ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building a high-scale payment orchestration platform that helps businesses manage and optimize payments across multiple providers, regions, and products.
As the platform continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to own its digital presence and build a scalable marketing engine around the product.

We are looking for someone who has already worked in strong B2B SaaS, FinTech, Payments, DevTools, or other technical startups and understands how to market complex technology products to sophisticated audiences.
You should be comfortable operating independently and using AI, automation, and modern marketing tools to achieve the output normally expected from a broader marketing team.

- Run A/B tests and conversion-rate optimization initiatives.
- Analyze visitor behavior and identify funnel drop-offs.
- Maintain and update marketing pages independently using modern web, no-code, and AI tools.
- Work with product and engineering teams when deeper technical changes are required.

- Own the company blog, industry insights, guides, case studies, research, product content, and newsletters.
- Turn internal expertise from product, engineering, and payments teams into high-quality external content.
- Develop strong narratives around payment orchestration, payment performance, routing, retries, fraud, subscriptions, and related topics.
- Create content designed for both education and commercial intent.
- Repurpose strong ideas across multiple formats and distribution channels.
- Maintain a consistently high quality bar for messaging and content.
SOCIAL MEDIA & EXECUTIVE PRESENCE
- Own social media presence, with LinkedIn as the primary channel.
- Develop and execute a consistent company content strategy.
- Help build the public presence of company leadership and subject-matter experts.
- Create thought-leadership content for executives.
- Identify relevant industry conversations, trends, and opportunities for participation.
- Grow a relevant audience of payments, fintech, product, and technology decision-makers.
PR & INDUSTRY PRESENCE
- Build the product’s visibility within the global payments and FinTech ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities for media coverage, expert commentary, interviews, podcasts, newsletters, and industry publications.
- Build relationships with relevant journalists, creators, communities, and industry platforms.
- Identify conferences, panels, webinars, awards, rankings, and partnership opportunities.
- Position the company and its leadership as credible voices in payment orchestration and payment infrastructure.
- Track competitor narratives and proactively identify opportunities to enter relevant industry conversations.
SEO & AI DISCOVERY
- Own the organic acquisition strategy.
- Perform keyword, competitor, and search-intent research.
- Build content clusters around high-value payment topics.
- Create high-intent commercial and competitor pages.
- Manage on-page, technical, and content SEO initiatives.
- Develop backlink and external distribution strategies.
- Optimize visibility across Google as well as AI-driven discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and similar tools.
- Track organic traffic, rankings, visibility, leads, and pipeline generated through search.
GROWTH & ACQUISITION FUNNELS
- Build and optimize acquisition funnels from first interaction to qualified opportunity.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Role Purpose
As Audit & Compliance Manager, Europe, you will be the primary owner of audit readiness and tax regulatory compliance across all Europe entities. You will set the standard, structure and cadence for how the region prepares for and manages statutory audits, global group audits, and tax authority engagement — working through the local reporting teams and external accountants who handle data preparation, review and submission, rather than performing that work yourself. Your role is to define how things get done, ensure consistent quality across every market, and be the region's face in front of auditors and tax authorities.
What Makes This Role Different:
Build, don't just maintain.
You're stepping into a newly created position with a mandate to design the region's audit and compliance approach from the ground up — not inherit a fixed process.
Full regional ownership.
This role spans the entire Europe region.
High visibility, real stakes.
You'll be the direct point of contact with external auditors and tax authorities on some of the company's most sensitive matters, with senior leadership relying on your judgment.
A technology-forward environment.
The business is actively investing in automation, AI and dashboarding to modernize reporting — you'll be expected to bring ideas here, not just adopt what's handed to you.
Cross-functional reach.
You'll work closely with the Tax, Transfer Pricing and Legal teams, and directly with hub-entity finance teams, on issues spanning VAT, customer transactions and company-wide reviews.
What You'll Do:
1. Statutory & Global Audit Leadership
Audit Lifecycle Ownership:
Lead the end-to-end process for local statutory audits and global group audits across all 23 countries — planning, coordinating PBC (Provided by Client) lists, and driving on-time sign-off.
External Auditor Relationship:
Act as the primary regional point of contact for audit firms, owning timelines and resolution of open items.
Consolidation Alignment:
Ensure local statutory filings align with Global/Group reporting timelines (IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP) for a seamless audit process.
Pre-Audit Structuring:
Work with local teams ahead of each audit cycle to define what needs to be prepared and how — so the region walks into every audit with a consistent, proactive structure rather than reacting to auditor requests.
2. Tax Governance & Regulatory Compliance
Filing Oversight:
Ensure accurate, on-time submission across VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), Corporate Income Tax, and country-specific statistical and national bank reporting — delivered through local reporting teams and external accountants, with you owning quality and timeliness.
Tax Team Liaison:
Standardize and oversee submission of supporting data to the central Tax team; ensure schedules provided for assessments are reconciled and audit-ready.
Notice & Assessment Management:
Proactively manage tax notices and audits, coordinating evidence-gathering and working with the Tax team to ensure timely, well-supported responses.
Corporate Secretarial Support:
Oversee annual filings and coordinate with Legal on board meeting minutes (financial aspects) and other local regulatory requirements.
3. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
Root Cause Analysis:
Identify recurring audit adjustments or tax queries and implement structural fixes to eliminate them at the source.
Internal Controls:
Strengthen the control environment across the region to minimize audit findings.
Technology & Automation:
Identify and champion tools — including AI and dashboarding — to reduce manual work and increase consistency across the region's reporting.
What We're Looking For:
Mindset & Soft Skills (critical to this role)
A challenger, not a process-follower — someone who questions how things are done today and proposes a better way, rather than simply executing an existing playbook.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-volume, occasionally chaotic environment, and energized rather than fatigued by it.
Strong communicator and team player who can build trust quickly across Tax, Legal, Transfer Pricing and local finance teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out across markets while staying close enough to the detail to be credible with auditors and tax authorities.
Experience & Technical Skills
Currently operating at Manager level (or equivalent) within an audit firm or a multinational's in-house compliance/audit function — this is not a developmental hire.
10–12+ years of post-qualification experience, with hands-on exposure to multi-country compliance in Europe.
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or ACCA qualification.
Solid working knowledge of IFRS, European tax regulations, and Transfer Pricing fundamentals.
Advanced proficiency with Tier-1 ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
Fluent English, written and spoken — required given daily interaction with regional and global stakeholders.
Strong project management and negotiation skills, with the ability to work confidently across time zones and cultures.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 40,000.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is 220,800 RON.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

An overview of this role
As Director of Regional Sales for GitLab's National Security Group (NSG), you'll lead a field-based team of Account Executives driving new and expansion revenue across US federal NSG departments. You'll coach and grow the team, spend time with key accounts, and lead large-deal strategy and executive negotiations. Your work will help agencies adopt GitLab's development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) platform through complex federal procurement processes.
You'll partner with senior leadership, Renewals, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align our sales approach with agency needs. This includes shaping offerings authorized under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), bringing field feedback into the roadmap, and building long-term growth within large agencies. You'll travel as needed for customer meetings and team engagements.
What you'll do
Recruit, hire, lead, and coach Account Executives covering NSG departments to achieve regional revenue and growth targets while building an accountable, inclusive team.
Lead new business and expansion strategy, generating and progressing pipeline across priority accounts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets.
Own regional forecasting, opportunity data quality, and deal reviews. Use MEDDPICC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Identify Pain, Champion, and Competition) to qualify opportunities and give senior leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, commitments, and risks.
Guide complex federal procurement processes with distributors and partners, including Carahsoft and systems integrators. Navigate contracting vehicles, funding cycles, and agency-specific buying processes to secure multi-year contracts and expansions.
Shape the sales approach for regulated environments, connecting FedRAMP-authorized offerings and mission-critical DevSecOps use cases to agency needs and increasing platform adoption.
Work with Renewals, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and federal partners on account plans, product roadmap feedback, and campaigns that support retention and expansion.
Expand within large agencies through new workloads, cross-sells, and upsells, balancing near-term revenue with long-term platform adoption.
Meet customers in the field and travel as needed for key account meetings, large-deal reviews, and team engagements. Build senior executive relationships and lead negotiations while working effectively in GitLab's asynchronous environment.
What you'll bring
Experience in open source software, DevOps, or related enterprise technology sales.
A process- and data-driven approach to sales operations, including advanced use of Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation tools.
Experience selling or leading teams in regulated or compliance-driven environments, such as FedRAMP or similar government software-as-a-service frameworks, or the ability to learn quickly in highly regulated markets.
Success selling and coaching teams through complex enterprise deals with large public sector accounts, including long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology, including pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and deal reviews.
Experience hiring, coaching, developing, and leading regional, field-based sales teams while building an accountable, collaborative, and inclusive team.
Skill in managing senior executive relationships and leading executive meetings and negotiations within large organizations with multiple departments and decision-makers.
Alignment with GitLab's values and leadership expectations. We welcome transferable skills in enterprise technology sales and team leadership from a range of backgrounds.
About the team
The NSG sales team is an all-remote organization. We collaborate asynchronously across regions and work with federal distributors and systems integrators, including Carahsoft, to support government customers.
Our work supports GitLab's mission to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. We value transparency and collaboration, and you'll have the autonomy and accountability to own your results.

You’ll build the narrative, positioning, and market-entry strategy for Apono as part of 1Password, bringing fresh perspective to an evolving product and category while turning strategy into action.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. This is a remote opportunity within the US.
What we're looking for:
- Bring experience in cybersecurity, deep technology, or business-to-business (B2B) software, with an understanding of technical buyers and complex markets.
- Bring a clear strength in product marketing, such as product launches, market-entry strategy, positioning, messaging, or narrative development.
- Think strategically while staying close to execution, turning ambiguous opportunities into clear priorities, plans, and outcomes.
- Work proactively and take ownership by identifying what needs to be done, building alignment, and moving the work forward.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence with executive, product, engineering, sales, and marketing audiences.
- Use AI tools and agents thoughtfully to improve research, planning, messaging, and workflow scale while maintaining sound judgment and a human point of view.
- Preferred: Have experience shaping an emerging category or working in a high-growth or changing organization.
What you can expect:
- Define the narrative and market-entry strategy for Apono’s next chapter as part of 1Password.
- Evaluate existing positioning and messaging, preserve what remains valuable, and evolve what no longer reflects the product or market.
- Build deep understanding of customers, personas, use cases, market dynamics, and the challenges organizations face as AI agents interact with enterprise infrastructure.
- Own messaging, product marketing strategy, launch planning, sales enablement, and the content direction that supports them.
- Partner closely with senior product, engineering, marketing, sales, and go-to-market leaders to connect strategy across the business.
- Bring ideas from strategy through execution, using customer and market feedback to refine the story and priorities.
- Help shape the capabilities and resources the product marketing function needs as the business grows.
The annual base salary for this role is between $152,000 USD and $220,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company with an unusually large organic top-of-funnel, where tens of thousands of people discover and sign up for Netlify every day. That organic motion is real and meaningful, but paid acquisition is a new investment area for the marketing team, and there's a clear opportunity to build that capability from the ground up.
As Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Performance Marketing, you'll own paid acquisition end to end - strategy, channel selection, budget, and the agency relationship that supports execution. You'll report to the CMO, with a planned transition to the VP of Growth Marketing as that function scales, and work closely with Marketing Operations, Data, Lifecycle, and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users don't just land, but convert and stick. This is a builder role at a company where the organic foundation is already strong, and your job is to build the paid layer that extends its reach.
What You'll Do
Build and own Netlify's paid acquisition strategy end to end, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, sponsorships, and any other channels worth testing and proving out.
Own the call on where paid creates incremental value for Netlify. Design the tests, prove which channels and audiences drive growth our organic funnel wouldn't have delivered anyway, and decide where to scale, where to hold, and where not to spend at all.
Manage the agency relationship(s) supporting paid/performance work by setting the brief, holding the agency accountable to targets, and deciding what to bring in-house as the function matures.
Own budget planning, pacing, and ROI reporting for all paid spend, and make the case for where to double down or pull back.
Partner with Marketing Operations to get attribution and UTM tracking right before scaling spend, so every dollar is measurable.
Define target audiences and channel mix aligned to Netlify's ICP; partner with Product Marketing on messaging inputs for paid creative.
Build the measurement framework for CAC, signup/pipeline contribution, and payback by channel.
Partner with Lifecycle and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users flow into the right onboarding and activation journeys, not just land and drop off.
As the program proves out, build the roadmap and case for a fully staffed paid/performance team.
What You'll Bring
6+ years in demand generation or performance marketing, with direct ownership of a paid acquisition budget in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment
Hands-on experience running paid search, paid social, and retargeting programs yourself - not just briefing agencies or reviewing their reports
A track record of standing up or significantly scaling a paid acquisition program at an early stage, where you had to build the infrastructure and not just optimize what was already there
Experience managing an external agency or partner relationship, including setting performance expectations and holding partners accountable to them
Working knowledge of attribution and marketing measurement, and a history of partnering with Marketing Ops or Data teams to get tracking right before spend scales
Some experience marketing to developers or technical audiences, or with a PLG motion where paid acquisition runs alongside a large organic and self-serve funnel
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You're energized by building and scaling a new paid program, not just optimizing one that's already mature.
You think like an owner of budget and outcomes, not just a briefs-and-reports manager of an agency.
You're comfortable moving between strategy (channel mix, targeting, budget allocation) and getting into the details yourself when it matters.
You care about attribution being right before spend scales, not as an afterthought.
You want to build in close partnership with Lifecycle, Campaigns, and Marketing Ops rather than run paid as a separate lane that hands off a spreadsheet at the end of the quarter
Applying
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
Please apply anyway!
When applying please include:
A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Our mission is to “build a better web” and that cannot be done without a diversity of skill sets, backgrounds and thoughts.
Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are devoted to building a team of people with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. Driving equality empowers our team, enables us to innovate, and helps us maintain a more inclusive environment. We don’t discriminate against employees or applicants based on gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, race, military/veteran status, citizenship, pregnancy status, or any other differences. If we can do anything to provide a better interview, i.e. accommodate a disability, then please let us know by emailing

Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Senior Software Engineer - AI & Agentic Architecture
This is a senior individual-contributor role combining deep hands-on engineering with multiple agentic frameworks & SDKs, harnesses, MCP, and APIs, technical leadership, and close collaboration with engineering, security, and product teams. You'll design and ship agentic systems, developer tooling, and reusable platform capabilities that improve productivity across SIE.
What you'll do:
Agentic & AI Engineering
Design, build, and operate production-quality agentic applications using agentic SDKs/harnesses — including multi-agent orchestration, subagent delegation, tool integration, and lifecycle hooks.
Design Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool and resource interfaces that give coding agents/harnesses safe, reliable access to backend systems and enterprise data.
Engineer prompts for reliable structured output (JSON schemas, few-shot examples, validation/retry loops) and build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve output quality.
Manage context effectively across long documents, multi-turn conversations, and multi-agent handoffs; design escalation and human-in-the-loop patterns for production reliability.
Developer Productivity
Configure and extend Codex/Claude Code for team-wide use:
AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md
hierarchies, custom slash commands, Agent Skills, path-specific rules, and plan mode.
Integrate agentic development into CI/CD pipelines for automated code review, test generation, and PR feedback, tuned to minimize false positives and duplicate findings.
Build and maintain MCP server integrations (project- and user-scoped) that extend agent-native development capabilities across engineering workflows.
Identify high-value opportunities for AI-assisted development and design reusable capabilities that multiple teams can adopt, not just one-off solutions.
Discovery, Prototyping & Production Delivery
Partner directly with engineering teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities through hands-on discovery.
Rapidly prototype and validate new AI capabilities with real users, then take successful prototypes into secure, observable, maintainable production systems.
Own the full lifecycle: implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Technical Leadership
Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting of agentic systems.
Mentor engineers on agentic design patterns, prompt engineering, and agent-native development practices.
Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to engineering standards, reusable patterns, and documentation that help other teams build effectively with agentic development tools.
Requirements
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant hands-on work building and operating AI/LLM-powered or agentic applications.
Strong programming skills (Java, Python, Go, Rust, or C++) and solid engineering fundamentals — API design, testing, debugging, code review, maintainable code.
Practical, production-grade experience with agentic SDKs/harnesses, MCP, and LLMs — tool use, orchestration, RAG, context management, structured output, and evaluation.
Experience designing MCP tool/resource interfaces and reasoning about tool selection, error handling, and reliability in multi-agent systems.
Demonstrated experience integrating AI into CI/CD and developer workflows.
Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces, evaluate tradeoffs, and make pragmatic engineering decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience mentoring and leading through influence.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise across agentic architecture, MCP integration, Codex/Claude Code configuration, prompt engineering, and context management.
Experience building multi-agent research or customer support systems, or structured data extraction pipelines.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps in support of AI/agentic infrastructure.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks.
Contributions to open-source projects involving AI, agentic systems, or developer tooling.
Strong systems thinking — understands how models, agents, tools, context, APIs, data, and infrastructure fit together as production systems, and can reason about dependencies and tradeoffs across the stack.
A track record of adapting quickly to new AI tools, models, and frameworks as the space evolves.
