About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Benefits Manager to design, run, and continuously improve the health, wellness, and financial benefits programs that support our growing, distributed workforce. You will be the senior subject matter expert on benefits within People Operations, owning the strategy and delivery of our programs end to end, managing carrier and vendor relationships, and ensuring our offerings are competitive, compliant, and cost-effective.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You will work independently on complex, ambiguous problems, influence decisions across People, Finance, Legal, and IT, and serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders. You will not have direct reports, but you will guide and coach teammates and external partners through your expertise.
We are looking for someone who pairs deep technical benefits knowledge with sound business judgment, a bias for operational excellence, and a genuine commitment to the employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Own the benefits strategy and roadmap, covering medical, dental, vision, life and disability, FSA/HSA, 401(k), leave of absence, mental health and wellness, and global/international offerings, and recommend changes backed by data and market benchmarking.
Lead the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment cycle: plan design analysis, funding and cost modeling, carrier negotiation, communications, system configuration, and post-enrollment audits.
Manage broker, carrier, PEO/EOR, and third-party administrator relationships, holding vendors accountable to service levels, pricing, and employee experience standards.
Partner with Finance to forecast, budget, and report on benefits spend, and identify cost containment and plan optimization opportunities without compromising employee value.
Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, state and local leave laws, and non-discrimination testing; own required filings, notices, and audits, partnering with Legal and outside counsel as needed.
Administer and optimize benefits technology (HRIS, benefits administration platform, and carrier feeds), including integrations, data accuracy, and reconciliation of invoices and eligibility.
Serve as the escalation point for complex employee benefits, leave, and accommodation cases, and coach People Operations teammates on resolution.
Design and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications and education that help employees make informed choices.
Evaluate benefits for new geographies and acquisitions, and support the integration of new employee populations.
Build scalable processes, documentation, and metrics (participation, cost per employee, utilization, satisfaction) and report insights to People leadership.
Stay current on regulatory changes, market trends, and emerging benefits solutions, and proactively bring recommendations to the team.
Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive benefits experience, including significant ownership of renewals, open enrollment, and vendor management in a high-growth technology or similarly fast-paced environment.
Deep working knowledge of US benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and state/local requirements) and of health plan funding models, including fully insured and self-funded arrangements.
Demonstrated ability to analyze plan data, build cost models, and turn them into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Experience with benefits administration platforms and HRIS systems (for example, Workday, Rippling, or similar) and with managing carrier and eligibility integrations.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with a track record of improving cost, service, or employee outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex topics simply to employees and executives alike.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
High standards for accuracy, confidentiality, and sound judgment with sensitive employee information.
Comfortable working with a highly distributed team across time zones.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting benefits for a multi-country workforce or through M&A integration.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CEBS, SHRM-CP/SCP, or PHR/SPHR.
Experience with equity and broader total rewards programs.

We’re an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses.
We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you’ll feel right at home here. And it’s not just what we build, it’s how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive.
So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops.
🚀 THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
As a founding member of our Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world impact. This is not a plug-and-play role with a pre-written playbook. You will work hand-in-hand with our most forward-thinking, strategic customers to transform complex L&D workflows into autonomous, high-impact AI agents. By translating customer challenges into reusable platform capabilities, you will play a central role in establishing our FDE function from the ground up, defining what success looks like, and shaping the future of AI-first learning.
🛠️ THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Build the Blueprint: Thrive in extreme ambiguity. You won't just follow operational rituals—you'll create them. You’ll define how our FDE team operates, set internal playbooks, and figure out the technical roadmap as you navigate uncharted territory alongside our clients.
- Deploy Autonomous Intelligence: Partner directly with our strategic enterprise customers to map complex L&D workflows, pin-pointing high-impact opportunities for agentic AI integration.
- Architect Custom AI Agents: Design, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents that integrate seamlessly with customer systems and the Docebo Agent Hub.
- Drive Platform Evolution: Translate hands-on customer insights into foundational platform enhancements, turning bespoke client solutions into scalable features for our broader ecosystem.
- Own the Product Lifecycle: Take full ownership from discovery and system architecture to production deployment, monitoring, and iterative optimization.
- Build the Discipline: Shape the founding FDE team culture, operational rituals, and internal playbooks while defining our technical roadmap and cross-functional org design.
💪 YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Full-Stack Craftsmanship: 5+ years of hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade full-stack software products.
- Agentic AI Expertise: Prior experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications in production environments.
- Product-First Mindset: A strong customer-centric focus with the confidence and communication skills to engage directly with enterprise stakeholders.
- Founder Mindset & Ambiguity Tolerance: You don't wait for clear specs or structured hand-offs. You are energized by undefined problems, comfortable making high-stakes decisions with partial information, and obsessed with taking complete ownership from zero to one.
- Rapid Prototyping Agility: Proven ability to quickly build prototypes, experiment boldly, and iterate based on real-world usage and customer feedback.
- Modern Tech Fluency: Proficiency in our core tech stack, including frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend development (Next.js, TypeScript).
- Systems Architecture: Strong architectural background with solid experience navigating distributed systems, AWS, Kubernetes, and LLM providers.
- Ecosystem Familiarity: Experience using modern engineering tooling like GitLab, Datadog, OpenTofu, and multi-LLM orchestration tools.
💬 OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
- Step 1: We’ll kick things off with a 30-minute video call with a member of our Talent team. We’ll get to know you, share more about the role and team, and make sure we’re aligned.
- Step 2: A 60-minute video call with the hiring manager, where they’ll dig deeper into your experience, approach, and what excites you most about this opportunity.
- Step 3: A hands-on technical deep dive and architecture discussion with key stakeholders.
- Step 4: A final conversation focused on culture fit, team dynamics, and cross-functional alignment.
OUR HYBRID WORK PHILOSOPHY 🤝
Great work can happen anywhere but coming together helps us go further. Our team spends three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) to collaborate, solve problems, and learn from each other. 9-Month Contract Position
About the Job:
We're looking for a Regional Growth Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth through digital campaigns and paid channels, in close collaboration with global marketing and regional Sales. This is a senior, individual-contributor position for someone who knows how great regional digital marketing programs are built in B2B SaaS. The role spans tactics through hands-on execution, shaping and building the growth approach for EMEA and APJ rather than running a standard playbook.
You'll join a growing international marketing team in an essential role, reporting to the Director, International Marketing. You'll take ownership of the regional digital strategy and execution in close collaboration with the global Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
Drive regional new-logo pipeline growth through digital and paid channels in EMEA and APJ.
Partner with the global team on paid and digital campaign execution (SEM, paid social, and paid ABM), helping set regional strategy from planning through execution, optimisation and reporting.
Drive the digital ABM motion for the region, turning Sales input into actual targeted, paid campaigns.
Adapt global campaigns for regional messaging, rather than deploying generic global assets.
Build and own region-native digital content, platform launches, and offerings, doubling down on successful programmes.
Surface and mitigate region-specific risks, helping ensure efficient media spend.
Own digital pipeline reporting and ROI for the regions, tracking leads, conversion, and spend against campaigns, and reporting results back to leadership.
Partner closely with EMEA and APJ Sales and SDR teams to align digital campaigns with account priorities and pipeline targets.
Operate independently: define approach, channel mix, regional tools or platforms, and budget requests in line with regional Sales needs and the wider marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
8+ years' experience in a digital/growth marketing role with a focus on ABM, paid digital, and demand generation for B2B SaaS in EMEA and APJ.
Track record owning digital pipeline growth end-to-end: strategy, execution, budget, and reporting, with close interaction with Sales.
Direct experience running paid social, SEM, and ABM programmes in regions, with clear attribution back to pipeline and revenue.
Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce or similar), a marketing automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), and ABM/paid tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
Experience adapting global campaigns for regional markets: localisation, messaging adaptation, regional content, as well as creating their own regional campaigns.
Experience working across EMEA and APJ; an additional language is a plus.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity operating across international markets.
Confident self-starter and communicator with a positive, hands-on and can-do attitude; comfortable operating independently and driving outcomes autonomously.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be.
No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to:
- Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
- Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close.
- Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team.
- Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life.
- Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact.
- Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally.
- Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap.
- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions.
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Italy, with a preference of Milan. Expect regular travel for customer onsites. Fluency in English and Italian and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances is required.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Millions of small businesses and their advisors use Xero reports and insights to decide what to do next. AI is changing how people understand their finances faster than any shift since the cloud, and Reporting & Insights is where Xero meets that change. Over the next few years we’re evolving reporting and insights for the agentic era, where customers ask an AI about their numbers as often as they open a Balance Sheet. As the senior technical leader for Reporting & Insights, you’ll set the multi-year technical direction, from the reports businesses file to the insights that tell them what to do next. You’ll also help hire the first Reporting & Insights engineers in Vancouver and decide how they work.
THE TECHNICAL CHALLENGES
Set a 3-year architecture across Reporting & Insights. Reporting and Xero Analytics run on a mix of modern services and systems that have grown with Xero over many years. You’ll define one target state across both, decide how they build on Xero’s data platform, and secure the investment to get there. You’ll design for high throughput, low latency and resilience, so reporting and insights scale with Xero’s largest and most complex customers.
Evolve the platform without breaking trust. Accountants file tax returns from these numbers, so correctness comes first. You’ll lead the evolution of the data foundations behind about 150 reports, sequenced across teams and organisational boundaries. Customers keep the numbers they trust, on foundations built for what comes next.
Make reporting and insights AI-native. AI changes what reporting and insights can be: answers to plain-language questions, insights that reach customers where they work, and analysis that once took an accountant hours. Every answer still has to reconcile to the ledger. You’ll define the foundations: how agents query financial data safely, how answers stay grounded and explainable, and how we prove correctness at scale. We want teams across Xero to build on what you create.
IMPACT
In your first six months you’ll own the Reporting & Insights architecture and set a direction for the data platform and the evolution of both products that engineering, Product and leadership back.
At twelve months you will have:
- Set a multi-year technical strategy for Reporting & Insights
- Delivered new foundations for the first major report families, setting Reporting & Insights up for its next phase of growth
- Opened Reporting & Insights to bigger businesses, with performance that scales to our largest customers
- Put shared foundations for AI-native reporting and insights into production
- Grown the Lead and Senior Engineers around you and raised the technical bar across the group
Beyond year one, you’ll shape where Reporting & Insights goes next, and help steer Xero’s wider data and AI direction alongside the leadership team.
OWNERSHIP
You’re the senior technical voice for Reporting & Insights. You own the multi-year technical strategy and target architecture, and you make the calls that cross team and domain boundaries. You shape the roadmap with the GM and Product, decide where we invest in foundational capabilities, and align teams across regions behind one direction. You stay hands-on where it counts: reference implementations, foundational frameworks and the hardest architecture problems
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll report to the GM of Engineering. You’ll partner with the engineering managers and teams across Reporting & Insights, who know these products and their data in depth. You’ll shape the product and AI roadmap with the Reporting & Insights Product leads. You’ll also work with Principal Engineers and platform teams across Xero, including the accounting core and data platform teams that own systems we depend on.
WHAT YOU BRING
Must-have:
- You’ve set technical strategy for a domain or portfolio over a 2 to 3 year horizon, and aligned multiple teams behind it.
- You’ve led the evolution of a large, high-traffic, correctness-critical system across organisational boundaries.
- You have depth in high-throughput, low-latency, resilient distributed systems and data-heavy architecture, and you still contribute hands-on where it matters.
- You connect external shifts, AI above all, to product and architecture strategy, and you know where LLMs and agents belong in a system.
- You grow leaders. You’ve mentored Lead and Senior Engineers into bigger roles, and your writing turns complex direction into decisions people act on.
Nice to have:
- Financial, reporting or analytics domain experience
- LLM or agent-based features in production
- .NET and AWS
- A presence in the wider tech community through talks, writing or open source
HOW WE WORK
We’re bold in our vision and pragmatic in execution, delivering useful improvements along the way rather than waiting for a large rewrite. We invest in AI to learn faster and focus effort on higher-value problems, while engineers stay accountable for what they ship. We use shared frameworks to avoid reinvention, leaving teams room to innovate. Engineers own their work, including quality, reliability, and on-call. Leaders set context and priorities, and engineers help shape the solutions.
WHERE WE WORK
We offer a hybrid model that blends the flexibility of working from home with the collaboration of the office, including designated boost days in our modern office spaces. This role is open to hybrid candidates in Vancouver, British Columbia, or San Mateo, California. We also welcome applications from candidates across Canada interested in relocating to Vancouver, and from remote candidates in Seattle, Washington.
OUR HIRING PROCESS
1. TX phone screen (45 minutes): a conversation with your Talent Specialist about your background, motivations and the role.
2. Technical assessments: a coding assessment and a systems design assessment, run through an independent third-party provider and based on real-world scenarios.
3. Technical deep dive (45–60 minutes): with a Principal Engineer and the hiring team. You'll walk through a past project you led, covering how you thought about it, executed it and led through its complexity.
4. Values / Future Proof Xero (45 minutes): how you show up day to day, aligned with Xero's values and capabilities such as adaptability, ownership, customer thinking and AI fluency.
5. LEADership (45–60 minutes): real examples of how you lead, influence and deliver in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, assessed against Xero's leadership principles
COMPENSATION & TOTAL REWARDS
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We don’t just hire for a role; we invest in people. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - which means your value isn't just a single number on a paycheque. While base salary is a core component, we look at your compensation through a holistic lens that includes equity, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role in:
- Washington, WA & San Mateo, CA: $287,000 - $320,000 USD
Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation:
- Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 21 days PTO, 10 days of Wellbeing leave, 5 days of Xtra Leave, 1 volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave. Further information included on our Xero Perks https://careers.xero.com/inside-xero/benefits-wellbeing/ page
Xero uses AI to help screen applications based on job-related qualifications. These tools assist our recruiters but do not make automated hiring decisions. A human recruiter reviews all candidates before any hiring action is taken.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re hiring a Commercial Counsel to be a core member of Sierra’s legal team. We are looking for someone who has deep expertise in commercial contracts, but also someone who is eager to broaden their scope across IP, regulatory, and product. You will thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy tackling challenges beyond your comfort zone, and be excited to contribute across the business. In return, we’ll provide the support and opportunities you need to grow and excel as a lawyer. You’ll be part of a legal team that is highly respected within both the company and the broader legal industry—committed to excellence, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact.
- Commercial Contracting: Structure, negotiate, and advise on all commercial contracts, including SaaS subscription agreements, technology licenses, professional services agreements, channel partner agreements, vendor agreements, and NDAs. Commercial privacy and security contracting experience (e.g., DPAs, BAAs, security agreements) is a plus.
- Operational Excellence: Help build out our commercial function to be best-in-class. We aim to be the fastest and strongest, where the legal team is the differentiator in the contract lifecycle. You will be developing templates, playbooks, and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of practice areas that underpin the commercial practice, including contract law, IP and privacy. You will also want to work in AI and understand the nuances of law as it relates to AI, including the evolving regulatory frameworks. You will be expected to advise broadly on all contractual issues and be comfortable doing so.
- Teamwork: A team player first and foremost. Sierra is a unique place to work, with a strong sense of togetherness, and the legal team is no exception. You will look out for your colleagues and be accustomed to sharing and helping the team succeed.
- Judgment: Understand risk in the context of a hyperscaling business, have sound judgment, and be strategic in your decision-making. You will not be afraid to make judgment calls, and you will be empowered to do so.
- Approach: A strong work ethic with an eye for detail. You will strive for perfection and expect that of others.
- Collaborate: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Agent Development teams to support revenue growth and strategic business initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 2-6 years of legal experience, with a combination of both large law firm and in-house experience at a tech company.
- A strong background in negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to partner with both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience of privacy/regulatory frameworks and can advise on data processing agreements and security-related contract provisions.
- Non-English languages, especially Spanish, German and French.
- A passion for AI, with a deep understanding of AI products, LLMs and the related legal issues.
- Law firm experience at a top-tier, internationally recognized law firm.
- Experience working at a high-growth startup and operating with a sense of ownership.
- Industry specific knowledge in any of the following: Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecoms, Insurance and/or Consumer.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the team
Anthropic's Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is the connective tissue that holds the company accountable to its security commitments. We translate regulatory, customer, and voluntary obligations into controls that teams act on, and give leadership a bird's-eye view of how well we're meeting them. We're building toward a fundamentally different kind of GRC: one that directs Claude, with the right humans in the loop, to challenge and evidence the performance of controls continuously rather than through periodic audits.
Within Security GRC, Audit & Assurance runs the integrated audit across our frameworks and maintains the Common Control Framework the program hangs off. This role sits in Audit & Assurance and helps run that integrated audit program, plan the audits we add next, and assess the frameworks and scope changes we are considering.
About the role
You'll help run Anthropic's unified audit program: quarterly audits across SOC 2, HIPAA and the ISO 27000 family including ISO 42001, plus the rest of our certifications, working with our audit firms, our GRC Partners, and control owners across the company. You'll plan new audits as we expand to new frameworks, platforms and regions, and run the gap assessments that tell us what each expansion takes before we commit to it.
You'll help build the audit operating model and runbook, and drive automation in the program so evidence is collected once and reused across frameworks, requests reach control owners once, and each audit cycle takes less effort than the last. Building with Claude is a normal part of the job, with you deciding where human judgment stays in the loop.
This is an individual contributor role for someone with program management experience who writes clearly, stays calm under deadlines, and likes making a busy program simpler.
Key responsibilities
Run the audit program as a program: one integrated plan and calendar across audits and expansions, with milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions tracked, and regular status to GRC leadership and stakeholders
Plan and run the quarterly audits, from scoping through report and findings closeout
Run audit readiness ahead of each fieldwork window: control owner prep, evidence pre-checks and walkthrough dry runs
Scope each audit's boundary with Product and Engineering: which products and deployment paths are in scope, and flag when a launch or new platform changes it
Help build the audit operating model and runbook for a unified audit program, and keep both current as the program grows
Drive automation in the program: evidence collected from source systems, request tracking and audit reporting, with evidence and walkthroughs reused across frameworks
Coordinate audits across frameworks and firms so audit windows line up and control owners are asked for the same evidence once, and drive new ways of automated evidence generation and collection with GRC Engineering
Plan new audits and audit expansions as we commit to them
Run framework and scope expansion evaluations and gap assessments, with a recommendation and an effort estimate leadership can act on
Work closely with control owners and GRC Partners: prepare control owners for audits, get evidence delivered and findings closed, and hand findings that need extended remediation to GRC Partners
Manage day-to-day auditor relationships, and report audit status, findings and program metrics to GRC leadership
Minimum qualifications
Several years of program management: running multi-workstream programs with a plan, milestones, dependencies, risk tracking and status reporting to leadership
Several years running external security audits (SOC 2 and ISO 27001 at minimum), on the company side or at an audit firm, including seasons with several frameworks at once
Working knowledge of SOC 2, the ISO 27000 family, ISO 42001 and HIPAA, and where their requirements overlap
Experience leading a gap assessment for a new framework or scope change and presenting the result to leadership
Experience building or improving an audit process: calendars, request tracking, runbooks, roles and responsibilities
Enough technical fluency to understand how evidence is produced in cloud environments and to judge whether a system-generated report is complete and accurate, and to build simple automations with Claude
Clear writing and calm coordination under deadline pressure
Ability to get control owners to deliver on time without authority over them
Preferred qualifications
Audit firm experience (Big 4 or a SOC 2 or ISO certification body), especially as a senior or manager on technology clients
Experience adding new frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27701 or 27018, CSA STAR, or international schemes (for example IRAP, ISMAP or C5)
Have automated evidence collection or audit reporting, or use Claude or other LLMs day to day to plan, track and report program work
Experience with a GRC platform or building lightweight internal tooling
You don't need to
Have done everything on this list. The combination is running a global audit calendar well, plus the instinct to make it simpler each cycle
Hold every certification. CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or similar are welcome but not required
Have prior AI industry experience
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We're hiring a Product Counsel to be a core member of Sierra's growing legal team. This role will report to our Associate General Counsel, Product and Privacy, as part of our growing product legal function. We are looking for someone who has deep expertise in product counseling for AI or other emerging technologies. You will be a legal partner for Sierra’s product and engineering teams, and help shape how our products go to market responsibly, ensuring privacy, compliance, and risk considerations are embedded throughout the product lifecycle. You will thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy tackling challenges beyond your comfort zone, and be excited to contribute across the business. In return, we'll provide the support and opportunities you need to grow and excel as a lawyer. You'll be part of a legal team that is highly respected within the company — committed to excellence, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact.
Product
- End-to-end responsibility for product legal support: counsel Product and Engineering teams from concept through launch across Sierra's agent platform and new products.
- Work closely with Engineering teams to integrate compliance and privacy-by-design principles and AI transparency measures into product development.
- Advise the customer-facing Agent Development teams on legal requirements of product features, including consumer protection, telecommunications (e.g., voice and messaging), and industry-specific requirements for regulated customers.
- Develop scalable product review processes, launch checklists, and self-serve guidance that let product teams move quickly.
Regulatory (with focus on AI)
- Advise on emerging AI-specific regulations and their applicability to Sierra's products.
- Partner with the privacy team to implement AI governance policies and frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Monitor legal developments affecting AI products, advising product leadership on risks, trends, and design implications.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 4+ years of legal experience, with a combination of large international law firm and in-house experience at a tech company.
- Experience advising product and engineering teams on new product development, ideally involving AI/ML, communications, or platform products.
- Working knowledge of the legal domains that touch product development, including privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), AI regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework), consumer protection, and IP.
- Ability to partner with technical teams to understand all aspects of Sierra's product offering.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to balance legal risks and business objectives in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to partner with both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
- A strong work ethic with an eye for detail. You will strive for perfection, and expect that of others.
- Be a team player first and foremost. Sierra is a unique place to work, with a strong sense of togetherness, and the legal team is no exception. You will look out for your colleagues, be accustomed to sharing and helping the team succeed.
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience with voice/telephony products and related regulatory regimes (e.g., TCPA, state call recording laws).
- Experience counseling on products sold into regulated industries (healthcare, financial services).
- Familiarity with machine learning models and their associated risks.
- Previous experience developing trust and safety or responsible AI programs.
- Startup experience and comfort with rapid iteration and ambiguity.

About the role
The Endpoint team (Client Platform Engineering) manages the devices Anthropic’s people work on, plus the infrastructure underneath them. We treat the fleet as a distributed platform, not a collection of devices, and configuration ships as code through pull requests, CI, staging, and a canary group. Today the fleet is mostly macOS, with a growing mobile footprint.
Anthropic also works with vendor and business process outsourcing (BPO) partners whose teams need access to Anthropic systems. Those programs are growing, in more countries and with more vendors. Anthropic-owned Chromebooks issued to vendor staff are becoming the default device for vendor teams. This role exists to make ChromeOS a supported platform with a dedicated owner. You will own ChromeOS end to end, from how devices are bought and enrolled to how they are locked down, monitored, and retired, and help bring Android in as a second platform.
The team is deliberately lean and runs with high autonomy. You’ll define what ChromeOS looks like at Anthropic and own the platform decisions that get it there.
Responsibilities
Own ChromeOS as a platform at Anthropic: device standards, Google Admin console and Chrome Enterprise setup, organizational unit design, and policy
Manage ChromeOS policy as code through the Chrome Policy API, GAM, and Terraform, in the team's config-as-code pipeline, so changes are reviewed, tested, and progressively rolled out like the rest of the fleet
Build zero touch enrollment through resellers, so a Chromebook arrives enrolled and works the first time in every country our vendor partners work from
Work with IT Operations and procurement partners on buying and shipping devices internationally, including regions our current partners don’t reach
Design device models for vendor teams (kiosk, managed guest sessions, shared devices, and assigned devices) and pick the right one for each program
Lock devices down to what the work needs: copy and paste, downloads, printing, USB, and app and extension controls
Own the device lifecycle for vendor fleets, from enrollment to wipe, lock, and retrieval when an engagement ends
Feed ChromeOS device data into our fleet telemetry, tracking which devices are checking in, OS version, and drift between expected and actual state

ClickHouse has a lot worth saying. The database has become a platform for real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads. Many of the most interesting AI and software companies of the last few years run on it. Our founders and leaders hold clear, well-formed views on where data and AI are heading. And every week the customer base produces proof points most companies would build a campaign around. What we have not yet built is the function whose job it is to turn all of that into one story the market hears consistently, and from us.
We are looking for a Head of Story & Communications to build that function from the ground up. You'll own the company narrative: what ClickHouse should be known for, how the platform story gets told above the level of features, and how the proof we generate adds up to a thesis. And you'll build the machine that carries it into the world: the announcement calendar, press and media relationships across technology and business media, and executive platforms for our founders and leaders. This is a build role and a player-coach role. You won't inherit a team; you'll hire one as the function grows, directing our agency partners in the meantime and staying in the work yourself. You'll report to the VP of Global Marketing and work closely with the executive team, product marketing, and the people closest to our customers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Define what ClickHouse should be known for and turn it into a rolling narrative and communications strategy that the marketing and executive teams work from
- Build the communications machine: announcement calendar and tiering, press materials, holding statements, a reporter cadence, and launch amplification, directing agency partners and holding them to outcomes
- Own press and media relations across technology and business media, taking the ClickHouse story beyond the tech press and re-educating the market on the full platform
- Build executive platforms for our founders and leaders: the themes each owns, the moments and formats worth their time, and a clear way to evaluate inbound podcast, mainstage, and sponsored event opportunities
- Shape quarterly release moments and major launches so they earn attention and show up consistently across press, social, community, and the field
- Set the standard for how ClickHouse sounds in public: voice, quality bar, and the discipline that every published claim, number, and proof point is approved, current, and consistent
- Hire and lead the team as the function grows, and build the planning and review rhythm that keeps narrative, communications, and social aligned
What You Bring Along
- Experience building or rebuilding a communications function at a growth-stage infrastructure, developer, or data company
- A record of landing stories in tier-one business media as well as technology press, with the relationships and news judgment to do it again
- Experience working directly with a CEO and executive team: shaping their points of view, preparing them, and declining opportunities not worth their time
- Media-company operator instincts: you think in themes, arcs, and audiences
- Player-coach approach: you write and edit yourself, give useful feedback, and set the bar by example
- Comfort with a technical product and a technical audience, including credibility with engineers and developers
- Experience directing agencies to outcomes, with judgment about what belongs in-house
- Analytical grounding: you track what is landing, form a view on why, and use it to decide where to focus
