Little more about the team:
The Storage Team at Honeycomb is the backbone of our platform, responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of storing and querying billions of events. We design and own the architecture that powers correct and dependable query results — enabling every product experience from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs. As a senior engineer on Storage, you’ll work on high-impact systems where our customers may never see your code directly, but they’ll rely on it every time they use Honeycomb.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build and deliver high-quality solutions. You will design and implement solutions that power Honeycomb’s query and data storage infrastructure. Whether it’s improving query performance, evolving the Retriever service, or making our storage layer more reliable, you’re eager to jump in and add value where the team needs it most.
Scope and deliver projects independently. You’re comfortable breaking down complex storage and querying problems into achievable steps, surfacing trade-offs, and pulling in teammates when needed. You take ownership end-to-end — from design to production support — reducing toil and ensuring our systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with Product Management and other engineering teams to connect technical solutions to product needs, from problem discovery through solution design and delivery. Much of our work is behind the scenes, but it enables every Honeycomb product experience, from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs.
Support our services in production. We believe in owning the software we build. Every engineer on Storage participates in on-call rotations, helps define team KPIs and SLOs, and proactively reduces toil by addressing reliability challenges before they reach customers.
Learn new ways to solve complex problems. As Honeycomb grows, so do the challenges of scaling our systems. You will explore new technologies, data storage techniques, and query optimization strategies to keep performance and reliability strong at scale.
Thrive on collaboration. You enjoy pairing, reviewing code, and offering constructive feedback. You model strong ownership and help your teammates grow, while keeping conversations forward-looking and focused on business value.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Technical leadership in storage and querying. You’ve led the design of patterns and guidelines that improve performance and reliability, and you bring expertise in writing Go along with experience working on high-throughput or complex systems. Prior experience with database engineering is a plus, as is comfort with Kubernetes.
Curiosity and experimentation. You learn by digging in — individually, in pairs, or as a team. You ask questions to better understand complex systems, explore trade-offs, and believe in learning from incidents as a way to improve both technology and practices.
Focus on business outcomes. You tie technical decisions to customer and company impact, weighing whether work is necessary now or later, and considering how projects affect the broader business.
Strength in mentorship and teamwork. You guide engineers through code reviews and help spread knowledge across a team with diverse skillsets so that ownership of critical paths is shared, not siloed.
Resilience in collaboration. You thrive in a senior-heavy team, giving and receiving feedback with grace, and contributing to a culture where tough problems and hard conversations lead to better outcomes.
Execution with impact. You can scope and deliver complex, multi-team projects while balancing production realities, proactively reducing toil, and ensuring systems deliver measurable customer value.
Deep debugging expertise. You’re trusted to diagnose and resolve the toughest production issues across the stack, restoring reliability where others may be stuck.
Influence beyond your team. You multiply impact by sharing knowledge, guiding adoption of new technologies, and driving foundational work that benefits Honeycomb engineering as a whole.

Location: Minsk; Tbilisi; Chișinău
Workplace: hybrid
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our distributed engineering team.
IDT/NRS builds the Point of Sale platform that runs tens of thousands of independent retail stores across the United States.
We are now expanding that platform into restaurants.
If you like challenges where the hard part is getting it right at scale rather than getting it working once, this is that job!
Primary location - Minsk, Belarus (hybrid - 3 days/week in the office)!
What you will own:
Architecture and delivery of new restaurant facing services, from data model to API to the screens merchants actually touch.
The merchant facing restaurant surfaces: kitchen display and everything staff touch across the life of an order.
Extending and hardening existing production services without destabilizing them.
Correctness under concurrency: transactional integrity, isolation levels, idempotency, race conditions, retries, and honest tradeoffs where perfect guarantees are not available.
Behavior when the connection drops. A store keeps serving whether or not the network is up, which means offline capable clients, local state, sync on reconnect, and reconciling what happened while the system was split.
Queueing and asynchronous processing, background jobs, and event driven flows.
Safe rollout of releases that reach tens of thousands of users.
Working directly with product managers and designers to shape what gets built, not just receiving requirements and implementing them.
Technical direction and code review for other engineers, including the judgment to say when a design is wrong and the credibility to make that stick.
Required Qualifications:
6-8+ years building full-stack products
, including time as the senior person on the work.
Deep Node.js and TypeScript experience across the full-stack
, with production services you designed and still stand behind.
Deep understanding of REST API design and microservices.
Strong relational database skills, Postgres or MySQL
: schema design, indexing, query tuning, transactions, and what actually happens under load. Comfort with non relational stores such as Redis or MongoDB, and with caching and invalidation.
Experience with queues and streaming, whether Kinesis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, BullMQ, or similar, including the failure modes that come with them: ordering, duplicates, replay, and consumer lag.
Front- end skill that matches the environment:
our team use these screens during a rush, on a terminal or a tablet, with no time to think and no tolerance for a bad interaction.
We use Vue.
Experience with React or Angular is fine
, as long as it includes component architecture, state management, and progressive web apps.
Real time interfaces built on websockets, ideally socket.io. Order flow and kitchen display depend on it.
Excellent debugging. You can take an unfamiliar production failure and reason your way to root cause instead of guessing.
Parts of the existing platform are PHP.
Working effectively in unfamiliar code, with AI, is part of this job.
Experience deploying services that scale horizontally, tolerate a failed instance or a slow dependency, and automatically add or shed capacity.
Comfortable on Linux, and fluent with Git and CI and CD workflows.
Excellent written and spoken English.
You will be in daily conversation with teams in the United States and Israel, and will often be the person explaining a technical decision to people who did not attend the design discussion.
How you work:
AI first.
You use AI tooling as a core part of how you engineer: mapping an unfamiliar codebase in hours instead of weeks, pressure testing your own designs, moving faster without lowering the bar.
You apply it across the whole lifecycle: shaping a design before any code exists, writing and refactoring, reviewing your own work, as well as automated PR reviews.
You jump in.
Handed a large, complex, unfamiliar repository, your instinct is to open it and start reading. Complexity and sensitivity are reasons to be careful, not reasons to wait for someone else.
You build services that stay maintainable.
Clear boundaries, readable code, tests that earn their keep, observability that makes production legible. The next engineer should be able to operate what you built without a tour guide.
You think about the person on the other side.
During a rush, a confusing screen or one extra tap is not a cosmetic problem. It is a slower line and a worse night for the staff.
You go the extra mile.
You follow a problem to its actual end, including the parts nobody assigned to you. You take pride in the work and you care how it lands for the merchant on the other side of the screen.
What We Offer:
Remote B2B (Georgia) or
On-site in Belarus and Moldova work opportunity!
Stable job with long-term growth perspective.
Competitive salary with annual performance review.
Top-tier hardware to support your productivity.
An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.
Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences.
Referral program – get rewarded for helping us grow the team with talented people.
Company-supported English classes to enhance your professional growth.
More perks for the Minsk and Chisinau office employees.
About us:
IDT Corporation is a global communications company founded in 1990 and headquartered in Newark, New Jersey. We are industry leaders in prepaid communication and payment services and one of the largest international voice carriers. We are listed on the NYSE, employ over 1800 people across 20 countries, and have over $1.5 billion in revenues.
We are not ”another big IT corporation”— we encourage and support in-house entrepreneurs in developing their ideas into business actions.
About NRS:
National Retail Solutions (NRS) is a leading provider of point-of-sale, payment, and digital solutions to tens of thousands of independent retailers across the United States and Canada.
NRS is now expanding into a completely new vertical: restaurant technology. We are building a brand-new Restaurant POS platform, a modern and highly capable system designed specifically for restaurant operations. This is one of the most significant product expansions in NRS history and will open a major new market for the company. This is a real opportunity to help build something new and important.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As a first-line leader directly managing a team of Outcomes Architects, you’ll own your team’s execution across workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, expansion qualification, and at-risk account recovery — accountable for both the customer outcomes and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn’t a traditional Customer Success management role. The best OA Managers are coaches first: they know what great workflow discovery looks like, can review a mutual success plan and identify where value realization is breaking down, can inspect an executive business review and sharpen the value narrative, and can help an OA turn account activity into measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
You’ll run an inspection cadence and cultivate a coaching culture that make consistent execution possible across the team. You’ll partner closely with Solutions Consultant leaders, Sales, Services, Support, Product, and RevOps to ensure customers move from workflow design to adoption, value realization, expansion, and renewal readiness.
If you’re a builder who loves developing people as much as driving customer impact — and you want to lead a team in a post-sales motion that’s being redefined for the AI era — this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own the Net Revenue Growth performance of your team’s book of business, accountable for both headline outcomes and the quality of execution that drives workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion.
- Coach OAs on the OA builder motion: AI Transformation Plans, build-beside workshops, value reviews, use-case consultations, and renewal processes.
- Build and run the operating cadence for the team: metrics reviews, account support sessions, adoption and renewal-risk reviews, call coaching against the OA quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership.
- Hire, onboard, and certify new OAs to the GTM builder motion, driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution and managing performance with clarity when expectations are not met.
- Partner closely with Solutions Consultant managers and leaders on strategy for expansion and renewal across shared accounts, ensuring clear ownership for flat and at-risk renewals.
- Partner with Services leadership to identify complex implementation needs early, create clear handoffs, and ensure Services delivery accelerates workflow adoption and measurable value.
- Set the standard for product, AI, and workflow fluency across the team so OAs can help customers navigate new ways of working and build durable systems in Notion.
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
- Uphold excellence by coaching to the global OA methodology, quality rubric, and activity KPIs.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Frontline management experience leading customer-facing GTM teams in B2B software, ideally across Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Account Management, or post-sales strategy.
- Direct experience coaching teams through customer discovery, workflow design, adoption planning, value realization, renewals, expansion, or technical/workflow implementation.
- Strong coaching orientation: you can review a customer call, account plan, mutual success plan, or executive value narrative and identify specifically what needs to change — not just whether the outcome was good, but why and how to improve it.
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read account health, renewal risk, adoption depth, expansion potential, and customer sentiment, then drive urgency without micromanaging every account.
- Deep customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical adoption and implementation plans.
- Experience operating in a shared account ownership model with Sales, Solutions, Services, Support, or Implementation teams.
- Operational rigor: you know how to build inspection cadences, coaching rituals, performance standards, and accountability systems that improve execution across a team.
- Ability to develop talent from onboarding through consistent performance, including hiring to profile, setting clear expectations, coaching skill gaps, and managing performance with clarity.
- Executive communication skills: able to synthesize account patterns, customer risks, team performance, and cross-functional asks into clear signal for leadership.
- Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor. You do not need to build every workflow yourself, but you should be able to understand Notion systems, coach workflow design, and help your team troubleshoot adoption blockers.
- You operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and helping teams move from ideas to working systems.
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious, hands-on, and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter, coach better, and help customers deliver better outcomes.
- Fluent in English and French
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience managing in a consumption, usage-based, or product-led business where adoption signals matter as much as renewal or expansion outcomes.
- Track record building high-performing frontline teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, coaching, and performance management.
- Experience leading teams through GTM motion changes, coverage-model shifts, or evolving commercial ownership.
- Experience working with flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts and helping teams return customers to a clear value path.
- Experience partnering closely with Solutions Consulting, Sales, Services, or Implementation teams in a shared customer lifecycle model.
- Familiarity with AI transformation, workflow automation, agents, or collaboration/work management software.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on.
dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights.
Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer on the Cloud Clients team, you’ll own end-to-end delivery across the surfaces where dbt developers do their work:
dbt Studio in the browser, the dbt VS Code extension, and the CLI workspace runtime that powers both
.
You’ll help build dbt’s
AI-native developer experience
, including agent workflows, diff review, streaming tool calls, charts and rich outputs for conversational analytics, and MCP apps that bring dbt projects directly into tools like Claude and Codex. This is a true full-stack role: you’ll work across
Python, TypeScript, React, and Kubernetes
, with the expectation that you can take a feature from schema and service design through to the final pixel without a handoff
What you’ll do
Own parts of the CLI workspace runtime that backs both surfaces, including migrating users off our legacy IDE and enabling asynchronous, background agent runs.
Design and build agent-facing experiences: streaming responses, transparent tool calls, diff review, and charting / rich output for conversational analytics.
Extend dbt into other developer surfaces — MCP integrations that make dbt projects usable directly from AI clients like Claude and Codex.
Lead well-scoped projects end to end: write the plan, partner with design and product, ship in two-week increments, and measure whether it worked.
Share oncall and customer support for your surfaces, and mentor engineers earlier in their careers.
Skills we are looking for
8+ years building production software, including senior-level ownership of projects that ran for months and involved several people.
Deep Python experience plus exposure to TypeScript and React experience — you move across the stack without waiting for a handoff.
Built and maintained something other developers depend on: an IDE, an editor extension, a CLI, an SDK, an LSP server, or a data tool.
Comfort with the operational side of shipping — APIs, Kubernetes, Postgres, observability — and with being on the hook when something breaks.
Strong written communication: you can make a technical argument in a document and bring people along.
Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team
Bonus points for
Shipped LLM- or agent-powered features to production, with real opinions on evaluation, latency, cost, and where models fall down.
Worked with the Language Server Protocol, Monaco, CodeMirror, or other code-editor internals.
Hands-on dbt, SQL, or data warehouse experience (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift).
Migrated users off a legacy product surface and decommissioned it without breaking them.
Go, Rust, or systems-level performance experience.

Develop clear user segmentation strategies across retail traders, active traders, high-value users and other relevant customer groups, and design differentiated product propositions and growth strategies for each segment.
Act as the
voice of NEA users
to global Product teams by identifying product gaps, competitive disadvantages and emerging user needs, and help prioritize opportunities that can materially improve growth.
Conduct structured analysis of competitors, including their products, pricing, incentives, campaigns, user journeys and growth mechanisms, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks for major marketing initiatives, with strong accountability for their impact on product adoption and business growth.
Develop market-specific GTM strategies with appropriate consideration for
local regulatory requirements, user targeting, communication boundaries and distribution approaches
, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders.
Build scalable growth playbooks that can be tested in individual NEA markets and expanded when proven successful.

Strong understanding of
digital growth tools and mechanics
, including performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, referral, affiliate, KOL channels, promotions, incentives and conversion optimization.
Proven experience driving
measurable business or product growth
, rather than primarily managing branding, communications, events or community activities.
Strong understanding of crypto user behavior, particularly active traders and high-value users. Direct crypto trading experience is highly desirable.
Ability to work cross-functionally with
Product and Business teams
and influence priorities without relying on direct reporting lines.

, including appropriate user segmentation, targeting, communication and channel strategies.
Strong analytical capability in market research, competitive analysis, funnel analysis and campaign performance.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to turn complex product and market insights into clear priorities and executable plans.
Experience in major North East Asian crypto markets is highly preferred.
Fluency in 1 or more NEA Language and English.

Conversion of high-potential user segments

- Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns that enable consistent, high-quality delivery across customers and teams
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, build alignment, and raise engineering quality across the organization
- Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners
You may be a good fit if:
- You have hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python; you write clean, testable, observable, scalable code
- You've built and deployed highly performant RAG and agentic applications, including agents that plan and execute multi-step tasks using patterns like ReAct or Plan-and-Execute
- You're deeply familiar with the LLM stack: frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks
- You have a proven ability to build robust evaluation frameworks, moving well beyond trial and error, to measure agent accuracy, safety, and latency
- You’re experienced working directly with customers and can lead technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders, translating ambiguous business needs into concrete technical specs
- You have experience owning the full scope of a use case end-to-end
- You thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments and can execute well even when priorities are shifting
It's a bonus if you have:
- Experience setting architectural standards for AI and agentic systems across distributed teams
- Experience flexing into unfamiliar technical areas, such as frontend, when the problem calls for it
- Exposure to regulated or sensitive industry environments (finance, healthcare, telecoms)

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Senior Global Health Security (GHS) Advisor will support the Moroccan Ministry of Health and Social Protection Department of Epidemiology and Disease Control (DELM) in carrying out life-saving health assistance in full alignment with the U.S. Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives. The primary focus of the Advisor will be technical support with a special emphasis on preventing, detecting, and responding to emerging infectious disease threats which impact public health.
