— Lead by example: actively contribute when needed and step back when teams are ready to own their work.
Mandatory Requirements:
— Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer products, ideally AI-powered apps.
— Strong product sense to distinguish good features from busywork.
— Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints such as model size, latency, memory, battery, and the gap between demos and reliable features.

— Deep knowledge of JavaScript and React.
— Initiative, curiosity, resilience, and ability to give and receive direct critique.
Preferred:
— Experience with local or on-device inference, LLM evaluations, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source.
Work format:
— Remote work from anywhere in the world.
Additional information:
— Recruitment scams warning and official application channels provided.
— Official careers page: https://tether.recruitee.com/
— Communication only via official company emails ending with @tether.to or @tether.io.
— No requests for payment or financial details during hiring.
— Candidates encouraged to mention the word EXTOLL when applying to confirm they read the job post fully.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer to lead our customer support experience for highly technical users, from AI engineers to infrastructure architects. You’ll be on the front lines helping teams debug production LLM applications and agents, improve AI observability and evaluations, and unblock critical issues. You’ll also help define what world-class technical support looks like for modern AI platforms
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the go-to escalation point for technical support inquiries—diagnosing issues across customer setup, LangChain products, and deployment issues.
- Work directly with engineering, operations, documentation, and product teams to resolve bugs, suggest patches, and advocate for customer needs.
- Partner with Deployed Engineering to support critical enterprise customers.
- Build and refine internal tooling, diagnostics, and runbooks for complex issue triage.
- Lead post-mortems for critical incidents and feed learnings back into product and documentation.
- Help refine KPIs for support health (MTTR, CSAT, bug recurrence) and drive continuous improvement.
- Improve documentation and knowledge articles to improve 1-to-many resources and provide proactive support.
- Mentor and coach other support engineers.
HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- 6+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or SRE roles in deeply technical B2B environments (e.g., observability, infrastructure, data platforms).
- Expert troubleshooting skills across APIs, SDKs, distributed systems, and cloud-native stacks.
- Programming experience with Python. Bonus if you have TypeScript experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
- Comfort working with logs, traces, metrics in Datadog, and 3rd-party integrations (e.g., OpenTelemetry, LLM providers).
- Experience supporting enterprise customers and collaborating with engineering on complex escalations.
- A bias for clarity and continuous improvement: you write succinct, helpful, and accurate responses and build a foundation for case deflection.
- High ownership — want to do what’s best for the customer and the company and are relentlessly results oriented

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Deployed Engineer to join our Professional Services team, working directly with enterprise customers to build reliable, production agents. - Deep familiarity designing and implementing evaluation methodologies for non-deterministic AI systems.
- Comfortable operating across the full spectrum from advisory to embedded delivery.
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to dataset curation and post-training techniques (SFT, DPO, RLHF) on open-weight models using tools like Axolotl, Unsloth, Hugging Face transformers, or TRL.
- Experience with trace mining to drive continuous improvement loops

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Billing team sits at the intersection of product, finance, and infrastructure. They're responsible for ensuring every observable event—errors, logs, traces, tokens—gets accurately measured, priced, and billed. Their work directly impacts company revenue and customer trust, requiring distributed systems expertise, attention to financial accuracy, and deep understanding of product usage patterns. The team works cross-functionally with product, engineering, BizOps, marketing, and sales to build systems that enable new products and pricing models.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will architect and scale the core systems that power Sentry's billing infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and reliability at massive scale.
- You will collaborate on building the next generation of Sentry’s usage tracking pipeline, processing hundreds of billions of events daily with low latency and financial-grade accuracy.
- You will help design flexible pricing primitives that support everything from per-event usage billing to complex enterprise contracts, enabling product and sales teams to experiment rapidly while maintaining revenue accuracy and reduced time-to-market for new products.
- You will contribute to technical decisions on data consistency challenges unique to billing—like handling event delays, retroactive pricing changes, and distributed count reconciliation across our infrastructure.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Want to solve the "easy to explain, hard to build" problems—like ensuring a customer's bill matches their usage perfectly, even when processing hundreds of billions of events daily across distributed systems.
- Thrive on constraints that force elegant design: financial accuracy is non-negotiable, customer trust depends on billing transparency, and the system must scale with Sentry's user and product growth without rearchitecting every year.
- Enjoy partnering across the organization—from BizOps and sales to marketing and leadership—where your code directly impacts ARR and your architectural decisions show up in board-level metrics.
TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU HAVE
- Built or significantly improved systems with high-stakes accuracy requirements.
- Mentored engineers through ambiguous, high-stakes projects.
- Operated services where reliability includes uptime and also financial correctness.
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $227,000 to $420,000 CAD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. About the job
QV.AC
is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices. It gives people real control over their data and how they use AI. No cloud dependency, no data harvesting, and no one else's servers between you and your assistant. Our focus is local, on-device, privacy-preserving AI, connected across Tether's peer-to-peer ecosystem. We're building the AI assistant people actually own. Product sets the direction.
We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up on real devices with real constraints. You lead the teams that build QV.AC's features and app experience on top of our local AI stack, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar.
The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product. You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for AI systems and their limits, so you can turn emerging capabilities into features that work reliably on-device, without needing to build the models yourself.
Responsibilities
Engineering
- Run the app and feature teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.- Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.- Own the technical design of features and the API surface between our AI core and the app.- Make sure your teams work closely with our AI research and deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches models or inference.
Product Partnership
- Work alongside QV.AC's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.- Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.- Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially on what local models can do well today and what they can't yet.- Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
- Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.- Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.- Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Mandatory:
Experience
managing engineers or engineering leads
who ship consumer product, ideally AI-powered apps.
Strong product sense
: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints
: model size, latency, memory, battery, and the gap between a good demo and a reliable feature. You don't need ML research expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
You
use AI tools heavily in your own work
and enjoy experimenting with new models and capabilities.
Deep
JavaScript and React
.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience
, and the ability to
give and receive direct critique.
Preferred:
Bonus:
Experience with
local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source
.

Preferred:
Bonus:
Experience with
local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source
.

- Manage Ironclad users, permissions, and SSO to ensure confidential and privileged information remains appropriately restricted.
- Maintain system documentation and establish scalable processes for ongoing administration and support.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage vendor escalations, and train users across teams.
Build Integrations and Automation
- Build and maintain integrations between Ironclad and HubSpot, Ramp, Hex and other business systems.
- Use the Ironclad API and other integration tools when native connectors do not meet business requirements.
- Build reliable integrations with appropriate monitoring, error handling, retries, and operational visibility.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows across Legal and other business functions.
Build Reporting and Operational Visibility
- Develop contract and SLA dashboards covering turnaround times, backlog, contract value, renewals, and expirations.
- Improve data quality and consistency across connected business systems.
- Build reporting that gives Legal and business teams clear visibility into workflow performance and operational priorities.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure systems data can support day-to-day decision-making.
Own Release and Change Management
- Run a disciplined release process across business systems, including testing, owner sign-off, scheduled releases, and release notes.
- Coordinate system changes across stakeholders to minimize disruption and maintain reliability.
- Establish repeatable standards for testing, deployment, and documentation as systems become more complex.
Build Secure AI Connections
- Build secure AI connections to Ironclad and other business systems.
- Partner with Legal and technical stakeholders to identify practical ways to use AI and automation across business workflows.
- Ensure AI-enabled integrations appropriately account for access controls, confidentiality, and system permissions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Legal Systems or a similar technical operations role.
- 5+ years of experience building in Ironclad
- Proficiency with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Demonstrated experience building reliable integrations with monitoring, error handling, and retry logic.
- Familiarity with contracts and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Legal, Finance, Sales, and technical teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield AI’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
