Why Join Us?
Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design.
We're taking Keet to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. Product sets the direction. We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up at global scale.
You lead the teams that build Keet's features: the API team, which adds feature-focused APIs to Keet's core, and the frontend team, which builds the React app on top, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar. The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product.
You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for distributed, local-first systems, so you can work fluently on top of a P2P engine without needing to build it yourself.
Responsabilities
Engineering
Run the API and frontend teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.
Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.
Own the technical design of features and the API surface between Keet's core and the app.
Make sure the API team works closely with our deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches the engine.
Product Partnership
Work alongside Keet's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.
Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.
Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially where P2P opens doors that centralized apps can't.
Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.
Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.
Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer product, ideally in chat, calling, or social apps.
Strong product sense: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for distributed and local-first systems. Offline-first and eventual consistency should feel natural. You don't need P2P protocol expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
Deep JavaScript and React.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience, and the ability to give and receive direct critique.
Bonus: experience with local-first apps, CRDTs or sync engines, offline-capable mobile or desktop apps, or open source.

What you’ll do:
Lead the IT Operations team and its lead: set priorities and service levels, with a clear split between run and build work
Own service desk performance, request and incident handling, and team member satisfaction
Own endpoint and device management, including OS and software update policy, balancing compliance against minimal disruption to people’s work
Own identity, SSO, access provisioning and offboarding as a single, auditable control point, and automate joiner, mover and leaver processes and other repeatable IT work
Act as the accountable owner of the ERP platform, including system configuration, workflow design and ongoing maintenance. If vendor selection is still open when you join, lead its final stages with stakeholders to confirm scope, modules and implementation approach
Own the design of core ERP configuration areas such as financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, master data, and integration with adjacent systems
Manage the ERP implementation partner or systems integrator, holding them to scope, quality, timeline and budget
Establish change control, testing and release processes for ERP from day one, and own the post-go-live support model (L1 to L3, vendor SLAs, release cadence)
Document system configuration, data flows and integration points so no single person is a dependency
Own IT general controls, segregation of duties design and monitoring, and audit evidence for corporate systems, supporting compliance certification and SOX-style financial controls where they apply
Own disaster recovery, backup and resilience for corporate systems, and work with Security on access policy, device trust and approved or blocked software
Partner with the Data team: Enterprise IT owns platforms, integrations and access controls, while Data keeps reporting, analytics, pipelines and data governance
Set the approach to AI tools across corporate functions (tooling, access and safe-use guardrails), with functions owning day-to-day use
Build the Enterprise Applications team: define roles, then hire and develop the first leads (2 to 3 additional hires expected over time)
Define the roadmap and Buy / Hold / Sell decisions for bringing additional corporate technology (HR, finance, CRM, collaboration and other SaaS) under Enterprise IT, backed by a lightweight governance model: application inventory, ownership matrix and lifecycle approach
Own vendor, licence and SaaS renewal management for in-scope systems, consolidating duplicate tools and spend, along with Enterprise IT’s budget and headcount plan
Lead the change from function-owned tools to centrally governed systems without taking process ownership away from the business, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership on application strategy, cost and risk
Must-haves:
Senior leadership of an IT or enterprise applications function in a scaling business, including managing managers
Led our ERP implementation from the owner’s side, including managing a systems integrator
Owned a business system end to end (configuration, support and continuous improvement), rather than only overseeing third parties
Experience running IT operations (service desk, endpoint and MDM, identity and SSO) in a SaaS-first estate
Experience building and operating IT controls (ITGC, SoD, audit) in a finance-critical environment
Experience leading organisational change, moving functions to shared ownership models while keeping their trust
Comfortable operating without a large existing team or established playbook, and able to set up processes, documentation and governance from scratch
Strong stakeholder management, working directly with finance, operations and other business functions as primary ERP users
Strong commercial and vendor management skills
Strong communicator who can translate between technical configuration detail and business outcomes
Pragmatic about control: balances compliance with team member experience, without blocking people or pushing them into workarounds
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience configuring and administering a major ERP platform (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Oracle, or similar), ideally including financial consolidation, budgeting or forecasting modules, and relevant platform certifications
Experience of an ERP vendor selection process, including RFP evaluation, demo scenarios or business-case development
Experience in an ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 or SOX environment
Exposure to wider enterprise application categories beyond ERP (HRIS, CRM, collaboration, identity and access management)
Experience building or growing a small technology team, including hiring and role design
Experience deploying AI tooling across corporate functions
Experience leading remote or distributed teams
Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth or newly scaling business

About Scorewarrior.
We're a game developer and publisher from Cyprus with one single game in the 4x strategy genre: Total Battle. We're a one-game company on purpose, because in everything we do, we focus

- You have experience creating marketing creatives for mobile games and a portfolio to show us.
- You have a basic understanding of game design and can turn an idea into engaging gameplay.
- You're comfortable working independently and figuring things out without a detailed brief.
- You care about the performance of your creatives, not just delivering the final result.
- You're constantly learning and looking for ways to improve your skills and workflow.
- You use AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and other GenAI tools in your work.
- You play and love video games.
- Experience with Cocos, Unity, Niagara, or programming languages would be a plus.
Why Scorewarrior?
- Work with a product you love: Total Battle is more than just a job; it's a passion project.
- Join a highly skilled team: We're a nerdy group of talented individuals who love what we do.
- Make a real impact: Your work will directly contribute to bringing new players into Total Battle and getting us closer to that number-one app store spot.
- Stability: Start working with a stable three-year contract with the potential to extend it to infinity and beyond.
- An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary.
- Full-coverage relocation for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol).
- Private health insurance for you and your family members.
- A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children.
- Lunch compensation.

The future of Web3 starts with you: join us as a DevOps Engineer with Big Data Skills!
Requirements
We're looking for a DevOps engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience, at least 2 of them spent building and running data or analytics infrastructure. You've designed systems that move, store, and serve data at scale. Warehouse maintenance is part of your daily routine, and writing Python, Bash, or SQL scripts is second nature. IaC & CI/CD:
Production experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm, plus CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD). We expect you to design pipelines, not just use them.
Containerization:
Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including running data workloads on it (like Spark on Kubernetes, stateful services, operators).
Cloud:
Solid experience with AWS (S3, EC2, EMR, Redshift, Glue, IAM) or an equivalent cloud provider.
Linux & Networking:
Solid Linux administration skills and foundational networking knowledge relevant to distributed systems.
Analytical Databases:
Hands-on operation of ClickHouse and/or the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, YARN), including cluster setup, tuning, and scaling.
Data Warehouses:
Practical experience with Snowflake or Redshift, covering warehouse sizing, workload management, performance tuning, and cost control.
Large Databases:
Experience administering databases at terabyte scale: replication, backup and restore strategies, partitioning, and migrations with minimal downtime.
SQL & Scripting:
Strong SQL skills, including reading execution plans and optimizing heavy queries. Confident in Python and Bash for automation, data parsing, and investigation.
Data Lakes & Object Storage:
Working knowledge of S3-compatible storage, columnar formats, partitioning strategies, and data lifecycle management.
Orchestration & Streaming:
Familiarity with Airflow (or similar orchestrators) and Kafka, and how they fit into data pipelines.
Extra Credit / Big Pluses
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset, or similar BI tools, including administration, performance tuning, and data source design.
Hands-on experience with dbt and analytics engineering practices.
Experience with open table formats (Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, Hudi) and query engines like Trino/Presto or Athena.
FinOps experience in data platforms: managing Snowflake credits, Redshift clusters, and storage costs at scale.
Spark performance tuning and job optimization.
Change data capture (CDC) with Debezium or similar tools.
Data quality tooling (Great Expectations, Soda) integrated into CI/CD.
Golang or Rust tooling experience.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance (GDPR, data retention, PII handling).
Understanding of business processes in the FinTech/Banking/Crypto sector.
Responsibilities
Infrastructure Ownership:
Own the infrastructure behind our data and analytics platform, from provisioning to daily operations. Keep it reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient as data volumes grow.
Infrastructure as Code:
Provision and configure all data infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
CI/CD Pipelines:
Build and maintain delivery pipelines for both infrastructure and data code (ETL jobs, Airflow DAGs, dbt models, schema migrations), with automated testing, safe rollouts, and fast rollback.
Database & Warehouse Operations:
Maintain ClickHouse, Snowflake, Redshift, and вPostgreSQL at multi-terabyte scale, handling replication, backups, upgrades, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
Data Lake Storage:
Manage S3-compatible data lake storage, including partitioning, file formats, and lifecycle policies.
Automation & Script Optimization:
Refactor and automate Python, Bash, and SQL scripts to cut runtimes and eliminate manual work.
Performance & Cost:
Right-size clusters and warehouses, tune heavy queries, and keep compute and storage spend under control.
Monitoring & Alerting:
Cover data infrastructure with metrics, logs, and alerts for cluster health, pipeline SLAs, and job failures.
Security & Access Control:
Enforce least-privilege access, secrets management, encryption, and auditability for sensitive data.
BI Infrastructure:
Support the infrastructure behind Tableau or similar BI tools.
Big Data Platforms:
Deploy, tune, and troubleshoot Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka clusters in production.
Collaboration:
Work with data engineers, analysts, and developers to turn their workloads into solid infrastructure decisions.
Security & Access Control:
Implement role-based access, secrets management, encryption at rest and in transit, and auditability for sensitive datasets in line with regulatory requirements.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Vercel cloud product team. You will own the Storage product portfolio where applications and agents keep their data on Vercel. That covers Blob for blob storage, Drives for persistent filesystems, and future database and key value storage products. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, and you’ll report to the Product Lead.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Ensure storage products integrate seamlessly with the rest of Vercel’s cloud (Functions, backend services, Sandboxes, Daemons) to enable fully functional applications and agents.
Set and hold the bar for performance, availability, and durability across the portfolio, and make the call when those goals trade off against speed or cost.
Shape pricing and packaging for storage so it scales with customers from hobbyist to large Enterprises.
Partner with Engineering, Design, and DX to ship primitives that other Vercel product teams build on.
Work directly with Enterprise customers and the field to unblock adoption on scale, compliance, and data locality and encryption requirements.
Use usage, performance, and reliability data to decide what to build next and what to stop doing.
About You:
You’ve shipped storage, database, or data infrastructure products, such as object storage, relational databases, or key-value stores.
You can go deep on each storage solution and their tradeoffs, and explain them clearly to engineers and customers.
You’ve owned multiple connected product areas and set direction that other product teams built against.
You’ve worked directly with Enterprise customers on data and storage requirements and turned them into roadmap decisions.
Bonus If You:
Have worked at cloud provider or data storage provider.
Have an engineering background or have built software yourself.
Have experience with compliance and security requirements in enterprise procurement.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

THE ROLE
Xero reimagined accounting software. Now we’re reimagining how small businesses get paid and how money moves. We're making a critical, multi-year investment in two connected engineering portfolios, Payments Products & Experiences and Payments Platform, and we're hiring a Principal Engineer for each. As our three-year payments strategy reaches a turning point, you'll help shape what comes next, with domain-level influence over the next two to three years.
You'll shape technical strategy across multiple teams, partnering with senior stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable, resilient systems. Staying close to the technical detail, you'll set the example for a portfolio of 40 to 50 engineers. You'll also join a global community of Principal Engineers across Xero, driving engineering standards, architecture, and best practices.
You'll Go Bold by setting long-term direction, and Go Together by bringing product, engineering and senior stakeholders with you.
THE TEAMS
Payments Products & Experiences: this portfolio is made up of our Get Paid and Growth teams, builds the checkout, payment methods, flexible payments and AI payment agents that help small businesses get paid on time.
Payments Platform: this portfolio is the engine underneath, with provider integrations, bill payments and a single, product-agnostic API that other Xero teams build on.
Together they move billions of dollars across more than 150,000 transactions a day, a number set to double as we grow into the UK and US.
THE TEAMS ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON
- Tech stack: microservices across web, API and data layers, built in languages such as C#, Java, Go or C++, running on AWS with SQL and NoSQL data stores.
- Current focus: reviewing existing payments systems to work out what to extend, migrate or rebuild, alongside Growth experiments and AI-powered payment chasing.
- Future focus: a multi-year payments architecture covering agentic payment workflows, payments inside AI assistants and recurring payments.
- Global scale: replatforming payment methods and designing global rails and a ledger ready for new markets.
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
You'll be based in Sydney or Melbourne, working a hybrid model that blends time together in our modern offices with the flexibility of working from home. Boost days bring teams together to connect and collaborate in person. With colleagues across Australia and the US and payment flows that run around the clock, you'll also work across time zones.
SOME OF THE THINGS WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You bring deep experience designing and running large-scale distributed systems in production, balancing reliability, performance and cost, and any payments or fintech experience is a real plus.
- API-first thinking is second nature, and you're at home across web, API and data layers, with fluency in at least one modern backend language, SQL and NoSQL stores, and cloud-native platforms, ideally AWS.
- Legacy-heavy systems are a puzzle you enjoy, and you make clear, practical calls on whether to extend, migrate or build while staying hands-on through pairing, spikes and code.
- A strong interest in utilising AI tooling is essential, as you will model how to use these technologies to automate tasks and improve engineering outcomes.
- Your background shows a deep curiosity for growth hacking and a proven ability to design and analyse A/B tests that drive product usage.
- You'll Go Further by mentoring Staff and Senior engineers, shaping cross-team initiatives with Xero's Principal community and setting standards that lift engineering across Xero.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

Location: Philippines
Workplace: Remote
🌍 Remote | UTC+8 | Core collaboration hours: 12:00–6:00 PM Manila Time
Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia’s fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
Salmon’s content (marketing, product, and support) is written in English first. Tagalog and Cebuano (Bisaya) versions still depend on ad hoc help. We want to change it, and we're looking for a person who will help us.
You can change that. You will write for our users in their own language: the app, push notifications, ads, and the website. Furthermore, you will own the work from brief to publication and become the team’s authority on how Salmon sounds in Tagalog and Cebuano (Bisaya).
This is a senior role. You set the quality bar, build the glossary and your own part of our style guide, and make the calls yourself rather than follow someone else’s rulebook.
Done well, it could grow into its own small team.
What you’ll do:
- Write marketing, website, product, and in-app copy in Tagalog and Cebuano (Bisaya): the app, push notifications, ads, and the website. You decide when to translate, when to rewrite from scratch, and what stays in English.
- Adapt tone and register for audiences in different regions. Cebuano work grows as the product expands into new regions.
- Work with Marketing, Content, and Product: take briefs, challenge them, and deliver on schedule.
What you’ll own:
- Own the quality bar for all Filipino-language content, including improving what is already published.
- Review Filipino-language content before it ships, including as a backup reviewer for other authors.
- Build and own the Filipino-language glossary and your part of the style guide, aligned with brand voice.
- Define how Salmon sounds in Tagalog and Cebuano (Bisaya), and become the team’s authority on regional-audience nuance.
- Own the work from brief to publication and make the language calls yourself, rather than follow someone else’s rulebook.
- Lay the foundation for a Filipino-language function that could grow into its own small team.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Native or near-native fluency in Tagalog and Cebuano (Bisaya). You write in both, not only translate. Cebuano is required from day one.
- Strong English: you read our English briefs and spot what won’t work in Filipino.
- 3+ years of professional writing in Tagalog or Cebuano as part of a company team (marketing, content, product, media, or communications), with published work you can walk us through: what you decided and why.
- Strong editorial judgment: you evaluate quality, decide on your own, and give authors clear feedback.
- Understanding of how Filipinos use financial products and apps. We value product intuition as much as language skill.
- Experience building or contributing to glossaries, style guides, or tone-of-voice guidelines, and working experience with localization tools (Lokalise, Phrase, Smartling, or Crowdin) and Figma.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.
