About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for our first Data Engineer to build Teleport's internal data platform. You will design and own the pipelines and warehouse that turn raw data from across the company, including product usage, production costs, budgets, and sales, into data that any team can use to answer their own questions.
You will work closely with teams across the company, including product, engineering, finance, and revenue, to understand their data needs and deliver reliable, well-modeled data they can depend on.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and operate a low-maintenance cloud data warehouse and transformation workflow.
- Evaluate managed connectors, source exports, and native cloud services before building custom ingestion software.
- Model data from CRM, contracts, finance, billing, product usage, and cloud infrastructure into coherent business entities and metrics.
- Establish canonical customer identity and mappings between accounts, tenants, billing entities, and other source-specific identifiers.
- Partner with Finance, Revenue, Product, and Engineering to define concepts such as ARR, adoption, infrastructure cost, and gross margin.
- Build data quality checks, reconciliation, documentation, lineage, and observable failure behavior into the system.
- Protect customer and employee information through appropriate access control, minimization, redaction, and retention practices.
- Manage warehouse performance and cost, and keep the platform understandable and operable by a small team.
- Use Python or Go for integrations that cannot be handled safely and economically by managed or warehouse-native capabilities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Willingness to work collaboratively with Teleport's engineers on Data Engineering Challenge https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/data-engineer/challenge-1.md to design and build an analytics warehouse for a fictional business.
- Builder mentality; experience building a data engineering function from scratch at a growing startup is highly desirable.
- Strong SQL and dimensional or analytical data-modeling expertise.
- Experience translating ambiguous stakeholder questions into documented, testable business definitions.
- Production experience with dbt or an equivalent SQL transformation workflow.
- Experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Experience with managed ELT, APIs, object storage, incremental loading, and source schema evolution.
- Strong data-quality and reconciliation practices, including explaining how published numbers relate to their sources.
- Experience handling sensitive data, access control, and retention responsibly.
- Practical experience with Python or Go, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud operations.
- Sound judgment about build vs. buy decisions, operational simplicity, and managing scope in a startup environment.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to master new technologies.
- Comfortable changing the area of focus and working directly with stakeholders across the company.
- No-ego mindset of collaboration, transparency, and seeking feedback from others.
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will walk you through the data engineering challenge and answer your questions.
3. Challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager, you join a Slack channel and complete a Data Engineering Challenge https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/data-engineer/challenge-1.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution.
4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

About the Job:
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead LaunchDarkly’s Cloud Engineering team, the team responsible for the foundational infrastructure our products and engineering teams depend on.
Cloud Engineering owns LaunchDarkly’s AWS accounts and networking, multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure, Terraform and GitOps workflows, CockroachDB operations, disaster-recovery capabilities, and FedRAMP infrastructure posture. The team is small, senior, and recently rebuilt. This is a frontline leadership role for a manager who treats operational health as a top priority, leads calmly through incidents, and creates leverage through software, automation, and reliable paved paths.
In your first year, you’ll lead a marquee infrastructure insourcing program from planning through completion. The program’s cost savings will help fund additional team growth, giving you the opportunity to deliver meaningful business impact while strengthening the infrastructure behind LaunchDarkly’s next stage of scale.
This role combines people leadership, operational ownership, and technical judgment. You do not need to be the most senior individual contributor in the room, but you should be comfortable partnering with experienced engineers, guiding tradeoffs, and creating an environment where the team can do its best work.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a senior Cloud Engineering team, providing clear expectations, coaching, feedback, performance management, and career-development support.
Own the operational health of LaunchDarkly’s cloud infrastructure, including incident response, on-call health, service-level objectives, resilience, and disaster recovery.
Launch and deliver a multi-quarter infrastructure insourcing program, including sequencing work, managing dependencies, communicating milestones, and ensuring a successful transition.
Guide technical priorities and tradeoffs across AWS infrastructure, networking, multi-region Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, GitOps, datastore operations, and compliance-related infrastructure.
Build leverage through software, automation, and paved paths that help product engineering teams use infrastructure safely and independently.
Support migrations by providing guidance, patterns, and enablement while maintaining clear ownership boundaries with partner teams.
Establish team norms for effective AI-assisted engineering and identify opportunities to reduce operational toil through AI and automation.
Maintain team health and continuity through change, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and accountable environment.
Partner with Service Frameworks, Core Platform, Revenue Platform, Data Platform, and product engineering teams on shared infrastructure priorities and cross-team dependencies.
Communicate roadmaps, operational risks, investment needs, and progress clearly to engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Participate in hiring and team planning as the organization grows.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing an infrastructure, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering team at a product company, including people management of an on-call team.
Demonstrated ownership of incident response, on-call health, and service-level objective frameworks for critical production systems.
Experience leading at least one multi-quarter infrastructure migration or insourcing program from planning through completion.
Technical fluency with AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code practices, with the judgment to guide discussions and tradeoffs with senior engineers.
Experience taking over an established team and maintaining engagement, performance, and retention through a leadership transition.
A clear point of view on team norms and practices for AI-assisted engineering.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and operational priorities to a range of audiences.
A thoughtful, calm, and accountable leadership approach, particularly during incidents and periods of change.
Nice to Haves
Experience with vendor negotiations or cloud cost management.
Experience supporting FedRAMP or other compliance-related infrastructure and operations.
Experience operating large-scale datastores or OLAP systems.
Experience growing a team through funded expansion.

cohesive cross-product experiences
Engage directly with customers
- joining calls, gathering structured feedback, and helping customers instrument and adopt Session Replay successfully.
Improve engineering standards, patterns, and operational practices within the team
Mentor engineers and help grow technical leadership within the team
Technologies you'll work with:

Object storage (S3, GCS, Azure Blob Storage) and MySQL
TypeScript / React (user-facing workflows)
Grafana ecosystem (Mimir, Loki, Tempo, etc.)
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are
comfortable working in a remote-first company

Ability to reason about data-intensive systems
(ingestion, storage, querying, cost trade-offs)
You are
comfortable owning features in ambiguous problem spaces
. We are a small team, working remotely, on a product that will be used by engineers all over the world – the ability to work on your own is crucial.
You have a good understanding of
a software development process that takes a user-centered approach

Make high-leverage architectural decisions
that impact multiple teams and products
Partner with teams across Grafana (Frontend Observability, Synthetic Monitoring, Core Grafana) to build
cohesive cross-product experiences
Engage directly with customers
- joining calls, gathering structured feedback, and helping customers instrument and adopt Session Replay successfully.
Improve engineering standards, patterns, and operational practices within the team

AGENTIC ENGINEERING PLATFORM ENGINEER
Developer Productivity · AI Coding Agents · Developer Platform
🎯 Your main goal will be to keep n8n operating as an AI-native engineering organization where agents are embedded across the development cycle; helping teams plan, build, test, review, learn, and improve.
You’ll do this by maintaining and evolving the platform foundations, tools, guardrails, and team processes that make agentic development safe, measurable, and sustainable. Working with Developer Platform, Security, AI/Agents, Architecture, and product engineering teams, you’ll help teams continuously adopt what works from frontier AI and make success visible through faster feedback loops, better quality, stronger resilience, and more learning from what we ship:
BUILD THE PAVED ROAD FOR AGENTIC DEVELOPMENT
- Define safe task categories for autonomous agents, including what they can attempt, what they should never touch, and where additional review is required.
- Design and implement isolated execution environments where agents can work without exposing secrets or accessing sensitive systems unnecessarily.
- Build pilot workflows that allow selected Linear issues to be picked up by agents, tested, and converted into useful draft PRs.
MAKE N8N'S MONOREPO AGENT-READY
- Create and maintain repo instructions, agent playbooks, ownership metadata, coding guidelines, and documentation that improve agent performance.
- Continuously improve developer workflows, repo structure, testability, and documentation based on where agents succeed, fail, or create reviewer friction.
- Partner with Architecture and senior engineers to define boundaries, dependencies, and areas where agents need more context or tighter constraints.
INTEGRATE AGENTS INTO ENGINEERING WORKFLOWS
- Integrate agentic workflows with Linear, GitHub, CI, test infrastructure, and developer review processes.
- Design PR evidence templates that help reviewers understand what changed, why, what tests ran, what risks remain, and where human judgment is needed.
- Partner with Security, AI/Agents, Developer Platform, and product engineering teams to define guardrails for sensitive areas like auth, billing, permissions, and data handling.
MEASURE QUALITY, SAFETY, AND ADOPTION
- Create benchmarks from real historical engineering tasks to evaluate agent output quality, failure modes, test pass rates, review burden, and production risk.
- Define quality signals and adoption metrics such as draft PR usefulness rate, reviewer acceptance rate, CI pass rate, rework rate, and developer satisfaction.
- Use data and feedback from pilot teams to improve agent workflows, reduce unsafe attempts, and build trust across engineering.

- 🔗 Workflow automation: You’re familiar with workflow automation, integration platforms, AI orchestration, or developer-facing products.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll help define how autonomous AI agents become a trusted part of engineering inside one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI-native infrastructure companies. Your work will shape the platform foundations, safety model, evaluation framework, and developer workflows that determine whether agents can contribute meaningfully to production engineering without lowering the quality bar.
You’ll join a remote-first team with high autonomy, high visibility, and a strong builder mindset. Because this is a first-of-a-kind role, you’ll have the opportunity to set direction, influence engineering culture, and create learnings that may inform both internal engineering productivity and n8n’s external product thinking.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion has been at the cutting edge of AI since before ChatGPT launched. The job of the Model Capabilities team is to keep us there. We own the model layer of Notion AI: integrating frontier models as they ship, keeping inference reliable and economical at scale, and building new capabilities that other teams take advantage of.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Bring new frontier models into production quickly, making them available for our users and our engineers.
- Make inference reliable: better error categorization, self-healing retries, and cross-provider failover.
- Own observability for the model layer, driving down both time to detection and time to fix.
- Build new model-level capabilities and help product teams adopt them.
- Act as connective tissue across Notion's AI teams: find the gaps, unblock people, and make sure fixes land with the right owner.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Comfort with a moving frontier: The model landscape changes monthly. You keep up with it, form your own view of what's real, and stay pragmatic about what's worth adopting now.
- AI fluency as a practitioner: You use AI tools seriously in your own work and have opinions about where they help and where they don't.
- Production AI systems experience: You've built and operated systems on top of LLM APIs, not just prototyped with them. You understand token economics, streaming, tool calling, context limits, and how each of these fails in production.
- Measurement before conviction: You don't ship a prompt or model change on vibes. You define what "better" means, build or use the evaluation to test it, and are willing to be proven wrong by your own data.
- Cost and performance instincts: You treat latency and dollars as product qualities, not afterthoughts, and you can reason about the tradeoff between them and output quality.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $255,000 – $300,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.

Own your pipeline from scratch

- Own opportunities through the sales cycle, engaging technical buyers including Developers, DevOps, IT leaders, and CTOs.
- Guide prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, translating n8n’s capabilities into clear business value.

BUILD YOUR ENTERPRISE SALES CAREER AT N8N
n8n is growing rapidly at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise software. More than 1.7 million active builders use n8n each month, and we’re scaling our enterprise business as more organizations look for ways to connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that run their businesses.
As we grow our US business, we’re building our SDR team in Boston and looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join us.
You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into some of the largest organizations in the US. This isn’t about maximizing email volume. You’ll take a thoughtful, account-based approach: researching strategic companies, identifying the right stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and creating relevant conversations around automation and AI.
If you’re succeeding in an SDR/BDR role and want greater exposure to enterprise selling, strategic account planning, technical buyers and a genuine path towards AE, this could be a great next step.
WHY N8N?
🚀 Serious momentum. n8n has grown rapidly into a major player in workflow automation and AI, with more than $100M in ARR, 1,400+ enterprise customers, and a $5.2B valuation following strategic investment from SAP.
📈 Build towards AE. We want the SDR role to be a platform for your next step. High-performing SDRs can develop through our structured SDR → AE programme, with live deal exposure, discovery and MEDDPICC coaching, call reviews, and opportunities to take greater ownership of real opportunities alongside experienced AEs.
✏️ Learn enterprise selling. Work alongside Enterprise AEs on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, messaging, discovery and opportunity creation - gaining exposure to how complex enterprise deals are built from the start.
🤖 Sell where the market is going. You’ll engage technical and executive buyers around AI, automation and some of the most important technology challenges businesses are tackling today.
⚡Use AI to sell smarter. Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalize outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer- but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic US accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalized messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Prospect across channels: Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Lead early-stage discovery: Understand business needs, technical environments, priorities, urgency and potential fit with n8n.
- Continuously improve: Use Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, AI tools, coaching and performance data to sharpen your approach.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone with a strong SDR foundation who wants to develop into an excellent enterprise seller.
You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting into mid- market or enterprise accounts
- Strong sales track record against your targets
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalization and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our Boston office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales- giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.
INTERESTED?
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s US enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Position Purpose: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for filling the top of the sales pipeline with qualified leads. The role combines building and running lead generation across multiple channels (outbound outreach, partnerships, communities, content-driven and AI-powered channels) and meeting the sales plan for each channel, as well as qualifying inbound leads for the Business Development Manager who handles closing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation Across Channels (~70%): Develop and run several lead generation channels in parallel including cold email, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp outreach, partner and referral channels, communities and events, and new channels identified and tested. Own the sales plan for each channel with monthly targets and weekly tracking. Build target lists and ICP segments (founders relocating to the UAE, companies setting up in the UAE, businesses needing accounting and tax support) and maintain them. Write, test, and iterate outreach messaging including sequences, scripts, templates, and follow-ups. Test new channels and hypotheses in short cycles, discontinue ineffective ones and scale effective ones. Report weekly on channel performance including volume, reply rate, qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, and planned changes.
2. AI & Sales Automation: Use AI tools daily for research, list building, personalization, message drafting, and lead scoring. Build and maintain outreach automations using no-code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n or similar) and outreach platforms (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Clay, Expandi or similar). Automate lead qualification and routing to reduce manual work. Monitor new AI and automation tools for sales, test and integrate effective ones. Coordinate complex automations with developers or Business Development Manager.
3. Inbound Lead Qualification (~30%): Be the first point of contact for inbound leads from website, ads, webinars, referrals, and social media via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, and phone. Respond within agreed SLA. Qualify leads based on need, timeline, budget, decision maker through calls or written conversation. Hand over qualified leads to Business Development Manager with clear summary and book discovery calls. Nurture leads not ready yet until timing is right.
4. CRM Discipline: Log every lead and interaction in CRM, keep statuses, sources, and contact details complete and accurate. Ensure every lead is assigned, has next steps, and moves through pipeline without stalling. Maintain clean lead source attribution for reliable channel performance measurement.
Requirements:
