For management consultants and strategy professionals ready to become hands-on operators.
About Intellect
Intellect is a leading mental health benefits company, trusted by forward-thinking employers, insurers and governments to deliver care that is local, personalised and effective at scale. Today, we serve more than 4 million people across over 100 countries through our technology platform and global network of clinical providers.
Our platform supports workforces at companies including Dell, ByteDance, Visa, Shell, McDonald’s and hundreds more, enabling organisations to provide accessible, culturally relevant and high-quality mental healthcare to their people.
Driven by our mission to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, Intellect combines technology, clinical care and local expertise to deliver meaningful outcomes across diverse markets and populations.
The Opportunity
We are hiring several exceptional management consultants, strategy professionals and other strongly trained generalists to take on high-priority strategic and operating mandates across Intellect.
This opportunity is particularly suited to people who have developed rigorous problem-solving capabilities in consulting, strategy, transformation or other demanding environments and now want to become hands-on operators.
This is not a conventional internal strategy or advisory role. You will be expected to move beyond diagnosing problems and making recommendations, working through operational detail to implement solutions, build capabilities and deliver measurable results.
This search spans several priority mandates rather than a single central Strategy & Operations team. Depending on your experience, strengths and Intellect’s needs, you may initially lead a cross-functional strategic initiative or move directly into an embedded operating role within areas such as operations, commercial enablement, business performance, market development, new product and offering development, or another critical function.
During the interview process, we will explore where your capabilities and motivations are best matched to Intellect’s priorities. Before an offer is made, we will align with you on a specific initial mandate, title, reporting line, objectives and measures of success.
Strong performers will have the opportunity to take on broader functional, market or business responsibilities based on their demonstrated impact and Intellect’s evolving needs.
Potential Mandates
Your initial mandate could involve one or more of the following:
Operations: Improving service delivery, workforce planning, quality, efficiency, automation, performance management and operating processes
Commercial enablement: Strengthening sales processes, pipeline management, pricing, proposals, commercial analytics, account planning and coordination between commercial and delivery teams
Business performance: Building management systems, KPIs and operating cadences, then leading interventions that improve functional or market performance
New products and offerings: Identifying unmet customer or market needs, developing and validating new products, services or propositions, building the business and operating case, and working cross-functionally to launch and scale them
Market development: Evaluating and developing new markets, customer segments, strategic partnerships or routes to market
Strategic initiatives: Leading high-priority, cross-functional work sponsored by Intellect’s senior leadership
Embedded operating ownership: Joining a priority function or taking direct responsibility for a defined team, capability, programme or business area where there is a strong fit
These examples illustrate the range of potential mandates rather than a fixed rotation or predetermined sequence. Each successful candidate will be hired into a defined initial role based on mutual fit and business need.
Your Responsibilities
Solve High-Priority Business Problems
Take ownership of complex priorities that materially affect Intellect’s growth, performance or ability to scale
Structure ambiguous problems, identify the questions and drivers that matter, and translate analysis into clear decisions and action
Develop practical recommendations grounded in data, frontline realities, customer needs and commercial considerations
Work directly with functional, market and senior leaders to define priorities, resolve constraints and maintain momentum
Make sound decisions despite incomplete information, competing priorities and limited resources
Move from Strategy to Execution
Own initiatives end to end, from diagnosis and business-case development through implementation and measurable results
Translate decisions into practical implementation plans with clear owners, milestones, dependencies and success measures
Work alongside the teams responsible for execution rather than handing initiatives over after the analysis is complete
Use data and frontline insight to identify constraints, test interventions and improve outcomes quickly
Track results, identify where execution is falling short and intervene directly to get initiatives back on course
Build the processes, tools, operating cadences and accountability required to sustain improvements
Build Operating Capabilities
Improve how relevant parts of Intellect plan, measure and manage performance
Build management systems, dashboards, review processes and decision frameworks that improve execution and accountability
Strengthen coordination across functions, markets and levels of seniority
Help translate strategic or commercial priorities into scalable operating models and repeatable playbooks
Build the capabilities, processes and team structures required for your area to operate effectively
Take on increasingly broad operating responsibility as organisational needs and your capabilities evolve
Requirements
You typically have approximately 4-10 years of experience, ideally including time in management consulting, strategy, transformation, professional services or another demanding operating environment
You have received strong training in structured problem-solving and can bring clarity to complex or ambiguous situations
You have strong analytical and communication skills and can independently produce work that is ready for senior leadership decisions
You want to move from advising organisations to helping build and operate one
You are energised by implementation and ownership, not only recommendations or presentations
You are commercially minded and understand how operational, customer and financial considerations connect
You can work effectively with incomplete information, competing priorities and limited resources without waiting for perfect certainty
You are highly analytical and comfortable working with data, but do not allow analysis to become a substitute for action
You can influence senior stakeholders while building trust and credibility with the teams responsible for day-to-day execution
You combine high standards with low ego and are willing to move between strategic questions and detailed operational work
You take ownership naturally, follow through reliably and maintain high standards without requiring extensive direction
You are comfortable working across functions, cultures, markets and levels of seniority in a fast-moving organisation
Experience in healthcare, technology, insurance, enterprise services or multi-market businesses is helpful but not required
Above all, you are motivated by the opportunity to become a substantive operator and build something meaningful, while helping Intellect expand access to high-quality mental healthcare.
Why Join Intellect

The Role
You will help build this business: identify where Intellect can create the most value, develop compelling propositions and secure the partnerships that bring them to market.
Working closely with our Australia leadership and commercial, clinical, product and operations teams, you will turn customer needs into viable services and commercial agreements. Opportunities may include early intervention, psychological injury support and recovery programmes, with priorities shaped by customer demand and delivery feasibility.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on commercial ownership. You will lead opportunities from initial discovery through proposals, negotiation and launch, then help successful programmes grow.
You will initially operate as an individual contributor, with access to Intellect’s existing capabilities and specialist teams. Appointment at Manager or Senior Manager level will reflect your experience, track record and readiness to take on broader ownership. As the business develops, there is potential to expand your remit and leadership responsibilities.
What you’ll do
Identify opportunities and develop propositions
Identify and prioritise opportunities across insurers, workers’ compensation schemes, claims-service providers, brokers, employers and self-insurers, understanding their needs, funding models and buying processes.
Lead customer discovery and develop propositions that address meaningful gaps in mental health, psychological injury and recovery support.
Build commercial cases, pricing and partnership models with input from clinical, operations, finance and other relevant teams.
Build partnerships and win business
Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and partners across the Australian insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline, with clear priorities, next steps and visibility of potential revenue.
Own proposals, tenders, negotiations and commercial agreements, converting opportunities into paid pilots, programmes and longer-term partnerships.
Launch, learn and grow
Coordinate programme launches with Clinical, Product and Operations, translating customer commitments into clear requirements while specialist teams lead the design and delivery of their respective services.
Track commercial performance and work with delivery teams to demonstrate outcomes, strengthen the proposition and expand successful partnerships.
Recommend the capabilities, partnerships and investment needed to support repeatable growth, informed by validated demand and practical delivery experience.
Requirements
Relevant Australian sector experience. You understand insurance, workers’ compensation or closely related areas such as occupational rehabilitation, injury management or healthcare services working with these sectors.
Evidence of commercial execution. You have originated or materially advanced opportunities through to commercial commitment—for example, winning partnerships, securing contracts or tenders, or commercialising a new service.
Strong strategic and commercial judgement. You can identify attractive opportunities, develop a credible business case and shape offerings and commercial models in response to customer needs.
Credibility with senior stakeholders. You can build relationships, navigate complex buying processes and negotiate across organisations with different priorities.
Hands-on ownership. You are comfortable working through ambiguity, progressing opportunities personally and coordinating across teams to deliver what has been agreed.
Clear communication and analytical ability. You can turn complex information into persuasive proposals, practical decisions and focused action.
Your background may be in partnerships, business development, proposition development, commercial strategy or an industry operating role. We also welcome consultants with substantial relevant sector experience and evidence of driving commercial outcomes and implementation.
Existing industry relationships and experience in mental health or psychological injury are valuable, but we are equally interested in what you have built, delivered and learned.
Why Join Intellect
Help shape Intellect’s next phase of growth in one of its most important markets
Expand and commercialise a meaningful opportunity across Australia’s insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem
Take ownership across the full journey from market strategy and proposition development to revenue, implementation and scale
Build on Intellect’s existing Australian presence, enterprise relationships, technology platform and clinical capabilities
Work directly with senior leaders and experienced teams across Australia and the broader Intellect organisation
Influence not only how Intellect goes to market, but also the capabilities and operating model required to deliver successfully
Build a platform for broader commercial or operating ownership as the opportunity develops
Apply your experience to improving access, recovery and outcomes for people experiencing psychological injury

You will own the "Tier 2" service category from first touch to close, working with executive producers, top-tier agencies, and premium global brands. Own the end-to-end sales cycle for Tier 2 services ($2,000–$3,500 tickets), from sourcing and qualification to closing
Identify and engage high-value prospects through industry-specific channels like Shots Net and similar premium creative networks
Generate a minimum of 20 clean, qualified leads in Month 1, scaling to a consistent cadence of one Tier 2 close per day
Support high-value Tier 3 deals by opening doors and collaborating with the Director of Growth to close

Technical discipline: Expert-level command of CRM management and outbound sequencing tools
Schedule flexibility: Ability to work a split-shift schedule designed around US, UK, and EU windows (40 hours per week)
5+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
About the role:
WorkOS is growing rapidly, and our largest customers are growing with us. We're looking for an Account Manager to own the expansion of our most complex accounts — deepening product adoption, uncovering new use cases, and turning strong technical relationships into meaningful revenue growth.
This is a commercial role with a technical center of gravity. You'll build trusted relationships with engineering and product leaders, understand their roadmaps well enough to see where WorkOS should show up next, and drive the renewals, upsells, and multi-product expansion that follow. You'll also be a critical feedback loop into product — the expansion opportunities you can't close today become the roadmap that unlocks them tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Own a book of strategic accounts end to end: retention, renewal, and expansion targets
- Build and execute account growth plans — map the org, identify unadopted products and untapped teams, and drive a clear path to increased usage and spend
- Proactively surface expansion opportunities by understanding each customer's product roadmap, technical architecture, and growth plans
- Lead commercial conversations independently, from initial opportunity through pricing, negotiation, and close
- Drive adoption of the full WorkOS platform — SSO, Directory Sync, AuthKit, Audit Logs, and beyond — across new teams, new products, and new geographies
- Partner with Sales, Support, and Engineering to remove technical blockers standing between a customer and their next stage of growth
- Run executive business reviews that connect WorkOS usage to customer outcomes and set up the next expansion conversation
- Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline hygiene across your accounts
- Feed structured expansion signal back to Product — what customers are asking for, what's blocking adoption, and what would unlock the next tier of spend
- Help build the playbooks, content, and processes that make this motion repeatable as the team scales
Qualifications
- 5+ years in account management, customer success, or sales at an enterprise level, with a track record of growing existing accounts
- Demonstrated ownership of expansion, upsell, or net revenue retention targets
- Strong product sense and genuine energy for solving hard technical customer problems
- Ability to lead complex integration and architecture conversations in a consultative, proactive way
- Familiarity with APIs and the ability to explain API concepts to our largest and most technical customers
- Familiarity with SQL — comfortable writing basic queries and modifying more complex ones to find adoption and usage signal on your own
- Comfort navigating multi-threaded relationships, from individual developers to VPs and executive buyers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Docker is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to serve as the technical visionary and architect for our Central Operations and Systems organization — the foundational platform that powers "how Docker does Docker", which includes corporate systems, developer AI/SDLC, infrastructure, reliability, and internal systems. This is one of the most impactful individual contributor roles at Docker, responsible for defining and driving the technical strategy that enables Docker's transformation to an AI-first company and effectively enables Docker to be "Customer 0" of Docker. Your influence will impact the work of every Dockhand every day.
As Senior Principal Engineer, you will establish strategic technical plans that span the company systems/data architecture and the end-to-end employee experience, make critical architectural decisions that affect Docker's entire internal systems portfolio, and drive technical execution of cross-company initiatives that directly enable every Dockhand. You'll work at the technical intersection of AI, platform infrastructure, developer SDLC, corporate systems, and Docker products, ensuring all systems work together seamlessly to support Docker's most precious resources: our employees.
This role requires someone who combines deep technical expertise across multiple domains. Managing the breadth is both the exciting and challenging part of this role. You'll be recognized across Docker as the definitive expert on employee experience, consulted by executives on strategic technical decisions, and responsible for ensuring that every Dockhand has the right tools at the right time to do their day to day work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Vision & Strategic Planning
- Define and own the multi-year technical vision for Docker's Central Operations and Systems group, encompassing internal AI, developer tools, infrastructure, reliability, and corporate systems.
- Establish strategic plans and objectives for major initiatives, making architectural decisions that ensure Docker's business objectives are met.
- Contribute to and drive the strategic vision in collaboration with engineering leadership, translating organizational strategy into technical roadmaps that span multiple teams and time horizons
- Identify and prioritize investments that provide maximum leverage—capabilities built once that enable rapid adoption and increase productivity across the employee base
- Develop architectural principles and standards that guide technical decisions across the Central Operations and Systems group and influence product engineering teams
- Anticipate future business needs and ensure platform architecture provides the flexibility to support Docker's evolving commercial models
Cross-Company Technical Leadership
- Lead technical vision and implementation for large cross-company programs that require coordination across all Docker teams
- Architect the Docker SDLC "Golden Path": how Dockhands build, manage and deploy systems and software, as applicable
- Drive convergence of fragmented systems across Docker—replacing product-specific implementations with shared platform capabilities
- Establish technical contracts between platform and product teams that enable independent velocity while ensuring consistency and reliability
- Lead architectural reviews for major initiatives across Docker, ensuring alignment with platform strategy and long-term maintainability
- Proactively identify and solve problems that impact critical areas of the business before they become blockers
Infrastructure & Developer Experience Architecture
- Define the infrastructure platform vision that removes infrastructure as a bottleneck to innovation—enabling teams to deploy experimental services in minutes, not weeks
- Architect standardized deployment patterns that encode best practices for security, scaling, monitoring, and reliability
- Design infrastructure that specifically supports AI and agent initiatives—rapid deployment, programmatic environment creation, consistent APIs
- Establish observability standards that provide distributed tracing, metrics, log aggregation, and error tracking out of the box for every service
- Drive cost optimization across platform infrastructure while maintaining performance and reliability standards
Technical Excellence & Influence
- Work with senior managers and directors across Docker organization to drive operations and strategy
- Mentor and develop Staff and Principal engineers, raising the technical bar across the organization
- Represent Docker's platform architecture and AI adoption externally through blog posts, conference talks, and technical community engagement
- Participate in executive-level discussions on technical strategy, providing architectural perspective on business decisions
- Drive build-vs-buy decisions for critical platform components, evaluating vendor solutions against Docker's specific requirements
- This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
Technical Expertise
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated expertise across multiple domains (SDLC, AI engineering, corporate systems, etc)
- Proven track record architecting and delivering large-scale distributed systems serving millions of users and thousands of enterprise customers
- Broad working knowledge across all platform domains with ability to make sound architectural decisions spanning multiple areas
- Expert-level understanding of API design, service architecture, and system integration patterns at scale, including in-house vs. vendor developed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern infrastructure patterns (Kubernetes, service mesh, infrastructure-as-code)
- Knowledge of enterprise security requirements, compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001), and their architectural implications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strategic & Business Impact
- Track record of establishing strategic technical plans that directly enabled business outcomes (revenue growth, cost reduction, market expansion)
- Experience translating business strategy into technical architecture and roadmaps
- Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize investments that provide maximum platform leverage
- Understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise sales cycles, and how platform capabilities influence commercial success
- Experience making build-vs-buy decisions for critical platform components
Leadership & Influence
- Proven ability to drive large cross-company technical programs requiring coordination across multiple engineering organizations
- Experience working with VPs and executives to set and execute technical strategy
- Track record of influencing technical direction without direct authority—building consensus across teams with different priorities
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to executives, influence leadership, and drive alignment at all levels
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and developing technical leadership
PREFERRED
- Experience at developer tools, infrastructure software, or B2B SaaS companies at significant scale
- Background with container technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, or developer productivity platforms
- Track record of successfully migrating legacy systems while maintaining business continuity

- Recognized across Docker as the definitive technical authority on internal architecture

We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As Staff AI Deployment Strategist, you will shape how some of the most ambitious enterprises in the UK & Nordics region adopt frontier AI at scale.
This is a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You will work directly on Mistral’s most strategic opportunities and largest deliveries, helping customers move from ambition to measurable business outcomes. You will frame complex AI transformation programs, turn executive priorities into actionable roadmaps, and ensure that Mistral delivers systems that are valuable, scalable, and trusted.
You will also act as a senior sponsor on our most critical customer programs, bringing judgment, structure, and delivery excellence to high-stakes engagements. Your mandate is to raise the ambition and quality of AI adoption: helping customers identify where AI can create step-change value, making the right trade-offs, and ensuring that execution matches the strategic promise.
This role is ideal for an experienced strategy consultant, transformation leader, or senior operator who wants to move from advising on change to building it directly with frontier AI technology.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Shape high-impact AI transformations
- Partner closely with Mistral’s Sales leadership in the UK & Nordics to qualify opportunities, align on account strategy, and drive executive engagement.
- Work with senior customer stakeholders to identify where frontier AI can create material business value.
- Structure complex opportunities into clear, credible, and executable transformation programs.
- Translate strategic ambition into delivery roadmaps, success metrics, and operating plans.
- Help customers make the right trade-offs between ambition, feasibility, speed, and long-term scalability.
- Sponsor Mistral’s most strategic deliveries
- Act as a senior sponsor on the largest and most complex customer programs, primarily in the UK & Nordics and potentially cross-region as priorities evolve.
- Ensure delivery quality, executive alignment, and measurable business impact.
- Anticipate risks, unblock decisions, and help teams navigate ambiguity in high-stakes environments.
- Bring senior judgment to moments where scope, resources, timelines, or expected value need to be clarified.
- Build repeatable deployment excellence
- Turn lessons from strategic engagements into reusable approaches, playbooks, and patterns.
- Raise the bar for how AI programs are qualified, framed, delivered, and scaled.
- Act as a senior relay for the Solutions organization in the region, helping teams adopt shared best practices, adapt them thoughtfully to local market specificities when needed, and strengthen the quality of execution.
- Work hand in hand with Solutions leadership to connect customer realities, delivery patterns, and field feedback into practical ways of improving how Mistral deploys AI.
- Help codify what great enterprise AI deployment looks like across industries and use cases.
- Contribute to a Solutions culture that combines strategic clarity, technical depth, and strong execution.
- Develop and multiply senior DS impact
- Coach Deployment Strategists on strategic problem-solving, executive communication, and delivery leadership.
- Help teams raise the quality of their work on the highest-impact opportunities.
- Identify capability gaps and contribute to hiring, staffing, and development priorities.
- Act as a force multiplier across accounts, teams, and regions where your experience can have the highest leverage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You are a senior, highly capable professional with strong executive presence, excellent business judgment, and a track record of leading complex strategic or transformation work.
Typical indicators we’re looking for include:
- 8–10+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI, enterprise technology, or a similarly demanding environment.
- Experience operating at Partner, Principal, Engagement Manager, Director, or equivalent level in a top-tier strategy consulting or transformation context.
- A strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify value, and turn strategy into execution.
- Experience leading large accounts, complex programs, or senior customer relationships.
- The credibility to engage with executives and C-level stakeholders on business priorities, trade-offs, and impact.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
- Comfort working at the frontier of technology, even when solutions are evolving quickly and the path is not fully defined.
