About the job
We have launched Keet Mobile on iOS and Android, bringing our full P2P technology stack to everyone. Keet Mobile is not your average app: it’s heavy lifting is performed by a custom JS runtime specially designed for peer-to-peer usage (in fact, it reuses 100% of Keet Desktop’s code!). We believe this pattern opens the door to huge possibilities in the future, and we need your help getting there!

Keet Mobile is built with React Native and Expo, and its P2P core runs on the device itself in a Bare worklet. You'll own features end to end, from UI/UX implementation to using the P2P core apis.
You will:
- Build and polish features across chat, voice and video calls, media sharing, device pairing and identity backup
- Integrate native platform capabilities such as push notifications, camera, bio-metrics and background tasks on both iOS and Android
- Profile and optimise performance on real devices, including startup time, long chats, media handling, battery and network use
- Write unit and end-to-end tests, and help keep releases stable through CI and crash reporting
- Work closely with the core P2P, design and product teams, and review code with a high bar for quality
Significant experience with React Native, Redux for state management and Redux-Saga
Highly proficient in JavaScript and ES6+.
Experienced with WebSockets, RESTful based APIs.
Knowledge in native languages (Swift/Kotlin) and familiarity with native build tools (Xcode/Android Studio) is advantageous.
Experience working with a remote team
Interested in modernizing and optimizing different mobile or web applications.
Bonus points if you have any built something amazing on any p2p frameworks .

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for strong engineers with experience and interest in designing, building, and maintaining the novel, high-performance systems that make up our serverless platform.
Specifically, you’ll be working on the distributed object storage system that underpins every container image, volume, and checkpoint on Modal: hundreds of petabytes of data, replicated across multiple cloud object stores and a CDN, cached on local NVMe across a large fleet of workers in many datacenters, and shared peer-to-peer within each datacenter.
You’ll make cold starts feel local when the data is hundreds of milliseconds away, designing the caching, preloading, and peer-to-peer layers that hide object-store latency and keep public ingress off saturated uplinks. You’ll own durability and cost at petabyte scale, from streaming and batch replication between origins to garbage collection over billions of objects. You’ll work across the stack, from local disk and page cache to distributed blob storage and garbage collection, and you’ll help shape what storage becomes next as we push storage closer to workloads.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Build P2P sharing of data across workers within a single datacenter to dramatically reduce ingress
- Replicate data across multiple blob storage providers
- Automate garbage collection across hundreds of petabytes of data
- Deploy colocated storage clusters to datacenters to accelerate high-throughput customer workloads
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 5+ years of experience writing high-quality production code
- You’ve built high-performance distributed storage or caching systems at a large scale (the more challenges you’ve worked through, the better)
- You have strong cloud skills, including deep familiarity with object storage (S3 or similar), CDNs, and their consistency, throughput, and cost characteristics
- You have strong knowledge of low-level operating system foundations (Linux kernel, file systems, page cache, containers, etc.)
- You’re willing to step into the thick of it with our on-call rotation and respond to production incidents
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with replication, content addressing, and consistency models in multi-region or multi-cloud systems
- Experience operating storage systems at scale (petabyte-scale datasets, high-throughput read/write paths, large-scale garbage collection or data migration)
- Experience with data engineering at petabyte scale
- Prior experience with Rust

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Help Scout, you’ll own a named book of 80–100 accounts, representing around $4M in recurring revenue. You’ll be the trusted partner for the people who rely on Help Scout every day, from day-to-day users to the executives who sponsor the relationship.
Your first priority is building a strong relationship rhythm across your book: regular check-ins, executive business reviews, and a clear understanding of what each customer is trying to achieve. You’ll connect those goals to the best of what Help Scout offers, and you’ll be the first to notice when something starts to slip.
You won’t carry an expansion quota. When you spot an opportunity to grow an account, you’ll partner with our expansion team and hand it off warm, so you can stay focused on retention and long-term value. You’ll also be the customer’s voice inside Help Scout, bringing what you learn to Product, onboarding, and the rest of the team.
- Own a book of 80–100 accounts end-to-end. From onboarding handoff through adoption and renewal, you’re accountable for the health and retention of every account.
- Build multi-threaded relationships. You’ll work across levels in each customer, including executives and decision makers, and align on the business outcomes that matter to them.
- Catch risk early. You’ll watch for signals like dropping usage or slowing communication, escalate early, and bring in the right internal partners to turn things around.
- Lead executive business reviews and regular check-ins that drive adoption, surface underused features, and strengthen product alignment.
- Own renewals and retention. Your success is measured on net dollar retention for your book.
- Surface expansion opportunities and partner with our expansion team to close them.
- Bring the voice of the customer inside. Share what you learn with Product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, onboarding, and how we work.
- Design your own workflows. You’ll have freedom to use AI tools to stay organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across a large book.
- Raise the bar for the team. You’ll share what works, document your learnings, and help shape how Customer Success grows at Help Scout.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS, with time spent in SMB, mid-market, strategic, or enterprise segments.
- You’ve owned a large book of business. At some point in your career, you’ve managed 50+ accounts and kept a consistent cadence with all of them.
- Retention is your track record. You can talk about your renewal rates, retention, or NDR, and what you did to move them.
- You love the relationship side of the work. You enjoy being a strategic advisor, aligning with executives on business goals, and working with internal teams to get customers where they need to go. Closing deals isn’t what gets you up in the morning.
- You never solve problems alone. When an account shows signs of risk, you raise it early, pull in the right people, and keep the customer informed.
- You’re not afraid of difficult conversations. You can handle tough renewal or recovery conversations with confidence and care.
- You’re a strong cross-functional partner. You know how to work alongside Product, Support, and Sales, and you’ve handed off expansion opportunities to account executives or account managers before.
- You thrive while things are still being built. You’re comfortable shaping processes as we go and don’t need a playbook for everything.
- You’re excited about how AI can transform your work. You look for ways to reduce manual overhead and spend your time where it matters most.
- Technical aptitude. You’re comfortable learning and navigating complex software, and you want to become an expert in our product.
ABOUT THE PROCESS
1. Recruiter Chat - You'll meet with Nahuel on the Recruiting team to chat through compensation, benefits, timeline, and company culture.
2. Value Add - You'll meet with Annika, Customer Enablement Lead, to talk more about the role and your experience in more detail.
3. Project - We’ll give you a take-home project (we’ll pay for your time), then you’ll share it back to the team.
4. Team Chat - You’ll meet with two members of our Customer Success team to learn more about how we work and the customers we serve.
5. Final Chat - You’ll chat with our VP of Customers.
6. References - We’ll ask you for three references. Ideally, we’d like two of them to be managers, but we can be flexible.
COMPENSATION
Each role at Help Scout has a pay range aligned to our salary formula https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/employee-compensation/ and based on national market data. We take a competency-based approach and pay is based on the level and band of your role. We assess leveling during the hiring process for new teammates, during our bi-annual performance review cycles, and when a teammate’s role changes.
OTE: $139K–$160K
COMPANY VALUES
HAPPY TO HELP
Help is in our first name! We show up for each other — not out of obligation, but because we’re invested in the team’s collective success. We share knowledge freely, lead with generosity, and practice empathy with our teammates, customers, and community.
CRAFT OVER CONVENTION
Our success relies on the quality and craft https://paulstamatiou.com/craft of the work we put into the world. The status quo simply won’t work. So we insist on narrow focus, sweating every detail, and relentless pursuit of customer delight.
PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION
Achieving our true potential — collectively and individually — requires constant progress and forward momentum. By creating a culture of curiosity and openness, we aim to create a safe space for mistakes, the ability to identify them quickly, and use them to get better.
OWN THE OUTCOME
Own the outcome means taking full responsibility for the results of your work, decisions, and contributions. It reflects a mindset of accountability, proactiveness, and follow-through. If you “own the outcome,” you don’t just complete tasks, you ensure your work leads to meaningful results, and take initiative to solve problems rather than passing them along.
Read more about how we define, share, and live these values here https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/aligning-culture-with-values/.

HIRING GUIDELINES:
All roles at Help Scout are fully remote. Some positions have specific location requirements. For roles outside the U.S. and Canada, we work with teammates as independent contractors under country-specific agreements.
We do not sponsor visas. Teammates must already be authorized to work from their home country.
We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a company that embraces and celebrates diversity and inclusion https://www.helpscout.com/dei/. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We have read the studies and understand that diverse teams build better products, bring more perspective to the table, contribute to a company’s financial success, and help foster a more inclusive environment for all employees, but the bottom line is that it's the right thing to do.
To provide you with the best experience, we can support you with accommodations or adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process. Simply inform our recruitment team during your conversation with them.
A NOTE ON THE USE OF AI IN OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
While we understand that AI is an important tool in a modern skillset, we ask that you do not utilize AI assistants live on our interviews. Of course, use any tools you need to prepare! But we'd like for you to have a real human-to-human conversation with our team.
On our end, we utilize a platform called Brighthire as a notetaker and review tool to ensure a fair and transparent hiring process.
Beware of scammers! All legitimate communication from Help Scout regarding your application will come directly from an @helpscout.com http://helpscout.com email address and through our applicant tracking system, Ashby. We will never ask for personal financial information or conduct interviews outside of these official channels.

About the Role
We're looking for a FinOps Data Engineer to help drive cost optimization and cloud financial governance across our AWS infrastructure and GCP footprint. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Product to find and ship savings, build the tooling necessary to maximize efficiency of every dollar spent in the cloud, and cultivate a culture of cost awareness across engineering teams. This role owns the data side of that mission: the models, pipelines, and analysis that make cost, usage, and margin numbers trustworthy across the company.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not an analyst seat. You'll do the schlep work other teams don't have time for, digging into a bucket's access pattern, writing the dbt model or Python pipeline that ships the fix, building the cost-vs-revenue mart that answers a margin question once instead of every time, and chasing a number until it reconciles. Strong communication matters as much as technical depth, you'll regularly explain a savings case or a data model's implications to an engineering team, a finance stakeholder, and a leadership audience in the same week.
What You'll Be Responsible For
In this role, you'll:
- Find and ship savings across AWS and GCP: Analyze billing, usage, and cost trends to identify opportunities, rightsizing, storage lifecycle policies, data transfer, and spot/auto-scaling. Take ideas from identification through to a realized dollar figure, not just a recommendation.
- Build and maintain the FinOps data pipeline: Design and run the BigQuery/dbt models that turn raw billing and usage data (CUR, Storage Lens) into reconciled, trustworthy mart tables, the foundation everything else in FinOps is built on.
- Build cost-vs-revenue and customer segmentation models: Model unit economics and margin by product line and customer segment, and extend coverage as new products and segments come online.
- Apply data science to cost and usage data: Build forecasting models, detect anomalies statistically rather than by threshold alone, and quantify savings opportunities (e.g. storage lifecycle, request-cost patterns) with rigor a spreadsheet can't match.
- Build and maintain cost attribution: Tagging policies, cost allocation, and chargeback/showback so engineering teams can see and own their own spend. This is foundational work other savings work depends on.
- Automate cost governance: Build automated cost reporting, anomaly detection, and alerting. Write the scripts and infrastructure-as-code (Python, Terraform, Lambda) that enforce cost policy rather than relying on manual review.
- Partner with engineering on architecture decisions: Bring cost into the room early, cost-efficiencies are cheaper to get right at design than to retrofit.
- Work with Finance on forecasting and reporting: Support budget tracking and financial KPIs; build dashboards and self-serve analytics engineering and finance can both read.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
- Have strong AWS expertise and working GCP knowledge, including pricing models, billing structures, and cost optimization mechanics.
- Have data engineering depth: dbt, BigQuery (or an equivalent modern warehouse), SQL at scale, and data modeling for analytics (dimensional modeling, incremental models, testing).
- Have data science fundamentals: statistical forecasting, anomaly detection, and experimentation, and know when a rigorous model beats a rule of thumb.
- Have automation and scripting skills: Python, Terraform/ pulumi, Lambda, or Bash.
- Are comfortable with cost/billing tooling: AWS Cost Explorer, Cost & Usage Reports, GCP Billing Reports, and BI/dashboarding (we use Hex).
- Have experience with, or are comfortable picking up, Linear and Notion as the system of record for tracking and documenting FinOps work.
- Experience with a dedicated cloud cost management platform (e.g. CloudZero, Vantage, or similar) is a plus, not required.
- Can analyze cost data and present it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have prior experience spanning data analytics, data engineering, or data science in a FinOps, cloud cost management, or cloud governance context.
- Are energized by doing the unglamorous, high-leverage work (the schlep) that unblocks other teams, and by working cross-functionally without positional authority.

From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. Figma's Governance, Risk, and Compliance team is the foundation of how we build and maintain trust - with our users, regulators, business partners, and the organizations that rely on Figma every day. We work across the organization and drive programs that ensure the effectiveness of our security protections, identify and manage risk, maintain compliance, and build trust with our customers.
We're looking for a Governance, Risk and Compliance Director to lead this team through its next phase of growth. You'll own Figma's security compliance, risk management, and governance strategy end to end - setting direction for our certification portfolio, building the risk and controls frameworks that scale with our growing business and product suite, and representing GRC to executives, the board, customers, and regulators. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage and grow a team of GRC professionals while staying close to the programs, infrastructure, audits, and cross-functional relationships needed to both protect and enable the business.
If you're a strategist and team builder who is excited to scale Figma's GRC program in a rapidly evolving environment, we'd love to hear from you!
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Set the strategy and roadmap for Figma's GRC program, aligning compliance, risk, and governance priorities with company objectives and the Security leadership team
Own Figma's certification and compliance portfolio, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, SOX ITGC, and GDPR, and expand coverage as Figma enters new markets and customer segments
Lead and grow a team of compliance, risk, and governance professionals, setting priorities, developing talent, and building a culture of rigor and pragmatism
Build and evolve enterprise risk and controls frameworks — including AI Governance, Risk and Compliance initiatives and control effectiveness monitoring — that scale across technical and business stakeholders
Manage relationships with external auditors, assessors, and regulators, and oversee audit cycles from planning through remediation
Direct the selection and optimization of GRC platforms and tooling, and maintain the lifecycle of security policies, standards, and procedures
Partner with Sales, Legal, and Customer Trust on security questionnaires, customer audits, contracts, and trust-related communications that support the sales lifecycle
Scale enterprise risk reporting and report on program health, risk posture, and audit readiness to executive and board-level audiences
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years of experience in information security, compliance, or risk management, including at least 4 years leading or managing a GRC, security, or compliance team
Deep, hands-on experience with frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, including leading programs through multiple audit cycles
A track record of building GRC programs from the ground up or scaling them through high-growth stages, ideally at a SaaS or platform company, including experience operating in a public company environment with SOX ITGC requirements
Executive presence and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships across Security, Legal, IT, Sales, and Engineering and translate technical risk into business terms for executives, the board, and customers
Experience implementing compliance programs for emerging products, including AI-enabled products, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and their GRC implications, and a builder's mindset comfortable with ambiguity as the program scales
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Supported FedRAMP authorization, SSP development, 3PAO coordination, or continuous monitoring activities
Experience with global privacy and data protection regulations, such as GDPR or NIS2
Security or risk certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC
Hands-on experience implementing or administering GRC platforms such as Vanta, Drata, or similar tools
Experience presenting to boards, steering committees, and audit committees
