meaningful progress.
Don’t just tell us you’re different. Show us how you think, what you’re curious about, and what you would try first.
Ready to make AI notice us? Apply.

Why is this role important for IDEO's work?
Business Development is at the heart of connecting IDEO's creative capabilities with the people and organisations who need them. It's about more than winning new work. It's about understanding our clients' challenges, building trusted relationships, and helping shape opportunities where human-centred design can make a meaningful difference.

Lead and manage opportunity qualification, owning continuity of the BD process.
Involve internal leadership and designers as needed for boosts and to help determine strategic fit, frame opportunities, scope programs and articulate next steps.
Pull in director-level support as needed for advocating for client needs and negotiation support.
Finalize pitch decks, learn the industries of our client leads by conducting research and editing proposal decks, and brainstorm client deliverable options and consulting solutions.
Conduct client due diligence to help BD teams get smart and prepare for calls, creating intelligent discussion guides that help us start to build a relationship with potential clients from Day One.
Monitor and communicate market trends and themes to teams on a monthly basis that can be used to help shape our thinking and offer.

Report back in the pipeline meetings, looking for ways to engage the team in the information and how they need to apply it.
Be familiar with metrics that point towards the health of the business and be able to assist with ad-hoc reporting needs as assigned.
Prepare a monthly summary of insights and thought leadership (from IDEO and beyond), including how it applies to day-to-day business, to share with key clients as a value add.

Ensure that relevant documents related to BD are being stored and filed accordingly in the BD section of Google Drive (not on personal drives or Slack!).
Appropriately loop in Legal, Marketing, Finance, and other functions as needed to progress an ongoing BD process.
Build and maintain lists in Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator: who are our key clients, our lapsed clients, our warm contacts, the cold contacts we want to reach? Who’s engaging with our newsletters, with our LinkedIn, etc? Provide recommendations on how we might reach out to these folks.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Exercise project management tactical skills by effectively steering the BD process for new and existing work.
Proactively identify and take action on the business development process and client needs based on what we’re hearing and seeing in the pipeline meetings.
Coordinate meetings with potential leads, ensure prompt and adequate follow-ups, manage legal agreement workflows, coordinate proposal research across teams, and ensure continual progress to meet client deadlines.
Help the team balance meeting the needs of existing clientele with prioritizing time for proactive outreach to land new clients.

Support account planning activities to drive a proactive, consistent approach to client investment and development.
Support the deployment of the right expertise and experience from within the hub team towards client pursuits

Build cross-discipline relationships across IDEO in order to effectively help generate and capture written, verbal and visual input from IDEO leadership and design teams to potential client leads.
Cultivate your internal networks as well as you professional networks virtually on social media channels and live at education and industry-related associations.
Support top-of-funnel growth activity including working with the Executive Director of Growth, Marketing and portfolio teams to translate targeting priorities into actionable prospect audiences and lists for campaigns, events, roadshows and other market-facing activity.
EXPLORE
Strengthen your foundational BD skills and capabilities, using your learning budget intentionally to build on growth opportunities identified with your business lead.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Supabase Storage https://supabase.com/docs/guides/storage is a scalable and high performance object storage service and is one of our fastest growing services. You will be working across the entire stack - client libraries, CLI, CDN, the storage server and the deployment infrastructure. One day, you might focus on improving upload resilience in iOS applications; the next, you could be optimizing the S3 protocol for efficient retries or finding ways to accelerate upload processing.
You will be contributing to both our open source server https://github.com/supabase/storage and upstream dependencies we use, like the TUS server https://github.com/tus/tus-node-server/pulls?q=sort%3Aupdated-desc+is%3Apr+author%3Afenos+is%3Amerged.

- Have 5+ years backend engineering experience of running Node.js in production
- Have experience with highly scalable, distributed systems
- Are comfortable with working across the stack - backend application development, some infrastructure work including deploying, monitoring and scaling the service
- Posses familiarity with observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana) and performance tuning
- Have experience with production-grade PostgreSQL usage, including tuning and troubleshooting
- Demonstrate an ownership mentality: driving projects end-to-end
- Display empathy towards developer experience
