Location: New York; New Jersey
Workplace: hybrid
About the Role:
The hiring problem you'd be solving
We build AI systems that enterprises run their business on. Production systems inside banks, insurers, and health systems, where our engineers embed with the client, learn the work, and own the outcome. We call them Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Deployed Executives. These people hold design conversations with a Chief Data Officer on Tuesday and ship to production next Monday.
We are hiring a Recruiter to help us scale our FDE/FDX, Product, and GTM teams. Beyond filling roles, you will help build the community around Provectus. You'd own our US talent community strategy.
Five open reqs at a time, none of them generic. We would rather you run five properly than twenty badly.
Location:
Hybrid, New York: 2-3 days onsite
Type:
Full-time (W2) or contract
What You'll Do:
Full-cycle hiring across the US
for Forward Deployed Engineers (software, AI/ML, architects, leads), Forward Deployed Executives, Product Owners, and Business Development Managers. Intake to offer.
Direct sourcing
as the primary channel. LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, referrals. Passive candidates doing the most consequential AI work, not the ones already looking. You'll build and keep the talent maps for these profiles in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences.
Partnership with the hiring managers.
You'll run calibration with them and bring market data when a scorecard doesn't match what exists.
Architect and execute Provectus's talent community strategy in the US.
Meetups, workshops, hackathons, university programs, and the AI/ML communities our candidates actually spend time in, so the engineers we want know who we are before we reach out. You don't need to have run events before. You need to want to help with that, and there's a budget and support from marketing when you do.
The US hiring picture.
Talent market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and how we position Provectus against the companies competing for the same engineers.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally somewhere technical, fast-moving, or consulting-shaped
Proven track record hiring senior technical profiles — AI/ML engineers, software engineers, architects, or consulting leaders
Direct sourcing as a real skill. You can build a market map from scratch and write outreach a senior engineer actually answers.
You already use AI in your own workflow. Come ready to show us what and how. This is one place where being early in your career is often an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity in a distributed, global team
Based in the New York / New Jersey area and able to be onsite [2-3] days a week
Nice to have:
experience at a consultancy or embedded delivery model, GTM or sales hiring, prior event or community building.
Where this goes:
This is a growing US function. The person who does this well takes on more of the community mandate, more senior searches, and a path toward owning the US talent function. We'll talk about that trajectory.
What We Offer:
Direct impact on Provectus's growth in the US market with direct visibility to leadership.
Access to the Provectus Learning Hub, Claude Code certification support, and access to Anthropic's frontier models as part of our Strategic Partnership
Collaborative culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning
B2B contract model or Full-time W2 model.
Base $120-150k. Final offer reflects experience, skills, and market data.
Health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k) matching; unlimited vacation; 401(K) matching plan (in case W2).
About Provectus:
Provectus
is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner working at the front edge of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory work. We focus on Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences, with offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Hiring process:
30-minute intro call with Head of Talent Acquisition
60-minute deep dive into your experience and a conversation about one of our live reqs and how you'd approach that market
30-minute call with a Head of People Operations
On-site meeting with the CEO

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
A large and growing share of Claude usage reaches customers through our cloud partners — Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud's Agent Platform, and Microsoft Foundry. These surfaces require bespoke solutions so our approaches have to be designed for third-party distribution from the start. In this role you will own how Anthropic's model safeguards, fraud defenses, and compliance posture show up on every cloud.
Responsibilities:
Model Safety Across Clouds
Own the multi-cloud strategy and roadmap for our safeguards — data retention, automated review, human review, and enforcement — designed to fit each partner's operating model
Design product experiences and operations paths for managing eligibility criteria, verification paths, and the controls attached to differentiated capabilities for higher-trust organizations
Build threat-intelligence sharing with AWS, Google, and Microsoft so misuse is detected and acted on consistently across surfaces
Drive our transparency commitments to customers and partners on data access, review, and enforcement
Fraud & Abuse
Own fraud and abuse defenses for partner-sold offerings: bot and mass-registration abuse, pre- and post-sale risk controls, and chargebacks where the partner owns billing
Define the fraud signals we exchange with each cloud partner and turn them into product requirements that influence growth initiatives
Cross-functional Leadership
Engage directly with enterprise security, risk, and compliance leaders to understand their requirements and turn them into roadmap priorities
Be Anthropic's product counterpart to trust & safety, security, and compliance teams at AWS, Google, and Microsoft
Work with Safeguards, Inference, Policy, Security, Legal, and multi-cloud engineering to ship one coherent set of controls across three clouds
Partner with sales and partnerships to support enterprise evaluations where data-handling and safety requirements are decisive
Work with marketing and partner teams on how we position our safeguards externally
Minimum requirements:
Have 10+ years of experience.
Have 5+ years of product experience in platform product roles on high-scale, enterprise- or developer-facing software.
Operate with high autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, with a track record of executing across teams and organizations.
Are an excellent written communicator and able to drive clarity out of complexity.
Are equally fluent in policy nuance and systems detail, and can explain the tradeoff between them to lawyers, engineers, go to market teams, and partner executives alike.
Preferred requirements
Prior product experience in trust & safety, security, privacy, or compliance.
Have built or shipped products with a hyper-scaler as a partner — you know how to align strategic goals and deliver impact over multiple quarters in partnership with an external third party
Have owned a top line revenue target while being held to counter-risk outcome — a fraud-loss number, an abuse rate, a compliance authorization, an enforcement program — not just a product roadmap.
Direct experience on a trust & safety, fraud, or security product team at AWS, GCP, or Azure — or at an ISV that ships through one of their marketplaces.
Background in AI safety, content moderation, or abuse-detection systems.
Designed incident-response or escalation processes that span more than one company.

Your Role:
Tenable is looking for a Senior Research Engineer to join a hybrid function that bridges Security Response (SRT) and Decision Science Operations (DSO) within the Research Special Operations group. You will split your time between two complementary missions: responding to high-profile security events and producing the external-facing content that positions Tenable as an authority, and applying quantitative analysis and operational design to help Research leadership make better, faster decisions about where to invest effort.
Day to day, you will monitor the threat landscape, coordinate Tenable's end-to-end security response process when a major vulnerability breaks, write the blogs and advisories that follow, and then turn around and ask "what does the data tell us about where we should focus next?" You will work across Research, Public Relations, Marketing, Product, and Program Management to coordinate and deliver actionable business results.
This is a strong fit for someone who wants hands-on security research balanced with the analytical, process-improvement work that shapes how a research organization operates.
Your Opportunity:
Security Response
Monitor the threat landscape, track high-profile events in real time, and research the impact of emerging and existing vulnerabilities
Champion and drive the Security Response process end to end: brief internal stakeholders, coordinate product coverage across engineering teams, arm PR and community channels with current threat information, and maintain continuous cross-functional engagement throughout an event
Create and refine technical content including blogs, whitepapers, advisories, conference presentations, and webinars for identified security events
Respond to media inquiries and customer-driven events as they occur
Automate the discovery and triage of high-profile events from open-source channels, vendor advisories, and internal telemetry
Synthesize emergent threat and vulnerability intelligence into actionable items for the appropriate team backlogs
Decision Science Operations
Partner with Research leadership to design and execute data-driven frameworks for development and coverage prioritization
Collaborate with research and product teams to deliver richer contextual intelligence for identified vulnerabilities
Build and maintain operational dashboards and analytical workflows that surface trends across the threat and vulnerability landscape
Provide analytical support and timely insights to internal stakeholders to inform product and business decisions
What You'll Need:
Ability to work in a hybrid/on-site capacity at Tenable headquarters in Columbia, MD
B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related discipline or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience
4+ years of programming and scripting experience (Python, SQL, or comparable)
Strong working knowledge of common security vulnerabilities, CVSS scoring, vulnerability detection, exploitation techniques, and classification methodologies
Experience with data analytics platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) and with Python data-science tooling (Jupyter, pandas, etc.)
Familiarity with internet-facing asset discovery and search platforms such as Shodan and Censys
Broad understanding of infrastructure fundamentals: networking, common protocols, services, and the general technology landscape
Demonstrated ability to write technical blogs, whitepapers, and research papers, and to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, prioritize competing demands, and set expectations with stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across highly distributed, cross-functional teams
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision while contributing as a collaborative member of the broader research team
Comfort with agile methodologies and fast-paced, event-driven work
And Ideally:
Experience with security response, incident coordination, or vulnerability disclosure processes
Background in exposure management, threat intelligence, or CTEM program support
Experience building automated data pipelines or integrating intelligence feeds Public speaking experience at security conferences (e.g., BSides, RSA, Black Hat)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Research Engineer to join the research team at ElevenLabs, focused on large-scale web crawling for our frontier AI models. The quality of our models is bounded by the quality and scale of the data behind them, and you will own the crawling systems that source world-class data from the open web. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy:
- Building and operating large-scale, distributed web crawlers that discover, fetch, and extract data across billions of pages reliably and efficiently.
- Solving hard crawling problems such as content extraction from messy HTML, deduplication at web scale, freshness and recrawl strategies, and politeness and rate-limit handling.
- Designing targeted crawling pipelines that find high-value data sources, including audio, video, and multilingual content, and turn them into clean training-ready datasets.
- Creating tooling and infrastructure that lets researchers request, monitor, and explore newly crawled web data quickly and reliably.
REQUIREMENTS
We do not require any formal certifications or degrees. Instead, we are seeking enthusiastic engineers who can showcase solving impressively hard problems with artifacts such as past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions. Ideally, you bring:
- Hands-on experience building and scaling web crawlers or scraping systems, ideally in support of machine learning training data.
- Strong engineering skills in distributed systems at scale (e.g., Kubernetes, queue-based architectures, or custom pipelines processing billions of documents).
- The capacity to autonomously evaluate the quality, coverage, and compliance of crawled data, and to build the tooling to measure it.
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.
