About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Claude Partner Network is how consulting firms, systems integrators, and other services partners build practices around Claude. When a company chooses a partner, it wants to know which firms have done this work well, in its industry and for its use case. Specializations are how the program will give it: credentials showing that a partner has demonstrated expertise in a given domain area.
As Partner Specializations Lead, you'll own this program end to end: the requirements a firm has to meet, the evidence review that decides who qualifies, the benefits that make a specialization worth earning, and the operating rhythm that keeps it credible year after year. Your job is to take an early framework into a structure that scales: opening it to thousands of partners, running evaluation cycles, and launching new specializations with cross-functional input.
This role suits someone who likes owning a standard. You'll work with partner managers, operations, enablement, marketing, and industry teams who each hold a piece of the program, and with senior leaders at partner firms who care a great deal about the outcome. A specialization only means something if it's earned, so you'll need to be rigorous with evidence, consistent in your decisions, and firm and clear when the answer is no.
Key responsibilities
Own each specialization's requirements, evidence standards, and benefits, and keep them current as our products and the partner network change
Run each evaluation cycle from invitation to decision: collect partner evidence, reconcile it against internal data, lead the review, and document every decision
Make and defend qualification decisions, including borderline cases, and apply the standard consistently across firms of very different sizes
Communicate outcomes to partner executives and their Anthropic account teams, including clear guidance for firms that did not qualify
Open the program to the wider partner network, and recommend which specializations come next based on customer demand, partner readiness, and Anthropic's priorities
Define the evidence standard for new specializations with Applied AI, Product, and industry go-to-market teams
Coordinate the teams that deliver the program's benefits (marketing, the partner directory, field enablement, technical support) so that earning a specialization leads to something real
Work with Partner Enablement so that partner learning paths and certifications support each specialization
Build the operating rhythm: renewal, remediation periods, an appeals path, and the tracking and reporting that show whether the program is working
Design the review process to scale, using Claude and automation so that routine steps don't depend on a person
Write and maintain partner-facing guidance (program guide sections, FAQs, application materials), clear enough for a partner to know where it stands without asking us, and internal guidance for field teams
Use program data to recommend where each requirement's bar should sit and when it should move, and bring those recommendations to partner leadership
Minimum qualifications
Experience owning an external-facing program with published requirements (a partner, channel, certification, accreditation, or similar program), including running at least one full evaluation, qualification, or renewal cycle
Experience making qualification or eligibility decisions against a written standard and communicating those decisions, including declines, to senior external stakeholders
Experience working with CRM or PRM data, such as Salesforce reports or a partner portal, as a regular part of your job
Strong writing: able to produce clear program requirements, decision memos, and partner-facing guidance that need little editing
Experience leading work to a fixed date across several teams you do not manage, such as operations, marketing, enablement, and field teams
Work effectively where the process is still being built and the details are still changing
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
Experience designing or running a partner competency, specialization, or credential program at a technology company
Experience with services partners (systems integrators, consultancies) from either side: managing them at a vendor, or building a practice around a vendor's technology at a firm, and an understanding of how those firms decide where to invest their people
SQL or BI-tool skills sufficient to pull and check your own program data
Experience taking a program from its first launch to a repeatable operating cycle
Experience launching a program publicly with marketing and communications partners
Enough technical depth to judge whether a partner's evidence of a software or AI deployment holds up
Experience working with customers in regulated or specialized industries, such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector
Experience designing partner benefits or incentives, and an understanding of how they change partner behavior
Hands-on experience building AI workflows with Claude or similar tools, and curiosity about how AI changes professional services delivery

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Improvado
Improvado is a marketing data and AI analytics platform for enterprise brands and agencies. We connect 500+ marketing and sales data sources, normalize them through a governed data model, and put an AI agent on top so marketing teams can ask questions of their own data without going through BI or IT.
What we sell:
extraction and 500+ connectors; data transformation (SQL and dbt-compatible); Marketing Data Governance — taxonomy, naming, data-quality rules; warehouse and storage; dashboards; AI agent and MCP access to live marketing data; DECS, data engineering as a service on a 2 to 4 week SLA.
Who buys it:
Economic buyers:
CMO, VP Marketing, VP Demand Gen, agency COO and ops leadership
Technical evaluators:
VP or Director of Marketing Analytics, marketing analysts, data engineering, sometimes IT and security
Segments:
enterprise brands, mid-market, agencies
Verticals:
pharma and healthcare, financial services, retail and eCommerce, gaming, agencies
Why this role, now
Our messaging is not aligned.
Positioning, web, sales pitch, product and content each carry a different version of what Improvado is. The market categorizes us as "marketing ETL" while we position as an AI marketing analytics platform. That gap costs us deal quality and price.
The category is crowded and moving fast.
Battlecards exist but decay, and nobody owns keeping them true.
Attribution, incrementality and causal measurement is where deals are won and lost
— and it is the hardest thing to argue credibly without hand-waving.
Analyst firms are a silent blocker.
When an enterprise buyer asks Gartner or Forrester about Improvado, there is no briefed narrative waiting for them.
You would not start from a blank page. We already have a positioning registry, roughly 11 documented buyer personas, a pain-point and value-prop library, competitor intel reports and about 10 battlecards. They are inconsistent and under-used. Your first job is to make one version true and make people use it.
What you'll own
Positioning and messaging.
Core positioning, category framing and message hierarchy across ICPs and personas. ICP and persona documentation that is used, not filed. The messaging layer of new product and feature launches, including the internal rollout that makes the field able to sell it.
Competitive intelligence and win/loss.
A structured win/loss interview program with quarterly readouts. Living battlecards. Monitoring competitor positioning, pricing and product moves, and driving our counter-positioning.
Sales enablement.
The core pitch narrative, demo storyline and objection-handling framework. The messaging components of new-rep onboarding. A standing weekly cadence with Sales leadership — not quarterly check-ins. Direct support on competitive and enterprise deals: RFPs, security and technical evaluations, displacement plays.
Market and analyst relations.
The Improvado narrative for Gartner, Forrester and category influencers, so that a buyer's analyst call becomes an accelerator rather than a blocker. Feeding structured market and buyer insight back into product prioritization.
What we're looking for
4 to 8 years in product marketing, or an equivalent blend of product marketing with marketing analytics, marketing or data ops, sales engineering, analytics consulting, or product management on a data product.
Category fluency in marketing data and measurement: attribution models, incrementality testing, MMM, data governance and taxonomy, warehouses and ETL/ELT — including where each is honestly weak.
B2B SaaS sold to marketing or data buyers. Marketing analytics, martech, measurement, CDP, BI and data-infrastructure vendors are the reference profile.
Proof you have shipped, not just documented: positioning that changed the website and the pitch, battlecards reps actually opened, a win/loss program that survived past its second quarter.
Writing that survives contact with a skeptical technical buyer — claim and evidence, not adjective stacking.
Comfort operating close to Sales: weekly cadence, deal reviews, live calls, direct feedback.
Nice to have:
hands-on SQL, dbt or BI, enough to validate a claim yourself. Experience marketing AI capabilities without hype. Analyst-relations experience. Agency-side or enterprise-brand background. Vertical depth in pharma and healthcare, financial services, retail and eCommerce, or gaming.
Not a fit if:
your product marketing has been mostly launch logistics and content calendars; you need a fully staffed team and a finished brand system to be effective; you are uncomfortable being told in a deal review that your messaging did not work.
How we measure success
Win rate in competitive deals against our top 3 named competitors, baseline set in month 1.
Stage-to-stage conversion on open opportunities, particularly discovery to demo to proposal.
Time-to-first-deal for new reps.
Field adoption of enablement assets — measured, not assumed.
Win/loss program running on cadence, with themes that visibly change product and GTM decisions.
Message consistency: a quarterly audit across web, deck, product UI and content.
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Strong product/market fit: marketing data product for US-based enterprises
20 working days of PTO per year
US holidays and additional days off
Professional development reimbursement

Staff Software Engineer, Data Governance & Trust
San Mateo, CA
About the role
Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help shape and deliver the technical foundation for Data Governance and Trust across our data and AI ecosystem.
Our ambition is to make data understandable, reliable, reusable, and appropriately governed for the people, applications, and AI systems that depend on it. Achieving this requires shared platform capabilities, clear ownership, and governance practices embedded into how teams build and operate data products.
In this role, you will establish technical direction, lead initiatives across teams, and remain hands-on in architecture and implementation. You will connect metadata, lineage, data quality, semantic context, and policy controls into practical capabilities that help teams use data with confidence.
You will also be a trusted technical representative for the Data Governance and Trust group. We are looking for someone who can lead productive discussions, explain complex tradeoffs, navigate difficult conversations, and build alignment across engineering, business, governance, security, and privacy stakeholders.
This is an individual contributor leadership role with impact across teams.
What you will do

Establish reusable engineering patterns that embed trust requirements into data publishing, discovery, access, consumption, change, and retirement.
Stay hands-on through prototypes, production code, design reviews, and the resolution of complex technical problems.
Lead conversations and build alignment
Serve as a technical spokesperson for the group in architecture discussions, planning forums, domain engagements, and leadership reviews.
Facilitate discussions among stakeholders with different priorities, surface disagreements constructively, and guide decisions toward clear outcomes.
Explain technical choices, business implications, risks, and costs to both engineering and nontechnical audiences.
Challenge assumptions respectfully, incorporate feedback, and help teams reach workable agreements on standards, ownership, and implementation.
Document decisions, clarify responsibilities and dependencies, and follow through on commitments across teams.
Build relationships that enable adoption through credibility, collaboration, and influence.
Make governance practical and sustainable
Partner with governance, security, privacy, and domain stakeholders to translate agreed requirements into implementable controls and traceable evidence.
Help domain teams define data contracts, quality expectations, ownership responsibilities, and lifecycle practices supported by shared platform capabilities.
Connect quality and reliability signals to accountable owners, consumer communications, and remediation workflows.
Evaluate build, buy, and integration choices based on interoperability, usability, reliability, operating cost, and long-term flexibility.
Measure success through improvements in approved data use, adoption, reliability, reuse, and operational effort.
Prepare the foundation for AI consumption
Develop ways to make business meaning, provenance, quality status, and permitted-use information available to applications and AI through supported interfaces.
Partner with AI and platform teams on governed access to data and context, including traceability and defined behavior when required trust information is missing.
Support shared semantic definitions and metadata models while preserving clear accountability within business domains.
Strengthen the team
Mentor engineers in system design, technical judgment, stakeholder engagement, and leadership.
Raise engineering standards for reliability, maintainability, testing, observability, and documentation.
Help engineers take broader ownership and communicate their recommendations effectively.
What you bring
A track record of designing, building, and operating production software or data platforms, with demonstrated impact across multiple teams.

Hands-on expertise building or extending metadata and catalog platforms such as Atlan, Alation, DataHub, OpenMetadata, or comparable systems.
A practical understanding of federated ownership models, data stewardship, semantic models, business glossaries, or certified metrics.
The ability to work across warehouse, lakehouse, streaming, and data transformation environments.
Demonstrated delivery of data contracts, automated lineage, quality checks, or policy as code.
Sound judgment in translating ambiguous business or policy requirements into clear technical designs and delivered outcomes.
Proven ability to lead initiatives across teams without direct reporting authority.
Skill in leading difficult technical or organizational conversations, resolving competing priorities, and securing clear decisions and commitments.
Strong written and verbal communication, including architecture proposals, decision documents, and presentations tailored to different audiences.
A collaborative approach grounded in listening, respectful challenge, and shared accountability.
A commitment to mentoring engineers, supported by examples of improving the effectiveness of the teams around you.
What would be valuable
Strong software engineering skills, including proficiency in a language such as Python, Java, or Go, and practical SQL experience.
Experience with distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and cloud data infrastructure, including sound judgment about reliability, consistency, security, and failure handling.
Experience implementing controls that generate operational evidence.
Delivering governed data or context services for analytics, applications, machine learning, or AI agents.
Leading platform adoption, modernization, or migration across organizational boundaries.
Representing technical work through internal forums, technical writing, communities of practice, or external presentations.
What success looks like
Partner teams understand the technical direction, the decisions required, and their responsibilities.
Cross-team discussions produce documented decisions, accountable owners, and sustained follow-through.
Priority workflows demonstrate connected governance capabilities in production, supported by clear operating ownership.
Producers and consumers can access relevant meaning, ownership, lineage, quality, and permitted-use information within their workflows.
Shared patterns reduce repeated implementation work and manual coordination.
Engineers across the group grow in technical judgment, communication, and leadership.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Most infrastructure engineers never get to build a cloud from the metal up. At Render, you will. Developers and businesses around the world run their apps on Render, and we are building our own bare metal footprint to give them better performance and economics. You'll help take our first colocation site from an empty cage to production workloads, then scale that foundation as we expand our physical presence to thousands of hosts over the coming years.
You'll join a small, experienced team with real ownership. You'll partner closely with network engineering and our Kubernetes platform team, and the decisions you make now will become the template for every site that follows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take our first colocation site from empty cage to production workloads, then scale what you build as we grow to more sites and thousands of hosts
- Design how servers go from the loading dock to production with minimal human touch: netboot, imaging, BMC-driven discovery, and host identity
- Partner with network engineering on what the fleet needs from the network, from out-of-band management to production connectivity
- Build the interface our Kubernetes platform team uses to request capacity, see host health, and coordinate maintenance, so consuming bare metal feels as easy as consuming cloud
- Own the fleet's source of truth for hardware, software, and the physical environment
- Automate the full server lifecycle, from burn-in and acceptance testing through remediation, staged firmware rollout, and RMA
- Build automation like a production system, with guardrails on destructive actions and designs that survive site-level failure
- Shape the technical and operational direction of our bare metal platform, from build-vs-buy decisions to how we operate thousands of hosts, and help hire the team that runs it
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience building and operating automation for bare metal fleets in datacenters or colocation
- Both sides of the work: time with physical hardware and colo providers, and modern, software-driven fleet management
- Strong Go or Python, and experience designing systems with reconciliation loops and idempotent, failure-tolerant actions
- Depth below the abstraction: you know what your tools are doing under the hood and can debug them when they fail
- Experience operating through real failures, such as bad hardware batches, flapping BMCs, or a rollout you had to halt
- Deep Linux knowledge and solid networking fundamentals (DHCP, PXE, DNS, BGP)
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, enough to design the interface between the fleet and the clusters that run on it
- Clear communication, comfort with ambiguity, and the willingness to push back on a plan when something doesn't add up
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Operating bare metal fleets at a scale of thousands of hosts
- Experience on a bare metal or datacenter build-out from its early days
- Running a hybrid environment, or moving workloads between public cloud and owned hardware
- DCIM/IPAM tools such as NetBox or Nautobot, or provisioning stacks such as Ironic/Metal3, Tinkerbell, or MAAS
- Building reconcilers or state machines for physical infrastructure
- Hardware depth: component diagnostics, burn-in tooling, firmware, or Redfish and IPMI at fleet scale
- Building internal platforms or APIs used by other infrastructure teams
- Based near our colocation sites, or able to visit them regularly
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.

You'll be responsible for building and leading the ASEAN Applied AI team from the ground up. Applied AI comprises Solutions Architects, Product Engineers, and Finetuning Engineers. You will establish processes and best practices for the region's technical pre-sales engagements based on your years of experience, help each team member achieve success, high productivity, and career growth, and represent Anthropic as a technical lead on some of its most important partnerships across ASEAN.
In collaboration with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams globally and locally, you'll help enterprise partners across ASEAN incorporate leading-edge AI systems into their cutting-edge products and platforms. You will employ your excellent communication skills to explain and demonstrate complex solutions persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences alike. Stay current with emerging AI/ML trends and competitive landscape in the ASEAN enterprise tech sector, including the region's highly regulated industries (financial services, government, resources)
You may be a good fit if you have
15+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role
5+ years of technical go-to-market management experience, specifically managing pre-sales teams
Experience working with ASEAN enterprise customers and understanding local business culture, procurement processes, and decision-making dynamics across ASEAN

Experience with the unique technical requirements and technical procurement process of enterprise tech companies
Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI deployments, API integrations, and production LLM use cases

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
