SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT | LATAM
Our Solutions Architecture team connects business priorities with practical technical solutions, helping customers understand how Chainalysis can support their most important objectives.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey. You will turn complex requirements into clear recommendations, help customers envision how our products fit into their operating environment, and guide them toward measurable business outcomes.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis solutions and the problems our customers are trying to solve. You'll explain complex concepts in a clear, compelling way to technical practitioners, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. You'll also build practical, customer-specific solutions that support deployment, integration, adoption, and long-term value.
In this role, you'll:
- Serve as a core member of the account team, partnering closely with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Take ownership of customer outcomes across the full lifecycle, from initial discovery and solution design through investigation support, compliance program delivery, deployment, enablement, adoption, and expansion.
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover customer objectives, operational pain points, use cases, technical constraints, and success criteria.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths.
- Articulate Chainalysis capabilities in a way that is relevant to each customer's compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security environment.
- Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, and technical narratives that show how Chainalysis can address customer priorities.
- Conduct blockchain investigations, deliver compliance and regulatory guidance, and build technical solutions such as notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, reference architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows that accelerate and automate investigations, analysis, and customer processes, adapted to each customer's operating model, data, controls, and risk framework.
- Design automation that fits into existing compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security operations rather than requiring customers to redesign how they work.
- Help customers access and operationalize Chainalysis data through APIs, integrations, and fit-for-purpose technical patterns.
- Provide guidance on solution architecture, API implementation, workflow design, data movement, and integration considerations.
- Drive platform adoption by connecting customer workflows to Chainalysis capabilities and identifying new use cases.
- Identify creative, responsible approaches to difficult customer problems, while balancing speed, scalability, security, maintainability, and measurable impact.
- Build trust through sound technical judgment, clear communication, reliable execution, and a strong understanding of the customer's business.
- Assemble the technical evidence base, including outcome data, consumption metrics, adoption analysis, and expansion signals, that supports quarterly impact reporting and renewal conversations.
- Build customer capability and self-sufficiency rather than creating ongoing dependence on the Solutions Architecture team.
- Own the feedback loop between customers and Product/Engineering, translating field insights and feature requirements into product improvements and bringing those improvements back to customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, meeting them at their current level of crypto-maturity and partnering with them to advance their understanding, processes, and outcomes.
- Represent Chainalysis at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Contribute to the wider Solutions Architecture team through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, internal initiatives, and better ways of working.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Several years of experience in one or more relevant areas, such as financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management.
- Experience making complex technical or operational concepts understandable to different audiences.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- A creative, structured, and investigative approach to solving challenging customer problems.
- Comfort working with technical tools and learning new technologies quickly. Experience with Python or another programming language, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable.
- The curiosity and initiative to develop technical depth over time; you do not need to arrive with a complete technical stack, but you should enjoy investigating how things work and building the skills to solve new problems.
- The ability to operate effectively when requirements are ambiguous, information is incomplete, or the best path forward has not yet been defined.
- A collaborative, generous approach to working with others, including a willingness to share knowledge, seek input, and improve team practices.
- A demonstrated focus on measurable customer outcomes, not simply technical activity or product usage.
- An interest in blockchain and a desire to keep building your understanding of the technology, the market, and the customers we serve.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

MEET THE TEAM 👥
Here at Cleo, we have ~70 Data Scientists (Product Analysts) working embedded into our Pillars ✨ They stay connected and share knowledge consistently through monthly meetings and slack channels to scale approaches and ensure everyone learns in the same way. They thrive through clear communication with their squad and stakeholders to influence product or company decisions, being that bridge between the non-tech and technical sides of the team. We have deeply structured data and a great experimentation culture using StatSig for all analysts to dive into!
ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We're hiring a senior analytics leader to own the analytics strategy and operating model across Cleo's Financial Services Product pillars. You'll lead and develop the analytics leadership layer itself - L4/L5 managers and senior ICs - setting company-level standards for metrics, experimentation, and reporting across pillars.
- Own the analytics strategy and operating model across Financial Services Product pillars - coherent measurement, experimentation, and insight cadence mapped to company priorities
- Lead and develop the analytics leadership layer (L4/L5 managers and senior ICs), building a strong bench, growth plans, and succession so the function doesn't rely on any single person
- Drive the experimentation programme as a product - fixing structural issues like single source of truth, standard bucketing, automated conflict detection, sizing and priors - and raise the bar on rigour across squads
- Improve observability of live user flows and metric movements, partnering with Engineering on the event framework and product-health reporting
- Champion responsible use of agentic AI as a force multiplier for analytics, with sensible guardrails
- Partner with Product, Credit, Engineering, Commercial, and ML leadership to shape roadmaps and trade-offs with evidence, giving senior leadership clear visibility on what's driving key metrics
- Set and enforce company-level standards for metrics, experimentation, and reporting, reducing duplicated, siloed work across pillars
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️
- 8+ years in data analytics, data science, BI engineering, or analytics engineering, ideally in a high-growth, product-led company
- Proven management experience of at least 4+ ICs
- Deep experimentation expertise beyond stat-sig testing - fixing structural problems in a testing programme: bucketing, conflicts/collisions, sizing, priors, governance
- A builder's instinct: bias for automation, ownership, and shipping
- Ability to set standards and an operating model that teams actually adopt, measurably improving delivery beyond a single team
- Commercial sense - can translate product/user metrics into revenue, profitability, and LTV, and hold your own with Product Directors and Commercial stakeholders
- Systems thinker, comfortable in a mature, complex product environment with interacting parts (e.g. payments, credit risk, ML models feeding user experience)
- Exec-ready storytelling - can synthesise across pillars, land insight at the right moment, and set and defend targets with senior stakeholders
- Player-coach instinct - creates leverage through delegation, templates, and self-serve, but goes hands-on on the highest-leverage or most ambiguous problems when needed
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Cursor) as leverage, with the judgement to know when to trust output and when to verify
- Interest in fintech and Cleo's mission to make money easier and more human
- Nice to have: causal inference depth (CUPED, Bayesian methods, PSM, uplift modelling) and the judgement to know when it's worth the effort
- Nice to have: genuine enthusiasm for agentic AI as a force multiplier in analytics workflows
- Nice to have: credit-risk analytics exposure - arrears, defaults, how ML risk models interact with product analytics and UX
- Nice to have: fintech, personal finance, lending, or high-growth consumer subscription experience

You care about developer tools, clear technical storytelling, and helping software engineers do their best work. You know how to take complex product capabilities and turn them into clear narratives, launches, and campaigns that resonate with a highly technical audience. If you thrive on autonomy, take pride in your technical craft, and want to help shape how .NET developers worldwide view our tools, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Developer tools are changing fast, and how we talk about .NET tools needs to stay grounded, credible, and clear. We need someone who can take ownership of technical product marketing across Rider, ReSharper, and dotUltimate, ensuring our messaging cuts through industry noise and focuses on genuine developer needs.
In this role, you’ll dig into products and developer workflows yourself, identify the stories worth telling, and help determine how we bring them to market. You will work closely with Product Managers, software engineers, Developer Advocates, Research, Growth, and other Marketing teams. Decisions here live close to the work – you’ll have the autonomy to generate ideas, test new campaign approaches, and shape product messaging without needing permission at every step.
Day to day, you will:
Develop clear positioning, messaging, and product stories around Rider, ReSharper, dotUltimate, and related .NET developer experiences.
Turn complex technical capabilities and developer workflows into clear content, including launch stories, product pages, blog posts, case studies, video scripts, and campaign assets.
Own product and feature marketing for key capabilities, working from product priorities and product manager input to shape developer-facing stories.
Coordinate selected release marketing workflows, including planning and producing What’s New content and ensuring release stories are accurately represented.
Build a deep understanding of .NET developers, their workflows, customer needs, market trends, and community conversations to shape priorities and campaigns.
Develop and execute developer-focused campaigns around important product bets, defining the audience, message, channels, assets, and measures of success.
Extend product stories beyond release day through follow-up content, campaigns, customer stories, and amplification.
Measure the performance of launches, content, and campaigns, share what we learn, and adjust our approach when needed.
Help tell the evolving story of professional developer tools as AI changes how software is built, including workflows involving agents and code intelligence.
Contribute hands-on by writing articles, testing features, building briefs, editing landing pages, and capturing product visuals directly on demo projects.
What you’ll bring
High technical curiosity and a deep respect for developer workflows and software craft.
Comfort taking ownership, making decisions independently, and carrying ambiguous opportunities through execution.
A habit of asking good questions and challenging assumptions constructively before building a campaign.
Clear, direct communication style with an ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly and credibly.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate smoothly across distributed teams.
A pragmatic approach that balances strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution.
What you’ll need
Practical experience in technical product marketing, developer marketing, or a comparable role for a technical software product.
Ability to understand software development well enough to work directly with engineers and translate technical capabilities into developer benefits.
Proven track record of bringing software products, features, or releases to market within frequent release cycles.
Solid understanding of positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, channel selection, and campaign measurement.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to create compelling technical content and collaborate effectively with global teams.
We’d be especially thrilled if you:
Have worked on developer tools, IDEs, APIs, SDKs, cloud or developer infrastructure, DevOps, or another product built for software developers.
Have hands-on development experience or regularly work with code and developer tooling.
Know C#, .NET, Rider, ReSharper, Visual Studio, VS Code, or related developer ecosystems.
Have marketed AI-assisted development tools or are familiar with modern coding agents and AI developer workflows.
Have created technical content such as case studies, tutorials, product videos, demos, technical articles, or developer-focused campaigns.
Have experience working directly with developer communities or technical customers, including through webinars, interviews, or customer conversations.
What success looks like
Success means crafting clear, credible product narratives that help .NET developers understand the value of our tools, earning the trust of product and engineering teams, and continuously improving how we bring releases and campaigns to market.

MEET THE TEAM
Here at Cleo, we have ~200 Engineers organised into Pillars ✨ Our stack spans a Ruby on Rails monolith, a single React Native (TypeScript) app frontend, Python for machine learning services, and PostgreSQL, all hosted on AWS and shipped through Kubernetes - backend goes out multiple times a week, app releases to Google and Apple at least weekly. To thrive here, our engineers proactively use our Engineering Principles to guide daily decisions, take ownership of problems beyond their own squad to drive broader impact, and actively drive their own learning, development and growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a brilliant Frontend React/React Native Engineer with an eye for UI/UX design to join us on our mission to fight for the world's financial health. You’ll be joining a team of adaptable, creative and product-focused engineers who ship working software. - Being part of the rota for our weekly app releases to the Apple and Google app stores
- Getting involved in cross-cutting concerns that lift our entire engineering effort with the rest of the frontend chapter
- Taking part in shaping all the work your squad does, not just the technical parts. Delivery is a team sport, and we encourage everyone at Cleo to share their ideas, so you can expect to be involved in product ideation sessions, user research calls, design reviews, retrospectives, ways of working sessions, product demos, OKR reviews.
Whichever squad and part of the business you land in, you will be shipping changes multiple times a week to our hundreds of thousands of active users and seeing your work having a material impact on the financial health of those most in need.

MEET THE TEAM 👥
Here at Cleo we have team of ~135 member in our Borrow Pillar and ~8 dedicated to Credit Policy and Analytics. This function brings together several specialisms, all working toward managing portfolio performance; designing the systems, models, and controls that make lending sustainable. They drive to build and grow a portfolio of responsible EWA & Pay Later products that can scale across markets while protecting users from high cost debt trap.
ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We're hiring a Head of Data Science to lead credit performance measurement and monitoring within our Risk & Payments pillar. This is a player-coach role: you'll manage a team of Credit Data Scientists and Analysts, splitting your time between hands-on analysis and leading the team - setting direction, developing people, and owning the function's output.
You'll own the frameworks and metrics that keep our credit products healthy, and drive the deep-dive analyses that explain performance shifts and turn them into action. Key areas of impact:
- Own credit performance measurement - design and maintain Cleo's risk metric framework (arrears, default, yield, LTV, marginal loss), and the dashboards/alerts that catch arrears spikes, roll-rate shifts, and decisioning anomalies early.
- Bridge model health and business decisions - partner with Risk Modelling to translate model metrics (AUC, PSI, calibration, drift) into policy and product recommendations, and diagnose whether performance moves are model-driven, macro, or operational.
- Lead root-cause analysis - own investigations end-to-end (question → analysis → recommendation) on issues like arrears spikes or yield compression, using driver analysis (SHAP, feature importance, decomposition), and present findings to Risk, Product, and Leadership.
- Support policy and decisioning - work with Credit Policy and Decision Science to build evaluation frameworks for policy changes, quantify their marginal impact, and support elasticity/profitability modelling on pricing and limits.
- Manage and develop a team - directly manage Credit Data Scientists and Analysts: set priorities, manage performance, and grow the team, not just direct project work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️
- Strong SQL and Python skills, comfortable working directly from the warehouse
- Track record owning analyses end-to-end - from framing the question to shipping a recommended change
- Hands-on experience with predictive models (credit, fraud, or similar), fluent in AUC/Gini, calibration, PSI/CSI, and drift
- Fluency in credit portfolio metrics (arrears buckets, roll rates, loss rate, yield/marginal loss) and how they tie to unit economics
- Experience directly managing analysts or data scientists - priorities, performance, and people development
- Nice to have: experience with short-term or revolving credit products
- Nice to have: experience with both UK and US regulatory frameworks

We offer benefits package built to support you in and out of work. Benefits vary by country 🌍 and include meaningful equity, comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, a paid one-month sabbatical after four years, a learning & development platform, pension or retirement contributions, and location-specific leave entitlements.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
About the role:
We're looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and grow our presales function in NYC. Reporting to our presales VP of Solutions Engineering, this is a founding leadership role where you'll help us establish the discipline from the ground up, shaping the playbook that drives your region's success while collaborating across the business to share best practices.
As a Solutions Engineering Manager, you will have full ownership of your team's success; you'll be hiring and developing Solutions Engineers, while staying hands-on in the highest-impact deals in your market. You'll set the bar for how your team runs discovery, demos, Proofs of Concept, and technical evaluations. You'll regularly partner with Sales leadership, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to connect your team's work to revenue outcomes. You'll own forecasting, performance, and the overall health of your market, collaborating with presales leadership on strategy and priorities.
Recruitment and Development
- Hire, ramp, and develop a team of 5-10 Solutions Engineers (SEs)in your region, across experience levels, from mid-career to subject matter experts.
- Run regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and career development conversations, ensuring a high quality of discovery, demos, and technical evaluations across the team.
- Build a collaborative, inclusive team culture where Solutions Engineers support each other across deals, not just their own book.
Execution
- Execute and reinforce Synthesia's core presales motions (research, discovery, demos, workshops, Proofs of Concept, champion building, and handover to customer success) with consistency across your team.
- Design and evolve Synthesia's demo methodology across Studio, Roleplay Sessions, and Interactive Avatars, so your team proves business value quickly regardless of use case.
- Build and maintain the presales toolkit for your team with Synthesia's product and operations teams for demo environments, reusable assets, evaluation guides, and objection handling; iterating where you see gaps for your market.
- Evangelize and drive consistent use of AI tools across your team, from call prep to demo delivery to turning discovery notes into follow-up documentation to improve win rate and deal size.
- Partner with Enablement and senior SEs in other markets to share what's working and avoid rebuilding the same assets twice.
- Own forecasting and pipeline hygiene for presales involvement in your market, and report on team performance, win rates, and Proofs of Concept throughput to presales leadership.
- Partner with Sales leadership on account and territory strategy, resourcing your team against the highest-value opportunities.
- Bring visibility to deal risk, timeline, and technical dependencies across your team's active opportunities, and unblock what your SEs can't unblock alone.
- Route field feedback, product gaps, and competitive intelligence from your team up to Product, Product Marketing, and SE leadership.
Domain and Playbook expertise
- Design and evolve Synthesia's demo methodology across Studio, Roleplay Sessions, and Interactive Avatars.
- Use your experience in expert-level discovery, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept scoping to coach SEs at every level.
- Build fluency in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks across your team through coaching on real-world application, not framework recitation.
- Deliver and coach Proofs of Concept and executive readouts as a business narrative, not a feature tour, holding the room with C-level audiences yourself when the deal calls for it.
About you:
- Experience recruiting, managing, and developing Solution Engineering presales teams.
- You've owned the full employee life cycle from hiring through onboarding and promotions, across tenures from early stage to specialised individual contributors. You've done this with teams you've inherited, plus those you've built from scratch.
- Your path to leadership started as an IC executing straightforward opportunities against a playbook, then evolved into solving complex problems with product partners - ultimately building deep expertise in a specific business area or vertical.
- Track record of improving team performance through coaching, hands-on deal support, and consistent execution of an established presales process, not through reinventing it.
- Comfortable owning forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and performance reporting from a presales perspective, not mimicking the AE perspective.
- Fluent in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, with the credibility to coach both new and experienced SEs on applying them.
- Clear, inclusive communicator who can flex from deep technical detail to executive-level value narratives, and can teach others to do the same.
- Collaborative leadership style, comfortable partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing leadership as peers, not just stakeholders.

The Senior Software Development Team Coordinator (Thailand) is the operational right hand of the Thailand Team Leader within the Sitebuilders Chiang Mai team. This role supports the Team Leader to operate at a strategic and technical level — by owning the people rhythm and day-to-day operational layer of the Thailand hub. The Software Development Team Coordinator reports directly to the Thailand Team Leader and works in close partnership to ensure strong team operations, delivery consistency, and people development across the Thailand hub. This role is not intended to act as a buffer between the Team Leader and the team, but rather as a strong operational partner who increases the effectiveness of both. Success in this role is measured by the health and performance of the team, as well as by the Team Leader’s ability to focus on high-impact strategic and technical responsibilities.
Responsibilities
People Leadership & Team Development
• Serve as the primary people manager for Thailand-based engineers — owning regular 1:1s, feedback cycles, and individual development plans in close coordination with the Team Leader.
• Monitor team morale, identify and report risks early, and address interpersonal issues with discretion before they escalate to the Team Leader.
• Support engineers' career progression by identifying growth opportunities and skill gaps, aligned with the Team Leader and UXM Architect’s technical direction.
• Lead onboarding coordination for new Thailand-based hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team's ways of working.
• Build and reinforce a team culture of ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement — consistent with the Team Leader's vision for the team.
Delivery & Operational Coordination
• Track Kanban progress across the Thailand team, ensuring blockers are surfaced and resolved without pulling the Team Leader away from technical priorities.
• Manage day-to-day task allocation and priority adjustments in fast-switching delivery cycles within a Kanban system.
• Compile and deliver structured monthly reports to upper management layers detailing overall team status, KPI metrics, operational delivery risks, and sensitive people or performance issues. Every identified issue, bottleneck, or risk must be accompanied by a concrete, actionable remediation plan to improve and resolve the situation dynamically.
• Oversee accurate time logging and estimation integrity across the team (including for the Deputy role itself).
Technical Contribution & Stability Support
• Assist the Front-End Team Leader in identifying potential personnel or project risks and help formulate contingency plans.
• Support the Project Anchors and the Stability Unit by ensuring developers are available and focused during critical production fixes.
• Maintain sufficient technical credibility to follow engineering discussions, understand the team’s work, and ask relevant questions. While this role is not the primary technical authority, it is expected to operate confidently and effectively within technical conversations.
• Act as a first-level escalation point for day-to-day operational and process questions, resolving escalations before it reaches the Team Leader.
• Uphold UXM documentation requirements and Definition of Done compliance within the team.
Hiring Support
• Participate in hiring panels for Thailand-based frontend roles, providing structured feedback on culture fit, communication, and working style.
• Assist in scoping role requirements in coordination with the Team Leader.
Requirements
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a people management or team coordination role in a tech team.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Front End frameworks and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS (React, Angular etc.)). We value the ability to translate technical constraints into project timelines, ensuring you can accurately assess scope and complexity during the planning phase.
• Genuine people leadership instinct — you find energy in developing others, you notice when someone is struggling before they say it, and you handle sensitive conversations with care.
• Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure — the team should feel steadier because you are in the room.
• High level of initiative, ownership, and leadership mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English; able to represent team dynamics and delivery status clearly to the Team Leader and upward when needed.
• iGaming or SaaS platform experience is an advantage.

In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.
Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.
Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a results-driven SDR to join our intake pod - the team that runs new clients through their first three months at Belkins. Each pod is built around an Account Strategist who owns client strategy through the pilot, supported by a Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist. This structure means the technical side of outreach is handled for you - your focus is on calling and converting prospect responses into booked appointments.
You will work across multiple pilot-stage client projects at once (typically 3-4), running high-volume cold calling via power dialer and personally managing all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns. Because every account is brand new, the meetings you book in the first weeks carry extra weight - they're often a client's first real proof that the engagement is working.
Things You’ll Be Doing:
Cold Calling
Running outbound calling campaigns via power dialer (Koncert) across multiple (3-4) pilot-stage client projects at once - every account brand-new, so there's no history to lean on and no slow ramp-up;
Handling objections live, on the call, and steering each conversation toward a booked appointment, not just working through a script;
Tracking connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, flagging performance issues to your Account Strategist before they become a pattern - with only three months on the clock, a slow week can't go unnoticed.
Reply Handling — Email & LinkedIn
Personally owning
every reply
that comes in from automated email
(Reply.io / Inbox AI)
and LinkedIn
(Expandi)
campaigns -responding within 4–8 working hours, handling objections in writing, and nurturing prospects until they convert into confirmed meetings;
Scheduling appointments and sharing meeting details with the team via Slack.
Campaign Oversight & Reporting
Monitoring key metrics across every project - connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate - as your own numbers, not someone else's dashboard.
Feeding structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS so lead quality and messaging actually improve, not just flagging that something isn't working.
Keeping CRM hygiene tight in
HubSpot
and sharing a weekly recap your Account Strategist can actually use.
What You Bring:
2+ years
of outbound SDR experience with a strong
cold calling background
;
Fluent English - written and spoken - comfortable working across US and European time zones;
Metrics-driven:
you track your dials, connect rates, and conversion numbers and know how to improve them;
Strong objection handling and a consistent track record of landing next steps;
Comfortable working brand-new accounts with no track record yet, and able to manage multiple pilot-stage client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace;
Reliable
CRM hygiene
and disciplined follow-up across all open threads;
Self-starting and proactive - you hold your pace without needing external pressure.
How We Hire:
Recruiter Interview
(~30 minutes) — with Yuliia or Inna.
Practical Task
(~60–90 minutes) — a written exercise covering outbound thinking, objection handling, and lead prioritization.
Hiring Manager Interview
(~45–60 minutes) — a conversation with the SDR Enablement Manager covering the details of your work, performance analytics, and a live cold-call roleplay.
Final Interview
(~60 minutes) — with the Managing Director and HR Business Partner to assess company fit and explore your values and working style.
Offer & Onboarding
— if it's a yes, we move fast.
