THE TEAM Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients. Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, 2D and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design, turning growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships. THE OPPORTUNITY As our Senior Performance Video Creative, you concept, produce and ship paid video for Kraken and Krak. You ideate, generate, edit and ship, and you treat gen AI as a core production method rather than a novelty. You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot. You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and speed leadership: you set the bar for paid video on the team, work with AI-enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with video questions. - Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity. - Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform’s specs and native feel. - Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets. - Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn’t. Keep your tooling current as the models change, and build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can reuse. - Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, including experimental ones alongside BAU work, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using. - Version and localize video at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you’ll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets. - Build creative with testing in mind. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts. - Flex into AI-assisted paid static when a campaign calls for it, working from the team’s brand baselines. - Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea. - Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on. WHAT YOU BRING - 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category. - A portfolio submitted with your application. Paid video above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you’re able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed. - Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut. - High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it. - Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one. - Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You’re fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision. - Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic instincts and a feel for what’s about to feel dated. - Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes. - Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with work that survives risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements. - A solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon. Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance. OUR COMMITMENT Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto. We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. Location: Argentina Workplace: Remote Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure/SRE Engineer to improve the reliability and stability of the customer-facing production infrastructure behind Webflow’s Convert pillar. Convert owns a suite of products that give marketing and growth teams the tools to experiment, personalize, and drive real revenue from their web presence, including Webflow Analyze, Optimize, AEO, and Campaigns. As tens of thousands of projects launch on Webflow each month, you’ll help keep the platform secure, scalable, and dependable for the people who rely on it. Much of what Convert delivers depends on data: high-volume event ingestion, real-time and analytical data stores, and pipelines that turn visitor behavior into reporting, experiments, and personalization. You’ll own the reliability, performance, and cost of this data infrastructure, including streaming and batch pipelines and analytical databases. You’ll set SLOs, build observability, plan capacity, and make sure data stays fresh, accurate, and available as volume grows. The next chapter is ambitious. We’re serving some of the world’s largest enterprises and rethinking what an AI-native conversion platform can be. You’ll work across a large, revenue-generating system, partner with the engineers who build on it, and help decide how it needs to evolve. About the role: - Location: Remote-first (Argentina) - Permanent, full-time employee (this is not a contractor position) - Application Information: - Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled - This posting is for a new position. As a Senior Infrastructure/SRE Engineer on the Convert pillar, you'll: - Own and evolve the cloud infrastructure behind the Convert products, including compute, serverless, networking, and cloud operations on AWS. - Build and maintain our infrastructure-as-code foundation in Pulumi, and evolve the patterns and shared components other teams build on. - Improve scalability and reliability of distributed, event-driven systems, including our Druid, MongoDB, and Airflow workloads, with a focus on low latency. - Make observability the foundation of how we operate. Improve the dashboards, alerts, and SLOs for the systems you own so we catch issues before customers notice, and on-call pages are actionable instead of noisy. - Lead projects from design through launch that move team and engineering org goals. - Write and review maintainable, tested, performant code and automation, and raise the quality bar for the team. - Build AI-powered automation, from policy-as-code and drift detection to LLM-assisted runbook generation, and use AI tools in your daily work. - Help the team build reliable systems. ABOUT YOU Requirements: - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience - Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English You’ll thrive as a Senior Infrastructure/SRE Engineer if you: - Have 5+ years owning and operating cloud infrastructure in a customer-facing environment with little tolerance for downtime. You come from infrastructure, SRE, or cloud engineering with a love of automation and code, or from software engineering with a deep interest in cloud infrastructure and distributed systems. - Have deep hands-on experience with AWS and a clear view of what good cloud operations look like. - Have used infrastructure as code (Pulumi or Terraform) and prefer changes made through code, not consoles. - Have operated high-throughput, data-intensive distributed systems in production, such as Druid, MongoDB, or Airflow, and understand scalability, fault tolerance, consistency trade-offs, and performance tuning. - Are fluent in Python or TypeScript/Node.js for automation and tooling, and can read and work in Java services. - Treat observability as the basis of operations: you design SLOs, dashboards, and alerts so that issues surface before customers notice and pages are actionable. - Handle incidents well, including on-call and blameless postmortems, and fix the root causes behind them instead of just closing tickets. - Want to improve developer productivity, with CI/CD, tooling, and paved paths that let product engineers ship without owning infrastructure. It would be a bonus if you had even one of the following: - Experience with Apache Spark, Airflow, or TensorFlow. - Familiarity with Kafka or other event streaming platforms. - Experience building AI-assisted infrastructure tooling, including cost optimization loops, anomaly detection, or policy-as-code with LLM assistance. - Experience contributing to multi-region architecture including data residency, regional failover, or latency-based routing. OUR CORE BEHAVIORS - Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first. - Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act. - Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible. - Own it all the way. Location: Remote: United States Workplace: Remote At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure. Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users. Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development. We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you. APPLYING TO RENDER We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team. We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed. Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time. ABOUT THE ROLE Developers increasingly pick their tools through AI assistants and coding agents. When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, or a coding agent where to deploy their app, we want Render to be the answer. That depends on content that exists, is accurate, and stays current. As Render’s Senior Content Engineer, you’ll own the strategy and the system behind that content. You’ll find the gaps in our content catalog based on how Render shows up in LLM and answer-engine results, decide which gaps matter most, and build and run the content factory that fills them. The role sits close to DX Engineering and is fully focused on content. You’ll work directly with the Head of Developer Experience, the DX team, Render’s docs owners, and external content partners. The primary audience for this content is coding agents and LLMs. You’ll ship focused, technically grounded pieces that help them answer developer questions and cite Render: use-case articles, stack-specific guides, comparisons, and docs. The field is still taking shape, so you’ll test what works and help write the playbook. This is a remote role within the US, with the option to work out of our headquarters in San Francisco. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own Render’s content gap analysis. Use AEO benchmarks, citation tracking, and AI agent traffic data to find where Render is missing, wrong, or out-cited in LLM answers, and turn noisy signals into clear priorities. - Turn that analysis into a prioritized backlog across articles, guides, and docs, with clear reasoning for what ships first. - Build and improve Render’s content factory: the AI-assisted pipelines, built on Render Workflows, that research, draft, fact-check, and assist us in publishing technical content. Test changes with evals and keep the system reliable as output grows. - Own the review loop. Make expert review faster and cheaper, track factual accuracy, and keep the quality bar high at higher volume. - Run the refresh cycle for existing content so pages stay accurate as the product changes. - Manage day-to-day work with external content partners: briefs, feedback, quality, and output. - Partner with docs owners to expand docs coverage where it drives citations. - Define and report the metrics that show whether content moves Render’s visibility and signups. Volume published is one input among several. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - The content factory is reliable, well maintained, and keeps up as our content needs grow. - Render shows up more often in agent and LLM answers for the topics the content plan targets. - Content stays technically accurate, and expert review takes less time per piece as output grows. - The content plan responds to gaps in our catalog and to what we learn about Render’s visibility in agent and LLM answers. - We have a plan and a workflow to keep the catalog up to date as the product changes. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years in technical content, developer education, content engineering, or software engineering with a strong content focus, ideally at a developer tools or infrastructure company. - A working understanding of AEO or generative engine optimization (GEO) and how answer engines choose sources. The field is new, so we care about what you’ve built and measured, and how fast you learn. - Strong working knowledge of AI agents. You use coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor every day, and you know agent workloads (long-running tasks, tool calls, sandboxed code execution) well enough to judge whether content about them is correct. - A builder’s approach to AI. You’ve built content systems in code (scripts, pipelines, LLM and agent workflows) and use evals to understand what a change affects. Comfortable with Python or TypeScript, Git, and APIs. - Strong technical judgment. You can read a docs page or code sample and tell whether it’s correct. - Sharp editorial taste. You catch weak structure, generic AI-generated prose, and factual errors fast. - Comfort owning a system end to end and holding external partners to a quality bar. NICE-TO-HAVES - Experience running SEO or programmatic content at scale, especially for developer audiences. - Experience with LLM benchmarking or answer-engine measurement. - Experience building agents or MCP servers. - Familiarity with cloud hosting, deployment, or infrastructure products. - You’ve used Render before, professionally or on side projects. PROJECTS YOU MIGHT WORK ON - Sizing the long tail of developer questions where Render should be cited and isn’t, then building the plan to cover it. - Adding an automated fact-check stage to the content pipeline that verifies claims against live Render docs. - Building a refresh system that flags stale content when the product changes. - Running a recurring survey of LLM answers to measure where Render appears and who gets cited instead. If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need. BENEFITS - 4 weeks of paid vacation. - 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return. - Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans. - 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well. - Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc. - Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy. - Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders. - Continuous learning benefits & related support. This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization. Render is an equal-opportunity employer. Analyze trends and prevent future abuse: Go beyond individual cases by recognizing recurring themes, identifying root causes, and helping recommend long-term solutions to keep bad actors off the platform. Work with data: You’ll regularly examine call and messaging records to trace activity, identify patterns, and support enforcement decisions with evidence. Support global impact: The work you do directly affects businesses, mobile carriers, and end users around the world. Your decisions may impact high-profile brands and millions of consumers globally. You understand the bigger picture of financial crime and why controls exist You've worked in a fast-paced, high-volume operations environment and you thrive in it You can take ownership: you manage your own workload, make sound decisions with the information you have, and keep going without needing constant direction You're comfortable with change. Our processes and priorities evolve as we grow, and you see that as an opportunity You communicate clearly in writing, and can explain your reasoning for a decision so that others can follow and review it Nice to Have Experience using AI in your personal or professional life, especially if you've built it into your own workflows.
