Hitting assigned monthly & quarterly KPIs including calls, meetings, activation rate, and revenue
Guiding new accounts through onboarding, overseeing amazing order experiences, and working closely with the Account Management team to ensure seamless handovers and client retention.
Utilising Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker report, and present on sales performance, pipeline, and growth strategies.
Assisting with ad hoc tasks that fall under DfW's scope, such as attending trade events, supporting marketing activations, providing data reports, and chasing overdue client invoices.
Being proactive in helping to improve sales processes and tools, and shortening the sales cycle.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English are a must.
3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through a consultative and data-driven approach.
Structured and analytical mindset, able to manage long, multi-stakeholder corporate negotiations through to close and to prioritise a pipeline.
Resilient and comfortable handling objections and rejection - cold outreach is a core part of this role.
Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder corporate sales, engaging procurement, legal, HR, and finance contacts alongside the primary decision maker.
Strong commercial curiosity - genuinely interested in understanding a client's business in order to tailor solutions
Strong cross-team collaborator, able to work effectively with Account Management, Marketing, Product, and the wider DfW EU team to get deals done.
Based in Milan (or willing to relocate).
Highly proficient using Salesforce and Google Sheets (excel)

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we help local merchants reach more customers, and the New Verticals teams make sure those partners have a great experience working with us. You'll join the Quality team in New Verticals EMEA, which works across both regional and global levels to improve how we support, onboard and grow our merchant partners across all of our markets, including Wolt and Deliveroo.
You'll sit at the intersection of merchants, account management, and our support and quality organizations. You'll work on large, cross-market initiatives and partner closely with our regional teams and global heads.
What you'll be doing
This role is about taking a global view of merchant quality and operational excellence, and turning what you find into initiatives that make best practices. You contribute to our quality targets – most importantly reducing items not found and cancellations, and improving efficiency and product substitutions. You'll own the initiatives and projects you drive, for instance occasions and go-to-market, and you'll work hands-on with the internal team stakeholders, while staying close to the merchant experience.
Day-to-day in this role you'll:
Act as the point of contact and build feedback loops between merchant-facing teams, product and customer support, helping resolve defects and recurring issues at a global level
Drive product rollouts across markets, informing and training Account Managers and ensuring merchants are set up for success
Analyse how things work in practice across regions, spotting and grouping similar issues and feeding those insights back to the right teams
Lead global and cross-regional initiatives such as occasions and best practices, working with regional heads to improve performance in their markets
Collaborate with specialists across countries, running initiatives together
Use data and AI tools to analyse, automate and prototype solutions yourself, rather than waiting on others
Our humble expectations
Confident working with data. You can pull, analyse and draw conclusions on your own
Comfortable using AI tools and prompting to automate work and speed up analysis, while knowing they're a starting point and not a replacement for judgment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders from different markets and levels of seniority
Solid project management skills and a track record of taking initiatives from idea to delivery
A generalist mindset: you're curious, pick things up quickly and are happy to dig into the details
A strong sense of ownership and a drive to go beyond what's expected
Fluent English both written and spoken.
What we offer
Global visibility: work on initiatives that impact many markets and collaborate directly with global heads
A real opportunity to make an impact and shape how we work with merchants worldwide
A clear growth path. Many people in this role move on to take regional ownership or product ownership
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
How would you like to shape the product experience behind a portfolio of apps already generating hundreds of millions in ARR, growing 100% year over year, in one of the world’s largest categories that still remains wide open? You’ll lead product development for Welltech’s next app, with real cross-functional authority to take a defined concept and turn it into a product millions of people use. It will be built on the same new, shared tech stack that powers YogaGo, Muscle Booster, and WalkFit, so it can lean on proven foundational capabilities (onboarding, personalization, content discovery, and more) and experiment and innovate faster than it could alone.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will own the new app’s end-to-end in-app experience, from onboarding and activation to personalization and content discovery. As the core Product counterpart to the Head of Growth, you’ll work as one team to turn growth opportunities into product initiatives and scale the app into a top market player. You’ll translate the defined vision into impactful product decisions, balancing breakthrough innovation with fast, iterative feature development to deliver value to millions of users.
Our culture encourages collaboration, transparency, passion, innovation, and having fun through continuous self-improvement, learning, and actively sharing feedback to constantly improve performance. You will move fast and are used to driving yourself and your teams in a quickly changing environment. You will challenge the norms and address innovation at pace and at scale. You will be comfortable with ambiguity, prototyping your own ideas (AI-assisted where it helps) before handing them to engineering to build for real, and you’ll address challenges in a systematic, proactive manner to find solutions that increase customer value and happiness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the moment that matters most. Drive the onboarding and activation experience of the new app. You’re not inheriting legacy decisions; you’re making them.
- Turn the concept into a product. Translate the defined app vision into a clear roadmap and MVP scope, working closely with the Head of Product, and make the day-to-day trade-offs between speed and quality to get it launched.
- Build on what already works. Make the most of the shared capabilities, data, and learnings from across Welltech’s apps.
- Turn hunches into proof. Design and run experiments focused on activation. You’ll always know what’s actually working, not just what feels right.
- Reimagine how content gets discovered. Define modular, quick-access experiences that go beyond long-form-only browsing and meet users where they are, not where the content library assumes they’ll be.
- Make big ideas ship. Partner day-to-day with engineering, design, data, and marketing to turn priorities into delivered features, keeping everyone aligned on goals and metrics.
- Prototype, build, and ship faster. Build working prototypes yourself, using AI tools and agents where they help, to test ideas before engineering invests in full implementation. You’ll also have the opportunity to build selected new features directly into the app code using AI agents, working within the existing tech stack and development practices. Engineers will review and approve code changes, merges, and subsequent release steps to ensure quality and maintainability.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Direct-to-consumer, mobile-first track record: a proven history of building and scaling these products, ideally somewhere that lived and died by retention, not just downloads
- Performance marketing partnership: real experience working alongside it. You understand what it’s brilliant at, and exactly where product has to pick up the slack
- Proven impact: a track record of shipping features that measurably moved activation, engagement, or retention, not just shipped, but proven
- Communication and stakeholder instincts: you can bring marketing and engineering into the same room and actually get alignment
- AI fluency: comfortable enough with AI tools to turn a rough idea into something tangible on your own. You don’t need to wait for engineering to know if a concept has legs
- Scale-up or startup background: forged in environments where you’re energized by speed, experimentation, and metrics, not slowed down by them
