Location: Ireland; London, England, United Kingdom About the Job: We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, EMEA to be the go-to operator for our EMEA GTM team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who wants to shape how a growing region runs, from the first marketing touch to the closed deal and beyond. You'll join our GTM Operations team as the face of operations in EMEA, partnering day-to day with Marketing, SDR, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success leaders across the lifecycle. You'll turn strategy into the processes, cadences, and insights that move the number. And you won't build alone: a global RevOps team stands behind you with builders and enablement teams to give you the foundation to develop what you design, and enablement to help teach your stakeholders how to be successful. As we build in-region Field Operations coverage, you'll set the playbook for how LaunchDarkly runs in EMEA, and you'll see your impact within your first 90 days, not your first year. If you're a business partner at heart who loves turning ambiguity into rhythm and results, this role is for you. Why This Role Matters: High Impact: You'll own the rituals that make EMEA pipeline and forecasting trustworthy, with a direct line to revenue in one of our key regions. Support EMEA in bringing forecast accuracy within +/- 5% accurate. Strategic Influence: Be the voice of EMEA inside GTM Operations and a trusted partner to regional GTM leadership Break New Ground: Help build in-region operations coverage and set the operating playbook for the region Career Growth: Gain exposure across the full GTM lifecycle, from Marketing and Sales to Customer Success, at a high-growth B2B company Regional Playbooks: Adapt global plays for land, expand, and renewals. Track how playbooks drive conversion and optimize over time. Responsibilities: Business Partnership : Serve as the named operations partner for EMEA's Marketing, Sales & Customer Success leaders. Join their operating meetings, know their number, pipeline, and top risks, and bring insight before you're asked. First Line of Defense : Own intake for EMEA field requests. Answer, route to the right operations team, or escalate, so the field never needs to navigate our org chart. Operating Cadence : Run the EMEA forecast, pipeline, and business review cadence. Inspect pipe hygiene with leaders so each forecast is based on clean data, and each meeting ends in strong data-driven decisions, not updates. Strategy -> Process: Apply our global processes, handoffs, and rules of engagement in EMEA. Own the regional variants and keep them documented. Actionable Insights : Use standard data to find what drives the pipeline, understand what becomes a win, help leaders understand their teams. Recommend the change and see it through. Planning Inputs : Bring what the field knows (territory health, ramp, pipe coverage, and in-market demand generation) to Planning and FP&A so EMEA plans reflect realistic expectations. Adoption & Accountability : Partner with Enablement on new motions and launches, then inspect adoption through the cadence and close the gaps. Voice of the Field : Bring EMEA priorities into operational planning and partner with Systems teams to define clear business requirements. About You: You are a business partner first who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations. You're fluent in the language of pipeline and forecasting, but just as comfortable sitting with a rep as with a VP. You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, and you hold yourself to a high bar. You move fast with an 80/20 mindset, and you can look at a process you built and say "this isn't working" without defensiveness. You know how to influence without authority, and you build relationships before you push for change. You stay curious, embrace feedback, and keep looking for ways to level up yourself and those around you. You’re energized by working across multiple EMEA markets, and you keep a global team aligned from a different time zone. Qualifications: Typically requires 8 years of experience, or equivalent depth of expertise, in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related GTM operations role Experience supporting EMEA GTM teams, ideally in a regional-focused capacity Proven experience running forecast, pipeline, and business review cadences with senior GTM leaders Strong working knowledge of the full GTM lifecycle, including lead management, pipeline generation, sales stages, and customer handoffs Hands-on Salesforce experience, with the ability to write clear business requirements for systems product owners and developers Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations Experience at a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority Experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, Gong, Looker, Outreach, Cognism About LaunchDarkly: Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. Location: United States Workplace: Remote Coder's Revenue Enablement team is building out onboarding and ramp for every customer-facing function — SDR, AE, SE, CSM, and FDE. We're looking for a Sales Onboarding Program Manager who can own that curriculum end to end: designing, running, and continuously improving how new hires ramp from day one to full productivity. This isn't a single-audience onboarding role. You'll build ramp programs that flex across distinct functions with different skill requirements — commercial, technical, and delivery — while keeping a consistent bar for what "ready" looks like across all of them. You'll work closely with our technical enablement and sales performance functions to make sure ramp content stays current with product, methodology, and process as the company scales. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and own the onboarding curriculum and certification framework for new hires across AE, SE, CSM, and FDE roles - Build structured ramp timelines (30/60/90-day plans) with clear milestones, checkpoints, and certification gates for each function - Partner with technical enablement, sales performance, and functional leaders to keep ramp content aligned with current product, methodology (e.g., MEDDPIC, deal qualification frameworks), and sales/delivery process - Track and report on ramp metrics — time-to-productivity, certification completion, early performance indicators — and use that data to iterate on the program - Coordinate logistics and scheduling for cohort-based onboarding (live sessions, shadowing, certification exercises) - Build and maintain a scalable content/documentation system so onboarding materials stay current as the team grows and product evolves - Gather feedback from new hires and their managers to continuously refine the program - Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their ramp period WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 4+ years in program management, enablement, or L&D, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technical sales environment - Demonstrated ability to build structured, repeatable programs from scratch — not just run existing ones - Strong project management instincts: you default to milestones, checklists, and metrics rather than ad hoc coordination - Comfort designing curriculum for both commercial and technical audiences, or a fast learner's willingness to get conversant in technical sales motions - Excellent written communication — you'll be creating a lot of the source material new hires learn from - Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing ABOUT CODER Coder is the leading platform for AI development Infrastructure, enabling enterprises to securely run human and AI-driven development workflows in consistent, governed environments. Location: San Francisco, CA • New York, NY • United States Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! You will be the first engineering manager for Growth Platform, and you’ll help shape its vision, starting with the Communications capability. Today, running a growth experiment requires engineering work, code rollouts, and manual coordination. We are creating a new Growth Platform team with two core missions: enable 10x more experiments at quality, and own the shared notification platform that powers all notifications and transactional emails across Figma. Together, these capabilities help teams experiment faster and deliver reliable, personalized communications to users across every Figma product. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you’ll do at Figma: Build and lead the team: Hire the initial engineers for the Growth Platform’s first team. Set the team’s culture, operating rhythm, and engineering standards. Mentor engineers, create career growth opportunities, and help scale the organization as scope expands Build capabilities that unlock new experiments: This isn’t about building an experimentation platform—it’s about building the product capabilities (personalized messaging, self-service publishing, cross-system integrations) that make it dramatically easier for teams across Figma to run growth experiments without engineering bottlenecks Leverage AI to scale quality and speed: Explore and integrate AI-driven approaches—for brand consistency checks, visual quality validation, copy generation, and experiment governance—that allow experiment volume to grow without proportional growth in manual review Provide hands-on technical leadership: Guide architecture decisions, review system designs, and make build-vs-integrate choices Partner across the company: collaborate with Marketing to align on cross-channel messaging, partner with growth teams to identify platform capability needs, and work with product teams to ensure growth messaging improves rather than detracts from the end-user experience Shape the platform vision: Define what to build next based on adoption, impact, and what you learn from each phase. The roadmap will evolve as we learn—you’ll be central to how it evolves We'd love to hear from you if you have: 3+ years in engineering management, with a strong track record of building and shipping application platforms 7+ years of software engineering experience at the application or product tier Experience driving outsized impact from small changes—say, a UI layout change that lifted growth 20%—and energized by enabling such wins at 10x scale Demonstrate strategic insight to optimize impact for both longer and short term. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, delivering continuous value while building toward a longer-term platform vision Track record of prioritizing by impact, leveraging existing assets to accelerate, and scaling through platform-level thinking Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and data While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: Experience at a product-led growth company during a period of multi-product expansion Experience building platforms that enable non-engineering teams (marketing, design, content) to run experiments or publish content independently Background in personalization systems, recommendation engines, or ML-driven content selection Experience integrating with customer data platforms, marketing automation systems, or building user attribute services from product usage data Familiarity with using AI for quality assurance, brand consistency, or content governance at scale Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) infrastructure At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles. Pay Transparency Disclosure Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. Location: San Francisco; New York City Workplace: Hybrid We're hiring a Compensation Lead to build Perplexity's compensation function and own its day-to-day execution. You'll build the programs and processes that support how we hire, recognize, and retain people. You should be comfortable moving between program design and an individual offer, building longer-term structure while keeping today's decisions moving. The goal is a compensation approach that is competitive, financially sound, and clear enough for people to use, without adding unnecessary complexity. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Build the compensation foundation. Assess existing practices, data, and tools; prioritize the gaps; and develop recommendations on compensation philosophy, market positioning, and cash and equity guidelines. - Develop salary ranges and market benchmarks. Establish a consistent approach to pricing roles across functions and locations. Partner with People and business leaders on job scope and leveling, and explain where market data is useful or incomplete. - Own day-to-day compensation decisions. Be the primary partner for offers, promotions, pay adjustments, and compensation questions. Evaluate recommendations against market data, internal equity, and budget, with clear approval paths for exceptions. - Design and run compensation reviews. Build the calendar, planning models, manager guidance, and approval process. Coordinate with Finance, People Operations, Payroll, and equity partners to carry decisions through to accurate implementation. - Inform leadership decisions. Model the cost and employee impact of proposed changes to salary and equity programs. Present a recommendation and its trade-offs, then own execution once approved. - Identify and address inconsistencies. Assess pay compression and potential inequities across teams, levels, and locations. Partner with People leadership and Legal on appropriate reviews and recommend actions. - Build processes people can use. Establish decision records, recruiter and manager guidance, and clear explanations of compensation programs. Improve recurring workflows so consistent decisions don't depend on individual knowledge or one-off conversations. - Own the data and tools behind the work. Establish reliable compensation records, select and manage benchmarking resources, and improve reporting and quality checks. Use approved automation and AI tools where they help, with appropriate protection for employee information and verification of results. WHAT YOU BRING - Experience building compensation programs: You've established or substantially rebuilt compensation frameworks and processes with limited infrastructure, and stayed accountable for running them after launch. - Technical compensation depth: Hands-on experience with market pricing, salary ranges, cash and equity programs, compensation reviews, and individual pay recommendations. - Strong analytical judgment: You can build and audit models, reconcile imperfect data, and explain your assumptions. You know when a benchmark is a useful comparison and when it misses the role. - Ability to influence decisions: You can turn analysis into a clear recommendation, discuss trade-offs with leadership, and constructively challenge an approach that isn't working. - Independent, hands-on execution: You can set priorities, build a workable process, and manage urgent requests without losing progress on longer-term work. You're comfortable being both the person designing the program and the person checking the data. - Discretion and clear communication: You handle sensitive information carefully and explain compensation decisions in language that recruiters, managers, and employees can understand.

Help SEs and sellers communicate Grafana’s story with clarity, confidence, and differentiation. Collaborate with PMMs to drive technical buyer engagement across high-impact channels Partner with PMMs to identify the most important buyer personas, problems, and technical messages, and help shape the content strategy needed to reach them. Extend technical narratives into impactful buyer-facing channels including analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester), industry forums, podcasts, conferences, and online technical communities. Bring a technical perspective to PMM planning—helping ensure our content, campaigns, and enablement reflect the real challenges and priorities of SREs and engineering leaders. Use automation & AI to scale technical content Partner with software engineers to streamline demo setup, content workflows, and asset updates through workflows, agents, scripts, and AI-driven tools. Use automation to make technical content more repeatable, discoverable, and scalable across teams. What Makes You a Great Fit: 5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar). Interest and ability to travel to training and customer events 10-12 weeks per year. Strong understanding of observability concepts and the needs of SRE/platform teams. Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories. Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars. Excellent written and verbal communication, with a crisp, structured, persuasive style. Strong cross-functional collaboration; comfort working with PMM, Product, SEs, DevRel, and Field Engineering. High ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion. Comfort with light scripting or workflow automation. Bonus Points For: Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, or similar observability tools, or a background in Observability or Platform Engineering. Prior experience in Sales Engineering, DevRel, or technical product marketing. Familiarity with demo environment automation or infrastructure-as-code tools.
