We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to build and ship end-to-end TypeScript product features that make n8n safer, more scalable, and more programmable for enterprise customers — helping large organizations run business-critical automation with confidence.
To do so, you’ll own outcomes across the full stack and stay close to users, product, security, and enterprise-scale requirements:
ENTERPRISE PRODUCT OWNERSHIP
- Own product surfaces from discovery to delivery across areas like identity, access, governance, APIs, observability, environments, and enterprise integrations.
- Ship high-quality features fast across the TypeScript stack, balancing usability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Partner closely with Product to translate complex enterprise customer needs into clear scopes, technical trade-offs, and measurable outcomes.
FULLSTACK DELIVERY ACROSS PLATFORM AND PRODUCT
- Build and evolve customer-facing experiences in Vue or React for admins, developers, and enterprise users managing n8n at scale.
- Develop scalable Node.js services and APIs that power authentication, permissions, workflow lifecycle management, observability, integrations, and partner use cases.
- Move fluidly between frontend and backend codebases to unblock your team and keep momentum high across complex product areas.
SECURE, SCALABLE ENTERPRISE FOUNDATIONS
- Build capabilities that help organizations control who can do what across n8n, including authentication, provisioning, RBAC, credential infrastructure, and secrets management.
- Contribute to safe workflow delivery through environments, source control, versioning, testing, CI/CD validation, and deployment workflows.
- Improve governance, observability, auditability, and runtime controls so admins can understand, troubleshoot, and enforce how n8n is used.
APIS, INTEGRATIONS, AND EXTENSIBILITY
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade integrations, nodes, SDK capabilities, and execution patterns that support automation at scale.
- Design APIs, embed capabilities, and multi-instance management features that make n8n programmable for partners, developers, and large customers.
- Instrument features end-to-end so you can measure impact, debug real-world behavior, and continuously improve reliability for business-critical workflows.
TEAMS YOU COULD JOIN
We’re currently hiring across multiple enterprise product engineering teams, including IAM, Enterprise Nodes, API & OEM, and Governance & Observability. During the interview process you’ll be matched to a team based on your strengths and what you’re most excited to build.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran needs an engineer-architect who can make the AI analyst experience real, dependable, and extensible. This role owns the architecture behind the analyst AI system, including metadata contracts, tool interfaces, context assembly, prompt and skill orchestration, evaluation loops, and the operational patterns that make agents useful in real workflows instead of isolated demos.
This is a systems role as much as an AI role. The challenge is not just getting an LLM to do something impressive once. The challenge is building a product-quality analyst system that can reason over schema and business context, use tools correctly, recover from ambiguity, and improve through disciplined evaluation and iteration.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
Define the architecture for the analyst AI stack across prompts, tools, metadata, memory and context strategies, evaluation, and runtime safety.
Build the abstractions and interfaces that allow product teams to add new agent capabilities without creating brittle prompt sprawl.
Design retrieval and context strategies that give the model the right information at the right time with strong cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs.
Establish evaluation loops, benchmark suites, and review processes so model behavior can be measured, debugged, and improved systematically.
Partner with product, engineering, and analyst-domain experts to translate real analytical workflows into robust AI-assisted product capabilities.
Drive quality standards around correctness, trust, transparency, and failure handling in analyst-facing AI experiences.
What We're Looking For
Deep experience building AI-enabled product systems, not just running experiments.
Strong software architecture skills, especially around APIs, contracts, orchestration, and system boundaries.
Practical understanding of LLM prompting, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, and evaluation methods.
Ability to work fluently across backend engineering, product constraints, and user workflow design.
Clear judgment about where agent systems should be flexible and where they should be constrained.
Comfort working in ambiguous environments where patterns are still being invented.
Why This Role Matters
The quality of the AI analyst experience will shape how differentiated Fivetran feels. This role determines whether the system is merely novel or actually reliable enough to become part of an analyst's day-to-day workflow. Strong architecture here reduces product risk and creates leverage for the rest of the team.

We are looking to hire an experienced business development and partnerships professional to scale our efforts with agencies, systems integrators, consultancies, and commercial partners (resellers) across the globe. This includes driving revenue growth and supporting customers across North America in both commercial and public sectors (government).
This is not a channel sales role - we are focused on new critical initiatives and analyzing how partnerships best serve the long-term needs of Figma’s business. This is an exciting opportunity to join an emerging team at Figma where you will play an active role in shaping our long-term partner strategy. You will build new revenue-focused partner programs from scratch and scale our existing motions to better serve customers as Figma’s platform continues to evolve.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York City or San Francisco hub - or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Identify, evaluate, and execute new strategic distribution opportunities that require complementary GTM partners, and onboard qualified organizations into Figma’s formal partner program
Manage and grow relationships with service and commercial partners across AMER — including public sector and Federal clients — driving partner-influenced revenue and aligning on mutual success plans, critical metrics, and documented wins
Partner with Figma’s GTM teams to source, scope, and progress partner-influenced opportunities, while identifying new co-marketing and co-selling motions that expand reach and unlock new use cases
Evaluate and mature indirect sales motions in the context of Figma’s established sales model, recommending improvements that streamline execution and support long-term growth
Educate and enable the partner ecosystem on Figma’s products, services, and AI capabilities, while building strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and other internal partners
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, channel, or related GTM roles
3+ years of experience handling external GTM partners (e.g., SIs, agencies, consultancies, ISVs, resellers, marketplaces, or referral partners)
Proven experience building partner programs or strategies from inception to execution, including defining important metrics and revenue goals
Experience managing multiple strategic partner relationships simultaneously and driving measurable revenue outcomes
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience working with partners to influence or capture business within the U.S. Federal government
Worked at a service organization or channel partner in a direct GTM capacity
Sold to product, design, or technical audiences
Familiar with UX/UI design principles, collaboration tools, or digital product development workflows
Exposure to a sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, Command of the Message)
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
As the Engineering Manager for Observability, you'll lead the team building the systems that show Figma how its platform and its AI products actually behave in production. That spans our core observability stack, meaning metrics, logs, and distributed tracing, as well as a fast-growing new frontier: the AI observability pipeline that turns traces, conversations, and model outputs into the classification and evals that make Figma's AI features measurably better. You'll set strategy across both, raise the bar on instrumentation and data quality, and push into AI-driven approaches to anomaly detection and operational automation. Observability was an unowned space at Figma until recently, so this is a rare chance to shape an early-stage, high-leverage platform that every engineering team here depends on.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead and grow a 6 engineer team responsible for the reliability, scalability, and evolution of Figma's observability and AI observability platforms.
Own and evolve the AI observability ecosystem: a privacy-safe telemetry pipeline that aggregates trace, conversation, and model data, runs classification, and lets teams run evals to measure and improve AI feature quality.
Own Figma's core observability stack, including platforms like Datadog, ensuring high availability, strong data quality, and a healthy signal-to-noise ratio across metrics, logs, and traces.
Set the technical strategy for the instrumentation standards, libraries, agents, and operators that monitor services across the company.
Explore and ship AI-driven approaches to anomaly detection, root cause analysis, signal correlation, and operational automation.
Partner across infrastructure, product engineering, finance, and security to give teams clear visibility into system health at scale, including cost efficiency as the team's scope grows.
Coach and develop engineers through career growth, feedback, and technical leadership, building a culture of ownership and high-quality execution.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of experience leading and growing engineering teams in infrastructure, observability, platform, or AI systems, with a track record of delivering reliable production systems at scale.
A strong foundation in distributed systems and a platform mindset: you build systems other teams adopt and rely on, not just for your own team.
Hands-on depth in observability, AI systems telemetry, or both, whether that means metrics, logs, and distributed tracing, or the traces, classification, and evals that power AI products.
Fluency with the modern tooling in your area, such as Datadog, OpenTelemetry, and Prometheus, or LLM tracing, prompt and model versioning, and eval workflows.
A high operational bar (instrumentation and data quality, SLO design, incident response) and the ability to set technical direction and drive cross-functional alignment in complex environments.
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Breadth across both classic observability and AI observability, or the curiosity to grow into whichever is newer to you.
Experience creating AI Telemetry-assisted improvement feedback loops for services, in particular for AI products and features.
Experience improving infrastructure efficiency, including cost attribution, forecasting, vendor negotiation, and usage modeling.
A track record designing company-wide observability standards, shared libraries, and agent or operator-based integrations.
Experience applying AI or machine learning to anomaly detection, root cause analysis, or operational automation.
Experience scaling and mentoring high-performing teams through platform expansion or major architectural change.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're growing our Applied AI team to dramatically increase productivity across Engineering, Sales, Support, and Operations, and to ship AI-powered products that customers rely on directly.
As an Applied AI Engineer, you'll design and ship production AI systems that change how WorkOS builds, sells, supports, and scales. You’ll also be building things that WorkOS customers use, and systems that the entire company depends on daily.
You'll work on a small, high-ownership team that:
- Chooses problems based on measurable impact
- Moves from idea → prototype → production in days or weeks
- Ships at both layers: internal leverage and customer-facing product
- Adapts quickly as models, tools, and best practices evolve
This is a 0→1 role with company-wide visibility.
What you'll do
- Design and ship customer-facing AI products like ask.workos.com http://ask.workos.com, AI support bots embedded in customer Slack channels, and new surfaces we haven't built yet
- Build internal tools that become part of people's daily work: agents, automations, and workflows that are stable, observable, and easy to maintain
- Work on big bets: a unified bot framework, a sandboxed coding harness agent, and infrastructure that lets the entire company ship
- Use LLMs, embeddings, retrieval, and tool-calling to plug into docs, Slack, GitHub, CRM, analytics, support systems, and internal services
- Replace repetitive, multi-step manual processes with orchestrated, AI-driven flows that span multiple apps and data sources
- Stay current on new models and tooling, run focused experiments, and help the team converge on patterns, libraries, and infrastructure that compound over time
Example problems you might work on
- A sandboxed coding harness that can safely take a bug report or feature spec all the way to a deployed change
- A unified bot framework that powers every AI touchpoint, internal and customer-facing from a single, observable backbone
- A GTM intelligence layer that gives reps live account context, meeting prep, and follow-up from CRM, product usage, and conversation history
- Turning noisy, cross-tool workflows (tickets, Slack threads, docs) into a single agent that handles triage, routing, and suggested actions
- Infrastructure that lets any WorkOS team ship a reliable internal AI app without reinventing the stack
What we're looking for
- You've taken AI-powered systems from idea to production and through at least one iteration cycle with real users
- Strong engineering fundamentals. You're comfortable owning services, data flows, and integrations end-to-end
- Experience building with LLM APIs
- You think about failure modes, observability, and ownership, not just whether the demo works
- Bias toward action. You care less about the model and more about removing real bottlenecks, saving hours, or unlocking workflows the company couldn't do before
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast change. The problem, the tools, and the "right" patterns are all evolving, you're excited to help define them
Nice to have
- Prior work on customer-facing AI products
- Experience with embeddings, retrieval/RAG architectures, and structured tool-calling or agents
- Exposure to MCP or similar protocols for connecting AI agents to real systems

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
At Baseten, we are building the global operating system for distributed, heterogeneous AI hardware. We believe that as LLM and multi-modal workloads scale, the network is the computer. We are looking for foundational engineers to lead our GPU Networking efforts, making RDMA a first-class building block in our infrastructure and unlocking the next generation of distributed inference optimizations.
Networking and compute are no longer separate disciplines; they are converging. The massive throughput of H100, B200, and NVL72 architectures enables and demands a new approach where communication is co-optimized alongside computation. We are entering an era where the network is an active accelerator, leveraging smart hardware offloads and direct interconnects to ensure that data movement operates at wire-speed.
In this role, you will go beyond network configuration to architect the software fabric that unifies thousands of GPUs into a cohesive operating system. While you will leverage the best of the open-source ecosystem, you won't be limited by it. Where off-the-shelf solutions stop, you will build from scratch, engineering the primitives required to co-optimize communication and compute for Disaggregated Serving, Wide Expert Parallelism (WideEP), and lightening cold starts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make RDMA First-Class: You will work on integrating RDMA/RoCE/InfiniBand capabilities directly into our inference stack, helping us move beyond TCP/IP to unlock order-of-magnitude improvements in bandwidth and latency.
- Optimize Distributed Inference: You will implement and tune the networking layers necessary for efficient Disaggregated KV Cache Offload and WideEP, ensuring seamless communication across NVLink and InfiniBand for our MoE models.
- Enable Serverless-Grade Startup Speeds for LLMs: You will work deeply with checkpointing and storage mechanisms to enable sub-10-second startup for trillion-parameter models.
- Deep-Dive into Hardware: You will characterize and validate networking performance on bleeding-edge clusters (H100/H200, B200/B300, GB200/300 NVL72), writing the acceptance tests that ensure our hardware delivers peak achievable throughput and minimal latency.
- Build Observability: You will design the tools that let us visualize packet flow, congestion, and effective bandwidth across the GPU interconnects, helping us diagnose complex distributed system behaviors.
- Optimize Kernels: You will work with communication libraries (NCCL, NVSHMEM) and potentially write custom communication kernels to overlap compute and data transfer.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have deep experience with high-performance networking protocols (InfiniBand, RoCE v2) and understand the physics of data movement.
- You are fluent in C++ or Python, with the ability to bridge the gap between high-level logic and hardware. You have a deep understanding of the memory hierarchy in modern NVIDIA architectures (H100/Blackwell) and know how to optimize for it.
- You like going deep. You aren't afraid to dive into TensorRT-LLM source code, write custom C++ / Python bindings, or debug NVLink topology issues.
- You know when to use an off-the-shelf solution and when we need to build a custom solution because the upstream tools (like standard Kubernetes networking) are too slow for our needs.
NICE TO HAVE
- Deep knowledge of NCCL, NVSHMEM, and UCX.
- Experience with Rust for systems-level or performance-critical networking code is a strong plus
- Experience with GPUDirect Storage (GDS) or high-performance filesystems like Weka or 3FS.
- Familiarity with TensorRT-LLM, vLLM, or SGLang.
- Experience running low-level benchmarks to "qualify" new hardware clusters.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp's Mid-Market Customer Activation Managers don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll own a book of ~45 mid-market customers, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion
What You'll do
1. Lead mid-market customers through the full transformation journey — from implementation through agentic workflow adoption — with clear accountability for time-to-value and measurable business outcomes
2. Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line
3. Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about — close cycle improvement, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI — not just product usage metric
4. Run stakeholder management across multiple layers of a customer org, including finance leadership relationships you own independently
5. Use AI tools daily to prepare for customer calls, build materials, synthesize data, identify account risk, and operate at a pace traditional methods can't match
6. Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities — positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates
7. Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations and expand Ramp's footprint within accounts
8. Bring customer insight back to Product — surfacing patterns, gaps, and opportunities from your accounts to shape how Ramp evolves
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, consulting, or implementations with a proven, consistent track record of driving customer outcomes and exceeding goals
- Demonstrated ability to drive workflow adoption inside organizations, navigate real resistance from real stakeholders, and produce measurable results; finance or fintech context is a plus but not required
- AI fluency as a daily habit — you already use AI tools habitually to prep for calls, synthesize information, build customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks; this is how you work, not something you're exploring
- Ability to communicate Ramp's impact in financial terms — walking a controller through the business case for a workflow change, connecting implementation milestones to P&L outcomes, and running executive updates that land with finance leaders
- Technical acumen to hold your own in conversations with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture; credibility in technical conversations earns you a seat at the table with the full customer stakeholder group
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or FinTech companies
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across Sales, Product, Operations, and other GTM teams
Nice to Haves
1. Experience helping customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows at scale; understanding of what friction looks like in practice and what makes transformation stick
2. Exposure to FP&A, accounting software ecosystems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero), expense management, or CFO-adjacent workflows
3. Demonstrated commercial impact — expansion, retention, or time-to-value outcomes with specific metrics attached
4. Background at an AI-first or AI transformation company where rethinking workflows around AI was part of the product or culture
5. Management consulting background with structured problem-solving, client management, and the ability to turn ambiguity into a plan
6. High-growth or startup experience with comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change
For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $128,000 - $176,000. For candidates located in all other locations, the pay range for this role is $115,000- $158,300.
