Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a CMS & DAM Engineer to join a greenfield digital news platform build for a major international news brand. There is no legacy system, no migration burden — this is a new platform built from scratch, video-first and breaking-news-first, designed to sustain extreme traffic during major events and support complete newsroom workflows from draft to publish.
You'll own the CMS configuration and digital asset management layer end-to-end — from content models and editorial workflows through DAM taxonomy, rights management, and integrations with video, search, and distribution services. This is a full-lifecycle engagement: discovery, build, launch, and multi-year support.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
CMS Configuration & Development
- Configure and develop the selected CMS platform — AEM or Amplience.
- Implement content models, templates, components, and editorial configurations.
- Configure authoring, approval, scheduling, and publishing workflows to support full newsroom operations.
- Support breaking-news and major-event editorial capabilities, including homepage mode-switching under high traffic.
- Implement taxonomy and structured-content models.
- Configure permissions and newsroom roles.
- Implement preview and publishing capabilities.
- Develop CMS extensions where native functionality does not meet requirements.
- Integrate CMS with DAM, search, video, and downstream distribution services.
- Support testing, editorial training, and production stabilization.
Digital Asset Management
- Own the design and configuration of digital asset management workflows end-to-end.
- Define image and video metadata structures, taxonomy, credits, captions, source, and rights metadata.
- Design embargo, licence, and expiration management workflows.
- Establish image rendition, crop, and focal-point workflows.
- Define duplicate and near-duplicate asset handling approaches.
- Design asset usage and reference tracking.
- Establish replacement, restriction, and takedown workflows.
- Integrate DAM with CMS, video pipeline, and distribution services.
- Support asset migration, editorial training, and operational governance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience configuring and developing on AEM or Amplience in a production environment.
- Experience implementing content models, editorial workflows, and publishing pipelines for a content-heavy platform.
- Strong understanding of DAM concepts — metadata, taxonomy, rights management, renditions, and asset lifecycle.
- Experience integrating CMS and DAM systems with third-party services — video platforms, search, CDN, or distribution APIs.
- Ability to configure permissions and role-based access for multi-user editorial teams.
- Experience working on structured, phased delivery programmes with clear milestones and launch targets.
- Strong communication skills — able to work with editorial, product, and engineering stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering CMS/DAM solutions for news, media, or publishing organizations.
- Familiarity with breaking-news editorial workflows and high-traffic event scenarios.
- Experience with video asset management and broadcast clip ingestion pipelines.
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance requirements as they apply to content and media platforms.
- Experience with accessibility standards for content-heavy web platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling.
- Experience supporting editorial training and operational handover programmes.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.
Solvd is an equal opportunity employer.
Location: New York Office
Workplace: Hybrid
The engineering team at Chainalysis is inspired by solving the hardest technical challenges and building products that establish trust in cryptocurrencies. We're a global organization that thrives on challenging work and doing it alongside exceptionally talented teammates. Our industry evolves rapidly, and our mission is to build a flexible, AI-driven platform that automates entity resolution, optimizes data labeling pipelines, and creates predictive models that identify illicit patterns before they escalate.
Compliance Core builds and operates the platform that customers rely on to evaluate blockchain risk in real time and continuously monitor activity across billions of transfers. Our systems screen transfers and withdrawals, reassess exposure as new information arrives, aggregate risk at the user and organization level, and power datasets used by other teams and customers.
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team and shape the next generation of this platform. You’ll help decide what to evolve, rebuild, or retire, and sequence those changes while keeping our systems reliable for every customer. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with responsibility for the team’s growth, delivery, and operational health.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the platform’s modernization. Set technical direction with the team, make architectural trade-offs, and turn complex changes into incremental migrations with clear milestones and safe rollouts.
- Stay hands-on. Review code, write and challenge design documents, contribute prototypes or targeted fixes, and work directly with engineers to resolve difficult technical problems and production incidents.
- Build and develop the team. Hire exceptional engineers, set clear expectations, provide candid feedback, manage performance, and support career growth. Create an environment where people can challenge ideas, take ownership, and do their best work.
- Own delivery with your partners. Work with Product and upstream teams to turn customer needs and industry changes into an executable roadmap. Make priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs explicit, and follow through on commitments.
- Make production operations sustainable. Set standards for reliability, latency, throughput, and data correctness. Improve observability, testing, incident response, and on-call practices so the platform can scale
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Experience building and operating high-throughput, event-driven distributed systems
- Strong hands-on engineering judgment. You can work through implementation details, identify the real constraints in a design, and help the team make sound architectural decisions.
- Experience managing engineers, including coaching, performance management, and career development, with evidence of improving both team effectiveness and engineering quality.
- A track record of delivering complex technical initiatives across teams, breaking ambiguous problems into manageable steps, and balancing immediate customer needs with longer-term platform investment.
- A collaborative leadership style: you welcome challenges, explain your decisions, and help engineers develop the judgment and ownership to lead work themselves.
- Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies, or eagerness to learn.
Nice to have:
- Experience modernizing or migrating critical production systems while maintaining service continuity.
- Familiarity with JVM services in production.
- Experience operating customer-facing systems with strict latency and availability requirements.
- Background in compliance, payments, fraud, or another regulated domain.
- Blockchain protocol knowledge.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. Powered by deep blockchain data and AI, organizations can investigate illicit activity, manage risk exposure, and develop innovative market solutions built on the industry's most trusted blockchain intelligence. Our mission is to build trust in blockchains, blending safety and security with an unwavering commitment to growth and innovation.
You belong here.
At Chainalysis, we believe that diversity of experience and thought makes us stronger. With both customers and employees around the world, we are committed to ensuring our team reflects the unique communities around us. We’re ensuring we keep learning by committing to continually revisit and reevaluate our diversity culture.
We encourage applicants across any race, ethnicity, gender/gender expression, age, spirituality, ability, experience and more. HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.

You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be real team players even beyond your role. You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.

👋 A LITTLE ABOUT US
We’re building the best platform for authoring, publishing, and maintaining world-class docs. Close to 40,000 sign-ups per month, over 100k Monthly Active Users, used by 2M+ people and thousands of teams like Zoom, FedEx, Nvidia, Snyk, and Google. We’re profitable, backed by P9 Capital, Notion Capital, and Fly VC, and our amazing team is spread across 15 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Our enterprise motion is growing, and the way we reach those buyers is changing. Docs are bought by engineering leaders, platform teams, and developer experience owners, people who don't answer cold emails but do show up at conferences, dinners, hackathons, and community meetups. Field marketing is how we get in front of them.
Today our event activity is opportunistic: a booth here, a sponsored dinner there, a webinar when someone has time. There's no tiering model, no consistent follow-up motion, and no reliable way to say which events created the (right) pipeline. This role owns all of it.
This is a new function at GitBook. You'd be the first person to own it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the global event calendar: Decide which industry tradeshows and conferences we show up at, at what level, and why and then run them end to end: sponsorship negotiation, booth, staffing, messaging, budget, and on-site execution.
- Build activation around the big moments: The booth is rarely where the deals happen. You'll design the side-events that surround a conference such as curated dinners, executive roundtables, breakfast briefings, happy hours, and build the guest lists around accounts we actually want in the room.
- Create GitBook's own events: Design and run owned formats that people want to attend because of what they are, not because we sponsored them. Roadshows, customer summits, docs-focused meetups, launch moments. You'll define the format, the content arc, and the experience.
- Experiment with community activation: Work with our DevRel colleagues on hackathons, docs sprints, and community events. Some will work and some won't; you'll run them as experiments with a clear read on what happened.
- Own online events: Webinars, virtual roundtables, and livestreams, you’ll be either running them yourself or coordinating the team members who do.
- Build the tiering model: Define what a Tier 1, 2, and 3 event looks like at GitBook: spend bands, staffing, pre- and post-event motion, and the bar an event has to clear to earn each tier.
- Report on pipeline, not attendance: Build the measurement model for events: cost per opportunity, event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, target-account attendance, and conversion through to closed won.
- Make the sales follow-up motion work: Build a lightweight SLA for pre-event target lists with AEs, brief the team on what to do at the event, and build the follow-up structure that turns a badge scan into a conversation.
- Act as ABM sparring partner: Our enterprise motion runs on account-based plays. You'll be the person Sales and Marketing think out loud with on account selection, buying-committee mapping, and how field programs plug into 1:1 and 1:few plays
HOW WE'LL MEASURE SUCCESS
In your first 90 days: a tiered event calendar for the next four quarters, a working measurement model in our CRM, and a follow-up motion Sales has actually agreed to.
After that: event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, cost per opportunity by tier, target-account penetration at Tier 1 events, and speed of follow-up.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7–10 years in B2B SaaS marketing: you need to have a meaningful stretch of that in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated demand generation. You've run international programs, including and especially in the USA.
- A ROI mindset: You talk in opportunities and cost per opportunity, not impressions and badge scans. You've defended an event budget with numbers and you've killed events that didn't earn their place.
- Real operational range: You can negotiate a sponsorship contract, argue about booth carpet, write a good invite email, and build a Hubspot dashboard or report (or know who to ask to build it for you).
- Sales credibility: AEs will trust you or route around you. You can walk into a pipeline review, take a hard question about last quarter's spend, and answer it without getting defensive.
- Taste: Most B2B events are forgettable. We'd rather run fewer things that people remember. You should have opinions about what makes an event worth attending.
- Comfort with a technical audience: Our buyers are engineers and the people who lead them. You don't need to write code, but you need to know why developer-audience marketing fails when it's too polished.
- Ownership mindset: There's no playbook here. You'll write it: defining process, flagging problems early, and not waiting to be told what to build next.
Also, you might be coming from a field marketing role at a SaaS company that got heavier on events, an event marketing role where you started owning the pipeline number, a demand gen role with a large in-person component, or a community or DevRel role that grew a commercial edge. We care less about the label than about what you can actually do. Some travel is expected, roughly a week or two a quarter, with a potential for a week a month in the conference season peak.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This isn't a role where you'll manage a team from day one, and it isn't purely strategic. You'll be on the floor at the show and in the spreadsheet the week after.
It's also not brand marketing or product marketing. You'll draw on both, and you'll partner closely with them, but you're accountable for the pipeline.
If you do this well, the function grows in scope, budget, and eventually headcount. But we're hiring for someone who wants to build it from scratch, not for the version of this role that exists in two years.
👥 Join GitBook at a pivotal time as we evolve our product and team. This is a chance to shape our product, craft, and culture https://www.gitbook.com/about#open-roles.

You will be a SME who is part of the "human-in-the-loop" workflows required to train and optimize Gus as an AI insurance advisor. Our collective vision is to be an expert advisor that supports small businesses through every stage of growth, with this pilot being key to establishing our digital insurance agency and licensed agent integration.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
— Make outbound dials to prospective and existing small business clients to assess their complex P&C insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
— Quote and issue Property & Casualty policies, primarily with the NEXT Insurance carrier, in our offline sales channel.
— Achieve required daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity expectations.
— Provide human-in-the-loop support to optimize the AI Insurance Advisor, Gus, and assist customers with more complex needs.
— Maintain client relationships, manage policy renewals, and facilitate changes or endorsements to existing policies.

— Actively work to cross-sell and up-sell additional P&C lines of coverage and strive to achieve monthly production goals for units and/or revenue.
— Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy documentation within CRM systems (SFDC workflow).
— Use AI-powered workflows as a core part of how you sell: running assigned tools daily, surfacing friction and inefficiencies as you find them, and collaborating with your team to influence what gets built or improved next.
— Stay current on industry trends, products, regulations, and underwriting guidelines to provide accurate advice and ensure compliance.
Here’s what we're looking for:
Experience in the field:
— Proven experience in insurance sales or brokerage, with coverage level knowledge of commercial P&C products (e.g., Workers' Compensation, BOP, Commercial Auto, E&O).
— 4+ years
Licensing:
— An active Property & Casualty insurance producer’s license
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
— Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and explain complex concepts clearly.
Sales & Negotiation:

Technical Proficiency:
— Working knowledge of carrier quoting systems, proficiency in insurance software, and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC).
— Comfortable using AI tools and automation to enhance productivity, decision-making, and problem-solving.
Mindset:
— A demonstrated passion for delivering an incredible customer experience and genuine empathy for small business owners.
Attributes:
— Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and an entrepreneurial ownership mentality to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
AI Fluency:
— Proven, day-to-day experience integrating AI into how you work - across writing, research, prep, and summarization as a core part of your workflow, with a track record of giving clear, useful feedback that helps improve your tools and processes.
Compensation:
— Cash compensation amount for this role is $109,390 to $134,000 OTE for Denver, Atlanta, Chicago & Las Vegas.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Job Summary
We are looking for an aggressive, highly analytical Senior Growth Marketer / Media Buying Specialist to take ownership of Google and Meta advertising campaigns. Our primary objective is simple: generate qualified inbound calls and leads profitably. This is not an account-maintenance or monthly-reporting role. We want someone who treats every account as if their own money is being spent. You will work directly with leadership to launch campaigns, analyse performance, cut wasted spend, identify overlooked opportunities, test new angles, and aggressively scale profitable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, optimize, and scale high-intent Google Ads campaigns, with Meta Ads as a secondary channel
Develop campaigns specifically designed to generate qualified inbound phone calls and leads
Analyse campaign performance quickly and identify winning and losing campaigns, keywords, audiences, ads, and landing pages
Aggressively cut wasted spend and reallocate budget toward profitable opportunities
Identify new customer-intent angles, search opportunities, audiences, and campaign structures competitors may be missing
Continuously test new messaging, offers, targeting, keywords, creative, and landing-page approaches using direct-response principles
Optimize campaigns against CPA, CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and overall acquisition economics
Monitor search-term data, conversion tracking, attribution, call tracking, and landing-page performance
Launch new campaigns and work directly alongside leadership to expand into new markets and industries
Take increasing ownership of advertising spend, with a target of managing at least $100k/month in Google Ads spend within 90 days
Make fast, data-backed decisions rather than waiting for lengthy reporting cycles
Requirements
Proven track record in Direct Response marketing with a deep understanding of customer desire, intent, and buying behaviour
Advanced / expert-level Google Ads expertise
Strong Meta Ads experience
Proven experience generating leads and/or inbound phone calls through paid advertising
Demonstrable experience optimizing campaigns against commercial performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn campaign data into immediate, actionable decisions
Experience launching campaigns from scratch, diagnosing poor performance, cutting losers, and scaling winners
Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets; $50k–$100k+ monthly Google Ads spend is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, call tracking, search-term analysis, budget allocation, A/B testing, and landing-page performance
A no-nonsense, high-accountability attitude. You care about performance more than process or corporate bureaucracy
Fast, decisive, competitive, hands-on, and comfortable operating with significant autonomy
Low-ego and highly coachable, with the ability to receive direct constructive feedback without becoming defensive
Exceptional command of written and spoken English
Availability to work strictly 9-5 CST
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with home-service lead generation, particularly:
HVAC
Plumbing
Roofing
Electrical
Solar

Pest control

Experience in other high-intent lead-generation verticals such as legal, insurance, financial services, healthcare, automotive, or real estate
Previous experience working in a high-performance digital marketing or growth agency
Experience with pay-per-call campaigns
Experience managing $100k+/month in Google Ads spend
Proficiency with Slack
