About the role
🤓
We're looking for a
Senior Platform Engineer
to join our Platform team and help us build the platform that lets every engineer at seQura ship safely, quickly, and on their own.
seQura is expanding into new international markets, and the platform has to grow with it without growing its cost at the same pace. At the same time, AI is changing how infrastructure is built and run. We already put AI agents to work on our everyday platform work, from reviewing infrastructure changes and explaining plans to helping engineers resolve incidents on their own. Our goal is to go much further: independent agents working across the whole scope of the platform, with engineers who decide what matters and own the outcome.
You'll work in a cloud-native AWS environment, in a regulated fintech, where security, compliance, and reliability are part of the product we offer to the rest of engineering.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
About the Platform team
🧩
Team Mission
To empower engineers with secure, efficient, and compliant infrastructure, while continuously improving through automation and collaboration.
What we own
Our multi-account
AWS
foundation and the
Kubernetes (EKS)
clusters where seQura's products run
Infrastructure as Code
with Terragrunt, delivered through pull requests and Atlantis
Deployment and GitOps tooling: Helm charts, shared deploy configuration, and CI/CD pipelines
The
observability
stack used across engineering: metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
Security and compliance foundations: secrets management, access control, PCI DSS, and the controls required to operate regulated entities across multiple countries under regulations such as DORA, NIS2 and those still to come.
Internal developer tooling, including the AI agents and Claude Code plugins that engineers use to work with our platform on their own
How we work
We're enablers: internal teams are our customers, and we measure success by how much they can do without us
We're autonomous end-to-end: we code, deploy, observe, improve, and document what we build
Everything as code, everything through a pull request, everything reviewed, and every important decision written down in an ADR
Strong opinions, held weakly; collaborators over rock stars; blameless by default
We plan by quarter and choose initiatives by their impact on users and on the business
We work closely with every product engineering team, with Security, with the Data Platform team, and with Compliance.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
International expansion
: help seQura launch in multiple new markets, with the isolation, compliance, and reliability each one requires
AI-native platform
: move from AI that assists us to independent agents that operate across the whole scope of the platform, from infrastructure changes to support and incident response
Keeping up with open source in the AI era
: define new strategies to adopt, upgrade, and secure the open source software we depend on, now that it moves faster than ever
Scale without raising our baseline cost
: design the strategies that let the business keep growing while our base infrastructure cost stays flat
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1:
Learn the terrain 🧭
You'll join initiatives the team already has in motion, pairing with your teammates and shipping your first changes to production. You'll learn how we work, why we made the decisions we made, and what the rest of engineering expects from us.
By the end of the month: you've shipped to production and you know who to ask for what.
Month 2:
Own your first mission 🎯
We'll hand you an opportunity the team has already identified, and it's yours: from the technical design to running it in production. You'll keep discovering seQura along the way, and we'll be there whenever you need context.
By the end of the month: you've delivered an initiative end-to-end and you have your own opinion on where the platform should go next.
Month 3:
Shape what comes next 🚀
With more context, you'll be the one finding the opportunity. You'll talk with other teams to understand their friction, lead a cross-team initiative, and bring your own proposals to the planning of next quarter.
By the end of the month: part of next quarter's roadmap has your name on it.
What we are looking for🤝
Must have:
You've
designed and operated highly available distributed systems in production, and you've lived through what happens when they fail
: incidents, post-mortems, and the changes that made sure it didn't happen again
Proven experience
scaling infrastructure at a global scale
Strong hands-on experience with
AWS
,
Kubernetes
, and
Terraform
in production
A
product mindset
: you put users and the business at the center of your decisions, and you can explain why one initiative matters more than another
Hands-on experience working with AI agents in your daily engineering work
Agency: you don't wait for a ticket. You spot the problem, decide it's worth solving, bring people along, and own it until it runs in production
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, payments, or other regulated environments (PCI DSS, DORA, or similar)
Experience with Terragrunt, Atlantis, or GitOps workflows
Scripting or programming in Python, Go, or similar
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, the Elastic stack, or Tempo
Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
Experience building your own AI agents, skills, or automations for engineering teams
Experience being part of an on-call rotation

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is building the delivery of almost everything, and shopping is a key part of that ambition in Israel. Our Shopping business brings leading retailers across categories such as Electronics, Home, Beauty, Fashion, Kids, Pets and more onto the Wolt platform, helping customers find what they need with a convenient delivery experience.
We are looking for an
Enterprise Retail Partnerships Manager
to lead the acquisition of the largest and most strategic non-grocery retail partners in Israel. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role: building trust with senior decision-makers, understanding complex business needs, and shaping partnerships that create long-term value for both Wolt and our partners.
You will own the journey from identifying the right strategic partner through closing the deal, and will remain closely involved in the commercial relationship alongside our Account Management team.
What you’ll be doing
As an Enterprise Retail Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Wolt’s Shopping business by bringing Israel’s leading retail brands to the platform. You will lead complex partnership processes from the first conversation through signing and launch, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and shaping commercial solutions that create long-term value for both Wolt and our partners.
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
Own the full acquisition journey for Wolt’s most strategic Shopping retail partners, from prospecting and relationship-building through negotiation, contract signing and launch preparation.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across Account Management, Integrations, Marketing and Legal to build thoughtful, executable partnership solutions and ensure a smooth path from deal to launch.
Identify and engage senior decision-makers across Israel’s leading retail companies, building trusted relationships throughout complex sales cycles.
Develop a deep understanding of each prospective partner’s business, priorities and challenges, and shape a compelling partnership proposition that creates clear value for both sides.
Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing partner needs with Wolt’s strategic and commercial objectives.
Stay closely involved in key commercial discussions and growth opportunities after signing, in partnership with the Account Management team.
Our humble expectations
We’re looking for an experienced commercial professional who can build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, lead complex partnership processes, and take ownership in a fast-growing Shopping business.
6+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development or a similar commercial role, ideally with large retail, consumer, technology or platform businesses.
Demonstrated experience closing complex, high-value enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
Strong commercial judgment and the ability to turn a partner’s business needs into a clear, credible and realistic value proposition.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the maturity to represent Wolt in front of Israel’s leading retailers.
A structured and analytical approach, with the ability to manage long sales cycles, prioritize opportunities and move multiple complex processes forward.
A collaborative working style and experience partnering closely with Account Management or Customer Success teams to ensure continuity after the deal is signed.
Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for partner meetings across Israel.
What we offer
Working at Wolt means joining a fast-paced, high-impact and people-first company. This is an opportunity to be part of one of Wolt Israel’s most significant growth engines in the coming years, helping shape how leading retailers reach customers through Wolt. You’ll work closely with supportive and passionate colleagues, build partnerships with some of Israel’s largest retail brands, and make a meaningful impact on the future of Shopping at Wolt.
A full-time role with autonomy and room to grow
Opportunities to learn and develop across teams and functions
The chance to be part of a company that values culture, kindness, and accountability
Competitive compensation and local benefits
Next steps

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenCreative brings together leading image and video models alongside our own audio models, so our users can make everything they need in one place. We are looking for someone to own our relationships with the model providers who make that possible, starting with video.
You will be the main point of contact for our model partners, help bring new models to ElevenCreative, and build partnerships that are good for our partners, our users, and our business. You will work closely with product, engineering, finance, marketing, and sales.
This is a green-field role. You will define how we work with model partners as the ecosystem grows.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Build and manage relationships with image and video model providers.
- Identify and evaluate new partners and models to bring to ElevenCreative.
- Own the commercial side of our partnerships, working closely with finance.
- Drive marketing including joint launches, campaigns, and co-marketing.
- Work with product and engineering to shape which models we offer and when.
- Support enterprise sales on partnership needs for large customers.
- Stay close to the generative video landscape and the models creators and marketers want next.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who combines strong partnership skills with sound commercial judgment. You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles at a technology company, ideally in AI or infrastructure.
- Have deep familiarity with the generative AI model landscape.
- Are comfortable with numbers and can connect partnership decisions to business outcomes.
- Can manage several partner relationships at once and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Have worked cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and marketing.
- Can operate with US and European timezone overlap, with flexibility for partners in Asia.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where you define the playbook rather than follow one.
BONUS
- Experience working with AI model or API providers.
- Familiarity with usage-based or credit-based pricing.
- Experience running co-marketing or channel partnerships.
LOCATION
This role is remote. The team operates across US and European time zones, so the ability to maintain meaningful overlap with both is important.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Our Global Sourcing team is looking for an exceptional Sourcer to help build the future of global finance at Payward. This is a high-bar role requiring extreme ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex hiring challenges in a fully remote, high-agency, async-first environment where speed and quality are the standard.
Main differentiators between this role and any other Sourcer role on the market:
- Managing uncertainty: Payward is at the forefront of the innovation spectrum. As such, you can expect to tackle roles that you have never heard about, with no prior experience, data or track record
- Subject matter expertise: We are building one interoperable stack connecting crypto, tokenized assets, and traditional markets. We are looking for experts in the fintech field, or deep thinkers able to bridge that gap quickly
- Pace: You will be expected to flex your sourcing skills across Tech, Non-tech and anything in between with a very quick turnaround, across different payzones and businesses under the Payward umbrella, including Kraken, Ninjatrader and Reap.
- Builder mentality: We are not looking for a plain executioner but someone that will contribute to building something new, awesome and cutting edge
- Team work: Our sourcing team’s track record is unprecedented - we provide velocity and quality to our pipelines through hard work, but always working as a team. We have no room for solo players or internal competition
In return, we offer the chance to leave a mark in one of the most innovative companies in the space as well as the opportunity to join a world-class and high-performance team. If you believe you have what it takes, continue reading below.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to design and execute effective hiring strategies
- Gather, organise and communicate competitive market intelligence, identifying where target talent exists and sharing industry trends
- Collaborate with the broader sourcing team in leveraging best practices across research techniques, boolean searches, tools, networking and other sourcing methods
- Independently develop and maintain candidate flow across a variety of disciplines, leveraging data to drive decision making and process improvement
- Source candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, etc.)
- Be an ambassador to Kraken/Payward, sharing our values and drive brand awareness in the market
- Participate in research projects and other initiatives which improve the infrastructure of hiring
WHAT YOU BRING
- Exceptional track record sourcing talent for reputable, fast-growing, high bar technology/product businesses against ruthless competition. Bonus points if you’ve hacked it in crypto, fintech or any product-driven org
- High craft - Ability to translate hiring needs into accurate sourcing strategies; strong expertise in boolean/X-ray sourcing
- High motor
- Scrappiness - you do not see problems but opportunities
- Strong product sense
- Sound appreciation for the fundamentals of talent acquisition, but creative and inquisitive when considering modern tactics
- High agency, strong bias for action, and the confidence to push boundaries, influence stakeholders, and close exceptional talent without compromise.
- Comfort in the chaos, thriving in ambiguity, owning your outcomes, and moving with urgency in a fully async, remote-native setting
- Ability to produce compelling market intelligence based on business and industry knowledge - Fintech/crypto understanding required.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

Are you a builder who thrives in ambiguity, gets energy from talking to real users, and wants to turn emerging agentic AI capabilities into a product people actually rely on?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
NoPressure is an early-stage startup within JetBrains' Innovation Hub. We started by using AI-powered simulations to help people practice high-stakes workplace conversations. Now, we're exploring how agentic AI and real-world context can provide personalized, moment-of-need practice and support at work.
We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence / Product Lead to partner with our technical founder. This is a 0→1 role where you’ll define our vision and venture strategy. You’ll figure out who our ideal customer is, identify high-value use cases, and validate key hypotheses through rapid experimentation. Working alongside a small, fast-moving engineering team, you will shape both the product and how it gets to market, turning early signals into something organizations want to adopt.
Day to day, you will:
Define the product and venture strategy, identifying key uncertainties and deciding what to test and build first.
Conduct continuous customer discovery to understand real workplace workflows, pain points, and behaviors.
Pinpoint the most compelling ideal customer profile (ICP) and initial use cases for growth.
Design and run lightweight experiments, prototypes, and agentic experiences to test hypotheses before committing full engineering resources.
Establish clear metrics and evaluate commercial and behavioral evidence to decide whether to iterate, double down, or pivot.
Shape positioning, messaging, and early acquisition or sales motions to bring the product to initial customers.
Monitor market shifts, emerging agent architectures, and competitor developments to uncover new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the technical founder and engineering team to move quickly from ideas to shipped prototypes.
What you’ll bring
A builder mindset that favors quick prototypes and direct learning over waiting for perfect requirements.
Deep curiosity about how people build new skills and navigate challenging interactions at work.
Comfort operating with high autonomy, speed, and decision-making under uncertainty.
Strong discovery skills that separate genuine demand and observed behavior from polite validation.
Clear, direct communication skills for pitching to and working with senior decision-makers.
Strong collaboration habits when partnering closely with engineering teams on AI-native products.
What you’ll need
A Track record of taking products or ventures from initial ambiguity to launch and early market adoption.
Hands-on experience building, launching, or experimenting with AI/agentic products or emerging technologies.
Demonstrated experience in early customer acquisition, founder-led sales, positioning, or commercialization.
Experience in L&D, coaching, sales enablement, HR tech, or behavior-change products.
The technical fluency required to evaluate agentic workflows and work directly alongside software engineers.
End-to-end ownership experience across strategy, discovery, product development, and go-to-market strategy.
What success looks like
In this role, success means rapidly turning market ambiguity into actionable direction. You will establish a validated ideal customer profile and high-value use cases through real user evidence rather than assumptions. You’ll build an experimental cadence that uncovers genuine demand early, helping the team ship an agentic AI experience that users regularly rely on and organizations actively invest in.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
The role
MetaMask is launching an official VIP programme in early 2027. Our pilot showed that high volume traders bring their trading to MetaMask when someone owns the relationship with them. Swaps, Memecoins, Perps, RWA and Prediction Markets are at the heart of our business, and a small number of traders drive a large share of it.
As the US Relationship Manager, you will own MetaMask's relationships with US high volume traders and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) across our Trade and Money VIP programmes. The US market is competitive, and established exchanges have mature VIP offerings. You will win people over with trust, product access and time spent in person.
What you will own
Finding, recruiting, onboarding and retaining VIP traders and high-net-worth individuals in the US.
Building relationships across the US trader, HNWI and community landscape, including industry networks, referrals, events and inbound interest.
Negotiating and agreeing VIP terms with candidates, within MetaMask's programme guidelines.
Acting as each VIP's main point of contact, and bringing in Support, Product, Marketing and leadership when needed.
Hosting and attending VIP gatherings across the US, working with our Events team, with regular travel to key US hubs and industry events.
Turning conversations with VIPs into insight on trading behaviour, competitor offers, market shifts and product gaps, and sharing it with Product.
Adapting VIP materials and communications for a US audience, in line with Legal guidance.
Tracking and reporting on pipeline, volume, fees and retention.
What success looks like
A growing, active and engaged VIP community in the US.
Strong retention and a healthy flow of referrals.
VIP feedback that shapes what Product builds.
Relationships handled in full compliance with our policies.
What you bring
Experience in VIP, account management or business development in crypto, exchanges, brokerages or fintech.
A credible network among high volume US traders, HNWIs, KOLs or communities, or a track record of building one.
Excellent written and spoken English, and the polish to work with high net worth clients.
A good understanding of the US trading landscape and how traders compare offers.
Comfort working towards volume, fee and deposit targets.
Solid knowledge of on chain trading and DeFi.
Sound judgement on US regulation, and comfort working with Legal guidance.
Nice to have
Experience hosting private events or community gatherings for high value and HNWI clients.
Familiarity with MetaMask products across our trading features and Money Account.
A product mindset: you can turn feedback into clear requirements.
Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway, detailing your relevant transferable skills in your cover letter. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role

The role
MetaMask is launching an official VIP programme in early 2027. Our pilot showed that high volume traders bring their trading to MetaMask when someone owns the relationship with them. Swaps, Memecoins, RWA and Perps are at the heart of our business, and a small number of traders drive a large share of it.
As the China Relationship Manager, you will own MetaMask's relationships with Mandarin speaking high volume traders and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) across our Trade and Money VIP programmes. This is a market where trust and personal introductions decide everything, and established exchanges have strong VIP teams. You will win people over with trust, product access and time spent in person.
What you will own
Finding, recruiting, onboarding and retaining VIP traders and high-net-worth-individuals across Mainland China/ Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.
Building relationships across Mandarin speaking traders, HNWI and community networks, including industry networks, referrals, events and inbound interest.
Negotiating and agreeing VIP terms with candidates, within MetaMask's programme guidelines.
Acting as each VIP's main point of contact, and bringing in Support, Product, Marketing and leadership when needed.
Hosting and joining VIP gatherings across Greater China and the wider region, working with our Events team.
Turning conversations with VIPs into insight on trading behaviour, competitor offers, market shifts and product gaps, and sharing it with Product.
Adapting VIP materials and communications for a Chinese speaking audience, in line with Legal guidance.
Tracking and reporting on pipeline, volume, fees and retention.
What success looks like
A growing, active and engaged VIP community across Greater China.
Strong retention and a healthy flow of referrals.
VIP feedback that shapes what Product builds.
Relationships handled in full compliance with our policies.
What you bring
Experience in VIP, account management or business development in crypto, exchanges, brokerages or fintech.
A credible network among high volume Mandarin speaking traders, HNWIs or communities, or a track record of building one.
Native Mandarin and strong professional English. Cantonese is a plus.
A good understanding of the regional market dynamics and how traders and HNWIs compare offerings.
Comfort working towards volume, fee and deposit targets.
Solid knowledge of on-chain trading and DeFi.
Sound judgement on local regulation, and comfort working with Legal guidance.
Nice to have
Experience hosting private events or community gatherings in the region.
Japanese or Korean language skills.
While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role.
In the rapidly evolving Web3 space, we believe that everyone is a builder. This expansive paradigm requires a range of backgrounds, talents, skills, and experiences to influence and shape the future. At MetaMask, this diversity fuels our ability to shift control and redefine the realm of possibility. We are committed to ensuring that our technology empowers people and communities through decentralized technologies. We welcome the range of perspectives and differences and celebrate them. We're excited to see how your unique skills as a builder can contribute to our vision, drive innovation, and help us shape a more inclusive Web3.

We’re looking for a highly meticulous
UI Technical Artist
who bridges the gap between UI/UX design and Unity implementation, with an uncompromising commitment to visual precision.
In this role, you’ll bring user interfaces to life through flawless technical setup, UI motion design, and polished micro-interactions.
We need a candidate who truly aims for pixel-perfect fidelity. Someone who cares deeply about aligning margins, font rendering, anchoring, and visual feedback down to the exact pixel, while maintaining a strong animation sense and high visual polish.
What You'll Do
Pixel-Perfect UI Implementation in Unity:
Translate 2D design layouts into Unity UI with relentless accuracy, ensuring exact spacing, scale, typography, and responsiveness across varying resolutions.
UI Motion & Animation Design:
Design, animate, and fine-tune UI transitions, dynamic menus, and micro-interactions using Unity Timeline, Animator, Spine 2D, or tweening packages, with a sharp eye for weight, timing, and easing.
Visual Feedback:
Elevate the player experience by crafting crisp visual feedback using lightweight shaders (Shader Graph), UI particle systems, and subtle motion effects that feel satisfying and responsive.
Precision Asset Management & Optimization:
Set up dynamic anchoring, Sprite Atlases, text rendering (TextMeshPro), and UI prefabs to maintain visual perfection without compromising game performance or draw call limits.
Design & Engineering Alignment:
Serve as the visual quality gatekeeper by collaborating closely with UI/UX designers to honor their visual vision and working with engineers to tie UI elements into game logic seamlessly.
Maintain High UI Standards:
Establish robust, scalable UI structures, prefabs, and workflow guidelines that ensure consistency and visual rigor across our entire game portfolio.
What We're Looking For
Uncompromising Eye for Precision:
A relentless commitment to pixel perfection, sharp detail, and visual accuracy when translating static or prototype designs into live, in-engine UI.
Solid Unity UI Implementation Skills:
Proven hands-on experience building, structuring, and optimizing UI Canvas setups in Unity.
Strong Animation & Motion Sense:
Deep understanding of timing, curve dynamics, and movement principles tailored specifically to menu transitions, UI states, and player feedback.
Technical UI Asset Knowledge:
Expertise in preparing UI assets, slice/9-grid setups, Sprite Atlases, TextMeshPro configurations, and clean prefab architecture.
UI FX Capabilities:
Practical experience creating UI feedback effects using particle systems, shaders (Shader Graph), or vector-based UI techniques.
Nice to Have
Basic scripting knowledge in C# to trigger UI animations or prototype layout behavior independently.

Competitive compensation package.
Flexible working hours and vacation policy.
