Workplace: onsite
Role Overview
We are looking for a Hardware Lab Technician to own the physical side of a large-scale robot data collection operation. You’ll keep the fleet running, build what’s next, and be the person the lab calls when something stops working. This is a hands-on role across research and low-volume production where embodiments, grippers, and camera rigs change fast—and the hardware has to keep up. Day-to-day teleoperation is handled by a dedicated operator team you support; you maintain what they run on and help ensure data quality through reliable, well-calibrated hardware.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM or 9AM - 5:30PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $40 per /hour
What You’ll Do
Build, wire, and bring up data collection stations — robot arms, multi-camera rigs, workstations, teleoperation hardware, and cable management that survives daily operator use.
Keep the fleet running: daily checks, preventive maintenance, calibration routines, and diagnosing faults on arms, hands, and sensors.
Swap and integrate end-effectors and grippers, dexterous hands, force/torque and tactile sensors, and RGB-D cameras.
Run calibration and firmware procedures across the fleet, and catch drift before it reaches the data.
Assemble and iterate prototype hardware coming out of our mechanical and electrical engineers — printed parts, off-the-shelf components, vendor-fabricated parts, and custom harnesses.
Soldering, crimping, connectorization, harness building, and PCB rework support at the bench.
Own the lab's physical state: spares and consumables inventory, parts kitting, bench and tool organization, and shipping, returns, and RMAs with vendors.
Support teleoperators on hardware issues during live collection — triage fast, fix or escalate, and get the station back up.
Document what you do. Build sheets, maintenance logs, calibration records, and hardware SOPs the next technician can follow.
Help bring up new embodiments and new stations alongside engineers and researchers.
What we need to see
3+ years hands-on technician experience in a lab, prototyping, or low-volume build environment — robotics, medical devices, aerospace, semiconductor equipment, or similar.
AS in a technical field, a relevant trade or technical certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Mechanical assembly fundamentals: fasteners and torque, bearings, belts, linkages, and the ability to read CAD and mechanical drawings (Onshape, SolidWorks, or similar).
Electrical hands: soldering including basic SMD rework, crimping and connectorization, harness building, and confident use of a multimeter and oscilloscope.
Comfortable in Linux at the command line — SSH into a workstation, run a calibration script, read a log, and tell us what it said.
Experience with motors, encoders, and sensor integration, and an understanding of what a bad ground or a marginal cable does to a data stream.
Methodical and self-documenting. An undocumented fix is a future outage.
Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change, and able to prioritize when more than one lab needs you at the same time.
Able to work on-site in Santa Clara, with flexibility on shift coverage as the labs run extended hours.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
Maintenance and calibration on collaborative or industrial arms — UR, Franka, xArm, ARX, or equivalent.
Multi-camera rig build and calibration; RealSense, ZED, or Orbbec-class depth cameras.
Running and maintaining FDM or SLA printers, and designing your own simple fixtures and adapters.
Light scripting in Python or bash to automate a repetitive bench or calibration task.
Experience in a high-throughput lab or production line where uptime or yield was a number someone tracked.
Vendor-facing experience: RMAs, lead times, and spares planning.

- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Insurance: the carriers, MGAs, and brokers people rely on when life gets expensive and complicated. These organizations win or lose on trust and service at massive scale, under some of the most demanding regulatory standards anywhere.
Our ideal candidate learns fast, closes well from a warm introduction, and is passionate about AI voice technology. You’ll act as a strategic partner to insurers reimagining how they serve, sell to, and sound to their customers, safely and at scale.
In this role you will:
- Focus on prospecting and landing net-new customers to expand the market footprint that ElevenLabs has in the Insurance industry
- Balance a diverse pipeline of large national carriers that require a white-glove experience with regional and mid-sized insurers that require speed to close
- Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing and internal workflows, such as claims intake, policy servicing and renewals, billing and payment support, agent and broker support, and contact center coaching
- Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including competitive solutions, build-vs-buy dynamics, and emerging trends in insurance AI governance and regulation
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (Claims Operations, Customer Service and Contact Center, Distribution, Digital and Technology, and Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across lines of business
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high-impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value, guide customers through security, architecture, and AI governance review, and set them up to scale in production
- Partner closely with Legal teams to drive strategic, fast-moving negotiations
- Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice, and share what you learn in the field to sharpen our Insurance positioning, messaging, and references
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Insurance experience (carriers, MGAs, brokers, insurtech) is preferred but not required. We weigh demonstrated adaptability and fast ramp in a new industry heavily
- Proven success closing [six- and seven-figure] deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven ability to take a warm introduction through discovery, Proof of Value, and procurement to close
- Experience selling to both technical buyers (product and engineering) and business buyers (claims, customer service, distribution, digital), and to compliance and risk gatekeepers, translating complex technology into business value
- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, including regulated-industry vendor risk, AI governance, and data protection reviews, and able to work autonomously as a cross-functional partner
- Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships with senior executives, and willingness to travel frequently for onsite client visits and conferences
- High EQ, self-aware, and curious. Low ego and hands-on, comfortable running your own prospecting and deals
- Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment, where ambiguity is the norm and the state of play changes rapidly
- Passion for voice and conversational AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our office.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking an experienced Government Lead to build and scale our public sector business across North America. This is a rare opportunity to define the government GTM motion from the ground up - shaping how federal, state, and public sector organizations adopt voice and conversational AI. You’ll work directly with the founders, product, and the broader revenue team to identify high impact use cases across government agencies and regulated environments, build the pipeline, and close strategic deals. Success in this role means combining deep public sector expertise with a builder mindset: establishing our presence in the market while helping shape the long-term strategy for the government vertical.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Build and own ElevenLabs’ Government GTM motion across federal, state, and public sector agencies in North America.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities where voice and agents can transform government services, citizen engagement, and internal workflows.
- Develop and execute account strategies across key agencies and departments.
- Navigate complex procurement processes, compliance requirements, and multi-stakeholder buying environments.
- Build trusted relationships with senior public sector leaders, procurement officials, and technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape solutions that meet government requirements (security, compliance, deployment models).
- Partner with Legal, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful implementation and long-term expansion.
- Represent ElevenLabs at government events, industry conferences, and strategic briefings.
- Help define the long-term public sector strategy and vertical playbook as we scale the business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have 8+ years of experience selling into government or public-sector organizations.
- Have successfully closed complex deals within federal, state, or regulated environments.
- Are comfortable navigating government procurement frameworks and long buying cycles.
- Have experience building a new vertical or GTM motion from early stages.
- Possess strong executive presence and can engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
- Are passionate about how AI and emerging technologies can modernize government services.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where you operate both strategically and tactically.

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Financial Services: the banks, credit unions, insurers, lenders, and wealth managers people trust with their money, their families, and their futures. These institutions win or lose on trust and service at massive scale, under some of the most demanding regulatory standards anywhere. Their customers increasingly expect to talk, not type, whether they’re checking a balance, disputing a charge, filing a claim, or asking about a loan.
Our ideal candidate learns fast, closes well from a warm introduction, and is passionate about AI voice technology. You’ll act as a strategic partner to institutions reimagining how they serve, sell to, and sound to their customers, safely and at scale.
In this role you will:
- Focus on prospecting and landing net-new customers to expand the market footprint that ElevenLabs has in the financial services industry.
- Be able to balance a diverse pipeline of large financial institutions who require white glove experience with medium sized regional clients who require speed to close
- Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing and internal workflows. Our public use cases include account inquiries, payment support, fraud triage, loan origination, claims processing, collections, and compliance verification. Others include caller verification, onboarding, policy servicing and renewals, and contact center coaching
- Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including competitive solutions, build-vs-buy dynamics, and emerging trends in AI governance and model risk
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (CX and Contact Center Operations, Digital and Product, Technology, and Risk, Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across lines of business
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high-impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value, guide customers through model-risk, security, and architecture review, and set them up to scale in production
- Partner closely with Legal teams to drive strategic, fast-moving negotiations
- Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice, and share what you learn in the field to sharpen our Financial Services positioning, messaging, and references
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Financial services experience (banks, credit unions, insurers, lenders, payments) is preferred but not required. We weigh demonstrated adaptability and fast ramp in a new industry heavily
- Proven success closing [six- and seven-figure] deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven ability to take a warm introduction through discovery, Proof of Value, and procurement to close
- Experience selling to both technical buyers (product and engineering) and business buyers (CX, operations, digital), and to risk and compliance gatekeepers, translating complex technology into business value
- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, including regulated-industry vendor risk, model risk, and data protection reviews, and able to work autonomously as a cross-functional partner

At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About the role
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth by owning a portfolio of advertisers and/or agencies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering consultative, insight-led solutions that help clients achieve brand and performance outcomes on X. The role blends new business growth and account expansion, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results.
This is a frontline, growth-oriented role in a reseller market where X owns the territory end to end. The focus is firmly on hunting new business across the SMB and mid-market segment — expanding the long tail, driving new activations, and increasing active clients — rather than purely farming an existing book
What you'll do :-
Revenue & Growth (Core)
Own and grow a book of business; deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets through new spend, renewals, and upsell.
Hunt and win new business across
SMB and mid-market advertisers
, driving new activations and expanding the long tail of active clients.
Build and execute account growth strategies that create win/win outcomes for X and advertisers.
Develop and present consultative sales narratives showing how X advertising solutions connect brands with audiences and deliver outcomes.
Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and disciplined account planning to achieve targets.
Client & Agency Partnership
Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor.
Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans; align on objectives, audience, creative approach, and measurement.
Identify client business challenges and translate them into clear media strategies and platform solutions.
Operate a client-centric model with full agency ownership — no closed verticals — and the freedom to pursue any vertical or client base.
Market Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Stay current on X product updates and the broader digital media landscape; translate market changes into client opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners (measurement, creative, ops, product, client solutions) to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues quickly.
What we are looking for :-
5+ years in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales with a track record of exceeding quota and growing a book of business.
A purely digital recent track record — early-career offline/traditional media experience is fine, but recent experience must be in digital.
Demonstrated hunter mentality — aggressive, new-business-oriented, and comfortable building a book in an open, reseller market.
Strong, relevant network in the West and South India market — existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands and/or agencies, and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.
Background from a social media platform, OTT/streaming, or programmatic/publisher environment is strongly preferred (e.g. social platforms, streaming players, DSP/SSP and publisher partners).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (formats, measurement, targeting, brand vs. performance objectives).
Comfortable with data: ability to translate performance signals into insights and clear client recommendations.
Experience selling across both brand and performance objectives (and ideally video ad solutions).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments; strong collaboration and problem-solving.
What we offer :-
Work with X, a marquee global social platform — standout experience that few in the market can claim, and a strong differentiator for your career.
An open, uncontested market — X owns the territory here, so how you approach, acquire, and grow clients is genuinely up to you.
Real ownership — own your book end to end, with full agency ownership and a client-centric (not verticalized) model.
Territory that scales with you — your remit grows with your caliber, exposure, and the business you can demonstrably manage.
Autonomy and work-life balance — the freedom to own how you work, backed by a supportive, collaborative team.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
The role
We’re hiring Senior Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s presales function in DACH. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re excited by building while scaling, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you’ll take what you learn in the field back to Product.
This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time and continue to scale across DACH.
Sales cycle ownership
- Co-plan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements, their technical environment and current business challenges.
- Design and deliver compelling demonstrations that solve customer problems, quantify the value of solving those problems, and tell a clear, credible story of how Synthesia solves them better than anything else.
- Understand and overcome technical objections and integration concerns; identify blockers early and develop solution paths with customers.
- Support stakeholder workshops that connect Synthesia to the buyer’s broader technology strategy on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Partner with Account Executives to define account and deal strategy, advise on competitive positioning, assess opportunity stage, and forecast your book of business for leadership.
Demo excellence
- Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia’s business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, designing Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product.
- Identify, build relationships with, and actively empower executive champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally.
- Develop and maintain reusable assets across demo environments, use cases, integration templates, objections and industry playbooks, brought to life directly in Synthesia’s platform.
- Support POC and pilot readouts as a business narrative, not a feature tour, learning to bring storytelling and executive presence to the room as you grow into more senior conversations.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity) and scalability for global deployments.
Product and industry expertise
- Maintain deep expertise on Synthesia’s platform capabilities across all product lines, roadmap and positioning to highlight value-driving use cases.
- Develop deep vertical knowledge, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert and building trust with executive buyers.
- Stay ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from current, static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development.
Ecosystem collaboration
- Product: share customer and prospect product and competitive feedback with pre-sales leadership and Product, flagging pain points, missing capabilities and gaps that surface in your deals to help shape the roadmap.
- Product Marketing: work with Product Marketing to understand and apply messaging and positioning in your deal cycles, and contribute to reusable assets like demo scripts and competitive battlecards.
- Customer Success: brief Customer Success on technical context and champion relationships at handover, so your POCs and pilots convert cleanly into production deployments.
- Enablement: review and enhance enablement content based on what works best in preparing team members for client engagements, and deliver and evaluate certification as needed to accelerate understanding in the commercial team.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering or customer-facing technical experience at SaaS companies.
- Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with both executive decision-makers (CHRO, CLO, Head of L&D, CTO) and technical audiences (IT, security, developers).
- Technical depth in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations such as LMS, HCM, CRM and identity, security, or compliance) and a willingness to learn quickly across domains.
- Fluency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and comfort translating technical requirements into business value and ROI conversations.
- A problem-solving approach built on gathering requirements, asking clarifying questions and adapting solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent business and technical presentation skills, in person and remote, and the ability to explain complex AI and integration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple POCs, demos and customer conversations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset; you thrive working with AEs, Product, Customer Success and other teams to drive customer and company success.
- Product orientation and genuine curiosity about how customers use technology.
- Willingness to travel to visit key customers for discovery, executive conversations and on-site demos.
We’d be particularly excited if
- You can also speak Spanish and/or Italian.
- You’re based in Munich, Berlin, Zurich or London, so you can spend time in our offices. This is a hybrid role, with 2+ days a week in the office.
