ABOUT THE TEAM
The Applied AI for Defense team is Mistral's specialized unit dedicated to delivering high-impact, secure AI solutions for institutions operating in highly regulated and strategic environments. We work hand-in-hand with clients to design, deploy, and maintain AI systems that meet the highest standards of reliability, security, and operational excellence, including on-premise, disconnected, and air-gapped deployments.
As an AI Deployment Strategist on this team, you will drive the adoption and deployment of Mistral's AI solutions inside sovereign institutions and critical infrastructure, working closely with customers from strategic vision to production implementation. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, AI innovation, and hands-on deployment, under real operational, security, and compliance constraints. You will partner with senior leaders and mission owners to design AI roadmaps, collaborate with the Applied AI team to deliver solutions in production, and ensure seamless transitions from presales to postsales. Your work will directly contribute to projects with significant societal, operational, and strategic impact.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Strategic Discovery & Vision Setting
- Lead executive-level and mission-owner workshops to identify challenges and opportunities where Mistral's AI can drive step-change improvements in strategic environments.
- Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers, articulating the "art of the possible" and a clear path to value within their regulatory and security perimeter.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop business cases, quantify impact, and align solutions with mission and organizational objectives.
AI Solution Design & Deployment
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions, integrating Mistral's models and platform into customer workflows and secure technical infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, disconnected, air-gapped).
- Partner with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions in production, ensuring scalability, security, and impact.
- Own the execution of pilots and proofs-of-value, demonstrating the potential of our technology and paving the way for full-scale deployment.
Value Realization & Customer Success
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding their AI strategy and ensuring they maximize the value of their investment in Mistral.
- Monitor key performance indicators tied to operational and business outcomes, and communicate progress to executive sponsors.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities across use cases and units, building on initial successes to drive long-term partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between customers and Mistral's internal teams, synthesizing feedback to influence product, science, and security roadmaps.
- Develop reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks to scale go-to-market efforts and ensure consistent delivery excellence in regulated settings.
- Travel (~30-60%) to foster deep client relationships and support on-site deployment.
HOW WE WORK IN SOLUTIONS
- We care about people and outputs. What matters is what you ship, not the time you spend on it.
- Bureaucracy is where urgency goes to vanish. You talk to whoever you need to talk to. The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week.
- Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not from copying what worked before.
- We say what we mean. Feedback is direct, timely, and given because we care.
- No politics. Low ego, high standards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role (e.g. data science consulting, value engineering, or technical sales).
- A degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science, with the credibility to advise both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to demonstrate value.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
- Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders (VP, C-level, mission owners).
- Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable leading through influence in a collaborative environment.
- Comfort operating under security, compliance, and confidentiality constraints.
- Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC) and value-based selling is a plus.
- Experience deploying AI in regulated or sovereign environments (defense, public sector, critical infrastructure) is a plus.
SECURITY & COMPLIANCE CRITERIA
- Eligibility: must hold citizenship in the target territory (France for now).
- Clearable: must meet all local requirements for high-level security clearance (e.g. no criminal record, fulfillment of national service obligations).

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
More than 10 million developers build on it, from solo founders shipping over a weekend to teams and builders via Vercel, Lovable and Stripe, and every one of them reaches Supabase through a surface: an API, an auth flow, an SDK, or a Partner's product with Supabase integrated.
The current and next wave of software leans on those surfaces harder than any before it.
Agents now act on behalf of developers and end users, authentication has to work machine-to-machine as seamlessly as it once worked human-to-human, and independent platforms increasingly need to authenticate, delegate, and coordinate with each other without a person in the loop. For a platform built on Postgres with Auth, Compute, Storage and generated Data APIs at its core, the surfaces where Supabase meets Partners and their systems are some of the most important avenues that we own - this role owns these surfaces.
This role owns a focused portfolio of those Partners. Not the platform as a whole, but a small number of strategic Partners whose integrations you are accountable for making excellent. Success here is a product measure, not a commercial one: the integration is high quality, the developers who use it are well served, and it keeps improving. That means living close to those developers, obsessing over where the integration fails them, and turning what you learn into the roadmap. It is a product and engineering job first, because the best integrations are won in architecture reviews and pull requests, not in meetings.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Owning the success of a focused portfolio of strategic Partners, a small number of them rather than the platform as a whole. You are accountable for the outcome of each partnership: a high-quality integration that the developers who use it reach for, and that keeps getting better.
- Living close to the developers who use these integrations. Talking to them constantly, finding where each integration breaks down in real use, and building the roadmap from that signal rather than from a Partner's wishlist.
- Deciding the right integration model for each Partner: what Supabase owns, what the Partner owns, what you build jointly, and what stays open and Partner-agnostic, reading whether the two roadmaps run together or diverge and choosing accordingly.
- Working hands-on with each Partner's product and engineering counterparts to ship. Holding your own in an architecture review and a code-level design discussion, and turning strategy into shipped, high-quality integrations rather than long conversations.
- Setting the quality bar for what a great integration looks like, and building the mechanisms (documentation, tooling, guardrails, versioning) that hold every Partner to it as adoption scales.
- Defining what success looks like for each integration and measure it honestly: adoption by the developers who use it, integration quality, and reliability in real use. Using those signals to decide how deep to go with each Partner and where to push the integration next.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 7+ years of product management on developer tools, or are an ex-founder with strong product instincts, and are technical enough to read an architecture doc, follow a design discussion, and ask the right questions.
- Are based in the San Francisco Bay Area or can travel there regularly.
- Have shipped integration or platform surfaces that other companies' systems build against, owning APIs, auth or identity flows, or developer-facing platform surfaces end to end, and can reason at the product level about how two independent systems should authenticate and exchange data: where to be open, where to be strict, and where trust lies in these integrations. Familiarity with more recent primitives like workers/agent sandboxes and developer-tooling products, or with machine-to-machine authentication, is a bonus.
- Are biased toward speed, and would rather ship something imperfect (but secure) while learning than spend another month polishing a spec.
- Build with what you own, using the surfaces on your roadmap the way a Partner would: standing up an auth flow, calling the Data API, deploying a database, wiring Supabase into another product. You form opinions through first-hand use.
- Comfortable using AI tools to compress the slower parts of the role, like research, drafting, and synthesising feedback, so you spend more time on judgment calls.
- Work async by default. Supabase is fully remote, so you make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)

Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDE and an FDX,
Forward Deployed Executives (FDX) own the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs.
Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) embed with a client, map the client workflow, identify the business problem underneath it, design and build a working AI solution, present to the client, and transfer the knowledge to the client's team. Owns technical direction of the whole solution.
Senior AI Engineer. When an FDE comes back from the client with the business problem, you will help turn that into an agentic system that runs in production and will be responsible for evaluation, observability, and guardrails. You'll have real ownership of components and of the technical decisions inside them.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; you push for clarity rather than waiting for a ticket
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
Technical depth
5+ years in software or ML engineering, with production systems you were accountable for.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes.
Shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks.
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production.
Strong engineering fundamentals. Full-stack mindset, comfortable across AI, backend development, and cloud infrastructure. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack. Dropped into an unfamiliar codebase, you're productive.
Hands-on AWS in production: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus.
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release.
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection.
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs.
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus.
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Practical experience with one or more use cases from the following: NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust).
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа
Responsibilities:
Work in a pair with an FDE and an FDX.
Build and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions).
Build and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD. Implement LLMOps and AgentOps practices: agent tracing, prompt and version management, cost and latency monitoring, regression testing, drift detection
Start from the blueprint, contribute to enablement and handover: clear documentation, runbooks, and pairing with the client engineers who will inherit the system. Feed reusable components and lessons back into the Provectus Blueprints
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
Conduct model evaluation, improve failure modes you find, optimize model performance, efficiency, and reliability
Mentor junior and mid-level AI engineers, conduct code reviews and share knowledge across the team through documentation, presentations, and workshops.
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside FDE and FDX
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work

Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDX; our delivery arc is Sprint → Enable → Realize:
Forward Deployed Executive (FDX) owns the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs — revenue growth, cost reduction, risk reduction.
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) embeds with a client to change how that client operates. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket. You map the client workflow as it actually happens, identify the business problem underneath it, build a working AI solution, present to the client in the language of outcomes, and transfer it. Provectus maintains industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a client in the same industry — so you begin from running code and tuning it to this client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture. You will be measured on whether the Business Unit's number moved, not on hours or scope delivered.
What You’ll Do:
Take the seat
Sit with the client and the Forward Deployed Executive at the start of an engagement. Learn the function from inside, not from a requirements doc, and redesign the function from first principles.
Reach working fluency in a new domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow.
Build
Design and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions). Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature. Define what working means, instrument it, and let the evals drive the design.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and maintainable after we leave. Hand the system over to the client.
Start from the blueprint, and feed the blueprint. What you learn in the field becomes the baseline the next engagement starts from.
Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, and contribute to standards. Mentor engineers and share knowledge across the team.
Own the outcome.
Work in a pair with a FDX who carries the Business Unit’s KPIs. Your work is measured against the same number.
Own the technical direction of technical proposals and scoping. Drive adoption. Change management is part of the engineering job here.
Be credible with the customer’s engineers and their executives.
Shape what we commit to before we commit to it.
What You’ll Bring:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; identify problems before they're handed to you
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams
Client Engagement
You are willing to spend time understanding and doing someone else’s job on the client's side before you write a line of code
Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO, presenting outcomes to them
You can produce a scoped, phased delivery plan with clear deliverables, dependencies, and risks — and estimate what it will cost to build and to run
Technical depth

Experience in making and defending architectural trade-off decisions

Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines

THE ROLE AND IMPACT
This is a role for a search specialist who wants to work at genuine scale. As a Senior Engineer on Xero's Search team, you will help maintain and evolve one of the largest search clusters in the Southern Hemisphere; part of an entire vertical stack delivered to customers. The work is both meaningful and technically stretching: keeping 50+ million searchable documents and 400 terabytes of searchable data at global scale running at 99.9% uptime, whilst contributing to a significant four-year platform rebuild that will shape the next generation of Xero's growth. Currently serving over 200,000 daily active users, this is a product at meaningful scale.
Beyond the day-to-day, this role is about real ownership. You will contribute across both search-specific and generalist engineering work, raise and review pull requests, and lead projects. If you are someone who cares about quality and gets energised by hard problems at scale, this is a place where your work will genuinely matter.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
The Search team is a small, tight-knit group spread across Melbourne, New South Wales and New Zealand, now part of Xero's Catalyst platform division. You will partner closely with this experienced group who are building the next generation of search infrastructure, a dedicated Product Manager, a Principal Architect, and the Catalyst Platform team who coordinate changes and releases across services. The team brings a high-quality mindset to everything they do, and solves challenging technical problems together.
THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON
- A large-scale search platform rebuild (Horizon 2) – a multi-year project at the heart of Xero's infrastructure, addressing critical infrastructure limits and building a scalable future
- Maintaining and evolving the cluster to keep systems running at 99.9% uptime whilst serving over 200,000 daily active users
- Integrating with the ODL (Operational Data Layer) on the ingestion pipeline for the new platform
- Exploring new partnership opportunities with Mobile, Files, and AI-adjacent search capabilities as the platform evolves
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
This role can be based in Australia or New Zealand. You will have genuine flexibility in where you work day to day. The team comes together in Melbourne approximately every six months; a chance to connect, align, and spend time in person with colleagues across regions. Xero also offers boost days, giving you the option to work from the office and collaborate with the broader Xero community when it suits you.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You bring strong search engineering experience and know what it takes to build, maintain and scale search systems in a production environment handling hundreds of millions of documents
- Solid software engineering and development fundamentals are part of your toolkit, and you are comfortable contributing to both search-specific and generalist engineering work
- Quality comes first for you – you hold a high bar for the code you write and review, and care about doing things properly
- Working collaboratively with others comes naturally to you, whether that is with engineering, product or infrastructure teams across a distributed environment

We’re looking for a Developer Relations Engineer based in San Francisco to join our team and to help more developers discover, learn, and build with Supabase. You’ll create high-impact content, build real-world projects, and represent Supabase across communities and events. If you’re equally energized by writing code and teaching others, this is the role for you.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Supabase is growing fast with 350,000+ developers, 1,000+ OSS contributors, and a thriving open source ecosystem. Our users are builders, startup founders, weekend hackers, and engineers scaling to millions of users. DevRel is how we meet them where they are: through content, community, and code.
We’re building a community of communities that brings together developers from many backgrounds, including first-time open source contributors. As a DevRel Engineer, you’ll be a bridge between Supabase and the broader developer ecosystem, helping people get started, go deep, and feel connected.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make content
Publish compelling technical content, especially video, to help developers learn Supabase quickly
- Build demos and tutorials
Ship real-world apps using Supabase and tools like Next.js, React, and Stripe. Write guides that others can follow and remix

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF:
- You’ve built full-stack apps and enjoy sharing your knowledge
- You create content that makes people want to open their code editor
- You’re equally comfortable writing a video script and TypeScript
- You’re energized by community whether it’s on Discord, Twitter, YouTube, or in person
- You’re self-directed, organized, and excited to contribute to open source
REQUIREMENTS
This role is based in San Francisco to support regular in-person devrel video shoots, attend local events, and be an active presence in the SF tech ecosystem.
- Strong engineering skills, especially with JavaScript or TypeScript, Postgres, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Svelte, Vue, etc.)
- Experience creating technical content (written or video)
- Comfortable representing a product publicly (on camera, on stage, or online)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- A growing audience on YouTube, Twitch, or Twitter
- Prior experience in DevRel or open source
- Have used (and loved) Supabase
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

ABOUT YOU
You are a technical product manager who owns what a model optimises for, not just the roadmap around it. You have real depth in recommendation and ranking systems, and you will own the recommendation engine behind the Xsolla Advertising Products: the ranking that decides which offers millions of players see, and in what order.
You hold the bar high for how decisions get made. You can read a readout and say plainly what it does and does not support. You connect model performance to revenue without overclaiming, and you bring a low-ego, people-first approach to work that spans ML, analytics, ads operations, and commercial teams.
If you are excited about using ML to build building the next generation of advertising, rewards and loyalty programs for mobile apps and games we want to hear from you.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities:
Own the recommendation engine as a product: ranking, relevance, and the model roadmap. Ranking quality is the product.
Set the objective the ranker optimises for, the constraints it works inside, and the guardrails and kill conditions that bound it. The target is eCPM today; what comes next is your call.
Own the metric definitions the whole team measures against, and settle the definitional questions that change the answer: gross against publisher-side RPU, app-load against impression-user denominators, mean of daily values against window totals.
Collaborate with on ML frameworks, experiment design, hold-outs, including pre-registered decision rules, power calculations, sample-ratio-mismatch checks, A/A validation, multiplicity correction, and named rollback triggers.
Collaborate with DS on readouts to evaluate model performace and readouts to business stakeholders readout: what the model did, what it cost, and what happens next.
Contribute the ranking perspective to the wider ads roadmap, including the seams where pricing, identity, and event telemetry meet ranking.
Qualifications & Skills:
6+ years in product management, with 3+ years owning a recommendation, ranking, personalization, or relevance system in production.
Deep understanding of experiment design and inference, including minimum detectable effect, statistical power, sample ratio mismatch, A/A testing, multiple-comparison correction, and pre-registration. You can tell when a readout will not support the claim being made from it, and you say so.
Working knowledge of the modelling itself: classification and regression, probability calibration, predicted conversion rate, expected-value objectives, and how the choice of objective changes model behavior.
Hands-on experience with ML and data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, Airflow, dbt, MLFlow, Vertex AI, and feature stores.
Proven record of moving model changes into production traffic through a controlled experiment process, rather than shipping on a dashboard reading.
Knowledge of performance advertising economics and ad tech ecosystems, including eCPM, RPU, bid multipliers, campaign hierarchies, and attribution models.
SQL you write yourself, and enough comfort reading application code to verify a claim instead of taking it on trust.
Excellent written communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences. Specs, decision records, and readouts are the output of this role, and other teams act on them without you in the room.
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Offerwall, rewarded advertising, loyalty and rewards programs and/or mobile app monetization experience is a plus.
Experience with a two-stage ranking system, where an external service supplies the base order and local logic adjusts it, is a plus.
Pricing, yield management, or marketplace experience alongside ranking is a plus.
Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, unlimited Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we’re not just building a business; we’re cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.
