ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten has emerging co-sell relationships with multiple strategic marketplaces and clouds, including OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/talk-to-us/openai/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=paid_search&utm_campaign=acquisition_ICA-OpenAI-Partnership_2026-09-30&utm_term=baseten%20openai&utm_campaign=Search+-+Models&utm_source=adwords&utm_medium=ppc&utm_id=24316507588&hsa_acc=9990356727&hsa_cam=24316507588&hsa_grp=199416272086&hsa_ad=826599669780&hsa_src=g&hsa_tgt=kwd-2504168645905&hsa_kw=baseten%20openai&hsa_mt=e&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=24316507588&gbraid=0AAAAAqCKh1tZ-ESp-CbtgHnyoj6pkRZGL&gclid=CjwKCAjw56zWBhB0EiwAdPOQOTzW3Bhx_UxkJI6XA8gB1rqClDpNVWFQtTzWlO0RBCV5Xx_yB54yDxoCcd4QAvD_BwE, NVIDIA and other Hyperscalers, Model Labs, and Data Platforms. The task at hand is to enable and activate partner sellers and to ensure that our internal field teams are well-supported to work successful with partner teams.
As Baseten’s Partner Enablement Lead, you'll turn each partnership into a repeatable field motion. You'll work out why a partner account executive should care about Baseten, which of their customers are a fit, and what joint execution looks like. Then you'll co-build what it takes for sellers on both sides to run that play: the value proposition, the account mapping, the talk tracks, the training, and the relationships with partner field leaders.
As always, the work starts with earning partner attention. This is a strategic, hands-on role for an ecosystem GTM operator who peaks in enablement. Your work will include deep cross-functional collaboration, instructional design, content development, and training delivery. You won't own partner-sourced pipeline directly, but you will make those who do much more effective.
Our partnerships span Hyperscalers, Model Labs, Semiconductors, Consulting and Systems Integrators, and Data Platforms. While much of what partner enablement looks will be in your hands to define, it will include getting in front of field sellers, developing co-sell opportunities, and driving adoption of marketplace incentives for customers to buy Baseten against the commitments they already have.
You'll report to the Head of GTM Enablement & Productivity and work closely with our Partnerships, Sales, FDE, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design the joint go-to-market motion with strategic partners
- Build a working picture of each partner's field: seller roles, how they're paid and measured, what makes them bring in a third party, and what gets in the way.
- Define joint value propositions, customer triggers, and target segments in partnership with our alliance leads and sales & revops leadership.
- Turn those into co-sell plays with clear entry points, owners, and next steps for both sides.
- Run account mapping with partner teams so the plays land on specific accounts, not just slides.
Activate partner field teams
- Activate partner sellers and their managers to be aware of Baseten, confident in when to pull us in, and motivated to do so.
- Build relationships with partner field leaders, partner development managers, and ISV teams so enablement reaches the sellers who matter.
- Plan and run activations by region and segment: field briefings, account planning sessions, joint office hours, and events alongside our partnerships team.
- Teach both sides how marketplace and co-sell mechanics work, so those programs make deals simpler and faster to execute.
Enable Baseten's own sellers on partner motions
- Make sure our AEs, SAs, and FDEs know how to work a partner-sourced or co-sell deal: how to engage the partner rep, how attribution and credit work, and which plays to run.
- Build or collate the playbooks, demos, and certifications our team needs, and keep them current as each partnership changes.
- Bring partner content into our onboarding and GTM Academy so new hires learn the partner motion from day one.
Measure and evolve programs
- Define how we measure activation: trained and engaged partner sellers, joint account plans, co-sell opportunities registered, and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Work with RevOps on the operational side of partner programs, including deal registration, marketplace private offers, and POC and MDF requests.
- Report monthly to GTM leadership on what's working, what isn't, and advise on where to invest next.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in partner or alliance GTM, partner enablement, or field GTM at a cloud, data, AI, or infrastructure company.
- Hands-on experience activating co-sell with at least one hyperscaler or major platform partner (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, or similar).
- You think in pipeline and seller behavior as well as in curriculum. You can explain a joint motion end to end, from partner incentives to the first customer meeting.
- Enough technical depth to be credible with SAs and engineers on both sides. You don't need to be an ML engineer, but you should be comfortable learning inference, model serving, and GPU and token economics quickly.
- You want to build: the play, the deck, the training, the measurement plan. You don't stop at the framework.
- Comfortable working across teams you don't control, inside Baseten and inside partner organizations much larger than ours.
Strong candidates may come from a mix of backgrounds such as:
- Cloud alliances or partner GTM at a data or infrastructure ISV that co-sells with the hyperscalers.
- ISV, partner development, or marketplace roles inside a hyperscaler or NVIDIA.
- Partner enablement leadership at a technical company, with a track record tied to pipeline rather than training volume.
- A partner-facing SA or SE who moved into enablement or GTM strategy.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Microsoft co-sell programs, Azure Marketplace, or NVIDIA's partner and ISV programs.
- Experience at an AI infrastructure, model provider, or developer platform company.
- Built a partner function or partner enablement program from scratch at a growth-stage company.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are now one company. Together we build the data movement and transformation tools that data teams around the world rely on. Our Analytics team runs on those same tools every day, so you'll work on a modern data stack and help set best practices for the industry. As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll help product leaders understand how customers adopt, use, and stay with our core Fivetran data movement and dbt platform products as well as new product releases spanning AI, BI, and compute. You'll be a "full-stack" analyst. You'll build the data models, define the metrics, create the dashboards, run the analysis, and turn it all into recommendations that shape what we build next. AI is part of how we work. We expect analysts to use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate analysis and increase efficiency, while applying their own judgment and validating the results. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based in Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers remote flexibility and in-person collaboration; there is no fixed number of required office days, and we encourage teams to meet in person regularly.
Why This Role Is Exciting
Two product portfolios just came together.
Many questions about how customers use Fivetran and dbt together have never been asked. You'll be one of the first people to answer them.
Your work drives leadership decisions.
You'll focus on adoption, engagement, and retention, the metrics product leaders use to decide where to invest.
You own the work end to end,
from raw data to the decision it informs.
You'll analyze products built for people like you.
Our customers are data teams.
Technologies You’ll Use
SQL (BigQuery / Snowflake)
dbt / dbt State
Looker / LookML / Omni
Hex / Sigma / Google Sheets
Claude Code / Codex
What You’ll Do
Partner with product managers and product line leaders to understand problems and potential solutions with data. Deliver regular analysis and insight on product adoption, engagement, and retention.
Proactively investigate trends in user behavior and product usage. Find issues and growth opportunities before anyone asks, and use them to shape product and growth strategy.
Define, measure, and monitor the KPIs that show whether our products are healthy and whether the company is on track.
Size the potential impact of new product initiatives and recommend how to prioritize them.
Analyze product launches and experiments, and recommend what to do next.
Find and reduce friction in the funnels users go through to sign up, activate, and adopt our products.
Tackle questions where product data meets broader business data, such as revenue, sales, and support.
Build and maintain the data models, metrics, and dashboards behind your work.
Help new hires, colleagues, and partners understand our data and use it well, so data-informed decisions become the norm.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years in analytics, mostly in product analytics, ideally at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company.
Advanced SQL. You can turn messy, raw data into clean, trustworthy datasets, and write, debug, and explain SQL yourself.
Comfort using AI tools in analytics workflows to explore data, draft or improve SQL, automate repetitive work, and synthesize findings. You can evaluate and validate AI-generated output.
Hands-on experience building data models, ideally with dbt, creating dashboards in a BI tool such as Looker, Omni, or Tableau, and performing funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis.
A track record of using analysis to drive product or business decisions, not just report on them. You can take an open-ended question with little direction and turn it into a clear analysis and recommendation.
Strong attention to detail and prioritization. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain findings to executives and technical tradeoffs to engineers.
Experience influencing cross-functional, distributed teams, both asynchronously and in real time.
Bonus Skills
Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B/n tests), including test design, sample size, significance, and turning results into launch decisions.
Deep knowledge of the SaaS customer lifecycle and business metrics, such as ARR (annual recurring revenue), retention, and expansion.
Experience defining product events and helping teams self-serve in product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
Experience developing and scaling a large dbt project.
Python or R for analysis.

Our Purpose
At Xero, we’re here to make running a business beautiful. By making small business more efficient every day, connecting them with big business technology and empowering a community behind them, their potential is limitless. When that happens, we’re not only helping small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world.
The role and its impact
Product Marketing at Xero works closely with both Product and Go-to-market teams across the business to bring a holistic view of customer needs to Product, and translate product initiatives into customer value. We do this so that we deliver maximum product value to customers as efficiently and effectively as possible.
In this fixed-term role, you’ll help shape and grow Xero’s global Payments products, including bill payments and invoice payments. You’ll bring customer, market and commercial insight into product decisions; define clear customer value, positioning and evidence-backed claims; and partner with Product and global and regional go-to-market teams to launch products and improve adoption, usage and revenue. You’ll identify and test opportunities to deliver differentiated value for small businesses and their advisors. You’ll build trusted cross-functional relationships, understand the portfolio and its commercial priorities, and shape a focused set of launch and growth opportunities.
You will be a key contributor in assessing market opportunity
- Partner with Strategy, Product Management, Design and research and analytics teams to understand small businesses, advisors, competitors and market dynamics across Payments, and identify the customer problems and opportunities that matter most.
- Synthesise customer research, product performance and regional feedback into clear insights and recommendations that inform product strategy, positioning and go-to-market plans.
- Help size and prioritise market opportunities, define the customer and advisor segments to focus on, and identify where Xero can win; use market-sizing measures such as serviceable available market where relevant.
You will lead Customer Value Propositions, including development, maintenance, and custodianship throughout Xero
- Lead a collaborative process with Product and Customer teams to define the value proposition for priority segments, including the customer problem, differentiated value, reasons to believe and supporting evidence.
- Translate value propositions into clear positioning, messaging frameworks and product playbooks that internal teams can use consistently across customer touchpoints.
- Maintain and update positioning, claims and evidence as customer needs, product capabilities, competitor activity and regional requirements change.
You will partner with Product and Go-to-market leads on priority launches and significant product changes, bringing the customer and commercial perspective into launch strategy, sequencing and readiness.
- Translate product plans and changes into clear customer value, and keep relevant Customer and regional stakeholders informed of priorities and readiness.
- Work with Product and regional Customer teams to shape launch timing and approach, set clear value and claims guardrails, and surface dependencies or customer risks early.
- Develop clear briefing and enablement resources for Sales, advisors, Customer Experience and other internal teams so they can explain product value and support customers.
You will partner with Product and Go-to-market teams, including Lifecycle, to identify and grow Payments opportunities
- Use customer insight, product analytics and regional feedback to identify opportunities to improve adoption, attach, usage, retention and revenue, and recommend where to focus against commercial priorities.
- Develop and prioritise growth hypotheses and experiments with Product, Lifecycle, Data and regional teams; support test design, customer messaging and measurement, then apply the learnings.
- Shape in-product and lifecycle strategy for priority growth opportunities, partnering with channel owners on targeting, journey design and execution.
Where And How You Can Work
This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne. You will spend part of your week in our Melbourne office to collaborate with your team and partners, with boost days as an opportunity to come together in person and build relationships across the business. As you will work across time zones and regions, you will also get comfortable with flexible hours and asynchronous updates.
Here are some of the things we’re looking for, for this role
- Strong product marketing experience, or experience in lifecycle, growth or customer marketing (preferably within a SaaS organisation)
- Experience in payments, financial services or another complex, transaction-based product is an advantage; the ability to learn complex products and customer needs is essential.
- Experience working across geographies and time zones, partnering with Product Managers and development teams in an agile environment, will help you succeed in this role.

- Creative problem solver who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and act decisively and independently

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s Inference organization serves Claude to millions of users and enterprise customers, across our own products and the world’s largest cloud platforms, with the speed, reliability, and efficiency that frontier AI demands. The stack that makes this possible is deep and tightly coupled: accelerator kernels, an in-house inference engine that manages the entire token path for both production and research workloads, distributed routing, autoscaling, and capacity management. Every layer affects the others, often in ways that are hard to see in isolation. We build across GPUs, TPUs, and Trainium, and the complexity of building, testing, and shipping inference software grows with every platform we add.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the programs that scale it. The work spans four closely coupled areas:
Scaling and infrastructure.
Routing, autoscaling, and capacity management for the serving fleet, and bringing new capacity online.
Velocity.
The toolchains, development environments, and CI/CD that let inference engineers build, test, and ship across every accelerator platform.
Inference engine.
The software between the accelerator kernels and the routing layer that serves every request.
Performance.
Improving throughput, latency, cost, and reliability across the stack, with correctness treated as part of performance.
This is not a status-tracking role. You'll own outcomes end to end, often where no single team is accountable for the whole picture. Much of your value comes from crossing boundaries into Research, Safeguards, Security, Compute, Infrastructure, API, and our cloud and silicon partners, and bringing back the requirements and dependencies that no team sees from inside its own space. There is little process to inherit, and we want to keep it that way: you'll build the minimum machinery the work needs and remove it when it stops helping. And because this is Anthropic, you'll have Claude as a collaborator. We expect TPMs on this team to push hard on what AI-assisted program management and fleet operations can look like.
Key responsibilities
Own the programs that scale Claude’s serving fleet across accelerator and cloud platforms, from early direction through delivery.
Drive new capacity online end to end, working across compute, infrastructure, security, networking, and inference teams so one person is accountable for the whole path.
Build visibility into supply, demand, and utilization with capacity and finance partners, and drive trade-offs among utilization, cost, latency, and reliability to a clear decision.
Lead reliability programs and large migrations without disrupting production traffic or research, and make sure incident follow-ups land in team roadmaps.
Drive the programs that make inference engineers faster: define the productivity metrics that matter, find the bottlenecks, and improve how software is built, tested, and released across platforms, in step with Anthropic’s central Infrastructure org.
Coordinate roadmaps and priorities across the production, research, and safeguards needs that depend on the same teams.
Track performance and efficiency work from opportunity to measured impact in production, with correctness held as a release criterion.
Own inference readiness for model launches alongside our launch TPMs.
Minimum qualifications
7+ years of experience as a TPM, or in an equivalent engineering or SRE lead role, owning large multi-team infrastructure programs end to end in production distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or cloud platforms. You can speak to the outcomes in detail, including where a program slipped and what you did about it.
Technical fluency in large-scale serving infrastructure, including request routing and load balancing, autoscaling, capacity planning, cluster orchestration, deployment and rollout, and observability. You know enough to challenge a design, find the real risk, and add value beyond tracking.
A working understanding of how LLM inference uses hardware (prefill and decode, batching, caching, compute versus memory bandwidth versus interconnect), or a track record of getting deep in an unfamiliar technical domain quickly.
A track record of building program mechanisms from scratch on ambiguous, fast-moving efforts, and of retiring process that has stopped earning its keep.
The ability to drive outcomes across organizations you don't manage, with competing priorities and unclear decision ownership. You read people and rooms well, know when to push and when to listen, and earn the trust of senior engineers and researchers.
Strong written communication, including plans, reviews, and executive updates that many teams depend on.
Low ego and high ownership. You do whatever the program needs, whether that is writing a script, running an incident bridge, or chasing a quota, and you care more about the outcome than about scope or credit.
Care about Anthropic's mission and about serving frontier AI safely and reliably.
Preferred qualifications
Direct experience with LLM or ML inference serving at scale, such as model servers, batching and scheduling, KV caching, quantization, speculative decoding, or multi-model routing.
Experience with accelerator infrastructure (GPU, TPU, or Trainium), including cluster bring-up, hardware qualification, or running one workload across more than one accelerator platform.
Experience managing capacity across multiple clouds or regions, including demand forecasting, headroom policy, cost modeling, or unit economics for compute-heavy services.
Experience with developer productivity, release engineering, or CI/CD at scale, especially for hardware-dependent workloads, and with using engineering metrics to measurably raise velocity.
Experience running performance or efficiency programs, with enough grounding in rooflines, kernels, ML compilers (XLA, Triton, Neuron), numerics, or collective communication to reason about trade-offs with the engineers doing the work.
Familiarity with Kubernetes-based orchestration and job scheduling.
Experience working with research teams and turning their needs into infrastructure requirements.
Practical experience using AI tools in your own workflow, including building automations or agents, and clear ideas about where they help and where they don't.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

THE ROLE
Container runtimes were designed for general-purpose software workloads. AI inference is not a general-purpose workload.
Running large models at production scale exposes cracks in every layer of the container stack: runtimes unaware of GPU memory constraints, images that take minutes to pull when a model needs to scale to thousands of replicas, and isolation mechanisms that weren’t designed for the multi-tenant serving environments that production AI requires. The tools the industry has relied on for a decade weren’t built for this, and patching around those limitations at higher layers only goes so far.
Baseten owns the entire pipeline, from the moment a developer pushes a model to the moment a request gets a response. That vertical ownership means we can fix these problems at the root. The Runtime Fabric team is doing exactly that: purpose-building the container runtime and storage layers for AI inference workloads, led by some of the world’s top containerd maintainers.
As Engineering Manager for Storage Products on the Runtime Fabric team, you will lead the engineers who build and run the storage products behind that stack: the Baseten Delivery Network (BDN), which sits in the cold start path of every model on the platform, the snapshotters and filesystems that expose model weights and container images to a running container, and the storage that model deployment and training need next. The team is advancing the next generation of caching for inference workloads, from the origin tier to the GPU host. You will own reliability for the area as a measured outcome, report to the head of Runtime Fabric, and stay close to the code through design and code review. If you’ve managed systems engineers and have hands-on experience with caching, content-addressable storage, or distributed filesystems, we’d love to talk.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
- How the Baseten Delivery Network (BDN) makes cold starts fast https://www.baseten.co/blog/how-the-baseten-delivery-network-bdn-makes-cold-starts-fast/
- Extending BDN from model weights to container image layers, training checkpoints, and deployment artifacts
- Lazy-loading snapshotters and block-level delivery (EROFS, FUSE, ublk) so a container can start before the full image or model has arrived
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership and Culture
- Hire and grow a team of 5 to 10 systems engineers with storage, caching, and Linux expertise
- Run the team’s planning and delivery: scope work against the Runtime Fabric roadmap, set priorities, and ship on a predictable cadence
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and career development support to your direct reports
- Own on-call health for the team’s services, including escalation paths and follow-through on incidents
Technical Direction
- Guide the architecture and evolution of the Baseten Delivery Network: the tiered caching and weight delivery product that makes cold starts 2-3x faster and eliminates thundering herd failures during burst scaling events
- Shape storage products tailored to Baseten’s workloads: extend BDN from model weights to container images, training checkpoints, and deployment artifacts, and define the interfaces that model deployment, training, and customers use to reach them
- Oversee the on-host side of delivery: lazy-loading snapshotters, EROFS and overlayfs layouts, and block-level delivery (FUSE, ublk) for multi-gigabyte files
- Own reliability of the delivery path as a measured outcome: end-to-end instrumentation from snapshotter initialization to first inference request, targets for cold start and cache behavior, tolerance for failing upstream registries and object stores, and safe rollout of changes to a path every customer depends on
- Make the delivery path work across heterogeneous clusters and cloud providers, each with its own object store and network
- Review designs and code across the area, and take on hands-on work where it unblocks the team
- Champion the team’s contributions back to containerd and the snapshotter ecosystem alongside the maintainers on the Runtime Fabric team
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as the point of contact for storage across Baseten, ensuring model deployment, training, and platform teams have the integration support they need
- Optimize requirements for the underlying storage platforms with the infrastructure team: object storage, local NVMe and block storage, and network bandwidth per cluster, so that capacity and provider decisions account for what the delivery path needs
- Manage the team’s dependencies in both directions: sequence work that model deployment, training, and infrastructure teams block on, and negotiate interfaces and timelines with the teams and upstream projects the storage path depends on
- Work with the head of Runtime Fabric and product stakeholders to prioritize storage investments based on customer impact and infrastructure reliability
- Communicate team progress, technical trade-offs, and incidents clearly to the team and to leadership
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience managing a team of engineers in a systems, infrastructure, or storage context, including hiring and performance management
- Hands-on background in distributed storage systems, content-addressable storage, or large-scale caching infrastructure
- Strong systems programming background in Go, Rust, and/or C/C++, with the ability to engage credibly in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Working knowledge of the Linux storage stack: filesystems, the page cache, block devices, and mounts
- Understanding of how container images are structured, stored, and delivered at scale
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across teams
NICE TO HAVE
- Contributions to containerd/containerd, snapshotter projects (stargz, soci, nydus, overlaybd), distribution/distribution, or closely related open-source projects
- Familiarity with lazy-loading snapshotters or peer-to-peer image distribution
- Experience with EROFS, FUSE, ublk, or io_uring
- Experience building or operating CDN, object storage, or large-scale caching infrastructure
- Experience running storage services on Kubernetes
Bachelor's in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field, plus a recognized certification (e.g., ACE / NASM / NCSF / NSCA / ACSM / NESTA / ISSA), current or renewal in progress.
Strong communication in English and local language; able to simplify concepts for non-experts.
Language: Must speak Portuguese.
Comfortable working within a structured, credit-based consultation model — even if your background involved longer-term or clinical care.
Clear judgment about when to refer a client out, and willingness to do so even when it means the engagement ends.
Tech-savvy: video conferencing, fitness-tracking tools, comfortable documenting session notes on a platform.

Freedom to innovate and bring your unique expertise to our growing platform
Location: Madrid, Spain
About the Company:
Our client is a global education group bringing together a growing network of more than 20 schools across Europe, Asia and Latin America. The group operates physical schools offering education from kindergarten through to secondary education, combining international schools with local institutions while preserving their individual identities.
They are building a global platform focused on supporting its schools, strengthening operational capabilities and driving sustainable growth. With its headquarters in Madrid, the group is expanding its central finance function to support its growing international portfolio and is looking for a
Management Accountant
to join its FP&A team.
About the Role
The Management Accountant will support the preparation and consolidation of monthly management accounts, analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and ensure accurate, consistent reporting across the group's international school portfolio.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY AND BUSINESS SUPPORT
• Support the central finance function through the group management accounts cycle, working as part of a small team being built from scratch.
• Report to the Head of FP&A, playing a central role in the preparation and review of the group’s monthly management accounts as the function continues to be built out.
• Build strong working relationships with school finance leads across the portfolio as a key contributor across the management reporting cycle, alongside significant exposure to the Madrid head office team.
• Help establish robust, well-documented management accounts processes, controls, and ways of working that can scale as the group grows, ensuring continuity and consistency as the team and portfolio expand.
PREPARATION OF MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS
• Prepare the consolidated monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow and supporting schedules, drawing together submissions from across the school portfolio into a single group view.
• Apply agreed group conventions consistently, including FX rates, consolidation adjustments, and presentation formats, ensuring outputs are comparable across schools and over time.
• Prepare variance analysis comparing actuals to budget, forecast and prior periods, with clear commentary on the key drivers of movements for review by the Head of FP&A.
• Maintain clear, well-documented working files and supporting schedules for each reporting cycle, so that the basis for every figure in the management accounts is transparent and can be traced and understood.
MONTH-END REVIEWS
• Carry out structured month-end reviews of school-level submissions, checking arithmetic accuracy, internal consistency, and alignment with group reporting conventions before consolidation.
• Identify and follow up on anomalies, unusual movements, or inconsistencies in school submissions, working with school finance leads to resolve queries ahead of the reporting deadline.
• Support the Head of FP&A in reviewing the consolidated management accounts prior to distribution, flagging any areas requiring further explanation or correction.
• Help embed a consistent month-end review checklist and timetable across the portfolio, contributing to its ongoing refinement, controls, and documentation as the function develops.
DATA, SYSTEMS, AND INTEGRITY
• Own the integrity of management accounts outputs, including consolidation, reporting, and supporting files, ensuring formulas, links, and consolidation logic are accurate and free of errors.
• Take ownership and maintain clear, well-organised documentation of management accounts processes, templates, data conventions, and reporting logic, so that methodologies are transparent and repeatable across the team.
• Implement and maintain quality control checks across the management accounts and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency before submission to senior stakeholders.
BUSINESS PARTNERING
• Act as the first point of contact for schools on any management accounts queries, providing timely and clear responses or escalating to the Head of FP&A where required.
• Work closely with the Financial Accountant and wider accounting team, who are responsible for the underlying statutory accounts that feed into the management accounts, ensuring a clear handover, shared understanding of account structures, and timely resolution of queries between the two functions.
• Support the Head of FP&A in preparing materials for the CFO and other senior stakeholders, ensuring outputs are accurate, well-documented, and clearly presented.
Requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Qualified accountant or finalist (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with experience in a management accounting or financial reporting role, ideally in a multi-entity or international environment.
• Sound understanding of management accounting principles, including P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow preparation, variance analysis, and consolidation.
• Competent Excel skills, with experience working with templates and processes across multiple teams or entities.
• Conscientious, accurate, and comfortable taking ownership of deliverables under reporting deadlines, with a strong instinct for documentation and process.
• Confident communicator, able to work effectively with colleagues across finance functions and school finance leads.
• Full professional fluency in English is essential; additional languages relevant to the portfolio are an advantage.
• Experience in the K-12 or international schools sector is an advantage but not a prerequisite.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are developers, and they expect answers from people who can read their stack trace, open the SDK source, and tell them what's actually wrong.
We're hiring a Senior Manager to lead Support Engineering. You'll run the team that handles everything from a single developer's SDK question to a production incident at one of our largest enterprise customers. You'll also help drive how we use AI in support: what systems are used, how they best help customers, enable the teams, and how we know the answers they give are right and forward looking.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll manage people, set the support strategy, get face to face time with customers, while also getting into tickets when it matters.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Lead and grow the team
- Manage and coach a team of Technical Support Engineers
- Set clear expectations for technical depth, response quality, and ownership, and give direct feedback
- Design a coverage model that works across time zones, including on-call and escalation paths
- Build career paths for Support Engineers who want to go deeper technically, move into management, or move into different teams and practices
Own support outcomes
- Own and report the team's core metrics: CX, time to resolution, escalation rate, and more
- Use support conversations as a signal: find the top drivers of tickets and get them fixed in the product, the docs, internal operations, or the SDKs, not just answered faster
Run AI-assisted support
- Own the roadmap for our support agents: which request types they handle, what context they need, and when they hand off to a person
- Set the quality bar for agent answers and the process for catching incomplete ones
- Decide where automation is worth building and where it isn't, based on data
Handle escalations and partner across Sentry
- Run the escalation process with Engineering: make sure bugs reach the right team with a reproduction and clear impact, and that customers hear back
- Be the support lead on high-stakes enterprise issues, working with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Sales
- Bring a clear picture of customer pain to Product and Engineering, backed by numbers
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Think great support is an engineering problem, not a staffing problem
- Want to build the team and the systems at the same time
- Can debug a tricky SDK issue yourself and also explain to a VP why their incident took four hours
- Would rather fix the cause of 200 tickets than answer them faster
- Have strong opinions on where AI helps in support and where it makes things worse, and be willing to discuss this at length.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years in technical support, support engineering, or software engineering at a SaaS or developer tools company
- 3+ years managing technical support engineers, including hiring and growing a team
- Technically credible with senior engineers: comfortable reading code in at least a few of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Ruby, and debugging across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and how observability tools (errors, tracing, logs) fit into them
- Hands-on experience running AI or automation in a support org, and a clear view of its failure modes
- Track record of using support data to drive product and process changes
- Clear, direct written communication with customers, executives, and engineers
Bonus
- Experience at a developer tools or observability company
- Former software engineer
- Managed a team spread across multiple time zones
- Open source contributor or maintainer

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Role overview
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help build and evolve our new Common case-management system, which powers support-case handling across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.
You will own significant end-to-end initiatives across our backend services: case lifecycle, routing and assignment, queue management, case evidence and history, and migration from legacy systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn ambiguous customer and operational problems into durable technical solutions, coordinate other engineers, and set the standard for reliability and craftsmanship on the team.
What you’ll do
Lead one or more project-level Case Management initiatives, on your own or by guiding a group of engineers, from discovery and design through rollout, measurement, and operational ownership.
Design and build scalable backend services and APIs for case creation, routing, assignment, transfers, audit history, notes, attachments, and queue-management workflows.
Help deliver feature parity with legacy platforms while safely migrating traffic across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.
Make and own most technical decisions within your scope. Write project-level design documents covering how sub-features interact, identify dependencies and risks, and break work into parallelizable delivery plans.
Scope ambiguous customer and operational problems, weigh long-term against short-term trade-offs, and design durable solutions.
Partner with Product, Operations, Support, Data, and other engineering teams to define the right problems. Shape the team roadmap through prototypes, data analysis, project proposals, and backlog prioritization.
Run the coordination a project needs, such as status updates and dependency tracking, and escalate early to keep delivery on time.
Enforce team-wide quality objectives: lead design reviews, calibrate quality metrics, and improve logging, monitoring, alerting, and escalation policies.
Serve as first responder or incident commander, model good incident practice, and turn what you learn into playbooks and backlog work.
Introduce and guide AI best practices for the team, including evals, data privacy, and review of AI-generated code, and take part in AI-powered projects when they are central to the product.
Design reusable, self-serviceable solutions, and consider cost efficiency, including compute and AI costs, in key designs.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, design guidance, tech talks, and constructive feedback. Interview candidates, join sell calls, and take part in hiring events when the team needs them.
Must-have qualifications
Strong backend engineering experience, including designing and operating backend services, APIs, asynchronous workflows, and data models at meaningful scale.
Proficiency in at least one modern backend language, and a record of writing exemplary code for the core functionality of key components.
Demonstrated ownership of complex, customer-facing or operations-critical projects from technical design through production rollout.
Experience breaking projects into parallelizable work, identifying dependencies and risks, and giving accurate estimates for yourself and others.
Hands-on experience using AI development tools to improve productivity, while validating generated output for correctness, security, privacy, maintainability, and reliability.
Strong product judgment: the ability to turn ambiguous workflows and user needs into simple, maintainable technical solutions.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions, bring the right stakeholders into decisions at the right time, and explain trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong engineering craft: testing, code review, observability, incident response, security, and operational readiness, with experience designing for reliability.
Comfort working on systems with high correctness and auditability requirements, including traceability of decisions and changes.
A mentoring mindset and a record of raising team-wide engineering standards.
Nice-to-have qualifications
Go experience.
Experience with migration from legacy systems, gradual rollouts, traffic shadowing, and feature-parity programs.
Experience supporting internal tools or operational user interfaces from the backend side.
Experience with high-volume, multi-region, or multi-tenant systems.
Experience as an incident commander or in running an on-call rotation.
Experience building AI-powered features, including evaluation of model output.
What success looks like
Delivers a major Case Management initiative with clear technical ownership, predictable execution, and measurable customer or business impact.
Improves the reliability, maintainability, and cost efficiency of the Common system while enabling safe migration from legacy case-management systems.
Helps move support traffic onto the Common system without reducing case-resolution quality.
Builds solutions that other engineers and operators can confidently reuse and operate.
Acts as a technical leader within the team: unblocks peers and partner teams, improves engineering decisions, influences the roadmap, and strengthens cross-functional execution.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!
