LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.

Bonus points for:
- Experience writing and refining detailed requirements.

Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.

We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE...
Synthesia's API and platform capabilities are quickly becoming the way developers embed AI video into their own products — automated training pipelines, localization workflows, customer-facing apps, and more. We're looking for our first Developer Advocate to make sure the developer world knows it, understands it, and gets building.
This is a builder-and-storyteller role. You'll be the face and voice of the Synthesia API to the outside world — writing, coding, speaking, and showing up wherever developers already are — while also being the internal champion who brings their feedback back into the product. You won't just talk about what's possible with Synthesia; you'll build the sample apps, tutorials, and demos that prove it, and you'll do it consistently enough that developers start to recognize your name before they recognize the logo.
You'll be part of the Developer Services team and work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Developer Support to turn technical capability into developer adoption.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create technical content that developers actually use
- Write blog posts, tutorials, and how-to guides that show real, working integrations — not just feature announcements
- Build and maintain sample apps, starter kits, and code snippets across common languages and frameworks
- Produce video walkthroughs and livestreams using Synthesia's own product wherever it makes sense to "eat our own dog food"
- Keep a fast, honest cadence — regular, dependable output builds more trust than occasional big launches
Show up where developers are
- Represent Synthesia at conferences, meetups, hackathons, and webinars — as a speaker, workshop host, and booth presence
- Run livestreams and community AMAs that go deep on real implementation questions, not marketing talking points
- Build relationships with individual developers, technical bloggers, and community leaders who influence adoption
- Travel as needed to be physically present in the communities that matter most to our growth
Be the credible technical voice
- Get hands-on with the Synthesia API well enough to build things yourself, debug alongside developers, and speak with authority — not from a script
- Earn trust the way any evangelist does: by being genuinely useful before asking for anything in return
- Play the long game — plant seeds in developer communities today that turn into adoption months or years down the line
Close the loop with product
- Channel developer feedback, friction points, and feature requests back to Product and Engineering in a structured way
- Partner with Developer Support and Documentation to identify where the API's rough edges are creating support burden or lost adoption
- Help prioritize the developer experience roadmap based on what you're hearing on the ground
Build the flywheel
- Grow and nurture channels — Discord/Slack community, developer newsletter, social — where developers can find each other and find help
- Identify and cultivate community advocates and early power users who can become case studies, co-speakers, or contributors
- Measure what's working (content engagement, API sign-ups, community growth, sentiment) and adjust the playbook accordingly
ABOUT YOU...
- Experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, technical evangelism, or a similar hybrid technical/communication role — ideally at a platform, API-first, or infrastructure company
- Genuinely hands-on: comfortable writing code, working with APIs and SDKs, and building demo apps yourself, not just narrating what engineering built
- A strong, authentic communicator across formats — written, live, and on stage — who can make technical concepts land with a developer audience
- Comfortable with regular travel and public speaking; energized by meeting developers in person, not just online
- A track record of sustained output (blog, video, or community content) rather than one-off campaigns — evangelism is a long game, and consistency is what earns trust
- Skilled at listening as much as broadcasting: you can sit in a developer's frustration and turn it into a clear, actionable signal for the product team
- Comfortable operating with a lot of autonomy in a fast-moving, still-forming function
- Bonus: existing following or credibility within a developer community relevant to Synthesia's platform (video, AI/ML, automation, or enterprise software)
THE GOOD STUFF..
In addition to being a part of a great team, working in a fun and innovative environment, we offer:
- A competitive salary + stock options in our fast-growing Series E startup
- Hybrid working environment or remote friendly
- 100% Medical, Dental & Vision
- 401k Plan
- Paid parental leave
- 25 days of annual leave + Public holidays + paid sick leave
- Fun culture with regular socials
- A generous referral scheme
- A brand new computer + monitor
- Budget and support for conference travel, community events, and content production

STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER, PRODUCT DISCOVERY ENGINE
ABOUT US
Constructor powers product search and discovery for some of the largest retailers in the world. We serve billions of requests every week, and you’ve probably seen our results somewhere and used our product without knowing it. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on metrics over features, and reinventing search and discovery from the ground up as a machine learning challenge with the specific goal of improving metrics like revenue. We’re approximately doubling year over year despite the market slowing down and have customers in every eCommerce vertical. We’re a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they think is best can lead to great things.
JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a systems-minded Staff Product Manager to take Constructor’s search and discovery to the state of the art — and keep it there — across every retail industry we serve. This is a highly technical, high-leverage role at the core of our Product Discovery Engine chapter: the teams responsible for how we retrieve, understand, and rank the right products for every shopper, on every query, for every customer.
Your job is to raise discovery quality and, through it, our customers’ business metrics. You won’t be measured on features shipped — you’ll be measured on relevance and business outcomes, like conversion, revenue per visit, and search-attributed GMV, moving up.
You’ll start embedded with our Search Quality team, owning its strategy and roadmap and getting deep into the systems that decide what shoppers actually see. Over time, your mandate grows to setting direction for the entire Product Discovery Engine chapter — deciding where we’re heading and why across recall, ranking, query understanding, personalization, and the ML infrastructure underneath. This is a Staff role today with a clear path to Director as you take on chapter-wide leadership.
Search at Constructor is fundamentally a machine learning problem, so this role lives and breathes ML. You’ll partner closely with ML, data science, and engineering to turn the latest research into production wins, keep us ahead of both commercial competitors and academic state of the art, and be the connective tissue that aligns multiple teams — ML Recall, ML Infra, and, over time, teams like CORE, SABR, and Catalog Management — behind a single, coherent vision for great discovery.
If you’re excited about driving innovation across dozens of the world’s largest retailers, being held to relevance and business outcomes, and pushing an already best-in-class product further ahead, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own business impact, not features. Drive measurable lift in search-attributed conversion, revenue per visit, and GMV alongside relevance across our customer base.
- Deliver across every retail industry. Move quality and business metrics across all the verticals we serve, accounting for the differences in catalog, language, and shopper intent.
- Keep us at the state of the art. Continuously translate the latest ML / IR research and competitive moves into production wins, and ship SOTA ML / LLM-assisted capabilities that beat our previous best on relevance.
- Set chapter vision and strategy. Define the multi-quarter direction for the Product Discovery Engine — where we’re heading and why — tie it directly to customer business outcomes, and rally teams behind it.
- Lead Search Quality first. Own its strategy and roadmap, driving measurable improvements in the relevance and correctness of results.
- Orchestrate across the pipeline. Unify recall, ranking, query understanding, and personalization behind one definition of quality and one set of business metrics, so improvements compound instead of colliding.
- Turn ML research into production wins. Partner deeply with ML and data science to take models — from candidate generation and recall to LLM-assisted interpretation — from idea to production, balancing accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Make quality measurable and explainable. Build the metrics, evaluation frameworks, and tooling the whole chapter uses to measure, attribute, and explain discovery quality and its business impact.
- Own quality under pressure. Lead investigation and triage when issues arise, and design durable, systemic fixes rather than one-off patches.
- Grow the mandate. Expand into chapter-wide leadership spanning ML Recall, ML Infra, and — over time — teams like CORE, SABR, and Catalog Management.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within your first year, you will have:
- Driven measurable lift in search-attributed conversion and revenue per visit — moving business metrics, not just quality metrics.
- Driven measurable business-metric lift (conversion, revenue per visit, GMV) and relevance lift across every major retail vertical we serve.
- Shipped at least one state-of-the-art ML / LLM-assisted capability into production that beats our previous best on relevance.
- Won head-to-head quality benchmarks against every major competitor in the verticals we compete in, with a repeatable, defensible methodology.
- Taken core quality metrics to best-in-class levels and kept them improving quarter over quarter.
- Stood up an evaluation framework and tooling that ties model and system investments directly to customer business outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Extensive product management experience (typically 8+ years) in search, discovery, ML, or NLP-heavy products, including time operating at a senior or staff level.
- A track record of moving business metrics at scale — conversion, revenue, engagement — not just shipping features, and of setting strategy across multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end search pipeline: query interpretation → recall / candidate generation → ranking → reranking → personalization → delivery.
- Strong ML product depth — owning production models and reasoning about tradeoffs between high-capacity (LLM / batch) and low-latency (real-time) approaches — and a habit of staying current with state-of-the-art research.
- Fluency with retrieval and recall, query understanding (tokenization, synonyms, spelling correction, multilingual support), and search evaluation frameworks.
- A rigorous, measurement-first mindset that ties every quality investment back to business outcomes.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership — able to align teams with different goals behind a shared definition of quality and a shared set of business metrics, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, data science, and ML Ops.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, setting direction where none exists yet, and leading through clarity and credibility rather than the org chart.
BENEFITS
- Unlimited vacation time — we strongly encourage all of our employees to take at least 3 weeks per year.
- A competitive compensation package including stock options.
- Company-sponsored US health coverage (100% paid for employee).
- Fully remote team — choose where you live.
- Work-from-home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office.
- Apple laptops provided for new employees.
- Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year.
- Parental leave for qualified employees.
- Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact.

Position Description:
We are looking for a Principal QA Engineer to take ownership of a company-wide QA system and lead its continued development. You will dive into the current processes, leadership model, automation and tooling direction, quality controls, and improvement roadmap; challenge existing approaches where needed, and drive the next stage of maturity across engineering domains. We need a senior technical leader who sees Quality Engineering as an engineering system, connects business and technical risks with practical changes in the SDLC, test architecture, automation, environments, release quality, and metrics, and turns systemic problems into measurable and sustainable improvements. This is a senior individual contributor role working primarily through QA Technical Leads and Senior QA Engineers and partnering with Engineering Managers, Product, Architecture, and DevOps/SRE, while remaining hands-on in high-impact reviews, pilots, and critical investigations.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the company-wide Quality Engineering strategy, operating model, and improvement roadmap; continue evolving them as products, risks, and organizational needs change.
Assess Quality Engineering maturity across domains, identify systemic bottlenecks and inconsistencies, and prioritize the improvements with the highest company-wide impact.
Define and evolve cross-domain standards and guardrails for test architecture, coverage, quality evidence, testability, observability, release readiness, and production validation.
Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end QA process and embed shift-left practices, quality controls, and risk-based gates across the SDLC together with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps/SRE.
Own the strategic direction of the QA toolchain and automation architecture, and validate key technical decisions hands-on through code, prototypes, and architecture reviews across UI and backend automation. Python is preferred, while Go, Node.js, or another suitable stack is also relevant.
Continuously benchmark market practices and emerging technologies, including AI; validate ideas through experiments and turn successful findings into company-wide transformation initiatives such as framework modernization, contract and performance testing, smarter test selection, and cloud-native test environments. Actively use AI in daily engineering work and advance its adoption across QA.
Define scalable release-quality principles and provide technical recommendations for systemic, cross-team, or ambiguous quality risks.
Lead cross-team investigations and root-cause analysis for critical incidents, unstable environments, systemic automation failures, and quality problems without a clear owner.
Establish meaningful quality metrics and make trends, risks, technical debt, and improvement outcomes visible to engineering leadership.
Develop QA Technical Leads as domain-level technical owners, strengthening their ability to translate company-wide direction into sustainable practices and decisions within their domains.
Influence, align stakeholders, and translate business, regulatory, and operational risks into clear engineering priorities.
Requirements:
8+ years in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering, including technical leadership across multiple teams or domains.
Experience defining QA strategy, standards, or large-scale transformations with measurable results.
Deep knowledge of Quality practices risk-based testing, coverage strategy, shift-left, quality gates, testability, release readiness, and production quality signals.
Strong hands-on programming experience and the ability to design and contribute to scalable UI and backend automation. Python is preferred, but strong experience with Go, Node.js, or another relevant stack is welcome.
Strong experience with distributed backend systems, REST APIs, event-driven workflows, third-party integrations
Experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud-native or GitOps environments, and observability tools.
Ability to define useful quality metrics, communicate technical risk, and influence senior stakeholders
A research-driven mindset, practical experience evaluating new technologies, and confident, responsible, and active use of AI tools in everyday engineering work.
Good spoken and written English and Russian.
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, compliance, financial operations, or another regulated domain with complex integrations and high operational risk.
Experience with Kafka, MQ, Debezium, ledger-like systems, eventual consistency, and event-driven architecture.
Experience with contract, performance, load, resilience, or reliability testing.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an International Finance Program Manager to join our International Accounting team in Dublin at Anthropic. You will partner closely with the Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Payroll and Finance Systems leads, functional business owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are well-governed, on track, and delivering measurable business value.
This role requires someone who can context-switch across multiple finance domains, establish lightweight but effective program management practices, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly. You will be instrumental in helping Anthropic scale its international footprint so that every new entity is ready to operate and meet its obligations from day one.
Responsibilities
Program Management:
Manage a portfolio of international entity set-ups, ensuring clear prioritization, resource alignment, and delivery accountability across the Finance teams that own the deliverables
Governance & Process Design:
Establish and maintain lightweight governance frameworks appropriate for a fast-paced, engineering-centric culture, including standardized project intake, status reporting, risk management, and decision escalation processes

Compliance Coordination:
Partner with the Tax, Payroll and Accounting teams and local advisers to support the registrations, filings and compliance calendar of each new entity
Change Management:
Drive user adoption for new entity processes and controls through structured change management, including training, communication plans, and post-go-live support
Vendor Management:
Track and manage vendor delivery timelines, SOW commitments, and partner accountability across the banks and the payroll, tax and accounting providers in each country
AI Initiative Tracking:
Coordinate AI automation initiatives within the international expansion portfolio, tracking progress on Claude-powered use cases and ensuring integration with broader Finance roadmap
Minimum Qualifications
Have 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO roles, with at least 3 years working in finance or accounting
Have hands-on experience managing complex entity set-ups, international expansion programs or multi-country roll-outs
Can manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different finance domains without losing sight of the details or the big picture
Are skilled at building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal and People Operations teams
Have experience designing and implementing governance frameworks that provide accountability without excessive overhead, particularly in fast-paced, agile environments
Possess strong analytical skills and can synthesize complex project data into clear, executive-ready reporting

Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex project information to both technical and non-technical audiences

Are passionate about building scalable processes that support rapid organizational growth
Preferred Qualifications
Background in finance operations, accounting, or FP&A with understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance workflows
Experience with change management frameworks and methodologies

A project management qualification
Interest in or experience with AI-powered automation and its application to finance processes

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
