ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and overall health of a book of 8–12 of Ramp’s largest and most strategic customers. - Lead frequent customer conversations (status calls, roadmap discussions, upsell conversations, and QBRs) to ensure customers are achieving strong outcomes with Ramp
- Own end-to-end execution of renewals and expansions, from discovery and solution design through commercial negotiation and close
- Serve as a Ramp product expert, proactively uncovering workflow gaps and recommending solutions that save customers time and money, while guiding them toward deeper platform adoption
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, CSMs, and Solutions to coordinate customer initiatives and deliver tailored, enterprise-grade solutions
- Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams, translating customer needs and patterns into recommendations that shape Ramp’s Strategic and Enterprise roadmap
- Navigate and align internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, investors, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Use data and analytics to inform your strategy, monitor account performance, and communicate impact and opportunities in a clear, grounded way

- 9+ years of experience as a Account Manager or Account Executive
- 3+ years managing strategic Enterprise accounts (2,500+ employees or Fortune 1000) with proven commercial ownership
- Strong familiarity with Fintech, Payments, Finance/Accounting, or B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated success negotiating and closing complex six-figure renewals and upsells
- Ability to understand and communicate complex product workflows, integrations, and technical configurations
- High fluency in financial value drivers — able to articulate ROI, payback periods, process modernization, and cost savings

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

Compensation Range: $170,000.00 to
$185,000.00 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
Do you like getting into the weeds on all things technical, psychological, and educational, and have a desire to know how things work? Then this is the position for you. We are looking for that Swiss Army Knife that brings broad experience to each challenge presented. The Huntress Product team has the unique honor of waking up every morning knowing we’re going to make hackers regret targeting our partners and customers. As a Senior Product Researcher for our Security Awareness Training product, we’re looking for someone who wants to pour all of their creativity into building and implementing simple solutions that are disproportionately effective at countering these constantly evolving threats. One should have experience managing, deploying, and securing SMB environments utilizing a wide variety of security software, best practices, and automation tools. Familiarity with product management, incident response, social engineering, psychology, education, and managed service provider tools is an additional way to differentiate yourself.

Craft a growing library of common indicators and write new ones when a scenario calls for it.
Comfortable scripting and coding to build proofs-of-concept and tooling with a keen eye for creating pixel-perfect simulated phishing emails & landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, & React. Take pride in delivering simulations impossible to distinguish from real tradecraft. The details are the job.
Identify emerging social engineering tradecraft from attack patterns, email metadata, and web expertise. Today ClickFix attacks and variants dominate the threat landscape, but relentless hunger to get ahead of attacker tradecraft will mean translating the shifts in attacker tactics that matter into what the program teaches. Evolve deliverables with the tradecraft.
Automate by default, evolving + expanding phishing content generation as an AI-powered system using Claude Code.
Expand the program into new regions, more languages, more tailored content, and new kinds of learning experiences with the guidance of the Product Manager and Principal Product Researcher.

Align with the Principal Researcher to deliver unified Security Awareness Training and phishing program outcomes.
Proven organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and sense of urgency to deliver an exceptional product under tight deadline pressures.
Eagerness to engage, report, and be accountable to executive stakeholders.
Passion to translate your expertise in technical & nontechnical ways to deliver impactful security outcomes that protect the 99%.
What You Bring To The Team:
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript & React, Angular, or Vue

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Travel & Expense, you will run the day-to-day financial controls, audit program, and executive reporting behind Anthropic's T&E function. T&E touches every employee, every legal entity, and every executive, and it runs on Navan, Brex, and negotiated supplier agreements. Spend and transaction volume have grown several-fold in the past six quarters, and the controls need to scale to meet a public-company standard.
You will report to the Head of Travel & Expense in Finance Operations and work daily with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Talent, Security, Legal, Finance Systems and Administrative Business Partners.
Responsibilities
Controls & SOX Compliance
Own the day-to-day operation of key T&E controls, including approvals, card issuance and spend limits, segregation of duties, and policy exceptions, within the control framework set by the Head of T&E, who owns the overall T&E process
Maintain the T&E process narratives and risk and control matrix, and keep them current as systems and policies change
Ensure correct GL coding and complete, accurate month-end reconciliations across Navan, Brex, and Workday, and support close, flux analysis, and accruals
Act as the preparer for T&E controls and the day-to-day contact for internal and external auditors: gather and retain evidence, support walkthroughs and sample requests, and track remediation, escalating significant issues to the Head of T&E
International Expansion Controls
Set up and maintain entity-level coding and approval flows in Brex and Navan as new legal entities and countries come online
Document and operationalize country-specific rules for per diems, VAT reclaim, non-USD cards, receipt requirements, and local tax treatment
Partner with Tax, Payroll, and Global Mobility to ensure compliance
Support accurate intercompany treatment of T&E costs across entities
T&E Audit Program
Help design, build, and run a risk-based audit program covering sampling, anomaly detection, misuse escalation, and remediation tracking
Define and monitor pre-spend rules, duplicate and split-transaction checks, and receipt and 30-day submission compliance
Build dashboards and reporting on policy compliance, exceptions, and control performance for Finance leadership
Partner with the Head of T&E to deploy Claude to review transactions, flag policy exceptions, and automate recurring reporting
Program Operations
Own day-to-day T&E operations, supporting the growing volume of travel and expense activity and platform configuration and automation, so operations keep running without pulling focus from controls
Own transaction-level review and receipt follow-up, and help shape what should be automated rather than staffed
Partner with Benefits, Payroll and Legal to ensure the T&E program is compliant with relevant local and country requirements
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in travel and expense, corporate accounting, internal audit, or finance operations, ideally at a high-growth technology company
Hands-on SOX or internal-controls experience: writing process narratives, testing or operating key controls, and working with external auditors
Strong accounting fundamentals, including GL coding, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close support
Deep platform expertise in Navan and/or comparable TMC platforms, plus Brex or equivalent expense management tools, and working knowledge of ERP integrations (Workday preferred)
Strong analytical skills: comfort with large transaction datasets, sampling methods, and anomaly detection
Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to work credibly with senior executives and their support teams
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain a control or an exception to Finance leaders, auditors, and employees
An AI-curious, builder mindset: experience automating finance workflows with AI tools, or real enthusiasm for doing so, and comfort creating structure where none exists
CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification
Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments, including per diem rules, VAT reclaim, and cross-border tax considerations
Experience with pre-IPO or newly public company readiness
M&A integration experience a huge plus

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This leader will set the technical and organizational direction for Firmware, develop engineering managers and senior technical leaders, and ensure the organization delivers reliably across an ambitious roadmap of new products, platform investments, and continuous improvements to products already in the field.
Firmware sits at the intersection of WHOOP’s hardware, sensing, algorithms, mobile software, manufacturing, and member experience. This role will lead multiple teams responsible for building stable, accurate, and power-efficient firmware platforms that operate continuously in highly constrained wearable devices. - Set the multi-year strategy for firmware in alignment with product and business priorities.
- Own predictable delivery across new products, platform investments, and sustaining work.
- Raise the firmware development and quality bar through strong planning, architecture and design reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, validation, release practices, and field feedback.
- Guide system architecture and major technical decisions that account for tradeoffs across member experience, power, performance, quality, cost, schedule, and long-term platform health.
- Partner across Hardware, Sensor Intelligence, Algorithms, Mobile, Product, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to bring products from concept through production and continuous improvement.
- Establish meaningful engineering metrics and adopt tools and AI-enabled practices that improve quality and productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align Product, Hardware, Algorithms, Manufacturing, and senior leaders around clear priorities and decisions.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience developing battery-constrained wearable products, physiological sensing systems, or other products in which firmware directly affects data accuracy preferred.
- Familiarity with embedded security, secure boot, over-the-air updates, device identity, and production provisioning preferred.
- Experience scaling engineering organizations in a high-growth environment and working with global suppliers or contract manufacturers preferred.
