APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior/Staff Data Scientist to join our growing Data team and serve as a strategic analytics partner across Render. As we scale, we're tackling increasingly complex questions across our product, customers, and business, from how developers discover and adopt Render, to what drives engagement and retention, to how we prioritize investments and identify new opportunities for growth.
You'll partner with leaders and teams across Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other functions, focusing on some combination of data analytics, analytics engineering, machine learning, and experimentation based on your strengths, interests, and Render's highest-priority needs. You'll turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analysis, define how we measure success, and translate complex data into decisions and action.
As a Senior/Staff-level individual contributor, you'll also help set the standard for analytics at Render, shaping our measurement frameworks, analytical practices, and how teams across the company use data to make better decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner. Work closely with leaders and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other teams to identify high-impact questions, frame decisions, and determine how success should be measured.
- Define meaningful metrics and measurement frameworks. Develop the KPIs and frameworks teams use to understand performance across areas such as acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, and customer outcomes.
- Turn data into strategy. Surface patterns across our users, customers, products, and business. Identify opportunities, diagnose friction, and help teams determine where to invest and what to prioritize.
- Shape our approach to experimentation and evaluation. Design and analyze experiments where appropriate, develop guardrail metrics and other methods for evaluating initiatives, and help teams choose the right analytical approach for the decision at hand.
- Build measurement into how we work. Partner with teams to define instrumentation and measurement plans early, ensuring new products, programs, and initiatives can be evaluated reliably after launch.
- Build trusted analytical foundations. Build and maintain dbt models, semantic and context layers in partnership with Analytics Engineering, transforming behavioral and business data into reliable datasets that support decision-making across Render.
- Raise the bar for analytics. Establish analytical best practices, improve how teams use data in decision-making, and mentor scientists and cross-functional partners on measurement, experimentation, and data literacy.
- Help shape the future of analytics at Render. Explore how AI-assisted tools can make analytics faster and more accessible while maintaining a high bar for accuracy, context, and analytical judgment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of analytics experience, with a track record of shaping strategy and influencing decisions across complex or ambiguous problem spaces.
- Strong business and product judgment. You can take an ambiguous question, identify what really needs to be understood, and determine the right analytical approach to inform a decision.
- Experience defining and using metrics across some combination of Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, or other business domains, for example acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, or revenue.
- Strong SQL skills. Writing complex, efficient SQL and independently exploring large datasets is a core part of how you work.
- Experience using experimentation, statistical analysis, or other rigorous evaluation methods to understand impact, along with judgment about when each approach is appropriate.
- Experience with modern analytics tooling such as Metabase, Mixpanel, dbt, BigQuery, Segment, and Git.
- A track record of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority. You're comfortable challenging assumptions, creating clarity from ambiguity, and driving alignment around what the data says.
- Excellent communication skills. You can turn complex analysis into a clear narrative, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and build the relationships necessary to drive action.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding or analytics tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate analysis, data modeling, instrumentation, or visualization.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Expertise in statistical methods beyond traditional A/B testing, such as causal inference, cohort and survival analysis, or time-series analysis.
- Experience with developer-focused, product-led, sales-led, or usage-based businesses.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, PaaS, developer tooling, or other technically complex products.
- Experience analyzing multi-product or multi-segment businesses and understanding behavior across interconnected customer journeys.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior/Staff Analytics Engineer to join our growing Data team and lead the evolution of our Analytics Engineering platform. As Render scales, you'll build the foundations that turn raw data into trusted, reusable models for analytics, executive reporting, and AI-assisted decision-making.
In this role, you'll partner closely with analysts, scientists, data engineers, and teams across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other business functions. Analysts and scientists will bring domain expertise and own business logic within their areas; you'll own the technical architecture, modeling standards, and engineering practices that help that work scale reliably.
As a Senior/Staff-level individual contributor, you'll set the technical direction for Analytics Engineering at Render—strengthening data quality, improving the developer experience, and building semantic and context layers that make data easier to discover and use. You'll help teams move faster with consistent metrics and maintainable models they can trust.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own our Analytics Engineering architecture. Guide the long-term evolution of Render’s Analytics Engineering platform, strengthening foundational models so our data remains trusted, scalable, and ready for AI-assisted analytics.
- Build trusted, reusable data models. Design, build, and maintain governed dbt models that serve as authoritative sources for business-critical metrics across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other teams.
- Establish engineering standards. Define and improve practices for data modeling, testing, documentation, version control, CI/CD, and code review. Review high-impact dbt changes and reduce technical debt across the analytics codebase.
- Enable self-service and AI-assisted analytics. Design and maintain semantic and context layers that make metrics consistent, data discoverable, and analysis reliable for both people and AI tools.
- Partner closely with analysts and scientists. Help analysts and scientists translate domain-specific business logic into scalable, maintainable warehouse models, moving shared logic out of individual reports and dashboards and into governed datasets.
- Improve reliability and efficiency. Partner with Data Engineering to strengthen source data quality, warehouse architecture, and BigQuery performance and cost efficiency.
- Raise the bar for Analytics Engineering. Mentor analysts, scientists, and analytics engineers on dbt development, dimensional modeling, and engineering best practices, and help teams adopt shared standards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related technical field, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience running dbt in production.
- Expert-level SQL skills and a track record of designing and owning scalable Kimball dimensional models.
- Deep expertise in modern Analytics Engineering practices, including Git, testing, CI/CD, documentation, data contracts, lineage, and governance.
- Experience building semantic and context layers, trusted metrics, and warehouse architectures that support self-service analytics for humans and AI agents across multiple business domains.
- Strong understanding of modern cloud data warehouse architecture, performance optimization, and cost efficiency, with experience in platforms such as BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- A track record of establishing technical standards, influencing engineering practices without formal authority, and improving reliability while reducing technical debt.
- Proven ability to partner closely with analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable data models.
- Excellent communication skills. You can explain complex technical concepts and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences and build alignment across teams.
- Experience building data models that connect product usage, acquisition, CRM, and financial data across the customer lifecycle.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding or analytics tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate data modeling, testing, documentation, or exploration.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience with Render’s analytics stack, including BigQuery, Segment, dbt, and analytics tools such as Metabase or Mixpanel.
- Experience with developer-focused, product-led, sales-led, or usage-based businesses.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, PaaS, developer tooling, or other technically complex products.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Compute & Infrastructure Accounting team supports accounting and financial reporting for OpenAI’s rapidly evolving cloud computing, data center, server, equipment, colocation, software and data, and other AI infrastructure arrangements. We’re seeking a hands-on Contract Accountant to support recurring close and day-to-day operational accounting for these costs.
The contractor will translate contract terms, pricing, delivery, usage, invoices, and operational data into accurate accruals, true-ups, journal-entry support, reconciliations, and variance explanations. This role works closely with Compute & Infrastructure Accounting, Technical Accounting, Procurement, Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, and external vendors to resolve exceptions and keep accounting outputs timely, complete, and audit-ready. The contractor will use approved AI tools to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis, improve documentation, and create scalable operating leverage.
This role does not make final accounting conclusions or approve journals, payments, vendors, contracts, or access; it does not negotiate contracts or commit company funds. Success is measured by accurate and timely close deliverables, well-supported reconciliations, prompt exception resolution, dependable cross-functional communication, and adherence to established controls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
LEASE AND FIXED ASSET ACCOUNTING
- Own assigned month-end and quarter-end lease-accounting activities, including journal entries, rollforwards, account reconciliations, balance-sheet substantiation, and flux or variance analysis.
- Prepare complete, accurate, and reviewer-ready journal entries and supporting schedules for lease-related balances, including right-of-use assets, lease liabilities, rent expense, interest, amortization, remeasurements, and true-ups.
- Perform reconciliations over lease accounts and subledger-to-general-ledger balances; investigate reconciling items, document conclusions, and drive timely resolution.
- Perform fixed-asset accounting as assigned, including additions, transfers, placed-in-service assessments, depreciation, disposals, construction-in-progress activity, reconciliations, and period-end entries.
CONTRACT REVIEW AND LEASE-SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
- Read and analyze large, complex lease contracts, amendments, renewals, extensions, and termination agreements to identify relevant accounting terms, payment streams, options, incentives, obligations, and effective dates.
- Accurately enter new leases, modifications, remeasurements, and terminations into the lease-accounting system based on a complete understanding of the underlying contract.
- Validate lease-system inputs and outputs against executed agreements, payment schedules, invoices, commencement evidence, and operational data; resolve completeness and accuracy exceptions.
- Compile and validate information supporting quarterly and annual lease footnote disclosures, including maturity analyses, expense classifications, weighted-average metrics, cash-flow information, and required tie-outs.
CONTROLS, AUDIT, AND ISSUE RESOLUTION
- Follow U.S. GAAP, established lease-accounting and fixed-asset policies, standard operating procedures, close calendars, review requirements, and approval workflows.
- Execute control procedures over lease populations, contract abstraction, system inputs, calculations, reconciliations, disclosures, and workpapers, including completeness and accuracy checks and evidence retention.
- Respond to internal and external audit requests by assembling contracts, tie-outs, schedules, explanations, control evidence, and other supporting documentation.
- Investigate accounting and control exceptions, document root causes and resolutions, track open items through completion, and escalate significant matters promptly.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION
- Partner with Compute & Infrastructure Accounting, Technical Accounting, Finance Systems, Data, Engineering, and business teams to resolve contract, data, system, accounting, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, FP&A, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and other stakeholders to obtain executed agreements, validate facts, and support complete and timely lease accounting.
- Communicate requirements, status, outstanding items, and accounting implications clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders, and escalate judgmental matters with clear context and recommended next steps.
PROCESS DISCIPLINE AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Identify recurring contract, data-quality, system, process, and control issues; surface trends and recommend scalable improvements.
- Write clear business requirements, test lease-system or process changes, and validate downstream accounting outputs before operational use.
- Improve recurring lease and fixed-asset workflows through standardization, documentation, automation, and tooling; maintain clear procedures and handoffs.
- Use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to support contract review, data validation, analysis, and documentation while following data-security and review requirements.
- Help maintain consistent, controlled execution as the infrastructure portfolio, accounting requirements, systems, and workflows evolve.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Progressive experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or a related finance function, including hands-on operational accounting and ownership of recurring close deliverables.
- Strong month-end and quarter-end close experience involving journal entries, account reconciliations, rollforwards, variance analysis, and reviewer-ready workpaper preparation.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls, with the judgment to identify and escalate matters requiring technical accounting review.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret lengthy, complex contracts and translate legal and commercial terms into accurate accounting conclusions, system inputs, and supporting documentation.
- Advanced spreadsheet and data-analysis skills, including the ability to work accurately with large datasets, and experience using an ERP or comparable finance system.
- Experience operating with high attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple agreements, systems, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; sound judgment; and clear documentation habits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across accounting, finance, legal, systems, data, engineering, and business teams.
PREFERRED
- Hands-on lease-accounting experience under ASC 842, including contract abstraction, classification, measurement, modifications, reconciliations, and disclosure support.
- Hands-on fixed-asset accounting experience, including additions, depreciation, disposals, transfers, construction in progress, and related reconciliations.
- Experience with lease-accounting software and an ERP such as Oracle Fusion; CPA, CA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification is a plus.
- Experience preparing or reviewing cash flow statements, including cash flow classification and presentation for lease and fixed-asset activity.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience in a technology, cloud-computing, data-center, colocation, equipment, or other infrastructure-intensive environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, data-query tools, issue-tracking tools, or similar technical tools used to investigate data, system, and process issues.
- Experience supporting SEC reporting, lease footnote disclosures, or public-company audit requirements in a high-growth or control-focused environment.
- Experience with process automation, systems implementation, or workflow redesign, and collaborating across time zones with distributed teams and external service providers.

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. Support macOS endpoint management using Addigy, Iru, or similar platforms.

Assist in building and maintaining low-code / no-code automations (e.g., Okta Workflows) to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
Ensure lifecycle processes are documented, repeatable, and auditable.
Identify opportunities to improve lifecycle efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Tier 1 & 2 IT Support
Provide day-to-day IT support across identity, SaaS applications, access issues, and macOS endpoints.
Serve as an escalation point for more complex access, integration, or device issues.
Perform structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis rather than applying temporary fixes.
Identify recurring operational problems and contribute to durable, system-level improvements.
Vendor Lifecycle & IT Operations
Support vendor onboarding, evaluation, and renewals.
Assist with SaaS access reviews and vendor offboarding.
Help maintain visibility into vendor usage, contracts, and lifecycle status.
Contribute to improving procurement and asset tracking processes.

Ability to read and modify scripts written in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Backgrounds in Microsoft-centric environments (O365, Azure AD, Intune) are welcome, provided there is comfort learning Okta and SaaS-first tooling.
Nice to haves
Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Addigy, JAMF, Iru, or Intune.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the team
MetaMask's design team is working to establish MetaMask as the premier wallet in fintech, elevating the craft of design and leading the industry as the next phase of decentralized finance unfolds. Our focus is reducing friction while preserving user trust, so more people can safely explore the world of Web3.
Prediction markets are one of the most exciting areas in consumer finance right now, sitting at the intersection of trading, sports, news, culture, and real world events. This is a big growth area for MetaMask, and we're looking for a Lead Product Designer to help shape where it goes next. This is a chance to take real ownership of the end-to-end Prediction Markets experience inside one of the most widely used products in web3 — helping define how people discover markets, understand what's happening, trade, manage positions, and come back as events unfold. The product is still evolving, so much of the experience is still there to be defined, and that's a big part of what makes this role interesting: we're not looking for someone to polish a finished product, we want someone who wants to help shape it. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering, have a strong voice in what we build, and take ideas from early thinking through to something real in the hands of users.
What you’ll do
Own the Prediction Markets experience from early thinking through launch and iteration.
Define how users discover markets, understand them, trade and manage their positions.
Make complex ideas like probabilities, liquidity and market mechanics feel clear and easy to understand.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape what we build, not just how it looks.
Prototype quickly using AI to explore ideas and get to stronger solutions faster.
Set a high bar for visual and interaction design, and use research and data to keep improving the product.
Would be great if you brought this to the role
5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped consumer products.
You have a proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-centric designs that solve complex problems and drive commercial outcomes.
Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, with strong product instincts and attention to detail.
Experience taking complex or ambiguous problems from early ideas through to shipped experiences.
Comfortable using AI, code and modern design tools to explore, iterate and build quickly.
High ownership, strong communication and the confidence to push work forward without waiting for a perfectly defined brief.
Someone who genuinely loves sports and understands how fans follow teams, leagues, games and major sporting events.
Bonus points
Experience in trading, investing, fintech, sports, betting, marketplaces or other high frequency consumer products.
An interest in prediction markets and where the category could go.
Experience working with market data, probabilities, charts or financial positions.
Experience designing discovery, feeds, ranking or personalised content.
Experience with crypto or web3, although deep crypto knowledge is not required.
Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway, detailing your relevant transferable skills in your cover letter. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role
.
The salary range listed for this role applies to US-based candidates only. Compensation for candidates based outside the US (including Canada, EMEA, and LATAM) will be determined based on location, experience, and skills during the interview process, and may differ from the listed US range.
US pay range (not including bonus, equity or other benefits)

In the rapidly evolving Web3 space, we believe that everyone is a builder. This expansive paradigm requires a range of backgrounds, talents, skills, and experiences to influence and shape the future. At MetaMask, this diversity fuels our ability to shift control and redefine the realm of possibility. We are committed to ensuring that our technology empowers people and communities through decentralized technologies. We welcome the range of perspectives and differences and celebrate them. We're excited to see how your unique skills as a builder can contribute to our vision, drive innovation, and help us shape a more inclusive Web3.
MetaMask is an equal opportunity employer. MetaMask is aware of fraudulent recruitment practices and we encourage all applicants to review our best practices to protect yourself, which can be found on our page.
MetaMask may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our recruitment process, such as reviewing applications, screening resumes, or conducting initial candidate assessments. These tools are designed to assist our recruiting team and improve efficiency — they do not replace human judgment. A human recruiter or hiring manager reviews every candidate, and all final hiring decisions are made by people, not AI.
It is a requirement of employment in this position that applicants may be required to submit to background and identity verification checks, including but not limited to employment, education, criminal record checks, and other such checks as determined necessary by the company.

Location: United States
What the Role Is
This role owns replenishment and order writing for Babylist's Furniture and Monitors categories — a mix of bulky, freight-heavy furniture and dropship-fulfilled monitor SKUs. You'll manage inventory flow across a heavily dropship vendor base, balancing in-stock performance against the longer lead times and fulfillment complexity these categories bring. You'll report into Division 3 Planning and work closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to keep the category healthy.
Who You Are
You have hands-on experience managing dropship inventory
— you know how to plan and track stock you don't physically hold, coordinate with vendors on availability, and catch outages before they become customer-facing problems.
You've owned replenishment and order writing
for a category with real complexity — long lead times, freight considerations, or a fragmented vendor base.
You're comfortable working in a planning system day to day and can pick up new tools quickly (NetSuite, Sigma, or similar planning/BI platforms).
You have advanced Excel skills and are confident working with large data sets.
You have a strong foundation in retail math and inventory planning concepts (OTB, WOS, sell-through).
You communicate clearly with vendors and cross-functional partners, especially when flagging risk early.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Execute replenishment and order writing across Furniture and Monitors, keeping inventory aligned to forecast and in-stock targets.
Manage a dropship vendor base — tracking availability, coordinating on delivery timing, and resolving discrepancies before they hit customers.
Own monthly Open-to-Buy inputs for the category: trend analysis, risk flags, and forecast updates.
Deliver weekly sales and inventory recaps with clear, actionable takeaways for the planning team.
Build pre-season inventory forecasts at the category, brand, and SKU level.
Track out-of-stocks and discontinued items, proactively communicating risk to internal partners.
Partner with Merchandising on new product introductions and assortment changes.
Why This Role
You'd be stepping into an established category with real scope from day one — Furniture and Monitors are being handed off as part of a broader team restructure, not built from scratch.
Dropship is a genuinely different planning problem than owned inventory, and this is a chance to specialize in it rather than treat it as a footnote.
You'll have direct exposure to Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance on a category that carries real freight and vendor complexity — good ground for someone who wants to grow into bigger scope.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$93,820 to $125,081
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
