ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an accomplished Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join our global ML organization. In this role, you will drive innovation across our machine learning ecosystem, architect advanced ML solutions, and mentor junior ML engineers around the world. You will play a key part in shaping our technical direction—leading complex ML initiatives, elevating engineering standards, and guiding teams as they build scalable, production‑ready machine learning systems.
If you are ambitious, energized by solving challenging technical problems, passionate about developing talent, and excited to influence the future of ML/AI in the video game industry, this could be the perfect role for you.
ABOUT US

Requirements:
Modeling Depth
Advanced Degree in Statistics, machine learning or related areas. Experience in statistics/ML expertise with a track record of leading high-impact data science initiatives at scale of billions of transactions.
Hands-on experience creating, training and fine-tuning models not just integrating hosted model APIs. You should be able to walk through the data, the objective, what broke, and the before/after evaluation numbers, and why the model did not perform as expected.
Experience owning models in production: deployment, monitoring, drift detection, retraining — with real latency budgets, not just research notebooks.
Production experience with classical ML for fraud/anomaly detection, recommendation, or churn/LTV (gradient boosting, deep learning, graph-based models).
Technology Familiarity
Supervised learning, transfer leaning on machine learning as well as neural networks
Basic LLM knowledge, especially how to use it and where not to use it.
MLOps foundations: feature stores, experiment tracking, model registries (MLflow/W&B-class), continuous training pipelines.
Model serving and inference optimization (vLLM-class serving, quantization).
Nice-to-Have:
Publications, conference talks, or recognized open-source contributions to training/eval tooling .
Graph-based fraud detection (fraud rings, device/account linkage)..
Gaming, payments, fraud, advertising domain experience.
Hands-on, up-to-date experience with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor) for code generation, review, and accelerating day-to-day engineering work.
Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, unlimited Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each US employee. Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for product designers who are excited to shape how teams build together. At Figma, design isn't just how something looks—it's how it works, how it feels, and how it scales. Our designers are systems thinkers, prototypers, storytellers, and craftspeople who care deeply about quality and collaboration. In this role, you'll turn ambiguity into clarity, push the product forward with engineers, PMs, and researchers, and help us invent new ways for people to design and build products together.
With an eye for simplicity and craft, curiosity for complex systems, and an appetite for technical challenges, you can help define the future of how software is made.
This is a unique opportunity for a designer who loves both craft and technical depth. You'll prototype, build, and ship alongside engineers while helping define foundational experiences that support millions of creators across Figma.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Design and ship end-to-end experiences that help organize, manage, and deliver content across Figma's products, as part of the Content Management Systems team
Partner closely with engineering to shape platform capabilities and technical infrastructure that support CMS and open-source initiatives
Translate technically complex systems into intuitive, elegant user experiences
Prototype early and often to explore ideas, validate concepts, and communicate nuanced interaction and technical decisions
Contribute to product strategy and long-term vision by bringing together customer insights, product thinking, and technical understanding
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers throughout the product development process
Help raise the quality bar across the organization through thoughtful feedback, design critiques, and mentorship
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity
Exceptional product design craft with strong visual and interaction skills, especially in complex software where systems thinking matters as much as any individual screen — with a proven ability to simplify technically complex systems into intuitive, thoughtful user experiences
Code is part of your design process, not something you wait to hand off. You build working prototypes to explore interaction ideas, understand technical possibilities, and communicate a direction
Demonstrated ability to move fast, forming a point of view, testing it, and adjusting course without waiting for complete information
Ability to define a clear product and design vision in ambiguous spaces, using customer insights, qualitative research, and product data to guide decisions
Track record of independently driving design from discovery through launch, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
Naturally curious about how software is built, with strong cross-functional partnerships across design, engineering, product management, and research — raising the quality of work through thoughtful collaboration, feedback, and a deep care for the workflows of designers, developers, and other creative makers
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience building and shipping software through coding, AI-assisted development, or other technical approaches
Background designing content management systems, asset management platforms, or foundational platform products
Familiarity designing developer tools, APIs, SDKs, or other highly technical product experiences
Contributions to or designing for open-source software
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
Pay Transparency Disclosure
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
Figma offers equity to employees, as well as a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits with company contributions; parental leave and reproductive or family planning support; mental health and wellness benefits; and paid time off. Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations. Exempt employees are eligible for employer‑provided paid flexible PTO in addition to flexible paid sick leave. PTO is subject to manager approval. Additional benefits may include company recharge days, cell phone and home internet reimbursements, and a number of lifestyle spending accounts. Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. All compensation and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and may be modified by Figma at any time, consistent with applicable law.
Annual Base Salary Range:

Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
About the Role
Trust Wallet is looking for a Design Engineer to sit at the intersection of design and engineering — someone who can move fluidly between Figma and code to build and ship polished, high-quality UI directly in our React Native app. You'll close the gap between design intent and shipped product, working hands-on with both the design and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Build production-quality UI components and interactions directly in React Native, translating designs into pixel-accurate, performant code
- Partner with product designers to prototype ideas quickly, test interactions, and iterate before full engineering handoff
- Own and maintain the design system/component library, ensuring consistency and reusability across the app
- Bridge design and engineering — flag feasibility issues early, propose technical solutions to design problems, and vice versa
- Improve UI performance, animations, and micro-interactions across web, mobile, and browser extension
- Collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions that affect UI flexibility, theming, and component scalability
- Help define and evolve design-to-dev workflows/tooling (Figma → code handoff, design tokens, etc.)
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in frontend/UI engineering, with strong hands-on React Native experience
- Strong eye for design craft — typography, spacing, motion, and interaction detail
- Comfortable working directly in Figma (or similar) to prototype and iterate on UI
- Experience building and maintaining component/design systems
- Track record of shipping polished, consumer-facing mobile products
- Strong communication skills — able to work fluidly across design and engineering teams and translate between the two
- Genuine interest in Web3/crypto products a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with design tokens, theming systems, or cross-platform component libraries
- Background as either a designer who learned to code or an engineer with strong design sensibility
- Familiarity with animation libraries (Reanimated, Lottie, etc.) in React Native
- Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or high-growth consumer apps
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a global and fully remote role. You must have the right to work for the country you are based.

💡 This role requires deep Google Ads expertise. Please note that this is an absolute requirement. If Google Ads isn't your passion and honed skill, please don't apply!
Hi there, I'm Mehak, interim Head of Marketing at TestGorilla. We’re excited to share more about the Sr. Demand Generation Manager role and our team.
ABOUT TESTGORILLA
At TestGorilla, we’re on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we are building the world’s leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do.
Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We are AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness.
After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we are now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you’ll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Sr. Demand Generation Manager, you'll be essential in achieving TestGorilla's vision of helping one billion people land their dream job. You'll own our largest acquisition lever, a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment, along with the lifecycle, enrichment, and website systems that turn that spend into revenue. This isn't just a role, it's your chance to make a real difference by proving, with data, that every dollar of spend becomes pipeline. You'll directly contribute to sustainable, cost-efficient growth as TestGorilla scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Owning the demand generation number across paid and organic channels, including managing and scaling paid spend across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and adjacent channels, while testing and developing emerging acquisition opportunities such as advertising on ChatGPT and other AI-native platforms. Setting the channel mix, budget allocation, and account structure required to hit MQL, SQO, and pipeline targets.
- Building and owning source-of-truth reporting across paid and organic funnel performance, including SQL, dashboards, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing, so channel investment decisions are backed by evidence rather than platform screenshots.
- Owning the roadmap for paid landing pages, ad creative, and offers, and running rapid A/B tests to lift conversion with proper statistical rigor.
- Designing and owning automated nurture workflows and enrichment infrastructure (n8n, Make, HubSpot, Clay) so paid-sourced leads convert, and feeding that data back into targeting and ICP decisions.
- Partnering with Sales and RevOps on lead quality and conversion by campaign, and presenting performance and recommendations to marketing and GTM leadership in clear, business-first language.
- Staying ahead of advertising platform, AI ecosystem, and privacy changes, and turning successful tests into repeatable, automated systems rather than one-off wins.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, async-first, remote-only environment.
- Has proven experience in performance or growth marketing, including hands-on ownership of a Google Ads budget of at least six figures per month (B2B SaaS strongly preferred), and a track record of scaling spend while holding or improving CAC and ROAS.
- We typically expect 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing to have developed the core skills necessary for this position. But it may be more or less than that, according to your career journey so far.
- Has deep expertise across the Google Ads stack, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Smart Bidding, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager.
- Working knowledge and hands-on expertise of Clay, HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) and GA suite.
- Has a solid grasp of funnel and unit economics (CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, payback period, cohort analysis) and comfort with experimentation design, including significance, sample sizing, and reading results honestly.
- Has hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to build real growth workflows, from lead scoring to automation logic, not just surface-level use.
- Has an ownership mentality: treats this budget like their own P&L, ships the workflow, dashboard, and test themselves, and is comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration as pipeline needs shift.
We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement. If you're interested in this role but your experience doesn't perfectly match the description, please still apply.
BONUS SKILLS
While these skills aren’t a requirement, we’d be very interested to hear from you if you have:
- Experience managing an agency or freelancers alongside in-house execution.
- Exposure to PLG or hybrid PLG/sales-led GTM.
- Experience presenting to VP/C-level stakeholders on performance and budget.
- Experience owning SEO or content-led demand generation programs alongside paid channels.
- Has strong working SQL, fluency in GA4 and at least one BI tool
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
Please note: Some specifics, particularly around leave, may vary depending on your country of residence. This will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world
- Competitive compensation: Receive a competitive pay (€65,650-€84,500 per annum) + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs)
- Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere*. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life.

- Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget per year and clear growth opportunities
- Parent/Caregiver support: We provide a caregiver-friendly work environment with paid 8-16 week parental leave and tailored return-to-work approaches
- Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is looking for a Senior Developer Advocate based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The developer community is deciding right now what the AI era of software looks like, and much of that conversation happens in person: meetups, demo nights, hackathons, and hallway conversations across the city. You'll own our Bay Area presence: which rooms we're in, how often we're there, and what we do with what we learn. That means being in those rooms consistently, as a genuine participant: building long-term relationships with the practitioners shaping how agentic software gets built, bringing their signal back to LaunchDarkly, and showing them, credibly and only when it's relevant, how runtime control changes what they can ship. It's a role for someone who would be going to these events anyway.
Responsibilities:
Show up consistently
: attend Bay Area developer events several times a week (meetups, demo nights, hackathons, conferences), building real relationships with AI and platform engineers over months, not transactions over days
Listen more than you talk
: bring back structured signal on what practitioners are building, where they're stuck, and how they talk about agents, releases, and runtime control
Demonstrate, don't pitch
: build and show small, credible demos on AgentControl and the LaunchDarkly platform, and hold your own when the technical questions get hard
Add to the conversation
: write event recaps and practitioner-grade content that people in the community actually want to read, rather than broadcasting at them
Earn the right to convene
: over time, organize gatherings around problems developers actually have, not around LaunchDarkly as a brand
Feed the team
: route relationships, signal, and opportunities to the owners who can act on them, with enough context attached to act
What Success Looks Like:
LaunchDarkly has a consistent, welcome presence in the rooms where the AI developer conversation is happening, and you decided which rooms those are
Organizers invite you to speak rather than fielding our pitches, and practitioners seek you out at events
Your recaps get shared by people who weren't in the room, and your content draws an audience without paid distribution
What you bring back changes decisions: a play gets adjusted, positioning gets sharpened, a docs gap gets prioritized because of what you surfaced
You've killed or redesigned at least one part of your own plan based on the evidence, and told us afterward
Over time, you're convening gatherings developers attend for the problems on the agenda, and increasingly because you're the host
Qualifications:
Experience in developer advocacy, community, solutions engineering, customer success, or another customer-facing technical role
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the ability to attend events in person several times a week, including evenings
Technically credible: you can build and demo real things and hold a deep technical conversation without a script
Already active in, or genuinely drawn to, the AI developer scene
A strong written voice: your recaps make people who weren't in the room feel like they missed something
Bonus if you have:
An existing network in the Bay Area developer community
Experience organizing meetups or developer events
Familiarity with feature management, experimentation, observability, or agent frameworks
Pay:
Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 4:
Zone 1:
San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle
-
$
152,000 - $210,000
**
Zone 2:
Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $
137,000 - $189,000
**
Zone 3:
All other US locations - $
129,000 - $178,000
**
LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
*Within the United States, our geographic pay zones are defined by counties surrounding major metropolitan areas.
**Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
About LaunchDarkly:
