What’s the opportunity?
The Research, Analytics & Data Science (RAD) team at Intercom uses data and insights to drive evidence-based decision-making. We're a team of data scientists and product researchers who use data - both big and small - to unlock actionable insights about our customers, our products and our business. We generate insights that build customer empathy, drive product strategy and shape products that deliver real value to our customers.

What will I be doing?

Embed with strategic customers to understand their support workflows, data, and business challenges — to identify and implement opportunities where AI can deliver measurable impact.
Steer customers toward best practices in measurement and AI adoption to realize the full value of Fin.

Willing to travel and work on-site with customers to build deep relationships and uncover insights firsthand.
Bonus skills and attributes
Experience in technical consulting, customer-facing analytics, or SaaS product data science.

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 300 customers worldwide.
But that's not all! We're not just about numbers, we're about people. With a team of over 1400 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries in Europe and Asia, we're all united by our love for innovation and teamwork.
Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team in Armenia!
About the role:
The Senior Affiliate Manager (Tier 1) is a high-ownership role within the PartnerMatrix Managed Services (AMS) team. This person takes full responsibility for a portfolio of iGaming operator clients in established, high-competition markets — managing their affiliate programs end-to-end, growing affiliate traffic, and delivering measurable NGR impact across Tier 1 GEOs including the UK, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, etc. The role requires deep industry expertise, strong affiliate relationships, and the ability to operate independently in regulated environments.
What you'll get to do:
Client Affiliate Program Management
• Own and manage affiliate programs for several assigned iGaming operator clients from day one.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned operators, regular calls, strategy alignment, performance reviews.
• Define and execute affiliate program strategy: GEO targets, payout models (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid), traffic mix goals.
• Set up, configure, and maintain affiliate programs within the PartnerMatrix (PMA) platform.
• Proactively identify and action program improvements; escalate blockers to the Head of Managed Services and Marketing with proposed solutions.
Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management
• Identify, outreach and onboard high-quality affiliates matching each operator's target GEO and vertical.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with affiliates — be the trusted partner they call first.
• Negotiate CPA rates, RevShare deals, and hybrid structures on behalf of operators within approved guidelines.
• Run regular check-ins with top-performing affiliates; identify upsell and cross-program opportunities.
• Maintain an updated affiliate pipeline per client, track deal status and conversion from outreach to activation.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
• Ensure all managed affiliates have completed KYC/AML onboarding before activation without exceptions.
• Monitor affiliate traffic quality daily, flag fraud signals, bonus abuse patterns, unusual conversion spikes.
• Coordinate payment data reconciliation with Finance; review payout files before submission.
• Manage affiliate communications via PMA ticketing system; maintain sub-24h response SLA.
• Maintain accurate documentation of affiliate deals, contracts and status in the CRM.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Deliver weekly performance reports to each assigned operator (traffic, FTDs, conversions, NGR impact).
• Conduct monthly strategy review calls with operators; present data-driven recommendations.
• Track KPIs: active affiliate count, payout-to-NGR ratio, new FTDs/month, affiliate retention rate.
• Feed insights back to Head of MS for cross-client benchmarking and program strategy refinement.
• Contribute to quarterly competitive landscape reviews, flag shifts in affiliate market, rates or GEO trends.
Team Contribution
• Mentor and support Middle Affiliate Managers — share playbooks, deal structures, GEO learnings.
• Document processes and best practices for team knowledge base.
• Participate in team calls, contribute to pricing decisions and product feedback for PMA development.
What we're looking for:
• 3+ years in affiliate management in iGaming
• Proven track record of building and growing affiliate programs, not just maintaining them
• Hands-on experience with at least one iGaming affiliate platform
• Strong existing network of iGaming affiliates across Tier 1 markets (UK, DACH, Nordics, Canada, ANZ)
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid commission models, can structure and negotiate deals independently
• Fluent in English; German, Swedish, Dutch or French is a significant advantage
• Comfortable with data — able to read affiliate reports, spot anomalies, and draw actionable conclusions
• Familiarity with regulated market compliance requirements (UKGC, MGA, Spelinspektionen)
Nice-to-Have
• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-GEO affiliate programs simultaneously
• Familiarity with AML/KYC requirements for payment flows in iGaming
• Knowledge of Tier 2 or emerging market affiliate ecosystems (CIS, LatAm, MENA)
Here's what we offer:
· Start with 24 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 34 days by your fifth year with us.
· Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year.
· Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.
· Access online learning platform like Udemy for Business and a budget for external training.
· Daily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.
· Private Medical Subscription.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Krak is Kraken's consumer banking and payments product — a fast-moving team building the card, payments, and financial features that bring crypto to everyday life. The Krak Product Operations team sits at the heart of this, making sure the business can move quickly without getting blindsided by compliance, risk, vendor, or operational dependencies.
This is one of two roles in Krak’s Product Ops function, reporting to the Manager, Product Ops - Krak. You'll bring leadership to the day-to-day, working directly with compliance, legal, fraud, client engagement (CE), and external vendors to make sure new features land safely and successfully.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Product Ops at Krak is a co-ordination and intelligence function. Your job is to make sure that the cross-functional dependencies that could slow or derail delivery are surfaced early, actively managed, and resolved. You'll also help the team make better product decisions by curating the right operational data and bringing market and vendor intelligence into the room.
You'll work across four areas: compliance and risk co-ordination, third party vendor management, responding to management information (MI) and feature performance, and strategic market intelligence. Your job is to make sure the right conversations happen at the right time, and that nothing falls through the cracks on the way to launch.
Compliance & risk co-ordination
- Maintain live, product-specific trackers of open compliance and legal items, including DRIs, status, and upcoming milestones
- Triage new features against regulatory requirements ahead of development; ensure sign-off is built into delivery milestones
- Work closely with fraud leads to ensure fraud controls and risk/velocity rules are factored into feature design (card, third party payments, and others)
- Ensure fraud and CE teams are operationally positioned - with the right tooling, admin access, battlecards, and support articles - ahead of new product and feature launches
- Support incident response for product-related issues and ensure post-incident reviews feed into product changes
Third party vendor management
- Maintain product-specific vendor trackers covering status, open actions, key contacts, and upcoming milestones
- Own the cadence for performance reviews with key vendors and track actions to closure
- Maintain a working view of vendor roadmaps and capabilities; produce periodic briefings on where vendor developments create product opportunities or constraints
Responding to MI & feature performance
- Ensure experiments and feature launches are supported by readily available fraud, dispute, and CE metrics alongside commercial KPIs
- Interpret fraud, dispute, CE, and auth/decline data to identify emerging issues and surface them to the right teams
- Drive follow-through on cross-functional findings - whether that's a compliance flag or a vendor issue
Strategic market intelligence
- Scan the market for competitors' changes to features, pricing, and risk positioning
- Monitor regulatory and market developments that could affect the Krak roadmap
- Identify third party vendor capabilities that could enable features not yet on the roadmap; flag where the current stack may be a constraint
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3-5 years experience in a product operations, strategy, or programme management role in a consumer fintech, payments, or banking business - ideally at a company with a card or payments product
- Strong working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance landscape for consumer financial products in one of more regions
- Experience working alongside or within fraud and risk functions; understanding of how fraud controls interact with product design
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with different stakeholders and different cadences, without dropping the ball
- Track record of turning complex operational data into clear, actionable MI for product and leadership teams
- Structured thinker who's comfortable in the detail but can step back and see the bigger picture
- Strong communicator - able to translate between the worlds of compliance, risk, engineering, and product
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with card issuing programmes (scheme rules, chargeback processes, fraud typologies)
- Familiarity with third party banking and payments vendors (e.g. BIN sponsors, scheme processors, TPP aggregators)
- Prior experience in a fast-scaling consumer fintech or neobank
- Exposure to crypto or digital assets products
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the systems that power a large-scale data collection operation, including the collection platform, operator tooling, data pipeline, and fleet infrastructure.
This is an engineering role. Day-to-day teleoperation is performed by a dedicated operator team that you direct — you build what they run on, and you own what comes out of it.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $105/hour
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain the software behind our data collection stations — teleoperation stack, multi-camera recording, and session tooling.
Deploy and upgrade that stack across the fleet without stopping collection; keep workstations, containers, and networking healthy.
Own the data pipeline end to end: automated validation, conversion into our dataset format, upload, metadata, and versioning.
Build the QA tooling that catches dropped frames, stream desync, bad calibration, and mislabeled episodes before data reaches training.
Direct a team of teleoperators — define task protocols and SOPs, onboard them on new tasks and embodiments, review session quality, and unblock them daily.
Own fleet reliability: calibration and firmware pipelines, sensor and end-effector integration, root-cause analysis of recurring faults, and vendor escalation.
Bring up new stations and new embodiments; report throughput, yield, and data health to the research team.
What we need to see
MS in CS, Robotics, EE/ME, or a related field (or BS with equivalent hands-on experience).
3+ years building software for real robot systems — not simulation only.
A system you designed and shipped that other people depended on daily, and that you kept running.
Strong Python and Linux; Docker, git, CI, and SSH-based fleet administration.
Robot middleware and real-time multi-sensor recording — ROS 2 or equivalent vendor SDKs.
Experience supporting a data collection or teleoperation operation: you have built the tools operators depend on and owned throughput and quality numbers.
Comfortable around robot hardware — arms or humanoids, dexterous hands, RGB-D cameras, and the calibration that keeps them honest.
Able to lead operators without formal authority: you write clear SOPs, train people, and communicate status without being asked.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
XR teleoperation: Quest / PICO / Vision Pro, motion-capture gloves, whole-body retargeting.
Imitation-learning data tooling — LeRobot, HDF5/Zarr episode stores, dataset versioning, S3 at TB–PB scale.
Built internal dashboards or tooling for a production line or high-throughput lab.
Open-source contributions to robotics data or teleoperation tooling.

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring Avoca’s first dedicated Content Lead to build our content function from the ground up and make Avoca the trusted source for how home services businesses grow and use AI.
You’ll own how Avoca earns attention and gets discovered — from how we show up across Google and AI search to the customer stories, original research, and points of view that shape how the home services market thinks. Your work will help Avoca show up when buyers are actively looking for answers while giving home services leaders a reason to follow, trust, and engage with us before they enter a sales process.
This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll set the strategy and drive content from idea through research, creation, distribution, and measurement. You’ll interview customers and subject-matter experts and turn Avoca’s expertise, data, and customer results into content that’s useful, compelling, and worth people’s attention.
You’ll use AI to increase the speed and scale of the content operation while maintaining a high bar for originality, accuracy, and quality. Above all, you’ll approach content as a growth engine — thinking beyond traffic and engagement to how it creates and captures demand, supports campaigns, and drives qualified pipeline.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Growth and work closely with Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and own Avoca’s content strategy, identifying the questions, topics, stories, and points of view we should own based on customer needs, competitive whitespace, and revenue potential
- Grow Avoca’s visibility across Google and AI search by mapping how buyers look for answers, creating authoritative content, and strengthening our presence across the sources AI answer engines trust and cite
- Own and execute the content program end to end—researching, interviewing, writing, and editing high-intent pages, guides, customer stories, original research, lead generation assets, and social content
- Turn content assets into demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., search, paid email, outbound)
- Define and track performance across search and AI visibility, qualified traffic, conversions, opportunities, and influenced pipeline
- Build AI-first workflows that accelerate research, creation, optimization, repurposing, and distribution without compromising originality, accuracy, or editorial quality
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, organic growth, or a related role, ideally at a fast-growing B2B technology company
- A portfolio of excellent work and a track record of building content programs that generate qualified traffic, conversions, and pipeline
- Strong, current knowledge of SEO and AEO/GEO, including how companies earn visibility and citations across AI search
- Exceptional writing, interviewing, and narrative skills, with the ability to find a compelling angle and make complex ideas clear and engaging
- Strong editorial judgment: you can distinguish genuine insight from generic content and turn rough ideas into work that is credible, useful, and distinctively Avoca
- Experience creating content across the buyer journey, from high-intent organic pages to customer stories, original research, and other authority-building content
- Strong commercial and analytical instincts, including an understanding of demand generation and the ability to use performance data to improve results
- Deep fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to materially increase the quality, speed, and volume of content
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a strong instinct for what makes a story worth telling and know how to draw differentiated insights and proof points out of customers and subject-matter experts
- You’re a zero-to-one builder who is energized by creating the strategy, standards, workflows, and measurement for a new content function
- You’re commercially curious. You want to understand why customers buy, what prevents them from buying, and how content can create momentum throughout the buyer journey
- You think about distribution and conversion from the beginning, not after something is published
- You’re AI-native and constantly redesigning how you work to produce better content faster without accepting generic output, weak reasoning, or unsupported claims
- You stay ahead of how AI answer engines are changing buyer behavior, content discovery, and distribution—and translate those shifts into Avoca’s approach
- You combine high standards with speed, knowing when to refine, when to ship and learn, and where your effort will have the greatest impact
- You’re high-agency, resourceful, collaborative, and excited to work in person in NYC with an ambitious team
BONUS POINTS
- Experience marketing to SMB or mid-market buyers in a high-velocity sales motion
- Experience in vertical SaaS, home services, or another industry-specific market
- Hands-on experience with AI-search, SEO, and content tools such as Profound, Semrush, Google Search Console, or GA4
- Experience turning proprietary data or original research into content that earns attention, links, and citations
- Experience creating video-first customer stories or translating written ideas into compelling video content
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $160,000-$210,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca’s total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
Avoca provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.

About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
About our Client
They're a
direct-to-consumer subscriptio
n brand that has gone from
zero to a multiple nine-figure run
rate in under
three years
— completely bootstrapped, with a small, lean team spread across the globe. No outside capital, no board, no bureaucracy. We sell across our own D2C site, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, with a subscription retention engine underneath it all.
They grew fast enough that structure never caught up with scale. That is the problem this role exists to solve.
The role
The CEO currently has roughly 25 people, agencies, and suppliers reporting to him across Customer Service, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Operations, Retention, and Finance — plus a running list of ~20 ad hoc growth projects. There is no layer between him and the work. Every decision, follow-up, deadline, blocker, and loose thread routes to one inbox.
The Chief of Staff is that layer. You will own the operating system of the company: who owns what, how they're measured, what they committed to, and whether it actually happened. You'll also own a rotating portfolio of high-leverage projects end to end, and you'll handle the CEO's calendar, inbox, and meeting follow-up so his time goes to product, partnerships, and P&L.
This is not a coordination job.
You are expected to get into the weeds
, do the work yourself, push people, and
raise the standard
. You start reporting directly to the CEO with influence rather than formal authority — and as you prove you can handle it, you'll be given the authority to escalate, reassign, and put underperformers on a plan.
Where this goes:
if you crush this role, the path is C-suite or President within two years. That is a real offer, not a recruiting line.
What You'll Do
Own accountability and urgency across every function.
Each person and agency has KPIs, deadlines, and commitments. You track them, follow up individually, unblock what's stuck, enforce urgency, and make sure the owner knows they own the outcome. Functions include TikTok Shop (8 people), Amazon (agency of 5), Operations (3 suppliers, 3 in-house), Retention (email agency, in-house dev, media buyer), and Finance (3 in-house, 1 agency).
Build the process map of the entire business
. Every role titled and defined, every responsibility documented, every recurring workflow written up as an SOP, every doc and tracker findable, a clear reporting and ownership structure, and clear written criteria for how someone earns a bonus, earns a promotion, or gets let go.
Triage everything currently flowing to the CEO
. For each item: handle it yourself, route it to the right manager, automate it, or kill it. The goal is that it stops reaching him.
Own high-leverage projects end to end.
You'll be handed ad hoc projects — growth initiatives, new channel tests, vendor negotiations, systems builds — with a goal and little else. You scope them, run them, hire or coordinate whoever is needed, and report meaningful progress in a weekly check-in without being managed step by step.
Turn conversations into tracked action
. Sit in on calls, capture decisions and action items from meetings, Slack, and WhatsApp, assign owners and dates, and chase them to done.
Run the CEO's calendar, inbox, and meeting prep.
Full ownership — scheduling, prioritization, prep material, follow-up.
Raise the bar on the people around you. Give direct feedback, flag underperformance early, and help managers hold their own teams accountable rather than
doing it for them forever.
Requirements
Must-Have
Demonstrated ability to learn fast and independently. If we hand you ClickUp on a Friday and say "know it by Monday," you find YouTube tutorials, book a consultant call, and figure it out yourself in a few hours. We don't care what tools you've used — we care that you can teach yourself anything.
You're smart and hands-on. You need to reason through complex business problems and handle people well enough that they want to deliver for you.
Genuine humility. Zero ego. You take direct feedback well, ask for more of it, and are never "above" the work. If a spreadsheet needs cleaning at 11 PM, you clean it.
Willingness to do the work yourself. This role manages and executes. Delegating without getting your hands dirty is a disqualifier.
Comfort with ambiguity and total ownership. Given a problem in a domain you know nothing about, your reaction is excitement, not fear.
Directness. You give and receive blunt feedback without it becoming personal or political.
Real work capacity. This is a 50-hour minimum role with frequent nights and weekends. We're a startup that moves quickly and we're honest about what that costs.
Availability during US Eastern hours within the 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM ET window.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice-to-have
A track record of excellence in a competitive environment. Top marks academically, a strong university, high-level competitive sports or esports, elite early-career roles, a company you built — something that shows you've been in a room full of winners and held your own.
E-commerce experience — D2C, Amazon, or TikTok Shop especially.
Subscription or retention business experience.
Prior Chief of Staff, founder's associate, consulting, or investment banking background.
Experience building SOPs, process documentation, or operating cadences from scratch.
Experience managing agencies and offshore contractors.
Note on weighting:
soft skills outrank hard skills here. A candidate with less e-commerce experience but smart, hands on, humble, faster learning speed, and a stronger record of excellence beats a domain expert who's rigid or ego-driven. Hire for the athlete.
Benefits
Base: $6,000 – $8,000 USD/month, depending on experience (negotiable for the right fit!)
Bonus: 20% of base annually, tied to project completion and KPI attainment
Structure: W-2 or 1099 — your choice
Remote: Work from anywhere, as long as you cover Eastern hours
Growth: Direct, stated path to C-suite or President within two years for the right performer
The Culture
They move fast, communicate directly, and don't sugarcoat feedback. There are no politics, no vanity titles, and no tenure — you don't get status here for having been around. You keep what you kill: results drive promotions, bonuses, and authority.
Everyone here holds absurdly high standards for themselves and the people around them, and the standard keeps going up. Good is never the finish line. If that sounds exhausting, this isn't the right fit. If it sounds like the environment you've been looking for, it's rare that you get it at this scale with this little bureaucracy.
