About the role 💭
We’re looking for a Design Engineer who lives at the intersection of design and code. You’ll sit directly with the Product Design team, alongside a group of designers who are AI-first builders, that work across a range of tools and constantly explore new workflows.
You’ll help prototype, build, and polish the experiences across the Dashboard, Admin Portal, AuthKit, Atlas, and more. You’ll help bring ambitious ideas to life by prototyping directly in code, validating with customers, and shipping production experiences with a high bar for craft. Your work reaches past the product itself: you’ll contribute to our design system and help improve how everyone at the company builds.
Responsibilities ✔️
- Build production-quality components and interactions across WorkOS products
- Prototype concepts, build new products, and experiment with new interaction patterns
- Raise the quality of WorkDS, our design system, by improving performance, state, accessibility, and interaction behaviour
- Work alongside product teams to test your ideas with customers directly and make sure what ships is right
- Work in the open, sharing work in progress early, pulling others in to get to the right answer faster
- Improve how the company builds, through design system contributions and agent instructions
Qualifications 🌟
- You have an eye for design details, care deeply about craft, and have a history of shipping polished products
- You can articulate why you made a design decision, not just what you made. You think through alternatives, weigh tradeoffs, and consider how your choices affect the entire product.
- You account for real-world complexity — edge cases, error and empty states, accessibility, and technical constraints — without letting process slow you down. You ship, learn, and iterate.
- You’re equally comfortable in code as you are in Figma/Paper and work across tools to refine your explorations, while also being excited to explore new tools and workflows and share what you learn with the team.
- You work AI-first and have refined how you do it, are able to achieve high-quality output, and share your workflows with others
- You spot design gaps across the product and fix them without waiting to be asked. You default to showing work early, sharing prototypes in the open, and pulling in others to get to the right solution faster.
- Experience working on small teams in high-agency, fast-paced environments
- Bonus: Experience with our stack of TypeScript, React, and Radix
- Bonus: Experience with developer tools, enterprise software, or other technical products
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖
At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements.

AI Process Owner — Transaction Monitoring & Customer Lifecycle
Team: AFC Product Operations
Focus: Transaction Monitoring — AI alert resolution
Scope: Dedicated to AI automation of the transaction monitoring programme within 1LoD, with scope to extend across the customer lifecycle over time
At Finom, AI is not just a buzzword. It runs through every element of how we work, and we are implementing it in production, in real processes, with real decisions behind it, with operational teams in the leading role to build AI operational processes.
About the role
This position sits in our Customer Lifecycle team — the team that monitors the customer from the moment their account is opened at Finom and throughout their entire life with us. That remit covers transaction monitoring, regular (periodic) reviews and general ongoing customer monitoring.
This role is specifically focused on transaction monitoring alert resolution, with the possibility to extend scope across the wider customer lifecycle in future, depending on your experience and your success in the position.
The role is a full dedication to projects that automate elements of our transaction monitoring programme using AI. Concretely, that means three things:
Designing and implementing AI-driven alert resolution — moving work that analysts do manually today into AI-supported and AI-executed flows.
Supporting analysts through the transition from manual investigation to AI output validation and model validation — a genuine change in what the job of an analyst looks like.
Building AI agents that replace manual work end to end, and defining where an agent can act and where a human must.
You will be the person who understands both sides of the equation: what a solid AML framework requires, and what AI can realistically and defensibly do inside that framework. Knowing where the limits are matters as much as knowing what is possible.
Key responsibilities
Own AI implementation for transaction monitoring alert resolution — from identifying the highest-value manual steps, to specifying the solution, to running it in production.
Understand the alert resolution process from pick up to false positive, true positive, or offboarding.
Build AI-driven investigation capability — AI-supported investigation of customers, of suspicious transactions, and of behavioural and network patterns across our customer base.
Build and iterate on AI agents that take over manual analyst work, with clear boundaries, escalation logic and audit trails.
Redesign the alert resolution process around AI: what is automated, what is validated, what stays fully human, and how quality is evidenced.
Define the AI/AML boundary — where AI can be used within a transaction monitoring framework, where it cannot, and how we document and defend that position to 2nd Line risk management, audit and regulators.
Support and upskill analysts through the transition to model and output validation, including guidance, training and new working procedures.
Work hands-on with data — analyse alert and customer data to find inefficiency, false-positive drivers and automation opportunities, and to measure whether changes actually worked.
Partner with technical teams and stakeholders — AI team, Data, Engineering, Product, risk management — translating operational and AML needs into technical requirements, and technical constraints back into operational reality.
Keep the customer in view — every alert, freeze, request for information and delay lands on a real customer. Efficiency gains should improve, not degrade, the customer experience.
Own documentation and process ownership — procedures, decision logic, model rationale and controls kept to audit standard.
Key metrics
Your success will be measured on the efficiency and optimisation of the process, including:
Reduction in manual handling time per alert (cycle time) and in overall alert backlog.
Share of alerts resolved or pre-processed by AI, at maintained or improved quality.
Quality and defensibility of AI-assisted decisions — measured through QA, validation sampling and audit outcomes.
Analyst capacity released
Customer-facing impact: fewer unnecessary touchpoints, faster resolution
About you
3+ years of experience in a fintech, bank, EMI or PSP environment, in transaction monitoring and AML.
Hands-on experience in first line of defence alert resolution — you have worked alerts yourself and know what makes them slow, noisy or hard to close.
Solid understanding of AML frameworks and, critically, how to apply them to resolve alerts in practice rather than in theory.
Genuinely AI-oriented — you already use AI across your own work and have experience implementing AI in projects, not just experimenting with it.
Clear view of the limits of AI within a transaction monitoring framework — what can be automated, what needs human judgement, and what regulators and auditors will accept.
Technically minded with strong data analysis skills. Comfortable working with data tools such as Databricks, Metabase and Power BI; SQL is a real advantage.
Customer-minded — you treat customer impact as a first-order consideration, not a side effect.
Structured, pragmatic and comfortable owning a process end to end in a fast-moving environment.
Professional fluency in English.
Nice to have
Experience building or deploying AI agents or LLM-based workflows in a regulated or operational setting.
Exposure to model validation, model risk management or AI governance
Experience with transaction monitoring vendor systems and rule tuning / threshold optimisation.
Background in periodic reviews, KYC/CDD or ongoing customer due diligence — relevant if the scope extends across the customer lifecycle.
Experience with SAR/STR reporting
Python or similar for data work and prototyping.
What's in it for you
A rare combination: a real AML mandate and a real AI mandate in the same role. You are not advising on automation from the sidelines — you are building it and owning the outcome.
Genuine ownership. This is a process owner role: the decisions on how transaction monitoring works sit with you.
Visible impact from day one, on a programme that directly affects both our regulatory standing and thousands of customers' experience.
Room to grow — scope can expand across the wider customer lifecycle as you deliver.
Direct collaboration with Compliance, Risk, Data, Product and Engineering leadership in a fast-scaling European fintech.
International, remote-friendly team and a culture that rewards initiative over process for its own sake.
What You Will Get In Return

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
The position will evolve according to the needs of the company and the growing team. Initially, the position has two main aspects, which are adjacent and many initiatives will cross both, especially in terms of overlapping requirements and compliance evidence:
- Product requirements and compliance:
- Ensure clients’ and their national security requirements are at all times clearly translated accurately to ICEYE internal requirements across product, IT, and other ICEYE functions, and we can clearly communicate those towards existing and new clients.
- Ensure ICEYE has evidence of fulfilling and complying with the requirements, preferably as compliance-as-code whenever possible.
- Support ICEYE’s Product, the Missions business line, PMO and Sales on client requirements. Produce material to support accreditation and acceptance requirements.
- Wider Iceye and regulatory compliance:
- Continuously improve ICEYE's ISO 27001 ISMS, including risk assessments, the risk register, Statement of Applicability, internal audits and certification/surveillance audit cycles.
- Track and operationalise NIS2, CRA and other EU product security obligations across ICEYE's in-scope entities, translating regulatory requirements into concrete policies, controls and evidence.
- Prepare clear, concise compliance and risk reporting for senior leadership, including status against certifications, audits and remediation plans.
- Maintain information security policies, standards and supporting documentation, ensuring they stay practical and enforceable rather than shelfware.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for external auditors, certification bodies and regulators on GRC matters.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Eligible for being cleared for a Personal Security Clearance as necessary as well as a citizenship or a permanent residency in the European Union.
- Technical skills that allow you to interpret compliance requirements towards the product function; this includes being able to fluently discuss modern software architecture and development, deployment and release concepts.
- Proven hands-on experience running ISO 27001 (implementation, internal audit, or certification maintenance) in a real organisation, not just theoretical knowledge or external auditing experience.
- Working knowledge of NIS2, CRA, and how their obligations translate into practical controls and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence product management, engineering, IT, legal and leadership without formal authority.
- Experience building or maintaining a risk register and running quantified risk assessments.
- Comfortable operating independently across multiple countries and regulatory regimes.
- Awareness of emerging AI governance frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, EU AI Act) as well as NIST frameworks
Nice to haves:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.
- Experience in defence, space, aerospace or another regulated/sovereign-sensitive industry.
- Exposure to classified information handling frameworks (EUCI, NATO equivalents, or national security clearance regimes).
- A well-rounded skillset of using language models for automation.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition
- Technical/competency interview with the VP Product Security
- Scenario-based exercise on requirements discovery, mapping and prioritisation
- Final interview with senior stakeholders including a behavioural interview

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
Your main goal will be to make n8n's Core Platform ready for the company's next stage of growth: more scalable, reliable, secure, and flexible as customer usage and technical complexity increase. You'll own the foundations that everything else, including our AI and agent capabilities, is built on.
To do so, here are your responsibilities:
OWN THE CORE PLATFORM STRATEGY & ROADMAP
- Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for the Core Platform in partnership with Engineering and Product leadership.
- Prioritize foundational investments based on customer impact, enterprise needs, technical risk, and engineering effort, and make trade-offs between near-term customer needs, technical debt, and long-term architecture explicit.
- Lead product discovery for technically complex problems, engaging directly with enterprise customers and internal customer-facing teams.
SCALABILITY, RELIABILITY & EXECUTION ENGINE
- Drive work on the scalability and reliability of n8n's execution engine, including areas like worker pools and distributed execution.
- Improve the reliability of triggers and execution behaviour across complex deployment setups, from multi-main Cloud environments to self-hosted enterprise installations.
- Shape a more secure and flexible approach to executing code within n8n.
MAJOR RELEASES & CROSS-ORG ALIGNMENT
- Drive the planning and release of major or breaking platform versions, including migration strategy, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Establish clear success measures and keep the squad accountable for outcomes, not only delivery.
- Act as the bridge between the Core team and the wider org: Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Support, making platform trade-offs legible without oversimplifying them.
- Treat internal product teams as customers of the platform: proactively mine their roadmaps for implicit platform requirements and turn cross-cutting needs into explicit Core Platform work before they become blockers.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
- Platform product experience: You have 5+ years in Product, with at least 2 to 3 years on platform, infrastructure, developer-facing, or backend/API products.
- Technical depth: You're credible with senior engineers. You can reason about distributed systems, execution models, and reliability/scalability trade-offs, and hold your own in an architecture discussion. You're at home with non-functional requirements, where the details are the product.
- Complex delivery track record: You've led cross-team technical initiatives with real delivery risk, ideally including a migration or breaking change.
- Prioritization under ambiguity: You make trade-offs explicit and connect foundational or technical-debt work to customer and commercial outcomes.
- Ownership and autonomy: You grab problems without being asked, fix what you see broken, and drive outcomes without waiting for direction.
- Exceptional communication: You make complex platform topics understandable for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Enterprise platform reality: You understand what running software in customer-controlled environments means, including self-hosted, air-gapped, and restricted deployments
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on ability: You can read code or prototype, even if you're not shipping it.
- Enterprise exposure: You've worked with B2B SaaS requirements like security, compliance, or deployment complexity.
- Security partnership: You're comfortable working with security teams on code execution, isolation, or compliance topics.
- Domain familiarity: You know workflow automation, orchestration, or open-source / developer-community products.
- Writing culture: You default to writing things down to create clarity and alignment.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.
You care about diversity and inclusion? We do too! Check out our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives at n8n https://www.notion.so/Diversity-inclusion-and-belonging-n8n-c1bec2fff536422d868b1a438d990e35?pvs=21 (https://www.notion.so/n8n/Diversity-inclusion-and-belonging-n8n-c1bec2fff536422d868b1a438d990e35).
Location disclaimer: If you see multiple job postings for the same role, it is most likely because we're hiring remotely for this role and posting in different locations to make sure every potential candidate can see the role. Please apply to the location you're the most likely to work from in the future.

About the Opportunity
As a key digital asset hub, Singapore is an integral part of our global strategy. Licensed by the MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets. Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy & Growth Manager to help solve some of the Singapore business's most important and ambiguous growth problems.
This is not a traditional strategy role where the work ends with a recommendation, nor an operations role where established playbooks already exist. You will be given problems where the answer — and sometimes even the path to finding it — is unclear.
You might be asked to determine how we acquire a new high-value customer segment, redesign the end-to-end sales lifecycle, understand why customers are not adopting a product, or test a completely new growth channel. You will be expected to figure out what data matters, develop hypotheses, design the solution, and personally drive implementation until we know whether it works.
The environment is closer to a startup within a global company: high autonomy, significant resources to leverage, but few predefined answers. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, challenges conventional approaches, and is equally comfortable thinking at a strategic level and getting into the operational details required to make something work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solve Ambiguous Growth Problems
Take loosely defined commercial problems, determine the right questions to ask and data to analyse, and develop clear hypotheses and recommendations grounded in evidence.
Identify and size new growth opportunities across customer segments, acquisition channels, product adoption and monetisation, translating insights into experiments and executable business plans.
Design and test new approaches quickly, using results to decide whether to iterate, scale or stop rather than relying on established playbooks.
Build & Optimise Commercial Engines
Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales and customer lifecycles, from segmentation and lead prioritisation through outreach, conversion, activation and ongoing engagement.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and Commercial teams to identify funnel leakage, improve coverage and outreach models, develop practical sales enablement tools, and increase conversion and customer value.
Build the data, metrics and operating mechanisms required to understand what is working, diagnose problems and systematically improve commercial performance.
Drive Product Adoption & Customer Growth
Identify why different customer segments adopt (or fail to adopt) OKX products, combining behavioural data, customer insights and market intelligence to uncover barriers and opportunities.
Design and execute initiatives that improve product discovery, activation, engagement and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.
Develop differentiated approaches for priority segments.
What We Look For In You
Exceptional structured problem-solving and commercial judgement,
with the ability to take ambiguous problems, determine what matters, develop hypotheses, and arrive at practical answers from first principles.
-Strong ownership and execution orientation.
You stay attached to problems from initial analysis through solution design, implementation, and measurable outcomes, and are willing to personally step into execution gaps rather than hand work off.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working hands-on with data
to size opportunities, diagnose problems, test hypotheses, and measure results.
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve commercial or operational systems,
rather than simply execute within established processes.
- Creative and intellectually curious,
with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and operate effectively without an established playbook.
- Strong communication and influencing skills,
with the ability to drive outcomes across senior and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Direct experience working in or closely with Sales/Commercial teams, including customer segmentation, pipeline management, sales effectiveness, or revenue growth, is strongly preferred.
Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the role
MetaMask is the world's leading self-custodial wallet — and the primary gateway for hundreds of millions of people into the onchain economy. Our Trading features sit at the heart of that experience: enabling users to place a swap, a perp trade, a prediction market trade, or an investment in Real-World-Assets (RWA) with confidence.
We're looking for a strategic, data-informed, and user-obsessed
Senior Product Marketing Manager
to own the positioning and growth of these features. This is one of the highest-leverage roles in the MetaMask marketing organisation — sitting at the intersection of product strategy, go-to-market execution, and long-term brand trust.
You'll report to our Product Marketing Director and work across Product, Growth, Brand, Business Development, and Partner Marketing to ensure every launch and lifecycle initiative is anchored in insight, competitive differentiation, and measurable impact.
What you'll do
Strategy
Define and execute end-to-end GTM strategy for features within Trading across global markets — from opportunity sizing and positioning through to launch and lifecycle optimisation
Partner with Product leads to shape roadmap priorities based on market insight, user behaviour, and growth potential
Act as a strategic thought partner to Product and Growth, representing user needs and market realities in decision-making
Influence long-term product strategy and monetisation through competitive analysis, segmentation, and market research
GTM and product growth
Lead product and feature launches, crafting narratives that resonate with crypto traders and holders,
Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives that increase awareness, activation, and retention across Trading funnels
Partner with Growth and Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities within user journeys, translating insights into programmes that move key metrics — conversion, volume, retention
Ensure strong measurement and continuous iteration — every campaign should have clear success metrics and documented learnings
Cross-functional collaboration
Collaborate with Product, Brand, Growth, Communications, Business Development, and Customer Support to deliver integrated campaigns that connect product value to cultural relevance
Align cross-functional stakeholders and manage timelines, priorities, and expectations to ensure seamless execution
Partner with Data and Product to monitor performance, share learnings, and continually refine GTM approaches
Brand and community
Strengthen MetaMask's reputation as a trusted, user-first brand in the Trading community
Support education, community, and influencer programmes that drive awareness and confidence — particularly among emerging market segments
Ensure consistency in storytelling across all surfaces, from lifecycle emails to content and brand campaigns
What you'll bring
6 to 8+ years in product marketing, ideally within fintech, crypto, or a high-growth consumer tech environment
Demonstrated success leading complex product launches and lifecycle growth initiatives with measurable outcomes
Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability — able to turn complex product concepts into clear, compelling narratives
Analytical and outcome-driven; comfortable interpreting data and using insight to inform both marketing and product strategy
Exceptional cross-functional communication, influence, and project leadership skills
Deep curiosity about web3, DeFi, and onchain user behaviour — or direct experience in the crypto ecosystem
Nice to have:
experience in leading GTM for perps trading and prediction markets products and leading GTM to Asia audience.
