Workplace: Hybrid
We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team
To sustain the company's growth, Ledger is looking for a Senior Scala Backend Engineer to join the Cloud Wallet team. This team builds and operates the backend services that power blockchain account management, transaction processing and on-chain data aggregation across all Ledger wallet surfaces, from Ledger Live to Ledger Enterprise, the custody platform used by financial institutions. Every client transaction goes through these services, and so does every new blockchain Ledger supports. We believe in the power of functional programming to build robust and scalable platforms. We take time to share, challenge, and grow together through bi-weekly knowledge-sharing sessions, meetups, conferences, and open source contributions.
What you’ll be doing
- Design, build and operate the Scala services that connect Ledger wallets and the Ledger Enterprise platform to blockchain backends: account creation, operation history, transaction crafting, broadcast and lifecycle tracking.
- Lead new blockchain integrations end to end, from the integration design (ADR) to production, across account-based, UTXO and privacy-preserving chains.
- Own production quality on your scope: SLIs and SLOs, observability, distributed tracing. Take part in the firefighting rotation and drive incidents to resolution, including those raised by institutional clients.
- Define clear contracts with the Coin Integration and Ledger Enterprise teams, for example where UTXO selection lives or how transaction states are exposed to consumers.
- Write and review ADRs, challenge designs, and raise the bar on code quality, testing (including end-to-end on testnets) and technical debt management.
- Work in an AI-native way: use coding agents daily, write the specifications, constraints and verification that let them deliver safely, and contribute to the team's AI tooling.
- Mentor other engineers and share your knowledge across the Backend Blockchain community.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with:
- The Coin Integration team for coin modules and new blockchain integrations.
- The Ledger Enterprise team, main consumer of the team's services for institutional custody.
- The Ledger Wallet, Ledger Button and Wallet XP teams as consumers of the team's backend APIs.
- The Blockchain platform team for data model alignment, indexing and event streaming.
- The Infrastructure and SRE teams for deployment, reliability and scalability.
- The Security team (Donjon) for vulnerability analysis and remediation.
- The Product team for roadmap prioritization and customer-driven requirements.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of backend engineering, with real production ownership of distributed systems.
- Strong production experience
- Interest for Scala and functional programming practice
- Hands-on blockchain integration experience: transaction lifecycle, fees, finality, reorgs, on at least two models among account-based, UTXO and privacy-preserving chains.
- Experience with event-driven systems and data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, NATS or equivalent) and with observability tooling (Datadog or equivalent).
- Able to diagnose an incident across several services and own the outcome, from root cause to fix in production.
- Comfortable reading and contributing to TypeScript code, as the team works on a polyglot stack.
- Daily use of AI coding tools, with a critical eye on their output.
- Clear written communication in English, especially for design documents and incident reports.
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:
- Flexible work options - Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week
- Health & Wellness support - Health and Life Insurance.
- Financial growth opportunities - Employees can become shareholders in Ledger as well as other financial benefits depending on your country of work.
- Commuter allowance - Ledger offers a commuter allowance to contribute to your preferred means of transportation.
- Learning & Development - A comprehensive suite of training solutions providing a personalised learning experience for every employee.
For regionally specific benefits, your Talent Acquisition contact will be able to provide you with more information.
We’re committed to building an inclusive hiring process. If you need any adjustments or accommodations, just let us know, we’ll do our best to support you.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

a. Background:

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We’re hiring a Product Manager with deep UX and interaction design expertise to build social experiences around investing and trading at Kraken.
You should be comfortable designing flows yourself, building interactive prototypes, and working through interaction details with designers and engineers. You’ll also own the product decisions: which customer problem to solve, what to ship first, and how to measure whether the experience improved.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design complete social journeys. Work through how someone discovers a person, decides to follow them, shares an idea or trade, receives a response, and returns. Connect these interactions into an experience users understand without explanation.
- Make the interaction details work. Shape navigation, information hierarchy, copy, defaults, gestures, and feedback. Specify what happens when a feed is empty, a post fails, content loads slowly, or someone changes their mind.
- Prototype before committing to a build. Turn ideas into interactive prototypes that communicate the intended behavior. Explore alternatives, test the uncertain parts, and give engineering clear flows, states, and acceptance criteria.
- Use psychology to improve participation. Understand why people hesitate to post, seek recognition, follow strangers, or respond to others. Translate those motivations into decisions about audience visibility, prompts, reputation, feedback, and the effort required to contribute.
- Observe users and fix what gets in their way. Run usability sessions, watch people complete tasks, and combine those observations with funnel data. Identify where people misunderstand the product, lose confidence, or abandon an action.
- Design for first use and repeated use. Make the experience useful before someone has connections. Keep sharing lightweight during an active trading session, with clear control over what becomes public. Test the twentieth interaction as carefully as the first.
- Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes. For each significant change, define the expected behavior and how to test it. Track task completion, abandonment, first follows, first contributions, responses, and subsequent retention. Work with data science to evaluate experiments and effects on both contributors and their audiences.
- Take the experience through launch. Choose a focused initial scope, resolve trade-offs with engineering, review the implementation against the intended design, and use post-launch evidence to decide what to improve next.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Has designed and shipped consumer social experiences. Your portfolio shows your contribution to feeds, profiles, sharing, messaging, discovery, or communities—and how the experience changed after launch.
- Has strong interaction design craft. You can explain why a flow is structured a particular way, what users will notice first, what they need to understand, and which decisions or steps can be removed.
- Can build realistic interactive prototypes. You use Figma, code, AI tools, or a combination to make behavior tangible and testable, including transitions, empty states, and failure states.
- Understands behavior through evidence. You can show where user research challenged your assumptions and changed a design.
- Can own product outcomes. You can prioritize a problem, define success, interpret funnel and cohort data, and explain whether an experiment produced a meaningful improvement.
- Understands the context of social finance. You account for how credibility, incentives, reputation, and visibility of financial activity affect what people trust and choose to share.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⚡ THE CORPORATE TEAM AT ALAN
You will join Alan's Corporate team, the unit that covers legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance and security as Alan scales.
Alan wants to be in 10 countries within five years, and that only works with corporate processes built to scale with it. This is a newly created role, and your job is to make Alan's regulated development seamless and integrated with how we build product.
You will benefit from close mentorship and structured support, you won't be left on your own, and the deep legal, privacy, and security expertise stays in the team around you. At Alan, roles evolve, so you will have real opportunities to expand your scope across topics and countries as you grow.
🤝 YOUR MISSIONS
Corporate protects Alan and its members, but regulated work can still be slow, manual and disconnected from how we build. You are here to build the compliance product that fixes that: processes and tooling that hold as Alan grows, and that make regulated work lighter on both sides, for the teams you serve and for the experts you work with.
- Make regulated work scale. Alan's regulatory load grows with every new member, market and product. You build the layer that absorbs it, so Corporate's load stops climbing in lockstep with the company: a clear path from each request to the right owner, and tooling that takes on the recurring work.
- Rebuild processes end to end. You find the painful process, work out what people are really doing to get around it, and redesign it so it is faster for everyone. You stay on it after launch, watch how it is used, and keep improving it until it becomes the way people work.
- Build practical automation and AI-enabled workflows from end-to-end. You identify where no-code, low-code, AI tools or other forms of automation can remove repetitive work, improve consistency and help people make better decisions. You design workflows that combine tools, data, controls and human judgment appropriately.
- Spot the next bottleneck before it bites. You design solutions that keep Alan compliant and fast at the same time, rather than trading one for the other.
- Measure what you ship. You set clear goals and check them, so every change makes life easier on both sides: the Corporate team you work with and the people they serve.
In your first six months, you will have:
- Shipped a first system that gives the teams you serve one simple, fast way to get what they need from Corporate.
- Owned at least one process from problem to a live, automated solution that people actually use.
- Become a trusted, pragmatic builder for the Corporate team and for the people they serve.
- Established a clear approach to measuring adoption, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
🚀 PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
What you bring
- You have built things people kept using. You have turned manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions with no-code, low-code and AI tools, whether at work or on your own projects. You can explain what you built, why you built it and how people used it.
- You understand AI-enabled workflows. You are familiar with current AI tools and have experimented with using them to improve research, decision-making, knowledge work or operations. You are interested not only in using AI tools, but also in combining them into reliable workflows that solve real problems.
- You are drawn to regulated work. You want to understand why these processes exist and where they create friction, and you ramp up fast on a domain that is new to you. Hands-on experience in one of these areas is a plus that speeds your ramp-up, not a requirement.
- French and English (professional level).
Qualities we look for to join our team
- Builder mindset: You can operate independently, make progress with incomplete information, prioritise ruthlessly, involve the right experts and bring a project to a useful outcome without waiting for perfect certainty.
- Explorer mindset: You are curious about a vague problem, dig deep to frame it well, stay solution-oriented, and escalate early.
- Systems thinking: You look beyond isolated tasks and understand how people, processes, tools, data and controls fit together.
- Appetite for regulated complexity: The complexity of regulated work energises you as much as the tooling does, and you approach it with a try-and-retry, challenger mindset.
- Sound judgment: You sense where a shortcut would break a legal, privacy, security or compliance requirement, and you know when to stop and ask.
- Project ownership: You drive projects end to end, from user research and planning to delivery, and you own what happens after launch: adoption and continuous improvement.
- Clear communication: You are proactive and clear with stakeholders, you show progress, and you explain why.
For this role we are looking to hire within the C0-C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France, Belgium or Spain.
Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Senior Software Engineer, GenAI Platform
About the Team
Deliveroo's GenAI Platform team sits within Machine Learning Platform and builds the shared infrastructure that helps DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo teams safely bring GenAI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalisation to production. Our mission is to increase the velocity of business impact from GenAI. A central pillar of that work is running frontier open-weight LLMs and VLMs (such as GLM, Qwen, Kimi, and DeepSeek) ourselves — real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning on autoscaling GPUs — delivering large cost and latency wins (for example, a billion embeddings produced roughly 20× cheaper and visual models served roughly 72% cheaper). We also own core platform surfaces including the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
About the Role
You will join a small, high-leverage team building production infrastructure for Generative AI at Deliveroo and DoorDash, leading the design and architecture of our open-weights model platform spanning inference and fine-tuning: real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and model fine-tuning. You’ll set technical direction across model serving and inference engines, fine-tuning and training pipelines, GPU autoscaling and utilization, batch pipelines, backend services, and observability, and mentor engineers as you go. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys owning ambiguous, high-impact systems and pushing the cost/performance frontier of GPU inference and fine-tuning in a fast-moving technical area where product needs, model capabilities, vendor ecosystems, and cost/performance tradeoffs are evolving quickly.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead the design of infrastructure that helps teams move GenAI ideas from prototype to production, increasing the velocity of business impact from AI across the company.
Own and evolve our open-weights serving stack — real-time GPU endpoints, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/LoRA) — alongside the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
Architect scalable, high-performance systems for model serving, batch inference, GPU autoscaling, and fine-tuning that power real customer and internal automation use cases
Push the cost and latency frontier of GPU inference — turning batch jobs that took days into hours and cutting inference cost by multiples — while giving product teams a clean choice across open-weight and closed-source models with reliability, fallback, observability, and cost controls built in.
Build platforms that support rapid experimentation while meeting production standards for latency, scale, monitoring, SLOs, playbooks, and operational excellence.
Partner closely with — and raise the technical bar for — ML engineers, product engineers, data scientists, and platform teams across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo to turn emerging GenAI capabilities into durable platform primitives.
Set technical direction for the future of the company's centralised GenAI platform — including emerging directions such as reinforcement learning (RLHF/RLVR), agent optimisation, and other post-training and agentic techniques — enabling the next generation of AI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalisation.
We’re excited about you because…
BSc, MSc or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of industry experience in software engineering
Deep backend engineering fundamentals, especially in Python and distributed systems.
Track record of designing and owning production services, APIs, data pipelines, or ML infrastructure at scale.
Experience operating systems in production, including observability, debugging, reliability, incident response, and performance/cost optimization.
Deep hands-on experience with LLM inference and/or fine-tuning of open-weight models in production — serving (latency, throughput, batching, autoscaling, GPU utilization) and/or fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/LoRA).
Demonstrated technical leadership: leading design across ambiguous, fast-moving technical areas, mentoring engineers, and turning customer use cases into reusable platform capabilities
Proficiency in using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) in the full software development lifecycle, including designing, generating code, testing, monitoring and releasing software
Nice To Haves
Experience with LLM inference engines and serving frameworks (e.g., vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM) in production
Experience with distributed/multi-node fine-tuning and training pipelines (SFT, DPO/RLHF, LoRA), including data preparation and evaluation
GPU performance work — multi-node/distributed inference, KV-cache/memory optimisation, quantisation (FP8/INT8/AWQ/GPTQ), or cold-start/throughput tuning
Experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), GPUs, serverless/elastic GPU platforms (e.g., Modal), or high-throughput batch systems
Experience with LLM gateways, model routing, vendor abstraction, or cost attribution
Experience building developer platforms, internal platforms, or self-serve infrastructure
Experience building and deploying AI agents or MCP servers in production
Experience with eval systems, LLM observability, tracing, RAG, search, or vector databases

Our Security and IT team keeps the 360Learning platform secure, compliant and auditable for the 1,500 organisations that learn on it every day. As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, your mission is to make our infrastructure secure by design, detectable by default, and provable at audit time.
360Learning runs its learning platform on Azure and Kubernetes, certified ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. Over the past two years the technical security workload has grown on every front: a larger and more regulated customer base sending their own scans and security assessments, a wider detection and response scope, more infrastructure to keep hardened and auditable, and a growing backlog of security engineering projects that never reach the top of the queue.
We are creating this position to add real technical capacity on the infrastructure side of security, and to move part of our security posture from manual effort to automated guardrails. You will be the bridge between security and platform engineering: deep enough in infrastructure to fix things yourself, and close enough to security operations to know what to look for.
“Ours is a small, senior team with a broad scope: information security, compliance, infrastructure governance and internal tooling, with dual audit accountability on ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. That means direct impact and no layers between you and the decision. Roughly half of this role is greenfield build work you will own end to end.” Guillaume Seigneuret, CISO and Hiring Coach.
Within 1 month, you will:
Complete our onboarding and learn how we work through our own platform and our Convexity culture
Map our Azure and AKS environment, our detection and logging coverage, and our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 control scope with the CISO and the Security Engineer
Meet the DevOps, platform engineering and IT teams you will work with daily
Shadow alert triage and one customer security assessment end to end
Within 3 months, you will:
Be autonomous on our AKS and Azure environment and handle infrastructure related alerts end to end
Have shipped at least one concrete hardening or automation improvement in production
Own the infrastructure scope of vulnerability management, from triage to remediation follow up
Within 6 months, you will:
Have the honeypot live and producing high fidelity alerts
Have measurably widened SIEM connector coverage, with documented log sources and retention
Run infrastructure vulnerability remediation on a predictable cycle with SLA reporting
Within 12 months, you will:
Manage detection content as code, with reviewed and tested rules and documented runbooks
Have largely automated audit evidence on the infrastructure scope
Have eliminated long lived credentials on the critical paths, so engineering teams ship on secure defaults they did not have to think about
The Skill Set:
5+ years in infrastructure, cloud or platform engineering with a strong security focus, or in security engineering with hands on infrastructure practice
Production experience with Kubernetes: RBAC, network policies, admission controllers, secrets handling, workload identity, runtime security
Solid cloud experience, ideally Azure. Strong AWS or Google Cloud experience with a genuine interest in converting works too
Infrastructure as code: Terraform, GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines
Scripting and automation: Python or Go, plus shell. Comfortable reading and writing code, and opening pull requests on repositories owned by other teams
Log analysis and investigation: cloud audit logs, query languages, correlation across identity, network and application sources
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).

An overview of this role
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world.
As a Senior Backend Engineer on
Tenant Controls
, you'll design, implement, and evolve backend capabilities for a global platform that millions use. You'll solve problems of high scope and complexity, influence technical and product direction, and improve system quality, reliability, and performance beyond assigned feature work. Working across product, frontend, infrastructure, data, and security, you'll make pragmatic architectural trade-offs and partner with product managers and designers to deliver value to users in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
What you’ll do
Design and ship moderate to complex backend features with minimal guidance, choosing between modular-monolith code, shared components, and independently operated services.
Influence team objectives, technical direction, and long-range goals, partnering with product managers and designers to shape requirements around user needs.
Define backend standards for style, maintainability, testing, application programming interfaces (APIs), and operational readiness, advocating for quality, security, availability, and performance.
Mentor associate and intermediate engineers, remove technical blockers, and improve delivery practices through code and design reviews.
Diagnose and prevent performance and reliability issues at scale, participate in incident response, and act as a technical owner where appropriate.
Experiment with and integrate agentic AI into production engineering workflows, evaluate its effectiveness, and coach others on responsible use and sound judgment.
What you’ll bring
Strong command of backend architecture, APIs, data systems, and performance tuning in a complex product or service environment.
Proficiency in modern backend languages and a deep understanding of systems programming, with the ability to learn and adapt rather than mastery of a single language.
Experience designing or evolving modular backend boundaries, bounded contexts, and migration-safe architectures.
Ability to lead through influence, technical judgment, and clear asynchronous written communication, connecting product needs with technical decisions and directing your own work.
Experience building or operating agentic AI systems in production, including loops, tool use, and error-handling strategies that support reliability at scale, beyond prompt engineering alone.
Helpful, but not required: experience with high-throughput distributed systems, concurrency or profiling; containerized production operations (such as Kubernetes); database performance (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, schema evolution or partitioning); large-scale modular monoliths or event-driven systems; public technical communication, open source maintenance or developer-focused software as a service (SaaS).

within Production Engineering, where we own application-level rate limiting on GitLab.com. We build the framework that defines, counts, and observes every application rate limit and migrate existing implementations onto it. Our mission is to give GitLab.com a single way to define, configure, and observe these limits, so operators can understand them during an incident and change them without a deploy.
