Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Programmatic Specialist to represent Spotify across the LATAM region. You don't need to be a hands-on trafficker or optimizer, but you do need to speak the language of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges fluently enough to sell with real credibility, handle objections, and guide agencies through the offering.
What you'll do
Own revenue targets and pipeline growth for Spotify's programmatic solutions (self-serve, PMPs, always-on activations) across LATAM markets.
Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities, and unblock stalled ones within agencies and brands — finding the right internal contact, the right angle, and the right moment to move a deal forward.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency programmatic desks, buying, strategy, and digital teams across multiple markets — know how agencies are structured internally and how to navigate them.
Evangelize Spotify's programmatic offering to agencies and clients, driving upsell and always-on activations, and supporting partners with any questions along the way.
Translate campaign performance data into insights and business narratives that resonate with clients at a strategic level.
Train and mentor sales team members on programmatic positioning and talking points.
Stay current on programmatic trends, self-serve platform dynamics, and industry best practices to keep pitches sharp and relevant.
Represent Spotify/Aleph at industry events, building market presence across the region.
Work with third-party vendors and partners to strengthen the offering, and coordinate with internal specialist/operations teams to ensure smooth execution once a deal is won.
What you need for this role
5+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or account management within programmatic/digital advertising.
Solid working knowledge of programmatic fundamentals: DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and self-serve platforms — enough to sell and defend the offering with authority, even if you're not the one operating it day to day.
Proven track record building agency/client relationships and driving revenue growth across LATAM markets (regional exposure strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of agency internal structures and dynamics — you know who to talk to and how to get in the door.
Comfort with data at a consumption level: able to read dashboards and performance reports and turn them into a compelling client story (Salesforce, Sheets/Slides, Excel).
A genuinely commercial mindset — you love prospecting, relationship-building, and closing; programmatic is your specialty, not just a technical checkbox.
Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable holding a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
Commercial Drive — You love the chase: prospecting, unblocking, closing.
Enough Data Fluency to Sell — You can read a dashboard and turn it into a story, even if you're not the one building it.
Adaptability — Comfortable moving between a strategic C-suite pitch and a technical programmatic conversation in the same day.
AI-Curious by Default — When a new tool shows up, you test it and fold it into how you sell — briefs, pipeline signals, prospecting — rather than just tolerating it.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy — You get why audio matters to brands and to people, and that shows up in how you pitch.
Why Join Us?

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Consumer Trading is a full-stack team behind the Consumer experience in Kraken mobile and web applications. Our flagship product allows our clients to instantly buy, sell, convert any combination of stocks, cryptocurrencies and cash. We are constantly working on extending the product suite with new features and improvements.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the connective tissue between marketing and product at Kraken Consumer — a remit with real scope to shape how millions of people discover and return to our products.
- Build something from the ground up: the roadmap, the intake model and the standards for how marketing and product work together are all yours to define.
- Sit at the centre of the acquisition funnel, where small improvements in conversion compound into meaningful growth.
- Unlock new acquisition channels by building the product surfaces they depend on — paid social, search, affiliates and offline campaigns.
- Shape a fast-growing mobile acquisition motion, including in-product social, creator partnerships, community and friend-referral mechanics.
- Own both halves of the lifecycle: bringing new users in, and giving existing users compelling reasons to come back.
- Work in one of the most competitive corners of consumer fintech, where conversion craft and product quality genuinely decide who wins.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Own the marketing product roadmap end to end, and build the process that turns campaign ideas into shipped product work.
- Design and launch tailored campaign experiences — the in-app and web journeys users land in from push, email, social and paid.
- Raise the bar on lifecycle messaging so push and email feel useful rather than noisy, and convert accordingly.
- Own the incentives layer for new and returning users: offers, referral mechanics, recurring deposits and earn-led campaigns.
- Apply user psychology and sharp UX thinking to find where the funnel leaks, then run the experiments that close the gaps.
- Improve landing page and search performance, and build the product foundations that make paid and offline channels measurable and worth the spend.
- Partner with marketing, design, engineering and data as the single point of ownership for growth enablement.
- Define the acquisition and reactivation metrics that matter, and report on them honestly — including when an experiment doesn't land.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders work. Tight spreads, deep books, an API people actually build on. The people who use it are demanding, opinionated, and allergic to marketing.
We want someone who belongs in that room. Not a brand account with a person behind it, but a trader's trader who happens to be very good at building community.
Come here to build and grow this Community for us.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Live in the trenches. Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, the group chats you're already in at 3am. You're not "monitoring channels". You're a participant, with standing.
- Be the fastest voice in the room. When a chain halts, a listing drops, or the market goes vertical, you're posting before the screenshots start circulating. Speed with accuracy, not vibes.
- Build the inner circle. Stand up an ambassador and power-user program: the market makers, quant desks, and high-volume traders who'll tell you the truth about the product. Give them a reason to stay loud.
- Run the room in public. AMAs, live trading sessions, feature launches, competitions, post-mortems when we get something wrong. Own the format, don't just attend it.
- Close the loop with Product. You'll be the first to hear that the order entry flow is broken. Your job is to get it to the PM with receipts, then go back and tell the community what happened.
- Write things people screenshot. Threads on microstructure, teardowns of new features, release notes that don't read like release notes.
- Prove it worked. Sentiment, share of voice, community-sourced signups, retention of the accounts that matter. You bring the numbers to the table before anyone asks.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- You trade. Actual positions, actual scars. You can hold a conversation about funding rates, maker/taker economics, slippage, and latency without reaching for a glossary.
- 3+ years running community or social for a product with a technical, skeptical audience. Crypto, fintech, gaming, or dev tools all count.
- You write fast and well. Short-form that lands, long-form that holds up under scrutiny from people smarter than the average follower.
- You have thick skin and good instincts. Crypto community management means getting yelled at with an audience watching. You de-escalate without going corporate and you know when to push back.
- You've built something from a standing start, not just maintained an existing account.
- You operate without a brief. Markets don't wait for approval chains, and neither should you… because you know where the line is and you don't need a committee to find it.
- You're comfortable with the ambiguity of a company that ships constantly and reorganizes around opportunity.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

The Challenge & The Opportunity
Argentina lives and breathes streaming and gaming, yet most brands have barely scratched the surface of these platforms' advertising power. Millions of active, highly engaged users are waiting, and substantial media budgets are ripe for the taking.
We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to lead this charge, sit across from the country’s top media directors, C-level executives, and agencies, and claim full ownership of this market.
Your mission is not to maintain accounts; it is to win market share.
What you'll do
Capture ad spend:
Turn traditional and digital media budgets into high-impact advertising campaigns across both the Twitch and Roblox ecosystems.
Play in the big leagues:
Serve as the strategic face and primary commercial authority for two global powerhouses across Argentina’s leading media agencies and top advertisers.
High-level consultative selling:
Translate digital ad metrics (VTR, CPV, viewability, engagement) into ironclad media plans that deliver real ROI for FMCG, tech, retail, and entertainment brands.
Scale and sales focus:
Leverage cutting-edge automation and AI tools to eliminate operational busywork, keeping 100% of your energy focused on prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
This role is for you if:
You are a proven closer:
You bring 5+ years of digital ad sales (Ad Sales / Media Buying) experience within media agencies, AdTech, or digital platforms, backed by direct relationships with key decision-makers across Argentina.
You know the product inside out:
You understand how high-engagement digital media is bought and sold, and you can convincingly make the case for why brands must invest in gaming and live streaming over legacy channels.
You have a conqueror’s mindset:
You are not looking for the comfort of a passive portfolio; you thrive on unlocking market share from scratch, closing large-scale deals, and maximizing revenue.
Bilingual fluency:
Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English to seamlessly navigate local relationships and global internal stakeholders.

We’re seeking a chronically online, Social Media Lead to drive Kraken Pro social channels. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the communities we serve is essential and social is at the forefront of that.
We’re looking for someone who moves fast but thinks long-term, thrives under pressure, and knows how to launch new products while creating ecosystem content that cuts through the noise. This role demands sharp content creation skills, an analytical mindset, and a self-starter attitude.
- Craft scroll-stopping, platform-native content for X, Telegram, and beyond to maximize impact and reach for Kraken Pro.
- Win the moment. Spot trends and reactive moments across CT/FinTwit and broader social, then rapidly craft timely, on-brand content.
- Be the heartbeat of the community. Actively engage with the Kraken Pro audience. Reply, quote, poll, meme, and foster meaningful conversation.
- Run an always-on calendar. Build and maintain a content calendar: create posts, route for approvals, schedule, publish, and monitor performance.
- Integrate key updates. Translate product and ecosystem news into clear, compelling narratives.
- Measure what matters. Track growth and performance and iterate based on insights and experiments.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Receipts. Posts you wrote that broke out, on a brand account or your own or that you manage. We care more about what you've made than where you've worked.
- 3+ years in social or content, ideally fintech, crypto, or trading. Exceptional portfolios beat exceptional résumés here.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don't wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand.
- Range as a maker. Copy, memes, short-form video, charts, threads. You don't need a design queue to get a post out.
- Taste. Knowing when not to post is as valuable as knowing when to.
- Comfortable handling high-paced social channels
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce visually appealing content - whether it be briefing the design team, using Figma or being scrappy on CapCut

Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page to understand what drives us and how we work.
The team
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Consumer Mobile team builds the Kraken app, the interface millions of people use to interact with their money. We work primarily in React Native, building products that make complex financial experiences intuitive, fast and trustworthy.
We're a product-minded engineering team. Our engineers don't just implement requirements: they work closely with Product and Design to understand the problem behind them, challenge assumptions, shape solutions and measure whether what we ship actually improves the experience for our clients.
The opportunity
- We're looking for a Senior React Native Engineer who thinks like a product builder.
- You'll work across engineering, product and design to turn real client problems into thoughtful mobile experiences, comfortable starting with an ambiguous problem rather than a perfectly defined specification.
- You'll own features end-to-end, from understanding the problem and shaping the solution through implementation, launch and iteration, using data and client feedback to drive improvements.
- You'll build high-quality experiences in React Native across a financial product where responsiveness, reliability and trust matter, whether improving product discovery, creating trading experiences, or simplifying journeys.
- You'll partner closely with Product and Design, contributing engineering perspectives early in the product-development process rather than waiting for finished requirements.
- You'll work with APIs and real-time data to create responsive, data-rich mobile experiences, making thoughtful decisions around state management, rendering, performance and architecture.
- You'll operate with the ownership and versatility of a product engineer, comfortable wearing multiple hats and moving between product problems and technical challenges.
- You'll help raise the product-engineering bar across Consumer Mobile through technical discussions, code reviews, collaboration and by demonstrating strong product ownership.
What you bring
- Strong React Native experience. You've built and shipped meaningful production applications using React Native and are comfortable making architectural and implementation decisions across a modern mobile codebase.
- A product-building mindset with strong product judgment. You start with the client problem rather than the ticket, understand what we're actually trying to solve, know when to challenge requirements or simplify solutions, and work with Product and Design to turn ambiguous requirements into strong engineering solutions.
- Evidence of product impact. You can explain not only what you've built, but why you built it and what happened afterwards. You're comfortable using metrics, experimentation and client behaviour to evaluate the impact of your work.
- End-to-end ownership. You're comfortable working across the lifecycle of a feature: discovery, technical design, implementation, launch, measurement and iteration.
- Comfort with data-rich applications. You've worked with APIs and dynamic or real-time data and understand the engineering considerations involved in turning that data into responsive client experiences.
- Close collaboration with Product and Design. You enjoy working directly with designers and product managers, see building great products as a shared responsibility, and communicate effectively in written and verbal English across a globally distributed team.
- Versatility and AI proficiency. You're comfortable moving beyond a narrowly defined engineering remit, use AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.) thoughtfully to move faster while retaining ownership of engineering decisions and quality, and thrive in environments where you wear multiple hats.
- A track record of taking loosely defined product problems and turning them into features or products that delivered measurable client impact.
Nice to have
- Experience building products in fintech, trading, crypto, payments or another financial technology environment.
- An understanding of how trading, investing or financial products work and an interest in the problems our clients are trying to solve.
- Experience with real-time or streaming data and building interfaces where information changes rapidly.
- Experience working across both mobile and web, bringing valuable perspective from broader frontend or product-engineering work.
- Experience in a startup or small-to-medium-sized technology company where engineers work closely with Product and Design.
- Native mobile experience in Swift or Kotlin and an understanding of when dropping below the React Native layer is the right engineering decision.
- Experience improving application performance, responsiveness and reliability across a range of mobile devices.
- A background in taking loosely defined product problems and turning them into products or features with measurable client impact.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

We're looking for a Head of Exchange Infrastructure to own the layer every Kraken product is built on: the matching engine, core infrastructure, third-party custody, the algo engine and the API engine. Kraken grew up as a set of vertically integrated products, each with its own engine and its own APIs. This role consolidates them into a single exchange stack that serves every product and every interface. You will lead a team of four to five product managers, partnered with an engineering manager. It is a senior, independent team, which means you get leverage quickly and you are expected to stay close to the work.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the exchange layer: matching engine, core infrastructure, third-party custody, algo engine and API engine
- Lead and grow a team of four to five product managers, and set the bar for product craft across the layer
- Lead the consolidation of multiple matching engines into one, starting with US derivatives, then international derivatives, then spot
- Build interface-agnostic, so every product team and every interface can build on the same platform rather than their own
- Define success metrics (p99 latency, throughput, uptime, resiliency) and hold teams accountable to them
- Partner with engineering leaders across exchange and core infrastructure to sequence the migration without disrupting live markets
- Partner with Risk and Credit Infrastructure so a client can hold one account and trade every product against it
- Anticipate industry shifts and shape our platform to stay ahead
- Align cross-functional teams (product, engineering, risk, compliance) around the exchange strategy
WHAT YOU BRING
- Senior product leader with experience in exchange, trading, or high-performance platforms
- Experience managing and developing product managers, on a team senior enough to run without you in the room
- Happy to be a player-coach. This team is independent, so you will own roadmaps and write specs yourself at times, not only review them
- Proven ability to set product vision and translate it into a long-term roadmap
- Strong understanding of matching engine and market data architecture, and the tradeoffs low latency forces
- Experience building platforms for internal customers, with the judgment to tell a platform from a series of bespoke builds
- Excellent communication skills — can influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A passion for crypto markets, market structure, and building the next generation of infrastructure
NICE TO HAVES
- Engineering background before moving into product, so you've built or operated high-performance systems yourself and not just specced them
- Experience across both spot and derivatives venues, with the market structure differences that come with each
- Time at a crypto exchange operating at comparable scale, volume and uptime expectations
- Track record building platform roadmaps that interlock with adjacent product orgs rather than running in isolation
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions.
