About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 800+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia, and serves five brands from one marketing department: Deluxe Holiday Homes, ProKeep, HIVE Business Center, Deluxe Homes Interior Design, and Deluxe Homes Real Estate Brokers. We run a platform-first model: our in-house Marketing OS and AI pipelines do the production-line work, and a small team does judgment, camera, and execution.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, decisive Marketing Executive to own the physical and scheduled side of marketing across all five brands: the video and photo shoot pipeline, the day-to-day operation of every social media account in the group, every marketing vendor (print, signage, uniforms, vehicle branding, design freelancers), the physical launch of HIVE Business Center, and the trackers and weekly reporting the department runs on. You are the single point of accountability for one outcome: everything happens on the date it was promised.
This is an ownership role, not a reminder-sender role. You make the routine calls — hold or release a shoot, pin a vendor to a date, reorder collateral before it runs out — and report after; you do not escalate and wait. You hold a written GO/NO-GO right on every shoot: if a shoot is not ready 3 days out, you stop it. If a vendor slips, you are on their phone the same day.
Note: This role does not include marketing strategy, creative direction, copywriting, design, paid advertising, or SEO — those sit with specialist owners. Captions, scripts, and visuals arrive prepared from the content team and AI pipeline: you publish and operate, you do not write or design. The role has no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
Shoot Production
• Own the shoot calendar across all brands: schedule every shoot 7 days out and issue the brief (properties, concept, video count) to the content and camera team.
• Run the readiness gate: scripts in 4 days out, written GO or NO-GO to the Shoot Lead and GM 3 days out, by 6 pm, every time.
• Lock properties with operations: units blocked, cleaned, and staged 3 days before every shoot.
• Prepare the kit: wardrobe, props, and equipment ready on shoot day.
• Log delivered-vs-planned for every shoot and keep host cancellation and standby penalties at AED 0.
2. Social Publishing & Account Operations
• Publish the prepared content for all 5 brands, every day, per the approved calendar through the Marketing OS — and log the live link for every post. Flag any cadence break 24 hours before it happens, never after.
• Operate every social account in the group (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube): bios, links, covers, highlights, pinned posts — complete and current at all times — and secure handles, profiles, and defensive registrations for any new brand or entity within 48 hours of its naming.
• Moderate comments and DMs across all accounts with hard routing rules: booking or sales leads to the reservations and BD teams the same day, guest complaints to operations, spam hidden.
• Keep Google Business Profile and Bing Places complete and active for ProKeep and HIVE (weekly posts, photos, Q&A), and execute the citation list set by the Search team.
• Send review responses within 48 hours (AI-drafted, human-checked).
• Run a monthly QA pass across every live channel and fix what it finds.
3. Vendors, Print & Physical Brand
• Own every marketing vendor thread end-to-end: supplier, quote, approval, pinned date, delivery, and payment paperwork to finance.
• Keep welcome books and in-unit collateral stocked across 700+ units on a reorder
• Deliver uniforms and the vehicle-branding schedule (15 vehicles currently pending) to completion.
• Chase trademark agents (EN + AR) and manage Arabic transcreation delivery from briefed vendors.
• Run the physical launch of HIVE Business Center: signage, tour-route materials, print collateral, and opening-day logistics.
• Bring every vendor decision to the GM as a 3-option comparison with your recommendation.
4. Trackers & Reporting
• Keep every task, vendor, and budget line in ClickUp with a due date, updated every working day — without being chased.
• File and index every photo and video asset within 48 hours of delivery so the AI pipeline can use it.
• Send the Monday report to the GM: progress, blockers (with the date and person you escalated to), and spend.
• Escalate any blocker — on anyone, including the GM — in writing within 24 hours.
• Record every operational decision (cadence changes, vendor awards, holds) in the decision log.
Required Qualifications
• 3–6 years in production coordination, marketing operations, traffic management, or event production — UAE experience required.
• You come from a 50–500-person company — agency, hospitality, property, or D2C — where you ran schedules and vendors yourself, not through a department.
• Decisive operator — reference-checked: your last manager will confirm you made calls inside your scope without waiting.
• Proven vendor management: sourcing, quotes, negotiating to a deadline, accepting or rejecting delivery, and closing the payment paperwork.
• Daily discipline in a task system (ClickUp, Asana, or similar): every task, a due date, a same-day update.
• Fast, clear written English — comfortable issuing a written NO-GO that stops a shoot, to people more senior than you.
• Native fluency in the mechanics of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube account operations — publishing runs through our platform, but you know how each platform actually behaves.
• Valid UAE driving licence and readiness to move across Dubai daily: properties, vendors, print shops, and the HIVE site.
Preferred Qualifications
• Arabic — working level or better.
• Hospitality, short-term rental, or real estate marketing exposure.
• On-set experience: call sheets, shot lists, location logistics.
• Enough Adobe/Canva literacy to catch a wrong export — you check design, you do not produce it.
• AI tools in your daily workflow: drafting, checklists, review responses.

Job Title: Staff/Lead SDET Engineer (Test Automation Platform)
Product: Total Battle
Total Battle is a massive MMO 4X strategy game available on mobile and web, uniting millions of active players. As our product and engineering teams scale, we are shifting our testing paradigm: automated testing must become a daily, self-service engineering tool rather than a bottleneck owned by a dedicated team.
We are looking for a Staff/Lead SDET to take technical ownership of our internal test automation tooling and make this vision a reality.
Why this role exists
Your core mission is to empower product QA teams. You won't write tests; you will build the tools, APIs, and abstractions that allow QA engineers (with basic Python & OOP skills) to independently create checks, manage test states, run tests in CI/CD, and diagnose failures.
- The Product Teams own the tests.
- You own the tooling layer that makes their work possible.

💡 Core Focus Areas:
1. Client Testing Tools: UI scenarios, method/component checks across Android, WebGL, and (soon) iOS.
2. Server Integration: Component testing tools built over existing Python clients, SDKs, and product testability capabilities.(Note: We aren't starting from scratch. We need a visionary who can assess our existing solutions, define a target architecture, and evolve them incrementally).
What You’ll Work On
- Drive Technical Strategy: Define the roadmap for QA tooling, evolve its architecture, and personally implement key solutions.
- Build the Platform: Develop domain APIs, fixtures, and state-preparation tools for integration/component testing over existing SDKs.
- Enhance Client Automation: Extend client UI automation and enable sub-UI checks for specific client methods.
- Unify Execution: Ensure local and CI execution follow a predictable, unified path across Android and WebGL.
- Create Diagnostics: Build clear diagnostic tools to help QA engineers easily distinguish between product, test, tooling, and infrastructure failures.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Translate recurring QA needs into product testability requirements and establish technical contracts with client/backend teams.
- Evangelize & Mentor: Drive adoption of your tools through pilots, solid documentation, and feedback loops. (Where needed, help define engineering roles and participate in hiring/onboarding).
Who You Are We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in long-term ownership of internal platforms.
- Python Expert: You regularly write, debug, and maintain Python code for libraries, frameworks, SDKs, or internal tools.
- Platform Builder: You have designed or substantially evolved a framework/SDK used by multiple teams, bringing it to a point where teams can use it independently.
- API Designer: You know how to build stable public APIs over existing SDKs, hiding low-level details from the end-user.
- Cross-Functional Driver: You’ve successfully worked with backend, client, or framework teams to deliver testability capabilities, driving changes even when you don't directly manage the teams.
- CI/CD & Diagnostics Guru: You have integrated automated checks into CI quality gates with robust reproducibility and diagnostics.
- AI Adopter: You leverage LLMs and coding agents to investigate codebases, develop tooling, or create tests efficiently.
- Deep Domain Expertise: You have profound hands-on experience in at least one of the following (and can take technical responsibility for the other):
- Client/UI automation: Drivers, custom/non-native UI, synchronization, and sub-UI checks.
- Backend/integration tooling: Python clients/SDKs, protocols, sessions, fixtures, and test state.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
- Experience in both client/UI and backend/integration tooling.
- Background in modernizing legacy automation and conducting incremental user migrations.
- Experience with complex test lifecycles (data isolation, flaky checks, state management).
- Experience in GameDev or complex live-service products (Unity, Cocos/Axmol, WebGL).
- Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, XCUITest, Android ADB, or iOS infrastructure.
- Experience with asynchronous Python, typed models (Pydantic, mypy), or schema-based code generation.
Why to join:
1. ☀️ Live & Work in Sunny Cyprus: We’re an office-first team in Limassol with a modern seaside workspaces. We provide full relocation and visa support for you and your family.
2. 💰 Industry-Leading Rewards: High salaries, a 13th salary, performance bonuses, extra rewards for life milestones (marriage, babies, long service), daily breakfast and lunch.
3. 🛡️ Family Support: Private family health insurance, plus a highly competitive monthly allowance for your children’s pre-school, school, and university education.
4. 🚀 Shape a Global Hit: Work on a Top-10 global mobile 4X strategy game that has grown 25x in revenue and audience over 5 years.
5. 🏰 Rock-Solid Stability: We operate at startup speed but with zero history of lay-offs. We are independent, financially secure, and boast a 99% employee satisfaction rate.
6. 🧠 Culture & Growth: A flat structure where the best ideas win and transparency rules. Your growth is funded from specialized training, certifications, language courses and books to internal and external conferences coverage.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to own and scale the AI layer of one of our core D2C subscription products. You will be fully responsible for production LLM features and the browser automation built around them end to end — prompt systems, structured outputs, evaluation, observability, and model selection — from first experiment to live release, with quality, reliability, and cost as your accountability.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who decides with data, not intuition. Unmeasured prompt changes, untraced failures, and model swaps without benchmarks are not acceptable. You work in a modern TypeScript stack — Next.js, Cloudflare Workers and Containers with Hono, Hatchet task queues, Drizzle on Supabase Postgres, Vercel Blob. Browser automation on Browserbase and Playwright is roughly half of the job.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PROMPT SYSTEMS & STRUCTURED OUTPUTS
- Design dynamic prompt templates with conditional logic and context injection that maximise generation quality
- Enforce predictable outputs with JSON mode, function calling, Zod/JSON schemas, validators, and repair loops
- Own complex LLM workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom) that integrate cleanly into application logic
BROWSER AUTOMATION
- Build and maintain browser automation on Browserbase Functions and Playwright that traverses web flows reliably
- Classify screens with a model inside each traversal, and decide what the model handles versus deterministic code
- Ship automations as frozen, published workers — versioned, reproducible, and safe to roll back
- Orchestrate runs through Hatchet with retries, timeouts, and failure traces that explain every broken run
EVALUATION & EXPERIMENTATION
- Build evaluation pipelines — test datasets, LLM-as-a-judge, RAGAS-style metrics — and score responses and screen classifications in Langfuse
- Trace complex LLM chains to find bottlenecks in cost, latency, and context-window usage
- Run A/B experiments across models and prompts through an AI gateway (OpenRouter, Cloudflare AI Gateway); release only on quantitative benchmarks
- Re-evaluate models as new architectures emerge; fine-tune when domain requirements demand it
PRODUCTION OWNERSHIP
- Take AI features from experiment to live production on Cloudflare Workers and Containers, and stay accountable after release
- Manage rate limits, fallbacks, and model cost so features stay reliable at scale
- Resolve production incidents in owned AI and automation systems with documented root-cause analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 【5+】 years of software engineering with Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and Postgres, including edge or serverless runtimes such as Cloudflare Workers
- Production browser automation with Playwright (Browserbase or similar): resilient selectors, retries, failure handling at scale
- Production experience with dynamic prompting — content that depends on input variables and injected context
- Structured outputs in production: JSON mode, function calling, Zod/JSON schemas
- Experience with unified LLM APIs or AI gateways (OpenRouter, Cloudflare AI Gateway): rate limits, fallbacks, cost-effective model selection
- LLM observability with Langfuse or similar: tracing, test datasets, scoring integration
- Evaluation methodology: RAGAS or custom LLM-as-a-judge systems
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Decides on benchmarks and trace data, not intuition
- Analytical — converts generation logs into metrics a business can act on
- Iterative — builds feedback loops and improves continuously
- Owns the outcome from experiment to production, and after
- Verifies before trusting — treats LLM output as unproven until validated

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
About the role:
An indispensable component of Clipboard's marketplace is its workplace customers. The Account Manager ensures the continued success of the partnership between Clipboard and its workplace partners, working to deliver an optimal experience at every level of their organizations. The job encompasses being a resource to workplaces when issues arise, liaising with building- and corporate-level contacts, and keeping abreast of a litany of important business metrics for each account.
Your week will be balanced between high-touch customer engagement and internal account strategy, with a laser focus on net revenue retention. You are an avid problem-solver, a strategic communicator, and a diligent executor who can navigate complex relationships to sharpen your business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & grow your portfolio: Own a book of business with accountability for "Same-Store Shift Postings" (SSSP, which measures utilization) and "Same-Store Net Revenue" (SSNR, which measures profitability). In your pursuit of driving those numbers higher, you will identify churn risks, mitigate issues, and proactively uncover opportunities for commercial expansion.
- Strategic account planning: Build and maintain detailed account plans. Forecast performance accurately and provide regular insights to internal leadership regarding pipeline health and account stability.
- Drive executive value: Establish trust with both clinical and non-clinical executives. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic meetings to demonstrate value, align on business goals, and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Operational excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for complex escalations, ensuring rapid resolution while implementing systemic solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Cross-functional advocacy: Partner with Product, Legal, and Strategy Operations to represent the voice of the customer, driving product improvements and internal initiatives that optimize the client experience.
Beyond the basics, what will make you successful:
- Extreme ownership: The buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do. You're self-reliant, and can get things done in the chaos that is an early-stage startup scaling quickly.
- Extreme curiosity: You ask "why" 3-5 times in a row for the same problem, digging and digging and not being satisfied until you truly understand the root cause.
- Scrappiness: You look for ways through problems and refuse to let obstacles derail your progress. You bring solutions instead of asking ‘what should I do?’
- Fast-paced: You thrive on moving quickly and are highly adaptable to a market that evolves quickly.
Our interview process:
1. Application (where you are now!)
2. Case study
3. Interview 1 with a hiring manager
4. Interview 2 with Head of Account Management
5. Culture chat with a partner on our People Team
Why a case study first?
Since this role is remote and requires a high degree of autonomy, the case study helps us understand how you operate in an asynchronous environment. Specifically, we’re looking at how you interpret written context, navigate ambiguity, and identify opportunities independently. This ensures our first conversation is grounded in your actual work style rather than just a resume walkthrough.
Qualifications:
- Relationship management experience not required but strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to try / lack of fear
- Bachelor's Degree
Benefits:
- Do great work that matters for customers who could really use your help
- Competitive pay
- Unlimited PTO
- Fully Remote

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You’ll join a full-stack data team building the systems making our AI agents measurably smarter with every interaction, building the real-time pipelines, analytics products, and deep personalization primitives that turn millions of conversations into business outcomes. You’ll work across these areas:
- Data Foundations: Architect and build our core platform to handle data at scale with low latency. This includes our real-time eventing infrastructure, streaming and batch ETL pipelines, and our Iceberg-based data lakehouse. You will own the systems for interactive OLAP querying, orchestration, and experimentation, ensuring our data is trustworthy, fast, and easy to use for the entire organization.
- Memory & Personalization: Power the next generation of intelligent experiences. You will develop the systems for long-term agent memory, build reusable Customer Data Platform (CDP) primitives, and implement the optimization loops that allow our agents to personalize interactions and demonstrably lift business outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We’re excited to meet candidates who bring depth in one of these areas:
Platform Engineering
- You have designed, built, and operated large-scale data systems, processing terabytes or petabytes of data with technologies like Spark, Flink, Trino/Presto, and data lakehouse formats like Iceberg or Hudi.
- You possess strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals in a language like Go, Scala, or Python. You understand the trade-offs of different storage engines, query plans, and data serialization formats.
- You have a history of implementing pragmatic data governance, lineage, and testing. You’ve built platforms that are cost-aware, highly operable, and a delight for other engineers to build upon.
- You're well-versed in data modeling best practices (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, slowly changing dimensions) and know how to optimize analytical query patterns for both traditional OLAP systems and modern cloud data warehouses.
Product Engineering
- You have a portfolio of shipped data products, including analytics dashboards, data visualization tools, or alerting and exploration systems.
- You are a skilled full-stack engineer (e.g., TypeScript/React and a service layer like Go), with a keen eye for performance, API design, and polish.
- You excel at turning ambiguous questions into clear, intuitive interfaces. You have strong product sense around information architecture, handling empty states, and making complex data explainable.
- You have practical experience with ML-powered product features, such as personalization, recommendations, or classification systems.
Shared Qualities
- Strong software engineering background with 4-7+ years of hands-on development experience in building and shipping production systems or products.
- A passion for being on the frontier of AI products.
- High agency and a bias to action in a high-autonomy environment.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- Deep experience with event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis) and real-time data processing.
- Experience with modern data visualization libraries (e.g., ECharts, D3.js) and the principles of building performant, reusable charting components for complex data.
- Production experience with recommender systems or optimization loops (e.g., multi-armed bandits, ranking).
- A track record of leading complex technical projects or mentoring other engineers.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER

We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. Join Azul at a pivotal moment as we expand the market for Java intelligence and observability solutions that help enterprises optimize, secure and modernize their Java environments.
As Principal Product Marketing Manager, Java Intelligence, you will be responsible for market strategy, positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution and commercial success for key areas of Azul’s Java Intelligence portfolio, including Azul Intelligence Cloud, Azul Optimizer Hub and Payara InSight.
You will shape how customers understand the value of these solutions, influence product direction in partnership with Product Management and Engineering and drive measurable business outcomes. This is a highly visible individual contributor role that requires strategic thinking, strong market instincts and the ability to lead through influence, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business value for developers, architects, operations teams and enterprise decision-makers.
This role will ideally be based in either Prague, Czech Republic or Limassol, Cyprus
Or remotely in Europe or the EU.
What You'll Do (aka Responsibilities)
You will be responsible for specific areas across Azul Intelligence Cloud, Azul Optimizer Hub, and Payara InSight, working closely with other product managers and cross-functional partners. You will help shape product strategy, roadmap priorities, pricing and packaging, market positioning, and business performance for your areas. You’ll use customer insight, market data, and business results to recommend direction, build alignment, and drive decisions across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
The balance of your focus across the three products will evolve as business priorities change. These products are also closely connected to Azul’s Java runtimes: Optimizer Hub ships as part of Azul Prime, while Intelligence Cloud’s JVM Inventory supports Azul Core Oracle migration initiatives. Your work will therefore influence broader product and runtime priorities, and at times may include direct involvement with Azul Core and Azul Prime.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Success will come through strong product judgment, clarity, data-driven decision making, collaboration, and the ability to influence teams and senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
Drive business and product outcomes.
Define meaningful measures of success for your product areas and use them to guide priorities and decisions. Monitor sales, pipeline, pilot-to-production conversion, adoption, retention, and other relevant product and business metrics. Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, and leadership to understand performance, identify opportunities or risks, and adjust product direction when the data or customer feedback indicates a change is needed.
Shape product strategy.
Develop and recommend the multi-year direction for your areas, including where the products can differentiate, which customer segments and use cases to prioritize, and where Azul should build, partner, or integrate. Ensure your recommendations reflect customer needs, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, technical considerations, and Azul’s broader enterprise and open-source portfolio.
Partner with executive leadership.
Report to the VP of Product Management and work closely with the CPO, CEO, CRO, CTO, and other senior leaders. Present product strategies, roadmap recommendations, pricing considerations, customer insights, and business results clearly and credibly. Use evidence to support recommendations, invite constructive challenge, and adapt direction as new information emerges.
Translate strategy into roadmap priorities.
Turn product strategy into clear, sequenced, and achievable roadmap recommendations. Evaluate priorities and trade-offs across products and initiatives, build alignment with engineering, sales, and marketing, and help teams understand both what is being prioritized and why. Communicate roadmap direction effectively to internal stakeholders and customers while balancing customer needs, business opportunity, technical feasibility, and speed of execution.
Develop pricing and packaging recommendations.
Help shape how Intelligence Cloud is priced, packaged, and metered across Java environments of varying sizes and complexity, how Optimizer Hub is positioned and packaged as part of Azul Prime, and how Payara InSight is packaged for Azul Payara customers. Develop and test pricing models, gather feedback from customers and the field, and partner with finance, sales, and leadership to refine and implement recommendations.
Lead inbound product management activities.
Partner closely with engineering throughout the product development lifecycle, from requirements and design reviews through implementation decisions and release readiness. Lead customer discovery and requirements sessions, translate customer problems into clear product needs, and provide direction on UX and UI priorities. For areas involving Optimizer Hub, consider the operator experience of installing, sizing, and running the product on Kubernetes. Contribute to customer-facing technical documentation and knowledge-base content, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and continually evaluate the usability of the product.
Lead outbound product management activities.
Partner with marketing on positioning, product launches, sales enablement, competitive differentiation, and customer-facing content. Participate in customer and prospect conversations, support strategic deals and escalations, and conduct ongoing market and competitive research. Help ensure product messaging resonates with developers, platform teams, technical decision-makers, and executive buyers.
Build technical credibility.
Develop a strong working understanding of the technologies behind the products and engage effectively with engineering teams on product and technical trade-offs. You do not need to be a JVM internals expert, but you should understand JVM architecture and operating principles, including JIT compilation and warm-up, well enough to have substantive conversations with engineering and translate technical capabilities into meaningful customer and business value.
What you bring (aka Experience, Skills)
8+ years experience in product management, including several years owning a product or product line end to end — strategy through launch through revenue.
Track record shipping enterprise SaaS in an adjacent market: application performance monitoring, application security, observability, optimization, systems management, or log analytics.
Fluency with AI tools and experience operating in an AI-first product management organization — you use them in your daily product work and have a view on where they help and where they don't.
Deep technical fluency generally — you can read an architecture diagram, follow an engineering debate, and ask the question that changes the answer.
Demonstrated ownership of pricing and packaging for a technical product, including the messy cross-functional work of getting a model approved and into market.
Understanding of DevOps engineers, platform engineers, and developers as the key influencers in an enterprise sales cycle.
Strong domain knowledge of public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English — equally effective with an engineer and with a Fortune 100 CIO.
Comfortable in a fully remote, async, multi-time-zone setup: self-directed, and a strong writer because writing is how decisions get made here.
Comfortable in a startup-shaped environment where bringing order to chaos is part of the job.
Nice to have
Hands-on software or quality engineering background — you have written code and debugged production systems.
Experience with open source communities.
Familiarity with cloud cost optimization: how compute is provisioned, monitored, and optimized.
Experience taking a new product from early traction to a durable revenue line.
Working knowledge of Java and Java development tooling.
Familiarity with Jakarta EE application servers (Payara, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss) and OpenTelemetry.
Experience working across more than one product at once, especially products at different stages or sold through different motions.
Experience with infrastructure software that customers deploy and operate themselves, not just SaaS.
What we Offer
· Comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages
· Referral Program
· Work-life balance, remote-first, paid time off, company shutdown, holidays
· Work with top experts worldwide whom contribute to the Java ecosystem
Our Culture & Values
· Maniacal Customer Focus

· Initiative & Courage
· Impact & Influence
· Integrity & Transparency
· Diversity, Inclusion & Teamwork
Employment at Azul is contingent upon the completion of reference and background checks.
